Mushroom Shawarma Recipe

Mushrooms are life aren’t they? They need to be appreciated more for everything they do to the human mind, body and soul!

This mushroom was so meaty and so incredible you won’t even think about needing meat ever again! 🤯

Ingredients:

1 Punnet oyster mushrooms 1 Tsp Cumin 1 Tbsp Thyme 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 Tsp zaatar 1 Tsp smoked paprika 1 Tsp garlic powder 1 Tsp Celery salt

Oil Pita Some salad, olive oil and lemon Yoghurt, cucumber and lemon Chillies Pickled red onions

Method:

Start by mixing together your spices. Add a glug of oil to your mushrooms and then sprinkle the spices on top. Mix well to coat every bit of the mushies.

Now grab a skillet and a bit of oil add in the mushrooms. Add something heavy on top, like another pan or a bowl and press down, let cook for 3-4 mins until charred slightly and then flip the mushrooms and repeat the process.

Now mix together your salad ingredients in a bowl and your yoghurt ingredients in another bowl.

Heat up your flatbread, load on the salad and yoghurt, then the mushroom shawarma and then top with Chillies and pickled red onions and ENJOY!!

POSTRE DE HIGOS HELADO CON MANJAR, NUECES, CREMA Y CHOCOLATE No me digan nada malo de este postre, no acepto críticas 😁 Es que realmente quedó un espectáculo, en sabor y apariencia! Los ingredientes son sin cantidades, la idea es que les quede cremoso y el sabor equilibrado, pueden probar para ver que tal les está quedando, si le falta manjar o crema, depende de uds. INGREDIENTES: Higos frescos Nueces en trozos grandes Manjar Crema de leche Chocolate semi amargo derretido. Lo dejan en el freezer toda la noche, queda una especie de helado cremosito. "Galletas tímidas "(dios, que mal suena el nombre si lo dices en voz alta xd)

Pueden ser hechas para el san Valentín pero a estas alturas mejor que se haga para un antojito jaja

Notas al margen:

-la masa "no" se amasa con las manos, solo con paleta o cucharón, esto porque después del horneado quedan como rocas

-pueden usar cualquier tipo de chocolate pero con chocolate amargo acentúa mas los sabores(es enserio, en mi casa ya no quieren que haga galletas si no tiene chocolate amargo xd)

-si en ves de chocolate prefieren las nueces es mejor ponerlos cuando llevan un tiempo en el horno, las nueces se sobretostan y quedan muy duras casi vuela dientes

-si no se encuentra harina leudante se puede usar harina todo uso con un poco de bicarbonato de sodio

-si haces mucho está receta posiblemente te volverás mamado de tanta caña que hay que darle xd

okei receta pilaf armenio: 1) cortar pollo en pedacitos y hervirlo hasta que se cocine. NO tirar el agua por favor. 2) en una sarten saltar arroz y fideos (cortados chiquitos) todos crudos y dorarlos 3) Echar el agua del pollo en la sarten y cocinar el arroz y fideos. 4) cuando te quede todo cocido ponés el pollo, sal y mucha pimienta negra en la sarten y lo saltás todo hasta que te quede rico 5) masterchef quien te conoce

Chicken fajitas

Tell me you don’t want this recipe.. Impress your family or treat yourself with this super easy chicken fajita wrap. Don’t bother cooking complicated recipes, it’s time to get cooking faster & quicker.

Don’t forget to LIKE, SAVE, SHARE

You’ll need:

750g Chicken breast 1/3 cup Oil Fajita spices (1 tsp of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin powder, black pepper) 1 tbsp Salt Juice of 1 Lemon

Sliced Peppers (preferably 2 to 3 colours) Two white onions sliced 1/2 cup water

For the sauce 1 Avocado 3 cloves of Garlic 1 red or green Chilli Handful of Coriander 1 cup Greek yogurt juice of half lime 1/4 tsp Salt

Tortilla wraps

Garnish with coriander & red chillies.

P.s do not cook for more than a min after adding the peppers & onions as it might over cook. It tastes & looks better when the veggies are still crunchy.
