love love love palm-sized books. fit em in your back pocket. put em in your knapsack. put em in the hidden pocket of your jean jacket. tap the back cover and hear the dull thud of a dense book. always have it in your hands to signify your well-read nature. palm-sized books. love em

I love putting things in a row. I love organizing and making things neat. I also love writing and dragons. Writing, drawing, and dragons have been my interests since I can remember. I've also loved daydreaming as a child about dragons and making my own and their little world. Finally got the time to compile everything I've stored up there all these years in a neat (lie) document. Wanted to draw the body types and their Limb configurations so I (and ppl I share it with) can see them and write about it briefly
I feel so satisfied looking at it. It's all summarized because it would take too long otherwise lol

One of these days. ONE OF THESE DAYS. I am going to make a HELL of a rant about how AI is going to be influencing the next wave of cult behavior, because this shit makes it SO EASY to puppet people.
There's AI that claims to be able to read people's emotions. And wow is that going to be weaponized by the "you should only ever feel happy and thankful and anything else is proof of the devil" crowd. Now the security camera's can flag you if you're having a disallowed emotion! Or seem to be! See this doesn't really work with all brain and body types but WHO CARES! Freaks need correcting, right?
And this up in the screenshot? Oh wow. The amount of damage you can do under the guise of "helping people" have "good communication and people skills" is staggering.
The way this shit is going to be used to DESTROY anxious people, neurodivergent people, isolated people... God this is going to suck.
I was already mad that my gchat keeps trying to coach me through conversations with my friend of 20 years. Like bish leave me alone.

What would tourettic people, people with Tourette's, and people with tic disorders like to see in a novel with a main character with the disorder?

the fact that i'm no longer the same age as the protagonists of novels and films i once connected to is so heartbreaking. there was a time when I looked forward to turning their age. i did. and i also outgrew them. i continue to age, but they don't; never will. the immortality of fiction is beautiful, but cruel.

it's always so fascinating and heartbreaking when a character in a story is simultaneously idolized and abused. a chosen prophet destined for martyrdom. a child prodigy forced to grow up too fast. a powerful warrior raised as nothing but a weapon. there's just something so uniquely messed up about singing someone's praises whilst destroying them.
