I'm sick of this fandom, ya'll harrass writers and artists away from this fandom over dark shit you can't stomach and ignore. all you did was ruining this fandom. I will publicly say that I'm anti-harrassment, and supprtive of problematic elements in fiction. the game's main story contains elements of incest, noncon, dubcon, interspecies ships, abuse, grooming, etc and some of ya'll are crying over someone HEADCANONING smth cause of their TRAUMA.

the fuck ya'll are attacking them for? they even mentioned they have trauma of what they wrote. don't like it? DON'T READ. I personaly don't like evil Michael hcs.

does that mean I get to attack the author? NO. me being uncomfortable or triggered cause of it has nothing to do with THEM. its MY problem.

writing & hcing grooming, problematic shit, etc does NOT mean someone does it irl. nor supports it. some of ya'll tend to find a small, not so well known person in the community to harrass. hell, i even I bet ya'll harrassed @/devildomwriter over their raph x belph post. ya'll made posts about @/boxbusiness on that confesson blog too so i donr except much.

i (20+nb) have recently become mutual with a super talented artist (16/17ish nb). at first i thought they were just involved in the fandom i followed them for, but then they started posting fanart of one character from the show. i immediately got the ick and messaged them about being a nazi and supporting problematic media. they haven’t responded and instead soft blocked me but i can still see them posting about the character and ships involving him, including one that pairs him with the country that the real life country had a war with. i think that they’re young and i can change their mind about liking this media so ive been writing notes to send them about why it’s problematic and how they can better themselves. the funny thing is they keep reblogging shit about being pro palestine and pro ukraine while also SUPPORTING H*TALIA?? the funniest part is that they’re poc, so i thought they would at least understand better why it’s not good media to consume.

I am perhaps extreme on this, but I don’t think there’s a good excuse to stay in HP fandom, unless one does agree with Rowling's infamous tweets of recent years. Separating art from artist is debatably all right when the artist is dead and no longer collecting royalties, but when the artist is still on Twitter bragging about her royalties, and there’s so much queer-friendly fantasy that could be talked up instead…yep, nope, trans/genderqueer/NB allies should jump ship.

I admit I look askance now at HP cosplayers and anyone still putting their Hogwarts house in their social media bio. I know, I know, a fandom that meant so much to a person for a phase of their life is going to claim a special place in their memories. But you wouldn’t (I hope) continue celebrating the birthday of a toxic ex-friend because you liked them two decades ago, so why stay with the fandom, when by so doing you’re keeping Rowling culturally relevant? We can support the innocent actors from the HP movies by supporting the work they’ve done since the series—I’m sure they’d rather have more focus on those newer projects anyway.

I practice what I preach: I could be continuing to lure in potential readers with my HP parodies, but instead I have taken them all down, all the places I can still reach, because I don’t want to give her any airtime, even obliquely like that.

I think if y'all knew how very, very little the vast majority of us writers make, and how hard we try to reach readers, and how much we'd appreciate a smidgen of success, and how hard some of us are trying to help and protect our fellow queer folks...you would better understand why this is a big deal, to someone who is also a writer of urban fantasy. I’ll stop there. Apparently I could go on and on about this.

How do BTS stay disciplined through life

For entertainment purposes only

I wanna start off by saying that intuitively, the first thing i got is that it is not always about just discipline. Sometimes its their personal values, the fact that is it their job, they have each other, they have the support of ARMY, and the entire company is gather around their success stories. Individually they all have different means of staying disciplined, but it is not a personal or moral failure for other people to not have their disciplines, especially if they dont currently have the means or support they do currently in their career.

Kim Namjoon:

A mix of both thoughtfulness and inspiration. He plans a lot. A lot of him in the past also wanted to prove himself, as a leader, as rapper, as an artist and idol. It's balancing when to take it slow and when to go fast.

Kim Seokjin:

A lot of it is about how far he has come, and how further he sees himself go. He is constantly realizing dreams and finding new ones to look forward to. He also remembers a lot of the struggles, of when BTS almost stopped being BTS. He has gained so much passion for music, even dance and performance over the years.

Min Yoongi:

He finds so much joy and excitment in music. Its like it is giving him fresh breaths of air everytime. That is where his soul shines the most. He has some regrets from the past, where he was not taking care of himself as much and was struggling more, but he is now golden.

Jung Hoseok:

He knows he's THE DEAL. He knows he is both admired and envied for his dance skills. Bro shines and he knows it. He knows his team depends on him and he depends on them, and he loves seeing them grow. He also know to go with the flow, work when he can but not so hard he can get seriously hurt. He balances taking care of himself, his mind and body bc he knows they are his work tools. He learned to cherish them the same way car lovers cherish an old car to make it work as long as possible. His discipline also comes from how healing dancing and rapping is for him, it's a balm over his old woulds, especially the fact that dance is now his career when his family struggled with money when he was younger and him as well before debut.

NB: I dont think i have ever seen Hoseok talk that much in a reading i published.

Park Jimin:

I think he struggled more with not working than with working. He has such high expectations of himself he is currently letting go. He is learning how to be more compassionate with himself and how to be more in tune with his intuition and himself in general.

Kim Taehyung :

I think he is relying on less-than-healthy behaviors to tap into his inner resources. He has very difficult periods, where his emotions run wild and he has a hard time staying grounded. Overall, his stability and passion are his crutches in order to keep a hold on his emotions in difficult times.

Jeon Jungkook:

Seven started playing on someone's tiktok next to me lol

So he's saying his type of discipline is not about forcing things anymore, but abotu doign with the cards you have been dealt with. Got hurt ? Work without worsening it. Too tired or sore ? Work on singing or do voice warm up exercises. Things happen that we have no control over, but if we have true discipline, then long term effort will matter more than random bursts of not being able to work it out. His music is his passion and happiness and he's going along with its flow .

Okay, the recent surge of new followers thanks to the twitter exodus, and now your boy Vivien Fucksalot Rell on the tumblr radar, has me wanting to make some kinda welcome post.

Vivi is my WoL who I ship with G’raha Tia and I like to make it everyone’s problem. He’s the main character of the fancomic Fragments that I started this summer. I love ShB so much that I’ve decided to dedicate the next few years of my life to drawing and writing about it. And I believe I’ve got what it takes to tell a story that, in equal amounts, will entertain and break you 🖤

Vivi was tailor-made to interact with G’raha. I’m an experienced oc maker and, how to put it, character chemist? Give me two characters with some fun traits, like the base ingredients for a cocktail, I’ll toss them in a blender, shake it real good, and make the magical chemistry happen. My wolgraha ship is almost 1 year old at this point, I’m still spending every day thinking about them and writing down A LOT of things, random art ideas, fics, and, of course, the comic script, so.. Yeah it’s a good cocktail.

I’m keeping most of the Vivi things close to my heart since you’re yet to learn about him in Fragments. That’s the whole point. But the non-spoilery material is already fun enough imo. You take a look at him and you see: edge, intensity, duality, gremlin, idiot.

He was made in December 2021, got decently developed as a character by April 2022, kept getting more polished since then. I wanna make another post talking about him in a month or so, on his first birthday. For now please perceive him being the fun lil guy he is C:

What about the person behind it all though? My artist username is NextLVL, my own name is Aho or Vel, nb, he/they, a 32 years old self-taught artist who has a bit too much to deal with irl, and I’m holding on to my wolgraha obsession as the only means to stay sane. These guys are my everything. Seriously. Fragments is my first big project that so far has been incredibly validating for me as an artist, and that has given me hope to work on it fulltime thanks to my Patreon. Yes, plugging it because I’ve gotta eat. I’m earning for my living with my art, recent events in the social media sphere have thrown my livelihood into an even greater risk territory. I literally don’t know if I still can earn for my living tomorrow. So, I’ve been pushing my Patreon which looks like the safest and most stable option atm.

Here’s a “nutshell” for how I feel as an artist. Look, I didn’t say it, others did.

I’m working hard to bring something beautiful to the world that’s just an unceasing dumpster fire nowadays. I’m under a METRIC TON of mental pressure, yet I still manage to isolate from it and keep arting, for you and for myself. So yeah.. Thanks for looking, hope you like what I create.
