You and Heeseung had gone to visit his parents for the holidays. You were having such a fun night, but Heeseung started to get needy which led to him becoming handsy. The cold air blew your dress up a little as you quickly walked away from your company's building. Wh3n you saw niki raise his fist at the producer you knew it wasn't gonna end well and the last thing you wanted to do was be the reason the boys couldn't get another interview with a big brand such as Elle. The black zip up you throwed on when you walked out was not helping you keep the warmth I'm your body. You were shivering, cursing yourself for not changing before leaving.

" Go look that way, she shouldn't have gone far " you turned around and saw the boys rushing out of the building looking both ways trying to find their missing member. Which was you

You cursed under your breath quickly rushing into a crowd of people leaving the 7/11 that was near. You quickly weaved in between people rushing into the alley nearby. It reminded you of a show you watched where there was a serial killer on the lose and all the girls were killed in an alleyway just like this. It sent a shiver up your spine, maybe this wasn't such a good idea.

You turned around checking to see if you were being followed, letting out a quick huff of satisfaction when you saw no one.

" going somewhere." You screamed niki was standing there with his arms crossed. You turned around running the opposite direction but was stopped when he grabbed your wrist slamming your body into the brick wall that was beside you. One hand was on your waist while the other was still holding your wrist. His lips were inches away from touching yours.

"What are you doing?" You whispered too scared to talk out loud. He looked down at you . " Well if I have you like this you can't run from me."

You turned your head away from his

"Don't you think you are a little too close?" He smirked, " Why am I making you nervous?" He grabbed your chin so you were now facing him. He was leaning in closer as the reflective light off of the store across the street sign was bouncing off our faces." Why did you leave?" He asked I sucked my cheek while looking away from him. He rolled his eyes in annoyance. " Why are you being so selfish?" I whipped my head at him " Me selfish what…I'm literally the complete opposite of selfish." He scoffed " Oh really so hiding things from your members is such a team player thing." " I did it so you guys wouldn't worry about me."

" Well too freaking late for that y/n." I crossed my arms moving from in front of him but he pulled me back " No you don't get to run away this time, you don't get to keep running away from your problems and hope that it'll fix itself soon." The pain I heard in his voice made tears well up in my eyes.

" I know you think that you can do this by yourself. You think if you're telling us what's wrong it's going to be another burden on our shoulders." I was looking at my feet and niki grabbed my chin raising it up to face him he locked eyes with me " But We want to help,we want to carry that burden with you y/n. we're a team we cry together,we hurt together, and we fight together no one is ever alone." I Wiped my eyes with the back of my hand. " But do you see what they say about me? Do you see the names I'm called over and over again, it's like I can never be good enough. I'm sorry that I look like this and if I could change it in a day I would i would fix that problem" " But thier nothing to fix. Your perfect on the inside and outside." Nike frowned his eyes brows.

" No, I love you just the way you are, the boys love you just the way you are. The real ENGENES love you for who you are. I know you've seen the way some of them look at you, they admire you. They admire your bravery and how after all the hate you get you still stand up and perform for them they love you for you. I wouldn't change anything about you. But if you want to fix something I'll fix the way you see yourself ill fix you."

Niki started down at her admiring her features and everything that made her perfect. He was never able to get up close and analyze your face but now he's happy he finally got to see everything that made you perfect to him

He licked his bottom lip staring at mine intently. " Niki." I breathed out. He was leaning down closer and closer, the hand that was once on my wrist was now over my head as he leaned on it.

And how do you see me niki." He smirked, crashing his lips onto yours, you moved in sync with him, you wrapped your arms around his neck pulling him closer.

The butterflies that were in your stomach were now flapping around furiously trying to get out. After a while he pulled away trying to catch his breath. " I adore you " He breathed out. " And if anyone has something negative to say about you I will kill them." I giggled looking at him. He grinned happily

finally seeing you smile.

" Did we miss a chapter?" You and niki jumped, whipping your heads towards the edge of the alley where all the boys stood grinning. " Didn't you guys hate each other?" Sunghoon said with confusion all over his face. " I knew it." Jay smiled, holding his hand out to Heeseung who angrly placed a 10 dollar bill in his hand. I lifted the hood of my zip up over my head and covered my face with my hands.

" Can you guys please just leave or even better disappear and never come back." Niki gritted trying to push them away from the scene. " Fine we don't wanna see you and your girlfriend making out ànyways." He crossed his arms pouting " she's not my girlfriend she's my friend who I deeply care about." Sunoo chuckled, " yeah right." He was the first one to walk and the others followed him. Jake winked at niki making kissy faces.

" Well ... .now what." I asked niki shrugged " I don't know I never got this far in planning." I punched his shoulder " oh so you planned this." I motioned between us and he nodded, leaning his arms over my head again towering over me. " Yep, it's all in my book of mastery plans to make the world's most beautiful girl fall in love with herself just like I fell in love with her."

My eyes widened and so did his quickly moved away and stared at me in shock.

Did he just say Love

He laughed " I didn't mean love I meant…..adoration you know how much I adore you." Now he was nervous because no way in hell did he just tell the girl he was in love with since the trainee days.. that he was in love with her.

" Niki you-" He quickly cut her off. " Hey I think I hear Jake calling us. We should go let's go. I wouldn't want them to wait right." He ran around the corner and back to the building pumping into a couple of pedestrians quickly bowing and apologizing.

You smiled to yourself the boy you like finally admitted that he loved you, twice

A week later…

Yn and Jake hadn’t talked and everybody knew. The two weren’t acting the same and neither of their parents had seen the other at their homes.

“Yn take this over to jakes mom” Yn’s mom says making the girl groan

“Why?” Yn asks

“Why? Because I said so! Now stop acting weird and take this too her!” Her mother says making the girl sigh

She takes the bowl set and she was out the door. She walks across the street not seeing Jakes moms car. She takes the key out the mail box unlocking the door before stepping inside.

She looks at the couch where jakes brother Christian sat on the couch with his friend. Surprise to see the girl he stands up

“Sup Yn” he says hugging her

“Hey Chris, your mom here?” Yn asks

“No she went to drop dad off at the airport but jakes in his room” he says

“Well im not here for Jake. My mom used your containers and told me to drop them back off” she says putting the bowls on the counter

Before Christian could say anything jake came down the stairs seeing her. His heart leaped at the sight of her.

She stood in his kitchen wearing a pair of shorts, one of his hoodies, and pair of flip flops. He hadn’t seen her in a week.

“Yn?”

She turns her head in his direction sighing and rolling her eyes.

“I’ll see you later Christian” Yn says

“Yn wait! Talk to me please” he says in a sad tone

“Talk to him. I’m tired of him mopping around” Christian mumbles

Yn groans before walking towards the stairs. Jake turns around walking up the stairs to his room looking back every so often to make sure Yn was still following him.

Once they reach his room jake closes the door before falling into Yn’s arms sobbing softly

“Cocoa please I’m sorry. Talk to me please” Jake begges

“Jake get up please” Yn says helping the boy to his feet

“I didn’t mean to hurt you cocoa I swear! C-Cassidy needed my help” Jake says

“It’s fine Jake. I just wanted you to let me know you got home safe but you were with your new friend. It seems like she has you a little bit distracted” Yn says mumbling the last part

“Distracted? What is your problem with Cassidy?” Jake asks wiping his tears

“Jake I have a really bad feeling about this girl. Something’s off about her” Yn admits sighing

“Off about her? Is there something off about her or are you jealous of her?” Jake asks

“Jealous? Why would I be jealous of her?” Yn asks knowing good and well that she was jealous

“Because she’s my new friend! Besides you and Taehyun I don’t have anybody else! You don’t want me to have any other friends!” Jake says angrily

“What? No Jake, that’s not it at all” Yn says squinting in confusion

“It is! And it’s not fucking fair! You have mailk, Kamiah, and chaewon! Taehyun has beomgyu! Who do I have besides you? Nobody! Your being selfish” Jake says surpassing yn

Never had he talked to her life that. Yn didn’t noticed the tears falling from her eyes until one hit her chest.

“Wow, I wasn’t trying to be selfish I was trying to have your best interest at heart but I get called selfish? I’m looking out for you! Like I always do!” Yn says stepping to him

“I never asked you to look out for me! I can look out for myself!” Jake shouts

“You don’t have to ask! It’s something I do as your bestfriend! I’m looking out for you right now!” Yn screams back

“Being jealous of my new friend isn’t looking out for me Yn!” Jake shouts

“Jake I’m telling you. She’s using you for something I can tell! I know girls like her” Yn says lowering her voice

“What could she possibly use me for Yn? Your so jealous your making things up! You don’t know anything about Cassidy” Jake says

“Making things up!? When have I ever made anything up to? Why are you bending over backwards to defend some chick you just met?” Yn asks putting a hand on her hip

“B-because I like her!” Jake shouts. It gets quiet as Yn’s heart drops to her stomach

“Pup, you don’t even know her” Yn says walking closer to Jake only for him to take a step back.

“As my bestfriend you should support that I like her. I can’t stand you with Mailk but I’ve been supportive your whole fucked up relationship” Jake says

It felt like a ton of bricks had fell onto Yn. Why was he just now saying something if he felt this way.

“Your fighting so hard for this girl, I hope she’s worth losing your best friend” Yn says pointing out their friendship hoping Jake would come to his senses and make her feel better

“Maybe she is” Jake says break Yn’s heart. She placed a hand on her chest. Her breathing got quicker as the thought of losing Jake period crossed her mind

“F-fine. I hope it works out between you too” Yn says

Jakes says nothing as he turns his back towards her. Only when he heard something hit the floor did he turn around. He look down at his floor seeing his hoodie and the bracelet he had made Yn so many years ago.

“Bye Jake” she says before going to the door

“Cocoa wait I didn’t mean-“ Jake starts but is cut of by his door slamming

He walks over to the window watching as Yn got into her house safely. He sighs sobbing again

Was he wrong?

Were they both being dramatic?

He picks up the phone dialing Taehyun who didn’t answer. He sighs and ponders for a moment before calling Cassidy

“Jakie? Are you crying? What’s the matter?!” She asks

“M-me and Cocoa got into a fight” he says sniffling

“Who?” Cassidy asks, already knowing who

“Yn! Yn my bestfriend” he says wiping his tears

“I’m sorry to hear that Jake”

No she wasn’t.

“I-I fucked up! She might not talk to me ever again!” Jake says as his sniffles turn into sobs

Cassidy sighs angrily. Bestfriends fight all the time. Why the hell was he crying about his?

“Jake it’s okay, want me to come over?” She asks

Jake pauses for a moment before he nods as if Cassidy could see him

“Please?” He asks

“Okay, I’m on my way!” She says before hanging up

Christian comes into the room shaking his head

“What?” Jake asks

“You just got into it with your bestfriend about this chick and you invite her over? What is wrong with you!?” Christian asks

“I need someone right now! I don’t need you nagging me about my choices. Yn basically told me she doesn’t want to be friends anymore” Jake says rubbing his eyes

“No, YOU basically told her that this girl is more important than her. If I was her I’d leave too. Don’t mess up to bad Jake” he says walking to the door

“What’s the suppose to mean?” Jake asks

Christian doesn’t say anything. He just shakes his head before closing the door

Yn sat on her bed explaining everything that just happened an hour ago to mailk who stood at the end of her bed with an irritating look.

“He likes her! He told me likes her! He doesn’t even know her!” Yn says

“Why do you even give a fuck?” Mailk ssk causing Yn to look him up and down

“Excuse me?” She ask

“Why.Do.You.Even.A.Fuck! He just made it clear he could give a rats ass about you and your sitting here crying? Imagine how I feel about my girl crying over some mutt” Mailk says

“He’s not a fucking mutt! I told you stop calling him that! He’s my best fucking friend and has been my bestfriend since we were in pull-ups! I give a fuck because I don’t know where i stand with my bestfriend! This doesn’t even have anything to do with you!” Yn says standing up

“It has everything to do with me! That got damn hybrid is in love with my girl and she doesn’t even care!” Mailk says

“He is not in love with me” Yn says rolling his eyes

“Your fucking stupid if you believe that” he says

“Stupid?! You can leave! Cause now your talking bullshit” Yn says

“Bullshit!? Yn that boy can’t stay away from you! He follows you around like the lost fucking puppy he is! I’m glad he met that girl. Maybe now he’ll stay the hell away from mine!” Mailk shouts before walking out the room leaving Yn stunned.

“What is that suppose to mean?” Yn asks following Mailk down the stairs

“Exactly what I said Yn! I’m not gonna keep dealing with this and being second place to a damn dog!” Mailk says opening her door

“You second?! Mailk I know your not talking! Not once have I ever put you second! How many times I have you ditched me to go party with your female friends?! I never said anything to you” Yn says getting even more annoyed now that the situation was flipped and now was about mailk

“Whatever Yn, choose right now!” Mailk says causing Yn to stop dead in her tracks

“Chose? Choose what?” Yn asks

“Me or that mutt!” Mailk says making Yn shake her head

“What fucking kind of boyfriend are you to make me choose between you and my bestfriend?!” Yn asks eyes watering

“The type of boyfriend who doesn’t want to lose his girlfriend to another guy! Pick!” Mailk says

“No! I’m not picking between you two” Yn says making mailk scoff before he chuckles

“Your still picking him when he just picked another person over your friendship..” mailk says walking out the front door to his car

Yn stands in the door way watching as he walks to his car. Yn’s mother gets out her car walking past him

“Hey mailk” she says but he doesn’t speak

“Okay rude, y’all arguing again?” She asks Yn

Before Yn could respond she noticed a white car pull up in front of jakes house. It wasn’t his moms car or his dads,so who was it?

Just then Cassidy gets out the backseat looking around the block. Her eyes land on Yn as they make eye contact. Cassidy smirks before waving at Yn and walking up to jakes house.

She watches as the blond walks up to the door. Jake runs out running into her arms. For the third time tonight Yn’s heart dropped.

Her and Jake lock eyes and she couldn’t help the tears that fell from her eyes

“Yn baby? What’s the matter?” Yn’s mother ask before Yn went full on sobbing and running in the house

Her mom looks across the street and seen Jake and some girl. She squints her eyes in confusion before running into the house after Yn.

She threw her stuff to the floor immediately going to check on her child who sat crying with her face in her hands.

“Yn what’s wrong? Are You okay?” She ask looking at her body for any injuries

“No mama. I’m not! I’m not okay!” She says sobbing

“Yn what’s wrong?” Her mother asks seriously

Yn sniffles before looking her mother in the eyes

“I’m in love with Jake” she says laughing through her tears

“W-wait what?” Her mother asks in shock

“I. Am in love with Jake. And it took me to see him with another girl to realize it” Yn says still sobbing

Her mother takes a step back covering her mouth at the new found information.

“Oh Yn” her mother says shaking her head

“What am I going to do?” Yn asks herself shaking her head

Jakes heart shattered at the hurt look in Yn’s face

“Cocoa” he mumbles as he starts walking towards Yn’s house but Cassidy stops him

“Stop. Don’t chase her. Give her time and give her space. The situation is still fresh” Cassidy says making Jake frown

“I-I have to apologize, I blew up for no reason” he says, ears dropping in sadness

“You can apologize, just not now” Cassidy says scratching behind his ear.

He didn’t get excited. He didn’t feel warm. It didn’t feel like when Yn did it. It wasn’t the same.

“O-okay” jake says turning around and leaving Cassidy in the house.

Jake and Cassidy got hard stares from his brother and his friends as they watched the golden retriever walk upstairs with a different girl.

Jake could feel the disappointed stare from his brother

“T-thanks for coming over Cassidy” Jake says sitting down on his bed

“No problem pup” she says making Jake cringe. She must have picked that up from Yn and still it didn’t feel the same.

“What’s that?” Jake asks pointing to the book sliding out her bag

“Oh! My pre Cal homework” she says shrugging

“Need help?” Jake asks

“No! At least not now. Your going through something right now. My homework can wait” Cassidy says shoving the book deeper into her bag

“No it’s fine. I need something to get my mind if the situation anyway and it would make me feel better if you got a passing grade on your homework” Jake says with a weak smile

“Are you sure?” Cassidy asks

“Positive” Jake says grabbing the book from her bag.

Cassidy smirks as she takes out two pencils and a notebook.

Yn was making this so easy for her. She’ll be passing pre-cal in no time.

A few things Jay didn’t know about you was that you could sing, you could dance, and that you were filming videos. You were hoping that he could find out on his own because you knew he snooped around quite often. You were quite surprised that he hasn’t found out yet.

You started filming but little did you know was that Jay was there, watching you.

About half an hour later after a couple takes, they let you take a break. So you decided to go outside to get some fresh air, taking your water bottle with you. Once you sat down, you heard someone else come out. You turn your head to find Jay standing there with a smirk on his face.

“Since when could you sing and dance? And since when did you film videos? How did I not find out about this?” He asked as he sat down next to you, “why aren’t you working?” You asked. “Don’t ask me questions, i'm asking you questions,” you laugh.

“i’ve been doing this for 9 months now, so longer than we’ve been dating,” you say. You both have been dating for 7 months now. “Okay but why didn’t you tell me? I could've featured in one of your videos by now!” He said as he shook you playfully by the shoulders. “i was waiting for you to find out for yourself,” you said, gulping down water.

He rested his head on your shoulder. “Why aren’t you at work?” You asked, “they gave us a day off, i originally came here to get my phone charger but then i saw you so here we are,” he said as he sat up to kiss your lips.

You look at your phone and you realize your break is done.

“I have to go back to work, I love you,” you say as you stand up to go. He gives you a big bear hug.

“I love you too, bye!” He says as he walks away to go home. You wave back and go inside.

Chapter 8: tourmaline.

Warnings: Swearing, mentions of death and illness || Word count: 550.

"See you soon"? Really? Why did he say that? Did he sound awkward? Was he overthinking again? In his defense, it wasn't everyday that Jungwon had the chance to text someone other than his usual friends, so it is understandable for him to worry about giving a good first impression, right?

一Yah, Jungwon一 He said to his own reflection on the bedroom's mirror, trying to make a serious expression but failing miserably, all thanks to a pair of dimples that poked out of his soft cheeks 一You have more important things to focus on right now一 he scolded himself and exited the room to look for the only person he knew that could help solve this enigma: his grandma.

The old woman was outside, watering her plants while immersed in a conversation with some of them, something about wanting the carrots to grow bigger than last year. Jungwon opted to ignore the last part and cleared his throat to get her attention.

After offering to help her water some other plants, he started talking about Y/N's case, even getting into the smallest details, as she attentively listened to him. As the story came to an end, the senior tarotist started talking slowly, in a low tone as if confessing a very important secret.

一I think it's my turn now to tell you a story一 The boy looked at her in confusion, but didn't interrupt. 一A very long time ago, many years before you were even born, your mother had a best friend一 Jungwon's entire body tensed at the sudden mention of his mother, putting the watering can down. 一The girl was just like the one you told me about, she had no experience with magic, but she had a very bad luck. One day, your mom used a rune that attracted only good things into the girl's life, making her happy again一 The woman picked up the can and started watering the tomatoes. 一Your mom felt so proud back then, because her magic was capable of helping the people around her, but eventually, that led to overusing the power of runes on her friend; she fell severely ill a few months after, I'm not even sure if she's still…一 There was no need to finish the sentence. The message was clear enough, and Jungwon, even if a little stunned by the sudden mention of his mother, felt thankful still, because his grandma was letting him learn from this story about the consequences of messing with the natural order of things.

一Thank you for telling me this, it must have been hard for you, too一 Jungwon held her hands in a comforting way, and tried to sound as confident as he could 一I know my mom had no bad intentions, neither do I, and I will make sure not to commit the same mistake; that way my client will finally have nice dreams again一.

As the sun started to settle down at the small but packed garden, Jungwon decided to change the subject and started discussing about more trivial things, like how school was going, or choosing a dinner menu. Sure, they liked to discuss magic and divination from time to time, but moments like those, where the pair acted like ordinary grandmother and grandchild, were also precious for the two.

RIVALS -Chapter 2

I rolled over in my bed and grabbed my phone trying to look at the time. i gasped " SHIT GUYS GET UP WERE LATE" i screamed. Minyoung fell out of bed groaning while everyone else popped up. "IT 5AM WE HAVE AN HOUR BEFORE TAKE OFF." we all rushed out of bed tripping over minyoung and eachother trying to make it to the bathroom to get ready. "Where's my neck pillow." areum yelled from the living room. "I cant find my other croc, Minyoung did you wear my shoes again." i screamed. "omg i cant believe we slept through 7 alarms whats wrong with us."

A flashback played in my mind from last night. we were all up sitting in circle with a jeju island plampet out circiling all the activities we wanted to do. "oh lets go for a hike, i heard the sun rise from mount hallasan is beautiful." jiwoo cirlced the trail on the pamplet, i shrugged drink what was left in my soda can. "sure i gues. ohhh what if we go to a museum?" i asked pointing at a picture of a big brown building. Minyoung gagged. "ew learning on a trip i dont think so if i wanted to learn i would of went to school." i smacked her with a pillow. " the museum sounds fine y/n, i was thinking we could maybe go fruit picking, my uncle has a farm down there and i know he would love some help on it it'll be fun." Areum scoffed "yeah no me and dirt dont mix but ill wave from the patio." we laughed. I got up and walked to the kitchen throwing away my can

then sun went down hours ago but it was still hot and humid outside. Spring was just around the corner and it was already feeling like summer. i glanced at the memeber seeing them joking and laughing at eachothers ideas. It brought me back to when i first moved to korean in 2018 not knowing anyone and being to scared to talk, until i met them.

I just joined our company and was staying in the company dorms in a room with 7 other girls. They we loud and annoying and were always leaving me to clean up their mess.I was to shy to tell them off, thinking that if i did it enought maybe one day they would just leave me alone. On the day before evaluations and dorm checks I only cleaned up my side of the dorm leaving theirs the way it was. When the inspecter came by and graded us he yelled at them for having such a messy arean and praised me for being so organized. After the evaluation the girls yelled at me for "making them look bad" and not cleaning thier side. " I bet you did that on purpose you want me to leave your so selfish." she threw he towel at my face. My dads words repeating in my head over and over "Never let them get a reaction out of you." i stared down at the towel that ws thrown at me and picked itup putting it in the dirty hamper. " Hello are you deaf im fucking talking to you." i jumped at her words. " its not my fault you didnt clean up your mess im not your maid." i said gritting my teeth, trying hard not to sound how i felt.small. she scoffed at my answer. " in korean culture the youngest always cleans up after the older memebers thats just how it is." she grabbed the clothes and empty noddle containers and placed it on my bed. My eyes widend. "now clean." My hands began shaking and my heart was racing. Confrontations were never my strong suit. everyone was now standing around us watching the argument go down. I slowly walked to my bed and began taking everything off of it. She started laughing and so did a couple of other girls. A tear slipped from my eyes and quickly whipped it away. When i reacher for a noddle container someone grabbed my wrist.

"what the hell is going on here."

I looked up at the voice and a girl with long wavy brown hair and basketball shorts was standing infront of me blocking my veiw.

"nothing nani were just teaching the new girl some korean costums." i bit my lip looking down and contiued taking everythign off my bed and into the trash. She turned towards me again and grabbed my hand locking them into hers. "clean up your own mess sejin this isnt the villa." my eyes widded as long as ive been here ive never heard anyone stand up to Sejin. "Shes not your maid and she sure as hell isnt going to keep cleaning up after you and your rat tails." the girls beside sejin gasped holding their ponytails. She swipped all of sejins stuff of my bed and began throwing her clothes out the window. Sejin screamed grabbing Lanani's arms. i grabbed nani an tried to pull her off of sejin

I smirked at the memory. Remembering how i made my first friend during my trainee days after Nani, jennifer came to our company,then kazumi and so on. Minyoung was the last to join us as we became one group. Looking out for eachother and taking care of one another. Building up eachothers confidence. We we basically a family.

I was brought back to reality when i saw minyoung drifting off to sleep leaning on the couch grasping her her phone in one had and a fry in the other. I smiled "Okay lets wrap thing up its almost 2am and we have a flight to catch in 4 hours lets all get some rest." Jenn said picking up the scattered soda cans and takeout boxes. "ok but lets all put a alarm on our phones so we wake up on time." kazumi added. we nodded and all pulled out our phones " with this amny alarms we cant be late to the flight hell we might even be early for a chance." Sena joked. we laughed and made our way to bed. Flashback to now we were running in the airport to our flight. "Guys i really have to pee." Minyoung whinned. we all yelled about how she could use it on the plane " Gate Number 5 For jeju will be closing in 5 minutes." the voice echoed on the intercom. "WERE NOT GONNA MAKE IT." Areum cried slowing down. I grabbed her hand and contiued to run "guys look i see 5." Nani screamed. we all zoomed to the gate making it just in time before the flight attendent closed the door. we presented our tickets to her and we walked to our seats.

I sat down in my seat and relaxed my body exhaling out of my mouth recling the seat back. "first class is the best class." Areum slumped beside me pulling down her privacy window putting her eye mask on i nodded. "tell me about it." The next hour went by really fast only allowing me to get only 20 minutes of sleep. We landed and i was the first one off than plan, i was too excited for our day of fun to start that i totally forgot about my friends. "Y/N slow down girl were gonnaa be here for a month your not going to miss anything." sena said counting us one by one making sure she didnt forget one of us. " we cant have a repeat of last year in italy."

Minyoung frowned. "i swear that lady looked just like kazumi how was i supposeto know she wasnt, and you guys eventually found me." Nani scoffed. "um yeah like 4 hours later." we grabbed our bags at baggage claim and mde our way out of the airport. A sign that had our groups name on it was being held up by a small man waving it aroud frantically. "halabeoji" areum squeaked running to the guy who i now recongnized as areums grandpa. "hi my love, welcome to jeju hopefully the flight was comfortable." she kissed his cheek and moved out of the way so we could talk to him

"Oh my girls you've aall gotten so big." we smiled and hugged him. "halabeoji its been so long." i said smiling at him "i almost couldnt recognize you, you look so much smaller." he blushed. "aw you girls make me feel young everytime i see you." he helped load our luguage into the trunk of the car and we were on our way to the house. "you girls are gonna love the house, when areum was young she would spent hours in the play room. Oh i also stocked up the fridge for you girls so dont worry about any shopping." we all thanked him.

we made it to the house and un loaded te car. "wow this house is beautiful." I said looking at the beautiful lake house in front of me. " Y/n omg they have jet ski's" minyoung squealed from the side of the house. She appeared smiling now running all the way to the back. " They have a speed boat." She screamed. I smiled and helped carry the rest of the bags in the house.

Areums grandpa bid us Fairweather immediately after saying he had a business call to take and he'll be back at the end of the week. We waved bye to him and went to see our rooms.

"OK guys welcome to the Parks summer home in jeju." Areum announced making us laugh. "So there are only 6 bedrooms-" "SIX" We said collectively. "Yes six and 4 bathrooms, we also have a game room, indoor pool, movie room, and a upstairs balcony. So please enjoy your time here and remember your break you buy." We laughed at her finishing sentence and clapped.

"OK so who's sharing a room?" Kazumi asked already heading to a room. We looked at eachother and ran upstairs to the rooms. I ran for the first door but sena beat me to it closing the door yelling a sorry after. Areum was fighting minyoung over a room saying it's always been hers. I ran for the 3rd door throwing my stuff in and closing it resting my back on it signing in triumph. "Fancy seeing you here." My eyes shot open seeing jiwoo sitting on the bed smirking at me. "Shit." She laughed." Dont worry I bought face mask."

I shrugged and we opened the door to see the set up. Minyoung and kazumi were sharing a room while the others got their own.

I headed downbstairs to check our food choices and started pulling out some food to put on the grill." Um I don't see any ramen in here." Jiwoo was looking through the cupboards and drawers. "Damnit maybe we do have to go to the store." I closed the fridge putting everything I took out to the side so I can wash the meat. "NO we don't our neighbors are really n8ce maybe they have some extra ramen laying around I'll take minyoung and go ask." Areum slipped on her shoes. "Wow our Sophia is so amazing." We clapped and she blushed." OH stop it."

Areum and minyoung walked to the neighbors house that was just down the drive way. "So are you excited for everything." Areum asked minyoung. She nodded smiling " yeah I really need this break I'm super excited to go to the aquarium and to see all the museums hopefully this trip is going to be amazing." We walked up the neighbors drive way and areum stopped

"Well that's weird." She tilted her head. "When did they get a van. We lookedbat eachother and minyoung shrugged. " maybe they have company." We walked to the door and areum ringed the door bell. We waited then heard feet patrering ." Sunoo I got it." We looked at eachother. " Sunoo." She mouthed at areum. Their eyes were turning big. The door opened and Jay was standing there

Minyoung gasped he smirked. "OH hello ladies how may I help you." Behind him you could see the other boys throwing things. " Nevver mind have a good day." Areum grabbed my hand and we ran down the hill. " SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT."
