“Gohan…” You whispered, your mouth resting against his bicep.
“Mhm?” He hummed. Even in the night, the only thing that lit his room was the moon, yet his eyes still glimmered and shone as they fell upon you.
Your head rested against his shoulder as you both sat on his bed, both of your backs against the wall and facing the window.
“Please don’t leave me.” Mumbling quietly, you began to fidget with the hem of your shirt.
Gohan’s eyebrows furrowed as he watched you bite your lips and the way you avoided his gaze.
“What do you mean, Y/n?” You have had these talks before with Gohan but watching you say raw words such as those created a different atmosphere that Gohan wasn’t used to.
You couldn’t bring yourself to say anymore, even just the thought of Gohan leaving you alone brought you to tears. The rest of the Z fighters were gone, it was just Gohan, Trunks and you. You had lost your little brother to the androids but Gohan was there for you at your lowest. You needed him with you. You wanted him to live.
“Y/n?”
“Promise me, Gohan. Promise me that you’ll stay.”
“Y/n, I’m not going anywhere.” He said, moving the one arm he still had to gently caress your hair.
“I don’t care Gohan if the androids still exist, I just don’t want you to die.” You finally felt tears rolling down your face as you felt yourself release a burden you and Gohan didn’t know you were carrying.
“I just want you, me, Trunks, Bulma and Chi Chi to be okay. That’s all I want, Gohan.” You gripped his shirt, a sob made its way through you, tears splattering down onto your clothes and onto Gohan's bed.
“Hey, hey, Y/n.” He frantically began to wipe the tears from your face. Gohan then closed his arm around your head so that you were pulled into his chest. He kissed your head as your cries were stifled by his figure, his lips remaining on your head for a few seconds.
“I’m right here, shhh.” Gohan was unsure what to say. His father never taught him this, taught him how to lie about something that could be unpreventable. He wants to promise to you, he wants to just as badly as you want him to. But he can’t. He can’t because he knows he’s not strong enough to defeat the androids on his own. So all Gohan could do is rock you slowly until you fell asleep.
“I love you, Y/n. You matter so much to me and I’ll protect you till the end.” Gohan took his arm away from you so that he could gently place his fingers under your chin, bringing your lips towards his as you softly kiss.
And for a moment, you could forget about all of your worries. For a moment the androids didn’t exist. For a moment it was just you and Gohan, against all odds, against the world.
Inching away from Gohan so that your lips just ghost over each other, you whisper back to him, “I love you too.”

“Great," Yang Xiao Long rolled her eyes as Son Gohan approached her. "Here to give me the riot act, Gohan?”
“That’s… not what I’m here for,” the Half-Saiyan responds as he gets close to the Huntress.
“A lecture, then? Go on, get it over with —," She stops as she is pulled close to the muscular youth, feeling his arms coiled around her. "Oh okay, you are… hugging me. Voluntarily. Did I miss an episode of my own life? Since when do we hug?”
“I saw you die, Yang," Gohan responds, tears welling up in his eyes. "Let me have this.” The Scholar closes them, leaning his head forward against Yang's shoulder.
“O-okay,” The Blonde Brawler said in confusion and slight panic, seeing the looks on the faces of her nearest and dearest. She was oblivious to the change of the sky; from the cloudiest, pitches of black to clear, blue skies.
Yang Xiao Long had a sinking suspicion, as she saw Gohan's father, Goku, holding a stone sphere; where she could swear there were four stars imprinted on it.

Hanvi Headcanon
TW: Miscarriage
Ok hear me out. I sit on this hc for a while now because I needed more time to think about it. I'm pretty convinced I'm not the only person having these thoughts (saw this take regarding K18 here and there, too, and I think the same!)
Hanvi is a couple I really enjoy because it's a healthy and very human relationship, same goes for K18. This exact humanness is what draws me to them.
As we know the DB characters are insanely strong and have lots of helpful, world- and nature-changing tools up their sleeves (the Dragon Ball, CC, senzu beans and - even though an exception - the power to revers time). They challenge nature many a times.
This is where my "take" comes in (which isn't entirely new Ikr but nobody talks about it enough imo, even in real life this is still a matter none likes to talk about):
Videl tried several times to get pregnant and had 3 to 4 misscarriages before she and Gohan were finally successful. This obviously devastated them both but Gohan was so caring and tried to convince Videl that it's not her fault and these things happen etc etc. This has to do with Gohan's hybrid nature (although I like the thought of Videl being the "problem" but nobody put her into the equation, because it was obvious for the people around them who knew (and many knew, e.g. Bulma, Chi Chi, Son Goten, even Goku or Krillin and A18 ... because she can relate sm!)). Just as A18, human type earthlings who are somehow hybrid or "different" may have problems with fertility. Strange comparison I know, but mules and other hybrids in our world have the same problem. It makes sense.
You ask yourself now: Why tf is she so focused on this?? Is it all about the angst?? (partially ofc ... this HC is fuel for so many potential good interactions!) but let me come back to my second paragraph: What intrigues me about all this is the fact that this time they are powerless! This time they need to accept nature's horrors and can't reverse shit. It makes them all so increcibly fragile and human. And I love that.
(This is also the reason why Gohan is exceptionally protective of Pan ...)
It is still indrecibly sad for Videl and Android 18 of course and please don't think I find pleasure in this ... I can't even imagine this kind of pain. Maybe I'm so into this at the moment because a dear colleague of mine at work has had a misscarriage a few weeks ago and is so devastated because of it ...

Casino AU! One of you asked, and here I am to provide 😂 May be a bit disjointed, but I tried to make sense of all my random thoughts and storyline ideas!
Warnings for under the cut: angst/trauma, hurt/comfort aspects, mentions of non-con
Setting:
Think of a Las Vegas type of city. Bright lights, flashy, very rich and very poor, some social injustice. Mafia rules the corrupted government.
The Players:
Cooler is top boss, the King. Kind of runs the city with all his underlings and stuff. 21 is his queen, but she's free to fuck whoever she pleases. Buu is their like, "right hand man" - the one who takes care of business when they need to bring in the big guns. Cell has caught the attention of them by being too good and upsetting the balance, where people are starting to respect him and follow him more and not as afraid of Cooler's rule anymore. One and Two know they're kind of on the wrong side of things, but they were forced into servitude by 21. She found them living on the streets as orphans and offered them food and shelter, but at the cost of their freedom, basically.
Two is Cooler's "favorite" while One is 21's "favorite" - if you know what I mean. Cooler is more "I expect you in my bed chambers tonight at midnight" And 21 is "I'm famished. One, come satiate me, dear.” They do share each other’s favorites with one another.
The Gammas are involved as 21's escort team (with One being more like security and Two being like, a mistress or something but still very much capable of beating people up). Cell and Two end up having a thing, 21 tries to seduce Cell and have him join her mafia faction saying he'd be better off being with Cooler and her instead of against them.
Two ends up being found out about his love affair with Cell and is beaten and raped by several members. One, who had cautioned Two against pursuing anything with Cell and didn't care for Cell, tells Cell what happened and now Cell is hellbent on getting the Gammas’ freedom. Ends with a game for his life - if Cell wins, Gammas are free from serving Cooler & 21. If not, he dies.
Gohan works with Cell (I imagine him like a nerdy tech guy that helps Cell with weaponry and shit) Since they are pretty much the only ones brave enough to “be against Cooler” so blatantly, they’re the only ones in their entourage, which is why Two stresses he needs to tread lightly because Cooler doesn’t fuck around.....
Gohan and Gamma 1 end up bonding and being romantically involved with each other as One starts to secretly work with them more to prepare Cell for the final game.
Cell is part of Red Ribbon Mafia clan. Cooler is Frost Demon mafia clan.
Attire:
I see One being very proper and dressed in full tux, whereas Two (for Cooler’s preference) has him dressing more slutty......
Two is kind of more gender fluid where he will switch between wearing suits (leaving things unbutton for more casual look) or Chinese-style dresses, whereas One is strictly all formal suits with all buttons done. One wears a red dress shirt underneath, Two has a blue dress shirt underneath.
Cell is dressed in a tux whenever he’s at the table. Maintains formal attire for the most part outside of the casino floor.
Cooler/21/(and Cell’s casino attire) all inspired by @clinrollmuribyeoul’s artwork (just as this idea was!)

Designated scenes:
Cell’s first meeting with the Gammas would be 21 approaching him after a win and she's all sultry and invites him up to her room, but he's more intrigued by Two..... One can see his budding fancy and when Cell leaves, he gives him a warning to not get any funny ideas.
Cooler, seeing how Two looks at Cell and Cell showing intrigue in Two, he gets jealous and possessive, so he makes sure to be rough with Two that night. And 21 teases Cell saying he better be careful because Two is Cooler's favorite
Bulma as a stripper who helps gives cell intel from the clients she has. There’s a scene where Two tracks down Cell at this strip club and he gets jealous of seeing Bulma and Cell together, even though they didn't do anything in the backroom despite Bulma being topless
Punish gang rape scene that Two has to endure because it’s been discovered he’s literally sleeping with the enemy.
Thinking of what the Gammas bodies will be like. Gamma 1 has male genitalia, Two has female genitalia. They'll be kind of more humanoid like internally as well and outside, their skin will be soft and able to be wounded, but they have the ability to metalitize (yes I made that word up lol) themselves to make their bodies as solid as impenetrable metal. When not metalitized, they bleed black and can bruise and feel pain. They have an internal core (like Iron Man kind of) where they do still need to be wary of charging themselves. This all came about thinking of 21 raping One one night and she gets very very aggressive with him to where he comes back and is all bruised and bleeding and has gashes/bite marks because she forbade him from metalitizing himself......
I was thinking this happens after the big horrible non-con scene with Two. Once One gets Two settled back into his own room, 21 summons One to her bedroom because she's all aroused from it and needs to have someone to take care of that. One doesn't want to leave Two, but knows if he doesn't, it'll be worse for him. He comes back to find Two asleep in *his* bed, tucks him in, then goes into the bathroom to try taking care of all his wounds, gets angry and slams his fist on the counter. Two wakes up and goes in to find him crying on the floor - just a beaten mess - and One whispers "I'm so sorry I didn't protect you.”

Vegebul Thoughts
Does anyone know of any DBZ fanfics where Majin Vegeta actually killed Bulma and the others in the stands? Imagine the kind of angst and plot that would make! Bulma and the others were spared by a few feet!
Now that I think about it, Vegebul is probably the weakest written ship in DBZ. More than Gochi. With Gohan, Goku and Krillin, we see them fall in love with their wives. But Vegeta...nothing. I still don't understand what Bulma and Vegeta see in each other. Beyond superficial reasons like Bulma digging bad men and Vegeta liking feisty women? The android saga does not really show Vegeta having a thing for feisty women though... Sure, I can appreciate Vegebul fanfics (at least I could in the past) but canon Vegebul is actually kind of lacking.

Fic: First Time For Everything
For @rmjagonshi, a Dragonball Z fic with Piccolo/Krillin and “kiss as a joke/in a teasing manner”. You said angst is okay so here is a fic set in the timeline where the androids wreak havoc, warnings for angst and end-of-the-world feels.
First Time For Everything
It's only a matter of time until their foes arrive.
"Should I even be here?" Krillin wants to wring his hands, but he forces the urge down. He and Piccolo are so far the only ones here, but the others - well, just Gohan and Tenshinhan at this point - will come soon. He glances at Piccolo, who is staring off to the distance, his arms crossed over his chest.
"What can I do?" Krillin asks. "I'm the weakest on the field."
"We need everyone." Piccolo looks at him over his shoulder. "Although if you are scared-"
"Of course I am! But it's not about that." Krillin narrows his eyes at Piccolo, fuming inside, but he also wraps his arms around himself, giving himself a little squeeze of comfort. It's pathetic, but *he's* pathetic, so he will take it. "I don't want to get in the way. I don't want to be a burden."
The words are full of self pity, to the point Krillin cringes at himself. Piccolo keeps looking at him, his face as hard to read as it's ever been, but he sighs, turning to face Krillin fully, unfolding his arms.
"As I said, we need everyone. None of us have the power to fight them alone." Piccolo's expression, which has been some kind of stern this whole time, turns a little hesitant, and Krillin doesn't understand why until Piccolo reaches out for him, touching his shoulder lightly with the tips of his fingers.
"We saw what happened to Vegeta," Piccolo says in a serious voice. "Facing them alone gets you killed. Together we have a chance."
Piccolo hesitates again before grasping Krillin's shoulder fully, giving it a tentative squeeze. Krillin can only stare at him in awe; although Piccolo isn't a bad guy anymore, he hasn't particularly tried to bond with anyone else but Gohan, and this is certainly something new. He supposes he should be touched by this, impressed that Piccolo is trying.
Instead, it's making him wonder if they are going to make it even as a team.
Still, Krillin chooses to smile.
"Yeah, we gotta try," he says, patting the back of Piccolo's hand. An idea strikes him, making him chuckle. "Hey, how about a kiss of good luck?"
He fully expects Piccolo to snatch his hand away, maybe scold him for taking all of this lightly. But much to his surprise, Piccolo doesn't move.
"Do you think it would help with your courage?" Piccolo asks. "I have no personal experience about it, but if it helps, I can try."
Now, Krillin is sure that neither of them are going to walk out of this battlefield alive; there is no way Piccolo would be willing to do this, even as a joke, even if it was supposed to help, if he had slightest hope about their survival. But if that's the case-
"Me neither," he says. "But it can't hurt. Lean over."
Krillin can't sense Tenshinhan or Gohan yet, but he can only imagine how shocked they would be to see Piccolo bending down towards Krillin, closing his eyes while Krillin reaches out to cup Piccolo's face between his hands, holding him as he leans close to Piccolo. He can't believe he's doing this, but he's not backing out now. If he's going to die, he's going to kiss someone before he does.
Piccolo's lips are soft and smooth as Krillin rests their mouths together, his own eyes sliding shut. He's not sure what to do - he knows there are tongues, but there is no time to figure out what to do with them - so he keeps his mouth there, brushing his lips delicately against Piccolo's. Piccolo doesn't respond first, allowing Krillin to have control, but eventually, he returns Krillin's soft touch, just as softly, catching Krillin's lower lip between his own lips. It's weird, it's strange, it's- it's not unpleasant. It sends a shiver running down Krillin's spine, while at the same time his face burns.
Slowly, Krillin pulls back, licking his lips. Piccolo is staring at him, his face openly confused, as if he's not sure what just took place between them. Krillin doesn't quite know either.
"We gotta talk about this if we live," Krillin says, releasing Piccolo.
Piccolo blinks at him, slowly straightening up again.
"I agree," Piccolo replies. "We will discuss this."
Piccolo turns away, and Krillin lets him. They will talk about this. They will live.

Okay, this one is fucking stupid. But I looked at my muse list, thought about how Dek and Kakarot are...fooling around? Idk they flirt a lot at least from what I see. BUT I thought of Dek meeting Bardock and just snorted. On that premise, I’m just imagining all kinds of shenanigans related to that, but also sass meets sass in a clash for the ages. Or something. Dek would probably outwit Bardock but u no. Also Turles and 21 because they would both be VERY curious about him, the Aseity, and, especially with Turles, just swapping stories about their travels and experiences and whatnot. I also did like that thread we had going with Gohan and would not mind another at some point, too!
Now for old man? The easy one is 21 because you know. Angst, she’s his best creation (get fucked Cell :P), and I just generally think they would have an interesting dynamic? 21 isn’t as rebellious as 17 and 18, for instance, and I think she would be far more inclined to work with him (note the WITH, doctor) than some of his other creations that weren’t programmed to follow his every command. I think there’s definitely a lot of facets to be explored between them from teaming up to all the underlying shit Gero’s got lurking in the depths of that big, exposed brain of his. But also bonus Turles because Science Buddies, and I think Gero’s ingenuity, genius, and how he seems to push boundaries more than most of Earth’s scientists would be a point of interest for him. Just uh don’t tell Lila.
Besides Gohan for angst on both sides? Gimme Raditz. I think they have very similar personalities and could benefit a lot from each other and just...generally get along. Raditz can be a little rambunctious, but overall I think they would have really good chemistry and be able to have deep conversations about their experiences.]

What kind of fanfics do you write?
I’ve written both oneshots as well as chaptered works for my fanfictions. I can also write various headcannons and imagines. There are many characters that I can write for, and can include themes such as romance, drama, angst, fluff, smut, etc.
What are the characters and fandoms you write for?
Many of the fandoms I do are from video games and anime, but I do have an exception for a certain Marvel character! The types of fandoms I do and the characters I write for are listed below:

What are the pairings you do in fanfiction?
I am preferably more comfortable doing Female x Male or Male x Male pairings. I can also do Non-Binary pairings as well. Doing Female x Female pairings aren’t my strong suit, so I don’t write those. If I do, they are usually only fluff, no smut.
Are there things you don’t write?
Absolutely, there are a few things I’m just not comfortable writing for multiple reasons. These include:

Ten’s Fanfic Recs: DBZ
Hi! Welcome to my first try in writing fanfic recs. Looking back, I realized how much these fics inspired my imaginations as a kid and subsequently shaped me into the writer (and person, perhaps) I am today. It never fails to amaze me how people manage to use these stories, inject creativity, musings and nuances into it, and transform them into an avenue where readers can experience them as if they’re new adventures.
Okay, end of my ramble. Let’s get on with it. I’ll start with the anime classic Dragonball Z. If you ask me about my childhood, this would be my answer. I’m recommending my 6 favorite fanfics of DBZ. Go check them out!
Point of No Return by niteryde
Author’s summary: Trunks was going back in time to warn the others about the androids, but instead ended up in a time when Vegeta was Frieza's most ruthless soldier... can he keep his power and identity a secret when he sees the brutality of his father's past?
Thoughts: This is AU/what-if at its finest. My absolute favorite fanfic all these years. It masterfully explores Vegeta’s ruthlessness and brokenness in the eyes of none other than the son he doesn’t have yet.
Sunrise, Sunset by balthezarian
Author’s summary: A series of short stories revolving around Vegeta's relationships with his children.
Thoughts: Fluff, drama, fluff, drama. Warmth 100%.
In the Shadows by niteryde
Author’s summary: Someone has neither forgotten nor forgiven the terror the Saiyan prince once inflicted across the universe, so long ago. And now that Vegeta has a family of his own, it's the perfect time to return the favor…
Thoughts: I never thought a Dragonball fanfic could be so bone-chilling and unnerving. The fic has a lot of well-utilized horror tropes. The drama is also definitely there. It’s high up in the “dark scale”, that’s for sure.
Homeless Boy by LPphreek
Author’s summary: AU. Vegeta crash landed on Earth when he was eleven and stayed with the Briefs for months. After his return to Frieza, his stay has a lasting impact on the entire course of their lives. When they are reunited, the past continues shaping their future.
Thoughts: Another favorite AU. The changes in this universe shaped Vegeta to be a different kind of person.
Shades of Gray by niteryde
Author’s summary: Three years after the Cell games and his father's death, Gohan is having a hard time, physically and emotionally. Bulma decides to ask her husband to help... will her plan work or will Vegeta's involvement only make things worse? Some BV.
Thoughts: AKA how Vegeta is a much better dad than Goku (no hate). Also AKA a probably realistic take on Saiyan puberty.
Choice to be Different by Kizmet
Author’s summary: Just before Gohan starts High School Trunks and Goten decide they need a few new playmates. They find the Dragon Balls and wish youthful versions of their fathers into their time line.
Thoughts: Comedy, if that’s your banana. Besides, don’t you want to read about mini-Goku and mini-Vegeta goofing around with their future kids? Angst is still there because of Vegeta, whether mini or not.
Yes, I know they’re Vegeta-centric OTL... I’m sorry. Anyways, thanks for reading!

a/n: friend, never wrote the big green giant before so i hope it’s not hot garbage. guess there’s a first for everything! also i can never write something smug without angst following so i hope that’s okay!!
The mix of pink on green makes something swell inside of you that you can only attribute to pride.
It’s easy to get Piccolo to blush, that much you’ve found on your own. You only need to bring up his soft side - the way he worries over Gohan and Pan like they’re his own children, the fact that he knows his own limits, the mannerisms he’s picked up from the other earthlings.
You’re an earthling yourself, barely muscular enough to call yourself a fighter, but you still give him a hard time every chance you see him. You’d never admit it aloud, but it’s mostly to see that flustered look on his face, the tips of his ears and nose burning just a bright as his cheeks.
“Aside from being sexy, is there anything else you do for a living?”
Piccolo grunts, turning away from you so your eyes only catch the beginnings of his blushing cheeks. He crosses his arms over his chest, towering over you at more than seven foot tall. You love the way he dwarfs you and yet still allows you to poke fun at him, as if you have the magic touch to tame him.
You tap his hip, finding the purple fabric underneath his heavy white cape, “Seriously, I wish I were cross-eyed so I could see you twice whenever I look at you.”
You’re turning your head, craning around so you can get a better look at his face. The only reason he isn’t really pushing back against your advances is because the two of you are somewhat secluded on the bow of Bulma’s boat as the others congregate on the deck for food and drink.
The sunshine is warm on your back and your gauzy cover up does leave little to the imagination. You wonder if he’s thinking about your body underneath the clothing, what you’d feel like in his large hands, nails drifting down your torso.
“Damn, is your gear made of boyfriend material?” You pretend to marvel at his clothes, thumbing a bit of the cloth between your fingers. You look up at him all serious like, praying that he understands it’s a joke. What you find surprises you.
Dark eyes are roaming over your face, the deep green color of his face paling in the sun, a freshly pinched look on his cheeks. You want to reach up to touch his face, but he’s too far away. That might be the only downside to Piccolo’s height - the inability to grab him by the neck so you can tell him how you really feel.
“Can you not contain yourself for even a moment?” he grumbles, tightening the grip he has on his own biceps.
You laugh and poke him in the side before leaning across the railing, hands in front of you as you soak in the afternoon sun, “I like it when you get flustered. Means you care.”
“Or maybe it means I think you’re acting immature,” Piccolo deadpans.
You’re rolling your eyes even though his comment hurts you just a little. You scoff, “Oh, you sad, sad man. I know you think I’m irresistible. You can admit it.”
A strangled noise clogs his throat and you find yourself laughing at him, covering your mouth with your palm. He grips the railing in front of him, knuckles turning viridescent, “Do you have to be so loud?”
He’s close enough now that you can tap him on the nose, leaning into him so your arms are pressed against one another, “If I weren’t so loud, you wouldn’t be so close.”
Piccolo is grumbling to himself, forcing his gaze away from you and towards the water. Nonetheless, he is sharing the same space as you, bent at the waist so he does not tower over you nearly as much as when you’re normally stood next to one another.
“Do you say these things because you enjoy making me look foolish in front of the other fighters?” Piccolo asks after a couple of minutes of silence. The smell of grilled meat and fried rice wafts from the main deck and your stomach growls. He chuckles, shaking his head, “I swear your whole existence is set out to embarrass me.”
You turn to look him in the eye, knocking your hip to the railing to keep your body upright, “Absolutely not. I mean, not really. I don’t want to emasculate you, but I know it’s the only way I’ll ever get a reaction from you.”
“You could just ask,” he states plainly.
This is one of the reasons you enjoy teasing him so much - most of the nuances fly right over his head at first. Eventually he comes around to the conclusion that you’re teasing him, trying to get a rise out of him, but it takes a moment. And you always relish in that moment.
It’s your turn to blush from your neck up, the creeping pink color tainting your skin. Piccolo chuckles at the sudden change in your demeanor, “What, you can dish it but you can’t take it?”
“N-No,” you stammer, shoving him. “Just unexpected, is all.”
He leans in close, a smirk on his face, “Well, maybe it’s about time you start taking it instead.”
