I don't think I'll ever get over all the amazing newborn Bella content SM denied us. After getting literal books worth of Bella ignoring the harsh reality about being a bloodsucking immortal, we deserved to see her fall flat on her face.
I wanted all-consuming thirst, overwhealmed senses and loss of control. I wanted the heartache of Bella attacking her own daughter for her blood. Bella fighting the Cullens who are trying to restrain her. Bella loosing control and killing someone she knew. Bella watching her own funreal from afar and suffering through Charlie's self-destructive phase.
We. Were. Robbed.

5. MEET THE LEADERS
Tumblr media
WE ARRIVED AT THE CULLENS HOME, and I couldn't help but feel dwarfed by its size. It was a mansion compared to my humble abode. Carlisle was on the phone, his voice hushed as he spoke to someone in London. I couldn't help but wonder who he was talking to. While he was preoccupied, I chatted with the rest of the family. They were fascinating people, older than I had expected. When Carlisle finished his call, he informed me that it was time for me to leave. I bid farewell to the family and followed Carlisle to his sleek grey Volvo.
As we buckled our seat belts, I turned to Carlisle with a burning question. "So, you know those people in London?" I asked, my curiosity piqued.
He nodded, a small smile playing on his lips. "He's been a friend of mine for years," he explained.
"By years, you mean centuries?" I joked, but Carlisle's expression remained serious.
"The leader of the coven is named Gabriel. The two co-leaders are Joseph and Simon. I lived with the coven for years until I left for the New World, or America as it is known now," he elaborated.
I was fascinated by his history with the London coven. "Sounds like you guys are great friends," I commented.
Carlisle chuckled. "Well, they drink animal blood like me and my family."
"I'm guessing you're not the human blood sort of guy," I said, trying to hide my revulsion at the thought.
"I don't like the idea of taking someone's life to let me live," he admitted. "When I discovered that I can drink animal blood, I tried to perfect the diet. It took me years, but I managed to get the hang of it."
"I wish I could say the same," I muttered, feeling ashamed of my own struggles with the diet.
"Don't worry. You'll get used to your diet," Carlisle reassured me. "You're not the first vampire that came to me for help to escape."
I was taken aback by his words. "Who was the first vampire you helped escape?" I asked, my curiosity getting the better of me.
But Carlisle just smiled enigmatically, his eyes twinkling with secrets. "That's a story for another time," he said, and I knew not to press the matter any further.
The air was thick with an unspoken tension as we sat in silence, the hum of the car engine the only sound breaking the stillness. It wasn't until we arrived at the airport that Carlisle's wealth became apparent. He effortlessly secured a private plane, a luxury reserved for the elite few. As a doctor, his financial status was no secret, but the ease with which he obtained the aircraft was impressive nonetheless. For me, it was a relief. The temptation of human blood still lingered, a constant reminder of my true nature. Boarding the private plane, we soared through the clouds towards London, leaving behind the mundane world below.
The journey through the skies was a gruelling eight-hour affair, as we soared towards the bustling metropolis of London. As the plane finally touched down, Carlisle and I rose from our seats, eagerly anticipating the adventure that lay ahead. The door creaked open, and we stepped out onto the tarmac, greeted by the sight of three imposing figures. My mind raced with anticipation, and I instinctively cloaked myself in invisibility, unsure of what to expect from these strangers. Carlisle, on the other hand, beamed with delight, his smile betraying his familiarity with these mysterious men.
"Gabriel," Carlisle's voice was warm as he pulled the towering vampire into a tight embrace. The two men held each other for a moment, lost in their reunion.
"Hey, Carlisle," Gabriel's voice was deep and smooth, his arms wrapping around his friend in return. "It's been too long."
As they pulled away, I couldn't help but stare at Gabriel. He was like a ghost, his skin almost translucent in the dim light of the room. His eyes glowed like molten gold, and his short black hair was perfectly styled. He was a formidable presence, standing at six-foot-two with a muscular build that spoke of his strength.
"How's the family?" Gabriel asked, his voice laced with genuine concern.
Carlisle smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "We've had our ups and downs, but we're doing well."
The other vampire, who stood next to Gabriel on his left, spoke up. "And the newborn?"
Carlisle's expression turned serious. "She's here, I can assure you, Simon."
Simon was a different kind of vampire than Gabriel. He was slim and lithe, with light brown hair and a face that was almost boyish. His golden eyes were warm and welcoming, and he wore a casual outfit of jeans and a sweater. He seemed to have a softer approach than the other two vampires, but I could sense the power that lay beneath his calm exterior.
"Oi, don't mess about with us, Carlisle," Joseph grumbled in his thick Cockney accent. "I ain't got time for games, mate."
Carlisle's voice was calm and steady. "I assure you, Joseph, this is no joke. She's here, right in front of us. But she's invisible."
I could feel their eyes on me, even though I couldn't see them. Joseph's skepticism was palpable, but I could sense his curiosity as well. Simon, on the other hand, seemed more cautious, his body tense and ready for action.
As for Gabriel, he was the most relaxed of the three, his posture casual and his expression unreadable. But his eyes were fixed on me, and I could tell he was taking in every detail.
"I can sense her too," Joseph said after a moment. "But I can't see her. What's going on, Carlisle?"
I took a deep breath and spoke up. "I'm here," I said, my voice echoing in the empty space. "I'm the one you've been waiting for."
At that, I switched off the invisibility, and the three vampires gasped in unison. I could see the surprise and awe in their golden eyes, and I felt a thrill of satisfaction.
Joseph was the first to recover. He stepped forward, his eyes scanning me from head to toe. He was scruffier than the others, with dark hair and pale skin. He wore a black leather jacket and fingerless gloves, and his boots were scuffed and worn.
"Blimey," he muttered. "You're a newborn, ain't ya? I can smell it on ya."
I nodded, feeling a surge of pride. "That's right. I'm the newest member of your coven."
Simon stepped forward next, his eyes narrowed. "And what makes you think we want you here?" he asked, his voice low and dangerous.
I met his gaze without flinching. "Because I have something you need," I said. "Something that only a newborn like me can provide."
Gabriel spoke up then, his voice smooth and measured. "And what might that be?"
I smiled, feeling a sense of power and purpose. "Strength," I said. "Raw, untamed strength. The kind that only comes from being a newborn vampire."
A soft chuckle escaped Carlisle's lips, like a gentle breeze rustling through the leaves of a tree. Gabriel stood there, arms folded, in awe of what he had just witnessed. "That is truly impressive," he murmured, his eyes wide with wonder. "I've seen gifted vampires before, but nothing quite like this."
Simon turned to me, his eyes gleaming with curiosity. "What is your name?" he asked, his voice low and smooth.
"Violet," I replied with confidence. "My name is Violet."
"How long have you been a newborn, Violet?" Simon inquired, his gaze never leaving mine.
"Five months," I answered, my voice barely above a whisper.
Joseph stepped forward, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "And you can turn invisible, luv?" he asked, a grin spreading across his face.
"As far as I'm concerned, yes," I replied, my heart pounding in my chest.
"Concerned?" Gabriel interjected, his eyebrows raised in surprise.
"I only discovered this ability today," I explained, my voice trembling with excitement. "I don't know what else I'm capable of doing."
The air hung heavy with stillness, a palpable tension that seemed to stretch on for an eternity. I couldn't believe that I had just bared my soul to these strangers, divulging every intimate detail of my life. And yet, there was a strange sense of comfort that settled over me, a feeling of safety that I couldn't quite explain. Was it foolish to trust them so easily? Perhaps. But in that moment, I couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging with these enigmatic individuals, despite the fact that I knew next to nothing about them. It was a strange and unsettling feeling, one that left me questioning my own sanity.
"Let not your heart be troubled," Gabriel spoke with a serene tone. "Newborns are often bewildered, unsure of the world they've been thrust into. And in time, they acclimate."
His words were a balm to my soul, a salve to the wounds inflicted by Gavin, my pitiful excuse for a father, and the likes of Riley and Victoria. No one had ever taken the time to explain to me the nature of the world I was born into. I was thrust into this existence as a mere mortal, only to be reborn as a vampire without any semblance of understanding. I was born to be abandoned, not once, but twice.
I inhaled deeply, feeling the crisp night air fill my lungs. I turned to face them, my eyes scanning their faces for any sign of disapproval. "Would the rest of the coven like me?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.
"They will," Simon replied, his voice steady and reassuring. "We've never met any vampires like you before."
Joseph chimed in with a chuckle, his eyes twinkling mischievously. "And if they don't, we're gonna have a serious conversation."
I couldn't help but smile at his comment, feeling a sense of warmth and acceptance wash over me. I turned to Carlisle, wrapping my arms around him tightly. He hugged me back, his embrace filled with love and understanding.
"Thank you, Carlisle," I whispered, my voice barely audible.
"You're very welcome," he replied, his golden eyes sparkling with pride.
As we released each other, I couldn't help but gaze into his eyes once again, feeling a sense of belonging that I had never experienced before.
"Tell Bella good luck with everything," I whispered to him, and he gave a solemn nod.
Gabriel, who had been eavesdropping on our exchange, piped up with a curious tone. "Bella? Who might that be?"
Carlisle turned to face Gabriel, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "Ah, Edward's found himself a lovely lady," he said with a grin.
Joseph, always the jester, chimed in with a hearty laugh. "It's about time, isn't it?"
Gabriel nodded in agreement before adding, "Please extend our warmest congratulations to Edward."
Carlisle's smile grew even wider. "I most certainly will. Until next time, my friends."
"Goodbye, Carlisle," I whispered, my voice barely audible over the sound of the jet engines.
I watched as he disappeared into the luxurious interior of his private plane, feeling a pang of sadness in my chest. It was always hard to say goodbye to someone you cared about, even if you knew it was only temporary.
As I turned away from the jet, my eyes fell on the three vampires standing behind me. Gabriel, Joseph, and Simon. They were my new family now, and I was eager to get to know them better.
"Are you ready to meet my family?" Gabriel asked, his voice smooth and confident. I nodded, feeling a thrill of excitement run through me. This was it. The start of a new chapter in my life.
Gabriel clapped his hands together and headed towards a sleek black Mercedes parked nearby. Joseph followed close behind, and Simon and I fell into step behind them.
The car was a work of art, all sleek lines and polished metal. I slid into the back seat beside Simon, feeling a sense of anticipation building inside me. The engine roared to life, and the car surged forward, leaving the airport behind us.
As we drove through the darkened streets, I couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder at the world around me. Everything was so new and exciting, and I knew that with my new family by my side, anything was possible.

What are your favorite parts in each book?
Mine personally are the entire first part of the first book, up until the meadow, cause I love how normal bella's life was (with the restaurant scene in Port Angeles being my favorite)
In New Moon when she brings the motorcycles to jacob, and they start hanging out and repairing them, where we also see some glimpses of normalcy for bella
In Eclipse probably the night of the sleepover/engagement, and if I'm not wrong bella's is crying cause edward doesn't want to fuck, which I'm sorry but it's hysterical
Then in breaking dawn i really enjoy the whole wedding and honeymoon, up until the discovery of the demonic pregnancy
I think at the end of the day all my favorite parts have something almost mundane about them hahaha

Review: Breaking Dawn
The Twilight Saga book 4: Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer ⭐⭐⭐ Rating: 3 out of 5. This is the last official book of the Twilight Saga, but I still have the companion novel Midnight Sun to read after this. After that, I’ll watch all the movies; I’ve been avoiding watching then so as not to affect my impression of the books. Read: October 9 – October 13, 2023 Book contains: kissing, allusion…

I craaaave protective Jake pls 🥺
"jake," you let out a breathy laugh as he slid both of his hands onto your hips, guiding you through the crowd of people at your sister's graduation party at the cullen's house.
he just rolled his eyes, sitting down at one of the couches and pulling you into his lap so he could hold you close to him, "you're being a bit dramatic, don't you think?" you asked teasingly, smiling as you peeked up at him and he just shook his head, pressing a soft kiss to your cheek.
"not dramatic," he reassured, laughing softly as he squeezed you closer to him, eliciting a series of giggles from you, "gotta make sure my girl stays safe, yea? don't need you gettin' hurt." he explained, noticeably relaxing as you leaned into him, resting your head on his shoulder.
the two of you stayed like that for a moment before alice came down to the stairs, smiling when she saw you before her expression dropped as she had a vision.
you were quick to get up, jake getting up right behind you as he slid his hand into the back pocket of your jeans. the two of you quickly followed alice into carlisle's office where the rest of the cullens were.
alice quickly explained her vision to everyone while you sat down in one of the chairs, jake coming to stand behind you and slide his hands over your shoulders, "so there's a newborn army coming here?" you emphasized, both you and your sister letting out a heavy sighs as you realized how dangerous the situation was for everyone involved.
"the wolves will help out," jake volunteered from behind you, gently squeezing your shoulders as you looked over your shoulder to glare at him.
"jacob-" you started but he quickly cut you off, not at all interested in hearing your argument against him.
"i'm not letting some clan of rogue vampires get anywhere near you," he explained before adding, "we'll be fine." he reassured, leaning down to press a soft kiss to the crown of your head as you huffed and rolled your eyes, already knowing there was no use in arguing with him.
"that would be very helpful," carlisle said softly, "but you'll need training. are you all able to come train tomorrow with jasper? y/n, you and bella can come and watch." carlisle suggested, offering you a soft smile as you let out a heavy exhale before nodding.

............................................................................
The famous silver jeep of the Cullen’s pulled up as she watched Emmett be thrown into the dirt.
The entire family turned as Edward and Bella stepped out of the car.
As they walk to the family, so do the wolves.
Each vampire held to their mate as they watched said wolves come out from the tree line. Soft growls came from their snouts from the obvious smell of vampires.
Jasper held on to her as they did so, his arms around her waist, his chest providing support against her back.
Edward stepped to Carlisle, “They don’t trust us enough to be in their human forms.”
Carlisle nodded, “At least they came. That’s enough. Will you translate?”
Carlisle stepped towards the wolves, thanking them for coming before explaining that Jasper would be the teacher in this scenario.
Jasper’s loving mate smiled. She loved sparring as a family.
Some time passes and the girl now sits on the hood of the jeep next to Bella. She leans over, “I’ve always found this entertaining. Watching them,  I mean…”
Bella smiled as Emmett flew threw the air once again. “I did have a question, if you don’t mind me asking…?”
The girl nods, anticipating what the human could possibly think of to ask.
“Jasper knows a lot about this kind of thing… I mean… Why is that exactly..?”
His mate shifts slightly, not expecting that question. “Well, Bella. I don’t feel that I’m the one that should tell you. Perhaps you should ask him. It’s… a horrid story, honestly. I’m not sure he’d want it out there, you know?”
Bella nods, “yeah, right. I get it… sorry.”
The girl’s head perks up at the sound of her name being called by Carlisle. “Oh, shit. My turn to go. Watch me, Bells?”
Bella grins, “Of course.”
Jasper stood confidently on the dirt ground, his eyes trained on the person in front of him.
His pretty mate.
She held the same look in her eyes.
They had sparred many times before. And they were both quite good. He taught her practically everything he knows.
The entire family gathered around to see how it would play out. Would they go easy on each other? Who would win?
It seemed the two held that look in their eyes as well as they tried to scope the other one’s thoughts.
Then he rushed her.
They were both incredible to watch as if they were dancing. Their bodies seemed to always know what the other would do, even when changing their fighting style. It seemed the two lovers truly knew each other in and out.
Eventually she slipped, and Jasper seized his opportunity, grabbing her wrist and pulling her to him.
Pulled against his body, her face was mere inches from him. The tension between the two rose as his gaze fell to her lips. God, he couldn’t resist her even when he was pretending to be her enemy.
And she was no better.
She focused on the feeling of his strong grip, his sturdy fingers wrapped around her seemingly delicate wrist.
If they were alone, this sparring match would have escalated, like it usually does when they are so. But today, they simply stared at each other. Those who didn’t know them would assume they were calculating what the other might do next, but no. This family knew them quite well. And thank god no one else had Jasper’s gift, or the tension would bring a blush to their cheeks.
She gently leaned forward, their lips brushing. Jasper tilted his head down to receive her soft lips. But they never came.
She swept his leg out from under him, pinning him to the ground as she placed a knee on his chest.
She leaned down to his face, whispering softly in his ear, “What was that you said? Don’t get distracted?”
He smiled, letting his head fall back against the dirt.
She would be the death of him.
And he would love it.
The sparring continued the next day as she found herself sitting next to Bella on the hood of the car again.
She watched Jasper as he sparred with an admiring look in her eye. She loved the Major with all her heart.
Or, what was left of it anyway.
If it still pumped blood, she would be able to feel it beat for him.
“Do you mind if I ask you another question? A different one, this time?”
The girl nods, “Yeah, don’t see why not.”
Bella looks down at the dirt. “Can I ask what happened to you? How you… how you got here?”
She felt a breath come out of her unused lungs, “Oh. Yeah. ‘Course. It’s… not a pleasant story but any means… are you sure?”
The human nods, “Please. I’m trying to understand you guys better.”
The girl leans back slightly, regaining her bearings. “Alright. Well… I was born in 1941. I uh, grew up in the 50s. Not the best timing, obviously. Do you know much about the ’50’s, Bella?”
The human’s head tilts back and forth in thought, “A little. Civil rights and stuff..?”
“Yeah. Well, the Korean War was in the 50’s. There was this military guy that fell in love with me. And I to him. But… we, uh… how do I say this? He was… we were…?”
Bella leans forward, “…what? Just say it.”
“Well, we were different skin tones. And.. well, I don’t need to say much more. Anyway, there was this other man that decided he liked me. He was pigheaded and awful. I hated him. He tormented me everyday. I finally told him about the man that-“
“-what was his name?”
The girl’s head perked up, “Whose?”
Bella met her eyes, “…the one you loved.”
A deep sigh left the vampire’s lips, “…Johnathan.”
Bella nodded, leaning back again to let the girl continue her story.
“I told the man about… Johnathan and… the man began to tell everyone in town. It became the only thing anyone talked about until eventually…. Eventually...,” the girl’s voice faded out in thought. “…I’m sorry. I haven’t told this story in so long…”
“It’s alright. Take your time.”
“Thank you… uh… the man formed a mob and approached us in the park one day. Johnathan tried to protect me. And he did. Until they… killed him…” the girl stared at the ground, a somber look in her eyes. “…and the man ended up being a vampire… he changed me and… well… yeah.”
Bella nodded, “How did you find Carlisle?”
“Oh. Right. Uh, I was on the run… after I changed. I actually ran into him. Well, he ran into me. He…. He stood to where I would crash into him, so he could talk to me. He knew everything. He took me in. And I met Jasper…”
Her eyes wandered back to Jasper. His sleeves were pulled up, exposing the skin of his forearms, and the scars that resided there. He was so strong. So perfect. Her knight in shining armor.
Bella noticed the girl’s longing gaze and smiled to herself. “…how did you know he was the one?”
The girl turned back to Bella, “Oh. You just know, Bella. It’s… ugh, it’s this feeling you get in your heart. Like you’ve finally taken a breath after being underwater for years. Like your souls have intertwined and have become one. It’s… strange to put into words…”
Bella nods, “It sounds wonderful.”
She nods too, “Oh, it is. Edward feels that way about you.”
Bella looks up in surprise, “Really?”
She smiles, “Yeah. He told me that the day he met you. Like he couldn’t think around you. You… occupy all of his thoughts. You fascinate him.”
The human grins, “And that’s how Jasper feels?”
“-How I feel about what?”
Jasper had walked up to the two, a grin on his face. He leaned against the car on his side, his arm resting over his girl’s leg.
His mate smiled, “Perhaps it’s none of your business… girl things…”
Jasper scoffed, “Sure, darlin’. Anything you say.”
Her hand reached up to run it through his hair.
The three sat in silence for a while before the girl broke it. “I need to go back to the house. Help me down, Jas?”
He stood, reaching his arms out, gripping her waist to help her down. She was vampire. She didn’t need help. And they both knew that.
Bella scooted forward, “Wait, before you go…?”
The girl turned around in Jasper’s arms. “…Yeah?”
“What happened to him? …To the guy that…”
The girl’s lips pulled up into a smirk. Her head turned slightly to look at Jasper’s face that held the same knowing smirk of his own. “Well, Bella. He… got what he deserved…”
And with that, she walked away.
Bella gawked slightly, now focusing on Jasper, hoping he could illuminate on the situation.
But he continued to grin, watching his girl walk away.
Eventually, Jasper felt Bella’s confused emotion and turned to her. “I made a vow not to kill after I met her…”
Bella’s eyebrows knitted together, and Jasper’s smirk grew into a grin.
“…But I fucking killed him.”
And with that, silence overtook the forest as he continued to watch his girl walk away.

Karmic Retribution
There were certain unspoken rules to being a Cullen.
One of the worst ones, the oldest made all the decisions. This meant that, more often than not, Carlisle and Edward were the ones to determine the outcome for the family. And to that point, it had been fine. There was never anything truly holding them down to any place in particular, and they could travel any time they wanted.
(Y/N) was fine with that to an extent. She was on the same level as Edward in terms of age, and sometimes she felt she should have more leverage in family decisions than she had. But she had always been quiet, keeping her anger always at bay. And it helped that she had Jasper by her side.
Their connection was almost instantaneous.
When the messy bundle of blond curls walked into their home in Calgary, she knew he’d turn her whole life around. They grew close quickly. Spending almost every moment by each other’s side. (Y/N) could not remember her life before she met Jasper Whitlock. As time passed, the memory of her time without him seemed more and more like a dream rather than her past. To her, he had been there forever.
Though she did not have any special abilities, everything about her was extraordinary to Jasper. She became his lifeline, the only thing to keep him afloat when he felt like drowning. Because most days he felt his head was always just barely above water. Treading on the line between fighting his animalistic instincts and his new family’s peculiar lifestyle.
(Y/N) could do to him what he was able to do for everyone else. She could read his emotions before he had a chance to name them, and she somehow found a way to make him calm and tranquil. She was everything he did not know he needed.
He had been afraid to tell her of his past. How he’d fought for the confederacy and had built and led an army of newborns in the south. He was ashamed of the lives he had taken, the people he had turned and promised eternity to in exchange for their loyalty, only to dispose of them one year later. All for what he thought was love. Jasper was frightened that the second he confessed to the sins of his past, (Y/N) would forsake him and push him aside.
Instead, he was met with a wave of compassion that washed over him. As his eyes stung from dry tears, (Y/N) provided him with a smile that he was sure could warm his frozen body. She placed a comforting hand on his cheek and gave his lips a soft kiss.
“Our pasts do not define the people we are today,” she had told him, nothing but love in her eyes. “The reason we are who we are now is because we have moved forward from what we did yesterday. You don’t need my forgiveness, my love. For the man I know now will never be the same as the man that was. What you need is to forgive yourself.”
At that moment, Jasper knew that his search was finally over. Though he still struggled with his hunger and considered himself a dangerous man, he’d found the person that could love him completely. A woman that had taken one look at the scars of his past — literally and figuratively — and, instead of recoiling in fear and disgust, had placed a kiss upon them and filled them with love and compassion.
“Do you know how lucky I am, darling?” Jasper had told her one day as they lay in a clearing somewhere in the snowy surroundings of Alaska.
“Is that so?” (Y/N) chuckled. Her fingers traced the stitching of the vest he wore, her head pressed against his chest wondering what his heartbeat could have sounded like. “I’d like to think I’m the one that is lucky. How many years did I spend on my own, waiting on my forever? Then you show up, with Alice in tow, and you change our family for the better. And now, I have someone to walk through life until the end of time.”
“Life is funny that way, huh,” he smiled. “And that is precisely what I wanted to speak to you about. I know our journey is seemingly endless and certain mundane things don’t particularly mean as much as eternity. But there is something that I want more than anything — mostly as a symbol of how much I love you. Because in this life and the next I want nothing more than to spend it by your side. So I ask you, (Y/N), would you do me the absolute honor of allowing me to be your husband?”
“For as long as love lives between us, yes. A thousand times yes.”
A wedding was such a monumental event for humans. For beings that stood the trials of time, it was a symbol of commitment. A way to bind their lives with something other than words. A simple promise made in the presence of the people they valued above everything else. That they were making the choice to intertwine their lives in all ways, regardless of any circumstances.
The event had been small, much to Alice’s dismay. The pair simply wanted their family and a few friends in attendance. Their love needed no impressive show, it simply was, and that’s how they wanted it.
In the family, they kept their heads low and out of the way. It was futile to insist on having more of a voice when it came to the decisions of the family. To that point, they had no quarrels with the choices the patriarch had determined for the clan.
Keeping to themselves allowed (Y/N) and Jasper to form a bond like no other. They didn’t need Edward’s mind reading to be able to hear the other’s thoughts; didn’t need Alice’s foretelling to know their life would be live and full of life. The couple had created the perfect balance between themselves and orbited around the family. Still, it was them against the world.
Jasper being the youngest — at least considered that way for being the last to join the family — was often the target for many quips in the family. From his stoic stare to his short fuse when it came to human blood, the blond would often be the butt of the joke. And it never seemed to anger him. He’d chuckle from time to time or roll his eyes at any lines that went just a little too far. But he never defended himself or asked them to stop.
His efforts were centered on keeping (Y/N)’s anger toward the family at bay. Though she was calm by nature, she despised the way their adoptive brothers picked Jasper apart. How they would jokingly criticize something the man could not control. It was often a topic of discussion when the pair enjoyed a rare moment of privacy.
“I’m going to squash them,” she huffed. “Are they not tired of the same jokes? Is there even an original thought in their heads?”
“There’s no need to worry your pretty little head over them, darling,” Jasper chuckled, placing a comforting kiss on her head. “I’m used to it by now.”
“But you shouldn’t be! Every day you work your hardest to control yourself around humans and I know how painful it can be for you. Then Tangina and Schwarzenegger come in and tell the same stupid jokes over and over again,” she exclaimed. (Y/N)’s arms flew up in frustration earning a chuckle from the man as he stared at her from where he lay. “It’s not funny, Jasper. One of these days I’m gonna blow and you’re not gonna be able to calm me down.”
“As much as I would love to see you say your piece to Edward and Emmett, I assure you I do not mind.” He took her hands in his, kissing the knuckles gingerly. “Their words do not affect me, darling. The only person whose approval I care for is yours.”
“And that you will have until the end of time.”
And that was the case for the next couple of years. Whenever they’d reach a new town the other two Cullen teens would joke about how Jasper could snap at any moment, and he’d wreak havoc in the city. They would say pick on him and laugh at him. The worst part, he simply took it, much to (Y/N)’s dismay.
She would grow angry, he would temper her emotions, she would complain about their brothers’ treatment behind their backs, and he would say it was fine. But it shouldn’t have been fine. He should never have gotten used to the unnecessary mean jokes from the older boys.
When they settled in Forks, (Y/N) already knew the cycle. New town, same jokes. The only difference this time, Edward grew obsessed with a particular human.
The day he’d come home from school muttering how he needed to leave for some time and hole himself up in Alaska, (Y/N) couldn’t help the smile that spread across her face. There was Mr. Jasper-can’t-control-himself at the end of a downpour of blood frenzy. Everything he had jabbed at her partner with had come back to bite him.
She had laughed with Jasper that night, the jokes laced with actual worry that Edward would be the one to snap and attack a human. But the karmic retaliation had been far too exquisite for her to remain concerned. Revenge was always a very tasty treat.
But her small victory had not lasted long.
Only a week later, Edward had come back home with a recharged confidence. His woes about hurting Isabella Swan had died in a matter of seven days and he was ready to throw a hundred and ten percent toward forming a connection with the frail human.
And with Edward’s presence coming back, so did the overused jokes.
It had been a sunny afternoon in Washington and all the Cullens were stuck inside the house. Most of the morning had been uneventful, each of the family members reclused in their own rooms. The house was quiet and tranquil, peaceful. But that never lasted long. Especially when they were all home.
“So, Edward, this Bella chick is kind of… different, huh?” Emmett commented, his typical goofy grin spreading across his face. “But don’t you think it’s kinda dumb to get involved with a human?”
“Yeah, it might be,” he chuckled. “But it would be dumb of me to not even try. There’s just something about her that’s… intoxicating.”
“Yeah, it’s called human blood,” Rosalie spat. “Because she’s a human, Edward. The worst thing you could do is get involved with her. It could put her in danger. It can put all of us in danger.”
“There’s nothing wrong with testing the waters though,” he debated. “There’s truly something about her that calls to me. I need to see what it is.”
Anger had started sprouting inside (Y/N) as she listened to her family discuss the sudden apparition of Bella in their lives thanks to their adoptive brother. The cold that ran through her veins suddenly started growing warm, consuming her from the inside out. Not even the hand that Jasper had placed lovingly on the low of her back was enough to dissuade the ire that was taking over her.
“We’ve pretended to be humans for decades; I think I can do it for a couple of months with Bella. I just… I need to get to know her,” Edward continued. “I need to at least try.”
“And what will you do when she starts asking questions?” (Y/N) interjected. “How will you explain the cold skin? The fact that you don’t eat? The fact that you turn into a disco ball under the sun? How will you refrain from telling her you are a vampire?”
“I simply won’t tell her, (Y/N),” he chuckled. “It’s not that hard to not mention the fact that my family and I are a bunch of supernatural vampires.”
“You can’t even read her mind, Ed. How will you know she’s not coming up with conclusions on her own?”
“God, we can sit here a debate all night long on why it’s a bad idea for me to get in any way, shape, or form to get involved with Bella,” he retorted. “But it’s not really a family decision. I’m gonna see where things go with her, regardless of what any of you think.”
“So, you’re willing to put our family – our whole species – in danger, for a seventeen-year-old you met a couple of weeks ago?” (Y/N) questioned. Jasper was failing to calm her down. He could feel the angry red monster taking over her mind as she debated with Edward. Her emotions were taking over her reason and he could do nothing to help her. “I can’t believe you could be that reckless and selfish. Our entire existence depends on us being careful and guarding our secrets with our lives, especially in this town. If the Volturi don’t get you, I’m sure the wolves would be more than ready to put you in your place for breaking the treaty.”
“Oh, come on, (Y/N),” he laughed dryly. Everyone could tell he wasn’t taking the dangers seriously, he was not taking her seriously. To the older boy, it was merely a conversation. “If there’s anyone we should worry about recklessly exposing our secret is mister short fuse over there.”
“What is that supposed to mean?”
“That it only takes something as little as a prick on a finger and fidgety Jasper will be pouncing on a human. The safest way for any of us to keep the secret is for you to keep a short leash on your husband.”
Edward had once vowed to not use his ability on his family unless absolutely necessary, and he had always kept that promise. That afternoon, he regretted it.
As everyone laughed at his taunting joke, (Y/N)’s emotions reached their peak. Her eyes had grown darker, and her hands had balled into fists. She couldn’t resist the wrath that had taken over her. All she could see was red.
One second, the family was enjoying the gag against the Cullen. The next, (Y/N) had pushed Edward hard enough to go through a wall in their picturesque living room. Dust filled the area, fragments of the wall thudding against the wall, falling around the boy. A mix of glass, wood, and gypsum board had scattered around Edward’s body, his body coated in a fine layer of dust.
The same expression of shock washed over each of the family members, astonished at the sight in front of them. Calm-mannered and good-natured (Y/N) had finally reached her boiling point. For centuries, she had always been able to keep herself emotionally balanced, even without Jasper. None of them thought there would come a day when they would see her temperament break.
Her chest was heaving, her nostrils flared, and her hands still stretched in front of her. She wasn’t breathing, instead, she was letting out every ounce of fury that still burned inside her. In a split second, she regained her composure. (Y/N) smoothed down her clothes and her usual smile spread across her face.
Silence spread across the room, the kind that was enough to deafen ear drums. It was tense and uncomfortable, filled with a type of discord they had never witnessed between them before.
“I think we can all agree that all jokes about Jasper’s, uh, condition shall only be done in private or inside our heads,” Emmett’s voice sliced through the silence, his voice booming and reverberating against the walls. “That was… unexpected.”
“But we can all say it’s a long time coming,” Jasper grinned, turning his attention to the woman he proudly called his wife. “And, darling, as much as I love that you’re defending me, I think it’s best we don’t put more people through walls. Alright, love?”
“I guess that’s doable,” she smiled.
The rest of the siblings broke into laughter. All but Edward that wore a scowl on his face as he wiped away the white dust from his face. (Y/N) couldn’t help the pride that swelled in her chest. After years of biting her tongue and holding back her feelings, it felt exceptional to finally shut Edward up.
“Well, Edward, it seems you and Emmett will have to set aside some time to fix that wall,” Carlisle grinned. “Can’t have your new girlfriend coming over and seeing a person-shaped hole in our new living room.”
“Why do I have to do it? (Y/N)’s the one that pushed me!”
“Let’s call it your apology for taunting Jasper for the past few decades,” Esme responded before joining her retreating husband. “Now get to it, boys.”
“How is that fair?”
“What can I say, Eddie boy?” (Y/N) grinned. “Karma’s a bitch.”
Jasper and (Y/N) promptly sped outside, needing a moment to themselves after the chaotic scene that unfolded. When they reached the clearing they often sneaked out to, the blond wrapped his wife in his arms and placed a passionate kiss on her lips.
“I can’t thank you enough for defending my honor,” he smiled, resting his forehead against hers. “Though I can’t say Edward didn’t deserve it, maybe next time we can try to use our words rather than our hands.”
“I’m offended, Major. It was a calculated reaction after years of bullying.”
“(Y/N),” he lovingly reprimanded. “You know better than that.”
“Alright, love. I promise I won’t throw Edward into a wall ever again,” she smiled, pecking his lips. “But I can’t promise I won’t find other ways to get even.”
“I would never expect less.”
At that moment, everything was perfect. Nothing and no one could ever have predicted that in less than a year Bella Swan would infiltrate their family, that all the quips against Jasper would accidentally turn into reality, and that life as the Cullens knew it would drastically be altered.

hiya! could you write a jasper fic where the reader meets the major? i'm obsessed with how you write for jasper 🥺
A Major Moment
Summary: Takes place in Breaking Dawn, when all the covens show up to be witnesses for the Cullens. Jasper is worried about you being around so many vampires, especially when he starts to feel like he's losing control. When an incident does occur, the Major steps in to save the day. But you have no clue what's happening.
Words: 2456
Note: I'm alive! And writing again. This work gave me so much trouble before I took my break, but I'm pretty happy with it! I hope you like it, thank you for the request!
---
“I don’t like you bein’ here,” Jasper murmurs stiffly, leaning against the doorway to your shared room.
“I know, Jazz, but I’m worried about what’ll happen if I’m not here.” You pull on your coat, turning to meet his concerned gaze. It makes you soften and you give him a gentle smile, “You think I haven’t noticed how tense you’ve been lately, huh mister?”
Jasper’s lips press into a thin line, a wrinkle forming between his brows. Of course you noticed.
It started the moment Alice had the vision of the Volturi coming for their family. He felt it, in the back of his mind. That slight pull. The need to feel in control. Him.
Jasper was used to it. He had plenty of practice holding him back, only letting the edges fray enough to help. Like when they fought the newborn army, or when the two of you and Alice had fled with Bella from the hunter. He could control it. He had to.
You were never meant to meet that part of him, the one with stained hands and war-driven convictions. You were too soft for that side of him, too…breakable. So Jasper did everything in his power to keep him out of it, locked away deep in the recesses of his mind.
But then their allies started to appear and something shifted. The pull turned into a dull pressure in his chest, like a beast pressing at the bars of its cage. Snarling, vicious, protective. He could feel it as he watched you interact with them, oblivious to the danger, the hunger he could feel radiating from all of them. It set his teeth grinding.
“You shouldn’t trust ‘em, darlin,” the blond warns you, voice almost a growl.
“They’re our allies, Jazz,” you remind him softly, curling your arms around his waist. The vampire is tense, tenser than usual. You prop your chin against his chest, wide eyes squinting. “Plus I have you. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but they’re all pretty intimidated by you. They won’t try anything.”
That does give him a strange sense of satisfaction. While he considers most of these people friends, he knows that he won’t be able to control himself if one of them touches you. The family had made it clear. You’re off limits. Every human in Forks is off limits. Still-
“Hey.” You pinch his ribs, making Jasper jump. Those gold eyes flicker back down to you questioningly. You shake your head, giggling, “Stop worrying! I’m fine, they’re fine, everything will turn out okay. You can relax, Jazz, I’m safe.”
The stiffness lasts for only a few moments before Jasper gives in and leans down to press a kiss to your forehead. He’s always had trouble resisting you, especially when you radiate such warmth. There’s no doubt, no hesitation in your emotions. Just complete and utter certainty in him.
The beast goes quiet, if only for a moment.
A moment that disappears as soon as you join the covens downstairs.
The room is tense, filled with quiet, murmured conversations. They’re all on edge. Though they were all asked to come only to be witnesses before the Volturi, the expectation of a battle still hangs over the house.
You flicker among them, sparking conversation, making jokes, trying to just lighten the mood. It’s the least you can do to help. And this way you don’t feel so useless. If it does come down to a fight, that is exactly what you’ll be. You’re only human after all.
Jasper lingers along the wall, never taking his eyes off of you.
It’s in moments like this he wishes he could turn his ability off. Every anxiety, every twitch of impatience, the collection of unspoken concern, he feels it all. It’s like walking through a fog so thick you can barely see. It's suffocating.
And he can feel him again. Prowling along the edges of his mind. Looking for just the right moment to-
A sharp gasp makes Jasper flinch. The smell of blood, your blood, hits him, and for a split second, his focus falters.
Enough for his control to slip.
---
You can barely process it.
One moment, you’re clutching your bleeding hand to your chest, fear freezing you to the ground as you watch a man lunge for you, teeth bared in a snarl.
The next moment, that same man is crashing through the wall of windows, the sound of shattering glass ringing through the air. The whole room goes dead silent.
Jasper stands in his place, drawing back to his full height, face a mask of impassivity, eyes alight with a rage that makes everyone recoil. It pours off of him, fills the room like the static before the storm.
Your breath freezes in your lungs when he turns to you. It feels like one wrong move could set him off. On what? You don’t know. But you stay stock still as his eyes trace over you slowly. They catch on the blood oozing out between your fingers, the ones you desperately press against your wound. Something dark flashes across his face, his jaw clenching.
“Upstairs.”
Your heart lurches to your throat, wariness and confusion flooding your chest. His voice is deeper than you’ve ever heard it, accent thicker. An alarm goes off in your head.
When you don’t move, though, Jasper reaches for your arm, grip just shy of bruising.
“I said - upstairs.”
Before you can even get a word out, he’s dragging you in that direction, so fast you can barely keep up without stumbling. Glancing to the Cullens, you silently beg for some kind of help. You have no clue what’s going on. But the family just watches on as if they’ve seen this all before. Except Bella, who looks just as confused as you feel.
Your attention is forced back to staying upright when you reach the stairs. Jasper doesn’t slow down for even a second, not until you reach your room and he practically throws you inside. In an instant, you’re backed against a wall, his tall frame eclipsing yours.
“Show me,” he demands, voice low, barely restrained.
“What?” You squeak, eyes wide, heart racing. Something’s wrong.
“Show me your hand.”
You tighten your hold unconsciously. Panic grips you like a noose around your lungs.
“I don’t- I don’t think that’s a good idea, Jazz,” you croak out. There’s too much blood.
Jasper’s eyes narrow, “And I don’t appreciate repeatin’ myself, sugar.”
“But-”
“Now.”
Flinching, you instantly offer him your hand. Even if it’s a bad idea, you don’t want to test this side of him. Something tells you that he could force you to if he wanted to and this is him being nice.
You hold your breath when he takes your wrist, waiting for whatever’s going to happen next. Jasper’s never had an easy time controlling himself around your blood. You’ve worked on it, but this is too much, too sudden and you can’t help but brace for more pain.
But the seconds tick by and…nothing. You peek an eye open slowly. The blond moves with practiced ease, checking your pulse, carefully examining the edges of the gash, as if the blood isn’t even there.
Something’s different. Everything’s different. How he holds himself, the way he dragged you up here, his voice. And his eyes. It’s hard to not stare at them. Their usual gold depths are dark as amber, still burning with something completely violent, bloody and crimson and unnervingly calm.
You’ve never once seen Jasper like this.
“What’s going on Jazz?” You ask, voice pitching up.
The vampire pauses, hard gaze flickering up to yours. You almost flinch, instincts screaming at you that being at the center of this man’s attention is dangerous. It feels like any moment that rage could turn on you, like a wolf, bloody maw ready to clamp around your neck.
“Are you scared, darlin’?” His voice is a low rumble, softer than before, but still rough, dark.
Swallowing thickly, you look down at your hands, head spinning. He quickly covers the cut on your palm, careful not to touch it, but keeping it from your eyes, as if he knows the sight of blood makes you dizzy. It’s at odds with everything else about him right now and it makes you think that your Jasper must still be there somewhere. The worst of your nerves fizzle out.
“I don’t know,” you whisper eventually, and his eyes narrow, “I don’t- I don’t understand what’s going on, or why you’re acting different, but I don’t think you’re trying to scare me. So..so, no, I don’t want to be.”
The man hums, lips pursing into a thin line as he goes back to examining your palm, “No tellin’ if that’s foolishness or courage.”
“Maybe both.” Your voice is still shaking. Taking a deep breath, you try again with a different question, “So who are you? Cause I don’t think you’re Jasper, at least not completely.”
He doesn’t respond immediately. Instead, you watch as he steps back, disappearing into the bathroom for only a moment before reappearing with your first aid kit, the one you keep here for emergencies. With that same, practiced ease, the blond pulls out the supplies he needs and starts cleaning your wound.
“Most call me Major Whitlock.”
You hiss as he swipes alcohol over the cut. It stings almost as much as the wound itself, scattering your thoughts. The Major mumbles an apology, but doesn’t pause in his movements. It’s methodical, how he cleans it, applies some ointment, and then bandages it. Like he’s done it be-
Oh.
His words finally process in your mind. Major Whitlock. Jasper told you about him once, back when you first asked him about his scars. The man he was before you, before the Cullens. The man he had to be to deal with all that death. The Major.
“I never thought I’d meet you,” you murmur, all but forgetting your apprehension in the wave of curiosity that washes over you.
“He never wanted you to,” the Major replies stiffly, taping off the wrap, “He’s scared I’ll hurt you.”
Brow furrowing, you glance down at your bandaged hand. It’s perfectly done and you can barely feel any more pain. Thanks to him.
“I can’t see why he’d think that,” you hum, head tilting, “You don’t seem all that dangerous to me.”
Wrong thing to say.
A sharp, unexpected tug on your wrist makes you squeak. The Major draws you flush to his chest, close enough that you can see the flecks of molten gold in his eyes and feel his cool breath against your face. It makes you freeze, hands trapped between your bodies, unable to do anything as he leans down, lips tauntingly close to yours.
“You shouldn’t be so naive, sugar,” he drawls, voice a low rasp. “You wouldn’t think so kindly of me if you knew what’s goin’ through my mind.”
Like how he wishes he had ripped the arms off the man downstairs for even thinking about touching you. Or how the scent of your blood makes him want to pin you against the wall and sink his teeth into your neck. He wants to know if you taste as cloyingly sweet as you smell.
“I’m still not scared of you,” you whisper, blinking up at him with wide, doe-ish eyes, cheeks painted a tempting shade of red. “I know you won’t hurt me, Major.”
You trust him. He can feel it radiating from you, soft and warm and simple. It makes something violently possessive curl in the Major’s chest. You were right, after all. He would do anything to protect you, like a feral dog at your heel - loyal even if it killed him. He and Jasper could agree on that, as much as he might not want to admit it.
“You really are somethin’, sugar,” he muses, grip softening. There was no point in trying to scare you any further. You were a stubbornly sweet thing.
You offer him a shy smile, “Thank you. And thanks for saving me.”
The Major nods. “It was my pleasure.”
He pauses, lips pursing. You watch as his gaze flickers over your face, something you can't pinpoint crossing his features. Then-
“Can I kiss you, sugar?”
You almost laugh. It’s a ridiculous question at this point, but it’s just so Jasper that you can’t help but grin. Guess he’s always been like this.
“If you want,” you hum.
And he does.
It’s not like any of the kisses you’ve shared before, not soft or gentle. Jasper has always been too scared of hurting you, but the Major holds onto you like a starving man. He pulls you impossibly closer, fingers threading through your hair to tilt your head just the right way. It’s hard and insistent but still achingly tender and perfect.
You’re left breathless when he pulls away. Not too far though. He rests his forehead against yours, taking the moment to focus on the sound of your heart and the comforting warmth of your touch. It softens the snarling creature that he’s meant to be.
You can feel the shift. The way his touch turns gentle, hands shifting to hold your jaw, thumb brushing over your cheeks. You can practically feel the concern that fills his gaze.
“Hey Jazz,” you breathe out softly.
He doesn’t respond. You glance up at him, amusement flickering in your chest at the perplexed look on his face. There’s your Jasper.
“I’m fine, Jazz,” you insist. It’s easy to tell exactly what he’s thinking. The vampire frowns, glancing at the bandage covering your hand. Right. You correct yourself, “I’m fine now. The Major saved me and bandaged me up. Good as new.”
You wiggle your fingers, just to show him. It stings a little, but not nearly as much as before.
“He did a good job, almost as good as Carlisle!”
“He-” Jasper stops, swallows. “I didn’t hurt you?”
“No. Nothing happened.” You wrap your arms around his waist. It’s just like before. He holds himself stiff for a moment, fighting between the urge to relax or push you away to a safe distance. But he still can’t resist you. Not now. Not ever.
The tension drips from his shoulders. Jasper curls an arm around you, voice muffled as he tucks his face into your hair, “Sorry if I scared you, darlin’. I should’ve known that would happen. I just want you safe.”
“I know,” you hum, And I wasn’t scared. Not really. Though, the Major sure has his own way of doing things. Charming guy, really.”
You can feel Jasper smile into your hair, “You really are something, darlin.”
“That’s what he said!”
---
You cannot convince me that the Major is not still a gentleman at his core! He's a bit rough from his time with Maria, but he was such a kind man before that. I will die on this hill.
Anyways! Hope you guys liked it! I might be a bit rusty, but feel free to send in requests! I'm excited to write for y'all again.

Perfect(Seth Clearwater)
Paring: Cullen!Imprint!Reader x Seth Clearwater
Summary: Seth never expected to turn into a wolf, let alone imprint. But after the new born army Seth imprents on the youngest Cullen. they become love sick puppies and just try to have the time of their lives at Edward's wedding. (sorry for any spelling errors)
Requested: @Juliadarc
Twilight Master list
Tumblr media
I found a love, for me
Darling, just dive right in and follow my lead
Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet
Oh, I never knew you were the someone waiting for me
Me and Seth hung close together as we walked around the sea of people, Bella and Edward's wedding reception was going off without a hitch. I didn't really want to be here, I hate huge croweds, but it was my big brother's wedding. It also helped I was with Seth.
He knew I didn't really want to do this, so he succeeded at spending the whole making me laugh. During the ceremony we couldn't stop giggling and making jokes about Bella, Sue had to literally sit in between us in the middle of my brothers vows. She found out that separating us wasn't gonna stop us.
This was Seth's first real party and he was always willing to try anything. We were know as the the sweet and innocent couple, we do are best to uphold that name.
“you guys are so cute together” Rose smiled, you knew Seth must be doing something right if someone like Rosalie saw him more as just a 'mutt'.
We tried to run off and get some cupcakes but Rosalie stopped us to get a photo. The first one was sweet but then they started to slowly become unhinged to the point Rose dismissed us. Emmett laughed as we went to sneak some cupcakes behind Alice's back.
'Cause we were just kids when we fell in love, Not knowing what it was. I will not give you up this time
But darling, just kiss me slow
Your heart is all I own
And in your eyes, you're holding mine...
If your wondering I'm the only human in the Cullen family and the only one who has actual documents of Carlisle and Esme adopting me.
I didn't know much about the pack till I befriend Jacob. Dispite my family he had a soft spot for me, I met Seth threw him even. Of course I didn't get to officially meet Seth intill the newborn Fiasco.
What my family nor the pack was prepared for was Seth imprinting on me. Jacob had invited me to a bonfire with the pack and that's when it happened. This of corse cuased some problems with the treaty and all, but with the newborn army coming everyone let it go.
I never felt so happy to have him, I watched my siblings get married and fall in love and I was left by myself, thst was unitll Seth. He had my heart from the start.
Baby, I'm dancing in the dark
With you between my arms
Barefoot on the grass
Listening to our favourite song
When you said you looked a mess
I whispered underneath my breath, But you heard it
Darling, you look perfect tonight...
“come on! Dance with me” I said pulling him towrds the swarm of other couples. Seth laughed and spung me around before pulling me to his chest. I wrapped my arms around his neck and we swayed to the music in a uncoordinated way, we didn't have to dance like Baby and Johnny from Diry Dancing to have fun.
He took my arms and we just kinda playfully bounced around and bumped each other. Things didn't really calm down till a slow song started to play, wonderful tonight by Eric Clapton started to play.
“may I have this dance?” Seth playfully bowed. “you may” he smiled and pulled me to his chest and way slowly swayed to the soft love song.
Well, I found a woman, stronger than anyone I know
She shares my dreams, I hope that someday I'll share her home
I found a lover, to carry more than just my secrets
To carry love, to carry children of our own...
I looked into his chocolate eyes never wanting this to end. We never really had a moment that didn't involve danger, so it was nice to just have a night of fun and laughter.
“have you ever thought about having a wedding?” Seth asked taking my hand in his and twirled me. I smiled softly. “of course, but we're too young to get married” I chuckled.
He smiled. “I know that...I want get a job and a maybe a small house on the res for us before we do all that”
“sounds like a plan” I smiled.
I knew in the future when it came down to either Seth or the family, I would chose Seth. I love my parents and siblings, they gave me a second chance when they adopted me. But then we move all the time and I'm not taking Seth away from his sister and mother.
We are still kids, but we're so in love
Fighting against all odds
I know we'll be alright this time
Darling, just hold my hand
Be my girl, I'll be your man
I see my future in your eyes
“you got somthing on your face” I said to Seth as we were eating the cupcakes we we're not supposed to eat yet.
“where?” he asked licking the frosting off this thumb.
I smiled and wiped the frosting on his nose. “there”
“hey” he laughed and his eyes went crossed to look at his now white nose. He stuck his toung out and tried to get it. I laughed at his failed attempts, he gave me an 'oh yeah?' look and wipped some frosting on my cheek. I laughed and pushed him away.
He stumbled backwards and accidentally bumped into Alice. “sorry Alice” he quickly said. She rolled her eyes.
“you guys aren't supposed to eat those yet and please act your ages” I rolled my eyes, Alice wasn't used to Seth yet but I didn't care what she thought. I would fight Seth for as long as it takes.
“we are acting our ages, we're at the prime of our youth and we only live once” I said smiled big, Seth nodded agreeing.
I ment the 'only live once' because that's what I wanted, as much as I loved my family I want to grow old with Seth and have a happy, normal future with him.
Baby, I'm dancing in the dark,
With you between my arms
Barefoot on the grass
Listening to our favorite song
When I saw you in that dress, looking so beautiful
I don't deserve this... Darling, you look perfect tonight
“have I told you how pretty you look tonight” Seth asked as we walked around the house, the music was getting old so we went somewhere more quiter.
I blushed. “Yes, about a million times” I playfully blumbed his shoulder.
“well it's not enough.. I don't deserve to be in the presents of such beauty” he said in his best medieval voice as he playful bowed to me then pulled me into his arms.
I have faith in what I see
Now I know I have met an angel in person, And she looks perfect...
Everything seemed to be perfect when I was with him and even if we were just 'kids' I couldn't wait for the future... And whatever desserts we can steal behind Alice's back tonight.

Okay but imagine new Moon.
Jasper has Y/N. And she absolutely refuses to stay in forks when they leave.
So she comes with the Cullens. (Edward is pissed about this, Jasper is just happy he doesn’t have to leave her in forks)
Shenanigans ensue, surprise motherfucker, Vampires can get humans pregnant.
As far as I remember, the Cullens stayed away for like 6 months?
Y/N and Jasper fooled around because what else are they gonna do, play chess? With a guy who lead a newborn army? No thank you he’d destroy her in chess.
She ends up pregnant.
Surprise surprise, this shit is growing fast
So basically Bellas pregnancy but they aren’t in forks, and Jasper can feel the emotions of the baby because if Edward was able to hear Renegades thoughts, Jasper can feel his kids emotions.
Of course even if this is all happening, the Cullens still don’t contact Bella.
When the whole ’Depresso Edward goes to Italy‘ saga goes on, Alice comes to Bella and eventually has to admit that there are some changes with the family except how Edward is being stupid in Europe.
Yada yada, Eddie boy is alive, the Cullens come back
”who is the child“
”why is Y/N a vampire…?“
Turns out, it’s actually quite surprising to have your boyfriends family come back home only for there to be a child that looks oddly like Jasper and Y/N and for the only other human to now be a vampire

re: Bella being an "unreliable narrator" on her own amazingness, I just find myself thinking about her first day as a vampire where she:
chases down and nearly kills two hikers (she ultimately doesn't because Edward distracts her. What if Edward hadn't been there, though?)
tries to kill Jacob over a nickname
breaks Seth's shoulder and collarbone.
This is DAY 1. Hell, it's the first few hours! And THIS is amazing self-control? Are we sure?
Maybe the Cullens are just humoring her and being all 'you're doing amazing sweetie' while mentally telling Edward to tread lightly around the crazed newborn.
She doesn't kill Charlie on Day 2 and that's great, but he's also her dad and she loves him, so there's a pretty powerful incentive to rein herself in. It's not some stranger she smells hanging up laundry she's resisting, it's her dad. She doesn't attack Renesmee either, but she also points out Renesmee smells good in a "non-food way" and Jacob and the Clearwaters don't smell good to her, so not trying to bite any of them isn't anything to write home about.
Bella goes out to meet Jenks on Dec 23rd, so she's been a vampire for three months at that point--obviously not the full newborn year, but 1/4 of it. And in all that time she's surrounded by supportive vegetarian vampires who are encouraging and coaching her and being introduced to human scents like Charlie and Sue in a monitored way. That's a far cry from starving herself in the woods, or wandering alone while dealing with weird visions, or being part of a brutal army.
I don't think this is SM's intent at all; it's pretty clear she means that Bella is amazing at this and everyone is so impressed, but I think you can make a case for unreliable narration if you want to.

Come back to me Part 2
Tumblr media
A/N: Before you read this, I want you to know that my native language is different. So I am very sorry for any mistake. Nevertheless, I hope you will like my story and enjoy it.
A/N2.0; I have to confess, this part was finished yesterday, but I couldn't translate it into English because I had to cry for the first time with my own story.
Summary: The love story between Alec Volturi and Y/N Swan, was an unexpected one. Both didn't know what to make of each other when they found out they were soul mates. But they worked on it and created a beautiful strong love that not even Bella's hatred for the Volturi could destroy. But as in any good love story, tragedy was impossible to avoid in theirs. It came as unexpectedly as their love itself, and made the Cullens and Bella seem to win, while Alec and the Volturi were losing their light in the darkness.

It all fell, it all fell down, it all fell down, eh It all fell down, it all fell down, it all fell down And all I gave you is gone it all fell down, it all fell down, it all fell down Thought we built a dynasty forever couldn't break up - Dynasty/ MIIA
Coldness Darkness Numbness
These were the first feelings that crept into Y/N's mind. She had the feeling that something was lying on her chest.
Something that prevented her from breathing.
Something that stopped her from opening her eyes.
Y/N tried to move her arms, to move anything, but the numbness inside her hindered her.
Voices around her grew louder, but she couldn't understand or recognize them.
Y/N tried to shout at them, to ask for help or simply to silence them, but she could do nothing.
Total helplessness spread through her, giving the darkness more power. The young girl tried harder and harder to fight the numbness, the darkness and the cold, but it didn't work.
She didn't know how long this feeling lasted, but she managed to open her eyes. She needed to blink several times to get used to the bright light. Groaning, she turned her head, paused and tried to move her hand to her throat.
"Don't."
A hand closed gently around her wrist. Startled, she flinched at the coldness of this hand. Her eyes drifted to the owner. He looked at her happily, which confused Y/N.
Carefully and thoughtfully, she let her gaze glide through the unfamiliar room. Y/N looked at each face individually, some familiar, others unfamiliar.
Her gaze returned to the man standing next to her. She looked at him closely. His black hair, his almost white shimmering skin, his red eyes that looked at her with so much hope.
Y/N released her wrist from his grip and opened her mouth,
"Who are you?"
---------------------------------------------------------------
Alec didn't know exactly what he should be feeling right now. All he knew was that he had stumbled, or rather been thrown, from one nightmare into the the next.
"She can't remember anything?" Alec looked at Carlisle, who was standing in front of him. "Y/N recognized everyone just…" Bella interrupted him, "Except for you and your sister." She shrugged her shoulders. "That should be your cue to leave."
Jane stepped out from behind her brother, "Choose your next words wisely newborn or your eternity was only seconds after all!" Alec ignored them both and looked at the Cullen Doctor more sharply. "Y/N has been awake for less than 24 hours, I can't say with any accuracy what's going on yet." "Then make a guess." Alec looked at the blond vampire demandingly.
"It would appear that Y/N has lost part of her memory." Alec turned his head to the side and watched his mate, who had fallen back into a deep sleep. A window separated them, but Alec had the feeling that it wasn't just this window that separated him from Y/N, rather an entire universe.
"How could this happen, how could…" Alec had to collect himself for a moment and looked back at Carlisle, "You said there were no injuries that could have caused any major trauma, so what happened?" The man shook his head. "It could have been anything, the shock, the cold. I can't tell you. I'm sorry Alec." " Could her memories come back?" Alec looked at him hopefully. "I honestly can't say." Jane snorted, "Can you say anything at all about Y/N's condition?"
Bella stepped forward before Edward could stop her. "I'd show a little more respect if I were you. After all, it was Carlisle who saved her!" Jane looked at her angrily, "Careful…" Bella interrupted her, "Forget it. My sister was dying just a few hours ago and if I had to guess, I'd even say it was your fault." She turned to Alec, "Yours, to be exact." "How could it have been my fault?" Alec looked at her undefined. Bella shrugged her shoulders. "No one can explain what happened, why Y/N went off the road." Alec's eyes literally began to burn. "I would never…" "I'm not saying you did it, but you and the rest of your Volturi gang have enough enemies that were just looking for an opportunity to get their hands on Y/N alone."
Silence fell as Bella eyed Alec angrily. "You've never made a secret about her. Never hidden the fact that she is the 'sunshine of the Volturi'. But she was also never alone without one of you. This time she was."
"Enough Bella…" Carlisle raised a hand, but it didn't silence her. "Remember what I told her and you back then. Loving you will be the death of her and look where we've ended up. Look at my sister Alec, she barely escaped death." Bella took a few steps towards the black haired man. "I pray that Y/N won't remember you, because this way I can protect her from this world, this way I can protect her from your enemies." Bella turned and walked back to Edward, but paused once more, "If you truly love her Alec and want her safe, let her go. Let me take her away to where neither you nor any other can find her."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Alec?" Jane looked at him questioningly as she re-entered the hospital room. He was once again standing by Y/N's Bedside. " You would think, the way she's sleeping so soundly, that she's fallen back into a coma." He carefully stroked his hand through her hair.
"Are we just going to ignore what Bella said?" Jane looked more closely at her brother. Alec simply ignored her and gave Y/N his full attention. Jane snorted. "How about we just take Y/N with us. We can sort everything else out in Volterra and then…" Alec stopped running his fingers through Y/N's hair.
"She can't remember anything. No more of our time, no more of our world. That means Y/N is a normal woman again." Jane tilted her head. Alec gave her an annoyed look. "She can have everything I could never give her." Jane stood up straight again. "That would be?" "Children? Growing old? A life in the daylight!" Jane's expression changed to one of bewilderment. "If Y/N really wanted that, she would never have agreed to be changed." Alec looked at his sister. "Love blinds you to the things you've always wanted." Jane shook her head, "Alec…"
Alec lowered his gaze, leaned down to Y/N and placed a long kiss on her forehead. He separated his lips, remaining a few inches above her forehead. "I've waited so long for you, that I'm ready to let you go." The vampire stood back up, running his hand over his lover's cheek once more, "Find me in another life. In one where I get more time with you, in one where I can love you longer."
He turned away from the bed and tried to walk towards the exit, but Jane blocked his way. "If you do that, if you leave now, you'll regret it for the rest of your life." "And if I stay Jane? Then what?" Alec looked at Y/N again, "She got lucky this time. What if she's not lucky next time? I ignored it, for so long. But her life got more and more dangerous the closer I got to her." Jane shook her head, "Don't let Bella win. She's been trying to break you two apart since you got together." Alec looked down at his sister, "It's not about winning, it's about Y/N safety Jane. She's not safe with me or anywhere near her, no one is."
"What if Y/N wakes up one morning and can remember? She'll think you don't love her, she'll think you abandoned her!" Alec looked at his sister. "Jane…" "No!" the blonde vampire raised her voice, but Alec cut her off. "We're leaving Jane, my decision is final!"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Alec, it's been a long time since we've seen you in Volterra." Aro closed the book he had just opened and placed it on the table. Caius turned to the twins. "Is everything okay with Y/N?"
Demetri, Felix, Santiago, Afton and Chelsea looked back and forth between Jane and Alec. An awkward silence stretched out. Alec looked at his kings, "Y/N is awake."
No one said anything, they just watched the twins. Everyone realized that all joy was missing from Alec. He looked lost and Jane couldn't look at anyone. Her eyes were fixed on the ground, which was never the case.
"What happened?" Aro took a few steps towards Alec, but didn't want to touch him yet, he wanted to listen to his words first. "Y/N is no longer part of our world, she is no longer part of our lives. She can't remember anything from the last year." Alec looked Aro in the eye. "My mate woke up, but she woke up in a world I'm not a part of."
Caius stood up, "How?" Alec's gaze lowered to the floor. His voice broke, "Carlisle doesn't know." "Then we must bring her to us…" Caius wanted to continue, Aro silenced him with a raised hand. "May I see?" Aro held out a hand to Alec. The black-haired man immediately placed his hand in his king's.
After a minute, Aro let go of Alec's hand. "Is this the path you really want to take?" Alec looked back down at the ground. "You know she wanted to become one of us." Alec nodded and looked up. "She'd never be safe." "I know."
Aro turned and walked back to the table.
"Spread the word that Y/N is dead."
"What!" All the vampires in the room, excluding Jane, Alec and Aro shouted this at the same time.
"Our young friend has decided to give his mate, our sunshine, a mortal life. A life without the knowledge of the supernatural and away from our enemies. I support him and so do the rest of you."
Demetri shook his head and walked towards Alec. "You can't do this to us. Alec…" Alec looked at him blankly, "This isn't your decision to make." "How can you just let her go, how can you…"
Alec took a step towards Demetri, "Do you think this decision was easy? Do you think it's not tearing me apart? I love this woman with everything in my being, she's the other fucking half of my soul. Do you think the decision to let her go and know that she won't be in this world in eighty or ninety years was easy?" His voice broke and he shook his head. "Then you're an idiot, it's been the hardest decision of my life and I'll definitely regret it."
"Then why?" Felix looked at him questioningly, while others were shocked. No one had ever seen Alec get so emotional.
Jane gave a humorless laugh and drew attention to herself. "Because Bella managed to get inside his head." Confused, everyone looked back at Alec. He remained silent, but Jane continued, "She thinks that Y/N's car went off the road because one of our enemies made it do it."
"This is ridiculous!" Demetri tried to grab Alec's shoulder, but he slapped the blond vampire's hands away. "Really? We, the Volturi, have more than enough enemies. Everyone we care about has been killed. Think of the secretary who loved you Demetri and was killed because of it. The woman you loved Felix? Chelsea, why is Afton a vampire now? Why don't you ever let him go somewhere without you?"
Everyone looked at the floor.
"I thought so. Loving any of us Volturi is like a death sentence. I'm not willing to do that to Y/N when she's been given a second chance."
