One thing I've noticed about starv1ng, is that it numbs me emotionally. When I haven't eaten, I can't even muster up the energy it takes to cry, or feel upset, or get angry. I feel nothing at all. It's like there's some kind of fog that falls over my brain, almost like a blanket. Then as soon as I eat again, it's like all the emotions come crashing back and all those feelings resurface again. I've realised I don't only starve to just lose weight anymore. I crave that peace of mind, that the numbing brings me. It's oddly comforting.

The conditions in Gaza City are escalating, especially around Al-Shifa Hospital. The testimonies we receive from some survivors are terrifying. The Israeli occupation army carried out executions of a large number of medical personnel and displaced people in the hospital courtyard and is currently threatening to destroy the remaining buildings above the heads of patients and displaced people.
