Hey!
It's my first post on tumblr and I gonna talk you about some vegan breakfast ideas (ED friendly).
Tofu "cottage cheese"
1/3 of 250 g tofu pack
1-2 g zero kcal sweetener
Some oat drink
Mash it with a fork and mix with a plant yogurt. Add a handful of blueberries, some roasted sunflower seeds.
2. Black tea with combo of bread, vegan spread and vegan mozzarella
3. Unsweetened cornflakes with oat milk
4. Oat milk coffee and sandwiches
Grain bread, vegan spread, tomato sauce, nutritional yeast, chilli pepers and salt, tomato slices and fried tofu (oilfree)
5. Smoothie
Chocolate oat milk, scup of spy protein, 2 handfuls of blueberries (you can add zero kcal sweetener if you like)
6. Vegan apple pie and oat milk coffee

Starting Saturday I’ve created this challenge, it has 2 different routines to make it more realistic for me <3
Days I’m not working:
- Must stay under 750cal
- post everything I eat on tumblr
- go at least 4 hours between each time I eat
- no food before 1pm
- must drink at least 1.5L of water per day
- look at thinspo before every single meal
Days I am working:
- must stay under 950cal
- Breakfast must be under 250cals
- Lunch must be under 350cals
- when I get home, have dinner, nothing after that (dinner must be under 350 cals)
- must post everything I eat on tumblr
- must drink at least 1.5-2L of water
- try to remember to look at thinspo on breaks
*working days are high in cals because I work 8-10 hours standing and I hate being dizzy at work*
Stupid affirmations that help me lol:
- food is not for enjoyment, simply for energy and nothing more, you only need the bare minimum. Taste means nothing but fat indulgence.
- hunger is so much more rewarding than food.
- being thin is a sign of true willpower and strength
- you always feel guilty and shitty after eating, but you never feel guilty for not eating
I will be posting my food and weigh ins every day for the next 2 weeks. I will hold myself accountable. Ty darlings <3

my fav low cal snacks/ packed lunches
berries and low fat greek yoghurt (add a tiny bit of honey gets rid of all sweet cravings)
crackers and low fat hummus
apple and cucumber with greek yoghurt/peanut butter dip (equal parts both add some honey and cinnamon)
porridge/oatmeal with peanut butter or blueberries and honey
CHOCOLATE CHIP RICE CAKES!
any other flavoured rice cakes
rice cake pizzas/toast/with a dip etc
banana drizzled in peanut butter
skinny whip bars & fibre one brownies (uk)
veggie delite salads from subway (huge and under 100 cal just veggies and cheese insanely good)

recipe for garlic butter shrimp
i had garlic butter shrimp tonight for dinner with some tuna! the total was 202 kcal, but i didn’t really like the tuna so im going to modify the recipe so that it’s just shrimp garlic butter shrimp - 204 kcal - 2 tsp fresh garlic (minced) - 1 tsp butter - 14 large shrimp (deveined, peeled) melt the butter with the garlic in a pan on medium until its no longer solid. add the shrimp and stir until pink! once you’re finished you can add salt and pepper to your liking and go to town! i cannot believe this is only 204 calories. i originally made seven shrimp (totals to 124 kcal), but it wasn’t filling and i just ate some tuna to up my calorie amount just a tad and to somewhat be full. i really do reccomend making 14 if you’re not going to eat anything else with it. it tastes really good and it takes like ten minutes max.
