Aspen/Abbie/Nick/Cherry/Nyx/ + Kenzie
A ─ After care.
This group is so good about taking care of each other. Nick, as their mentor, is very good about being both the firm hand (sometimes literally) and the gentle caregiver.
He and Kenzie both are quick to spearhead aftercare duties (Kenzie because she doesn’t participate in intercourse, but is all for some cuddles)
Aspen and Abbie are likely to stay curled up together for hours after sex, and oftentimes others join them, just laying together in silence.
Everyone in the polycule loves to cuddle!
B ─ Breeding.
I didn’t really think yes to this one until Mad suggested Cherry and Aspen and now FULL SEND it. They absolutely indulge in that kink when it’s just the two of them.

Yes, they especially use them with Abbie, even after they’re no longer rangers.

Aspen loves kisses. Cherry kisses him all over, leaving lipstick stains across his skin. He loves Nick’s biting kisses. And he loooveess to kiss Nyx and Abbie softly, all over their faces and on top of their heads.

Nyx and Aspen have some “matching sets” that Cherry picked out for them. Abbie also has a few. Nick doesn’t have any, but he appreciates that everyone else does.

Aspen loves it when he’s ordered to masturbate in front of his partners. That’s the only time he really does it, and he is very open to toys.

Exotic Pets I think PJO Characters would own
Disclaimer: This post does not encourage the purchase or distribution of exotic/endangered animals to be kept in captivity. This is completely for entertainment purposes
Percy owns a Blue Mosaic Axolotl and he named it Mandy. This is because he originally thought she was a salamander. When he took it home and showed it to Annabeth, she corrected him but the name already stuck.
Annabeth has a Canary Barn Owl named Cato. She does not own this owl per se. Cato was flying near their apartment when Annabeth decided to leave some food out for him. Since then, Cato has been keeping an eye on her and following her around from the apartment to her college campus to the grocery store.
Grover has a Kinkajou he named Jumper. Again, he does not particularly own him. Jumper just happened to jump onto his shoulder while he was taking a hike through the woods one night. Jumper was hungry so Grover gave him some food. Every now and then, Grover would go back and feed him.
Nico (besides Cerby) owns two melanistic foxes named Aspen and Amber. No one knows the true origin of these foxes, all the campers know is that they just showed up out of no where and follow Nico around. Despite what they think, Aspen and Amber are actually very friendly and they only get defensive if you intend to harm Nico (besides Percy. They hate Percy for some reason).
Jason has a Racoon Dog named Jojo. Jason found Jojo while he was out for a walk. It was raining and it looked like Jojo was injured. Thankfully, they weren't that far from camp so he took him back and gave him a warm bath and treated him. Once Jojo was fully healed, Jason tried to release him back out there but he wouldn't leave
Piper has Anna's Hummingbirds. She built a bird house one time with Leo and hung it outside of the cabin. Next thing she knows, hummingbirds are inhabiting it. Two paticular hummingbirds she sees are two Anna's hummingbirds she named Luna and Aurelia.
Reyna (besides her two dogs) has a Serval Cat she named Aenea. Reyna does not own her but she goes to feed her every now and then and lets her take shelter during storms or when she wants
Bianca has an Unkindness of Ravens. Not one, not two, an Unkindness. EDIT: She was on a quest with the hunters one time and the ravens warned her about where they were going, where they should go, etc. The ravens got attached to her, being the daughter of the dead. And she eventually got used to it, but some of the hunters still get jumpscares when they wake up and see Bianca being surrounded by dozens of ravens. Two Ravens in particular, she named Argus and Sergio. These two are in charge of looking after Nico. Yes, she can speak to them; Yes, they are also messenger birds.
Thalia has a Sugar Glider named Jason. She found him on the shelf in her cabin looking for food. She was about to help him down when he flew to the drawer beside her bed. She took him to Annabeth to figure out what he is. She gave him some food after that and thought that he reminded him of Jason.
Hazel has a Chinchilla named Amy. Amy (short for Amethyst) looks like she's purple but really, she's a mix of grey and blue, which is why she looks purple. Amy was actually a gift from Frank.
Will, scarily enough, has an Edit 2: Sunbeam Snake he named Bowie. Again, no one knows where he came from, they just walked into the Apollo Cabin and freak out when they see the snake slithering around the cabin and they just go, "Oh, don't worry, that's just Bowie". Bowie only likes being held by the Apollo kids and Nico.
Leo has a Tarantula named Felix (Fix for short). Oddly enough, Leo was never scared of spiders, if anything, he loves them. The Athena Cabin always asks for his help to get rid of spiders. He found Fix crawling on his work table, almost getting killed when he interfered. He scooped him up and sent him back into the woods. The next day, he found him again on his table. He kept putting him back till he gave up and made a little space for him

Welcome to the first in a (hopefully) long line of asks to come. Introducing the Crystal Force Rangers! In an AU written with @estel-eruantien, @takingback-thepenguin, and @lgbtqregalacademy, these are my additions!

Kenzie Holling-Carver:
Child of Noah Carver and Jake Holling, pronouns: She/her, age: 24, dating: Cherry Rocca, Abbie Carson, Aspen Grover, Nick Jones
Crystal Force Red Garnet Ranger (Roll Call: "Crystal Force Red!"/"Crystal Force Garnet Ranger!")
Kenzie is the Red, a leader who isn't quite sure yet how to lead such a big group (10 Rangers, one of the largest Ranger Groups). She lives with fellow Rangers, Nyx, Casey, and Alexander. She's very much taken and very in love. Her Ranger Crystal gives her the ability of luck, good or bad, and the power to change hers at will. She's asexual and proud of it, unwilling to change and refusing to conform to others.
Kenzie has a strong relationship with both her parents and her aunts (Gia and Emma) and uncles (Troy and Orion), but it's obvious to anyone looking that Noah is her favorite.
Kenzie has aspirations of being a writer, and is currently in college at Pearl City for creative writing.
Kenzie didn't want to be a Ranger. She saw what being a Ranger did to her parents and the Megaforce Team. Kenzie didn't want that for herself. When the crystal chose her, she immediately wanted to give it back - the Power made a mistake, Kenzie isn't the Red they're looking for. Even so, she steps up and fights the fight. She goes to her parents, aunts, and uncles often for advice.

Nyx Moran:
Child of Gia Moran and Emma Goodall, pronouns: They/them, age: 24, dating: Cherry Rocca, Abbie Carson, Aspen Grover, Nick Jones
Crystal Force Blue Moonstone Ranger (Roll Call: "Crystal Force Blue!"/"Crystal Force Moonstone Ranger!")
Nyx is the Blue, calm, cool, and collected. They are Kenzie's second in command and good at their job. Nyx lives with their fellow Rangers: Kenzie, Casey, and Alexander. Nyx is also taken and very in love. Their Ranger Crystal gives them the ability to read minds, a useful tool in the field, and to root out who stole the last of their chocolate cookies. Nyx is demisexual and proud.
Nyx has a good relationship with both their mothers, but Emma will always be closest to Nyx's heart. They share a similar love of kids and teaching. Nyx also gets along with their four uncles (Troy, Noah, Jake, and Orion).
Nyx wants to be a science teacher and is currently studying science and teaching at Pearl City College.
Similar to Kenzie, Nyx didn't want to be a Ranger. Nyx saw what it did to their parents and uncles, and they knew that being a Ranger is not in the cards for them. When the crystal chose Nyx, their immediate reaction was anger. Nyx hated their crystal ability, and hated that they where chosen. Ultimately, it was Casey who convinced them to stay. Nyx doesn't regret their Ranger status now.

Casey Grayson-Mitchell:
Child of Carter Grayson and Ryan Mitchell, pronouns: she/her, age: 22, dating: Kelly Hemingway
Crystal Force Orange Carnelian Ranger (Roll Call: "Crystal Force Orange!"/"Crystal Force Carnelian Ranger!")
Casey is the Orange Ranger, fun-loving and positive. She keeps the teams spirits up when possible. She lives with her fellow Rangers, Kenzie, Nyx, and Alexander. Casey is taken and very much in love. Her Ranger Crystal gives her the ability of invincibility, which means that Casey can be used as a sort of shield and cannot be hit by projectiles or lazers. However, it only lasts 30 to 60 seconds, so she has to be quick when she used it. Casey is heterosexual and has no shame about it, though being on a team full of LGBTQIA+ Rangers was a bit of an adjustment.
Casey's relationship with her dads is close knit. She fosters a positive attitude with them, just as her teammates. She's closest to her Dad, Carter, but she also didn't slack in her relationship with Ryan either.
Casey intents to be a firefighter like Carter, and she's going through the fire academy in Pearl City with her boyfriend.
Unlike her friends, Casey was the first to accept being a Ranger. Like Carter, Casey knows that saving lives is what she's called to do. When the crystal chose her, she didn't hesitate, she dove in head first. Her view on it is, if you can't avoid the fire, bring help for those trapped inside. Casey is responsible for Nyx staying with the team.

Alexander Collins:
Child of Trip Regis, Eric Myers, Wes Collins, pronouns: he/they, age: 26, dating: Benji Rocca
Crystal Force Gold Pyrite Ranger (Roll Call: "Crystal Force Gold!"/"Crystal Force Pyrite Ranger!")
Alexander is the Gold Ranger, and while he doesn't make many puns, he does have a good sense of humor. He's a Sixth Ranger, so he's got the power boost that allows him to take on stronger generals by himself. He lives with his fellow Rangers Kenzie, Nyx, and Casey. He's taken, and he adores his boyfriend. Due to Xybrian biology, Alexander has the telltale gem on his forehead and shares his father's mental abilities. His Ranger-given ability is "influence," which allows him to influence the decisions made around him or the emotions others feel, similar to Piper McLean of the Heroes of Olympus series. Alexander is gay and proud, unapologetic about his preferences.
Alexander has a good relationship with all three of his fathers, as well as a good relationship with his aunts, Katie and Jen, and Uncle Lucas. Alexander fully admits to being closer to Eric than his other fathers, though he loves all three the same.
Alexander intends to run the company one day when Wes steps down. He's in school for business in Pearl City.
Alexander, knowing what his parents went through as Rangers and what happened between Eric and Trip before they got together, never wanted to be a Ranger. When the Crystal chose him, he refused for days. It's not until he spoke with Trip, who'd also been hesitant at first, that Alexander accepted the responsibility and came into his full Ranger status.

Woona's bebbehs! In my headcanon, Luna is poly and has had multiple lovers in the past, but it's only recently that she openly took other creatures not just as lovers but as consorts. She had officially declared that as a way of further establishing peace and friendship between ponies and other creatures, she would take on multiple royal consorts.
The results of the forming of Luna's harem this multiple-in-one marriage arrangements are, from left to right: (Top) Ganymede (sired by my Griffon OC, Glover), Waxer (sired by Gaius the Dragon Lord from Smolder's story), Waner (sired by Rain Shine the kirin leader), Gibbous or "Gibby" (sired by the zebra Prince Abraxas from the comics), (Bottom) Elytra or "Ely" (sired by Pharynx), Oberon (sired by the deer King Aspen from the comics), Triton (sired by Queen Novo), Io (sired by Prince Rutherford), and Deimos (sired by Prince Scorpan)

A collective nickname for them, affectionately given to them by Luna's own night guards, is "Moonlings." Ganymede, Elytra, Oberon and Io absolutely adore this nickname. Waxer, Waner, and Gibbous are embarrassed by this nickname. Annnd Triton and Deimos have fairly neutral feelings on it.
Gibby is a true romantic at heart and wishes to find "the one" He does have a lot of ponies interested in courting him, most being nobility, but he's often let down by how they're merely attracted to his status as royalty and the fact he's a zony hybrid (the latter makes him deeply uncomfortable).
Waner is rather grumpy and standoffish and has a bit of a strained relationship with his family, especially his mothers, except for Waxer and Elytra. The former for not making fun of him despite their differing personalities, and the latter for taking the time to understand him. Both of them also respect his wishes.
Ganymede wants to do better than her ancestor King Grover and show that not all Griffons are greedy and selfish, but she tends to overcompensate to the point of self-sacrificial behavior. Her mother and aunt often try to remind her that it's not selfish for someone to love and care for themself.
Waxer and Elytra have rather interesting wing compositions, ones that are very different from the rest of their siblings. Waxer's are both feathered and scaled while Elytra's are mostly transparent like Changeling wings, but a part of it is feathered like an alicorn/pegasus'. What makes this especially interesting is that both cases stand out even in the type of hybrids there are. Waxer isn't the first dracony to be born, there being a few records of such pairings from a very distant past. But in cases where those hybrids had wings, they were always scaled. For Elytra, she's the first ever recorded/known instance of a changeling-pony hybrid, but it was expected that her wings would be completely like a changeling's or alicorn/pegasus', not a combination of both like her brother's.
Waner is sometimes mistaken to be a bat-pony/alicorn hybrid on account of his wings being leathery like a bat pony’s. He’s rather annoyed that others keep assuming such without even asking him.
Out of technicality, Waxer and Deimos are the oldest of the brood. Both of them were born from eggs that had been petrified for centuries, but it was only recently, that their eggs were able to hatch. Waxer’s egg was hatched thanks to the combined efforts of Spike, Sapphire, and Sulfur in heating his egg with their dragonfire. Meanwhile, Deimos’ egg hatched thanks to Scorpan’s lose and tender care, even if it took a long time.
Oberon can talk to animals and regularly converses with them, something that the nobility find strange, but his siblings always defend him.
Triton and Oberon tend to come to each other for advice on dealing with their half-siblings from their other parent, Skystar and Bramble respectively, even if their relationships with each of these half-siblings are rather different. Skystar adores Triton because she was happy that her mother was able to truly find love after the death of her father, and Triton’s existence helped bring Luna and Novo closer together. Bramble, however, dislikes Oberon since he stll held onto his distrust of ponies even after his father had remarried to Luna.
Deimos tends to unintentionally scare ponies because of his imposing appearance, but he’s a very gentle soul at heart. It’s this gentleness that won him over the foals of Canterlot, who love hearing his stories and playing tag or hide and seek with him, with some of them even hanging over his wings or riding on his back.
Io generally has a better grasp of Ponish than her father, but she still refers to herself in third person.
Ganymede is the closest with their cousin, Eclipse, and the two often talk about their woes together. Because of this closeness, she’s the one who’s most patient with his political matchmaking attempts.

Hi, I'm here for infodumping about Aspen and Kai, please
INTRODUCING MY OCS
First up, my "firstborn", Aspen Grover!
Aspen is the son of Dillon and Ziggy Grover (Power Rangers RPM). In an AU that I am creating with some lovely friends of mine (@madhare0512 @takingback-thepenguin), he is the black labradorite ranger of the Crystal Force team. He was incredibly hesitant to become a ranger, but his "cousin" Kai had already been chosen by his crystal, and he knew that he needed to be able to protect him. The crystals give each ranger some type of ability. Aspen has the ability to create a shield, just like his father was able to.
Aspen presents himself a lot like his father, Dillon - dark and brooding at times. He has a bad habit of smoking weed. When he's comfortable, he's even more like his papa, Ziggy - playful and teasing, a little emotionally immature.

Kai is the son of Flynn McAllistair and Gemma Lee (again, Power Rangers RPM). He is the pink rhodonite ranger. He was the second person to join the team, and he eagerly accepted the responsibility of being a ranger. Aspen was the first person he went to, leading to Aspen's discovery of his own crystal. Kai's ability from his crystal is a healing power.
Kai is excitable and full of geeky energy. He's a nerd who loves books and fairytales - much like his father. He's can be spontaneous like his mother. He's also a hard worker like both of them.

I have recently discovered that my favorite offspring has indeed returned after six long books Unfortunately I find myself in a predicament in which I have no source of income and I ache desperately to read this book. The holds at the public library are over an entire month out. What I ask of you, dear friends is to please ever so kindly, HELP ME GET THAT MOTHER FUCKING BOOK SO I CAN SHOVE IT UP MY ANUS.
