When y/n is unwell (haikyuu)

Been watching the Haikyuu Anime again because I've been back to playing leisure volley. hehe. Also it's the le kuroo hubby's birthday in a week's time! yay!

Kuroo | Tsukishima | Akaashi | Atsumu x f! reader

Kuroo Tetsuro

Suddenly becomes the househusband and does everything in the house. Well he's not superb at everything but he makes sure that everything still runs smoothly. or Kinda.

There is a possibility that he'll use the wrong bowl for the cat. Or he may mistake the softener as detergent.. But it wouldn't be anything major.

He'll make sure you're tucked in nice and snug and if you're cold he'll put on them night socks for you. If your temperature gets too high he'll grab a towel and do a cold compression for you.

He gets kinda worried actually seeing how fragile and unwell you are. And when you start muttering nonsense like "am I going to die.." He'll shush you and give you extra kisses on your forehead.

he'll pat you to sleep before he carries on doing other things. Yes he'll slack off a little and watch some volleyball vids on youtube or social media.

He'll buy you some soupy meal because god bless, this man can not cook that well. He'll feed you of course, very gently and blowing at your food before putting it to your mouth because you're his queen.

Well, when you're finally feeling slightly better and you find the strength to get out of bed, you creep out to your living room to find your hubby napping on the couch with the animals. awww.

Tsukishima Kei

He doesn't really know what to do actually. You seldom fall sick and are usually independent so it's really a rare sight for him to see you vulnerable like this.

He even took a day's leave from divisional training just to take care of you.

"Am I dying?"

"Well at least you have the strength to make dumb jokes like that." your husband is as savage as ever.

He disappears for awhile and then he'll come over with some warm water and some asprin. He'll help you get up to take your meds before tucking you in again.

You'll wake up and find those cooling patch pasted on your forehead and water right beside your bed. He came in to take your temperature.

"Good. Your fever went down. Are you feeling better?"

Whether you said yes or no, he'll bring you to see the doctors, to be safe. He was actually really worried about you, while you were sleeping, he constantly came in to check on you, stroked your hair and pressed a kiss to your cheek.

And when you were feeling much better, he would definitely tease you about it.

"Maybe you should fall sick once in awhile, you're more sweeter and less naggy."

Of course you knew he was kidding.

Akaashi Keiji

Your Akaashi was Mr perfect husband. He knew exactly how to take care of you. He would totally apply to work from home and take care of all your needs.

From cooking some hot soup or porridge, to making sure you were properly tucked in, Akaashi took care of you well.

He made sure you always had warm water to drink and he gave you a water bottle with a straw so you could drink without using much effort.

He constantly changed your cooling patch on your forehead and sponged your body with a cold towel to keep your temperature down.

Bokuto was banned from coming over because he was "too noisy and would disturb your rest"

When you took your meds, he would bring in some gummy so that the meds weren't too bitter for you.

He would also make you something yummy and healthy at the same time, like a berry smoothie so that not all your food were too bland. He would let you cheat a little and eat some ice cream too, because a happy mindset keeps the body healthy as well.

Would keep you in his sight 24/7, works in the same room as you with a mask on and a tiny lamp turned on while you were resting.

You should also take this time to ask your husband for anything you want, he'll probably agree because you looked so vulnerable and sad, he'll do anything to make you feel better.

Miya Atsumu

Actually, He's probably sick together with you. But hey in the case that he isn't, he's panicking.

He calls everyone. Osamu, his mom, Sakusa... Even Bokuto and Hinata. Well, initially you had doubts when he called Bokuto but he was the only one that suggested ice cream so you were glad he did.

Well he runs out to the supermarket after leaving an ice pack over your head.

He comes home with BAGS of stuff. Different types of medicine, more ice packs, all kinds of healthy food- fruits and vegetables, and yes, ice cream.

He feeds you some medicine and pastes the cooling patch on your body as well.

He then proceeds to make a lot of noise in the kitchen and tries to make you some fruit salad or some sorts and some miso soup or something that has chunks of fish and chicken inside.

When your fever does not go down by the end of the day, your husband calls 911. Yeap. He tells the person that it's an emergency..

You had to drag you sick ass to your husband and grab the phone telling the person over the phone that you're okay and that your husband is just a little panicky.

You end up telling him to just bring you to see a doctor.

"Oh yeah baby! why didn't I think of the doctor!"

“We’re literally engaged to be married,” he says, not missing a beat or sparing you a glance. “Don’t you think it’s a little late to be looking at boys, thinking they’re cute?”

He turns towards the phone wagging in his face, and he grips your wrist to see who you’re referring to. “Who the hell-“ On screen is a puppy- of course- with an adoption link attached just below it; it’s pink tongue hangs out the side, big brown eyes fixated on whoever’s taking the picture, and he feels himself relax and shake his head at you.

“Tch,” he scoffs, going back to his phone. “Man, I don’t stand a chance against that guy.”

Kazunari: “Going on a journey with someone you don’t get along with is hell…”

Kumon: “Ehh? You think so? Travelling is fun no matter who you’re with!” “Ah, it says they’re holding a festival right now. I wanna go!”

Kazunari: “Listen, Goku. This is an ascetic journey to Tenjiku in order to study sutras. It is not a sightseeing trip.”

Yuki: “Since I’ve come all the way here, I’d like to stop by a town a little further south.” “I heard there’s a popular sweets shop. They have fluffy pao cakes.”

Misumi: “No festivals and no sweets shops. There will be too many women. It’s dangerous. I’d much rather pass through the mountain range over there where we’re bound not to meet anyone.”

Yuki: “If a regular human like our master climbed such a steep mountain, he would freeze to death.”

Kazunari: “…That’s enough. I will head to the temple lodging where we are staying today by myself.”

Izumi: (Everyone has already captured the image of their roles at the read-through stage. Once again, the casting was perfect.)

Banri: All of their images are close, so it doesn’t feel off.

Izumi: It looks like everyone’s handling it well. If we keep progressing like this, then I don’t think we’ll have any problems.

Izumi: Okay, today’s rehearsal will go up to here…

*walks in*

Manager: Alright, just put them over there.

Kumon: ?

Muku: They came out really well even down to the fine details.

Banri: …Man, as usual, the vibe’s is totally different from Autumn troupe’s rehearsals.

Izumi: True. This is Summer troupe’s—.

Kazunari: Colour. Am I right!

Banri: Well put.

Kazunari: I guess Settzer’s not only gonna help us with our acting, but also the action for this show. We’re counting on you, bud.

Banri: All of us of Autumn troupe are supportin’ you. Since we’re doin’ this, we’re gonna do it seriously.

Izumi: How dependable.

-pause-

Kumon: The Chinese congee and fried bread this morning were yummy~.

Yuki: Ma’s been making a lot of Chinese food these days, maybe since he’s aware of Summer troupe’s play. That’s Ma for you.

Kumon: By the way, were you drawing the designs for our upcoming costumes earlier?

Yuki: Yeah. I’m still simply sketching my ideas out though.

Kumon: I see~. I can’t wait to see how the costumes turn out this time!

Yuki: Yeah, expect it.

Cat: Meow!

Kumon: !?

Yuki: A cat?

Misumi: Kitty, this is the way if you wanna go outside~! I’ll open the window for you~.

Cat: Meow~.

Misumi: Bye byeee.

Kumon: Is he your friend, Sumi-san?

Misumi: Mhm. He said he’s going to take a walk now since the weather’s so nice out. Maybe I’ll go searching for triangles too~.

Kumon: Ah! In that case, why don’t we do a street act while you’re at it!? I wanna act! I feel super motivated right now!

Kumon: Come with us, Yuki!

Yuki: Sure… I’d like to buy some materials if I’m going, so help me carry the bags.

Kumon: “Come forth, holy word excalibur!

Misumi: “What…!? Why, that sword—.”

Kumon: “Take this!”

Misumi: “GWAHHH!”

Kumon: Thank you so much~.

Misumi: Thanks for watching~!

Yuki: Thanks.

Spectator A: That was great~.

Spectator B: Good luck on your next show~.

Kumon: *Sigh*. That was fun!

Yuki: Your hobbies were fully exposed, Kumon.

Misumi: Stuff like that’s fun though~.

???: …

Yuki: ? Hey. Do you know that person?

Kumon: Huh?

???: …I knew it. You’re Hyodo Kumon, aren’t you?

Kumon: Yeah, that’s me…

???: Do you remember me? We played a lot of practice matches together back during little league…

Kumon: Eh… wait, are you Itoi from Dreams?

Itoi: Yeah, you got it. You haven’t changed at all from back then. Well, I haven’t either.

Kumon: You’re not wrong! What a throwback~.

Itoi: We’re in the same year, right? Are you going to university on a referral? I assume you’re still playing baseball?

Itoi: I thought I’d be able to watch you play again in university, so that’s a little disappointing. I was sure you were aiming to go pro. Do you not regret quitting?

Itoi: Err, I suppose that’s none of my business. Sorry about that.

Itoi: Anyways, good luck with your theatre company.

•IWAIZUMI had a night time routine with you and your belly, being away from home most of the day, he took his time with you once he was out of work, running a bath with salt sea and your favorite candles, rubbing your belly with his big, rough hands with different scent oils and lotions “hello baby, how did you treat mama today?” he told to the bump in front of him, spreading the lotion on his hand “i had a pretty busy day at work, those stubborn boys were so noisy, gonna raise you well to put smelly boys in the place they deserve” you giggled at his comment, already so protective of his little girl “she is kicking, she always kick when you rub the lotion and talk to her” the smile on hajime’s face was so big “you like when your daddy takes care of you and your mom? you better get used to it” the little kicks never stopped and the smile dancing on his features only grew bigger, so ready to spend the future as not only a husband, but a dad

floral. this man is a simpleton. he thinks any kind of flowery perfume or soap is to die for. “you smell like a garden!” okay, hinata. definitely makes a very disgusting, very cheesy “if you were a flower i’d pick you first” joke.

kageyama tobio

tropical. i’m sorry but listen. LISTEN. he loves the coconut smells, he loves the ocean smells, he loves the tropic fruit medleys? how could he not? he’s a hungry motherfucker you pull up smelling like bananas and pineapple he will inherently want you.

oikawa toru

fruity. lol couldn’t help myself with that joke. while oikawa absolutely loves warm & full perfumes, he’s a sucker for fruit smells. it’s just cute! and yummy! and nice! feels comforting, welcoming, especially if you mix it with something else (blackberry & vanilla, peach & jasmine, etc)!

sugawara koushi

seasonal. i live by this. i will die by this. yes, he wants you to wear white pumpkin and chai while you get ready for halloween, yes he loves twisted peppermint while you decorate for christmas. oh? it’s spring? and you’re wearing floral perfume? well, isnt that just ironic. you’re wearing ocean breeze during summer break? it only makes sense.

yamaguchi tadashi

lavender vanilla. this one is pretty specific, but i think he would absolutely lose it over this. in a more generalized sense, i think he likes really warm scents over cooler fragrances but lavender vanilla is his achilles heel.

bokuto kotaro

rose water and/or coconut. something about it feels so calming to him? it’s a perfect mix of like natural & girly and it tugs at his heart

akaashi keiji

japenese cherry blossom. another specific one and i can’t really explain it but it just feels right.

iwaizumi hajime

warm vanilla sugar. a sucker for the classics. he has just always always loved this smell. associates it with being pretty? he doesn’t know why. it just feels comfy for him!!

matsukawa issei

hemp lotion. okay, this isn’t perfume or anything but i have this one specific lotion “hempz” and it smells so good and i guarantee this man would be in love with it. it’s my fav lotion ever 10/10 recommended

kenma kozume

citrus. he’s also a big fan of cranberry things, keep that in mind. there’s this perfume i own called “champagne toast” from bath & body works and i think he’d like it. definitely likes grapefruit and orange

kuroo tetsuro

“neutral” kitchen smells? cucumber melon, avocado, honeydew, apple, etc. it’s so nice to him? it’s like an off brand natural, but in a hot way. he loves v05 shampoo and conditioner absolutely.

miya atsumu

nature vibes. what can you expect from stupid country boy. loves lavender and honey, juniper breeze, wild honeysuckle, amber, other things. very honorable mention for sweat pea. he LOVES it. literally is obsessed with it.

lev haiba

“spicy” smells. ok so he absolutely loves cinnamon apple or carrot cake to be fair, i think he would be kind of a sweet tooth. but like? he does just like cinnamon / cinnamon and vanilla but please go light with it because that shit is so strong goddamn

okay say it with me now, KUROO TETSURO!!!!!

pls buisnessman kuroo is super busy 24/7, signing paper work, going to meetings, planning sponsors. he literally doesnt have time for ANYTHING else.

and he tells his grandma this every single week but she doesnt get it <//3 "youre getting old tetsu", "dont you want kids?", "i can set you up with someone?"

no no no no kuroo does not want his grandma to set him up with that weird neighbor from down the street never. so as he sulks his way down the corridor to his office, you greet him with an excited good morning on the way to your office.

your office is right next to his, and he really enjoys it! you always laugh at his jokes, always offer to bring him lunch from that yummy sandwhich shop two streets down (you always remember his order too) and always make sure he has a coffee on his desk when you leave for the night and he is swamped with work. and thats when the little light bulb above his head shines as bright as ever and he comes up with a plan.

the first time he brings up the idea of you dating him for 2 months to get his grandma off his back you LAUGH. you thought he was joking. but when his facial expression doesn't change you realize he wasnt kidding,,, ummm

so you agree, it will also help your parents kinda ease up on the marriage question, so you make a deal. two months then you break up.

he takes you to meet his family and omg his grandma ADORES you, i mean she is already talking about your children together....and this is the first time you have met. you spend hours talking to his family and he cant help but stare in awe at how easily you got along with everyone. i mean he has always had a little crush on you but lets keep that a secret for now

the second you both leave, his family is already asking you to come back again. and the same thing happens with your family, they fall in love with how enthusiastic and happy he is!!

so you guys decide to keep the rouse going just a littleee bit longer....

except 2 months turns into 4 and 4 months turns into 6 and now you guys are going on dates that no one learns about???

and when you bring this up at first he claims its just because he enjoys spending time with you, to which you respond, "you dont need to hold my hand and kiss my forehead to enjoy spending time with me though..."

so he confesses that he likes you and you say the same. and his ears go a little red heheh.

you continue to date and that changes into moving in together, getting married, even having a few kids.

you both always joke about how the relationship started and kuroo always claims it was all apart of his plan. he already had a crush on you so why not fake date?? he says that he planned for things to end up like this from the beginning when he asked you.
