He would not be happy at all. Like, not happy AT ALL. He could withdrawn from the media/public for a moment the time it all passes and calm down. In fact he could be very closed off and would do what he can to not hear of the fans’s reaction or even try to stop them from talking about it. He would be disappointed at fans’s reaction but it won’t stop him to say what he has to say : his mind, the truth. He want that to stop so he will probably communicate it somehow but not being open to fans’s opinion for instance : he is the one talking and you are the one listening. Nothing more and nothing else. He seems so annoyed and pissed I imagine him be like « Yaah seriously don’t talk about that, you have no rights and I do not want you to talk about it. Shut it ».

Yoongi

Oh well he would expect it but it won’t stop him from loving less his fans at that very moment… somehow disappointed but more like « really? » besides that he would enjoy it because at the end of the day he would still stay with his lover and support them through that moment. He could like it because it’s as if he is teasing the angry fans with it « you don’t like it? I don’t care *kiss his partner* ». He would stay very objective, stern and composed. He won’t act over his emotions at all and will patiently wait for it to cool down but he won’t let people say bad things over him nor his other one. He is proud of his relationship and is so in love with them (note : my heart started to melt and getting warmer). He would only see his lover.

Somehow he would be unbothered yet bothered? Well it won’t stop him to show off his relationship and enjoy every moment with his significant other. Like the other two he would be disappointed but more like « why are you all breaking my heart with that reaction of yours? Can’t I be happy? » but not in a sad way, in a pissed tone. He will let it pass but at the same time be more or less vocal with it — which means he could still post photos, tours, trips and all with his partner and everyone would know it but he won’t care, on the flip side he would be tired of hearing his fans being immature, mean and unconsiderate of his joy with the one he loves. He will mostly rely on time and not give too much of his energy on something he can’t control.

Namjoon

He will be the luckiest for now, it seems that Namjoon won’t be bothered at all and would stay composed and confident! He won’t be as sad as the others and will try to focus more on his relationship and himself rather than what the fans have to say. I also think that his partner would be of a great great support for him! They could take the lead in that circumstance actually… talking for them both to calm the situation quicker and it could even work. People would actually defend them quite quickly and he would be grateful for that do that for him but also his person. His work, his relationship and himself would have more importance than the fans’s reaction and would move on from it quite easily!

Jimin

He would be the most sad among them all ; while the others would be defensive Jimin would be sad and annoyed… but he will try to stay calm and have his mind clear. Though he would feel unlucky in that situation because he may have thought that his fans would be happy for him and supportive but also becaude he wanted his relationship to stay a secret unless he decides it won’t be hidded anymore. He would still stay with his person but would defend them publicly and show people that he is not scared of their bad comments on them two. He would try his best and try everything he has to have what he wants (privacy, understanding, compassion, tranquility…). I think he will mostly try to take care of his mental health because he doesn’t want to fall back where he used to fall when people judged him.

Taehyung

He won’t care that much it seems? Not because it was unexpected but he just doesn’t care that much about what people have to say about him, his life and especially his love life. He would just ne happu that people will know he is in a relationship that he loves with the person he loves. He would be vocal about the issues he would be facing but not everytime/often. He will just talk about it whenever he feels like it then for x time he won’t talk about it no more. However it won’t stop him to feel disgusted, bothered and tired of the fans’s reaction. He won’t appreciate it but will just rely on time to do its work and keep focusing on his relationship. Actually he could even tease in a way fans just to piss them off more and mock them after in a innocent way but to make it clear for everyone that he is with whoever he wants and that he loves them. If he choosed to be with them it’s because there are reasons that are personal to him and no one is invited to give their opinion — a bit like Seokjin.

Jungkook

Jungkook would be so sad yet he would still stay bold to talk with his fans. He would be open to communicate his feelings and thoughts and share his mind with his fans for them to understand him. It would be his way to calm the fans… he would be very understanding of the fans and be compassionate with them to not hurt them and add fuel to fire already. It won’t mean that he will accept whatever they will say to him not at all, he would stay firm but he would also want to be open to communication because he values understanding a lot. Communication would be important for him at that moment. He would be very logical, in his power (so he could intimidate his fans as he won’t budge at all not in a stubborn way but because he is very confident) and be very honest and direct. After that, he could just withdrawn for a moment from the media and the public in general just to take of himself and make sense out of it all and the information he gather to his fans.

bts || pre-debut personalities & group dynamic; tarot reading

✦ Pre-debut Personalities:

⭒ Jin:

cards: the star, ace of swords, ten of wands reversed (the moon)

Jin certainly wanted to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, but it feels like he didn't know exactly where to channel his efforts and attention. It was all kinda scattered, as he was confused, he couldn't bring himself to give 100% to anything. Plus, instead of letting the promises of a shiny life move him, he analyzed everything from a logical standpoint and tried to figure out where exactly all of these decisions would lead him. On top of that, I see him being extremely straightforward and inquisitive, questioning every order that was given, as well as every change and proposition. Really, he meant what he said & he said what he meant. Jin simply thought he would be better off being honest and having full clarity about everything that was going on - this, instead of just following along and keeping the blindfold on until the very end. His sincerity and sagacity was also extended towards the other trainees, so they might've often felt like he was one that would always be honest and fair with them, no matter the circumstances. At some point, too, Jin could've seriously questioned whether or not it would all be worth it in the end, or if they weren't just wasting their youth away for nothing.

⭒ Suga:

Suga was all about self expression and creation. Being all by himself, exploring what he was capable of doing, and learning about this world that he was about to enter, was where he felt like he thrived. He might've actually preferred to work alone most times, in the silence of the studio, and often into the early hours of the morning. As an individualistic and creative person, not only did he seek to find himself in the music, but he also aimed to build himself through it. In the idol industry, this wouldn't be easy given their history of standardizing groups and individuals to fit whatever vision they had or the current trends. So, with that in mind, he searched and searched, keeping notes of what sounded like him and what wasn't to his taste; he refined his craft and, finally, arrived to a place where he felt like he had formed an artistic persona and style that he was proud of moving forward with. This would be his armor - the one that would protect him from all the poking, pushing and pulling; and the one that he would go to war with, fearlessly speaking his mind and setting free his individuality. Suga might've created a lot of music during this time that he never ended up sharing with others; not because he didn't want to, but because he didn't even think of it. It was all part of this process of finding his place and his sound. Additionally, for his age, he was also very mature already. Deliberate, empathetic, wise. His way of showing his affection towards the others might've been done through him taking the time to give them useful advice or to take a look at their self-produced stuff (beats, lyrics, choreographies, etc). In fact, he was quite the reserved introvert (possibly the biggest introvert here, at this point). He wasn't shy and neither did he reject company, but he found the most comfort and satisfaction in being solo and growing into his new life on his own, at his own pace.

⭒ J-Hope:

J-Hope went through many highs and lows - that's for certain… First, we see that he had a big passion for learning, at this point in his life. Plus, more than the spotlight, the technical side of performance was what truly captivated him. So, given that, he seeked absolute perfection; he wished to be the most knowledgeable and skilled person in the room. To achieve that, he might've spent long hours by himself, watching videos, tutorials or reading interviews of performers he admired; dancing for hours on end until it finally felt like the choreography, through every move, every hit and every line, was flawless; writing and rewriting lyrics over and over again, polishing every rhyme and meaning. Truly, the more he learned, the more he fell in love with what he was doing. Nonetheless, we can also tell that J-Hope was a very outgoing and spontaneous individual, regardless of him dedicating so much of his time to practicing and bettering himself. In relation to that, too, he might've been a very good guide towards the others, always helping them bring their skills to perfection. But, beyond that, he was also a quite friendly and charismatic guy, always bringing people together and wanting to share a laugh with them. It feels like he tried his best to lighten up the mood, as he was aware that everybody was working very hard and, as the young people that they were, they were meant to be having some fun, too. At last, and as I mentioned in the beginning, his enthusiasm and drive were quite inconsistent, leading to times where he was in extremely high spirits, and other where things were quite gloomy. Often, he was passionately putting his all into it, certain that it would be worth it and he'd soon be living the life of his dreams; but from time to time, he thought of giving up on it all and going back home to a "normal life", away from all of the stress and pain he was feeling. Until the very end of his time as a trainee, he ran again and again through this cycle and there was no way to know what the next day would be bringing.

⭒ RM:

The most "serious" and professional out of all, at this point. Very cool, calm and collected, always looking to keep everything under control. RM took on big responsibilities from early on, and fully embraced this position, which led him to quickly ditch the happy-go-lucky attitude that's common for teenagers and young adults. Plus, I think not solely because of his leadership role, but also due to his actual personality, he might've served as the mediator between the other trainees and the company, and frequently conveyed messages from one side to the other. If his fellow trainees expressed to him their disatisfaction regarding a decision that the company made for them, he would come up with a pretty speech with all the points that they made, and then deliver it to their superiors. Also, I feel like RM tried to minimize anything that could cause a rift between these two sides, even if it meant having to change a word or two of what was said. In the end, it should all work out and everybody would come out happy. He was a very trustworthy, organized and logical individual. He also cared deeply about the people around him, and tried to connect with them one-on-one. As soon as someone new arrived, I imagine him approaching them right away, introducing himself and offering to give them a tour around and making them acquainted with the rest of the trainees. Due to this, too, I see him being the one to argue the least with others (during this phase, at least). He just wanted things to stay harmonious and for everybody to feel like they belonged, even given the fact that most were far away from home at such a tender age, and nothing was 100% promised for them from that point forward.

⭒ Jimin:

During this period, Jimin might have suffered a lot due to his own expectations. It was not the case of him wanting to be the best of the best, but he always managed to find flaws in himself or in his performance. He wanted to deliver good results and make his teachers/instructors, family and friends, and even himself, proud. However, this only led him to hold back from completely opening up himself to self-expression, as well as for trying new things and letting his creativity run free. Jimin could've been that one person who rehearsed everything beforehand - from the moment he entered the practice room and until the moment he left; what he should say if someone asked him this or that; what he should wear or not wear; etc. He was very scared of making mistakes and of going back on progress that he had already made. As many of the others, he daydreamed of the life all of this hardwork was going to lead him to: the stage, the lights, the applauses… but it was almost as if this little present from Heaven was propped up at the edge of a cliff, and any wrong move at all could make it fall into the ocean bellow. To be completely honest, I don't see him focusing as much on the riches and fame, as he focused on the possibility of showing off all the passion and skill that he had inside of him, and how this music and dance could then connect so many people. This, too, could've made him to be even harder on himself - he was very emotionally invested, and didn't wanna fail and let everybody down. Nevertheless, this was also the way though which he connected with the other trainees: the dream that brought them all together, the beginning of a big journey, the passion, the desire to create and perform; but also the fears and the anxieties, the sleepless nights and the hardships. This dichotomy kept them united, as they supported each other through all of the ups and downs of it all, and everyone felt understood.

⭒ V:

There were definitely some communication problems here, as he might've often found it difficult to get his point across or to get people to take his words seriously. He was talking, but others weren't receiving the message, for some reason. Also, I think people might've overlooked his intelligence; but, still, he was already a very smart and shrewd young man, who listened to everything they said and then made his moves intentionally. On top of that, V was a very creative and passionate person, eager to step on stage and finally become a professional "artist". He loved being in the spotlight and getting compliments; showing off and charming people with his skills. The thought of dressing up, dyeing his hair, and completely embodying a new concept was very attractive to him, too - so that kept him looking forward to his debut, for sure. Like Suga, though, he was quite an individualistic guy and, because of that, he might've not been to fond of the idea of becoming "just another one". He wanted his personality to still shine through the idol mask, and that could've been something that he thought about and practiced a lot. This would then be seen through quirky habits and small details that he hid in his performances or outfits and, with time, it would be a symbol of V, setting him apart from the rest.

⭒ Jungkook:

Extremely active and adaptable. I don't see him having a very defined personality at this point, but moreso, as the youngest, he might've had the habit of picking up traits from the rest the people around him. He was up for anything, really; he was just testing out new things in life and seeing where it would take him. You could probably find Jungkook daydreaming in a corner by himself, and on his mind would be playing visions of him standing on stage, performing to thousands of people, and bathing in the applauses directed at him. This filled his whole body, heart and soul with passion and excitement; it made him want to rush everybody and everything, and debut right away. He couldn't wait for the day this was all coming true, and he might've repeated this a hundred times a day until it actually happened. However, I still see him often weighing out the pros and the cons of following through with this plan and this path. At times, there were things pulling him back home, to a place where it was all more stable and safe, but, then again, the dream was too big and the happiness that it brought him was too strong. Ultimately, he found a way to stay until the very end and make it to that stage, but it might've been only possible due to the guidance and support of the older trainees, and their assurance that it was all gonna work out for him and he would not be alone in the journey.

✦ Pre-debut Group Dynamic:

They supported each other with all they had, and kept a very comfortable dynamic going for the most part. Everybody knew their place and what they had to do to make it all work out. Chores, where to keep things, what was who's… from the get go they were a well oiled machine. Everybody contributed, and no one even thought of taking more than what they were giving. However, since they were growing up away from their families and loved ones (and at such a young age) they may have often found themselves fighting over foolish things, and letting stress, anxiety and uncontrolled emotions get the best of them. These were scary times for all, specially given that their means were limited and their future wasn't totally promised. Still, they understood where everyone was coming from with their words and actions, and, after an initial brawl, they would come to their senses and make peace with one another. As they all knew, no one felt completely supported and safe, and so it was easy for them to become overly emotional and hostile, and lash out without meaning to. In spite of that, they still provided a place of comfort and protection for each other, where everyone was valued and treated equally. No one would be cast aside. I must say, though, being forced to be so often together, and through so many life changes and tribulations, might've not been super easy on them, particularly for the ones who cherished their personal space the most. It was too much, too soon. These people were finding themselves still, exploring life and the world around them, and they certainly wished to have a little bit more space and time to do all of this.

RM’S CHAOTIC LOVE LIFE ANALYZED IN SONG LYRICS

This is all alleged and speculation. No relationships are proven true until confirmed by the idols themselves or their agencies. Do not take this personally or too seriously. This is just an extreme over-analysis of song lyrics and observations I have made about idol interactions from years of being a K-Pop fan. This is a work in progress- RM has like a million songs and I am constantly going back and rediscovering new meaning in lyrics and adding to the song list. So buckle up, get a snack and a drink because I basically typed an 12 page thesis.

Her (2018)- the person they are in love with doesn't know the real them, only the mask they put on

Truth untold (2018)- It speaks of the singer putting on a mask to see the one that they love. They create a facade to hide behind so the object of their affection doesn’t see their broken and damaged side. They are afraid that their love will leave them because of their hidden side. They have a love, but it is fake love because they aren’t being real and so because they did not have the courage to show their love their real self, they left. They are left sitting in their ruined dream reminiscing about what would’ve happened if things turned out differently.

Im fine (2018)- a little self growth yay! Went from “save me” to “I’m fine”

Euphoria (2018)- happiness associated with young love and new beginnings. There are some underlying tones of feelings of how their love is fake and not based on attraction

Waste it on Me (2018)- a hopeless and hopeful love affair. While one side of the relationship labels the concept of love as a waste, the other strongly advocates for the pursuit.

Jamais Vu (2019)- can never do right by gf so want another chance

Crying over you (2019)- breakup but each person is mature enough to let go of each other and sending wishes that their ex would find a better person whom perfectly fit for them.

TOMORROW X TOGETHER - 0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You) (2021)- apparently RM had part in writing this song. He must have been loved up in his couple ring era because this song screams honeymoon stage. Clearly it didn't last based on the angry songs in this list that came afterward.

Young Love (2022)- We don’t know which of the members this viewpoint is about, so I will include this song just to be safe

WHO ARE THE SONGS ABOUT?

ANONYMOUS PRE-DEBUT CITIZEN

RM admitted to having a girlfriend in highschool during a 2015 episode of Problematic Men. He said it was a short-lived relationship because she had too many male friends and was causing him to be jealous. Speaking of 2015, notice how the other men are rushing him to try and slip up and admit that he is dating? Or admit that he would write a letter to a sweetheart? That goes into my theory about Yerin below, with the timelines matching up in 2015. RM is notoriously TOO honest and his Problematic Men hyungs knew it, with Namjoon probably gushing about his girlfriend at after-taping 회식, and were wanting him to slip up and spill on air. RM finally admitted that he would write a song for his crush on White Day (cough cough Converse High cough cough).

YERIN

While BTS has never had a confirmed partner since debut, Baek Yerin is the only rumored girlfriend RM has had tabloids write about. Yerin is the only one of the three women I’m the most confident about in this analysis that he has had a relationship with. I am fairly certain that RM has a crush on Hwasa, and that Chaeyoung has a crush on RM.

Yerin’s entire 2019 album “Every letter I sent you.” seems to be a reflection of the passionate love (and toxic) affair her and Namjoon had when they were around ages 18/19-20/21. It could be possible they dated even as early as when Namjoon was 16 if his earlier unreleased love songs are about her, as well. That’s highly unlikely, as Yerin is the same age as Jungkook, 3 years younger than Namjoon.

Her songs often mention tons of sex, drunken nights, smoking, and fights. This sounds highly out of character for Namjoon (minus the sex and a little bit of drinking). There are rumors that some BTS members smoked, though it’s not confirmed who they are and if they still do. (Edit: Taehyung was officially confirmed to have smoked after pictures of him smoking at the 2022 Grammys were leaked. There were also numerous other occasions where he was holding a vape in his hand, but nothing as big as this “Grammys smoking scandal” went as viral. Jungkook is also confirmed to smoke after his vape was revealed in a Weverse live. Suga alludes to him being a constant smoker in his song “Haegeum”, and he does hold that cigarette like a seasoned pro… but the cig reference was mainly a call out to overprotective fans who think they they can tell other people what they can do with their bodies.)

They most likely had a karmic relationship- an intense but PAINFUL relationship that will rip you out and spit you out. Every hidden side of you is revealed through sex and intimacy, but it is so intense, that you cannot be with the person forever but you feed off of each other’s brokenness. I’m sure if you asked them about what they learned from that relationship, they would say they learned SO MUCH about life, love, and self.

It (allegedly) definitely seems like Namjoon broke up with her around 2015-2016 after the success of I NEED U, when BTS became busier and he had less time to spend with her. From the timeline of BTS songs, I would place their relationship anywhere from 2012-2015. While he was heartbroken for YEARS after this (see the above listed songs, the longest list off all 3 lyrics lists), he has now come to terms with it. It seems like Yerin has come to terms with it as well, as this blog post breaks down each song meaning beautifully. It seems like Yerin has found a box of diaries or love letters from this relationship and has written songs in chronological order of the entire timeline, from beginning to end, with the last song talking about her getting closure with viewing the memories and how the two were not meant to be.

Yerin states that “This album reflects memories, dilemmas, and thought processes I had from when I was nineteen to twenty three.” She is currently 24 years old Korean age (23 years old standard age at the time that I wrote this in 2020, she would be 26 years old in 2023 now). This would put the beginning of the album at 19 years old in 2014 to 23 years in 2018. The timeline does match.

It does seem that Namjoon has a thing for Cancers, if my and others’ speculations about his dating life are true. Both Yerin and Hwasa are Cancer suns. While Namjoon’s Cancer Mars is in his 8th house and plays a predominant role in his life and relationships, it is clear to see why he is drawn to Cancer sun individuals. But remember, the 8th house is death and rebirth. Karmic relationships.

Hwasa and Namjoon do have a lot of similarities, from not only looking similar (face, tan, thicc), but to being criticized by fans and media alike (tan, ignorance. RM has apologized and grown from his mistakes. Still waiting on Hwasa’s genuine apology since she continues to appropriate… and do blackface). Both are also highly sexual beings.

While the man in her songs has characteristics that sound a lot like him, so do many other anonymous citizens of Seoul like Hwasa stated. She makes her ex sound like he was available whenever to come and see her, and RM being part of the biggest boy group on the planet doesn’t have much free time, even though his personality is very empathetic and giving. The only reason I included her is because a lot of other people seem to think there was something going on between the two, whether it was a FWB situation or brief one-month romance. I will admit I do not keep up with Mamamoo or Hwasa at all so these are the only songs I know by her. I have heard rumors that she has been in a steady relationship with a man like 10 years older than her and is in a prominent position, like a ceo or something? All alleged, of course. You can never really trust that stuff.

Twit (2019)- how Hwasa wants her lover to not be so passive, loving, and predictable, but take charge and surprise her. This song seems the most likely of Hwasa’s songs to be about NJ because Yerin and BTS’s songs about exes have mentioned the man giving so much of himself into the relationship that he loses himself. Hwasa fans speculate that Twit may be about Loco, as he was VERY chivalrous and swooned over her every time they worked together.

Why (2020)- missing her ex, most likely the lover from Twit

Kidding (2020)- sarcastic remarks to a cheating ex and his new lover. Not quite sure if this is about Namjoon because his natal chart doesn’t really have any aspects linking to cheating, but natal charts aren’t the end-all-be-all. Everyone still has free will, and he very well may have cheated.

“Of course you must have been busy. You two falling in love. It’s an old thing that’s thrown out after one use. You’re going to regret it soon. Isn’t it so ironic?”

CHAEYOUNG

Another slightly uncomfortable pattern in all of these alleged “exes” is that RM likes to date younger women, as every single “ex-girlfriend” listed here is younger than him. Namjoon was born in 1994, Hwasa in 1995, Yerin in 1997…. and Chaeyoung in 1999. Namjoon… dude. Chaeyoung is a Taurus, which vibes well with his Virgo sun. Namjoon also has his descendant in Taurus, which is what he looks for in a marriage partner. I don’t have any of the girls’ birth times, but standard 1200 time all results in negative match scores, showing that the majority of Namjoon and each individual girl’s natal chart did not sync well for a compatible match.

Whenever there are multiple fan videos of idol ships, take notice. Weed out the delusional ones but pay attention to ones that seem plausible after researching the K-Pop industry and how idols get away with dating. Idols have confirmed that looking at each other is a form of flirting when at award shows. And there are plenty of clips of RM and Chaeyoung doing just that. Chaeyoung has written her own rap lyrics but mostly it is about a crush and then immediately to heartbreak, so clearly the relationship didn’t last long. The song timelines from crush (2016) to regret (2018) show a brief interlude of happiness and touching (2017). My guess is that after pursuing RM for quite some time, he gave in and hooked up with her, but she wanted more and got her heart broken.

Missing U (2017) -ex promised her the world then broke her heart. A recurring theme throughout all 3 girl’s lyrics, hmmmm maybe the ex in Namjoon’s songs isn’t the problem, then?

Sweet Talker (2018)- I have a very tiny suspicion this might be about more than one BTS member since Jeonghyeon was involved in the writing process. RM is known for choosing his words carefully, being a smooth talker when it comes to flirting and being a poetic genius.

“You seduced me with your sweet words. You made my heart beat with your clear eyes” and “Your words were as clear as the sky. Your words had no feelings”

The only confirmed relationship I know that Chae was in was with that scumbag tattoo artist that drew those lewd drawings of Chae giving him head and posted it for the world to see and she got so much hate because of it. Thank goodness they’re not together anymore.

This is where I had last stopped in my draft. It says the last edit was December 6, 2020 lmao. So some things I had previously said I may disagree with now but I'm leaving up as I like to see how my thoughts have changed over the years. For example, I now do not think that Chaeyoung or RM ever dated, and that she just had an extreme crush on him. I mean, girl same. Yerin I still believe 100% dated him as she broke formal speech on TELEVISION and called him a pet name. The only reason that wasn't a bigger deal is that both were unknown artists back in 2015. Hwasa, I am on the fence about. I see more reaction videos of Taehyung being the ass man that he is lusting over her than RM. I wouldn't let my buddy thirst over my girl but RM is pretty chill about it. Granted they are in public and being filmed, but even if he did talk to Tae about it, V still did it over and over. Weird, no? So that is why i lean more towards that Hwasa and RM probably didnt officially date, but maybe were just fuck buddies?

Now onto RM’s love life that DID make news:

COUPLES RING

I really wish I had kept a better timeline of him wearing that ring, sigh. The only things I can really find online of him wearing that ring started the whole ��namjoon married” ordeal were around September 2020 when that infamous video of him taking it off before going on air surfaced, making it look hella suspicious. I definitely remember him wearing that ring for maybe the entirety of Dynamite promotions? The Dynamite era went from August 25, 2020- December 3, 2021 according to BTS Wiki. This was like peak COVID time and I was an essential worker so I admittedly wasn’t keeping up with BTS that closely and instead was just trying to make it through the day. He was talking about having kids a lot during this time too, and that one live of him showing off the baby shoes did not help his case that he is already married with kids. Namjoon did seem to get in on the joke though by trolling us and posting that photo of him and a little girl with her face covered.

There were also terrible rumors going around during this time that he was gay. Namjoon clearly has a very close guy friend and likes to take pictures with said best friend to preserve memories. To respect his non-famous friend’s privacy, he puts emojis over their face on the photos. Some of the emojis were hearts. Thus the shipping and speculation began. RM eventually stopped posting photos with this friend at all and then deleted all of them.

FIANCEE

June 24, 2022… the day when all Namjoon stans had a heart attack. News broke that he was engaged. So those couple ring photos must be true, we all thought. But alas! HYBE released a statement saying “RM’s marriage rumors are not true. We are currently taking swift action against malicious rumors started on YouTube.” Namjoon himself even posted on his instagram story saying “I don’t know her.” All is well, right? Then Indigo was released… and Namjoon really meant it when he said “I don’t know her.”

It is my belief that Namjoon really was engaged to be married to the person whom he shared couple rings with and who was the lockscreen on his phone. But, based on the lyrics from his songs in the Indigo album, we know that the relationship did not end well. Based on the lyrics in “Closer” and “Change pt. 2”, it seems like she broke his heart by either 1) cheating or 2) putting up emotional barriers and saying she didn’t have feelings for him. I will dissect all songs from the Indigo album in full in a separate masterlist and will link to it here.

According to the Sojang video posted on June 23, 2022, RM’s chaebol “fiancee” was going around bragging about being engaged to the idol. Once word got out about this, they had a huge fight about how she was just using him for his fame and not for his personality. This is where I kind of believe Sojang may have sources that are true. The BTS members have had tons of fake dating rumors and have never felt the need to personally respond and always just let their company handle it. Around this time, Jungkook was being “attacked” by Sojang for fake dating rumors as well and he never responded. But Namjoon decided to go to his personal instagram and type “I don’t know her” which could be viewed in two ways: he really has never met the person Sojang is claiming he was engaged to… or he never really knew the TRUE person who he was engaged to, only the mask they wore. And we all know that Namjoon loves being petty, passive aggressive, and cryptic… even more so when it comes to his exes apparently if his songs are anything to go by. He is straight up hexing his ex at the end of “Change pt. 2”.... The breakup has definitely scarred him. While I think he has been working on healing and that the Indigo album has helped tremendously, I do think that Namjoon is now way more reluctant to love than he once was. He has even said so himself on The Dictionary of Useless Human Knowledge that he used to see himself getting married (hmmm… I bet you did), but now he is unsure if he ever will. His long letter to ARMY recently on Weverse gives me hope that he will find love again when he is ready, and he admits so himself in that letter that he won’t go searching for it but will let divine timing take place and let the chips fall where they may.

In the professional field, seokjin seems to be reflecting on the past and is somewhat apprehensive about what lies ahead. a sense of nostalgia and impatience.

namjoon:

in my previous reading about who from BTS was in a relationship some time ago, i saw that namjoon was in a relationship where things seemed to be falling apart. this still occupies a significant part of his life and is currently affecting his energies. he cares about the person he's with, but the current dynamics of this relationship are emotionally draining for both of them. he clings to moments from the past and the solid things he's built to keep moving forward.

jungkook seems to be divided about how he feels about his life. there are parts that he considers to be great, while others not so much. he still feels that there are things he can't change, irretrievable things he no longer has access to, and he tries to distract himself from this by focusing on his work, taking care of himself, and seeking new things. in his professional life, jungkook is satisfied with what he has achieved and now feels confident enough as an artist. his recent releases have given him a good response, strengthening his ability to be an artist in his own right. financially, "money comes and goes so quickly... i don't care about it that much, but it's wise for me to seek more, just in case."

no but seriously, this quick reading is pretty much straightforward and consistent with the way we see not only the same suit twice but consecutive numbers too. And it happens again with the oracle cards.

There is a very clear message of this time spent apart from the team (BTS) being at the centre of his mind. Not exactly in the way of 'oh I miss them so much' but rather in a way of not being exactly sure where he stands as a person and as an artist that gets separated from his role as a leader. ⭐BTS 2023 - 2025 Outlook - Oracle and Tarot Reading

[This reading covers the currently foreseen potentials from 2023 to 2025 for all members of BTS. This reading contains collective energetic analysis and individual personal outlooks for all members.]

For this reading, I wanted to keep it simple as there are not any important things happening that could influence the collective, and this reading is meant to cover the time period between all seven of them going through and coming out of their mandatory military service, which is intended to be complete by the end of 2025. With this, I’ve just done an energetic observation of the current and recently passed states of being for the group and individuals, and have also done an energetic outlook observation for the group and individuals in 2025. Here, we can begin with the group’s projection and outlook.

On the left side, this set represents the group's last energetic projection when they were all together as a unit. The centerpiece is The Poet, which is about creative and honest expression, as well as this sense of timeless transition and personal evolution. In this context for them, this card came with this feeling of release and a tinge of grief for what was being released. It’s as if when they initially separated, as in when Jin went in for his military service, they weren’t letting go of Jin, all seven of them were letting go of their lives up to that point, who they were, and who they knew each other to be. hi, i'm the namjoon/leo sis anon 🫂🫧 but yeah it's odd because, despite being the foundation of the group, i also don't see as much of him. it truly hurt me to see that, sometimes, when it comes to supporting him, army’s don't seem to be as invested in his artistic pursuits as much as the others (a fact confirmed by a chart showing that only six members had achieved one million streams with recent releases, with namjoon being the only member to not make the list). as you noted, i also have trouble understanding the resentment and criticism he experiences. i mean, he is the epitome of a virgo man aka minding the business that pays him unless provoked lol. like, there is a reason why he is regarded as the “father of k-pop." in other words, k-pop would not have been as successful as it is currently without namjoon and, of course, bts. honestly, his pluto is in the fifth house, which governs passion, creativity, and children, which i understand what is happening but damn can they let him catch a break? lol the man was destined to be a force to be reckoned with, whether or not that fact is accepted by others. his lyrical skill is well known, especially in the romance and rap genres, indicating that he is exceptionally good at what he does; his mannerisms and demeanor are extraordinary; and lastly, aside from a few minor flaws in his human nature, he is a true all-rounder. i looked at his birth chart again but this time including the singer and born asteroids and both fell into his midheaven, signifying that namjoon was literally destined to be an artist lmao like y'all it was written in the fucking stars and planets. like how about that? lmao but fifth house pluto has the power to produce an influencer who is fully authentic; as a result, they either inspire or seriously disrupt the world around them. so, the fact that he's able to evolve and adapt in the face of life's challenges and use that dark power to create and elevate his art, in spite of dealing with so many miserable people who love project on him, makes me happy because it eventually helps him realize his own inner reason and purpose in life. like his fellow virgo, he has nothing to prove to anyone at this point. but i digress lol but i can talk about namjoon all day because he is so fascinating to me –a man with many layers, so it's great to find more fans of him. like, yes, he is a man and he will exhibit such unbearable traits that just don't make any sense (because honestly when do men ever ????) the cancer rising saves him (i can’t even believe i'm sitting here writing this about a MAN like who am i fdjfskfhdjs).

Seems like him too would want to focus on his solo projects. It may be something unexpected for the fans but even for him… he still feels uncertain or at least unsure of where he would prefer to work in. But he would still be in the limelight indeed! It may or may not be something he would enjoy at first… in fact he could even be reticent and just be kind of neutral with it. It’s something he may be thinking of currently OR will think about later when the moment will come. Maybe even when he would be doing his solo projects, he would have something else going on on the side. For now he is unsure but I suppose it could be related to modeling? Something where his image/appearance is still present.

Yoongi

Rather, it seems like he would do things differently but he would still stay in his comfort zone… if group projects have to exist still then he could still write the songs but something would be different. He won’t take unnecessary risks or risks at all but will rely on this Queen of wands that knows more than him and his gut feelings. I think, for him trying this old thing differently would be somewhat scary for him because he is scared that it may not please his audience/Armys. He would still try though but he is (?)/would be anxious about it.

He would prefer to work somewhere where he knows he can be excellent and has a lot of potential to succeed. He would want to show his strength, his power, his skills… he may even want to show off these parts of him! It could be something he would have to do alone without the members or without anyone. He could also be or would think about it later but he knows his abilities and believes in himself. He trust his guts, he trusts a Higher power to guide him during the process and just knows deep down what he would do and how he would do it. For now he is just weighting his opportunities to do so.

Taehyung

⭒ What the company intended to be their points of attraction:

This spread states the obvious: BTS, as the first male group of BigHit, was meant to introduce them to that side of the idol industry; and, as a lot of money and planning was put into debuting this group, they had very high hopes and expectations (even though the company was very small and there was immense competition at the time). Mind you, though, it wasn't a case of blind faith and unrealistic visions, as BigHit was sure that they had pure talent and lots of potential in their hands, and everyone involved was determined to prove it! The members were carefully chosen, with each having something very unique and extremely important for the composition of the group; and, as such, the public would certainly be attracted to at least one of the seven distinctive individuals that they were being presented with. Not only that, they also thought that they could do pretty much anything and pull off any concept due to these options. Since the boys had diverse skills and images, the group could easily adapt to anything. Now, when it comes to BTS' actual quest, it seems like they wanted them to go in a direction where they were shown as an unstoppable, outspoken and bold team. They wanted to allow them to speak up about real life issues that other groups weren't really talking about (because the idol industry wasn't all that welcoming to those) and so provoke the public/industry with those lyrics and their candid attitude - and, in that case, people should be fascinated by their fearlessness and realness.

⭒ What the members have aimed to be their points of attraction:

To begin with, the members have wanted to show themselves to be good role models, and attract fans that way before any other. For that, they maintain an image of maturity, professionalism and moral integrity. Besides that, they have always wanted people to recognize their strength, accountability and sense of commitment, as well as the stability they have as a group. Nothing and no one can rock the strong structure they have built over the years, and that should be noted by both fans and non-fans. Additionally, they have wanted to create a realistic relationship with the fans, so that they know how much the members are thankful for them and care about them, while still getting to keep their private lives private. There's a part of BTS that is wholeheartedly dedicated to their careers, but, at the same time, there's a whole other side that needs to stay away from the spotlight. By keeping things this way, they hope fans will be attracted to them for the right reasons, and recognize that they are also common people like them even though they have chosen this profession. At last, and tying back to what we saw with BigHit's intentions: their openness and honesty when it comes to issues that the idol world would normally prefer to keep hidden has been a big, big things that they have pushed forward as an attraction point. Their lyrics and many things they say in other various occassions, show that they are not scared of going about these matters (be it mental health, discrimination, difficult upbringings, etc.), and fans can always count on them to try to make a difference in those areas. In that sense, it should appeal to the humanity in those who learn about them and, hopefully, find some common ground between them despite all of the obvious differences (ethnicity, language, social standing, etc.).

⭒ Their real points of attraction (from the public p.o.v.):

Right off the bat, there's a feeling that BTS's main point of attraction isn't even something that people can describe. There's simply a magnetic quality to them that pulls us in and keeps us hooked, but we can pinpoint exactly what it is. Nonetheless, what the public has seen them accomplish in such a short period of time is certainly at play here - as none of it feels quite like something out of our reality, people can't help but be curious over what these boys have that's so special to allow them to defy so much odds and reach such heights. On the other hand, but still in relation to that, the public can clearly point out their accomplishments and material rewards. And, in that perspective, specially to the korean people, they were precious when it came down to changing the kpop industry and turning it into a real money making machine for the country. Not only did they manage to go from rags to riches themselves, but they also lifted a whole company with them, and forced the world to take a better look at the potential that korean entertainment has. On top of that, people also feel attracted to the discipline and strength that BTS has shown over the years, particularly when it comes to staying on top no matter how many others try to tear them down. Their lyrics, specially, are very important in that matter, as they are considered very powerful and noteworthy responses to hate and doubt, and so they inspire fans to also overcome issues as such (although on a smaller scale, of course). Finally, and to end on a good note, the companionship and joy that the members show when working together keeps attracting people to the group. They always seem to genuinely enjoy being around each other, and have consistently been very generous and supportive towards one another. Due to that, the public finds a lot of appeal in the good energy they have going on between them, and wish to keep on watching and being part of that.
