— Diavolo considers the pros and cons of allowing Lucifer and his brothers to continue visiting you in the human world after the exchange program ends. You helped lay the foundation for long-lasting peace between the realms, after all. Relations with the Celestial Realm aren't as chilly as they were previously, thanks to the glowing praise and endorsement of Simeon and Luke.

— Diavolo decides that maintaining a positive relationship with you can't do any harm. He also knows that Lucifer asking for permission for his family to visit you is only a formality. He knows they'll find ways to sneak out of the Devildom to see you whether he gives them permission or not.

— Diavolo misses you too, if he's being honest with himself. He remembers you fondly when Barbatos serves him a blend of tea from the human world, or when he scrolls through the gallery on his D.D.D. and comes across photos of you from various parties you attended at his castle. He denies those feelings at first but they're impossible to ignore when Lucifer and his siblings start seeing you on a regular basis. They return to RAD after a short weekend trip to see you and their moods are soaring. They share stories and pictures and videos with him, but it's not the same. They explore the human world with you and get to be part of your short but fulfilling life—who wouldn't be jealous?

— Diavolo contacts you personally and suggests catching up somewhere, just the three of you (of course, Barbatos will be there too). He brings up the possibility of visiting you too, when his busy schedule allows it. He ignores the shifty side-eye that Barbatos shoots him, and you accept his offer eagerly but you're worried about distracting him from his duties. His warm laughter makes you smile, and he reaches for your hand across the table and pats it gently with his own. You didn't think he'd let the brothers keep you all to themselves forever, did you?

— Uncle Dia likes to surprise your children with impromptu visits at seemingly random times. Sometimes Barbatos contacts you in advance to schedule play dates for your family and the Young Master. Diavolo holds your children's hands as he leads them through whatever amusement park or family-friendly outing he's planned. You mention casually that your children are better behaved than Diavolo is at times, and Barbatos nods in silent agreement. There are times when Diavolo arrives on his own, looking a little guilty when he explains he found a fun excursion he thinks your kids would enjoy. Barbatos shows up a few minutes later looking very annoyed that the prince managed to escape his paperwork again. It's too late for Barbatos to drag him away now; even he's not capable of refusing the sad, pleading eyes of your children begging for Uncle Dia to play with them for a little while longer.

— (Diavolo is generous with his gifts for your family. Too generous, despite your protests. Hotel Corvo suites are always available for you to use, all expenses paid for, because it pleases him to know that your family is safe and comfortable when you travel together. He collects a small amount of human world vacation properties that are also available for your family to use whenever you'd like. The demon brothers conveniently plan their own holiday to visit you when you go on vacation. Diavolo joins as well if he can convince Barbatos that they all deserve a break.)

— Your children flock to Uncle Barb (or Bah-Bah when they're very young) like little chicks. He is surprisingly gentle and mild-mannered with all of them, confident in his ability to care for them and infinitely patient with their wide-eyed wonder and innocent curiosity. When they're toddlers, he sits at a child's sized table with them and sips water from a plastic tea cup. He teaches them how to brew tea properly when they're old enough to enjoy it. Some of your favourite photographs are of him and your children baking together in the kitchen, and your youngest braiding dandelions into his hair. To Barbatos, watching your children grow up is like watching the young prince grow up all over again. Being in your family's presence is soothing for his old, weary heart.

— (You tell Barbatos early on that you don't want him to ever tell you about the future. You're not sure what he already knows and you don't want to know. He honours your request to a certain extent. There are rare instances when he shows up unannounced, usually in the late evening or early morning hours. He anticipates your heartache and sleepless nights following the tragedy or misfortune he hoped wouldn't come to pass. He makes tea and sits with you, offering you his company in silent apology for not being able to spare you that pain.)

— Uncle Sol is a menace. He is a somewhat regular visitor at your home and is always eager to lend a hand with the most mundane tasks. He insists that he likes babysitting your children if you need him to, and he's your children's second-favourite babysitter if Uncle Levi can't come over. Yours is the family Solomon will never have, and he considers any opportunity to spend time with you a blessing. He insists on helping you in the kitchen too. You try to ban him from cooking, but your empty threats fall on deaf ears. Sometimes you wake up to the smell of something wafting from the kitchen. He has the decency to look a little guilty when you find him at the stove with one of your children sitting on the counter next to him. It surprises and horrifies you that one of your children loves his cooking. (You don't know now, but each generation of your descendants will have one resilient soul who also loves his food.) Your children learn from a young age one very important rule: if a stranger is in trouble, call the police; if you or your family is in trouble, call Uncle Solomon. For all the headaches and mischief he causes, he never fails to show up when he's needed most.

— (Solomon considers your happiness and safety one of his priorities. You learn after your wedding that nearly every demon gave your spouse some version of the shovel talk, but you’re surprised to learn that Solomon did too—and apparently his was the scariest. You don’t know about all the sneaky ways he helps your family over the years, but he agreed to your one stipulation: no violence in front of the children.)

— Uncle Simmy and Uncle Luke are the best! You're genuinely shocked when they invite you to the café they opened together, located conveniently in your family's hometown. Simeon teaches your children how to cook properly when he visits, and he tells them fantastical stories loosely based on your own adventures in the Devildom. Luke helps your children make sock puppets to act out little plays they all come up with; if Simeon finds a way to include them in his newest volume of TSL, it's his little secret. You don't see the angels as often as the demons. Sometimes they invite your family to enjoy brunch at the café before it opens, or they stop by after a long day to join you for dinner. Luke takes lots of pictures and videos (since Simeon still can't figure that out himself). He shares them with Barbatos who posts them in the special group chat the demons all share for that sole purpose.

— Luke introduces Michael to your family one morning when he happens to be visiting the café the same time that you are. Your children don't hesitate to crowd around his chair and ask him rapid-fire questions about his hair and his pretty clothes and the yummy cake on the table in front of him. He looks between you and your children awkwardly, but he asks Simeon for extra forks so they can have some too. He offers a hesitant smile when he leaves the café nearly an hour later. Starting the year you meet him for the first time, your children receive holiday and birthday gifts from Uncles Simmy, Luke, and Mikey.

— (Each generation passes down old and new photos of the demons, angels and the whimsical sorcerer who cherish and protect your family. Your distant relations point to old photos of Luke, with his cherubic face and small stature, and coo about how cute he was back then. Luke, grown up now and dedicated to his guardianship of your family, blushes and smiles fondly at so many wonderful memories. The moment is short-lived and he grumbles when Simeon ruffles his hair affectionately like he used to.)

First Impressions Pt.III (Undateables)

Diavolo has childlike curiosity for most things, especially this human that goes from a lamb to slaughter, to master of the seven lords of hell.

At first glance, there really isn't much to them, they seem functional, balanced, but average. Next thing he knows, they're making pacts and facing down everything the Devildom has to offer, good and bad.

Admiration replaces the curiosity almost immediately, they're a delightful addition to the Devildom, to life in general.

Barbatos knew a menace when he saw one. Out of those around him, perhaps he is one of the few that didn't underestimate the exchange student.

From the moment he glimpsed them walking the halls of RAD with Mammon already at their beck and call, he knows they'll make changes to this world of theirs that won't soon be forgotten.

Such a little thing, to throw such a big world into uproar. Ironic, and delightful. People like (Y/N) certainly keep his eternities entertaining.

Solomon saw a rather young little thing thrown into a lion's den. He'd offer to protect them, but he's far too curious how an average person will survive in this place. He wants to watch them adapt to this place, to the demons around them, and he isn't disapointed.

He is, in fact, mildly jealous.

(Y/N) racks up the avatar's of Greed, Envy, Gluttony and Lust in a literal blink of an eye. The first may have been dumb luck, the second a coincidence, but by the third, it is absolutely on purpose, and planned.

Still, crossing them in the halls, they're still that charmingly gorgeous, average human, smiling despite sitting in a den of piranas.

His jealousy doesn't fade, it goes instead to the brothers, for getting to spend so much time with such a unique creature. Solomon no longer wants them, he wants their master.

Simeon felt sorry for the human, at least Solomon had centuries of experience and no small amount of power to draw on, (Y/N) had neither. They've been chucked into the deep end, he's genuinely astonished when they manage to swim.

He's fallen for the determination in a matter of days, and eagerly watches the fearless nature take them onward, in and out of danger.

Truly, delightful to watch.

Luke still feels sorry for them, even later. Not for the same reasons though. At first, he thought the demons cruel for keeping (Y/N) away from the only other human in the Devildom and making them stay with the 7 Lords.

These days, he thinks (Y/N) is the cruel one, to themselves. They've become masters of 7 powerful beings, and haven't even learned how to master themselves yet.

He admires the human beyond words, and despite the fact that he's well older than they, he can find an older sibling in (Y/N). He only wishes they were kinder to themselves.

Diavolo is glad to have a sibling, someone who is his equal. Someone who doesn’t have to walk on eggshells around him. He spoils you rotten often. Throughout your childhood when you (inevitably) suffered from the isolation of royalty, he was always there to support you and would do anything to see you happy. However I think he would try to appease too much and let you get away with anything.

Barbatos is a strange case and as are you by extension. Where Barbatos was ‘trapped’ into service, you were not. You are free, unrestricted by diavolo’s rules, for the most part beyond basic laws. You use your ability still where your brother cannot. You have a good relationship that could be better, though. I think that his service under diavolo and sort of calming down lead to a rift between you that you both want to fix but aren’t exactly sure how to. (Also loving the idea of Barbie’s sister dating Solomon rn)

simeon and you have your average healthy sibling bond. There’s not much more I could say other than he’s relatively protective over you especially in the Devildom and after he lost his status as Angel there was a huge argument between you two that you like to pretend never happened but really needs to be addressed at some point

Solomon is another strange case. Obviously, if you chose to stay human, you’re long dead. However if you didn’t, you’re both lonely but try not to show it to the world. You will look out for each other to the end of the world. I also think that Solomon teases you ALL OF THE TIME. Maybe you’re immune to his food? Or maybe even like it? I feel like your relationship would be chill

luke is very young himself but takes pride in ‘defending’ you from threats and is extremely protective until he matures and realises the threats (totally not the demons) aren’t so bad after all. You love each other and you adore the sweet treats too. I can see you spending time together baking and also I think barbatos would think you’re adorable in this scenario

According to her father Draff, Diona is in a bit of a rebellious phase. While Diona adores her father and idolized him in her youth, witnessing his change in personality while drunk shattered the pedestal she put him on — and started her vendetta against alcohol. She despises just about anyone who indulges in alcohol, apart from Lisa and Eula.

Although Diona has the option of literally destroying the industry, she chose not to, instead opting to do so by plummeting the industry's reputation by becoming a bartender and serving terrible drinks. Unfortunately for her, her long-forgotten childhood friend, the Spring Fairy, blessed her with a magic touch that makes all of her drinks delicious, regardless of how noxious the ingredients used are, and she herself is unaware of this.

In her voiceovers, Diona proves to be a classic tsundere and is very naïve. She worries over the Traveler's ability to get home safely without night vision and offers to escort them home until they remind her that street lamps exist, after which she quickly denies ever having offered escorting them. She blames Diluc for her father's problems, even though the Dawn Winery had existed well before him or his father, and fails to see why the fans she and Barbara gets are drastically different. She also appears to have attachment issues and craves companionship, implied to be a result of Draff neglecting her when he's in his drunken stupors. She genuinely enjoys the company of those who have earned her trust, such as Klee and the Traveler, finding comfort in the Traveler's touch even begs them not to leave her and "become another dream". Although she displays many cat-like mannerisms, such as her love for fish, naps, hatred of vegetables and water, and tendency to meow, purr, and bite when angry, she hates being referred to as a cat in this regard. Also true to her feline nature, she is implied to be astraphobic, as well as aquaphobic.

Diona's center bangs are pulled into a stiff, upwards pigtail at the front of her head.

Diona wears a large dark indigo cap, along with shorts of the same color with gold paw-print decorations. She also wears a dark midriff-baring sleeveless turtleneck shirt with an orange-yellow scarf, pale pink sleeves, a vest of the same color, and white gloves with light pink paw-like patterns on the undersides. In addition to this, she wears a cat collar with her initial written on the tag and an orange handkerchief tied around the base of her tail. Hanging from her waist is a cold drink canteen, attached to which is her Cryo Vision.

Diavolo

Diavolo tilted his head, watching you like a curious puppy. While he understood you wanted to reach his head, the prince had no idea why you wanted to pat his head. He was amused and a bit surprised at your boldness. The image of an adorable human patting the head of the future King of Devildom was something Diavolo didn't want anyone to see. But he didn't want to insult or push you away, so the prince laughed.

"You never cease to surprise me, (y/n)."

Diavolo rested his large hand on your head and affectionately tussled your hair.

Barbatos

Barbatos found it amusing and strange as most beings feared him or dared not to come close to him. Yet, here you were, hoping to affectionately pat his head. Though the situation was endearing, Barbatos had an image to uphold. He considered rejecting your action, but the thought of hurting you tugged at his heartstrings.

With a sigh, he looked around to ensure the two of you were alone and slightly crouched down. As you pat his head, Barbatos chuckled and pecked your forehead.

Solomon

Solomon was amused to see you getting on your toes and stretched your hand as far up as you could.

“My, (y/n). You are adorable.”

The sorcerer teased you harmlessly about your pocket-sized height. By the time he was done with you, you were either sulking or glaring at him. Solomon bent down to your height as a gift for putting up with his teasing. But as soon as you reached to pat his head, the sorcerer stood upright and laughed, teasing you again.

Simeon

It took him a minute to register what you were trying to do, but even then, the angel wasn't sure. He understood you wanted to reach something on his face or head but nothing more. So, Simeon bent down, watching your moves curiously. When you patted his head, he was surprised.

Simeon blushed lightly and smiled but didn't say anything. He found your actions cute, but his focus was on your innocent smile, which made his heart skip a beat.

Luke

Luke was around your height, so you didn't have to struggle to pat his head. When your hand met his head, the young angel looked at you with wide eyes. Had it been anyone else, Luke would have stepped away or swatted their hand away, as he didn't like it when adults treated him like a child. But the way you lovingly patted his head, the young angel smiled brightly and closed his eyes. He felt like he had done something good and was receiving his gift in the form of your head pats.

Thirteen

Were you trying to pat a grim reaper's head? She knew she was cute and all, but seriously? Thirteen laughed and lowered her head, allowing you to pat her colorful hair. Once you were done, she pinched your cheeks and showered you with compliments.

"You look so cute! I want to gobble you up."

Even when you protested her pinching your cheeks, Thirteen didn't stop and teased you.

"If you get to pat my head, I get to pinch your cheeks."

Raphael

Raphael had no idea why you were jumping up and down with your arm stretched upwards. He curiously stared at you for a while, but when the angel couldn't decode your actions, he asked what you were doing.

"I want to pat your head."

That was certainly a line he had never heard. Though he couldn't understand your reason, Raphael crouched down to your height so you could fulfill your wish. When you met his gaze, the angel gave you a soft smile. Your action was somehow endearing and comforting.

Mephistopheles

Was a human attempting to pat his head? Mephistopheles rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, watching your struggles with an unamused expression. That was not something anyone had dared to try with him. The demon wasn't sure how to react; on the one hand, he found it annoying but couldn't deny you look adorable. However, no matter how hard you struggled or how cute you looked, Mephistopheles would not allow you to pat his head. He was too much of a classy demon to allow a human to touch his perfect hair.

Lucifer

Lucifer stared at you unamused. At first, he thought about staring down at you with a glare, but your struggle to reach his head was endearing. His face softened, and there was no way he could be mean to you, especially since you wanted to show affection to him. Going against his prideful nature, he bent down to let you affectionately pat his head. Your bright smile was worth momentarily snuffing his pride.

“Do not get used to this, (y/n).”

Mammon

Mammon was confused when he saw you hopping up and down like a bunny. He was in a playful mood, so when you jumped up, Mammon jumped with you.

"Mammon, lower your head!"

"Why didn't ya just say so?"

The demon blinked rapidly when you affectionately patted his head. His cheeks instantly turned red, and he covered his mouth, averting his eyes from you. How was he supposed to resist you when you were being so damn cute?

Levi

As soon as you stretched your hand up and jumped once, Levi knew what you were trying to do. He immediately stepped away and looked away, embarrassed.

"Do I look like a child to you?" He stuttered.

But then he saw your sad face, and Levi lowered his head. When you patted his head, his face and ears heated up. Though he didn't want to admit it, your small, affectionate action caused an earthquake in his heart.

Satan

He felt the need to remind you that he was a demon, not a puppy or child that needed pats. But the longer Satan thought of it, the more he realized you only wanted to show him your affection. Sighing, he lowered his body.

His muscles stiffened, and his face hardened. Why did he like this action? It didn't take long for Satan's cheeks to glow red. Though he remained silent, it was apparent he enjoyed your touch.

Asmo

Knowing what you wanted to do, Asmo watched you with a warm smile. Your cuteness and charm were on another level, and he couldn't get enough of it. He brought his face to your level and laughed softly as you patted his head. Once you were done, Asmo reciprocated your action by patting your head.

"You are adorable, (y/n)."

Beel

Beel raised his eyebrows and tilted his head slightly. His eyes followed you as you jumped up and down. What were you trying to do? The Avatar of Gluttony thought you looked adorable and smiled softly. He placed his hands on the curves of your waist and effortlessly lifted you up.

Beel was surprised when you patted his hair, but he chuckled and let you pat him as much as you wanted.

Belphie

Belphie was used to receiving affection and enjoyed every moment of it. So, as soon as you grinned and extended your hand up to his head, the Avatar of Sloth slowly lowered his head. He chuckled slightly as your hand patted his head. When you stopped patting his head, Belphie shook his head and placed your hand on his head again.

"Don't stop."

obey me dateables (+ luke) playing minecraft with you

this came to me last night like a prophecy from the god of silly geese

prompt: you've somehow convinced these guys to play minecraft, a human world game, one night, just the two of you. but how exactly does that experience go?

[brothers version]

{established relationship, obey me x reader (minus luke, who is platonic ofc)}

Diavolo

oh you-- oh you thought the future king of the devildom was going to be a fearsome warrior slashing down hordes of monsters coming to attack the two of you? or a masterful builder constructing a wonderous homestead for you two to retreat to at night?

nah, this man is a certified flower picker.

diavolo basically uses this as an excuse to play domestic family simulator with you. he's at his happiest when he's picking flowers and planting them around your shared house (you've got to share a house with this man or he'll give you the most pitiful expression) or decorating to any other extent, like carpets or paintings or lights. he just loves making your little home together!

he's also just as willing to do anything you request of him. you need him to mine for cobblestone? he's your guy! need someone to fish for you? right away, mc! you have to show him exactly how to complete said task, but once you do, he's happy to help.

definitely puts your beds together and gives you a dumb, happy grin. the characters are as close as the two of you now! speaking of which, do you have any plans? will you spend the night at the castle? he can push back his morning meeting tomorrow if you promise you'll stay.

he's just so happy to spend time with you. your shared little cottage and virtual world are just another artifact of your relationship. maybe some day the two of you can have a domestic setup like this in real life, too.

Barbatos

this man is good at everything he does. obviously, he's going to pick up the controls and mechanics surprisingly fast. you'd think he'd made the game himself with the ease he gets around.

your shared house is beautiful. he actually originally made two separate houses, one for each of you. but when you looked confused and told him you assumed you'd live together, he immediately gets to work on a bigger, prettier house for you to share. the only thing that gives him away is that pleased little twitch of the corner of his mouth as he resists a smile.

with as good as he is at the game, barbatos isn't super keen on what is actually "good" and what is just normal game stuff. he finds diamonds within 15 minutes of his first trip into a cave and, when you applaud his efforts, he turns to you and very plainly asks "is that... good?"

everything he finds goes in a communal chest at your shared home. you tell him he doesn't have to do that, but he insists-- it's in his nature. he doesn't tell you that every little comment you make when you spot new, valuable resources in the chest makes his chest warm. always happy to serve, this one.

monster killing machine. nothing will hurt you in this game. they can't even get close enough-- barbatos is always there, at your tail, protecting you from stray arrows or sneaky creepers trying to get you.

Simeon

oh, you're taking on the challenge of trying to teach him how to play a video game? good luck. kiss your sanity goodbye now.

he is terrible with the controls. simeon fares a little better with a controller because it's made for gaming only. god help you both if you're on a computer. wasd? never heard of her.

despite his piss poor technology skills, he's surprisingly pleased with the way this is all going. he feels a little bad that you have to babysit him in-game but appreciates your attention nonetheless. any mistake is met with a sweet laugh-- what a good sport.

he finds your patience endearing, and vows internally to get better at this game so that you'll want to play it more often. he's already plotting to rope solomon and luke into helping him improve.

and just like any good softie, he's terrible at in-game combat. he dies so many times. he doesn't really understand what's happening when he starts getting attacked. most of the time, the creature will hit him from behind, so he literally thinks he's dying for no reason. you have to explain to him that he's gotta-- simeon just turn around, you're-- dead. he's dead already.

his strengths in lie much more simple pursuits. give this man a farm to tend and he'll be perfectly content being a cute little malewife house husband. he secretly gathers the ingredients for a cake and surprises you with one after you return home from collecting wood to expand your house. he's beaming next to you in real life; who wouldn't kiss all over that cute face of his?

Solomon

speaking of old ass men-- this man is a menace in your minecraft world.

he gets the controls pretty quickly. pros: you don't have to spend much time teaching him how to play. cons: he is confident enough in his survival abilities to just... disappear. what's that mc? you wanted to build a house together? too late. he's fighting against three endermen deep in a mine an entire biome away.

you're going to have to do a lot of the communal work yourself. build the house, gather resources, find a reliable source of food and materials-- solomon will stroll right in and steal them from your chest. if he's feeling generous, he'll leave behind the rare resources he got his hands on during his journeys. which is nice, of course, but he still stole three whole stacks of wood planks like a jackass and took off before you noticed.

you end up making it to the nether together. he says he'll protect you, and for the most part that is true. however, sometimes he's preoccupied and you get attacked while he's not looking. if you die, he'll laugh at you (yet still save your stuff and give it back when you return). if you survive, then it's onwards into the depths of hell!

when he gets bored, he starts terrorizing you. this is as basic as moving things around the house to as obnoxious as blocking you in with dirt or wood and covering you up as you try to escape. he thinks this is hilarious, by the way. but he knows you, and his antics cease before you actually get pissed off.

Luke

luke tries very, very hard to be good at this game. he gets a A for effort... and a C- for skill.

somehow, someway, he falls into every. hole. imaginable. you'd almost think they're spawning in front of him with how frequently this happens. you're playing rescue now... and again... and again... and he did it once again. he also gets lost very easily, so it's best to keep him with you at all times.

you guys decide to share a little house together and it's very cute. you've got your own separate rooms, then a kitchen and living room to share. he is very insistent that it has to look like a real house, with a real kitchen and everything. humor him and help him out-- he'll reward you by always making sure you have food.

every activity in this game is now a group activity. safety in numbers, he says, in the middle of the day with no monsters in sight. it doesn't really matter anyways. he'll follow you wherever you go. he'll even enter that super scary cave you're in so he doesn't have to face the monsters alone.

luke is very scared of being attacked by any mob in the game. he's specifically built his room on the second floor of your house so they can't get him. if he is somehow face to face with a monster, then he's yelling, incoherent as all hell, panic-building a dirt protection chamber around himself (he won't actually kill them because he feels too bad). if you're within reach, then he'll cover you too. if not, good luck with that monster! he will root for you, obviously, but you're delusional if you think he's going out there to help you.

This man has pretty much raised 6 kids already, and while he may kill Solomon for this, He is the most experienced in helping you

Will be one of the better caretakers, He will keep you happy and calm throughout the day

He’ll find some more age-appropriate books to read to you
