shhhhh or napping with zoro & ace

warnings: self indulgent: i wish to nap with these two, self projecting: i have hypersomnia & narcolepsy </3, nothing aside from that just pure fluff

if zoro wants to nap with you, good luck lmao. you are not getting out of this. he’s all but dragging you to his favorite spot on the sunny and holding you real tight. he’ll keep repeating that there’s nothing you can do to wake him up. that he won’t budge. just ask sanji to cook some meat and he’s alive again. but besides that,, he doesn’t snore that often but when he does it’s loud. like really loud. wake you up loud. definitely a cuddler but he won’t admit it, if he does it blames it on his protective nature. holds you very close, like he’s going to lose you if he doesn’t. but a kiss on the cheek has his relaxing just a bit. wakes up grumpy but once again relaxes with a kiss on the cheek. if you manage to fall asleep and stay asleep when he wakes up he’ll just sit there starring lovingly. until he sees usopp gushing about how cute you look, then he’s back to his typical cold face. 10/10 would nap again.

ace never intends to nap with you. it just happens. one minute he’s up drinking arms around your waist and the next his head is on your shoulder and he’s passed out. normally you can just shake him awake but sometimes he really does need the rest so you lead him to the nearest bed (or chair) to take a few. he’s not letting go of you though, his arms are firm in place and ultimately are dragging you down with him. sometimes you have to wonder if he’s actually asleep because of the smirk on his face when you cuddle up to him accepting your fate. marco and deuce will ultimately have to be the ones to wake the two of you up when your presence is needed somewhere on the ship. but rest assured he’ll be out again in a few hours and you’ll be dragging him back.

I am opening up for one-shot, blurb, and headcanon requests. I will preface by saying I have a full time job, so it may take me some time, but I will get things done.

I am accepting requests until I feel there's a good amount, then my box will close until I run low or run out. I am going on vacation soon and my box will be closed the week i am out of town.

IF there is something you'd like to see for a character NOT listed, you can ask and I will see if I can make it happen. I'm not really used to writing anyone but the five I've listed, but I do want to try and expand my horizons!

I GREATLY enjoy writing fluffy family scenarios and dating fics, they're my bread and butter, I live for them. Just saying. ;)

I think that's it for now? If you'd like, please send me an ask with your request and I will add it to my personal list of what to work on (that may never see the light of day unless I feel the need to do so).

[7.48pm] It's already dark outside and foggy. You sit on the boat since hours. Ace just wanted to go in this village to buy food and water. Worries are eating up your insides. It's time, you think. You stay up and start to search after Ace.

The both of you are buddies since you can think. At the moment you are on a big travel to find Black Beard.

Almost 2 hours passed as you already found your companion.

"ACE!" You stomp in his direction. He sits at the bar with a beer jug on his hand. Some empty ones are infront of him.

"Hey Y/N, nice to see you. Sit down." He is drunk.

"You idiot." Tears build in your eyes. Everyone is staring at you and Ace.

"What's wrong?", he asks confused.

"All the time I waited at our boat and you where here getting drunk! I was worried! Something could have happened to you!" The tears stream down your face. Ace gets up, put an arm around your shoulder and pats your head. Your heart beats faster and you can feel your face heat up.

"Stupid little one, you should know that I am alright. I am the one who always safes your ass." Before you can contradict, he peeks your lips. Everything in you is going crazy.

"Sorry little one, the alco-" You interrupt him with pulling him closer again and kiss him softly.

Ace, because even though he’s a devil child and constantly thinks negatively about himself, he knows that his significant and other are always there and will always love him for himself. :D feel free to ignore if I did this wrong. 😅 this is super cute btw!

okay first off the joy i got from the first request since i switched to a multi-fandom blog being for ace?? unmatched. also dw you did it right love :)

ace is self aware that it’s hard to love him sometimes. and he commends his s/o for being able to love him so unconditionally. he doesn’t fully understand how or why they’re willing to give so much love and adoration to him but he’s never been ungrateful for it. no matter who’s chasing after him he knows full well that they’ll be there until the bitter end.

be it going on and on about luffy while drunk or silently wishing for different origins early in the morning he can rest easy knowing his s/o will press a kiss to his cheek and lead him to his quarters.
