I like to think that Tim has a reputation for being a crybaby amongst the batfam. Like, he will tear up in a second. Jason, Damian and Stephanie are constantly making fun of him for it. What no one has figured out yet is that Tim realized years ago that Bruce would stop lecturing him and turned into worried dad mode as soon as the crocodile tears appear.

Headcanon that Dick is super anxious about Tim getting sick. He won't show it outwardly, but he'll go out of his way to make sure Tim always have something warm to drink. If the wind so much as blows their way, he'll find an excuse for Tim to go home.
It's because every time Tim is down, all Dick can picture is his little brother sick with the clench and how he thought he was going to lose him.
(He is the same way with Jason whenever they go out. Dick makes sure that he is close enough to Jason that he can always reach him. He even had Barbara connect him to the Red Hood's comms and turn a blind eye to it. It's been three years and Jason hasn't find out yet).

Headcanon that Tim is the worst driver in the Batfam not because he is bad at driving but because be is a menace in the street. He is the reason why Gotham has to update their transportation laws every year.

Headcanon that Tim starts taking better care of himself after losing his spleen. He takes his antibiotics religiously, actively avoids injuries in the field, stays home when he is sick, sleeps at least 6 hours and has a healthy diet, listens to and obeys Alfred and Leslie when they tell him he needs to rest or not patrol. Tim is so good about keeping himself healthy that when he ran the statistics, he realized he was more efficient, made less mistakes in the field, and patrolled more because he didn't have to take time off to heal (it also meant Alfred scolding him less).
Surprisingly, Damian is the first one to notice Tim's sudden change in behaviour, and he is also the first and only one to follow Tim in his steps. The two of them team up several times in the field because they cannot deal with the others' recklessness.
As a matter of fact, Tim blew up in Bruce's face once when Batman almost drown in Gotham Harbor (What the fuck, Bruce? Sit. Did I or did I not tell you to move? "Oh, we have to save the Joker!" Just let him choke, you delusional—). Bruce did not drown, but he did get pneumonia and neither of his younger children let him live it down for a month. He almost cried. Alfred was very supportive of the kids' campaign.
Damian constantly side eyes Dick and Jason, and makes pointed comments about their habits. He would pinpoint how exactly Nightwing could have avoided being stabbed, and throw out every single beer can in Jason's fridge whenever he catches Red Hood slipping.
The worst part? It doesn't stop in Gotham. Red Robin and Robin bring it to the entire superhero community. It's a problem.

Kon, if Clark were to kill a man: I am so disappointed in you. How can you look at yourself in the mirror knowing-
Kon, again, if Tim killed a man: oh shit. I guess we've turned to villainy now.

Headcanon that Tim's fighting style is closest to Bruce because he deliberately makes it so, but in reality, his fighting style is more similar to Lady Shiva's.

This makes me think that half the time, Tim doesn't use Bruce's actual middle name but rather he throws in any middle name.
Headcanon that Tim is the only one of the kids who has successfully full-named Bruce. He does it whenever Bruce is being particularly neglectful about his health. It drives Bruce mad because he is the adult in their relationship, but when he full-names Tim, the boy just stares back at him with the most unimpressed look on his face.
Dick, Jason and Damian are all dumbstruck by it, 1) because Bruce actually listens, and 2) they get full-name by dad and it activates they fight or flight response.
On the other hand, if Alfred full-names Tim, he knows he is in deep shit.

Headcanon that Tim goes to Connor whenever he needs a break, 1) because he likes spending time with him and 2) because Star City is the last place anyone would look for him.
Bonus 1: Oliver finds out and teases Bruce about it. Whenever they see each other, Oliver will ask "When is Tim/Red Robin visiting again? I haven't seen him in like a week". Bruce is this )( close to kicking him out of the JL.
Bonus 2: Everybody thinks Cassie, Bart and Kon are Tim's most frequent visitors; it's actually Connor. He will crash in Tim's couch once every two weeks and force him to get actual groceries.
Bonus 3: Bruce complains to Alfred after the fifth time in a month he caught Green Arrow patrolling with Red Robin. Alfred tells him to do something productive with his time to which Bruce responds by making a powerpoint presentation about non-bat-related vigilantes in Gotham. Tim records the whole thing and sends it to Connor.

Headcanon that out of all his children, Bruce tends to be the more wary about Tim's friends. One would think he would be more concerned about Jason's or Damian's relationships, but no, Bruce trusts them as much as he trusts Dick.
Tim, though.
The kid has the uncanny ability to make friends with very dangerous, very unhinged people, he grows on them like fucking mold. It makes Bruce paranoid that today is the day one of them will actually convince Tim to go full on supervillain. Or worse, that if Tim does turn to the dark side, that he will realize that he has way too many people that will turn with him.

Jason, after being detained, as himself, for loitering: You sure took your sweet time, Replacement.
Tim, staring at Jason in the eye: I have no idea who this man is, officer.
Jason: Shit--fuck-- wait, no. Timmy. Timbers. Timberly, where are you going?

CrimeCore!Au where the heroes/vigilantes are criminals. Tim breaks away momentarily from the Waynes, and forms a group of international thieves (actually what are the people who make heists called?) or something where Cassie is the leader, Kon is the muscle/enforcer, Bart is in charge of their getaway and Tim's the strategist.

Tim Drake/ the 3rd Robin/Red Robin gets away with at least 75% of the shit he pulls because he knows how to cover his tracks and has one of the most innocent faces ever. Bat and birds alike have tried to uncover half of it and gotten nowhere. Meanwhile, you ask Young Justice and they all present you with at least a 20 feet list of all the barely legal/downright illegal/absolutely shady and embarrassing things he's done, including that one time he got de-aged, hid it from the Batfam, and paraded in a Superman onesie for a week.

Five, after Luther tossed Klaus into a couple of robbers: Huh, that was more efficient than I thought.
