— Ga ming would quiet down. his bright nature becomes a little gloomy, and you’re not sure of what you did exactly. He sulks more often & acts distant. With all the odd behavior he’s been displaying, he’d think you would at least take the hint.

— For the span of 2 days, Ga ming will be cold. He won’t reply to your messages, and even if he did, it was dry. He wouldn’t give back the affection you were giving him, instead only letting you take the initiative because he wants you to feel bad.

— Although for the rest of the week (or until you stop talking to that person), Ga ming will switch his mood immediately and become extra-clingy. After the 2 days of sulking, he would immediately start tackling you with any sort of pda in public.

— Its somewhat embarrassing, especially with the fact he’s becoming more attached to you. In public.

— Hand-holding or hugs are a must. He gives you little pecks on the cheek everytime he sees you–as if he doesn’t do that normally already.

— He’s not the incredibly possessive type, nor is he the insecure guy who gets extremely overprotective over you. He loves you. And yes, he sulks when he gets jealous, but it's mostly for a playful reason. He wants your attention to be on him as much as possible. Although you wont get any good reactions from him like the ones you see on social media, for example an overprotective boyfriend going “touch her and i'll kill you” –all that you will get from Ga ming is silly interactions. You know he trusts you, and he knows you won't do anything to break his heart.

“Aw, man!”

You turn, curious and surprised. Gaming hardly ever acted so down. As you turn on your heel, you can’t help the puff of laughter that escapes your lips at the sight of his usually neatly tied hair covering his face.

“Trying something new?” You tease, approaching to inspect the issue. Gaming blows air through his lips, lifting a brown tuft from his face momentarily.

“Ha ha,” He laughs dryly, before giggling sincerely. “My hair tie broke. And of course I left my headband at home today, so I guess I’ll just have to make do,”

You hum in consideration, secretly taking a moment to admire the way his hair drapes over his shoulders and forehead when down. Although, you did miss seeing the red undertone that was made visible by his usual style.

Watching Gaming try to tuck the fluffy hair behind his ears felt like watching a puppy try to find its way out of a big blanket. Cute, but very much making you feel obligated to help. Each time he managed to clear his face, the fluffy stands would pop back in front of him within seconds.

“Turn around,” you say warmly, tracing a loop with your forefinger to indicate the motion. Gaming stares at you for a moment, evidently wondering what for. However, it doesn’t take another second before he relinquishes control, turning so his back is to you.

You push his shoulder lightly until he sits down on the stone ledge under him. Gently, you scoop the soft brown hair from around his neck and face and pull it back into a ponytail.

Your fingers don’t linger long enough to feel the heat that erupts from his cheeks.

“You’re lucky I have a spare hair tie on me. With how fluffy your hair is, you’d look like a lion by the end of the day,”

“Yeah, lucky,” the dreamy quality in his voice catches you off guard. Promptly, you distract yourself from the skip of your heart with the task at hand.

You find your hands slowing more than necessary, and you take your time brushing your fingers through the fine strands of his hair. Briefly, you wonder what his hair might smell like. You scold the thought before you bury it.

You step around to face him once you let yourself finish, smiling as you admire your handiwork.

"There, now you can see, and you don't look like a mop," Gaming chuckles and rubs the back of his neck bashfully at your joking.

"Wow, thanks! It feels pretty good, and I bet it looks way better than what I do for my day-to-day," He carefully feels around his head to appreciate your work. "Hey, let me treat you to dim sum! As payment for your expert styling skills,"

"Gaming, you've paid for my dim sum the last three times, just let me pay already!" You try to argue as you follow him but know it's practically useless.

"Nope! You worked hard and you deserve a reward!" He's started into a light jog now, and you know that if you let him get ahead, he'll order and pay before you even arrive at the restaurant.

Speeding up, you feel a smile lift with the butterflies in your stomach, and as you run after the beaming lion boy, you can't help but wonder if he feels the same.

VENTI:

He would love to take you on a picnic up on a hill. somewhere where the sun is in the perfect position and where the winds feel nice.

he would have a basket of all your favorites and a bottle or two of wine. (If you dislike wine, he will bring your favorite drink)

you guys would talk and just do whatever and have fun! This man loves to make you laugh, it makes him feel really happy.

afterwards, you guys go on a gliding date. Going down the hill and going around mondstadt wherever you guys please.

At night, he brings you to the tavern to drink (but then again if you dislike drinking, he will take you out to a romantic dinner).

afterwards when he brings you home, he leaves a flower in your hair and gives you a kiss

LYNEY:

this MF would greet you at your house doing a magic trick for you to get a rainbow rose on your hair. He would also say smth flirty as his first greeting like “it was a cloudy day before you, my light has appeared!” Or smth like that

he would take you to his favorite cafe in Fontaine, to have breakfast with you there.

whenever a kid approaches him and asks him to do a magic trick, he would go “alright! But only one okay? I’m on a date with this (if ure a girl, beautiful lady, if ure a guy, handsome man. If ure a diff gender he says with my dearest) and afterwards starts rambling on to the kid about how much he loves you. This man would show you off every single moment he gets.

he would walk you around the streets of Fontaine until he reaches his home. He brings you there and cooks lunch for you, somehow he knows your favorites even if he never told u. This man is strange 😭

after you guys eat he cleans up (and if you offer to help, he would not let you) and you guys cuddle on the couch watching a movie until both of you fall asleep.

GA MING:

He would take you on a dim sum and street food date, all with him paying for it ofc! He would bring you to his favorite street food stalls and you guys get to try the most delicious foods ever.

whenever he sees fellow co-workers, he loves Telling them “I’m on a date!!” He’s really happy and excited you guys are together.

whenever he sees any of his relatives he tells you to run, which actually becomes pretty fun for both of you since ou guys treat it like a heist 😭

When it gets dark, he brings you to a special area in Liyue Harbor. He then performs you a dance that he himself made specifically for you. Obviously this attracts some people so at the end he proudly announces that he made it for his beloved.

He brings you to your home and before you guys part, he hugs you tightly saying “Thank you..I had the best day today my love”

KAVEH:

He’d take you to the palace of Alcazarzaray, showing you around. Hed talk about his experiences in making it too.

you guys hang out there for awhile, talking about yourselves and getting to know one another even more

afterwards, he’d take you to an art museum. Both of you then jokingly judge modern art 😭😭😭😭 and just have fun

afterwards HED invite you to his and haithams home. He payed haitham to let him have the date there and for haitham not to interrupt because this man knows haitham would interrupt you guys 😭

he cooks for you and you guys eat together

afterwards you guys play bored games. You personally invite haitham so that you’d have more players and you’d get good entertainment whenever haitham and kaveh are beating each other

when it reaches night, kaveh invites you to stay. You two cuddle on his bed and sleep in each others arms.

When your sick

I’m sick rn so I decided to make some headcanons on Gaming bc I love him sm

~The second he sees you coughing or any signs of a sickness he panics.

~Gaming will run up to you to check on you, he is very worried.

~If you tell him your fine he’ll leave you alone but keeps an eye on you for maybe an hour or so.

~However, if you are sick he will make sure you get rest and medicine.

~Gaming is PANICKING.

~He sometimes won’t know what to do so he just tries his best on helping you in any way possible and get you to Bubu pharmacy ASAP.

~If Gaming did know what to do you would be fine in a day or so depending on the sickness.

~If you just keep getting worse he’ll drag Baizhu over to your house to help you.

~Once you get better he’ll celebrate and expect a reward if it was a serious illness.

~Afterwards you better thank him even if it’s not a major sickness, he deserves it.

Witnessing from afar how Ga-ming is reconnecting with his father, smiling at these two being so awkward. Your heart swells when you see them hug, waiting for your moment to finally introduce yourself to his father as ga-mings girlfriend. Your family already knows ga-ming, your parents see him as their own now, actually most of the time he sleeps at your place ever since he ran away from his own home.. but you meeting his family now? You shouldn’t be as nervous as you are since you already know that ga-ming will do what he wants no matter if his father approves or not yet you want him to like you and approve of your relationship with his son non the less. Walking up to this father son moment trying to not interrupt yet wanting to not only introduce yourself but to finally hug and kiss your boyfriend after his impressive performance. Right? Or does someone despise him? And that someone could be you.

° Gaming whom you first met at Qiaoying village.

Your parents have been friends since way back and you help them with their tea business (which got you introduced to Gaming.)

° When you first met him, he was a bit shy hiding behind his father’s leg.

° But once you get to know him, he was really loud and always offer you to go eat Dim Sum with him.

° Years flew by and your relationship with him got even better. He was nice and a bit goofy, but that’s what made you like him.

"Hello, Mr. Tak," you look behind his figure trying to find a sign of Gaming's presence, but failed. "Is Gaming here?"

Yip Tak frowned but spoke, "I should've known you were going to ask that... but you see he left," Your face frowns. Why wouldn't he say anything? Weren't you hip to hip? The villagers never see both kids alone. "we had some...disagreements and I fear I finally plucked the last straw. If you wish to see-"

"No, thank you," You cut Mr. Tak off before finishing his long sentence "I have no time for people who can't even say goodbye."

You left the scene, feeling all emotions stirring inside you.

The sun burned brightly in the sky and the smell of dim sums filled the air. You were cooking away humming lyrics while you gracefully moved around like in a dance. Gaming was sitting at a table near you thinking back to the memories of when they were younger. You had been married to each other for about 3 years now and the love had only grown stronger. He was remembering the day your parents told you, you would get married to get other, you were both only 10 at the time.

“Why would I marry him? Ew.” You pulled a face at your mum, you just wanted to help her cook and now you had to get married when you were 18?

Gaming on the other hand had taken the news quite well. He may have been young but It didn't take a genius to figure out he had more than just platonic feelings from y/n.

“Dad? Why do we have to get married?” He said trying to match your tone.

“Well, it's good for both the families Gaming.”

He felt himself smile at you, seeing how cute you looked with your face all squished in concentration. “Hey, can you come try this?”

Gaming snapped out of his trance and walked over to you, and wrapped his arms around your waist. You handed him a new flavour of dim sum and he took it gratefully. His eyes widened as he remembered the flavour.

“Hey Gaming can you come try this.” Gaming’s mum called out.

The small boy bounced around the corner bursting with excitement. He was always so excited to try what she had made.

“It's very yummy mum!” Gaming's bright smile couldn’t be contained.

“I think your mum gave me that recipe.”

“It tastes exactly like hers. It's beautiful.” Tears almost started welling up in his eyes. These dumplings were one of the last things Gaming had left of her.

You saw the tears forming in his eyes and offered to make more if he wanted them. He just nodded at you with the puppy dog eyes.

“Gaming Gaming! Look what I made!” You came running out of the kitchen holding a plate of… sad… looking dim sums.

He tried not to grimace at the sight of them, He still wanted to make you happy so he slowly reached out and grabbed one. The dim sum was almost at his mouth. It touched his lips. Then went into his mouth,

He was very surprised that they tasted good, by the way they were presented.

“They’re amazing y/n!” He smiled the brightest smile you’d ever seen.

"Oh. My. God" rang in their head as they looked up, eyes meeting the green leaf hanging above the two of you, "We don't have to push through with this... tradition if you don't want to..." they said but it came out as almost a mumble. As more teases fell from the mouths of your other friends, you couldn't help but inch closer to them, once you got the go signal you pressed your lips against theirs. It felt warm amidst the cold of the season and radiated a sense of comfort throughout your body.

They stared at you silently, waiting for you to make the next move. Yes, they're interested in you and they know you were interested in them, but they didn't want to rush you. Eventually you stepped closer, tugging lightly on their hand before they tilted your chin. It was a calm, ordinary kiss, yet it made the cliché movie fireworks explode both in your mind and body.

"Well?" they said teasingly, throwing you a sly look as you fumbled around your outfit in an attempt to calm down. They waited until you stepped closer to them, their hand making its way to your cheek as they leaned in and kissed you. It was funny, you could've sworn you were sure they didn't like you back, so why were they kissing you so calmly yet with so much fervor? As you pulled back, you couldn't help the sense of longing as you looked back into their eyes looking like they, too, wanted more.

Despite the small disappointment, the party went on without a hitch. Later on into the night, you spotted them by the balcony admiring the stars with a small drink in hand and joined them saying you wanted a breath of fresh air. "I've liked you for quite some time now" fell from their lips, somewhat boldly even, the sudden confession made your heart skip a beat. A kiss placed on their lips was all the answer that they needed.

Once you gave your permission they immediately kissed you, their happiness was infectious and leaving you feeling giddy once they pulled away from you.

The movie ends in such a bittersweet way. The protagonist lives her life as a teacher and her sister marries the boy she once loved the most. She looked back at her life in such a happy way now that she also had someone for her. You sniffle, bringing a tissue to your eyes. Your friend looks at you, eyes filled with worry.

“Are you okay?” He asks, hesitantly bringing his hand to your cheek and wiping away any kind of remaining trail the tear left. You two had planned a little movie date. If you could even call it that–You did it as friends anyway. Yet you never expected the movie you chose to be this… This devastating.

“Mhm–” You sniffle again, cheeks puffing up. You start fanning your face to try and stop crying, but the more you think about it the sadder you get. “That was just. Wow, like I didn’t expect it at all.”

He giggles, laying back comfortably on his seat. He nods, yeah.

“Think that’ll happen to me too?” You’ve always believed love would never work out the way you wanted it to. For you, of course. I mean, your friends are all in happy relationships–marriages for some and you’re stuck at this golden age, single.

“With the amount of unrequited love stories you’ve watched? At this point, I’m starting to believe it will.” Ga ming teases you.

“That hurt a little, `ming.” Crossing your arms pretending to be upset.

“Oh–Oh I'm sorry,” He says sarcastically, laughing. “Let’s not forget what happened with La La Land.”

“Whatever! I doubt you’ll be getting a partner in the near future anyway; So we're in the same boat.”

He grins, “Really now?”

You nod frantically. Going on a short rant about how his personality is so explosive it causes the other people’s social battery to die out immediately, or how he’s so active all the time you never get a break from all the activities you guys do. Or how his smile is so captivating, maybe how his face is so bewitching.

“Don’t know. All I'm hearing is you like me so much it's killing you.”

“I do not!”

“Sure.”

Yeah. Maybe you do like him. A lot, maybe a bit more. He’s cast a spell on your heart and you can’t undo it–It’s a curse and a blessing all at the same time. What if you like your best friend? It’s not like he felt the same way anyway. Well he might, with the mixed signals he’s been giving you. But he’s nice to everyone–He’s like that to everyone. And it has always been like that from the very start.

He looks at you in a way that squeezes and twists at your chest; He smiles at you in a way that causes all the butterflies to fly from its cage in your stomach and you feel so lightheaded when you two laugh together. You’re lost in the way he’s so caring, and it makes you feel sick and selfish wanting him for all yourself.

But that's just how you feel. For all you know–He might just be leading you on, and you’ll find out once you admit your feelings to him right now at this moment.

It's so difficult not to blurt it out. The love from your heart is escaping and taking this tension between you as its new home. You just look at him as he takes in the surroundings of your venue, with the warm fairy lights emitting a glow that makes him look more ethereal by the moment, and with the couch that has his hair all fluffed up. But it’s just now that you notice how bright his eyes look, how the shine compliments the red hues so perfectly. Just now that you see the little fangs on his teeth and how his face scrunches up so right whenever he smiles widely. You wonder how he’ll look when you two grow old, how much will change within those years.

You can’t be his, it’ll ruin you in more ways than one.

“You’re awfully quiet, was the movie that bad?” His concern is enough to melt the walls you’ve worked too hard to build around your heart. He will ruin your inner peace, is it weird that you would let him?

You don’t dare answer.

“Hey, look at me.”

He brings his hands to your cheeks, making you face him. You feel stupid in love, it's like you just can’t get enough air to your lungs because even that is filled with the scent of him.

“Talk to me, what’s wrong?”

His eyes wander from your lips to your own eyes, looking for any kind of sign that you don't feel good. You place your hand on top of his and gently press your cheek against him more. You warned yourself, this is a bad idea. But you never listen, not once.

Now he’s kissing you in a way that’s going to screw you up forever.

It’s soft, the way he handles you so gently. As if you’re some kind of porcelain that’s a little too fragile. You’re regretting everything that brought you to this moment but you’re not complaining one bit.

And it was short-lived. It wasn’t even a kiss, it was a peck on the lips. He was scared that you wouldn’t feel the same way, because somehow maybe you didn’t fall in love with your best friend who you’ve had multiple dimsums with. The friend that held you in your darkest moments and the friend who wished for all your partners to somehow quit playing with your feelings so he could be the one to be there for you instead.

Oh god, you were inlove. And so was he–and maybe even more than you.

“I didn’t mean to do that.” He stammered. Cheeks red and yours the same. You two were affected under the same spell you put on each other. “I swear–You just looked too pretty. I couldn't help it.”

It feels like you’ve just discovered love. Like you were the only one to know how it feels to be in love with someone. The tension is gone and all you’re feeling is pure adoration from him, from the way he stares at you with an expression you’ve never seen before.

Someday, this will end. But for now? You’ll be treasuring the moment in a way you’re sure no one else has.

— You were too late. Ga ming was already smiling along with Cloud Retainer, sitting comfortably on the stone chair and chatting away. — Honestly? Ga ming doesn't find it embarrassing at all. His family would’ve done the same, always showing baby pictures, his achievements as a kid, even the moments where he first saw the dance that inspired him. There he was, just a little kid smiling wide.

— The embarrassment didn’t last too long. Your curiosity about things you forgot in your childhood was stronger, you found out a few things that happened before that you don’t recall at all.

“I can get used to this.” He says, laughing. You’re still a little mad at Cloud Retainer for sharing those things, but it doesn’t matter if he feels a little closer to you.

“I can’t. Please don’t ever do that again–” Your voice is a little quiet. Ga ming smiles at you, gives you a playful punch and tells you its fine, because Cloud Retainer looks like she had the time of her life.

So the whole thing is the reader comes from a rich family who kinda doesn't approve of her (yup fem! Reader if you're comfortable) and ga ming dating so they don't allow her to go watch gaming perform during lantern rite so gaming is just so sad during the whole performance but the reader sneaks out of the house so she could go watch him!! :3

It was finally day if the Lantern Rite and Ga ming was bouncing from excitement when he thought of tonight's performance! Not only because he loves pe forming but also and mostly because his beloved will come to watch him!

You said yesterday that you'll do your best to come, in fact you promised you wouldn't miss it for the world! He knows how your parents are and he knows he should probably not have this much hope... but somehow he just couldn't. It's like your presence was sure already and he wanted to make it the best performance of his life yet so you'll be only proud of him! Who knows? Maybe he'll even steal a kiss or two for his good work?

But when he finally entered the area and jumped high above the audience, looking for you. He didn't saw your eyes, your hair, your clothes, nothing! You didn't come after all... Big smile on his face was washed away for a second. But it was quickly replaced with sadder smile, he may be disappointed but he won't make this moment sad to others because of his own feelings!

"(Did her parents really were this forcing? It's just one performance... and on Lantern Rite... I made sure to practice this play thousands of not millions of times too!)"

You on the other hand, had your stealth mission! You could see in distance lights of Lantern Rite and hear loud music, accompanied with cheering of the people. You knew you were running late.

With even more motivation, you finally jumped from the window onto the tree nearby and carefully for down with it's help. And when you did, you ran towards the event like you never did before. You honestly didn't care if your hair will get messy or if you get sweaty, all you wanted right now is to see your boyfriend's performance and not make him feel like you abandoned him on this special day!

"(Oh please let it be a long show... so I can come at least for the ending..!)"

Performance kept going, Ga ming had many glimpses at crowd, hoping he just didn't notice you and you're actually there somewhere! During one of these peeks... at the very end of performance when he almost lost his hope, he noticed you in the crowd! He noticed how you were panting from tiredness but also smiled brightly upon hearing him perform, leading to bright and honest smile return to his face.

It was a big part now... and he made sure to catch up for precious part of the performance and make it the best part yet! He didn't thought much of it at the moment but he probably wanted to help you see what you missed too! And maybe get some praise after the show~

When it was over, he carelessly took his costume off and ran towards the crowd, looking for you.

"Y/N! You came in the end!"

He immidietly hugged you upon seeing your face. His embrace contained all emotions he felt, being both happiness and expressing how much he missed you.

"Of course! My parents tried stopping me but there was no way I'd miss your performance! It was just so great! I felt the shivers on my body... in a good way of course!"

You then leaned to give his cheek a little congratulations kiss. He deserved it and you wanted to show a bit of affection after being so late too.

He for one squeezed you tighter in response for a short while before letting go to not hurt you accidentally. And this night is not over yet so he wanted to get out of this as much as possible!

"Alright~ Why won't we go get some dim sum since we're together now? My treat!"

"Oh absolutely! You know I can never say no to that!"

Both of you were eager to spend time with each other and probably a bit hungry so you arrived in no time! Of course holding hands on your way, as well as inside of the restaurant~

✧ at first, when you became friends and he heard too many gossips, he was close to doing the finger thing... bur he did ask you if you see double without glasses... poor boy got tricked...

✧ but that only happened once! Something that happens more often is him randomly stealing your glasses, especially if you're in front of mirror or so

"How do I look? You think glasses would fit me? I think I look good in them! But... I guess they're better at you than at me."
