Looking back over the last ten shows for the BSOTS podcast feed, eight of them featured at least one Creative Commons licensed tune. Even after more than 15 years of podcasting, the CC music landscape still feels like largely uncharted territory for me, which is probably why I've felt the need to dig through the online crates to see what I can find. In addition, I've been listening to prior BSOTS episodes from over a decade ago, revisiting the music that I have played on the show and taking note of the songs that still sound great to me so that I can reintroduce them on future episodes. This show marks Camp Lo-Fi's long overdue return to the feed and is where my CC music appreciation agenda kicks into high gear. The seven songs featured are a mix of tunes from prior BSOTS episodes alongside selections receiving their first spins, cutting across genre and released between 2009 and 2023.
The blocSonic netlabel opened my eyes and ears to the world of CC licensed music. It was through their netBloc series of compilations that I was introduced to a network of artists and online labels, most of it (if not all) available to freely download and share. The blocSonic offerings in this episode are courtesy of last year's album from Wals and a stellar cut from Public Enemy (as heard on netBloc vol. 44), featuring the always on-point lyricism of Chuck D and special guest Brother Ali. Another notable hip-hop moment is "Zo0o0o0p!!!," the brief but absolutely banging cut from Kidkanevil featuring Oddisee, a ridiculously talented emcee and producer whose music I've been championing on this show for well over a decade. Isak Gaines moves us into the unpredictable and experimental side of jazz with "Dance Of Contradictions," a song that sonically lives up to its title. A bouncy yet broken groove for the first half of the song gives way to a beatless abyss of sound effects and saxophone screeches before bringing the hammer down with a distorted bass line and a defiant horn section.
Niki J Crawford's "Ridiculous Love" was an unexpected surprise that I stumbled upon over on Jamendo, a sultry soul offering made all the more seductive with the wetSkin Hot Summer ReMix. It's percussion heavy with a slight Brazilian influence and a breezy shuffle topped with acoustic guitar strums and Niki's powerhouse vocals. Yoko Absorbing's "Old Futuro Blues" is a short, sweet, and somewhat off-kilter cut that lives in repeated moments of loops, locked grooves, and live instrumentation. And there's probably no better example of the sonic treasures waiting to be discovered over at the Free Music Archive than live recordings of legendary poet Nikki Giovanni. "In The Spirit Of Martin" is her ode to not only the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but to the struggle and perseverance of the Civil Rights movement as a whole.

Urbanworld Film Festival Announces 2023 Lineup
The 27th annual Urbanworld Film Festival's lineup has been announced for the event taking place the first week of November. The five-day occasion is November 1-5 at AMC 34th Street and the SVA Theatre in New York City. The schedule includes the world premiere of A Wu-Tang Experience: Live At Red Rocks Amphitheatre directed by Rza and Gerald Barclay. A conversation with Marvel Studios' The Marvels writer/director and Urbanworld album Nia Acosta is also planned. HBO returns as a Founding Partner and Warner Brothers Discovery is the Prestige Partner.
Stand Up & Shout: Songs from a Philly High School, an HBO Documentary Films feature, from director Amy Schatz and executive produced by Mike Jackson, John Legend and Ty Stiklorius of Get Lifted Film Co. will screen. Lawman: Bass Reeves, starring and executive produced by David Oyelowo about the first Black US Marshal is scheduled for viewing. Maxine's Baby: The Tyler Perry Story will be presented by Amazon Prime and National Geographic Documentary Films is having a youth screening of The Space Race directed by Urbanworld alum Lisa Cortés (Little Richard I Am Everything) and Diego Hurtado de Mendoza.
The work of more Urbanworld alums will be highlighted with To Live And Let Die starring Amin Joseph and Omari Hardwick; Young. Wild. Free. directed by Thembi Banks with Sanaa Lathan and Mike Epps; and Sira, a Berlinale audience winner directed by Apolline Traoré.
ESPN is presenting Black Girls Play from documentary team Joe Brewster and Michéle Stephenson. Disney+ is showcasing six short films from its Disney + Launchpad incubator program of filmmakers including The Ghost, directed by Erica Eng; Black Belts, directed by Spencer Glover; Beautiful, FL, directed by Gabriela Ortega; The Roof, directed by Alexander Bocchieri; Maxine, written and directed by Niki Ang and Project CC, directed by Cashmere Jasmine.
The almost 100 titles comprises shorts from several known artists including Yvonne Orji's directing debut with Jamaal and Zainab Jah's first film Reunion. Executive producer, Urbanworld alum and writer Nelson George will present Flower, a short film about ballerina Misty Copeland. Benny Boom's A Love Letter To Hip-Hop starring Tariq Trotter aka Black Thought and Part of Me: Anuar Khalifi by Yasiin Bey starring Yasiin Bey (fka Mos Def) are two of the music-oriented titles.

Welcome to "the flower garden"!
Flowers and their symbolism have fascinated me for many years now, especially as the meaning and use can alter depending on the culture or history.
In this series of short stories, you will learn more about the symbolism of Minecraft flowers and how a few of my chosen dsmp-characters interact with, through, and because of them.
The stories will not be connected and can be read without the foreknowledge of those I posted as well! They will be a mixture of my complete fantasy as well as some stories that are related to the dream-smp canon lore.

Talked about this on YouTube but thought I’d expand in the universe I created here (it’s not going to completely follow DBH s actual plot but-)
So excuse the shitty drawings they were done at 2 AM when the idea of Benson being Sumo shot me wide awake
So first- Conner and Hank are RANBOO and Tubbo. Dream is Amanda who is charge of overseeing the RA-800’s progress of capturing and stoping the devient problem. Dream is modeled after the current president of Cyberlife (more on this later*) instead of watering roses or whatever, Dream listens to music and reads.
Tubbo is the Detroit police department’s youngest lieutenant (He’s at least 18 years old or something) He’s helped solve a ton of Red Ice cases and because he lost his dad to a heart attack due to exsessive drinking and Red Ice overdose. Hates androids because an android took care of him, and he died under its care, but deep down Tubbo knows it’s not the androids fault and that his dad was pretty shit anyway.
After he lost his dad, he had no one else, so he lives alone, developing a terrible sleep schedule and unhealthy eating habits. (Tubbos just passed out from exhaustion when Ranboo collects him for the Eden club mission). He used to be best friends with a person named Tommy, but they drifted apart after Tubbo got busy after his promoted and Tommy was grounded for a while.
Also Benson is Sumo and I can’t decide which is funnier- Benson being an actual duck that Tubbo tried to sick on Ranboo or is a duck lamp that Tubbo just chucks at Ranboos head.
Wilbur is Kara, Tommy is Alice, Techno is Luther and Philza is Rose.
Tommy is a kid who lives with his older brother Jack, older sister Niki and their caretaker android- Wilbur. Tommy is neglected and mistreated by both of his siblings and gets blamed for everything bad that happens to them. Wilbur eventually has enough and runs away with Tommy, heading to a cabin where a guy named Philza and his wife helps deviated androids cross the border. Another Android called Technoblde, who was hiding with Phil and a few other androids, goes with Will and Tommy to ensure they make it to the boarder safely. Tommys not an android cause that’s a stupid twist and defeats the whole purpose of showing humans and androids can get along. There’s found family, Tommy gets the siblings he’s always wanted, and SBI enthusiasts, you’re welcome.
Quackity is Markus, Karl is Simon, Sapnap is North, George is Josh, Eret is President Warren
Quackity used to work under a terrible guy named Schlatt for a few years, and after he died, Quackity didn’t want to go to another human who could possibly treat him terribly again. He diviated and took a few years (?) to repair and recover himself from the damages Schlatt caused over the years headed to a place where devients are said to gather (Kinoko Kingdom? El Rapids???) There he meets Karl, Sapnap, and George. Together they start a revolution against Cyberlife and fight for their rights and freedom. President Eret watches as the revolution unfolds. Dream is not happy about his creations rising against him.
George wants to do things peacefully, no fighting. He doesn’t want to get too involved if they don’t have to. Sapnap wants to fight back, start a whole war. Saying the only way for the people to understand their message is to fight. Karl is in the middle, usually the mediator between the two.
*George and Sapnap were Co-founders of Cyberlife along with Dream. At first they created the company to advance technology in a positive way, planning to make it big together. However, over the years Dream changed his ideals and the co-founders quit after no longer being able to morally support Dreams decisions. They are one of the few humans who were there before Quackity joined, helping form the safe space to spite Dream.
Woooo that’s a lot, I don’t know if I missed anything but here’s to any fellow Detroit Become Human fans who got dragged back into DBH hell from tubbo playing the game

Easter I feel would be River's because of the fact that it is Jesus' resurrection and Darryl's due to the changing of the season into spring, and the happiness the usually accompanies it.

Marvel AU but Steve Rogers/Captain America is Phil and Technoblade is Bucky/The Winter Soldier.
Phil's name is the Crowfather and he was goverment propaganda about being inclusive with hybrids and protecting hybrids with the ultimate, immortal hybird or smth.
Techno is basically Bucky's plot line, freezing chamber and all. But then we have something else :)
Wilbur as Iron Man. His bio parents are dead meh meh aaaanyways
Tommy as Spiderman who Wilbur takes under his wing. Yes, I am an avid supporter of SpiderInnit.
I have more writing au's I'm never actually gonna write like my Detroit become human one where Jack Manifold is Markus, Wilbur is Connor, and Tubbo is Cara but it also includes bench trio + Micheal. If you want, maybe you could talk a bit more about your umbrella Academy au? Like, if you have any other characters that you think would fit. Also, how would the ages work (if you've figured it out)?
I’d love to talk about the au!
I actually have all of the siblings figured out, the list goes along that one theory about the siblings numbers being related to how difficult it is to control their powers.
Number 1 - Wilbur: paralleling Ben’s role. In short, he’s dead and Phil is the only one that can see him as Ghostbur. He is Techno’s identical twin and most of the guys in the academy didn’t like him when he died due to his self destructiveness, a consequence of the pressure of being the Number 1 and leader of the academy.
Number 2 - Tommy: he parallels Luther in the sense that he was exiled. It didn’t have anything to do with Dream though. It was more of a their father blaming him for silly mistakes, kind of situation, these silly mistakes being getting himself killed to the point he had to be revived, and then exile happened and then the fact no one seemed to care about him. Things pilled up.
Number 3 - Tubbo: similar role to Allisson’s in the sense of his relationship with others (no romance in any way though**, that’s not the story I want to tell). He’s also fighting for the custody of this one kid Michael as Doomsday comes. One way or the other, Tubbo is going to be part of a government. Whether that is the commission or just some country I’m working on it. He gets to have bombs, as a treat.
Number 4 - Niki: kinda like Diego but more vigilantism and less cop. She’s friends with Jack Manifold, a guy that always supported her and helped her with her vigilante work, but he’s a little more bitter than she is. Jack Manifold has some kind of grudge against the academy and knows that Niki does too but for the entirely wrong reasons. Niki gets a healing arc, as a treat (Jack doesn’t, not yet).
Number 5 - Philza: he’s like Klaus but slightly to the left. Less drugs, a bit more ptsd, same chaotic energy. Like Klaus, he travels to the past in the middle of a war that gains him the nickname of The Angel Of Death. In the past, he meets Kristen, falls in love and has a child he named after Wilbur. He was happy there but after 10~20 years building a life in the past, he gets taken back to the present in doomsday and now he’s old and misses his wife. He feels guilty (responsible) about Wilbur’s death and that somehow translates into the fact the only other person he has an actual relationship with in the academy is Techno.
Number 6 - Ranboo: similar to Five, he disappeared when they were young. He had just developed the ability to enderwalk and was very bad at controlling it, which in turn triggered his ability to teleport, which in turn took him to the future after Doomsday, just like it happened with Five. He made a notebook with everything he needed to know and lost a good part of his memories when traveling back to his family. He’s the only one that genuinely has hope they can be a family.
Number 7 - Technoblade: he’s a writer and he plays the violin like Vanya. He doesn’t know he has powers because Father made Wilbur use his powers on him. As doomsday approaches he makes friends with this guy named J. Schlatt*, who although is very nice to him, leads him to stop taking the pills that (without him knowing) kept his powers secret. You see, his power is Chat. They call themselves the Blood God and have omnipotence + the ability to take control over him granting him immense power. Chat is scary, powerful and very good at peer-pressuring. One would say they have the strength of Doomsday.
Some other characters I want to include are Quackity, Sam, Fundy, Slimecicle and Foolish as workers for the commission but I still don’t have a concrete idea on how or whether I’d rather have them somewhere else. Fundy is Phil’s canon grandson though.
*I might change Schlatt for Dream. It kinda depends on whether I prefer having Dream as Lila over having J. Schlatt as their father. At this point I’ll end up making Mumbo Jumbo their dad because I really don’t know who that’d be lol.
** All their relationships are platonic regardless of the tua canon except Phil and Kristen. That’s the one romance I respect. They are extremely sweet so of course I separated them.
As for the ages, it’s mostly fixed with the consequences of time traveling. They were all born the same day, but as time passed some simply lived more or less. For example, Phil is the oldest due to his solo escapade to the XX century, meanwhile Ranboo is the youngest during the “first season” because when he came back he was around ~18. The rest of the ages are rearranged when they time travel again to escape Doomsday like in the second season and through working for the commission and aging there. This would make their ages a bit more like the dsmp canon. Tommy gets to be a child because I won’t let go that bit so easily.
I did leave out a lot of the details about the characters so feel free to ask about any of them! It’s always a delight to talk about my silly aus.

In Detroit Become Human AU: Maybe Dream is Elijah and Sapnap and George are basically like Chloe?
If Ranboo gets picked up by Eret and Tubbo along the way he could be like Ralph, just less stabby. He probably still has some glitches though..
Maybe Technblade could be Luther, scary at first but turns out to be pretty cool/nice. Or maybe Techno and HBomb could both be this universe’s Luther? I kinda want H to be there too.
If Jack is the North of this AU (aka the one picking the violent option) Puffy could be the Simon, the one that wants to do things in a more peaceful way. Let’s at least talk first before we use nukes okay? ~~🌼
Dream is Kamski but he isn’t as creepy as him and he actually does treat Sapnap and George well. Like he does silently agree with the revolution but he’s also a bastard at the same time.
A bastard more of a sense like he would let you tear the whole house apart for your keys and won’t tell you that it’s in your bag until last minute.
Techno being Luther is great. He is intimidating but he nice after peeling through some layers.
HBomb is going to be there but uh we’re going to have it so that he’s apart of Fundy’s storyline. More of a passing character and just one of the humans that make Fundy deviate slightly by annoying him.
Puffy being the Simon/Josh of Niki”s route is great. Simon I think cared more about the safety of their people and Josh cared about doing things peacefully. We get her just slowly putting Jack’s hand down when he says that they should use Nukes.

It was a far cry from the rigid upkeep of the grounds Reginald Hargreeves had insisted upon.
Tommy wasn’t looking forward to seeing his siblings again. Although he missed them dearly, he was afraid, not that he’d ever tell anyone, of how they would shun him. It had been years since any of them spoke to him. Wilbur had moved away from the house as soon as he could, forgetting about Tommy and never bothering to check in. Techno’s abrupt lack of communication was purposeful. He really did only have himself to blame.
Heaving a great sigh, Tommy mounted the steps. At least he would get to see Wilbur again.
His key fit into the door and as it swung open, a wave of nostalgia washed over him. The burning of the fireplace, the musty scent of the old, worn down rugs and furniture. The blood that had stained the floors time and time again. Pushing down his nausea, Tommy stepped forward into the open space.
“Big Man Tommyinnit has arrived,” he announced, but it fell flat, even to his own ears. It didn’t echo, trailing off in the lonely entryway. The whole house was a void, a black hole that had sucked his childhood away. He supposed he had never really gotten to be a child in the first place.
He didn’t hear the footsteps coming. He only looked up the grand staircase at the sound of a wall being punched.
“You shouldn’t have come,” Technoblade ground out. His eyebrows were drawn tight and his fists were curled. Tommy bit back a wince. He deserved this. After all, it was his brilliant idea to write a book exposing all of their family secrets. He had seen it as a way to try and cope with his trauma at the time, but it quickly became clear the rest of the family did not share his views.
A mess of curly brown hair poked out around the doorway that Techno was leaning against. A yellow sweater and a maroon beanie. A guitar strapped to his back. Tommy was hit with another wave of memories and it took all of his willpower not to run into his brother’s arms.
“Is that Tommy I hear?” Wilbur asked, and Techno moved aside reluctantly. Wilbur’s entire face lit up and he rushed down the stairs, nearly tripping in his haste. Tommy moved forward at a slower speed, and they met at the base of the stairs.
“Awww,” Wilbur whispered. “You’ve grown so much.” He raised a hand hesitantly, almost as if to pat Tommy’s head, and Tommy swatted him away.
“Oh bug off, you’d know that if you had actually stuck around.”
Wilbur’s smile faltered. He put his hand back at his side and a brief look of regret passed his face. “I’m sorry, Tommy, but I couldn’t stay here.”
“You could’ve taken me with you.” Tommy took a deep breath. He was getting too sentimental for his own good. Wilbur lifted his arms and wrapped them around Tommy’s lanky body. Tommy hesitated for a second, before returning the hug. It was awkward, nowhere near as smooth as it had been in their childhood.
“I missed you, Tommy. It’s good to see you again, you little gremlin,” Wilbur muttered into Tommy’s hair.
From up on the second floor, Tommy heard Techno scoff. He pulled away from Wilbur to look up at their brother. Techno was sharpening a knife, leaning back against the doorframe. His red cloak was settled comfortably on his shoulders and his face held a large scowl.
Wilbur frowned up at him. “Got a problem, Techno?”
Technoblade scoffed again, straightening up and coming to lean over the railing. He sneered down at Wilbur. “‘You missed him? You missed him?’” Techno’s eyes drifted over to Tommy with a glare. “Do you even know what he’s done?”
Wilbur stepped protectively in front of Tommy, and he had to resist rolling his eyes.
“He’s still our brother.”
“He’s still in the room,” Tommy interjected dryly. Wilbur shushed him and this time he actually did roll his eyes.
“Tommy was never part of our family to begin with. What gives him the right to talk about our family as if he belongs to it now?”
Tommy stiffened. Wilbur tensed beside him as well. “Techno,” he said, voice dark. “You know that’s not true.”
“Congratulations, we all have our own fucking trauma. Thank you Tommy, truly, for sharing it with the world!” He turned and his cape swished behind him dramatically. He spared one last look over his shoulder before walking back into the living room. Tommy barely caught his parting statement. “You’ve never been my brother and never will be. Stop acting like you are."
Tommy reeled back like he’d been hit, but when he noticed Wilbur looking at him worriedly, he plastered on a smile.
“Are you-” he started.
“Don’t worry about me, big man,” Tommy said, louder than necessary. “It’s Techno you should be concerned about, he’s clearly got some major problems.”
Wilbur looked at him doubtfully but nodded along anyways. He patted Tommy’s shoulder once.
“Well, I’m glad you’re back, despite the awful circumstances. I did miss you.”
“I missed you too, Wil,” Tommy muttered, watching Wilbur’s back retreating up the stairs.

The living room was tense. You could cut through the thickness of the air with a butter knife. Techno leaned on one of the support pillars behind the couch, as far away from everyone else as possible. Schlatt was sitting in one of the large armchairs, and Ranboo had swung his feet up onto the couch, taking up the whole thing.
Wilbur immediately plopped himself onto the other chair, leaving Tommy to try and fit on the couch. Ranboo curled his legs in and Tommy nodded to him with a smile. Ranboo smiled back, before looking over his shoulder at the air and grinning wider.
Schlatt cleared his throat, calling everyone to attention. He stood up.
“I think you all know why we are here,” he said lazily, moving his gaze across everyone in the room. There were several murmurs of agreement.
“Our father is dead, and we have to pay respects to him,” Schlatt continued.
Techno snorted slightly and Schlatt ignored him.
“However,” he stressed, and Tommy rolled his eyes, recognizing the tone in his oldest brother’s voice. “I believe there was foul play involved.”
“Foul play?” Techno asked, disbelieving. “You think someone murdered dad?”
Schlatt bristled at Techno’s words. “Yes, as a matter of fact. When his body was found, he didn’t have his monocle on him, and it was nowhere in the room.”
Even Wilbur had to raise an eyebrow at that. “And…?” he said.
Schlatt groaned. “C’mon guys, you have to use your brains. When have you ever, ever seen dad without his monocle?” At the silence, Schlatt grinned triumphantly as if he had won. “See? My point is that someone took his monocle, right before or after his death. It must’ve been personal.”
He turned to Techno. “Philza was the one who found him, no?”
Techno’s mouth pressed together into a thin line. “You can’t seriously be accusing Phil,” he said, a threat clear in his voice.
“Well, who knows,” Schlatt threw up his hands. “Maybe he finally got tired of being the perfect little housekeeper. Who else could’ve done it, you?”
Techno’s eyes widened a fraction, before narrowing again. Tommy would’ve missed it if he had not grown up with him.
Schlatt must’ve noticed it too, because his jaw opened so fast that Tommy was worried it would come off.
“I mean,” Techno said, interrupting whatever yelling storm Schlatt had planned. “As much as I would’ve enjoyed the honors, it wasn’t me.”
Schlatt’s eyes narrowed down to slits. “I don’t trust him,” he announced.
Wilbur gave a single bark of laughter. “What else is new?”
“I don’t trust you either, and yet here I am. What’re you accusing me of?” Techno butted in.
Schlatt sputtered. “You know damn well what.”
As Techno reared up to argue back, Tommy tuned out their mindless bickering. Somehow, he thought they could’ve changed. Maybe he thought they could’ve grown up. He clearly expected too much. Techno was still a vigilante, still hot-headed. And Schlatt? Well, four years without any human interaction had really screwed up his subtlety. To be fair, Tommy wasn’t sure if he had had any to begin with.
Tommy sighed and stood up, grabbing Ranboo’s arm and pulling him up as well. The arguing brothers didn’t pay them any heed. Wilbur stood up too, trying to break up the argument that threatened to turn violent. Ranboo got Tommy’s drift and they exited the room.
There was no point in staying.

They are ten years old. The robbers are holding hostages, and Schlatt starts to tell the others his plan, when Niki jumps into the building. Schlatt curses and runs into the room after her. Techno, never one to miss out on the action, follows closely behind.
Ranboo, Tubbo, and Wilbur are slightly slower and stick closer to the wall.
They arrive in time to see Niki teleporting around, distracting the robbers, as Techno hurls a knife with deadly accuracy into one of the men’s shoulders. He falls with a cry. Schlatt lifts another and tosses him into a wall like a ragdoll.
A voice cries out over the chaos and all three freeze. One of the others has pulled a gun on the civilians. Without wasting a moment, Niki blinks right in between the gun and the civilians, sitting on the bank check-in desk. The man swings the gun down towards her but she’s already gone.
Niki is behind him now, calling out, “Hey, loser.” As he spins around to face her, she quickly blinks his gun out of his hands in exchange for a stapler. “Nice stapler.”
She grabs his hand and twists it upwards. He hits himself in the head with the stapler in his hand. Niki tosses the gun to Schlatt, who catches it easily.
The three boys in the corner smile. Ranboo hated feeling useless in fights, but his power wasn’t cut out for combat. Tubbo was glad he didn’t have to use his. And Wilbur was just happy for his siblings to do the fighting instead of him.
Outside, Reginald Hargreeves stands, monocle and top hat, leaning on a stylish cane. A young boy stands next to him, fidgeting with his uniform.
“Why can’t I be with them?” Tommy asks his father.
“We’ve gone over this, Tommy,” Reginald says, irritated. “Because you are not special.”
When the police arrive, and the news is scrambling over themselves to take pictures of the young superheroes who saved the bank and the hostages, Schlatt, Techno, Wilbur, Niki, Tubbo, and Ranboo all line up to have their picture taken. They stand with good posture and smiles, having it ingrained into them.
Reginald walks out with a dramatic flair onto the steps of the bank, setting his hand on Schlatt’s shoulder. Schlatt huffs out his chest in pride.
“These,” Reginald announces to the gathered press. “Are your new superheroes. Meet the SBI.” The people clap.
“I adopted 6 children with superpowers, and I have been training them to fight against the evil in this city.”
Reginald’s speech continues. Tommy continues to stand out of sight, as Reginald introduces his siblings to the press. Reginald doesn’t even look in his direction as he states he had only adopted six kids.
They are ten. This is their first mission as a team. The SBI is born. And Tommy isn’t allowed to be a part of it.

Tommy’s old room was exactly how he remembered it. The plain bedspread on the plain bed. The posters on the wall, one of the few things he was allowed to customize. A neatly organized bookshelf and a cabinet full of music books. A keyboard by the window, coated in a thick layer of dust.
He had been just as surprised as everyone else when their father had allowed him to take up piano like he wanted to. There was a grand piano downstairs, he knew. It was probably out of tune.
Still better than sitting around. Ranboo had wandered off a while ago, so he didn’t have anyone to talk to, and everyone else was either busy or likely to ignore him. Tommy made his way to the spacious room. He sat down at the piano bench, blowing the dust from the keys and tentatively played a chord. It wasn’t horribly out of tune, though it definitely wasn’t in perfect upkeep.
Letting his doubts free, he let himself fold into the music, allowing his fingers to move across the keys. The song wasn’t particularly hard, though it wasn’t one he had played in a while. It was a song he remembered playing often when he still lived here.
.
Unknown to him, around the house, everyone perked up at the distant echoing of his playing, unconsciously swaying to the once-familiar tune.
