Today is Red dress day. Remember and Honour all of the Native Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two spirits that have gone missing and have been murdered. Most of these cases are never heard in the public and they are sadly forgotten. Today I want to spread awareness for all Indigenous people, I want to share my culture and help others understand the importance of sharing stories from these victims.

We are Still homeless we need to fix the alternator in our car and our only income is delivering food and we only have one car. We are staying in motels but we won't have any more money to stay another night if we don't fix the car if anyone can spare some money you can send it to me or my mom's cashapp, venmo, PayPal or chime

Oxum is one of the most important and popular female Orixás in African mythology. She is the goddess of rivers, waterfalls and fertility, representing the sweetness and delicacy of the waters. A long story and a request. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read and your consideration.

I am starting my career as new teacher after a late in life career change.

I have attended online classes for the last six and a half years while working one full time job, one part time job, and raising my children and foster children with my husband of 22-years. Finances have been tight, but I have already spent upwards of $600 of my own money to provide for my new 5/6 grade science classroom. Schools budgets only stretch so far, and many items are needed - especially as a first year teacher.

My first career was as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. I worked with children with special needs - autism, cerebral palsy, ADD/ADHD, ODD, OCD, Down’s and the list goes on. Because of this, I am a firm believer in meeting sensory needs of children to increase their ability to maintain interest and focus.

I believe that meeting sensory needs for all children in the classroom can increase attention to task and help students engage better with curriculum, furthering their understanding and increasing their abilities.

Items such as cushions to lay on the floor, wiggle and bouncy seats, and other alternative seating will allow for safe, free, non-distracting movement. Bounce bands will help so wiggly feet do not make noise. The fidget toys will give idle hands something to do while they listen or watch and will help students meet their body needs so their minds can engage to the fullest degree.

I plan to use the items selected to create a classroom that has lots of options to appease the body, so the mind can focus. And I need your help!

I’m not happy that this is where I’m at in life. I need my ex gone as he has spent years breaking me down and even after paying 3000 to find my own place to leave. He won’t leave my business peacefully until I pay him out.

I have years of recordings of being berated and manipulated.

I really can’t heal or grow with him staying in my life. I want to move on with my life and as long as he is around my Anxiety is crippling me.

Below I started a tik tok to expose how my ex treated me because he is telling everyone I can’t let go and that’s why he won’t leave the shop. Calling me the crazy ex when it’s me who wants him gone and him pushing to get paid first during the worst time of my life he is only worried about himself.

Also the recordings of him pushing to be involved and to support my decision to open a business but simultaneously use the help to try to force me to obey him

Oxalá is one of the main Orixás worshiped in Umbanda and Candomblé. Known as the Orixá of creation, he is considered the father of all Orixás and the creator of the world. It is represented by the color white, which symbolizes peace, purity and harmony. In African mythology, Oxalá is the son of Olorum, the supreme god, and is responsible for shaping the life and form of human beings. It is believed that Oxalá created the first woman and the first man, starting humanity. Oxalá is a benevolent and compassionate Orisha, who always seeks to help his children in times of difficulty. He is considered a great healer, able to heal physical and spiritual illnesses.

In Umbanda, it is common to offer white flowers and candles to Oxalá, in search of his protection and guidance. In religious syncretism, Oxalá is associated with Jesus Christ, symbolizing the figure of a loving and protective father. He is worshiped in several regions of Brazil, especially in the Northeast, where he is considered one of the most popular and revered Orixás.
