-https://www.fatcalc.com/rwl (Great for seeing how long it will take you to reach a certain weight which certain cals, but won't go under 1,000 cals so estimate)
-Lifesum (Best food tracker I have found and great for logging daily weights, I like the food scanning ability and you can track food by the gram if you have a food scale)
-Zero (Great fasting tracker with a ton of great communities you can join, good if you like to compete against others)
-C25K (I use this when I'm running because cardio is the best for weight loss, talks you through running and walking intervals)
-Tumblr (OFC to share and learn more, talk to others who also experience similar thinking patterns)
-YouTube (Surprisingly has a lot of restriction content if you search the right words)

The day I can wear Brandy Melville clothes without them looking small/too tight on me is the day I will feel more accomplished than ever.
For those of you who don’t know, Brandy Melville is a Swiss/American clothing brand that only sells one size clothing. Most clothes are tiny and you need to be skinny to wear them. (i hate that they are not size inclusive, but thats a different topic for another time)
