Summary: You're a singer, and from a popular girl band. Sometimes, you just don't know how to express gratitude for your friends and so instead, write a song dedicated to them.

Jk– anyways, basically at first they didn't know you were a singer because you never really openly sang to anyone.

...Or did so in general because you want to surprise your team. You've had a pretty hard time expressing your own emotions through words, like some other people.

And boom! One day came the thought of like...

"Why don't i just write some lyrics and make a song dedicated to them?" No shit sherlock could've done that like two weeks ago smh– 😒

ANYWAYS...so it took lots of time but you managed to get help from your bandmates to finish doing the song.

And by 'it took lots of time' i mean in a week. I'm an impatient hoe leave me be *sobs* 😭

First of all, before the day of the surprise performance you texted Kita the night before and told him and the team to get to the gym early because of an "announcement".

He was confused on why you didn't just tell the GC but we just want to see them honestly /j

The moment morning came, you and your material gworls bandmates set up your shit and all that before the boys had arrived first.

The sounds of booming music was heard from the gym, the calming sound of the bass along with the melodious sound of the keyboard right in tow. You were right inside– singing and conveying your feelings to the audience you had gathered.

'Even if my heart froze over, you would always be there to embrace me and tell me, "it will be okay".'

From behind his phone's screen, Suna sticks his tongue out at the twins fighting. "Hear that? I always comfort (Y/N) when she's lonely more than you two." This ticks them off. Atsumu glares right at the pussy hair boy, seemingly jealous.

"Shush, Suna!"

This keeps going on and on until the moment Kita finally tells them to stop. He just wants to hear your beautiful voice and nobody else's. Just– let him have a moment.

'And believe the world will change, it's so filled with kindness. So much that tomorrow will be dazzling, too.'

Aran had nearly begun sobbing. "What a good hearted girl." He quietly praises while watching you stand right up in front of the stage, with the biggest smile on your face as you sang.

"Can she be mine?" Akagi deadpans, stars almost coming out of his eyes. I'm afraid to tell you that you gotta get in line, (Y/N)'s already got these other boys–

...

It was done, the sounds of the instruments began to fade and you look to your team, soft expression never fading once. It was that time on that they had known you would never leave them, because with those lyrics alone, you definitely chose to stay.

Clapping. You wanted to hear that most. Because you tried hard to confess– maybe a bit too hard just thinking about the song, but it was worthwhile to see some of the boys's rare smiles.

Ah yes...both sides agree it was a real blessing to have you on their team. No take backs.

The song may have been short, but the time you'll be spending together with them will live on forever. They don't need the memories, but sometimes, exceptions can also matter.

A very civilized and intelligent team :o

Two archons- both who fortunately don't have beef with each other and take everything as a learning opportunity

I feel like Nahida would eventually at least start considering the thought of Zhongli being Rex Lapis

Kazuha, Ganyu, and Zhongli who are taken aback at first when an archon is on the team (Zhongli on the inside: meh...)

Kazuha using this as an opportunity to adventure and wander Liyue and Sumeru since his team is from there

Nahida clapping because she likes Kazuha's poetry, enjoying his metaphors and analogies aw <3

Ganyu has heard of Zhongli and is sure to be respectful, however she isn't really sure why he does the same to her...

At first Ganyu panics about being on the team, because she probably has a lot of work to do and doesn't know how or if she can handle both

They all reassure her and offer their words of wisdom, telling her to take breaks

Just for funsies, Zhongli might ask them all what they think of the geo archon just cuz lol

I think they'd also all be open to embracing each other's culture and trying new foods

I feel like they're all the "likes to take long walks while having a nice conversation" type, so they'd probably bond over that

IRODORI FESTIVAL:

They are definitely the target audience for this, I think they'd be so interested in the stories and poetry

Zhongli eventually branching from the group, and taking a leisurely walk around Ritou, admiring what Inazuma is like now including the hustle and bustle of citizens enjoying the festival

Nahida and Kazuha participating in as many things as she can: listening to the story of the Five Kasen, roaming through all the stalls...

Ganyu more into admiring the Inazuma culture overall, since she's never been to Inazuma before

I love that in npmd Grace is just not threatened by Max whatsoever.

That is the face of someone with no natural predators. Like I understand that he doesn't give her a hard time but you'd think at least a rumor would make it her way. But no, the way she acts around him implies that she has no idea he is a person other people are scared of.

And I know it's probably because she doesn't have a lot of friends and therefore has none to tell her, but I like to think it's actually because Max has gone to extreme lengths to protect his image around her.

I don't know if you're interested in engiespy but just hear me out

I saw again that post of yours where Spy said sth like "blessing? over my dead body!" or something like that

So, since Fred Conagher, Engineer's dad can be canonically still alive, can Spy get into the similar situation?

Like look, Fred would be much more against Spy and Engineer's relationship that Spy is against Sniper and Scout's relationship. He, as an engineer, would hate Spy as class; as a cowboy he would hate Spy for being pseudo-intellectual and how "fancy" he is; as a old christian person he would hate Spy for induce his son to sin. Spy basically literally has no chance to get his blessing. Which might lead to situation where he tells Engineer he hates his dad and Engineer will get kinda defensive about his family.

And that would be +1 reason for Sniper and Scout to make fun of Spy

That's actually a brilliant idea that I've been laughing about for a month🥹my comic came out more in a comedic manner, but that topic deserves a whole serious fanfiction me thinks...Thank you for your idea!!!
