Zoro and sanji as duo are special because they don’t act that way with another else.

Sanji prides himself on having manners, He isn’t needlessly rude. He plays the role of sensible and kind cook anywhere else. Zoro doesn’t engage in petty fights, he has deeply ingrained discipline. He plays the role of dependable and stout swordsman.

But they fight each other like cats and dogs, sanji disregards all manners and zoro lets go of his honor-based discipline— JUST SO THEY CAN FIGHT.

Zoro doesn’t let disrespect slide, but sanji can insult him everyday with out major consequences.

that’s why their dynamic is so good, and why almost any zosan interpretation works. They act their age together!!! They’re 21 year olds, they act as stupid as they really are. Best friends, pseudo brothers, husbands, pinning losers— it all works!! I love zosan!!!

It's been a gruelling fight to get crumbs of what we want, but frankly you don't deserve them. You don't deserve them if you're going to call for complexity, then whine about how they're too 'complicated'. How those women are 'too much' and 'not enough' at the same time. How they could have been better, how they should have been changed.

You hate Abby for being too strong, you hate Nina for being too forward, you hate Annabeth for being a leader, you hate Shauna for being a child.

You're given women that are complex, that are morally grey, that can't be stamped with a 'good' or 'bad', and how do you treat them? No, even better, how do you treat the people that advocate for them?

It's fine for the men to be morally gray, but God forbid a woman step into that role like you asked.

I'm sick, and I'm so tired, and this is exactly why I love writing morally grey women. Strong women, women that are unapologetic and powerful.

I wish I could shed my skin and turn into a butterfly. They have it easy. I wasn't made to go to school, work, make money, have kids, then die. I don't want to live life like that. I want to go on nightwalks and spend all day in a field of wild flowers with my friends, chatting and relaxing in the sun. What's the point of living just to die? Why have we as a society normalised working a 9 - 5 office job and staying up late, repeating that cycle? Why must I get an education that exceeds past basic knowledge? Why should I care about the fucking vector of something. Why should I give a shit about an animals internal organs? I wish we weren't violent animals. I wish we were peaceful. And we could just frolic in a field instead of just working, getting old, hobbling around, then dying. I wish I could be a teenage girl forever.
