Straw hats x cat! reader

Summary: You were just playing around in your room and one of your spells made you a temporary cat. request=open requested: <yes> <no> wc: 1,120 ft: straw hats

⭑First of all, Luffy would call out your name EVERYWHERE.

⭑If you didn't respond, he would use his Gum-Gum Fruit to climb the crow's nest.

⭑But, sadly, he didn’t see u. But instead, a small cat sitting on top of the merry’s head.

⭑He’d used his gum-gum powers to go to the cat and would tilt his head to the side due to confusion.

⭑But no worries since he’d smile and try to pet the cat.

⭑Would honestly forget about you and would just wanna play with the cat (which IS technically you...)

⭑The next day though, he'd try to look at the cat again (HE WANTS TO PLAY!!).

⭑Though when he saw you, he'd be happy again!

⭑Would invite you to look for the cat with him but give up 5 minutes later.

⭑You promised Zoro to spar with him after lunch.

⭑However, when he arrived at the crow's nest, a cat was waiting for his arrival.

⭑He won't pay mind to the sitting cat, instead, he'd use that time to train.

⭑But, the sun is starting to set and the cat hasn't moved an inch. He's getting pissed.

⭑Would mumble a curse and say stupid. But the cat meowed at him.

⭑He FINALLY looked at the cat and said, "What?"

⭑You'd growl at him and scratch his pants.

⭑He was honestly deciding to kick you but noticed your similar features and FINALLY REALIZED.

⭑Would laugh at you and pet you. He also realized that he likes cuddling with you!

⭑Poor man, save Sanji from this hell.

⭑When he didn't see u in the dining hall eating, he was worried.

⭑Would asked Robin and Nami if they saw you, but both the girls said no.

⭑After everyone left to do whatever and Sanji finally overcame his breakdown, he saw a small cat standing at the center of the table.

⭑He was honestly angry at first. Who's cat is this? And don't they know that they shed a lot!?

⭑But when he took a closer look at you and a super deep inhaling, he finally realized it was you.

⭑"Is that really you, Y/n?" he said.

⭑You meowed back, happy that Sanji recognized you immediately.

⭑He'd pet you and hug you (He wanna spend time with you ok? Especially if ur taller than him. NOW HE'S LARGER >:))

⭑The rest of the day was just u sleeping on the counter, occasionally getting pets from him.

⭑You were hanging around Nami's tangerine trees, trying to hide from the sun.

⭑She finally finished drawing the last island that you guys went to. So, of course, she wanted to rest for a while.

⭑And what better way to do it than to eat one of her tangerines?

⭑She took a step forward but was blocked. She looked down and saw a little kitty sleeping.

⭑She cooed on the sleeping cat and picked it up gently, scared to awaken it.

⭑Nami would then go to her office and lay you on her desk, admiring your sleeping form.

⭑She would take a piece of paper to put every question she has for you and try to communicate with you.

⭑When she finally noticed that the cat was you, SHE WAS SQUEALING!

⭑She was kinda sad that you can't turn into a cat at will though.

⭑Ussop was bored and was just walking on the green grass.

⭑Suddenly he tripped and fell. He then would look back and notice a cat sleeping.

⭑The cat, who was formally sleeping stretched its body.

⭑Ussop, honestly, was scared at first. He WAS sure there wasn't anything lying around. But when he turned around, he sent out a relief of sigh.

⭑"It was just a cat," he had thought, "WHAT IS A CAT DOING HERE?"

⭑Bro was shaking. Though you just glared at Ussop, disturbing your sleep.

⭑Would sit down and play with you.

⭑Bro exhausted you and got you back to your human form quicker than 24 hrs.

⭑Chopper was reading a book in his office when he heard some scratching on the other side of the door.

⭑Chopper opened the door and saw you frowning.

⭑He immediately recognized it was you. From your features to your smell.

⭑When I tell you his eyes were sparkling, it was SPARKLING.

⭑He invited you to his office and tried to talk to you. Since he was an animal by heart, it was the easiest to talk to him.

⭑You honestly had a good fun chat with Chopper.

⭑He told you fun facts about cats and how they used to be worshipped.

⭑Honestly, 10/10. Just come to Chopper.

⭑Robin was just hanging around the deck of the merry. Reading as she pleased.

⭑Until she heard some meowing beside her.

⭑She looked down and saw a cat. Though it was her first time seeing it, she felt a sense of familiarity.

⭑"Y/n?" she spoke.

⭑You meowed back, happy that Robin noticed you.

⭑She made a few jokes about you staying like that forever. (It made u scared and u started meowing faster.)

⭑Robin chuckled and used her devil fruit to tickle you.

⭑And from exhaustion, it made you turn back to normal. YEY!!

⭑Now, whenever someone from the crew gets turned into a cat, Robin just needs to exhaust them, and they'll turn back to normal.

⭑You were gonna surprise Franky 'bout being turned into a cat.

⭑You weren't looking in your direction and fell into a massive tub of cola.

⭑Franky saw you and used his mini hands to save you.

⭑You stuck your tongue out to the cyborg man who was in a state of confusion.

⭑"Owh! Y/n! This is SUPPPERRRR weird!" he said.

⭑He'd honestly play with you in your cat form. I mean, he's superrr excited!!

⭑He also got u back on ur normal form. YEY!!

⭑Brook felt something heavy on top of his head.

⭑He tried taking off his hat and feeling his hair, but nothing was there.

⭑It's when Brook lost his balance and you fell on his hands. (Thanks to his great reflexes)

⭑You had a smug face when you saw the skeleton's shocked face.

⭑He'd just forget about it and make a welcoming song for you though.

⭑Jimbei was just steering the ship when he heard meowing behind him.

⭑He saw a cat that was sitting down.

⭑Jimbei thought that it was somebody's pet. And since he was the newest person in the crew, he had no right to throw the cat.

⭑He picked you up and put you on his shoulders. The clean breeze hitting your fur.

⭑You fell asleep on his shoulders and woke up on your bed, feeling a sense of exhaustion on your hands and legs.

Summary: The Straw Hats are surprised to find their captain the Monkey D. Luffy share food with you.

Disclaimer(s): None that I can really think of? OH! Eating Disorder. Reader is called 'love' or ‘Mademoiselle’ again numerous times but again, in a sfw context. Reader is very briefly referred to as a "woman", but other than that it is very gender neutral. It was a boring day on the Sunny. Nothing to do. No Marines. No Pirates. No anything.

You yawned ready to head to bed right after dinner

“DINNER’S READY!” Sanji called out from the kitchen as everyone rushed in, mouths watering

“For you, Mademoiselle” Sanji said giving you a bit extra before giving Nami and Robin extra too

“Hey! That’s not fair” Luffy said stuffing his face with food as you tried to bite into your food before feeling the need to throw up so you excused yourself

“Y/n, are you okay?” Luffy asked following you soon after

“Yeah I just can’t eat right now” You said inhaling the salty air

“Is your food bad? Do you want some of mine?” Luffy asked you smiled and shook your head

“You should go eat before your food gets cold. I’ll be back in a couple minutes” You say surprised he even followed you in the first place he grabbed your waist as he shook his head

“Nuh uh. It’s not as fun without you” He said you smiled ruffling his hair

“Go back and I’ll join you soon okay Luffy?” I said as he thought about this for a second before letting go of your waist

He shoved a piece of bread in your mouth before leaving but instead of gagging or throwing up you were able to eat it.

‘Oh, Captain’

“I think we know who the favorite member really is” Nami snickered

“LOVE IS SUCH A WONDERFUL AND SUUUPPPERRR THING!” Franky whined

“THEY’RE BOTH RED! ROBIN ARE THEY BOTH SICK!” Chopper panicked

“I can assure you they’re alright Chopper” Robin reassured him

A/n: I might continue this story in parts to lead onto when Luffy finds out his feelings for Y/n and what happens between them and stuff but for now enjoy this little scene I thought of in my head at 3 in the morning.

Day 2 -

OP Cyborg Franky x Reader - Building a Gingerbread House

Summary: Franky uses his engineering expertise to help you put together a gingerbread house!

Warnings: Pure fluff, fem!Reader, pretty short

You huffed in frustration, holding the two slabs of gingerbread together so tightly, the tops began to crumble. Finally one snapped, cracking into two asymmetrical pieces. God, why did you ever volunteer to do this for the crew? Frustrated, you threw your head down against the table.

"Hey little lady," Franky bellowed, stepping into the kitchen. "What's gotcha throwing a hissy fit?"

You scoffed, lifting your head from the table. "It's this stupid gingerbread house I promised to make. I can't get the pieces to stick and I keep breaking them." The metal man hummed in response stepping forward to take a look.

"Well, what are you using to glue it all together?" he asked, observing the edges closer with the large fingers cradling his chin.

"Icing, why?"

"Well, there's your problem!" he laughed. "You outta be using melted sugar. It works like cement." You looked on, dumbfounded as he stomped into the kitchen, whipped out a pot from the cupboard, and poured sugar into it as he set it on the stove. "Bring me that broken piece, I'll fix it for ya." he chirped, reaching his arm out to beckon for it. Placing it in his hand, you watched as he dipped the shattered cookie into the mixture, coating the edges before sticking them together. "Now, hold his while I fix this other one."

You did as he asked, holding the pieces in place for a few minutes before curiously trying to pull them apart. To your amazement, they wouldn't budge, bonded together like they'd been super glued back together. "Franky, thank you! You're a genius!" you gushed, starting to giggle as you hugged his back. The man blushed, chuckled along with you.

"Anything for you, little lady!" he grinned. "Here, if you bring me the rest of the pieces, I'll put the whole thing together, then all you gotta do is make it pretty. Sound like a deal?"

"Deal!"

Over the next hour, you watched with bated breath as Franky carefully erected the humble gingerbread house, even gluing it to the board it came with so you'd have no other chores than decorating it. After he was finished, he set it back on the table where you'd been sitting, hands on his hips, clearly proud of his work.

"Now that's what I call a job well done," he gloated playfully. "But, you're the client, I'm just the contractor, what do you think?"

"I love it!" you shrieked, excitedly kicking your feet as you observed the result. "Franky, it's perfect!" Looking at it closely, you could hardly tell it was broken, or that it came in separate pieces in the first place. "Thank you!"

"Anytime, babes," he smirked, clearly rolling in your praise. "No need to thank me. Now, if that's all ya need me for-" Suddenly, your smile fell and your shoulders slumped. "Hey, now what's the matter?"

"Oh, nothing," you fibbed. "I was...kinda hoping you might wanna help me decorate. I know you've done most of it already, but it wouldn't be fair for you to miss out on the fun part. I understand if you're too busy though."

Franky grinned again, stepping back toward the table and pulling out a chair. "Shoot, I'm never too busy to hang out with my favorite girl! Of course, I'll help ya!"

With joy now restored, you both began working on piping icing along the borders of the structure, grazing one another's hands every once in a while, which made you blush every time. Carefully, you mindfully place gum drops and peppermints in particular patterns while Franky got to work giving the gingerbread home owners faces.

You giggled upon seeing that one had (h/c) strands of icing messily tangled over its head and shoulders, with (e/c) dots for eyes, and the other had blue dots, a blue icing pompadour, and red icing smeared across its torso with yellow sprinkles decorating it. Upon realizing you'd noticed his handiwork, he smiled sheepishly and tried to hide them. "Heh, sorry, I guess I'm not as good of an artist as I am an architect." he laughed, scratching the back of his neck.

Gently, you pulled the cookies away from him, smiling warmly a them. "Is this you and me?"

"S'posed to be," he blushed. "Kinda messed 'em up though."

"Oh, Franky, they're perfect." you gushed. "I love them." you said, propping them up against the house with a pool of icing at their feet so they'd stay. "And I think you're a wonderful artist."

"Thanks, doll face." he accepted, placing a hand over yours. "I think you're just plain wonderful all around."

for SANJI, i don’t think there’s anything that wouldn’t make him fall in love with you again. but nothing tops the moments you defend or protect him in anyway. don’t get me wrong; he absolutely hates it when you do. whether someone is verbally or physically attacking him, he doesn’t want you to get caught up in it. he’s used to protecting the one he loves so much, someone doing it for him makes his heart swell so much. he doesn’t hate because he doesn’t like it, he hates it because he feels he should be the one protecting you. but your actions tell him just how much you care about him.

when in a crisis, you’re always able to calm USOPP down with those words of yours. most of the straw hats are missing a screw and have no sense of danger which only adds to his anxiety. but for some odd reason, whenever you talk to him in a crisis, he can always get back up on his feet. maybe hearing you call him “captain usopp” boosts his ego or maybe he’s just doing it to impress you, but you’re always looking at him with those eyes that hold immense trust. he can’t let you down knowing you trust him so much.

ROBIN can’t get over how much interest you show in archeology. she’ll never turn down a question from you and tell you stories about history. as the only one on the ship who loves history so much, your interest in what she does brings a smile on her face. when making landfall on new islands, she always asks you if you’d like to come along, if you haven’t said yourself that you’re coming. you’re the first to know about a ponegylph’s message or a secret hidden in ruins. although i think it’s unlikely, she may even teach you how to read poneglyphs if you’re ready to carry such a huge burden.

your kind heart and gentleness to those who need it most has FRANKY over the moon. you’re always one of the first people on the crew to help someone in need and listen carefully to their problems. helping people is not a foreign task to the straw hats, but your kindness goes a long way. sometimes your kindness isn’t directed towards someone who needs it, but it’s directed towards franky himself. always asking him what’s in his mind or if he needs any help, he can’t help but feel at ease when you’re around.

Shopping with Franky was always an experience, he would spend so much money on you, coffee, lunch, dinner, dessert, clothes. You had to be careful what you picked up and looked at for too long because the moment you set it down it would be in his arms, and he’d insist on buying it. He’d always tell you not to worry about money, in his line of work he made a good amount.

You just finished lunch and were walking around the mall hand in hand, there was a garish Hawaiian shirt on the manakin in the store front ahead of you. “Oh man that looks so super, I’m going to treat myself and get it in every colour if they have it” He grinned at you, he was so easy to excite, honestly it was adorable.

Stepping into the store he made a beeline to where the shirt was hanging up and grinned at you, his sunglasses perched on his head as he looked through the sizes getting one for him and a smaller one. He held it up against you “You’d look great in this, and we’d match! How super would that be?” Franky said and you took the shirt.

“Wont we look like dorks?” You looked over the bright patterns, clashing colourway. “Nah, couples match all the time, we’ll look great” He repeated with a firm nod, you didn’t have the heart to say no so off to the cashier you went, and he bought them.

From that day whenever you’d go to the beach together or went out on a hot summer day, you’d wear the matching shirts and people would stare but it made Franky happy and that made you happy. It soon became your favourite summer outfit.

I am SO SORRY this took literally months to finish. and UR ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, there needs to be more kaku and hildon love!! ty for the request!

Being hugged by their crush

Kaku

- Kaku is SUPER easy to fluster and even more so around you

- he can try to deny it all he wants but literally every one knows how big of a crush he has on you

- when you end up hugging for the first time he nearly short circuits and maybe forgets to hug back, which he regrets A Lot because he's actually pretty physically affectionate

- he asks for a redo and he's just so darn cute that you gladly accept and boy does he get it right this time

- he's so tall and warm and just envelops you entirely and if he's feeling a little bold he'll bury his face in your hair

- after that he's always asking for hugs or just casually touching you and you have absolutely no complaints whatsoever

Hildon

- the first time you hug hildon the two of you have had a few drinks and hildon is always smiling and polite but he ends up talking about some of his insecurities

- you ask before you hug him and he looks like you've offered him the world

- he's smaller than you but he hugs like he doesnt wanna let go, and he really really doesn't

- he also kind of maybe lets slip that he's had a crush on you for a long time but you deem that that's a talk better had when sober and you just hold him and give him praise and watch as he melts with the affection.

Brook

- I think Brook would always be hugging you in the first place to be honest, you're so small and he may just be skin and bones but he loves picking you up and spinning you around and dancing with you.

- his crush on you is SOO obvious but like. it’s not something either of you actually address? Idk i just feel like you always have a a lot going on and then the two year time skip happens.

- if you were ever visibly or vocally uncomfortable he would totally understand (and be overly dramatic sad as a joke mostly) and lessen the amount he would be physical with you and ask before hand every time. but even if you were were completely okay with it, you could never initiate the hugs because he always beat you to it.

- UNTIL!!! after meeting up again after the two years you Fling yourself at him and give an absolutely bone crushing hug, lifting him up and twirling him around.

- he would laugh SO LOUD, for real, he's probably crying too, I don't think many people lift him up so it's either bc he's scared or super happy.

- needless to say that after the initial shock he is absolutely Smitten with what happened and would probably pester you all the time to lift him while hugging/dancing and would def let you initiate hugs WAY more often

Franky

- I imagine Franky is pretty similar to Brook in that he’s both obvious about his crush and pretty physical. but unlike Brook he doesn’t outright hug you, it’s all hands on your shoulder, your back, and patting your head.

- He’s probably gonna be really defensive of you and have your back. He’s not gonna outright protect you because he SUPER believes in you, but if you ask, or get seriously hurt he is gonna GO NUTS

- You probably hug him for the first time Pretty soon after meeting him i’ll be honest, but he also falls in love at first sight sooo.

- You hug him because he takes a hit for you and honestly he’s like. not even hurt? and it wasnt even a particularly heavy hit but he was. SO DRAMATIC ABOUT IT. and you just kind of play along, but you are genuinely grateful

- The hug is GREAT, he is the best hugger among the strawhats and you cannot change my mind.

- He cries. Idk what else to say, he is just sobbing because. listen he just loves you SO MUCH, and like no matter what your relationship becomes later this is definitely the beginning of a really great friendship

Zoro

- okay so here’s the thing. Zoro is VERY reserved. You’re pretty sure he actually hates you for the first month of knowing him, but the boy just doesn't know how to be social.

- the first time he so much as touches you is an accident, and you guys don’t actually. talk for a while.

- The first time he sees you fight however he has a really deep appreciation for you and your strength. This earns you a handshake.

- You guys actually start talking, EVENTUALLY, and become really good friends actually! It’s super weird. You tell him you thought he hated you and he... Laughs in your face. Most people think that, but no one ever says that to his face.

- You don’t think he’s scary you just think he’s a brick wall of scowls.

- When you do finally hug him, it’s after a big fight and you just dont know how you all made it out alive but you DID and you’re so elated and you hug Zoro so tight and your crying and laughing and you get snot all over him

- but by god the boy BLUSHES. he is SO embarrassed and tries to play it off, but he hugs you back and it’s. really awkward but also nice? idk he storms off afterwards and he’d never say this but he really likes your hugs.

Children of the Blue Sea

Each night, she searches the land, looking for children who have no one to turn to. Those who are lost, abandoned, broken, and in need of comfort. She takes them to an island, a paradise for children to run free and happy. They stay under her protection as they begin to forget the pain once felt.

While the children view her as someone who saved them, the world government saw her as a threat for taking away children. While most of them were orphans or abandoned, there were a few that were taken from nobles and royals. They had no choice but to put a bounty on her head: Lady Blue Sea, that's what they called her because at night, if you listen carefully, you can hear the sound of the waves and the melody of her voice that follows.

//So this is an AU where every One Piece character with a tragic child backstory (or was just an orphan) is now living on Garden Island with [Y/n] aka Blue Sea. They all come to the island as a smol child so whatever happened in canon when they grew up never happened here.

I'm not sure if they're going to stay a smol child or if they'll age, they're still going to be youngsters either way.

The straw hats first met you on a gloomy island. Due to the lack of vibrant colors, everyone's in formal and dark clothing. Everyone except you. Your background was a blur. You grew up on the other side of the island and only come to the town when you need something.

Today was always the same. You wore your tall heels and grabbed your ribbon bag. You looked at your mirror one last time to check your makeup and fix your black and pink hair.

You leave your pastel house and start walking to the town. Your frilly dress bounces on every step you make, along with all the little decorations and the big ribbon on your back. Your creamy stockings hug your smooth and perfect thighs. Your parasol, walking beside you, waiting to be opened and used.

The walk to the town was short. All kinds of animals surrounded you. Hostile or not. You were an eye candy on the gloomy island, the only one with colors and a devil fruit.

You looked at the harbor. A ship has arrived. The Jolly Roger is a skull with two crossed bones underneath and a straw hat on top. You looked back at the market, trying to find people standing out.

You opened your parasol and took out your creamy fan, holding it below your eyes. There, you saw a young man with a straw hat, the captain, you presume. Next to him was a girl with tangerine hair and a man with curly eyebrows. Your island doesn't often get visitors. The last time someone came, they never went back to the sea.

There is a saying if you offend the island and do something wrong. At night, sashes will wrap around your body and slowly absorb you.

"Hey! I've been trying to call you for the last 5 minutes." The voice whined. You snapped out of your thoughts--making a little sound, and you looked at the man. He looks like a plank separated by its group.

"What's your name, and why are you the only one glowing?" the tall, lanky man asked.

"Y/n…" you quietly muttered. The fan was a great asset today. Covering your pink blush and trembling mouth.

"Hm…do you know anything about t-" "Luffy! Stop running a- A LADY~"

"Oh, uhm…" You were starting to get uncomfortable. Today was just supposed to be like yesterday and the day before. While the two were busy fighting among themselves, you had run off and went to one of the instrument stores.

There, you saw a tall man's back. He had an afro and, by the neck--an orange scarf. He also had a gold top hat and a cane on his side. The tall man turned around and, to your horror, a skeleton. Before it could open its mouth, your devil fruit accidentally activated, and your sashes were wrapped around the skeleton, ending it with a ribbon.

You gasped and mumbled a quick sorry, then left the store. Today has been unpleasant. You left the town while holding your mirror, making your hair and makeup look good. When you were away from the townsfolk, you used your fruit and made your ribbons carry you.

Various thoughts entered your mind. But the forest was calming you down. You looked around you-- and a woman with sunglasses and a bag stepped out of the shadow.

"That was an interesting ability, miss." The lady said.

You looked at the mysterious woman. Her clothes and accessories fit her. "Oh, uh, thank you!" You answered cheerfully.

"I saw a house on the other side of the island. It was hard to ignore it, especially the color the owner chose. With all the evidence I gathered, you were the legend the people were discussing. Ribbons and sash?"

You tilted your head to the side and asked, "How do you know?"

The woman chuckled and answered, "I saw what you did to my friend Brook. I asked the locals about the ribbons. They said that pirates only left their clothing behind, no bones or skin," she continued, "I must say what you're doing here is heroic. But don't you get ever tired from the lack of color?"

I left my ribbon vehicle and finally spoke, "This place wasn't white and black. It used to be full of color and life. One day, I was exploring the forest all by myself. I never made any friends. They said my style was too childish. My friends were animals, and I was hanging out with them. One of the red pandas gave me a strawberry. Instead of its usual dots, it got replaced with tiny carved ribbons. I ate it since my friend gave it to me. It tasted weird, and I passed out. When I woke up, the island had no color except for me. I want to help my people first."

The woman said, "Have you never thought you were the problem?"

I gasped. Me? What did I ever do?

"I'm not saying that you are. But what if? Me and my crew are going to depart tomorrow. I could show you around the ship. All your belongings are in the Thousand Sunny."

"I- can I at least check the ship first?"

Now, here you are in front of the Thousands Sunny. You entered the big ship, holding your fan just below your eyes. There was no one, and the only light source was on the second floor towards the back of the ship.

"Oh, by the way, my name is Nico Robin. You can call me Robin."

After the tour, you find out the men sleep on the first floor while the girls sleep on the second floor. Speaking of sleep, the crew arranged your corner neatly. You had your vanity and a lot of picture frames. Your bed also had a lot of frilly and curtains, and the wardrobe filled with Lolita and Victorian dresses.

"Let's go to the last room. The dining room." Robin said.

There, you two entered the room. All of the straw hat members except Robin were eating happily.

"I'll introduce you to all of them. The man with the straw hat is our captain, Luffy. The girl with the orange hair is our navigator, Nami. The guy with the long nose is our sniper, Ussop. The guy wearing a suit is the ship's cook, Sanji. The reindeer is the ship's doctor, Chopper. The tall man is a cyborg and is the crew's shipwright, Franky. The skeleton, the guy you packaged neatly, is the musician, and his name is Brook. Lastly, the Fishman is the helmsman, and his name is Jinbei. Let's eat with them."

You walked behind Robin, your fan still in front of your face.

"Oh, it's you!" Nami yelled. "LADY~" Sanji shouted.

You winced from the roaring noise and instinctively opened your umbrella to avoid them. Robin noticed you shifting and held your hand, then closed your umbrella. Sanji served you food, and you sat on the counter.

That night was lovely and fun. The crew, even though it looked chaotic at first, was pleasant. Everybody's different personalities make you fit in like the last puzzle piece. The ship made you feel needed. It made you feel wanted.

You left the dining area and stared outside. In front, you could see the vast ocean. But if you look back, you can see your colorful island. Colorful island?

Was I the problem all along?

"So, do you accept my offer now?" You look beside you to see Robin also staring at the island. You closed your umbrella and shifted your body, staring at her.

"I do."

The next day, you woke up in your bed. Last night was a bit of a blur. Luffy was cheering that someone new joined, and all the crew were doing whatever. You went to the girl's room and immediately passed out.

You stood up and looked at the mirror, observing the heart-shaped beauty mark below your right eye. You took out some new clothes, a white dress stopping at your thighs. You also took a pair of socks that reached your knees and arm warmers, stopping at your shoulders.

You look at the room Nami and Robin, sleeping peacefully.

After showering, you went to the girl's room and put your hair into pigtails, using two large ribbons as hair ties.

You finally left the room and went down to the first floor. There, mostly all of the straw hats were chilling.

"Are we leaving now?" You asked

"Yeah, the log post finally worked, and we're now going to the next island," Franky replied

You stared back at your island, slowly drifting away.

"I hope the animals will be--"

"I saw some marines just east from here," Zoro yelled from the top nest.

The next thing you knew, cannonballs were being launched at you.

Half of the crewmembers were still asleep. The only ones awake were Sanji, Zoro, and Jinbei.

"Don't worry. There are only two ships. I can handle it." You said.

The three looked at each other and nodded. Then, all went back to work.

You used your ribbons and stretched them to make them larger and larger. You wrapped the two ships like a present and ended it with a large bow.

You turn your gaze toward the direction of your island, feeling a sense of loss as it disappears from your view. However, the presence of your friends by your side gives you a glimmer of hope and comfort. It's hard to adjust, but having friends nearby makes it peaceful.

You are a marine,a powerful woman who lives for justice. After your last fight, with a crew of powerful pirates,your subordinates have gotten severely injured. That made you spend a few sleepless nights thinking about what you should do. Your doctors are barely holding up and your supplies are running low.

Finally,one of your most trusted men came up with an idea. "Ma'am?" He asked approaching you.

"Yes?" You turn to look at him. It's currently 1 am and the only thing that seems to be on your mind is your current problem.

"I found this map that indicates there's a sea restaurant. It's actually close to us" He remarked showing you the map, pointing with his finger at the destination.

Your eyes widen as you realize there is hope for your subordinates. You keep your professionalism on the outside as you reply to him in a calm tone "Then we're heading there."

The few men that seem to be alright gather to change the course of the ship. You make your way into your room. The moment you close the door,you feel tears in eyes,running down your cheeks. There is hope. There really is. You thought to yourself. You grew quite attached to your subordinates in the past years. You didn't want to lose them. You know it's wrong. It's wrong to care about those people so much. It's the marine,you are all destined to die for the government. You must accept it.

You lay down on your bed looking at the ceiling thinking,and thinking about everything.

The time flies by faster than you expected and the morning comes.

Of course you couldn't sleep all night. You are up,on the deck, waiting to get to the sea restaurant.

"We are expected to reach the destination in the following minutes,

Y/N-sama" The navigator informs you. You nod as you begin to notice the Baratie. You are the first one to step on the sea restaurant.

You enter the restaurant as some stuff welcomes you. "We need food. I have a whole ship,full of people, wanting to eat something. We have all the money you want" You hand him a suitcase full of berries. "I'll be sitting at one of the tables. Please bring me some food as well"

The man in front of you gives you a confused look. You choose to ignore it since you feel your stomach arguing with you for food. You take a seat at a table patently waiting for someone else to notice you.

A blonde man with curly eyebrows, wearing a suit notices you. His eyes are sparkling with passion. He quickly gets closer to you,to take your order and admire you,of course. "Good morning, mademoiselle. May I take your order?" His smile is brighter than the sun. He can't help but analyze you.

"You were fast to notice me." You remark. Your instincts are telling you not to trust him. Being a marine is tough,of course you can't just talk to anyone. Everyone can be dangerous. At least that's what the marine told you."Yes,you may,sir. I would like a steak with a salad." You reply politely.

He quickly writes down your order. He looks at your uniform and realizes that you're an officer. A beautiful and dangerous woman? Exactly my type. "So what's such a beautiful lady doing here,in this humble restaurant?" The blonde asks. Such a beautiful officer,like her, should have a private cook.

"Don't you ask too many questions for a waiter?" You raise your eyebrow giving him a cold gaze. "Know your place, waiter. I am not here to chat."

"Oh,my apologies, mademoiselle!" He turns around leaving her at the table. The waiter can't help but slightly bite his lower lip. Whatever was that,it was damn hot.

"Why are you smiling like an idiot,Sanji?" Patty,a muscular cook,with oversized forearms asks him.

"There's this beautiful beautiful lady sitting at the table 5!" Sanji makes a little dance out of excitement.

"Whatever. Just focus on the food." Patty easily gets angry, however he maintains his calm this time."We have a lot of people to feed. A marine ship stopped by. Those people are hella hungry"

Sanji takes a few moments to think about what Patty said. He realizes you were there for help. He realizes you're probably stressed out since your subordinates are starving. I'll cheer her up. I will bring her the tastiest food! I will sure impress her this way. He begins cooking. He chooses fresh ingredients for you. He pre-heats the oven so he will finish the steak faster. The blonde spreads the pepper,the salt and the garlic powder on the meat. He carefully adds the oil to get just the right amount. As for the salad,he isn't going to make anything easy.

You wait at the table thinking about your waiter. Maybe you were a little harsh on him. After all he is helping feeding you and your subordinates.

You sigh thinking about a way of returning him the favor. He was nice and trying to help,yet you were too frustrated to give him a nice smile.

Sanji brings the food to your table, waking you up from your overthinking. "Here's the food" He smiles once again.

"Right..." You look at him a bit ashamed by the way you behaved "Look,I am sorry. I have been really stressed and... I know I shouldn't have been so hard on you" The blonde lights up a cigarette. "Don't worry, mademoiselle. I don't get easily mad."

You're surprised by his patience. He works in a restaurant after all,he must have experience with rude clients. "Even so,I am really sorry. If there's anything I can do to-" He leans closer to you placing his finger on your lips.

"Shh. I said don't worry." You feel your cheeks burning. You nod,not being able to talk.

Sanji moves away his finger from your lips. "If you really want to do something to atone your mistake,you can come here again." He smiles giving you a little wink. "I'd love to see you here more often"

You finally realized what's happening to him. He has a crush on you. Unfortunately,you have always been lonely. You had no time for relationships since you were in the marine. "Sure" You smile back. You take a look at the food he just brought you. The way he carefully arranged the food makes the plate look bigger and tastier. You take a bite from the steak. "Oh! Wow!" Your taste buds are begging you to eat more.

Sanji sees your reaction and his eyes quickly filled with joy. "I love to see people enjoy my cooking. Especially you"

Your cheeks are burning again. You struggle to respond without stuttering. "My name's Y/N" You say hoping he doesn't see your red cheeks. Maybe changing the subject will help?

"What a lovely name." He grabs your hand kissing it gently."My name is Sanji" Of course he noticed how red your cheeks are,yet he seems to wonder how shy you can get.

You feel your heart beating faster. "N-nice to meet you..." You stammer out the response. As much as you try to focus on the food the only thing in your mind seems to be the man in front of you.

Sanji chuckles seeing you like this. He leaves you to eat your meal as he has to feed your subordinates too.

Soon enough,you visit him again and again. You find yourself seeing him almost everyday. You find yourself enjoying when he talks to you so passionately about cooking. You find his silly compliments heartwarming.

One day,you enter the Baratie, taking a seat at the usual table. Sanji knows this is the time you usually show up so he was there waiting. He comes up to you, with his usual bright smile "Hello! What can I do for you,my favorite client?" He asks excited to see you.

"Actually... I am not looking for anything to eat" You could see his expression changing from excitement to confusion. "When is your shift over? To maybe...test out my new ship?"

Sanji is surprised to hear you ask something like this."In 1-2 hours I am free."

"That's perfect!"

"Is this a date?" He couldn't contain his curiosity on this matter. He wants it to be a date. He has been craving your touch.

"I guess so" You smile feeling shy again. You get up from your table. "See you soon,Sanji." You walk away leaving Sanji burst out of excitement in the middle of the Baratie.

"Get back to work!" Zeff yells from the kitchen.

After Sanji finishes his shift,he waits for you at the Baratie, knowing you'll probably come pick him up. You show up in a small ship,one you purchased recently mostly for undercover missions. You invite him on your expensive ship. There is only one navigator that was instructed to not bother any of you.

The sea seems calm and serene. You two have the pleasure to see the sky's different shades of pink,orange and yellow of the sunset. The sun looks like it's about to fall asleep, leaving the moon to do it's job.

"What a beautiful sunset" Sanji remarks gazing at the sky."Yet,it doesn't compare to your mesmerizing beauty" He grabs your waist, pulling you closer to him. You blush hearing his compliment. You gaze into his beautiful eyes noticing the love for you overflowing from his gaze. He has so much love for you that he can't keep it for himself,he needs you to feel it,to feel it all. "May I steal a kiss?" He can't stop thinking about your lips. You don't reply,yet the answer is in your eyes and he sees it. As he leans closer to you,his warm breath caresses your face. Finally,his lips are against yours.

The sun rays are gently hugging your figures, warming you and Sanji just like the passion running through your bodies. You brush your fingertips on his left cheek.

Franky:

Likes to use pickup lines. Thinks he’s smooth with them. He is not.

“Your name must be Coca Cola, because you’re so-da-licious!”

He’s always saying how much he loves you and likes to show you off. Totally the type to yell “THAT’S MY PARTNER!!!” and “Aren’t they amazing?!?” at every opportunity.

In turn, he gets really emotional if you do the same. The first time you say ‘i love you’ he nearly bursts out in tears.

Very supportive and curious about your interests. Always gives great feedback, and nothing makes his chest swell with pride more than when you compliment his work.

So soft for hand holding.

Seriously this man loves, loves, loves to hold hands! But he fears you won’t want to, considering how large his hands are.

Please do. He will blush, but try to be lowkey about it.

Is ready to fight anyone who bothers you, and if you can’t fight, is really protective overall.

He wants to style your hair, or just run his fingers through it if it’s on the shorter side. Would like it if you did the same for him.

Sometimes makes you little trinkets and charms, usually they’re really goofy and silly; but he has his more serious and romantic moments too. Might have made a cute little robot that looks like you. He keeps it on his desk.

Would get you matching sunglasses.

Aokiji:

Uses god awful pickup lines, but actually manages to pull them off.

Chances are he’s taller than you, so he likes to rest his chin on top of your head. He has fallen asleep like this on several occasions. It embarasses you greatly, but he doesn’t seem to mind.

Despite his ice powers, he is very warm. The perfect temperature for cuddling, and lucky for you, this man loves to cuddle.

Lazy cuddles are his jam, specially when you both just woke up, and he wraps his long arms around you, pulling you closer so your back rests comfortably against his chest while he mumbles about sleeping a little longer.

If you don’t work for the Marines, he often slips away from his job to spend more time with you, and tends to be worried for your safety, considering how many pirates he’s made enemies with.

If you do work for the Marines, he wants to make sure you’re on the same jobs as him, or at least on the same ship. He trusts you’re strong enough to protect yourself, might even compliment you on your performance during a fight.

A great listener. He’s very chill, so it doesn’t feel like a big deal when you talk about your issues or ask for advice

Knows how to cook, but he is way too lazy to do it often. The biggest display of affection he ever showed was when you woke up to find him already out of bed and with a fresh plate of pancakes for you.

He likes to make you blush, and rarely might even tease you about it.

Kinda clingy. If he wants to take a nap but you’re doing something else, he will pick you up (way too easily for your liking) and drag you to bed with him.

Jabra:

Very touchy, always has an arm draped over your shoulder or a hand resting over your hip. Loves PDA.

Would like if you were the same level of strength, so you could have a friendly rivalry going on and spar sometimes, but he also doesn’t mind it if he has to protect you.

Likes to pick you up or carry you around. Bridal style or on his shoulders, he doesn’t care! He likes to show off his strength.

He tries to be all romantic and buys you flowers or chocolate to surprise you, but usually Fukuro ruins the fun by telling you about it beforehand. Please assure Jabra you still really like his gifts.

Jealous around Lucci. He actually gets jealous of you kinda easily, but it’s really amped up when Lucci’s around. He pouts when you point it out.

Absolutely do brush or braid his hair, it’s long and fabulous and he’s very proud of it. He has kicked his leg once when you scratched behind his ear. Please don’t let Fukuro hear about it.

He talks about you a lot to his coworkers. They’re sick of hearing him gush about you.

He often brags about how he got the scar over his eye, and every time it’s an even more unbelievable and outrageous story.

Whenever he gets hurt, usually during missions, he asks you to kiss it better.

Differently from what you may think, he’s actually really caring and cute when in a relationship. His tough exterior falls apart when he sees you.

Such a puppy. All smiles and chuckles when he’s the center of your attention.

Strawhats with an author member

Summary: You're an author (you go by anon), and one day you ate a devil fruit. Now you can trap people inside your novels. (I think you BSD fans know where I'm going...) The straw hats found you and decided to invite you. (You said yes...cuz that's literally what this story is abt and cuz u were bored).

You live on a small island somewhere in the new world. You work as an author who goes by the pen name "S".

Usually, pirates would come to your island twice a month. The townsfolk were very friendly and you sometimes stepped in when pirates crossed over the line.

One day, you and your friend were hanging out in a small secluded alleyway. Your back was against the only entrance and you were facing your friend who was already opening the mystery novel.

"Good luck," you had said.

Your friend only nodded. Bright yellow light surrounded the both of you. When the light finally disappeared, your friend was gone, and the closed book fell to the ground. You picked it up and turned around, ready to leave the alleyway.

Your eyes locked in with a black one. A 5'11 man with a straw hat was staring right at you with mouth agape from amazement.

Your eyes widened, and you were about to open the book facing his way. But his arm suddenly stretched and took your book before you could open it.

"COOL!!! How did you do that?!" The guy wearing the straw hat asked.

"Shh, don't be too loud or the others will catch us," you walked towards the man, "they don't know about my ability. And I would like to keep it that way."

You took the book from the stranger's hand and walked away. The rubber man beside you said, "That's an awesome ability. How about you join my crew?"

You stop walking and look right into his eyes. "Crew? I don't know anything about you and would like to keep it that way."

The man only smiled back and responded, "Is information all you want? Well then, I'm Monkey D. Luffy, and I will be the king of the Pirates!" He raised both of his hands and made a fist. All this while smiling.

"King of the pirates? Don't make me laugh. Plus, I decided to live here for all my life."

"Really?? But don't you want to go on an adventure? I and my crew always go on fun adventures. You will never be bored!"

Before I could say anything back, a woman with long orange hair came up to me and Luffy.

"There you are! We're gonna leave in 2 days. Next time don't dash away and wait for us, Luffy!" The tangerine girl said.

The girl who was scolding Luffy finally noticed me and apologized. She then introduced herself and dragged Luffy by the ear. I watched the scene until they vanished into the crowd and walked off. I hope that my friend is almost done with the book.

I went to different places for inspiration. Being a mystery writer was no easy task. Especially if you only have a limited view. The sun was almost setting, and my friend was still stuck. My new story really did a poll on them.

I walked into Naty's bar and ordered a drink. Luffy's sentence rang into my head. An adventure? I wonder what it'll be like...My books had always sailed the sea, but shouldn't the author, too? No. Being a pirate is dangerous. My view may be limited, but my mind is not.

As long as I have a paper and pen, I can do anything...is what I would like to say. I took a few berries, placed them on the counter, and left the bar. Today took a sour turn.

A/n: This was supposed to be a head cannon but I accidentally made it as a story...so uh... ALSO PLEASE REQUEST IM BORED AF :((( part 2 getting posted...tomorrow? BTW WHAT SHOULD BE THE DEVIL FRUIT NAME BE???

With a book at hand and a refreshing Cola, you were sitting at the aquarium bar enjoying the short time you had alone. Luffy and a few others in the crew were wreaking havoc on the deck, but you decided you could use some time alone for once.

It wasn’t long before your needed break was interrupted, but luckily it was your long-time boyfriend.

“Oh, Y/n! So this is where you’ve been!” Franky exulted, his figure slowly entering through the hatchet. Warm salty air followed him, the smell of the sea filling up the room.

“Yup, you know the aquarium bar is one of my favorite places on the ship that you made,” you replied, a teasing smile forming on your lips.

“You flatter me, Y/n, but you can’t fool me. You took the last bottle of cola, didn’t you?” He asked, flipping up his sunglasses. He didn’t fail to notice the cola bottle sitting beside you.

Ah, you did. You side-eyed the almost empty bottle of cola beside you, before quickly glancing at Franky. He raised an eyebrow at your actions before quickly realizing the situation. Before he could react, you snatched the bottle in front of you and gulped it down, leaving Franky puzzled. Franky nearly laughed, your teasing nature always got the best of him.

While you were grinning with triumph, Franky slowly began walking towards you.

“Y/n, we could’ve shared it, ya’know?” He says, feigning disappointment.

“What if I didn’t want to?” You reply teasingly, crossing your arms assertively.

“Then I’m just gonna have to take it from you in another form,” Franky subtly hinted just before he hastily grabbed your arm, pulling you into a secure embrace. He was now sitting in your previous spot and had you completely under his gaze.

“Franky— what,” you faltered, unable to react to Frank’s actions. He had you straddled in his lap and your arms resting on his.

Franky x Reader Headcanons <3 ( one section is general ones and other is comfort )

• When dating Franky, PDA is a must. He’s a man of no shame, and why would he ever feel shame over dating you, as well as showing off how much he loves you in public? Although, he’s rather casual with it! Wether it be an arm locked around your waist or his loud compliments, going on about how ‘ suuuuper ‘ cute you are.

• Hes very touchy / cling! Franky may be a cyborg but he’s got a huge heart, one that melts at the slightest of things. If you ever come home after being gone for days at a time, he’ll be in tears, immediately swooping you up in his arms. He’ll certainly expect a ton of love and attention after your absence!

• Franky loves to buy clothing for his s/o! Alas, they’re usually in his own personal style. He’ll buy his s/o a string bikini or a matching speedo ( depending on your preference / gender expression ) but if you aren’t a fan of such eccentric clothing, he doesn’t mind following you around stores whilst you shop, making sure to hold each and every one of your bags.

• He’ll definitely want to introduce you to Iceburg. Franky would get a big head over having an s/o while his big brother doesn’t. Although, they usually end up arguing, all three of you have some sweet moments together, almost like a family.

• Before he gets any modifications, he’ll always ask you! Franky is also willing to add certain gimmicks you may enjoy, like heart shaped buttons that make his eyes light up or anything minor and cutesy like that.

• Franky may be a goofball but he gets serious when he must. And if you’re upset, he’s ready to buckle down.

• He’ll certainly give you a lot of hugs and cuddles, letting you sit with him, letting each other soak in the warmth of one another.

• Depending on what you desire, he’s willing to just listen, or if you need advice, he’ll deliver.

• Franky stays by your side the entire time, not wanting to leave you in your lonesome. He does the best he can for you, even if he’s clueless in what you’re going through.

• Definitely will craft you adorable little things in his workshop. He’ll even ask for Usopp’s help, as he understands cuter things more then Franky does. He’ll use as much time as it takes to craft you the perfect gift.
