dilf! toji who said yes as fast as light could travel. he thinks you're the sweetest thing but when you ended up on his bed thinking that it would only be a one night stand. he was so wrong.. completely pulled in by your presence, immediately agreeing to your little acquaintances(friends)-with-benefits situation, thinking that it wouldn't cause much change in his life.
“don't get offended, sweetheart. you don't look the part of a brat.. look at you, all sweet f'me, isn't that right?” he cooed once, when he had offered to buy you new dresses in roppongi. his large hands brushing the skin of your faintly reddended cheeks. toji thinks you're cute, and that he wouldn't have to deal with a brat.
he was proven wrong very, very soon.
toji had his hand wrapped tightly around your neck, making you bend in half so that your manicured toes were touching your earlobes. “you're quite—fuckin'— flexible..” the older man commented, his body pressed up on top of you. heavy balls slipping against the curve of your ass, making you shudder slightly. “never thought that you of all people.. would disobey me?"
you had angered toji, in pursuit of something less than appropriate. grunting when you placed yourself “innocently” on his lap while he was watching one of his lame game shows, eyes reflecting the bright lights that came from the television. those same pair that looked down as you slipped (read: grinded) on to his sweats covered bulge.
here you are, your flexibility tested when toji pushed your legs up further. “i just loveeee puttin' you in mating press.. gonna be my favorite position, whaddya think sweetheart?" he groaned, pushing and nuzzling his head into your neck. sharp and canine-like teeth digging into your neck, leaving messy hickies all over.
toji just loved seeing the fucked out expression on your face, thrusting deep enough until you started to babble incoherently, saliva bubbling in your mouth. “what's that? better speak up right, or i won't give you what you want..” mocked toji, a sly grin on his sweaty face as he pounded himself, deeper and deeper.
he always managed to bottom out with every deep thrust, his grip on your hands getting shaky, and you could feel the sweat dripping from his palms. “y'know you can talk.. i don't like not givin' you what you want but ya need to talk sweetie, talk for me..” toji knew you couldn't, his smirk growing wider. he loved making his girl, you, dumb when he fucks you.
“hope this is a lesson, sweet thing. don't tease me.. mkay?” he growled, hands slowly letting go of your numbing wrists.. caressing your torso and your chest. shuddering even more when he bottomed out again, his thrusts halting when he feels himself come inside you. heaving for a breath before he toji ultimately whispered into your ear, “because i'll fuck you the way you want me to.. in a much more appropriate and befitting way, sweetheart.”
“and you know how mean i get when i fuck you.. right?"

Coming home
Wilbur is certainly a busy man, we all know this.
But, today really wasn’t one of your best days either.
As soon as he arrives home, he threw off his Docs and his bag before passing out straight onto the bed
Instead of bothering him, you just decided to snuggle up next to him with tears all over your face and just the looming pain of feeling so horrible about yourself.
When Wil wakes up, he immediately noticed how distressed you look
Your hair is tangled, you’re whimpering in your sleep, and your eyes are puffy with tears
Immediately he’s hugging you close to his chest, stroking your hair and warming up your frail body
He doesn’t even think to wake you up and patiently waits for you to flutter your eyes open
Talking it out
When you wake up, your voice barely comes out because of how worn out you were from crying all night
He gently asks you with his croaky, deep morning voice what happened
In a burst of tears you’re venting every little thing about yourself that you feel isn’t good enough
Either too many pimples on your forehead, too much fat on your stomach, or feeling horrible for falling behind work
“But you’re so talented and hard working, my love. It’s okay to feel stressed out about it, but you’re doing your best and that’s what makes me proud of you..”
He whispered quietly and softly in your ear
After countless bits of reassurance, he would kiss every piece of your body you felt horrible about
Your forehead, your stomach— hell, you weren’t even insecure about your neck but he’s kissing it because he know it makes you giggle
“I love this part about you the most… No, this one… Mm.. I’m sorry, love, I can’t decide. I just love everything about you..”
He ended it off by pressing his nose against yours, pulling you close and closing his eyes, smiling
Spoiling You
After enough smiles and that sweet, sweet morning voice, Will gets out of bed to make you some breakfast
He didn’t let you put up an argument. That man was making you breakfast even if you did feel “fat”
Once he came back he gently kicked open the door singing your favorite song with your tray of food
Then as you were eating, he flicked on the TV so you guys can finally catch up on that show you’ve been meaning to finish
Though he had to go back to the studio in a couple of hours, he made sure to make those hours count
even if meant cuddling and laying in bed all day

Why do you write Steddie?
I’ve always loved the “opposites attract” trope. While Steddie is the first ship I’ve ever seriously written for, in the past this dynamic has always been my go to (ie: destiel lol) but Steddie specifically because I think Stranger Things is a great show with compelling characters, and that Eddie and Steve deserve a happy ending. And for me that happy ending will always have them with each other.
What’s your favorite trope to READ?
I love AUs. Love seeing the little blorbos in as many situations as possible. I love being able to see how writers take what we know about these characters and make it into a whole new story. (But especially a soulmate AU. I loveeee a soulmate AU.)
What’s your favorite trope to WRITE?
I think anyone who follows me can probably guess hurt/ comfort and fluff. I LOVE making these boys suffer and then smooch about it.
What’s your favorite Steddie fic?
AH okay I will scream about this fic until I’m blue in the face (I actually submitted an ask to this blog about it because I think it’s criminally under-viewed!) it’s As the World Falls Down by daeneryske on Ao3. I read this MONTHS ago and I still think about it all the time. It’s long but god I wish it would never end. I want to tattoo it on the inside of my eyelids.
Is there a trope you’re excited to explore in a future work but haven’t yet?
Yes!! I can’t say much because it’s for my Reverse Big Bang but they both contain tropes I’ve never worked with before and I’m so so excited to be writing both of them!!! I’m already having so much fun!
And a goal of mine for 2024 is to broaden my writing horizons a little and explore tropes and topics that I haven’t yet, so I don’t really have any specifically in mind but that is my general plan!
What is your writing process like?
Very chaotic. I almost never write an outline. It’s pure vibes baby. And when I DO write an outline I almost never follow it (whoopsie) I feel like as I write the plot comes to me, and outlines tend to pigeon hole me so I can’t get myself out of writing slumps.
Do you have any writing quirks?
Maybe my overuse of italics?
I also don’t really know how to describe it but sometimes when I’m writing heavy action scenes/ emotional scenes I’ll start and stop sentences before they’re complete sentences. Like: “Steve says nothing. Sits down next to his father and looks over his shoulder.” I don’t know if that’s a writing quirk or not lol but that tends to be how I structure my sentences.
Do you prefer posting when you’ve finished writing or on a schedule?
Definitely after I’ve finished. Once I’m on a deadline I psych myself out.
Which fic are you most proud of?
That’s such a hard one, because I think I’m proud of a lot of my fics but for very different reasons. I think if I had to choose, I’d pick Blood of the Covenant. It’s one of my more recent fics, and I had toyed around with a Wayne POV fic for such a long time before writing because I wanted to get it right. It was hard to find his voice but I think in the end I executed it well.
How did you get the idea for Talk to Me?
Well besties I dunno how personal we want to get here, but the inspo for this fic (and tbh a lot of my hurt/ comfort fics) is just based on my own experiences. Growing up my mom did not have the capacity to tend to the thoughts and emotions of her kids, ergo me pushing that shit into a Steddie fic. Obviously what I wrote as Steve’s experience and mine are not directly parallel, but that is how I got the idea.
When writing Starched Collars, what was something you didn’t expect?
That was my first heavy hurt/comfort fic that I wrote, and I remember being really blown away that people could relate so heavily to Steve’s experiences. I remember I had some comments saying that they felt really comforted seeing their own experiences reflected within Steve, and I just never expected my writing to be able provide that for someone.
What inspired Personally?
Well, again, we’re getting a little personal (babum tss)- but how I wrote Steve’s mom reacting to him mentioning the sunglasses is definitely how my own mom tends to react when I express any kind of negative emotion around her. In this case it was a lost parking stub instead of sunglasses.
What was your favorite part to write from Talk to Me?
The COMFORT- that’s always my favorite part. Making it better! (Although it is also a little fun leaving the angsty cliffhanger- but I will ALWAYS make my fics have a happy ending.) But also I’m a little in love with the idea I had that Eddie likes to rub on Steve’s stomach until he falls asleep. I thought that wrapped up the story very nicely.
How do/did you feel writing Personally?
It was honestly very therapeutic. I don’t think I’ve ever word-vomited out a fic more rapidly than I did for that one. I wrote that in my notes app in one afternoon, read through it once or twice, and posted. It was a relief to get all of that out in writing, and then even better to see that other people found comfort in what I had written.
What was the most difficult part of writing Starched Collars?
When I was first drafting the fic I was going to have Starched Collars and In Your Eyes (the kinda sorta sequel) be one in the same. I spent a long time trying to balance the two narratives, before I realized it was just too much to fit into one fic. Having both detracted from the other’s story too much, and eventually I had it just focusing on Steve. I think this was the best move but I spent so long trying to strike that balance before I scrapped it.
Do you have a favorite scene and/or line from any of your fics?
I don’t know if I can name any one scene or line as explicitly my favorite, but the final scene of Because it’s Steve it’s absolutely a favorite. That whole fic is very special to me because it reflects a lot of my own thoughts/feelings/experiences on being demi, and that final scene is just exactly how I experience my demisexuality. (I’m not sure how long this can be, but I’ll insert the passage here):
And they’re still in this disgusting bathroom. There’s still a toilet behind Eddie’s knees, but when Steve’s mouth meets his, it doesn’t matter. Because one of Steve’s arms wraps around his middle, his fingers dip into the spaces between his ribs, their chests touch, and it all feels so good. Because it’s Steve. And it’s still Steve who kisses him, still Steve who licks into his mouth, still Steve who nearly sends them both stumbling into the disgusting toilet.
And because it’s Steve it’s so funny that Eddie can’t stop laughing, and there’s a blush high on Steve’s cheeks as he tells Eddie to stop it. But then Steve kisses him again. Asks if he wants to go and find Robin and Nancy. If he wants to dance. With him.
Do you have any upcoming projects or fics you’d like to share/promote?
YES. So Because it’s Steve is now a series: Demi/Virgin!Eddie, with all of Eddie’s firsts with Steve. This is very smutty but it’s also like, the sappiest, most disgustingly fluffy smut I’ve ever written. I would say it’s “schmoopy” but I was outed as an Old Lady on Discord because apparently no one uses that word anymore.
ALSO- and maybe this is still too far away BUT I am working on TWO Reverse Big Bang pieces and… you guys… my artists are so talented and kind and their brains are so big and so far I’ve gotten along with each of them so well and I am already so excited to post these and we’ve only just begun. I cannot wait until we can make our visions into an entire fic!

Could we please get some general relationship headcanons for Jolyne and Ermes with a gender neutral s/o?
Absolutely!!! I loveeee part six so much! Also I did add a little poly bonus at the end since What's Wrong With Some Additional Lovin'!? These are all also SFW!! I figured that was the safest since there was any specification for NSFW hcs.

JOLYNE CUJOH
✦ Jolyne loves going on car rides, especially if she can blast music from the speakers and sing with you with the windows down. Usually, Jolyne will drive and insists that you pick out the music because she loves your taste in music anyways.
✦ Going to the mall is one of Jolyne's favorite dates ever, she loves the food court and she especially loves going to Build-a-Bear, clothing stores, and stores like Hot Topic and Spencer's. She will usually buy you things that remind her of you (and it seems like every date you are getting a plushie, pin, or a new shirt... not that you're complaining).
✦ Jolyne loves wrapping Stone Free’s strings around you. Even if you are just cuddling or holding hands, you will notice little strings wrapping around your fingers or around your waist. Jolyne also loves tickling you with the strings (much to your dismay).
✦ Jolyne will introduce you to her parents and will do her best to reassure you that her dad may appear to be scary, but he isn’t all that frightening. You are accepted pretty quickly (after being vetted and basically background checked by Jotaro— he can’t have another bad partner incident happen).
✦ Jolyne is a little extremely clingy to you, she will always come run up to you and wraps her arms around you. She also texts you pretty frequently if you are separated and doing your own things together. You mean the world to her and she wants to keep you in her life for as long as she can.
ERMES COSTELLO
✦ Ermes is very clingy, when you are out in public she always wants to hold your hand or have a hand on your body somehow. She is even more clingy in private, often sitting on your lap or pressing kisses all over your face.
✦ Ermes loves going on walks with you, typically in a downtown area so that the both of you can people-watch and so you can both go get little treats. Ermes is also big on going on adventures with you, she loves the thrill that comes with it (and when you cling to her).
✦ Ermes loves teasing you, Ermes feels free to be herself around you so she gets a lot more playful around you. She will often tickle your sides and bounce around you. Ermes also is not opposed to pranking you just to see a surprised look on your face so that you can both laugh (don't worry, you always can get her back).
✦ Ermes is amazing at listening. Whenever you are starting to feel bad or insecure or just need to talk, Ermes is always extremely patient and will offer a shoulder for you to cry on. She is also very willing to fight for you, if someone is bothering you she will be the first in line to offer to kick someone's ass so they can't bother you again.
✦ Ermes loves playing with your hair. If you are watching a show with her or even just sitting cuddling with her, she will be twisting pieces of your hair between her fingers or rubbing your scalp with her nails gently. She loves making you get shivers and seeing you melt into her touch.
JOLYNE + ERMES
✦ Dates are always done in a randomized order, Ermes enjoys pulling date ideas from a jar so that you all get equal opportunities to go on dates together.
✦ You are usually in the middle of the cuddle sandwich, Ermes loves burying her face in your neck with her arms wrapped around your chest and Jolyne adores having her face buried in your stomach and her arms around your hips. Body kisses are a major part of the affection you get from them when you're laying down.
✦ You can all exist in a comfortable silence, just being around each other can fulfill all of your emotions. Sometimes the silence is nice when you are all doing your own thing while still being beside each other. Though, sometimes the three of you can get distracted by playing footsies together.
✦ Both of them tend to get extremely protective over you. If there is any sign of danger nearby, the likelihood of you being squished between your two guard dog girlfriends is near 100%. They will barely even let normal people get too close to you, so if there is an active attack, there is no way in hell the enemy will even get semi-close to you.

Hi!! I just spent the last two days reading At Hope's End and I'm so so OBSSESED with the AU and world building and the character relationship you wrote!!!!!! The found family energy is through the roof and honestly I want more stjyklgjlgsahlkg
I also very appreciate the detail that they change outfits throughout the story. I saw that you did include art with their design but somehow it doesn't show up for me 💀💀 but the description is clear enough that my imagination can run with it lol.
Anyway, I love love loveeee the story and I look foward to any future plan with it (if you do have any) You're amazing!!!!
Aaaaaagh 💜💜💜💜 thank you so much for the sweet ask, this was so heartwarming to wake up to!!! I'm so happy you enjoyed it so much, it brought me so much joy to write that story and share it 💜💜 especially the character bonds, these were definitely my favorite part!! There’s so much lore that had to be cast aside for the story (the Zeti society is the biggest example; they're not in contact long enough to really explain anything but I had a lot of notes!)
And agh thanks for reminding me about the images!! They used to be there but for some reason they disappeared? I'm not sure what happened. I used a personal discord server for the image links but kaybe I did something to the channeI like changing its name and ao3 was unable to find the pics again? (Curse ao3 needing a link rather than just inserting a file lmao) Not sure what happened exactly but I put them back in Welcome Aboard the Maria but didn't have time for At Hope’s End and I completely forgot about it!! They're ready to be put back I just gotta do it! I’ll try to put them back this weekend or next week, thanks for the accidental reminder! Shouldn't be too hard to find the places they go since I put *** between them and the text every time ^^
For the moment, I try to focus on Where the Water Narrows, but... There might be a one-shot collection coming at some point. There's a lot I want to tell about this world and the crew, but it wouldn't fit for a big story. (I had a sequel idea at some point, but while the Problem™ was interesting, the rest of the story was a bit of a mess and the ending was a big confusing mess in my mind so it'll remain on the backburner for a while if not forever) BUT. Point is, I'd like to eventually put out those one-shots, I have a few ideas already from crew backstories to extra post-fic things with an in-between of out-of-crew stories. If you ever see "Tales from the Deep Seas" cross your notifications, that's the one *wink wink*

omg 😳😳😳 maybe we could find out 😳😳😳
1: Alonzo
Surprise, surprise, I know. Silly little vain/uncertain/bravado guy. What is he doing. I just know he's so full of anxiety but he's also probably emotionally illiterate. He's SUCH a big bro figure in my brain in a number of ways, but mostly because I think he'd be the kind of guy to try and fix problems, fail, and dejectedly call for mom's help after the fact.
There's not much I can say about Alonzo that I haven't already said:

Goodness knows I've probably ranted across many many many tags as well. Idk man he's just so Gender to me and I think he's really funny and I love that he's a bit of a loser depending on how much the actor plays up the "uncertain" part of his character (the one that prominently comes to mind is here during Grizabella, the Mac scares, the end of M&R, and the IMMEDIATE change in demeanor during the Song of the Jellicles). I LOVEEEE that he's often shown to despise Tugger; it's such a funny dynamic. I love that different productions have him looking to Munkustrap, Skimbleshanks, and Cassandra for guidance. I love that fics make him a bit of an ass sometimes. For whatever gripes I have with Broadway revival choreo, I also love that it gave him some more character moments than he used to :D.
Every depiction of Alonzo I see gives me a new, interesting look at the character. I have yet to find one I dislike.
Aghhhh we've reached the point where this ranking gets really hard 😭😭😭 LMAO
2: Demeter
She was my favorite when I first got Really into cats circa 13 years old. I'll forever be bitter that she had no presence in 2019. She's LITERALLY the second most important character for the sake of the plot and they just LEFT HER OUT??? Just because she's hard to recognize after only a single watch or two??? hhhhhhhhhhhhh
The way actors portray her is ALWAYS entrancing. If cats is Subtext: The Musical, Demeter is Subtext: The Character. The Macavity number??? Come ON. The fact that she opens the show? Her reactions to literally everything??? Oughhhh sometimes she makes me want to chew on concrete.
Sometimes, there are portrayals of Demeter that I dislike, though. I guess it makes sense for a character whose words are skittish/cautious/paranoid, but sometimes, those traits seem to supercede her personality, which is always a shame. I particularly enjoy her interactions with Munkustrap and Bombalurina, of course, so when those are overshadowed by just how scared she is, I think it tends to weaken stuff overall. After all, those relationships thrive on how they interact and curb that fear.
I don't spend nearly enough time thinking about Demeter and it's an absolute travesty. Ma'am you are the heart and soul of the show to me. You keep everything thematically linked together. I love you
3: Munkustrap
I think that Munkustrap might be the definition of a comfort character for me. His mental health is rock solid. He's so dad-coded it's unreal. I desperately need to watch a production of Cats and only focus on Munkustrap, because his interactions with everybody are spectacular. There is so much character fit into this guy. He's also entertaining to me because I would NOT guess his adjectives, ever; they always come across as a characterization secondary to his role, and I like that quite a lot.
And oh my gosh, his DESIGN!!! I think Munkustrap has some of the prettiest makeup in the show, and his whole look is pleasingly cohesive. There's so much happening on his face, but when it's good, it's PHENOMENAL.
COME ONNNNNNNN, the HIGHLIGHTS on those WHISKERS??? The gradients on the cheeks and nose??? oooohhhhhhh it pleases me IMMENSELY. I also really like how the makeup blends into the wig, and the shape of the wig is also one of my favorites in the show - especially when it's a bit droopy, like Michael Gruber's in '98.
let's not forget about the collar
Anyway YEAH!!! He's one of my favorites to see actually moving onstage, consistently has a beautiful voice, and has some of my favorite relationships in the whole show :D
4: Admetus
This is a bit of a cheat listing. I really don't think about Admetus that much, but I would REALLY like to think about him more. I want to know what his deal is. Like Munkustrap, I think he has some fascinating relationships onstage that all present very differently - his time spent with Tumble/Pounce, Victoria, and Alonzo come to mind.
But also
THE MAKEUP
THIS LOOK WITH THE BIG LOWER LASHES??? GIRL HELP YOUR CAT IS GNC AS HELL. EASILY my favorite cats makeup look EVER. I know it's just because they have to slather on Mac's stuff later but I love that most of the face is left plain so they went absolutely ham with the eyes. It's the opposite of Munkustrap's. Brilliant.
anyway yeah he looks cool and I think his role in the tribe is in a really interesting flux stage
5&6: Pouncival and Tumblebrutus

okay okay OKAY I know I often talk about my favorite characters in terms of how funny they are, and these guys??? Absolute clowns. The product is exactly what's written on the tin; they sure do pounce and tumble!!! Even a few weeks ago, they probably wouldn't have been so high on the list, but writing CFP and forcing myself to learn more about their characters as a result has skyrocketed the amount of love in my heart for them. If I had to choose, I'd probably say that I like Pouncival just a tiiiiny bit more since I think he's more memorable and I prefer his design, but the way they both look up to almost everybody else in the show is intoxicating to watch.
My favorite moments of these two are, of course, Pounce here (2:35 onward) and Tumble here (2:14:25 onward). I just think they're neat.
7: John Partridge The Rum Tum Tugger
(Okay, but, like, John Partridge is the ultimate here. My second favorite is probably Zach Bravo since his take on the character is so different, but there might never be a Tugger as suave as Partridge ever again.)
Going back to his antagonistic relationship with Alonzo, I think it's interesting that they share "vain" as a descriptor. I also think that Tugger's relationships are interesting in that a lot of them aren't necessarily dissimilar with one another (they're all quite teasing, whether romantic or platonic), but they are unique to him. The dynamism of his character is probably what makes me like him the most; I love how he code switches between his own number, Old Deuteronomy, and Mr. Mistoffelees.
Aside from all that, come on. The swagger is magnetic. (I'd write more but my fingers are starting to hurt)
8: Bombalurina
women <3
(I do have additional thoughts about her character! She's intelligent, generous, and flirtatious, and though she's always seeking romantic/sexual attention, those interactions are always secondary to her relationship with Demeter, which is something that I really like. Depending on the performer, she can easily come across as one of the strongest characters.
...but yeah. women <3)
9: Skimbleshanks
(swings microphone around) I am once again answering on the basis of "I just think they're funny"
Seriously though, at this point, there are so many characters that could make it onto this list. I think Skimble juuuuust made it here because EVERYBODY loves him, and that just makes me love him more. He and Mistoffelees definitely seem like the most popular choices for fanart from folks outside of the fandom, 2019 or otherwise.
Also, whenever I need an answer in Quiplash and can't think of anything, I put in Skimbleshanks, and without fail, somebody always votes for it, even if they have no idea who (or, in their mind, what) Skimbleshanks is.
There's not a single thing I dislike about this cat or his number; I couldn't possibly begin to list everything here. I just haven't thought particularly hard about him as a character yet.
10: Electra
I must admit that I've barely spent any time at all thinking about Electra. HOWEVER, her interactions with Munkustrap are adorable, and the single father alonzo fic has irreparably changed my brain chemistry, and for those reasons alone, she's earned her place here. I also think the unitard design is really unique and beautiful :D
Honorable Mention: Tantomile. She was my favorite when I watched Cats '98 as a young'in :).

valkyrie should sing more ali project songs. miwaku geki and sei shounen yuugi aren't enough for me anymore I NEED MORE !!
I'm so excited for the upcoming yuukyou seishunka cover w/akatsuki BUT ITS JUST MAKES ME THINK OF MORE SONGS THAT I WANT COVERS OF TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Such as the openings for the anime Rozen Maiden the group did, that anime is LITERALLY perfect, all about dolls and them wanting to reach perfection.
The first seasons song and its second seasons song would fit perfectly. The special's song style doesn't fit as well as the previous ones but this songs lyrics are my favorite out of all of them so I figure I'd still mention it. There is also the remake's opening and although that songs bangs, the lyrics are NOT Valkyrie-like and that is all I shall say.
Also should point out of this picture of the main singer holding a doll of one of the characters in the anime... Sure looks familiar huh....
There is also the other ending for Code Geass (the anime that used yuukyou seishunka) made by Ali project, found here. I apologize for the lack of English lyrics, a translation can be found here.
The lyrics aren't exactly spot on with Valkyrie since the imagery uh, shows more of a nurturing role than something that rules b/c they are powerful. But some of the lyrics such as:
"The world of man is ogreish; what might justice be?"

And my favorite,
"O, you chosen princes
Battle: that is your celebratory throne"
When I see this lyric, I connect it to the "princes" being Shu and Mika attempting to take back their throne from fine in Yumenosaki (the battle being their performances).
Even the more motherly lines I mentioned, though not the... exact wording I think Valkyrie would take, but the idea of Valkyrie being an all knowing entity, its beauty impossible to match.

The next song I want to mention is the opening for the anime Kamichama Karin. I've never watched it but from a quick synopsis read, it's about a middle schooler who finds out she can transform into a goddess. Ali project has a pattern with their older songs lyrics if you haven't noticed, they all revolve around all mighty power or have some gothic themes.
The song focuses with the singer being a "goddess" and the listener being a "devil". The goddess talks of all the evil in the world and that it is impossible for the listener to ever reach heaven.
"The wings of a butterfly
Or even the saliva of the angels
Won't take you
to an unseen paradise"
(me when butterfly imagery)
"My body splits apart
And I’ll reunite with a fragment in heaven
We’re demigods"
I LOVEEEE this line. When related to Valkyrie, interpreting this lyric as the goddess being the group itself, as if it is an entity (as it has been referred to in canon before). Valkyrie splits into two parts and they meet again in heaven as demigods.
I will admit though. Part of the reason I want this song covered is because I would love to hear Shu and Mika sing the lyrics Darling and Honey. I would like that very much :) it's time for Shu to say darling, isn't it?
Now for the last song I'll talk about, A Declaration of War Against Fallen Heaven.
Based of the title, you probably see where I'm going with this. There is so much in this song that you can point out my god.
"Our true selves, unknown to anyone,
are the ones capable of changing this dwindled world."
I'm not sure if analysing is even worth it.

For honorable mentions: Kotodama reminds me of Ex-Valkyrie tons. The bands most popular song, Kyomu Desen, and the anime is used for does relate to dolls which is always a plus.

YN stirred, her body stretched and arched, she felt heavy, the kind of heavy similar to waking up after a surgery. When you have to fight just to open your eyes. It felt like a ton of bricks laid on top of her. Her one hand rubbed at her eyes as the other danced around trying to figure out what she was on. Her mind automatically registering she was on a soft surface.
Within moments her heart started to race as her memory came back to her.
Hours before
“Lloyd please tell me what’s going on” she begged into the phone she had been handed by the tall man in front of her.
It was only moments before when she walked into her loft apartment in Amsterdam’s canal district from her weekly visit to the Van Gogh museum that she found her place flooded with heavily armed men.
She went for her gun in the desk near the front door managing to shoot one of the men in the chest and leg before a man she recognized as Lloyd’s “acquaintance”, the closest thing he had a friend she ever meet, stepped into her line of sight. Hands up in mock surrender.
He told her he was going to hand her a phone that had Lloyd on the other end, while the wounded man complained about his leg. His vest saving him from a fatal shot.
“Sweetheart I need you to go with them” he told her calmly once it reached her ear.
He was watching from Croatia, he had to admit to himself he was proud she managed to almost kill one of them, they were some of Lloyd’s best men.
“No, not until I know what’s going on Lloyd!” She yelled into the phone. She was scared, she had no clue what was happening and she needed to make other calls before she just disappeared to wherever Lloyd was taking her. People who would worry about her.
He surely hadn’t disclosed all the information about what he did for a living to her.
She looked down at the gun in her hands as she realized she hadn’t been entirely truthfully to Lloyd either but she had her reasons. The rules she lived by that kept her safe.
“I’m sorry sunshine” He said bringing her back to the present moment.
Her eyebrows furrowed at his comment, before she felt the needle prick her neck and arms grab her body as her knees gave out while everything turned black.
Lloyd watched from his seat in his room countries away as her eyes fluttered close and her body went limp, falling into Rick’s arms.
“I’ll say this one more time because I enjoy saying it, anyone other then Rick touches her outside of saving her life, I’ll fucking send your hands home to your mother” Lloyd said smiling at the camera’s as he watched his men file out of her apartment.
Present
Her eyes snapped open as she took in the room she was in. It was stunning as the late afternoon sun or maybe morning? She wasn’t sure anymore, filtered through the curtains of the large windows. Definitely old, more then a century or two but we’ll taken care of with lots of modern updates. To her right was a set of computers and multi screens with a chair. Everything was black. There was a door open that looked like a bathroom and another open door that looked like a closet with clothes. At the foot of the bed was some clothes and towels. A cart with her favorite fruits and pastries stood not to far from the edge.
Lloyd she gritted out as she swung her legs over the edge of the bed to stand. She had to grab the bed post when her knees slightly bucked. She took a deep breathe as she took her time slowly waking her body up.
She made it to the stand alone tray when she looked down and noticed a note, a simple piece of paper folded and sitting on the plate. Her fingers ran over the smooth paper as she read the handwriting.
“I’ll be back in a few, stay put sunshine”
Her eyes were rolling before she could stop herself as she tossed the note down.
She didn’t bother changing her clothes as she headed to the door of the large bedroom she was in. Pulling the knobs the door sprung up.
There stood 2 men, one on each side of the door, both heavily armed.
One looked down at her before moving his hand to his walkie.
“Don’t you dare!” She said as threatening as she could. She didn’t want Lloyd getting a heads up that she was awake, she knew he’d come right away. She didn’t know where he was or what was going on but she needed a few minutes to try and process this.
Both men shared a look, clearly unsure about what to do now that she was awake.
“Take me to him”
When neither man started to move she scoffed and turned on her heel heading toward the middle of the long corridor that lead to another.
“Ma’am-“
“If you won’t take me to him, I’ll find him myself!” She yelled over her shoulder.
She had passed countless heavily armed men and women. With each step down the endless hallways her stomach dropped. This place was more fortified then Fort Knox. Everywhere she looked there was people armed, even out the window, helicopters and trucks and stations all armed. People roaming the grounds.
What the fuck was going on? Did the fucking world end and she didn’t know? Was there a zombies apocalypse? She shuttered at the thought, zombie apocalypse was her worse fear.
She needed to find Lloyd so she could find what what was going on. Some of the men and women gave her curious glances and some didn’t seem surprised by her at all.
She couldn’t miss the occasional glare of jealousy from both sex’s,she couldn’t blame them Lloyd was extremely attractive even with his porn stash. Her pussy clenched at the thoughts that ran through her head about how much he lived up to that stash. The man should’ve been a pornstar.
Focus YN! She scolded herself, she couldn’t let her mind wonder when the feeling something really bad had happened spun around her stomach like a roller coaster.
She came to a slow stop in front of a door More men were guarding, one of the men was Rick. She glared at him, still not ok with what took place before.
“Is he in there?”
He nodded yes, his left hand covering her path to the door and his right reaching for his ear piece. She had planned to wait while he contacted whoever, but when she heard yelling that sounded familiar she took her chance and ducked under Rick’s arm and pushed the door open as fast as she could.
She could hear Rick curse under his breathe as he came in after her.
She made it a few feet into the room and out of Rick’s grip when she noticed Lloyd’s familiar frame. The black sweater stretching over his broad back.
“What the fuck is it now” Lloyd yelled before he turned slightly on his heel to see who intruded in on his interrogation.
“Shit” He said under his breathe, he wasn’t used to the feeling that stirred in his stomach, she wasn’t supposed to be here, in this room, right at this moment.
If Lloyd was being completely honest with himself this wasn’t how he planned for this to go, for her to find out this way but there was no undoing what she walked in on.
Her eyes left Lloyd’s, dare she say surprised one’s, to see the man and young girl sitting on the bed. The young girl clutching onto him. It took her a moment to register what she was seeing.
Her sister Claire and Uncle Donald.
Her stomach dropped, what the fuck was going on?! Her uncles hands that were clutching the younger niece were bloody. Bruises littered his face.
It can’t be.
Lloyd wouldn’t.
Why?!
This doesn’t make sense.
“Now sunshine-“ Lloyd spoke as he slowly neared her, she looked spooked like a skittish horse that would run any second.
And she did, right past him, pushing past his out reaching arm. She basically threw herself into her families arms as they held onto her. Her sister clutched to her as she cried.
Lloyd bite his lip at the sting of her pushing past him.
“Oh honey I’m so sorry they go you too” her uncle whispered in her hair.
“Wha-what?” She asked confused with teary eyes. Who got her? He couldn’t be talking about Lloyd. What was Lloyd?
“Honey-“
“Alright that’s enough!” Lloyd yelled stomping towards them.
“Leave her alone!” Her sister yelled, holding her older sister tighter.
“Please tell me what’s going on-“
“He’s-“
“Let’s go sunshine” Lloyd said cutting her uncle off, while grabbing her arm.
Her uncle tried to push Lloyd away only to feel the end of Lloyd gun smashed into his skull. He felt the slight trickled of blood as the impact made him fall back into the bed.
“Lloyd!” YN yelled pushing his arm away from her as she went to aid her uncle.
Another sting Lloyd thought.
“He’s working for the government honey, he was going to kill-”
YN watched in horror as Lloyd’s fist came down on her uncles mouth, instantly blood started to pool in his mouth as he coughed and held his jaw.
“Lloyd!” YN screamed as her sister started to scream and cry.
“Let me go!! Let me go you fucking asshole!” YN yelled as she pushed at his arms.
“Can’t do that sweetheart, now let’s go” Lloyd said hosting her up into his arm. His arm had her hooked by her under arms pulling her backwards.
She kicked and screamed trying to get away from him.
“Calm down!” Lloyd yelled at her as he turned her towards him, holding her by her shoulders.
“No!” She yelled as her hand came across Lloyd’s face, the loud sound of skin on skin contact made the room go still. Everyone held their breathe as they watched for Lloyd’s reaction.
Lloyd could feel the heat rise up his neck, his breathe labored.
Lloyd’s rough hand shot out to grab her jaw, his hand squeezing her face as he pulled her closer to his own face.
Lloyd’s eyes roamed her face as he watched her struggle to pull away from him, her eyes finally reached his, full of tears as she stared at him.
Lloyd’s stomach turned, she looked scared of him and not in the way that turned him on.
If those fuckers would have done their job right this wouldn’t even be happening right now. Lloyd didn’t know if he had the self restraint to not kill his own men who royalty fucked this up for him.
“Fuck this” Lloyd gritted as he threw her over his shoulder.
“Put me down! Stop this right now Lloyd!” YN screamed as the tears fell. She still didn’t really know what was going on, what she did know is Lloyd had her sister and uncle held hostage and now everything about her and Lloyd’s almost 1 years relationship was put into question.
“Don’t touch her you crazy son of a bitch!” Her uncle yelled from the other side of the room.
Lloyd was getting tired of the old man. He could only hold his tongue for so long. A few minutes seemed to be the max.
He turned slight over the shoulder YN wasn’t on and smirked at the older man.
“Oh your a little late Unc, I’ve done nothing but touch her” Lloyd said matter a factly before smacking YN’s ass and jiggling it in his large hand.
“Lloyd!” She yelled as she squirmed in his arms while hitting his back.
“What baby? That was pretty PG for the little sis” Lloyd.
Lloyd winked at her uncle before turning and heading out the door while YN kept screaming “No” and “Put me down”.
“No one fucking does anything to them until I fucking say so, got it?” Lloyd asked Rick as he watched the women struggling on Lloyd’s shoulder.
He just nodding before Lloyd headed down the hallway back the way the young woman had came only minutes ago, so unaware of what was waiting for her.

12. Fic you want everyone to study in a literature class?
This is a tough and interesting question! I'm keeping this list pretty purely to F1 stuff, and at the end of the day, decided to go with Subjunctive History by Sirius (Max/Carlos). This fic, you guys. Did I decide to read the History Boys because of the quote at the top of this fic? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes. This is one of the most beautiful fics I've read in years-- I think it contends strongly in the 'best characterization' and 'best fic of the year' categories as well. It's really, really cool to encounter a bit of fic that transcends its own fictional universe to feel like it's showing you something that is....... really the only word that comes to mind is 'Real' even though that's maybe cliche I guess. But the fic itself avoids cliche in every part of it-- there are pieces of this fic that feel Real, it's that in tune with Max and his sexuality and the stuff with his dad and the heartbreak and funniness of his relationship with Carlos.
18. Favorite characterization?
I think the one that comes to the top of my dome that I've read recently was Danny in to all the mothers in the intermarche by @astronicht. He's not the POV character, but this is one of those fics where there's an extra incredible layer added by how the POV character views them-- in this case Max-- and in this case with this slight envy (and lust, and years worth of friendship)-- that really sucks you in. The details on how he acts and how he talks are just On. As maybe known I am SO so so invested in all the potentially motherly qualities of Formula One Race Winner Daniel Ricciardo and this fic is chef's kiss.

Buffy season 3 reflection and quiet contemplation:
Of course in general I very much enjoyed this season, but I do feel like compared to the past two seasons episodes varied more in quality and my enjoyment of them. The epic highs and lows of season three if you will. There was definitely more episodes that I really loved or just thought were pretty good as compared to episodes I felt were a little weak and the good very much outweighs the bad. But anyway, here is what I did like:
I could tell they had a budget increase for this season and for the most part I think they really used it to their advantage. We got a lot more fights where Buffy and friends had to take on a biggggg gang of baddies and it usually involved bigger sets where they could jump all around and have some awesome fight choreography. I felt like almost every other episode we were getting a big warehouse battle with complicated exciting fight choreography. I think it’s epic and I’ll never get tired of seeing Buffy beat the tar out of demons.
I think they were a little more artistic with their directing too this season, like Zeppo definitely comes to mind where they didn’t just stick with straightforward storytelling and instead gave you a different perspective. Just in general I felt like the directing was more fast-paced and engaging in a lot of episodes.
Now I have to preface this by saying I did not enjoy all the character conflicts that were introduced, however, one thing I really enjoy about Buffy is the way it deals with interpersonal relationships. The show is not afraid to have its characters make mistakes and also have other characters react realistically to them. I really liked dead mans party because of this, where we get to see the fallout of Buffy running away over the summer. At first everyone is very glad to see her, but there is this uncomfortable awkwardness between them all that needs to be addressed, and it all comes to a head with a yelling match between our main characters. I like that they couldn't just talk it out at first because that's really never how it works. Also I thought Buffy and Angels breakup was pretty well done too. We all know that relationship was very much doomed and wrong in a lot of ways so I'm glad the show was able to have them acknowledge that and split up for that reason.
Some of my favorite episodes (besides the Zeppo and Dead mans party as mentioned above) were Homecoming (for the cordelia and buffy forced bonding) Band Candy (for the campy fun) Gingerbread (idk this one was just very fun) and Doppelganger (i loveeee the willow focus:)
And honestly, I only had one big issue with this season and that was the overarching plot with the mayor. For one I just didn't like the mayor that much as a big baddie villain of the season. His bit where he like acts like a very normal nice guy but is actually psycho was very one note and not super interesting to me. I liked The Master and Spike (and eventually evil Angel) as the season big bads a lot more. I did find the plot a lot more exciting when Faith joined him. It was all a bit uninteresting but all together fine, it was just the season finale that really sucked. It felt like a lot of build-up to very much nothing and I can get into a lot of nitpicky shit (like.. what was up with then Buffy was like "Xander, you are the KEY to this whole plan" and then Xander ended up doing nothing at all? i could go on) but yeah just overall very anti-climatic. Also Buffy came up with a plan to defeat the mayor by just like exploding him and killing him, and then her plan went EXACTLY as predicted with no bumps in the road at all to add excitement. They were just like "we are going to kill the mayor now" and then they did. Very lame.
My other big gripe was the Willow and Xander cheating arc which I can literally write a whole paper on but I won't do that to you. I guess to sum it up I really wish we would have had a resolution to that conflict that was satisfying, and maybe explored a little more why Xander and Willow suddenly cheated on their respective partners with each other. And I really don't like what it did to Cordy, who was pretty much not in the group anymore after that. My guess is that maybe the writers wanted her out of the scooby gang so that she could go over to the Angel show, and that was their way of getting her to break up with Xander and kind of hate all his friends. It just makes me upset because Cordelia was really starting to find her place in the group and also have a genuine affection for Xander. I liked that in the prom episode Xander buys Cordy her dress and doesn't tell anyone her family lost all their money, HOWEVER I needed more resolution. I wanted MORE!!
My least favorite episodes were Amends (probably the overall worst episode of Buffy i have ever seen... like literally what was the point of that) Choices (this episode kinda just felt like boring filler and that scene where the mayor lectors Angel and Buffy about their relationship for 5 minutes uninterrupted was so weird and out of place) and then Graduation part 2 (just for being a very anti-climatic mess.)
In my season 1 review I talked about my feelings on the characters that appeared in that season, and I think I pretty much feel similarly about them all now, but here are my thoughts about the new people!
Oz: I think oz is the biggest addition since season one and really what is there to say! he's a man of few words, he brings a calm level headed energy to the cast that I think really helps to balance everything out. I like that he's a werewolf of course, I think that's awesome and we even got to see him flex his werewolf powers in season three and attack another beast. I hope we get more of that. I am curious about whats gonna happen with his and Willows relationship because well. well. but ANYWAY for the time being I think they are good for each other
Faith: I found her to be kind of annoying... but I just don't really like girlbosses who don't give a fuck type characters, sorry just not for me. I did think she was a lot more interesting once she went bad and overall the concept of a slayer going bad cool so I'm glad they explored that
Wesely: I think hes donefore and doesnt appear in season 4 (tho i know he's in Angel) But idk. he was like so bad that he was good. Like i don't like him as a person but his presence on the show was so camp. just some sniveling loser that everyone's hates. i love it.

Synopsis: The Death Eaters are an outlaw motorcycle club run by Tom Riddle, a notoriously ruthless leader who works the brotherhood into high stakes criminal activity after the death of their previous president. Draco Malfoy is heir to the throne, but his life abruptly changes when fate lands him in the hands of a young doctor.
Major Themes: Muggle AU/no magic at all, crime, star-crossed lovers vibe, Draco is down soooo bad, lots of smut, a sarcasm and wittiness all you can eat buffet.
Reason for Rating:
- I really enjoyed this story despite the fact that I don’t usually seek out Non-Magic AUs. It didn’t actually bother me that this was a Muggle AU because of the world building, characters, and story. Unlike some Muggle AUs where the characters are placed in a similar position to their magical counterparts, this fic is essentially a total deviation from the original HP story line. For instance, Draco and Hermione (and other characters) are meeting for the first time in this fic instead of some other Muggle AUs where they knew each other in school. Despite it’s deviation, this works extremely well for the fic and I enjoyed the progression of certain characters relationships because they had never met before.
- As for Dramione and how it is written in this fic, I’m pleasantly surprised. If you love a slow-burn this probably won’t be for you as the characters get together very early on. However, I recommend you to try this even if you do like a slow burn and I’m going to explain why… Although they get together early on, their story makes sense and doesn’t feel like it’s been rushed. Personally, it works because this isn’t supposed to be an enemies-to-lovers so there really isn’t a reason why they CAN’T get together sooner. Furthermore, it works because they do try to pull away, but they just can’t help but be pulled back to each other. AND WOW, that last aspect is really what I think made me go crazy over this fic on top of the fact that Draco is an absolute simp for Hermione in this. Like genuinely I loveeee when one side of a pairing would do absolutely anything for the other and cannot stop thinking about them. Makes me swoon.
- As for other characters, the author did such a great job of making you care for characters other than our main Dramione pairing. Which, believe me, is a hard feat. Usually I see characters other than Dramione purely as side characters and that is all; however, this fic made me actually care about the well-being of TWO other relationships. That genuinely made me laugh because I’ve never done that before. Literally I love Harry so much in this I thought about him AFTER reading it. I will say though, a lot of side characters can and might come across as Out Of Character, but like I mentioned before, this fic is almost so deviant from the original story it kind of isn’t the biggest deal that some side characters don’t act like they would normally.
- The world building in this is actually so enjoyable. I love the way the magical is turned muggle and doing so realistically and not seeming so ‘on the nose’.
- The story line (aside from the romance plot) is the reason for the slight point reduction of my rating. I want to preface that it isn’t necessarily a bad story line and for the most part it was the reason for some of my favorite character interactions. However, I deducted because near the end I felt my attention span for reading about it slipping away and I began skimming.
- I really loved the writing in this fic. The characters interact very naturally with each other which is so pleasing as someone who is obsessed with good dialogue. IMO there is some cringey dialogue, but I feel like that comes with the mafia territory. The relationships (lovers, enemies, friends, etc) are so good and I love how the author really uses micro-expressions and actions to Show rather than Tell. Finally, I think most people will enjoy that the writing style changes from time to time (i.e. court transcript, text messages, going back and forth between time) to really give you a STORY. And I bold the word story because it is truly story-telling that this fic gives.
Overall: This was a fic that I could not put down for two days and literally didn’t do anything with my time but finish it. Despite being a Muggle AU, which I don’t usually pick out, this was such a pleasant surprise of world building, character, and writing. I’d recommend this for readers who are feeling like all the Dramione fics they’re reading are melding into the same enemies-to-lovers/slow burn blob because it truly is something so different and yet still just as addictively enjoyable.

OMFG RHYLEY !!!!!! i'm going to be honest with you new favourite movie. as in i just sat and watched a two and a half hour movie at home bc i was having a bad day and paid attention the whole time kind of movie. i love it so so much i LOVEEEE maximalism so i love the style i love #positivity so i love the story love love love
my favourite parts are definitely the parts at the lunar new year party, every part of those scenes spread across the movie i just. the absolute apathy evelyn has and how it drips from her every action and smashing up the place and waymond convincing the auditor to give them more time and then deidre comes out and sits with evelyn and they talk..... AND THEN THE PARTS WITH JOY.............god. i'm also giving runnerups to the rock scenes bc they made me cry the fucking hardest the first time i saw it (when evelyn turns around with the googly eyes i fr sobbed) and also the raccoonie scenes bc the part where evelyn and the guy are running after the truck also make me sob
i don't want to talk about the laundry and taxes line i will start chewing on cables (this is /j i will talk about it forever if pressed)
i just love....this story so much man evelyn and waymond live in my head RENT FREE i know we say ohhh X redefined love every few weeks but THIS TIME I MEAN IT !! I MEAN IT. their relationship is so so important to me when i think about evelyn finally sticking the googly eye on her forehead and "i'm fighting like you" i'll be fucking sick /pos. they are messy and imperfect and that is why they are perfect. and evelyn couldn't save joy (or help anyone even herself) until she understood his point of view. waymond is just so full of love and kindness for everything and everyone (all of the time) it drives me so crazy. no matter the universe he's reaching out to evelyns and running out after her into the rainy street and baking cookies for their auditor and goddd. gooooodddddddddddd
also the ending when evelyn grabs onto joy to pull her out of the void and then she turns around and realises gongong is helping her too (and waymond ofc). what if i bawled
it's just such such such an engaging story like the first second i saw the divorce papers i was like 👀 and then it just roped me tf in. but bonus points go to the scene where joy shows up at the audit place in her Fits™ bc oh my fucking god talk about a scene. we all talk about michelle yeoh and ke huy quan in this movie which like Good fucking deserved they killed it reanimated it and killed it again give them EGOTs but stephanie hsu has such charisma and command over every scene she's in and ESPECIALLY that one it's crazy. anyway probably fave movie ever hands down

How'd he get in? You moved apartments, meaning he no longer had a key.
"You hide your spare key under the rug, you didn't even think to change it?" Timothee said, as if reading your thoughts.
Fuck.
"Tim, you need to leave before I call the police," your voice shook. You took a step closer to the open door and squinted your eyes. It was so dark you couldn't see him and you couldn't place where his voice was coming form inside of your apartment.
"Go ahead, call them," Timothee spoke with a voice so unphased you weren't sure he fully understood what it'd mean if you called the police, still, you reached to your back pocket for your phone and...
"Missing your phone, huh?" His voice mocked a sad tone as he held up an illuminated screen that shown a picture of a mountain from your favorite fantasy novel.
"How did you--"
"You know, you should really leave your drawers locked at work. You never know who'll rifle through them." The light from your screen just barely illuminated his face as he turned it towards him. He sucked his teeth as he said, "I remember when the background of your phone was a picture of us..."
"Timothee, put my phone down and leave," you said through gritted teeth, "I won't call the police, just leave."
"Okay," he said calmly as he dropped your phone onto the floor. You heard him as he took 3 agonizingly slow steps to the door. You didn't move as his body came into view, he flashed you a smile; one that used to make your knees buckle due to his devastating beauty, but now out of sheer terror. His eyes shown a darkness that you'd never seen before. You never thought he'd be capable of hurting you, but that was when you were his...now...now you weren't so sure.
"Come on, you can't even walk past me? Do you really think I'm that much a monster?"
You offered no response.
"What about a handshake?" He said as he stretched out his arm toward you, offering you his hand.
"A handshake? You break into my fucking home and you want me to shake your fucking hand!?"
"Think of it as an apology and a goodbye. You'll never see me again, and since I know I won't be able to get a hug or kiss out of you, I'd think you'd be able to shake my hand after breaking my fucking heart."
His sentence shook you. You broke his heart, he was hurting. Maybe offering him this simple form of contact would be all he'd need to leave you alone. You were the one who ended things, and he needed some type of closure, and offering him this handshake, saying goodbye and accepting his apology....maybe that's all he would need.
Slowly, you risked steps toward him. You had time to back out, to run away, but you didn't. You stepped toward him until the toe of your shoe hit his and you held your hand out. He gripped it, firmly, with sweaty hands, shaking it once and then again.
"I am very, truly sorry," he whispered.
"I accept your apology, Timothee."
You made an attempt to slide your hand out of his, but his grip tightened. Your heart rate increased as he began pulling you to him, "Timothee, stop, let me go," you pleaded.
"Sorry that I have to show you how much of a mistake you've made," he said as you jerked your arm, fighting to escape his grasp. He pulled you with a force that flung your body against his just before throwing you over his shoulder and marching you into your pitch black apartment.
He pushed the door shut with his foot as he dropped you to your feet and slammed you against it. He kicked your phone across the room with his other foot while shoving a knee between your legs and pinning your wrists above your head, held together by a one of his hands, there was no escaping. He had you, and you had no idea what he was going to do to you.
The apartment was so dark you couldn't see his face in front of you. You could feel his breath and smell his hair, his cologne, which happened to be your favorite. The scent you bought him for his birthday last year. You could smell the detergent he used on his clothes. A fresh, clean scent...like freshly washed linens that were hung to dry outside. His breath was shaky, and it blew hot onto your lips, you knew his face was inches from yours.
"Do you have any idea, how much damage you've done to me?" He asked, his voice cracking.
You willed your eyes to adjust to the darkness, silently pleading with them to let any possible light in. You wanted to hate him, you wanted to be angry with him but his voice...and his scent...
"I...Timothee, I'm sorry, but this is not way to--"
He smashed his lips into yours with crushing force, you squirmed your body and jerked your arms, desperately trying to escape his grasp. You pulled your lips in, hoping he would stop kissing you, but as you inhaled through your nose, pulling his scent back in you couldn't help but kiss him back. Your mouth opened and his breath shook at the permission you'd given him, rather, he'd taken. Greedily, he shoved his tongue into your mouth, kissing you deeply and hungrily. He wouldn't stop. He couldn't stop, and neither could you. Still, his hands remained above your head, holding your wrists against the wall, and his knee between your legs.
Finally, he pulled away. The only sound in the apartment was your shared, shaky breaths.
"Please, Tim, let me go," you whispered against his lips.
You felt his hair tickle your face as he, what you could only assume, shook his head, "and risk you leaving again? I don't think so."
"I won't leave." You wouldn't, you couldn't. Not when everything you ever felt for him came rushing back with each movement his lips made with yours, with each breath he blew onto your face.
He pressed his forehead against yours, your noses brushing against each others, "Huh, I'm not sure if I believe you, y/n. After all you moved apartments, you hid your spare key thinking I wouldn't find it, you even," he stopped pressing a deep and intimate kiss to your lips, "threatened to call the police."
You squirmed as his knee pressed against your core, "Timothee, I'm sorry I wasn't thinking straight, I..."
Desperately, you leaned your head into the darkness, searching for his mouth, but as his lips attached to your neck and harshly sucked in your delicate skin, you hissed in pain.
"Does that hurt," he breathed against your neck.
"Yes," you whimpered.
"Good," he said, darkly, biting the spot on your neck he just bruised. He attacked your neck, sucking hard and biting each spot he sucked as he did the first one. His grip on your wrists loosened until he finally let them drop, "Don't you fucking see, I can't live without you, y/n..." His knee remained in between your legs, still holding you in place. "...and now I'm going to make sure you can't live without me."
He removed his knee and you felt his hands grab your body. You moved with him, allowing him to move you and take you wherever he wanted. You were his now, and you realized as he tossed you onto the couch and tore off your clothes, there would be no escaping him. And you were fine with that.
You heard belt jingle and his then his pants thud to the floor, followed by the light fabric of his shirt. It was still dark, but the light from the street lamps outside, shown through the blinds, illuminating the room enough to see him as he climbed on top of you.
"You will never leave me again, do you understand me?" the head of his cock brushed against your entrance as he grabbed your face, kissing you roughly. You nodded, earning a smile from him. His thumb trailed from your cheek to your lips and into your mouth. You looked him in the eyes as you sucked it, swirling your tongue around the tip of it as you would his cock. He groaned and rolled his eyes, shoving himself inside of you fully. He pulled his thumb out of your mouth, his hand trailed down until it rest on your neck, applying light pressure as he slammed into you repeatedly. Below are some of my favorite rom/coms that I feel like everyone new to k-dramas should watch.
Fight for My Way: I love this drama! The couple is one of my OTPs and it’s really funny and a mostly lighthearted story of a group of friends. It’s down to earth and adorable - I’ve never had anyone complain about this one!
Shopping King Louie: Ridiculously fun and lighthearted romp following a spoiled and useless chaebol with amnesia who is being taken care of by a country bumpkin in the city. Very low stakes, super adorable couple, and as many tropes as you can fit in your bag, this one is one of my favorites to recommend.
The Best Hit / Hit The Top: A famous 90′s boyband dude travels into the future and meets up with his family and friends in this really cute drama featuring Yoon Shi Yoon. I LOVE Yoon Shi Yoon in pretty much everything but this role was made for him - he is hilarious. It’s a slice of life but features the k-pop music industry so the setting is unique.
Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo: A K-drama fandom favorite! Adorable college romance about a female weightlifter and a super hot swimmer dude. I mean she’s hot too. Anyways, two cuties!
Oh My Ghostess: A shy withdrawn girl working at a restaurant possessed by a sassy ghost. Do I need to go on? There is a little bit of sad but for the most part it’s super fun.
Run On: I loved this slice of life drama about an athlete, a translator, a painter and a CEO so much that I have already rewatched it. This drama has so much to offer: Interesting and strong characters, a painter I’d die for and unique friendships. Did I mention there’s a legit ACE character? I mean... AMAZING.
Into The Ring: Seo Gong Myung is a hard nosed civil servant who ends up working with Goo Se Ra, one of my favorite ladies in a K-drama ever. She’s passionately ethical and into civil ordinance complaints (you read that right) which drives Gong Myung crazy, but like, in a “I’m definitely going to fall for you” type of way. This is a hilarious and heartfelt slice of life and I loved it.
Other Great K-drama Essentials I recommend to new viewers:
Coffee Prince: A classic (if 10 years old can be considered a classic) rom com with genderbending. It’s a great drama that really plays up the gay as much as a k-drama of it’s time really can and I loveeeed it so so much.
Healer: Everyone knows healer will always have my heart and it’s a super popular k-drama. Healer is played by Ji Chang Wook (swoon) and he gets involved with a feisty reporter played by Park Min Young (also swoon). It’s an action adventure with some very classic tropes: Rich people scandals, murders and hidden pasts. But it also has some of my favorite tropes: Beta Male Lead, childhood friends to lovers and traumatic pasts.
Extraordinary You/ A Day Found By Chance (fantasy/romance): This magical k-drama has my heart. It plays with all of the predictable tropes and then just goes crazy! While not perfect towards the end, I give this show bonus points for being super creative AND inspiring me to read a LOT of fan fic. I think about this drama more than any other.
Just Between Lovers (romance/melo): Slice of Life romance between poor trauma babies just trying to live! The OTP is one of my favorite couples EVER and even as the years go on, very few couples have matched their love in my opinion. There’s a lot of comfort/healing themes with for me is just *chef’s kiss.* Lee Junho became my bias wrecker because of that drama.

3.3k. a post-season 8 finale fic in which fallen cas struggles with the concept of a soul. i loveeee this version of newly human cas, and the way dean loves him in the ways only our most repressed man can. very sweet and a little sad and absolutely beautiful.

loversantiquities is one of my all-time favorite fic writers (as you can probably tell by how often their stuff turns up in my recs) and they write deancas with the kind of gentle passion only those two are capable of having. this 5.5k season 15 is just. soooooooo bittersweet and so lovely.

really lovely 12.1k post-canon fic! this ties up a lot of loose ends in terms of dean and his issues/relationships. the moments between cas and him are the sweetest part though. the final scenes are just one adorable lovely milestone after another!!!

12.3k adorable fic with a ridiculous premise executed perfectly! kelly dies in childbirth and cas is raising baby jack alone in washington, when a mysterious frog shows up and joins their little family. i’m sure you can imagine where this is going but read the fic anyway! it’s sweet and funny and i particularly love cas’s characterization

everybody loves trueform cas! fleeceframe writes with so much tenderness and beauty, and this 12.7k fic is no different. cas is expelled from jimmy’s body and dean meets his trueform, which totally rocks his world. no joke i started crying happy tears at the end of this!!!

38.4k. as we all know, i am picky about aus. however this one just knocked me out! dean is the firefighter training eighteen year old jack, and cas is jack’s coffee-shop owning father. i especially enjoy this for how well dean’s repression is portrayed. it’s real in a way that hurts to read, sometimes, but the way he and cas help heal each other is so lovely. also jack is wonderful in this and his relationship with dean is a real bright spot! cannot recommend enough

89.9k. okay i debated putting this one on here because while i adored it, cas is very endverse-y in this and that’s not typically what i include in these recs. however i think it’s too charming not to include! if the weirdo boy best friends dynamic appeals to you (which it SHOULD) you’ll love this fic. dean and cas are long-term besties who live together and cannot set any reasonable boundaries and grapple with how much they love each other and go on road trips! what more could you want?
