christmas cookie oats recipe !
i love making this recipe for my breakfast and it’s super filling and only 87 calories, 107 if you want to add some sprinkles on top :)
1/4 cup quick oats (75 cals)
1/2 cup water (you can use more to make it bigger, but the texture won’t be as good)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (7 cals)
1 drop almond extract - you can use more but i really really recommend you only use a drop because it is super strong (5 cals)
1/2 stevia packet - you can add the whole packet if you want it sweeter but i feel like you can taste the oats less and it adds more of the sweetener aftertaste (0 cals)
pinch of salt (0 cals)
*optional* 1 tsp christmas sprinkles - you don’t have to add these if you don’t want the extra calories but they make it really really pretty and fun and you can always not finish your bowl if the extra calories stress you out (20 cals)
mix the oats, water, and salt and microwave for one minute (put a paper towel over it so it won’t expand and make a mess in your microwave !!) stir and add in your extracts and stevia, and then optionally top with your christmas sprinkles :)
i love this recipe so much because it actually tastes like cookies and it doesnt taste like diet food at all plus it is super duper filling, especially if you add 1/4 cup more water <3
let me you know if you have any suggestions to make the recipe better :)
have a great day lovelies ! <3

literal holy grail for my vegetarian girlies
mckays chicken soup base !!! it is completely vegetarian but it tastes so good and salty just like chicken soup and it’s only 10 cals per teaspoon!!
i like to make two cups of soup (so 2 teaspoons of mix) for 20 calories and then cut a piece of keto bread (35) into tiny bits and toast it in the oven for little croutons and boom you have a meal for only 65 calories !!!

i cant believe i’m so fat and hideous. i had a nice skinny dinner planned but my mom made us “healthy” mac and cheese where the sauce is made out of sweet potatoes instead and it’s really tasty but it’s also super fattening but i couldn’t not eat her food… i got a really small portion and absolutely doused it in hot sauce but i still ate way too much of it (about 1/2 cup), i should have just taken a couple bites and then said i was full and ate at school or something. i’m such a pig.

for my girlies with sensory issues
a solution to the problem of fruit having bad textures : freeze dried fruit ! it’s really yummy and crispy so it can’t be too soft or slimy or anything, and it’s also really easy to bring a bag with you for a snack ! i have individual packs that are only 35 cals each and they’re super yummy and have all the nutrition that you’d get from fruit !

my teacher just gave us lollipops for winning a class game, and i’m the only one who didn’t eat one. i wanted to have one. but being skinny is better than eating a lollipop.

hanging out with one of my friends in our lounge during school, the school had breakfast out for us. i had a low calorie hot chocolate packet (35) and she had a regular hot chocolate (160) with three half and half in it (60) and a large donut (about 240). her breakfast was 460 calories, mine was 35. feels good :)

super easy/low calorie work lunch !
i work at a grocery store which makes it really hard to restrict when i see all the yummy foods people are buying but i like to make my own lunch so i can stay on track
1/4 cup uncooked rice : 170
(always measure rice before cooking it ! measuring cooked rice is difficult because it gets compacted in the cup so you end up accidentally eating a lot more calories than you meant to)
4 tbsp pickled ginger : 10
5 pieces salt and vinegar snack nori : 13
it’s super filling and if you eat it with chopsticks it takes a really long time to eat (almost the whole break)
and i have it with a diet coke of course (coke zero tastes better but our vending machine only has diet)

lunch today !
i made a lovely little rice bowl ! i love making meals that take a really long time to make because cooking burns cals and i also am really being intentional and thinking about my meal. also when i have something like rice, i like to balance it out with a lot of low cal sides.
2/3 cup cooked rice - 133
1/4 pack salt and vinegar nori - 13
2 tbsp pickled ginger - 5
1/4 cup chopped cucumber - 4
1 tbsp wonton crisps - 18
creamy spicy carrot “tuna”
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot - 5
- 1 tbsp daisy light sour cream - 18
- 1 tsp less fat mayo - 18
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce - 5
and of course you can add or subtract anything you like from this ! for example, the wonton crisps are totally unnecessary but they taste very good and i am having a really light day today otherwise so i could afford the extra. and you could also make the carrot tuna with just sour cream and not mayo to cut the extra cals, but it tastes better with a little of the mayo :)

my snacks for school tomorrow !
it is going to be a light day tomorrow i can hopefully break my plateau :)
for lunch i am bringing 10 pieces of freeze dried apple with cinnamon and 5 pieces of freeze dried banana (50 calories together)
normally i would only bring that but i have theatre rehearsal and then my night dance class tomorrow as well so i am going to be bringing 60 pieces of gerber puffs (25 calories) so i have energy for dance class.
i will also have with me a single serve bag of freeze dried pears just in case i feel sick or faint because i don’t want anyone to suspect anything (35 calories) but i hope i do not have to eat them.

cream cheese wonton recipe !
wow ! i actually love this recipe so so much, it’s really yummy and four wontons is only 90 cals ! it’s also super duper simple to make :)
ingredients :
1 nasoya vegan egg roll wrapper (it doesn’t have to be vegan or this brand necessarily, this is just what the store had)
1 tbsp philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese (not the whipped kind)
optional : whatever spices you want !
instructions:
cut the egg roll wrapper into four equal pieces
mix cream cheese with spices if desired (i put a little everything but the elote seasoning in one of mine and it was really tasty !)
divide cream cheese among the wrappers evenly
wet the edges of the wrappers and fold into wontons
airfry at 350 for 3 minutes (or you could use the oven, but i don’t know how long it would take)
