CHURCHBOY AU???? I’M REVERTING BACK 🤩 gotta tie in our original role for him into this new, delicious ask.
overhearing that priest’s son hanji is becoming a councilor at the closest church camp for the summer…. well you just happen to also be a councilor there 😼 spending a summer of what should be spreading the gospel to young impressionable, guilt-ridden youth (i spent many summers at church camp, can you tell 😪), by pushing hanji into the lakehouse and jerking him off, whispering the most disgusting things in his ear, all while he bites down on his stupidly plush lips to keep quiet 😖
not even far into the summer having him begging for you to touch him, and giving in just to taunt him!! “you’re in such a holy place and all you can think about is sex? such a perv”
ugh…. i can’t handle this. now i’m gonna be thinking about the churchboy cinematic universe for the rest of the week 💔🔨 -🐾
suddenly it’s summer 2021 again 🙏 i had a feeling the churchboy au resonated w you from the times u brought it up heheh im very grateful u know what you’re talking abt bc im always kinda freestyling it w this au
camp counselor hanji…we are so back 😼 from day one you’ve got his full attention w lingering glances and “accidental” touches that get bolder and bolder the more time you spend together. you dont even have to tease him for long before he’s completely wrapped around your finger, bc poor hannie’s never been flirted w this much in his life and he doesn’t know how to handle it, esp when he’s supposed to be the shining example of purity. he’s like a lovesick puppy immediately, going from the charismatic leader teaching and entertaining the students, to a dumb, stuttering mess around you. but the way he gets so awkward around you, watching you w the most unfairly innocent eyes and the most obvious blush spreading across his face, makes him even more charming to you
getting him alone while everyone else is busy w camp activities and pushing him into the lakehouse ❤️‍🔥 the added risk of someone going looking for you only to find the priest’s son falling apart in the palm of your hand just turns him on more, and the guilt he feels for that is palpable. he thinks he might cum the instant you wrap your hands around him bc he’s wanted this so bad since the first day and he feels his whole body go hot w shame when you make him admit to touching himself to the thought of you every night. and taunting him for being such a hypocrite is the icing on the cake…degrading him for being so filthy in such a holy place and telling him he’s much better fit to be your personal toy than preaching abt religion <3

Noah Schnapp is literally beyond evil. Like, spawn of satan level of evil. He only deserves to suffer for the rest of his existence. How dare he have empathy for innocent civilians in Israel and Palestine. First of all, there’s no such thing as innocent Israeli civilians. Second of all, you can't have empathy for both. Especially if he is a Zionist. All the Jewish people who identify as Zionists are evil. Israel has absolutely no right to exist and Jewish people have no right to exist in Israel. So many Jewish people who are Zionists claim that’s what Zionism means to them but they’re wrong. Zionism is pure evil. You can’t be Zionist and want peace and self determination for Palestinians. I’m not Jewish but I definitely know better than the Jewish Zionists who claim that. They’re all evil lying monsters. They want every Palestinian wiped off the face of the Earth. Hamas would never want such a thing. It’s not like they had a charter that said that about Jewish people. Even if they did, they supposedly recently changed it to Zionists instead so it’s all good now. Hamas is totally accepting of Jewish people now and would welcome them with open arms as long as they aren’t Zionist. Noah, if you’re a Zionist, don’t be anymore. You can change your evil ways. Hamas changed. Yeah, they may have killed civilians and taken hundreds hostage, they may have said October 7th was just the beginning and that it was going to happen over and over again, but they’re no longer antisemitic. They’re just anti Zionist so they’re good people now. You can change and be good too. You’re so young. There’s still hope for you. Stop lying and telling us how you want peace and self determination for Palestinians. We all know that’s not true. It can only be true if you aren’t Zionist.
Tumblr media
You liking something like this makes absolutely no sense if you’re Zionist. I bet you don’t even agree with it and just liked it by accident or something. It’s crazy how I even managed to come across this months ago considering nobody talked about it or brought it to light. You liking that sketch of people in the LGBTQ+ community simping over Hamas got so much attention and caused so much outrage though. Funny how the internet works. Anyways, as a bisexual, I was so offended by that video. Hamas are well known LGBTQ+ allies. How could you like that video as someone who’s gay? It’s probably because you’re lying about being gay too. Shame on you.
Last thing I’m gonna say is fuck Israel and fuck Israelis. That country and all the people living there are evil. They’re all colonizers and occupiers. It needs to cease to exist and all the people currently living there need to go back to where they originally came from. All of them came from Europe, right? That’s what I’ve been hearing. They all need to return to Europe. Gosh, why’d they ever leave there in the first place? I know Jewish people say otherwise but they’re wrong. They’re either lying or in denial. They’re not indigenous to Israel. They’re indigenous to Europe. Us non Jewish people really need to educate them more about their own history, religion, ethnicity, etc. We need to teach them what antisemitism actually is. A lot of them don’t seem to understand what it is. We do that to every other minority group that we aren’t apart of, right?

can you pls make a part 2 for containment IM BEGGING I READ IT AND NOW IM DAYDREAM EVERY HOUR
YOOOO! I have been looking for an excuse to revisit this story and I’m so glad you gave me one. 🥹 so thank you so much for reading it.
content warning: time skip, lots of angst, sexual content, engagement and marriage talk, bits of his canonical personality and situation, mentions of violence, s*xual assault and murder, religion, mentions of alcohol abuse :(, happy ending though because I couldn’t write the alternative w/o crying :)))))
📝: also gonna preface and say you aren’t going to agree with all of (y/n)’s decisions and that’s okay. No need to be mad or rude. Let’s keep it cute 🫶🏾 also, minors do not interact! This is really long for this format so I apologize but I got emotional writing it and got carried away. Sorry! 😭
(Y/N) continued working as a guard for Greenville and on the containment unit for another year. In that time, maturing and learning a lot about yourself. As well as your inmates..mainly #104330, Eren Jaeger.
the illustrious affair between you and the convict continued for a while. Sneaking around the prison and hiding in unknown places just to get a taste of one another. Your lust growing stronger as time passed. “I can’t get enough of you, Ms. (L/N)..I know it’s wrong, I know I can get you in a lot of trouble but I can’t help myself.” “You’re the criminal here, not me. If anything, I’m the one that knows better..but I’m not sorry. Not sorry for the way I feel about you.”
that insatiable lust eventually grew into something deeper but even so, neither of you were in the position to confess or put that love on display. It would bring great shame if you did so you had to find a way to conceal those feelings..including some pretty bad habits. Downing a bottle every night to keep from thinking about your actions.
Eren had been sitting behind bars for six years now, only a small dent in his fifty year sentence. And not once had he spoken about trying to get out. Nor did he have any desire to confess his crimes to you or anyone. However, under his sentence, he was granted an automatic appeal that he had no choice but to take.
It was during an audit of prisoner paperwork that you discovered what he was behind bars for and the truth shocked you. He was convicted of second degree murder after the owner of the foster home he was raised in was found dead. Stabbed over ten times. The community was devastated and with the victim being a prominent member in the church, they threw the book at him. There was still a missing piece of the puzzle that didn’t make sense though and he had no interest in clearing it up..
“There’s my dirty little secret, CO. Still wanna keep defending me? I’m just like every other piece of shit here..another monster with a fucked up past. Nothing special. I’m even worse because I killed a pastor.”
(Y/N) was still convinced that there was more to the story and you were right when you just so happened to hear one of his phone calls with his best friend.
“I don’t understand, Eren. If you told the truth, it could change everything. That man was no saint, he abused us for years. If they knew you did it to protect us, they might let you go. This could be your shot at freedom.” “I’ve been free for six years. Free from all of it..I’m finally out of that hellhole, nothing here could ever be worse than that fucking place and you guys are able to live happily without having to worry anymore. You’re in college, doing big things. You’re about to graduate. Mika’s married and having a kid, like she always wanted. She doesn’t have to worry about some creepy old bastard touching her at night. Is that not enough? It is for me..”
your heart was breaking, knowing that his actions were completely selfless and he refused to fight for himself. Missing out on important accolades and milestones that he shouldn’t have to. Meanwhile, he continued his same routine of holing up in his cell..reading, studying and staying to himself. But things were about to take a drastic turn when one of your coworkers confronted you about him.
“He’s being transferred out next week..they’re sending him to Liberio.” “There’s no way!…that place is a hundred times worse.” But your supervisor and warden’s hands were tied and quite frankly, he was one less person to deal with.
“My hands are tied, (L/N). You’ll have to find a new pet..” mocking the fact that the two of you were so close.
you were devastated hearing the news, knowing he’d end up in trouble or dead in a facility like that. Now more than ever, you wanted to fight for him to be free! He was the last person who deserved such a cruel fate. But being relocated was the least of his worries. He was only upset about one thing…
“…I don’t give a damn where they send me. Truthfully, it’s just another cell for me to rot away in…but I don’t wanna lose you, CO. I think you may be the only thing keeping me from checking out. This is the happiest I’ve ever been. Here with you..”
full blown tears coming down the both of your faces, right after another passionate quickie as you holed up in your normal spot. You were hysterical, as was he and it was the first time he’d ever shown emotion, at least from what you’d seen..
“Eren, you have to file that appeal. You shouldn’t be here..you don’t belong with these fucked up animals. Please, you have to fight. Let me testify at that hearing.” “So they can put your pretty ass in a jumpsuit too? It’s fine, miss (L/N). I’ll just take whatever they give me. I’ve been doing that my entire life, it’s nothing new.”
he refused to put you in that situation though..knowing that someone must’ve noticed your little rendezvous by now and would surely use it against the both of you. You’d end up fired or worse and he’d have his sentence lengthened. So you’d have to trust that he’d be okay. That they wouldn’t tear him apart.
some months passed and Eren had been longed transferred to Liberio. Nicknamed ‘the underworld’..known for its seedy dealings, organized fight clubs with the prisoners and countless inmate deaths. It was awful and all you could do was hope that he’d be alright. While at work, you’d even visit the prison chapel and pray for him. His safety, well being and all..meanwhile, you were falling apart. Laying up with a man you knew nothing about nor did you love just to fill the void but it wasn’t the same. He wasn’t him…
It was one day when you were sitting at home after getting some much needed time off; as they had made that job much worse..that you received a letter in the mail and it was from a name that you’d heard quite often..Armin Artlert. After a while, Eren began to loosen up and tell you all about the two people on the outside that made his life tolerable and he was one. His very best and only friend for a long time.
upon reading it, he’d proceed to introduce himself; saying that you’d never want but Eren wrote about you constantly. He said that you had helped him so much. He then went on to tell you how Eren was adjusting at the new facility. Told you that he had been in a pretty bad attack that left him with a stab wound but he was fine now. “He’s so brave, I wish I had half of his courage. I owe him everything. It’s because of him, we got to live.” He wrote that not only had Eren gotten saved but that he was finally letting him and their other friend Mikasa have visits, even bringing his ‘nephew’ to see him. With a picture of all of them together.
But that wasn’t even the best part..not only had Eren passed his exam for the law certificate but he put it to use and went through with the parole hearing and you couldn’t believe what was said next.
“He’s being released…he’s coming home.”
collapsing to your knees right there in the living room, you’d sob and clutch the letter. Overcome with joy that he’d be out of there. And of course, there was one more thing that Armin needed you to know: “he still loves you..very much. I believe he fought this hard for you.”
Eren, who’s released a month later on parole, calls you from outside the bus station, telling you that he’s finally free and that he wants to see his beloved CO. And you don’t hesitate to come running..
Eren, who makes love to you better than any man is overcome with emotion as he’s inside of you. Going deeper and deeper as if he never wants to pull out. Doing all the nasty things he’d written about prior. Fucking you all over the entirety of your house for all the time that you two had been apart. From the kitchen counter that he placed you on top of to the shower, where he pulled your hair and fed you back shots. Even eating you out as he hoisted you against the wall; those days of lifting weights on the rec yard coming in handy. Losing his mind when you called him ‘daddy.’
“I missed you so much..so tight for me..feels so fucking good. I swear, I thought about you every night, baby..” Making you come more times in one night than your ex ever could…
Eren, who left his cock buried deep inside of you, long after you were finished, laid on top and stared at your pretty face. Confessing how much he loved you and you’d do the same. Knowing that this would change everything with him being here but neither of you cared.
Eren, who wanted a second chance at life, so as long as you were by his side.

DUNE: PART TWO (2024) SENTENCE STARTERS
❛ This world is beyond cruelty. ❜
❛ Never stand with your back towards the open. How many times do I have to tell you that, huh? ❜
❛ Don’t worry. I’m taking you somewhere they will never find us. ❜
❛ You fought well… once you woke up. ❜
❛ He thinks you’re spies. ❜
❛ Your faith is playing tricks on you. ❜
❛ I’m ready to pledge my life for him. ❜
❛ Your father didn’t believe in revenge. ❜
❛ Don’t mock him. He deserves our respect. He’s a good fighter. ❜
❛ Never give your water away, not even for the dead. ❜
❛ It’s an honor, isn’t it? I think you should feel honored. ❜
❛ Well, it was a choice between this or death, so, you know, forgive me if I’m not flattered. ❜
❛ You want to control people, you tell them a messiah will come. Then they’ll wait for centuries. ❜
❛ That was no miracle! ❜
❛ I’m not here to lead. I’m here to learn your ways. Let me fight beside you. That’s all I’m asking. ❜
❛ You will see! The beauty and the horror! ❜
❛ Oh! Don’t ever, ever listen to the jinn. ❜
❛ He’s not like the other strangers. He’s sincere. ❜
❛ You know, I’m the only one who believes you’re gonna make it until summer? Everyone else thinks you won’t make it two weeks. ❜
❛ What? Stop looking at me like that. ❜
❛ We must convert the non-believers one by one. We need to start with the weaker ones. The vulnerable ones. The ones who fear us. ❜
❛ Who taught you to fight like that? ❜
❛ We can stop them together, bury them in the sand where they belong. ❜
❛ Then I’ll die, maybe you will too. But the others will keep going. And they won’t stop. ❜
❛ Where you’re from, does water really fall from the sky? ❜
❛ Your blood comes from Dukes and Great Houses. We don’t have that here. Here, we’re equal, men and women alike. What we do, we do for the benefit of all. ❜
❛ Well, I’d very much like to be equal to you. ❜
❛ It’s been a while since you’ve had one of those nightmares. Tell me, what was it about? ❜
❛ You’ve been exposed to spice for a long time. It can create weird dreams. ❜
❛ Don’t try to impress anyone. You are brave. We all know that. Be simple. Be direct. Nothing fancy. ❜
❛ I won’t shame you. I understand. ❜
❛ The way they look at you. They worship you now. ❜
❛ I’m no messiah. ❜
❛ She says you’re blinded by love, and she reminds you that you must reserve your hand for the most strategic alliance. ❜
❛ Do you not think I also feel the weight of the prophecy? ❜
❛ They deserve to be led by one of their own. ❜
❛ Repression only makes a religion flourish. ❜
❛ You underestimate the power of faith. ❜
❛ Prophets get stronger when they die. ❜
❛ You’d be a formidable empress. ❜
❛ Then what hope is there? ❜
❛ Hope? We don’t hope, we plan. ❜
❛ The question is, can we control him? And I intend to find out. ❜
❛ I won’t die like a fool. Kill me now. ❜
❛ No fear. These fights are all for show. ❜
❛ Show me who you are. ❜
❛ This morning you were a playboy, feared and envied, but tonight you’re a hero. ❜
❛ You’re following me. ❜
❛ You’re not allowed in this section. How did you get past the guards? ❜
❛ I remember now. I dreamed about you last night. ❜
❛ Come to me. Kneel. ❜
❛ I recognized your footsteps, old man. ❜
❛ When our resources are limited…fear is all we have. ❜
❛ Well, what are you waiting for? With thousands of these guys, you could take control of the entire planet. ❜
❛ They used to be friends. Now they’re followers. ❜
❛ You have the power to avenge your father, and you’re afraid to use it? ❜
❛ I can foresee things. If I go South, all my visions lead to horror. ❜
❛ Billions of corpses scattered across the galaxy. All dying because of me. ❜
❛ No need to be a prophet to see what’s ahead. ❜
❛ Your path leads to war. You know that. ❜
❛ So, war is coming. What will you do when you feel its breath upon your neck? ❜
❛ He who can destroy a thing has the real control of it. ❜
❛ You promised me you didn’t want power. ❜
❛ No matter what I do, you still don’t trust me. ❜
❛ My allegiance is to you. I’m doing this for all of us. Do you believe me? ❜
❛ It’s right under everybody’s noses. Not clever. ❜
❛ That’s the idea. Nobody would ever look in there because it’s obvious. ❜
❛ Nothing can live there without faith. ❜
❛ I want to go on the ground. Prepare my troops. ❜
❛ You humiliated our family. You humiliated me. ❜
❛ Embarrass our family one more time… it will be the last. ❜
❛ It is a good time to cross blades with me. I am weak. I am an easy kill. ❜
❛ I don’t care what you believe. I believe. ❜
❛ I’ll stay behind and cover your retreat. ❜
❛ You see only fragments. You cannot see the future without seeing the past. ❜
❛ To unlock your mind, you need to drink the Water of Life… and you will see everything. ❜
❛ A good hunter always climbs the highest dune before his hunt. He needs to see… as far as he can see. ❜
❛ The world has made choices for us. ❜
❛ You will never lose me. Not as long as you stay who you are. ❜
❛ You are not prepared for what is to come. ❜
❛ You’ll now learn the truth about our family. And it will hurt you to the core. ❜
❛ His vital signs are so low, they can’t be detected. But he’s alive. ❜
❛ You might not believe in the prophecy, but you’re a part of it. ❜
❛ You’re the poison. You and your lies. Why would you do this? ❜
❛ The visions are clear now. I see possible futures. All at once. ❜
❛ Our enemies are all around us. And in so many futures, they prevail. But I do see a way. ❜
❛You can stop this. Do you hear me? You have the power to stop this.
❛ This prophecy is how they enslave us! ❜
❛ You think I’m stupid enough to deprive myself of the best of us? Do you smash a knife before battle? ❜
❛ There is no one in this room who can stand against me! ❜
❛ This could be the moment you’ve been praying for all your life. ❜
❛ But there is one way your family can remain in power and, through you, the continuation of our stewardship. One. Way. Are you prepared? ❜
❛ You’ve been preparing me my whole life. ❜
❛ Long live the fighters! ❜
❛ I swear to you, I wasn’t aware of any of this. ❜
❛ You die like an animal. ❜
❛ Look who’s back from the dead. ❜
❛ I want you to know… I will love you as long as I breathe. ❜
❛ They may be curious to hear my side of the story, don’t you think? ❜
❛ Consider what you’re about to do. ❜
❛ You’ll be lucky to keep your head. ❜
❛ I’ll take the hand of your daughter. She will remain safe. And we will rule together over the Empire. ❜
❛ Do you know why I killed him? Because he was a man who believed in the rules of the heart. But the heart is not meant to rule. ❜
❛ Stand or choose your champion. ❜
❛ Do not stain your hands on this animal. Let me deal with him. ❜
❛ Why does he take such risks? ❜
❛ Well, you wouldn’t be the first relative I’ve killed. ❜
❛ May thy knife chip and shatter. ❜
❛ You have fought well. ❜
❛ You should’ve believed. You chose the wrong side.❜
❛ You, of all people, should know. There are no sides. ❜
❛ Spare my father now and I will be your willing bride. The throne will be yours. ❜
❛ They refuse to honor your ascendancy. ❜
❛ Lead them to Paradise. ❜

so how do ida and John both deal with the grappling between religion and the fact that she’s pregnant? I imagine there’s a lot of nuance and interesting perspectives with that
Ooh this hits. *straightens up in my seat and tightens the harness*
I’m assuming you mean Ida and John Brady -not John Egan…I’m gonna assume that but, there’s too many John’s in one place here haha.
Ok, caution, this gets dark, cheers—-
I do have the headcanon, and it’s very much just my headcanon, that the Brady’s are a rather typical Irish American Catholic family from rural New York. Different say, from that of the inner city rough and tumble sort.
They grew up with community, a church where mass was attended and precepts considered law, rosaries are in their footlockers, crucifixes tangled in the dog tags. They give thanks for their food, they save sex for marriage and they try to do right by their fellow man -and sometimes that requires bombing the fuck outta nazi bullies.
So here they are. And now…this.
I think from a religious stand point the “blame” is very obviously not on Ida. Johnny would never think so, ever, although there’s certainly the very real aspect of “shame” about it, but not in a faulty way. She didn’t have fun in the backseat during a drive in movie and now she’s knocked up.
Obvs there is no “blame” for any rape victim but I don’t think even a very “self-blaming” person like Ida thinks she coulda done more in this case.
However, also from a religious stand point, what’s ahead is very very very rough because, according to their beliefs -this means she’s with child, that’s a life in there, and yet, all circumstances considered, both brother and sister can’t help but hope the pregnancy doesn’t last.
Malnutrition and a host of other natural stressors could easily -and guiltlessly- terminate this “condition” and I think it’s a bit of a pall on both of them that they almost want to pray for it. But could never.
Ok, maybe Johnny does so his sister isn’t the damned one…
Let’s add Bucky in here too because even though it’s not a religious issue for him, he still considers that to be a baby, and to wish it away is awful, to have Ida killed for it is awful, to have a baby born with German fathers is also awful.
Literally all of it messes with everything he feels is fair or right and ought to be untouched by this war. He figured there’d be hard decisions, this is another level entirely.
Anyway, hope this didn’t get too dark for you but hey, welcome to the sorta history deep dives I do instead of drinking sangria and chilling out. 🫡🤗

And here's one with Weak for Fuuta and Amane, for anon! I've recently been going crazy over some ideas from posts about Fuuta and food and he and Amane's relationship, and they came together perfectly with the prompt -- thank you for the request 👀👀👀
“Can you be quiet for one minute?”
Fuuta spun around from where he’d been complaining loudly about the food, with his mouth full of it, to find Amane glaring from beside him.
“I’ll do whatever the hell I want,” he said through bites. He paused to swallow, though. And take a sip of his drink. And then forgot was he was talking about anyway.
Amane returned to mouthing a blessing over her food. The annoyance in her expression melted away to serenity as she brought her hands together. Fuuta watched as she drew herself up. Then she ate calmly. He could have crumbled in shame, right then, at the thought of this tiny kid holding up better than himself.
She, too, had experienced the punishments that came with their verdict. Restraints pulled so tight it’s hard to breathe. Long nights of maddening voices and watchful eyes. The smaller meal portions leading to shaky limbs. Fuuta spent every meal inhaling as much as he could as soon as he could -- and here Amane sat as if she had a perfectly content stomach. Through everything, she maintained her strong gaze and commanding voice.
Fuuta reminded himself she did have a few advantages over him. She still had all her eyes and ribs intact, for one. It was difficult to give someone a convincing stinkeye with only one eye.
While he continued shoveling down his meal, he noticed her separating things on her plate. The meat in the corner went completely untouched.
The aforementioned treatment had made him irritable -- more irritable than usual, that is -- and he jabbed his utensils at her. “Hey, we talked about this. Eat your fucking meat. I’ve been eating my vegetables, yeah?” Not that he wanted to. He would have eaten just about anything they put in front of him if it kept the gnawing hunger at bay.
“It’s against my beliefs,” she said simply.
“I thought suicide was, too.”
She raised her chin. “I’ve known plenty who have fasted and become stronger for it. This is nothing drastic.”
Fuuta grit his teeth. He’d witnessed his fair share of internet-goers who acted cruel about another’s religion. He wasn’t about to join them in being some piece of shit who forced her to do something that was against her code. But there was no way he was going to sit around and watch her starve herself, either.
He couldn’t blame Amane for how harshly she’d refused help from the others -- they coddled her, encouraging her with sweet talk, or tried an insufferable stern parental tone. Fuuta wasn’t cut out for any of those methods, anyway. What he did know how to do, however, was make threats.
Even if Amane didn’t fear death, he knew there was one situation she would do absolutely anything to avoid.
“Oi, if you get any weaker, Shidou’s gonna step in.” Her frown twitched. “He’s already harassed me and Mahiru about our meals. He saw my hand shake one time and hasn't stopped hounding me about it since. The minute he can tell you’re not eating enough, he’ll be all over you. And let me tell you, you’re not very subtle about it.”
The final statement came out with more bite than intended. Maybe he was bitter that she was at least more subtle than him. Maybe he thought it was fucked up the way she, too, had grown visibly weaker. Maybe he was just hungry and tired of talking. He attacked another mouthful of food.
Amane was searching her plate as if the answer could be found there. There was a long silence as she contemplated. Fuuta had thought he’d won until she shook her head. “No. I can’t.”
He rolled his eyes and head in an over dramatic show of exasperation. “So stubborn!”  When he was done chewing, he picked up his plate. “Fine.” He gathered up all that was left, dumping it onto hers with a flick.
A fire ignited in her gaze. She shoved the dish away. “I’m not some weak child to be pitied.”
“Wha–? It’s not pity!”
“You think I’m weak.”
“I think you’re hungry!”
“You don’t know anything!”
Mikoto passed by, chuckling as they raised their voices. “Look at you two hotheaded kids. Do I need to break it up?”
“Go away!” they chorused.
“Alright, sheesh…” He kept walking, leaving the pair to stew in silence.
Fuuta didn’t have it in him to fight today. He was tired. He ached all over. If she wasn’t going to appreciate his help, so be it. He was starting to get used to his good intentions being taken the wrong way. It looked like he was just the weak one, after all. He grabbed his empty plate and stood to leave.
“Fuuta.” Amane took a deep breath. “I am hungry.” She gestured for him to come back. Then she moved the meat from her plate onto his.
He eyed the offering, hoping his expression didn’t betray how desperately he wanted to scoff it down. “I’m not some asshole who’s gonna take your food.”
“You’re not taking it. I’m giving it. I would have thrown it out otherwise.” Amane picked up some of the vegetables. “In return, I will eat this. We both must stay strong for the ordeals ahead.”
After a moment of hesitation, Fuuta sat back down. He took a bite. Neither said a proper thank you. Neither needed one.
He glanced to Amane with a smirk. “Good. This way, we’ll both keep that geezer Shidou away.”
It was only for a moment, but for the first time since the second trial began, Fuuta could have sworn her lips slipped into a small smile.

I saw you finished Shadow! Thoughts? Opinions? Feelings?
Oh my god, an incredible amount of emotions and thoughts.
So, from the first episode I could tell things weren’t gonna end well for Brother Anurak simply from the fact that the school is using Saint Lawrence of Rome as their patron saint. But the plot twist! It was in plain sight and I didn’t even notice nor fathom to question why he favored his right arm.
I think right now most of my thoughts center around the spectrophilia scenes with Dan and the idea of Catholic guilt. The thing about Catholic guilt is that even when you find yourself not truly a believer in the religion, the teachings are still instilled in you. Meaning, even as a nonbeliever, feelings of remorse and shame are not uncommon when going against the grain of the moral teachings that you’re surrounded with. So I can’t help but wonder whether Dan’s encounters with the Shadow is supposed to imply the suppression of his desires and fantasies? Is he struggling with his sexuality as well? Are his encounters with the Shadow supposed to demonstrate his eagerness to find an outlet for his forbidden desires? Even though Singto played Dan pretty straight-laced, I can’t help but wonder if the spectrophilic encounters are meant to blur the lines between the sacred and profane. Giving in and enjoying the shadow seems to dive in the direction that Dan is indulging in forbidden desires, which gay relationships have been categorized as such under the Roman Catholic Church. I mean even though Dan stated that he had been interested in Cha-aim, the suggestive drawings with Shadow seem to show his internal desire for the prohibited. Does this mean that the shadow taking Dan’s life becomes the ultimate consequence of repressing himself? I’m not sure.
Also, it’s pretty interesting that both Dan and Brother Anurak martyred themselves for no true change to occur, which parallels Saint Lawrence’s story.
I really liked the Catholicism vs Buddhism approach that was framed. Maybe it’s because I grew up with Catholicism that integrated and embraced pre-Hispanic traditions and faced push back for utilizing ‘witchcraft’, but there’s something so satisfactory over the Venerable Monk always the composed one of the two religious heads.
After that reveal in episode 14, I want a second season. I want further exploration of the forest spirit and whether Nai ever realizes the truth.
Also Nai was really badass targeting Anan like that. I also wanted more of the backstory from that angle. Prior to the confession, I could have sworn he had been interested as well, but then Anan did a whole 180 for the worst. Is it internalized homophobia? Did his dad beat him? Crazy to think that the charmer that Nai first met became a cold-blooded murderer…
I really want that second season.
There’s a lot more I can discuss, but it’s 2:30 a.m. and my brain is malfunctioning.

kyle’s hypocrisy in season 19 rant #2: his internalized bigotry (FROM THE VAULT [2020])
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is to add onto my post from before about how Kyle was being ignorant assuming David was from Mexico even though he was from Idaho. Honestly the line in “Stunning & Brave” where Cartman is in the hospital bed and he tells Kyle “You and I are bigots” hits so hard now. And Kyle is like “no you’re a bigot”. And I remember when I first saw that I just assumed Kyle was right and it was just Cartman saying dumb shit as usual, but no Cartman was right about Kyle being a bigot too. I liked that Cartman was trying to own up to everything in that moment but it sucks that Kyle was too stubborn to admit to it too. I mean yeah Cartman is WAYY more bigoted than Kyle but that doesn’t excuse the shit Kyle has done. First of all Kyle constantly fat shames Cartman, which is wrong and in that moment Kyle called Cartman fatass again and Cartman literally said “no more fatshaming Kyle” lmaooo. So he basically denies being a bigot but then proceeds to fatshame Cartman. Kyle you’re not making sense. But anyways what I really wanna talk about is the fact that Kyle is pretty much just as insensitive towards Judaism as Cartman. Which may sound surprising because yes, Kyle is a Jew, but it’s not like he’s proud to be one or we ever see him embrace his religion. No, Kyle is ASHAMED of it. Kyle is self conscious about being a Jew which is why he gets soooo offended by Cartman making fun of him for being one, he’s not defending his religion because he’s proud of it, it’s because he probably agrees with Cartman that being a Jew sucks, and he’s embarrassed. (Ya’ll SJWs don’t flip out at me, I’m Jewish too LMAOOO). If he was actually proud to be a Jew then he would just ignore Cartman or laugh it off and not make such a big deal out of it. There was this episode I honestly don’t remember but Kyle literally acted just like Cartman towards his parents, I think he was trying to ask his mom and dad for something and they said no so he was like “don’t be such a Jew” and Sheila flipped out at him for saying that. And Kyle can be quick to turn on his religion like in “Passion of the Jew” after Cartman told him to watch the passion & he believed that the Jews killed Jesus or whatever djsjjs. He literally WENT TO CARTMAN’S DOOR to tell him he was right about Jews. And I think that we really see Kyle’s insensitivity towards his own people play out best with his cousin Kyle. Kyle is embarrassed of his cousin, bc he’s literally the epitome of a negative Jewish stereotype, and in the episode where cousin Kyle shows up for the first time Kyle literally says in his own words “I’ve spent 5 years in this town trying to make a good name for Jews and this stereotype shows up and wrecks it all” Wow. You know what that tells me? Kyle pretty much views Jews as terrible and thinks the world only views negatively of them. I mean yeah there is anti-semitism out there but the fact that Kyle gets so hyper-sensitive about it and doesn’t know how to just shrug it off means he’s really just playing into the anti-semitism himself and making shit worse. And in the older episodes with cousin Kyle, they mostly just show Kyle being embarrassed by him, but in TFBW we see Kyle straight up being a DICK to him. That really shows how much of a bully Kyle is in my opinion, and since he’s so used to Cartman ripping on him for being Jewish he probably thinks it’s okay to pick on another kid that’s more of a Jewish stereotype than him.
update 2024: i have my receipts as usual ⬆️ and yes i’m gonna brag abt this again but i love how i was ahead of my time pointing out how kyle has internalized anti-semitism before anyone else did lol. cartman’s kid deadass called kyle a “self-hating jew” in the post covid episodes lol

(@seregashockingly I’m gonna drop my general Style stuff relating to ur ask and reply to my post here since i wanna explain more Kyle Feelings moments)
Okay so the thing is, Stan encourages this codependent ideas in their relationships. From early one when he says Kyle can’t die without him we see that he has this insane view of their relationship. They both kinda do. The thing is, as all things go Stan is the more emotional of the two. Meanwhile Kyle had to figure out how he’s felt about most things pretty young, and with a lot of simplicity. That’s what allows him to be so okay with defending those who need it, he has strong morals that he trusts.
The thing about Stan encouraging codependent ideas towards them is that he’s also the one who has a girlfriend. And Stan is so bad at processing emotions that he throws up every time he’s faced with these feelings. Stan also has outside pressures like that of his father’s to conform (mostly specifically to the idea of being a man and what that “means”). Which Randy does in a lot of diffferent ways, I.E. Stanley’s Cup.
Though one of the main things about Stan is that the adults are being insane wackos and he thinks they’re being stupid. And he’s right but we see these kind of things leaving an imprint on him. His superhero persona is someone who works with tools, more “traditional” ideas of manhood relate to being able to upkeep the house car etc. He has rip sleeves and tries to seem tough but it’s very hard when his dad is keying their own car. On top of this, his SOT character is a knight meant to protect the king. Knights often have to be sworn in, seen to be risking their life in the name of being a protector. Which, including how he presents, the idea of a protector is also a very “masculine” “tradition”.
Yet, we don’t see this come in through other ways. He’s not toxic masculinity-ing his life. He doesn’t dedicate his days to playing every sport ever, physically fighting, or trying to prove his strength. He doesn’t have that insecurity that is more apparent in someone like Cartman. But there’s tinges of small things, and I do think most of his compensation and possible shame or complexes comes back to his sexuality.
Meanwhile, Kyle is confident in his religion, his self expression, and his personality. Sometimes we see this swayed (I.e. Passion of the Jew and South Park is Gay!), but I think his relationship to Judaism really helped him be able to have the confidence to be okay with other parts of himself. Especially since he has the support of his mother being such a big force in his life to encourage him to be himself. And though Shelia has her own problems she definitely shows Kyle she loves him for himself and wants him to be that person. (The crux of both of them is that they don’t want to veer into being “bad” and need to stay good. In the movie we see her thinking foul mouth tv shows are the “bad” thing. She’s always been particularly accepting despite the sometimes black and white thinking.)
So from this I picture the standard Style idea is that, in some sort of way Stan is repressing his queerness. This probably doesn’t help with the fact he has had depression and has an addictive personality. He can bury his queerness under all of this. But we see within him there’s this want or maybe a need to go towards those who don’t conform. As we see when he adopts the Raven personality for the point in time where he’s goth.
But there’s this level where Stan’s been how he’s always been. Loving his best friend, and them not shying from it. He thinks this is how you should see your best friend, both him and Kyle think this. The thing is at some point Kyle figures out This Isn’t Everyone’s Relationship To Their Best Friend. Which is probably a middle or high school realization that turns into a very changing thing. And I think whether Kyle assumes that Stan doesn’t like him because of something like his reputation with relationships in the past Nichole, Heidi, Rebecca, or The List situation which is just. hurtful even after the truth comes out.
Insert Stan doing something dumb, a drunk confession, a kiss, he throws up, some sort of blatant obvious “Stan’s In Love” marker that changes Kyle’s mind. Stan’s in denial about it (perhaps leads Kyle on 👀) and it causes some pains that they later have to unpack. And maybe that means they kiss or smth none of my business. Maybe this involves Kyle helping Stan sober up, maybe it involves Stan cleaning up and calling Kyle trying to reconnect, maybe this involves Stan realizing he’s so fucking stupid and in love with his best friend and he should have realized sooner because now they’re separating because they’re graduating or something. Or maybe they’re in middle school and Kyle tells Stan to stop talking to him because he’s being mean about his feelings. Or maybe Kyle just silently isolates himself from Stan. There’s a lot of loose spots so the story can change depending on the point in their lives or the story being wished to be told. But that’s the general classic idea for me.

I’m not gonna lie I only watch this for Tim and hawk I have no idea about the politics and stuff I don’t even know who is who! 😃😭 and I’m always confused when there talking
But I have a question senator McCarthy who Tim loves.. loved idk after last ep but why does Tim like him isn’t he not for the gays?
ahahah that’s fair, im not too much of a history or a politics buff either and political dramas arent my cup of tea
but this show genuinely is so much more than that and its a shame that people are missing out on it bc they think its like every other political drama
i dont know too much about mccarthy as im not american but apparently he was highly revered amongst the catholics and tim was a staunch catholic. religion is a powerful tool used in politics and always has been, and often times its used to push cruel policies that affect minorities
tim in the first few eps was also conflicted with his religion bc of his sexuality and he couldnt reconcile them - but he also couldnt bear to think of his relationship and love for hawk as something impure. i suppose that’s where the doubts started and of course, tim was at the end of the day a good man so he saw the effect mccarthy’s politics had on the working class and not just closeted queers

i’ve never like thought about the future or what i want for myself
when it’s drilled into you that the world is going to end and be reborn ever since the day you were conceived..there’s no point in hoping or dreaming or wondering. i was actively discouraged from doing so
you can’t go to college, you must live simply and never strive for more, you must dedicate your life in service to god, you must only worship god, learn more about him, and teach others - there is no place for hobbies, goals, or interests outside of Him.
get baptized, then full time ministry, then get a job only to support your ministry work, then get married, then preach side by side with your spouse, then teach your children in these ways.
the only acceptable form of higher education was learning a trade to work at the world headquarters
i never liked any of that. so i didn’t think about that. but i also didn’t think about what else there could be. i haven’t thought about my life beyond becoming an adult and then there’s a blurry space until the world is wiped clean
i haven’t thought about even moving out of my parents’ house. that’s treacherous unknown waters. it’s super fucking scary
idk what i thought was going to happen, if i was just gonna coast along until i die. i know logically i can’t and i don’t want to either
18 years of there’s no point, all your efforts are worthless, and god will wipe all your achievements away in the end. just a worker bee to spread the message of doom with no conceivable end date
i was talking with my therapist about possibly maybe applying for section 8 housing so i can get out of this house of traumatic memories and to stop living w these people because they only cause me distress.
i genuinely think i would be in a better mental state if i had those two things. i feel pretty good in the depression department actually, for what feels like the first time ever.
but this house and my family keep dragging me down into the deep.
i have other issues, yeah. namely my physical health, anxiety and adhd, money. i’m at least working towards bettering those things, trying to get a diagnosis or treatment while doing the work i can right now
i really think those things would be easier to manage if my own home wasn’t sucking the life out of me
then i come back to the no future outlook. to get away, i have to actually get away. i have to actually move out, change my life i’ve settled into, enter a world that was beaten into me that i can’t do that, i shouldn’t do that, there’s no point, it’s a sin and a disgrace.
i just get stuck at this point, just so fucking afraid to even entertain the thought of change, of doing anything with my life, even when i know their teachings were horseshit, that it’s okay to do those things
i know it’s okay to make friends. but i freeze at any opportunity because everyone outside the religion is bad and sinful and will perish.
what do i want? i don’t know. what do i like? i don’t know. who am i? i don’t know.
you know what i want? what my dream is?
i want to live in a small apartment with a roommate who doesn’t hate me.
it took me four years to realize that and admit it and i still feel deep shame over it
i still wonder, is this a normal human experience? am i dramatizing a common occurrence? is this simply a part of growing up? am i freaking out over nothing?
i feel like i am. i don’t know if i am

Philatos: The Song of Achilles
I just finished The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. I have thoughts...
Tumblr media
Here there be spoilers!
Madeline Miller’s The Song of Achilles is a classic in more than one sense. Any baby gay or ally looking for gateway LGBTQIA+ literature will inevitably find this book on every list (quite likely near the top). Its source material is classical greek poetry, and one of the most famous love stories of the mythology: that of Achilles and Patroclus. You’ve probably heard of Achilles and his infamous heel, Aristos Achaion, best of the Greeks. A demigod hero who felled mighty Trojan Prince Hector in the war for Helen--the face who launched a thousand ships and the tale of a war sung down the centuries.
You might be less familiar with Patroclus. He was, by his time’s standards, a nobody. Son of a lesser king who was exiled from his home, fully human and a shadowy figure who barely appears in the pages of Homer...but whose love changed the course of Achilles’s life.
It is said that only the love of Patroclus, and grief for his death, could spur Achilles to meet his destiny.
But there’s the debate: what kind of love was it exactly?
It seems strange after the success of Miller’s novel in popular culture that this is up for debate...but it technically still is. Search “Patroclus” in scholarly articles and you’ll find him identified as Achilles’s...friend.
His buddy. His pal.
Fucking. Yikes.
Some may say my insistence that their love is queer comes from my belief that everything is better gay. (Which...okay, yes, and I’m right!) But I’m gonna push back and point to one word:
Philatos.
This is a Greek word that Miller applies in her novel. One that was used between men in the ancient world. It means: ‘Most Beloved.’
It’s a loaded word, particularly when we consider homosexuality in the classical world which was...complicated.
People like to believe that history is as simple as: ‘the ancients were chill about homosexuality, it was only with the rise of certain religions--side-eying Christianity--that it became criminal.’
To which I answer: um...not quite.
Let’s be clear: it’s totally true that the immortal philosopher Plato set forth models that classified different kinds of love. And that one of them, eros, was desire so strong that it was akin to a force of nature. Plato theorized that eros could be harnessed and leveraged as a way to strengthen the bonds between soldiers, giving them better motivation to fight and thus making them more effective.
For example, the Sacred Band of Thebes. You probably know them as the 300, but historians know them as 150 pairs of lovers! The best part? It worked! (At least for a while...but that’s another story.)
And how about Alexander the Great, who conquered most of his neighboring countries and amassed an empire of over two million miles? He had Hephaestion, his constant companion, of whom Alexander said: ‘He is me. I am him.’ So make of that what you will. (I’m gonna go with: gays get shit done!)
That sounds pretty straight-forward (so to speak), so what’s the problem?
Miller actually puts her finger on it in Song. As Patroclus tells us, “Our men like conquest; they did not trust a man who was conquered himself.” Let’s rephrase: being gay is chill...if you’re the top. If you’re not, then you’re the lowest of the low: Feminine. Weak. Disgraced.
I repeat: Fucking. Yikes.
So there were people then and now who would be perfectly ready to handwave away the bond between Achilles and Patroclus. They cry: why it gotta be gay? Why can’t the love of friends be enough? Why do you have to shove it down our throats?!
(I invite you to picture my eyes rolling all the way back.)
Let’s put this argument to bed: there’s nothing wrong with a love that is neither sexual nor romantic. (I see all my sibs under the aro-ace umbrella, y’all are valid!) The problem is when the existence of said love is weaponized to erase or deny other forms of queer love and make them lesser or shameful.
Because that’s what it comes down to: Honor. Reputation was everything to the ancients, and queerness put your reputation on thin ice. So much so that in Song, Patroclus even offers to hide their relationship so as not to endanger Achilles’s legacy: “Your honor could be darkened by it.” But Achilles won’t have it: “Then it is darkened. They are fools if they let my glory rise or fall on this.”
Miller saw this quiet, ever-present bond between Achilles and Patroclus in the pages of ancient texts. And she saw the unsung eros between them, the kind that drove the Sacred Band of Thebes to fight and Alexander to forge an empire. She saw how historians scoffed and dismissed it in a couple of lines to focus on the violent, tragic triumph of Achilles.
Rather than try and recast the great hero, she decided to tackle this relationship from another angle...she gave voice to Patroclus.
It’s a powerful choice to draw him from the shadows. Patroclus figures very little in the myth, and the one time he really does is when he’s disguising himself as someone else: he dies donning Achilles’s armor to rally the Greeks and rout the Trojans with the illusion that Aristos Achaion has returned to the field. One brave deed for an otherwise unremarkable life.
But was it?
Miller’s Patroclus is in many ways an everyman. He’s a mediocre swordsman, but a better healer. He’s the kind of guy who will remember your name and ask about your family, and make sure you have a comfortable place by the fire.
He’s perfectly content with his lot in life. All he really wants to do is tell you how much he loves his boyfriend.
It sounds like the stuff of ‘homeric fanfiction,’ as one boyfriend apparently scoffed at Miller’s work. (I hope she dumped him for it!) But it’s a pretty brave take for a spin on the myths. While Patroclus has respect for honor and glory, and would convince us that Achilles is the better man...that’s not the impression we are left with.
This isn’t a story of heroism by war. This is a story of the heroism of love.
Whether in a palace or on the battlefield, Patroclus’s life is defined by love. Of Achilles, of Briseis, of Chiron, of his homes, of his work, of his world.
This Patroclus says: Plato got it right. Love is what makes all of this--no matter how we live and die--a worthy endeavor.
And I think that’s what makes The Song of Achilles the philatos of queer lit. It both honors its roots, reading with prose that fits the poetic sensibilities of the Iliad, and challenges them.
Ancient people and modern historians have something in common: an ongoing struggle to genuinely accept queer people and queer love. The Song of Achilles is a necessary book. One that bridges past and present. One that speaks softly but clearly, uncompromising in its demand that we allow gay people to be seen and honored in cultural memory.
In the words of another spin on the myths: “It’s a love song / It’s an old song / We’re gonna sing it even so!”

As someone who loves angst and pain, I listened to the poetry in Beyonces ‘Lemonade’ (the poetry written by award an Shire) and ofc thought about fmo reader bc it’s one of my favorite series going on right now.
“Apathy”
So what are you gonna say at my funeral, now that you've killed me? Here lies the body of the love of my life, whose heart I broke without a gun to my head. Here lies the mother of my children, both living and dead. Rest in peace, my true love, who I took for granted. Most bomb p*ssy who, because of me, sleep evaded. Her god listening. Her heaven will be a love without betrayal. Ashes to ashes, dust to side chicks.
“Denial”
“I tried to change. Closed my mouth more, tried to be softer, prettier, less awake. Fasted for 60 days, wore white, abstained from mirrors, abstained from sex, slowly did not speak another word. In that time, my hair, I grew past my ankles. I slept on a mat on the floor. I swallowed a sword. I levitated. Went to the basement, confessed my sins, and was baptized in a river. I got on my knees and said 'amen' and said 'I mean.' I whipped my own back and asked for dominion at your feet. I threw myself into a volcano. I drank the blood and drank the wine. I sat alone and begged and bent at the waist for God. I crossed myself and thought I saw the devil. I grew thickened skin on my feet, I bathed in bleach, and plugged my menses with pages from the holy book, but still inside me, coiled deep, was the need to know ... Are you cheating on me? Cheating? Are you cheating on me?”
All of the poems here really recommend checking them out. Could be really great inspiration for more of fmo reader and how her religion could tie into themes of shame, self-blame, misogyny, sex, loyalty, cycles of abuse/silence/peace keeping, etc that was touched on by Shire in their works. Also lmk if I’m simply doing too much 🫶🏾 bc sometimes my own mind just wanders and I could just be very out of touch to how fmo reader is.
Not doing too much at all!! I love this and love when you guys send me stuff that reminded you of my work.
Lemonade and the poems are something in general that I’ve had in the back of my head for fmo. I think Anger might be my fav:
If it's what you truly want ... I can wear her skin over mine. Her hair over mine. Her hands as gloves. Her teeth as confetti. Her scalp, a cap. Her sternum, my bedazzled cane. We can pose for a photograph, all three of us. Immortalized ... you and your perfect girl.
I don't know when love became elusive. What I know is, no one I know has it. My father's arms around my mother's neck, fruit too ripe to eat. I think of lovers as trees ... growing to and from one another. Searching for the same light.
Like this is so fmo reader is hurts. The ‘all three of us’ reminds me of when someone sent in the princess di/Charles/camila parallel. That line makes me think about Diana saying “there was three of us in the relationship”. And it’s still like that to this day even with Diana passing. Their lives, legacies, and worlds will forever be linked and that’s so tragic (for Diana idc about the other two they are going to hell lmao and deserve to be constantly reminded of what they’ve done)
“I think of lovers as trees… growing to and from one another. Searching for the same light.” It kind of goes hand in hand with how much of this is about generational issues/trauma. Just cycles and cycles of the same bs bc no one knows how to break it

Things my Hannibal Kinnie Bf has done this week that prove he’s a Hannibal Kinnie even tho I’m never gonna get him to admit it
- there was a nazi behind us in line at cvs with a swastica tattoo on his neck so he casually started up a conversation and I SHIT YOU NOT HE GOT HIS CONTACT INFORMATION?! Like??????? Bro are you being for real rn??? Then after he was nice to the guy and he left he turned to me and said “it would be shame if someone with equally radical political views were to find his whereabouts.”
- did a cadaver autopsy in class then came home, stripped me naked (which I thought was for sex) then he started mapping out my entire body for me…it was creepy but why did we end up having sex anyway??
- fixed one of the cats a separate smaller plate of what we were eating because quote “he was being rude because he wanted his own seat at the table”
- woke up to mysterious music playing and it was just him, awake at 4:30am because he’s actually insane….he was given an old church organ behind my back…I still have no idea how he moved it all by himself
- during an argument over which religion is the most scientifically accurate, suddenly grabbed me and just carried me off mid rant because he saw a butterfly in the front garden

Because Viv based Adam on Mormonism specifically, and in Mormonism Adam takes Michael’s role.
Tumblr media
I would’ve told this person directly but they weren’t allowing comments on their post and I was gonna lose my mind if I didn’t say something.
No offense to them, it’s not their fault they didn’t know, but don’t fucking act like you or anyone else for that matter is the first word when it comes to anything involving the Lord and savior because there’s so many various interpretations of the Bible, it’s hard to believe Christian’s believe in one god when every Christian believes and follows God in so many different ways to the point where they use the Bible more as a justification for their own behavior and not because they actually follow the fucking Bible.
I bet most Christian’s haven’t fucking READ even a quarter of the fucking Bible!
And as for making Adam a villain, being the angel that organizes the extermination every year it makes sense that we would see the angels as bad in the demon’s POV.
If you think that’s being “disrespectful” to your religion then frankly I think you’re a whiny baby, I expect nothing less from you Christian types.
Jesus man, Christianity practically rules over some parts of this fucking country and you wanna cry like a bitch about how ‘disrespected’ you feel!? Fuck off. Cry harder.
Tumblr media
I’m sorry there’s only one way I can respond to this.
“OoOoOoOoOo I’m soOoOoOoO scaAaAaAaAared!”
If the good Lord has a problem with my fucking behavior, He can tell me Himself. He doesn’t need weak whiny bitch babies like you defending him.
And if I do end up rotting in hell when I fucking die at least I know there’ll be plenty of shitty “Christian” types there too, I don’t think God appreciates those who use His name for their own selfish ends, which, as an American, there’s beyond plenty of those types sitting in government right fucking now.
People who use the Lord as an excuse to be a terrible person do far more harm to the Lord’s actual message than any atheist.
You have anything to say about those people?
For the record I’m not religious myself (I grew up Catholic tho but thankfully my nona isn’t insane about it) but just cuz you yourself are Christian doesn’t mean you know everything about it, obviously.
Tumblr media
LMFAO are you seriously using the Hazbin Hotel tag as an opportunity to fucking proselytize? Holy fucking shit!
Maybe you should ask yourself why people want to ‘disrespect’ God so much to fucking begin with, instead of getting upset at people’s understandable anger towards a religion that supposedly teaches tolerance and love but gives them nothing but shame and fear.
Maybe you’re part of the fucking problem.
“I like your Christ, but not your Christians. They are so unlike your Christ.”
-Gandhi.
