He always stares at you with a blank expression. Though he gives you a hateful stare, his thoughts are all about you. His ears become red watching you laugh or when you glance at him.
Yandere who always makes sure that you sit right beside him so that he could busk in your presence. It has become a rule between students to never sit on your seat. So that your rival could stare at you with ease.
Yandere rival who is envious of the fact that you're naturally talented. How could you be so care free and still top all exams? "You must have cheated," He would say to piss you off. You would just smile at him and go back to your own world. He holds grudges against you for having loving parents who never pressurize you for anything. (Unlike him)
He always asks the teacher to put you both together in a group project to spend more time with you. He always comes over to your place to finish the job and always asks if you made the cookies you gave him. He always finishes his work beforehand to just stare at you and listen to you talk during the meeting. He has a pleasant expression while gazing at you.Suspiciously whenever he comes over to your house, something goes missing. Doesn't matter what it is. Your chapstick, that old pencil, watch,anything associated with you. "Did you accidentally take my chapstick?" He would deny any claims saying he doesn't even know you use pink color, peach flavored chapstick… ..
Bad attention or good attention doesn't matter to him. If he gets attention from you, that's enough. He always nags you and tries to find your fault even though he actually gushes all over it in his house.
Yandere's rival who is jealous of the fact that you're his best friend's close friend and his friend knows more about you than him. He's aware that you're trying to snatch his friends, his position, everything! " You're so jealous yn" (he actually want you to snatch everything away along with him)
He constantly talks about you and only you in his friend circle. The only reason he keeps those losers with him is to talk shit about you. He is so bitter, observing that you look so happy minding your own business while he thinks of you every second. He thinks talking about you and constantly keeping you in his mind will motivate him to do better.
Yandere rival who uses students to know more about you. He thinks nobody is good enough to be with him except you but still acts politely with your friends. "Hey! So why didn't yn come to school today?" He doesn't even care that he makes it so obvious.
Yandere who gets mad when he sees anyone else bully you and sometimes defend you. Though he acts salty with you, he never takes it too far to emotionally drain you out. Moreover,his obsession extends out of academic life too.
He has a whole shrine of your pics and other stolen things from those group projects. He has a diary describing his feelings to you with your pictures stuck to every few pages. In some of them, you're smiling, sleeping or even eating in your not so secure house.
Yandere rival who wakes up hours early to just sneak at you while you're sleeping. His day is not fulfilled until he follows you back to your home to make sure you're safe and sound. He's pretty good at being sneaky too and knows nobody will believe any accusations against him.
He's so smitten with you that it doesn't matter if he becomes second in the exam. Because obviously you deserve the first position.
Yandere rival who just wants your attention so badly that he taunts you on a bad day just so that you will hit him. That way at least you will make physical contact with him. He doesn't hear the curses you throw at his face. You shudder watching him moaning from hitting his face."Did you fucking enjoy that, creep?!" You stepped back in disgust. Who knew your rival was a masochist?
You were so blinded by the rivalry that you didn't even notice how his pants tightened when you screamed at him.
But when you have known his intentions,you became paranoid and spill the tea to everyone. Unfortunately no one took you seriously.You feel hopeless seeing nobody believes your words.
Yandere rival who stalks all your social media accounts and sends you messages from fake accounts.
He doesn't let anyone give you gifts on valentine's day and makes sure you don't go on date with anyone. He's just way too much in love to let it happen

Longtime disability rights activist and longtime prisoner in St Louis MO, Dawn Dziuba has been put under "partial guardianship" of a state administrator who's working to keep her incarcerated in a forensic ward. Because of her work to help other detainees in St Louis get due process, contacting lawyers about possible class action suits, and other 'jailhouse lawyering,' the state is cutting off her library access, threatening her with dangerous psychotropic drugs, and isolating her from her family.

Loki pinches the page the way he touches your flesh: teasing the paper with delicate motions.
Back and forth, his index caresses the edge of the paper, softly flicking it with a strange sense of impatience as his eyes glide across the page, absorbing every detail. Every vowel paired with every consonant floods his vision as he does this. Every dotted ‘I’ or crossed ‘X’ sits within the pondering of his mind while he strokes and sighs and—
Just watching it makes you sick —disgusted and enraged, and so uncharacteristically jealous, because how could such a simple motion make you feel this way? How could the turning of a page make you so breathless it hurts?
Unsure, you stare as he obliviously flips the page, his fingers twisting and curling in such a way the whole thing feels like a show. A performance meant to rile you up, with every possible angle you’ve known to love set before you. Every tonal shift beneath the dimly lit light pulls you in like a moth to a flame, knowing it’s bad for you. That this God before you is nothing but trouble. And yet, here you are, staring again —longing again.
It makes you realize that Loki feels more like an enemy than an ally. The antagonist to a never-ending hunger you’ll always feel. Like a dealer, he offers you his drug in small amounts. Here and there, selectively bestowing tiny treasures.
You’re almost certain he does this just to get you hooked, to further escalate this idea that he’s the only one who could provide such a service. Instead of a human, he looks at you like some sort of potential customer, his eyes surveying every reaction he solicits each time a transaction is made.
Meaning, he knows lately you’ve been needing it. An air of desperation has been lining your features for weeks, embedding itself into every pore like a smoke stain on a shirt you can’t quite get out. You need this more than anything, and right now, you’re almost willing to ask him for it.
Almost.
“I can practically hear your salacious thoughts from here.”
His lips quirk into a smirk, but his eyes never leave the page. Instead, they continue to move, up and down and up again before following the movement of his digits as they figuratively wrap around your throat to steal your air.
“Can you?”
“Mhm, they’re saying oh Loki, my king —no, my liege— take me with those stunning han—“
“Ew, grow up, Lo. Not every thought in my mind revolves around sex with you.”
Lie.
“No?”
“Nope.”
Another lie.
“At this current moment in time it does though, correct?”
You scoff, knowing this is it. The shift. That eventual, transitional moment of both end and beginning you often feel as you watch his eyes slowly shift towards you —a newfound glimmer of perversity appearing.
“Tell me, what is it exactly that’s got you all irritated?” he asks, watching you focus on the way he shoves his index finger between the pages of his book to keep his place.
God, what an actual slut.
You swallow hard, averting your gaze as best you can. “I’m tired.”
“Coming from the person who’s constantly napping wherever they can? I highly doubt that,” he quips, leaning in.
At which point, you can feel his breath hit your face, the suffocating heat pelting your skin as you awkwardly lean back and shrug.
“No, darling, I think something else is the matter.”
As he speaks, you feel the tips of his fingers faintly dance across your cheek. Their presence causing you to bite your lip and close your eyes, suddenly embarrassed at the idea of him seeing you like this —so desperate to be held. To be moulded like clay, melting to the touch of it’s potter.
“I see the way you look at me sometimes.” His voice, smooth like silk, tickles your eyelids as you fight to keep them shut. “The way you look for me in rooms when you enter them. The way you stare when I perform the most mundane of tasks.”
“I don—“
Before you can finish, he’s gripping your chin, a sudden aggression ripping through his hand as he gives it a tight squeeze. “Shhh —I know you stare because you long for it. My touch.”
It takes everything in you not to whimper as you open your eyes, noticing that familiar devilish grin sweep across his face. The one that’s all teeth and tongue, taunting you with hellish thoughts of what’s to come as his thumb suddenly glides to line your lips.
Over and over again, he then traces each one, moving in slow, painful circles, losing his smile to the sudden focus that fills his features.
“I’m aware of the affect it has on you. The way it empties your mind in an instant. The way it enraptures you.”
All you can do is nod against his hand, disrupting the pattern he’s so easily fallen into as your face rises and falls; never diverting your gaze. Never breathing or thinking or feeling anything other than the end of his index finger slowly wedging itself between your lips, taking sweet refuge on your tongue.
“The way I enrapture you.”

Hello! I was wondering if you could offer more details into how to view the copy of Forever Dawn available at the library of congress (if you know)? (Where do I go to request this text? I'm already in the process of getting a library ID needed, and I am planning to go to Washington DC in person. I'm only lost on requesting the correct article to be found. Where to pay the fee, etc.) Thank you for any info you can offer!!
The LOC seems to be aware of the interest; this blog post is from a few years ago: Unpublished Twilight Sequel Sparks Interest in Copyright Deposits. It seems to include the the number of Forever Dawn?
You can also look it up on the Copyright Office website HERE. I just put in Forever Dawn and it popped right up.
Now how you get from there to requesting to read it I'm not entirely sure. I'm also unclear if you need to specifically go through the Copyright Office or more generally through the Library of Congress (my understanding is the CO is part of the LoC). It doesn't seem to be in the general LoC catalog so I'm leaning toward the Copyright Office being the place to start.

I'd imagine they've had this request before and if that's not the right place to start, they'd know who to direct you toward.
I have not done this personally, but it sounds like you're on the right track getting the Reader ID, and my understanding is you want to contact them some time in advance so they can retrieve the manuscript from wherever it's stored. This is all generally how archives work although this is something of a special case.

Vent time
It’s going to be… a really long time until I can get top surgery. Probably 5+ years. And given that I only recently realized how much I want it, and I recently started binding, this will feel really long. And it’s making me pretty sad because at first I was so so excited because I could think about the future and be like, yeah, I’ll look and feel how I want to then, but now that’s so far away and feels so out of reach.

Summery: Eddie notices the new kid at Hawkins reading The Hobbit and can't help but introduce himself.
Being the new kid at school was hard.
Especially when people are so superficial like ninety percent of the school’s population at Hawkins High School.
You were the new kid that started back in January of 1986, and you noticed right off the bat that you probably weren’t going to along with anyone. You wore band and movie t-shirts along with your favorite jean jacket that was covered in pins and patches that you collected over the last few years. You were also a big fan of jeans and converse.
And it also seemed like your walkman and headphones were permanently attached to you. It helped to ignore the zombies that were the student population.
Everyday... You sat by yourself at lunch. Headphones on playing your favorite music and reading whatever book you were currently reading. And for the longest time, you were ignored.
It went like this for the two months you were here.
Except for today.
Your day was normal. The first half of the school day went by like normal. Until lunch. You sat at your usual spot in one of the far corners with your headphones on blasting Iron Maiden’s Number of the Beast. The Hobbit opened in front of your face as you snacked on some of your lunch you packed this morning.
You were zoned in on the book until you noticed movement over the top of your book, somebody was sitting in front of you.
Your eyes zeroed in over the book and locked eyes with the boy that decided to sit across from you. He had a small, crooked grin on his lips while his eyes flashed between the book in your hand to the Metallica shirt you decided to wear today and the rings that graced your fingers and then back to your face. His grin widened when you raised an eyebrow and slowly lowered your book as your other hand came up to lower your headphones to wrap around your neck, the sounds of Iron Maiden just barely reaching him, making his smile become giddy.
“Can I help you?” You asked him as your eyes took the rest of his presence. Your eyes soaked in his jean vest that was littered with patches and his leather jacket that was under it along with a shirt that had a devil head on it with the words Hellfire Club written on it. A sword and mace were also printed on the shirt and your lips quirked slightly as you saw a D20 printed on it too.
He spoke and his voice was breathy as he asked, “Where have you been all my life?”
You frowned your brow in bemusement, but a small smile came across your lips. “What?” You asked through a small laugh.
You looked over his face and noticed that he was gazing at you like he was in a sort of daze. After you spoke, he blinked and seemed to snap himself out of the trance he was in and shook his head softly. “Sorry, Eddie! I mean- I'm Eddie.” He said with a bright smile as he leaned forward on his arms that were on the table and his hands pressed together. He didn’t even pause as he stumbled over his words.
You gave a small grin and closed your book with the bookmark in between the pages. You crossed your arms and leaned onto them on the table. “I’m Y/N.”
“I had to introduce myself to you. I saw your shirt and the book and just knew I needed to get to know you. It was like it was meant to be.” He spoke through a silly grin making your smile widen. “And like I asked before, where have you been all my life...” Eddie smiled and licked his bottom lip before nibbling on it.
You gave a chuckle and shook your head softly. “I’ve been here about two months now.” You gave a sideways grin and tilted your head at him.
He gave a dramatic gasp. “How did I miss this?!” He put his hands up to cup his cheeks and gave a fake shocked look on his face.
You let out a small laugh at him.
“What are you listening to?” He threw out as he leaned closer to you with his hands still on his cheeks.
You grinned and reached up to take your headphones off from around your neck and then plopped them on his head.
His smile impossibly got larger as he took in the sounds of Children of the Damned. He licked his teeth before giving your headphones back. “You just keep getting better and better, dontcha, sweetheart?”
Eddie tilted his head and his face softened. “Do you wanna come sit with me and my friends?” He tilted his head over to where he had come from and you glanced over to the table over his shoulder just to catch a group of boys quickly turn back to their table, trying to act like they weren’t watching you two.
You gave a small grin and turned back to him. You observed him for a small moment, letting him stew slightly in his thoughts. He started to fidget with his own rings before you nodded. “You know what, sure.”

My summary of Homestuck as I've read it so far
Act 1: It's John Egbert's birthday, and he SUCKS at using his sylladex. His dad bakes WAY too many cakes. He pesters his chums. A meteor falls, and the game begins.
Act 2: Dave joins the party! He's a cringefail rapper, and his brother is """"ironically"""" obsessed with puppets. Imps show up, and John is too busy resisting the narrator to fight them so Rose has to bash them with a refrigerator. She loses signal and must confront her mother to get online again. There is a raging fire outside her house. John meets his grandma who is possessed by a sprite? There's also this Wayward Vagabond that likes playing mayor. Its cylander flies away. I have no idea how it fits in with the main story. Dave fights his brother (I think??? contextually it makes sense, but it's not confirmed). John has to fight these giant imps with his spring hammer without Rose.
Act 3 So Far: Jade Harley is willing to snort like a pig and fertilize her plants. She is a furry who doesn't know it. She has way too many interests. She is psychic. She is easily my favorite character.
Right now, I am on page 877.

For anyone who missed this email that got sent out today about the loan stuff. Emphasis in blue for things I hadn't known about, or that clarify confusion I've seen.
I don't want anyone missing out on the little concession they've given us regarding this stuff because while we are owed more, this can still make a difference for someone. Talk to people offline about the details so they know it's not automatic and that they're probably eligible.
Who's eligible
You are eligible if you have most federal loans (including Direct Loans and other loans held by the U.S. Department of Education) and your income for 2020 or 2021 is either:
Less than $125,000 for individuals
Less than $250,000 for households
If you are a dependent student, your eligibility is based on your parental income.
What you might be eligible for
Up to $20,000 in debt relief if you received a Pell Grant in college
Up to $10,000 in debt relief if you didn’t receive a Pell Grant
How it’ll work
In October, the U.S. Department of Education will launch a short online application for student debt relief. You won’t need to upload any supporting documents or use your FSA ID to submit your application.
Once you submit your application, we’ll review it, determine your eligibility for debt relief, and work with your loan servicer(s) to process your relief. We’ll contact you if we need any additional information from you.
What’s next
Right now, you don’t need to do anything! We will contact you when the sign-up period for student debt relief opens.
We will send you regular updates with more details over the coming days, as we near the application period, which will begin in October 2022 and last through December 2023.

You might be contacted by a company saying they will help you get loan discharge, forgiveness, cancellation, or debt relief for a fee. You never have to pay for help with your federal student aid. Make sure you work only with the U.S. Department of Education and our loan servicers, and never reveal your personal information or account password to anyone.
