On the topic of Sebastian being completely enthralled about everything Ciel is, I personally love it so much more knowing manga context, because O!Ciel was the 'spare'. He was not supposed to carry the family nane and, frankly, people didn't think he'd be capable of it due to his poor health anyway (Remember Frances and Vincent's conversation in the flashback chapters? It's obvious O!Ciel was quite saddened by what he heard).

By all means, in a twisted way, Sebastian might just be the first person to regard O!Ciel as someone deeply capable, a shiny singularity that doesn't live in anyone's shadow. The adults around him were - tho not unrightfully - seeing his fragility first and foremost while his brother, despite seeing him as worthy, didn't wish for him to leave and forge his own path. R!Ciel's reaction came from childishness sure, but that isn't to say that it didn't feed into the idea that O!Ciel was 'his backup'.

Going off from this, Sebastian is also the one thing in his life and is irrevocably his. Again, twisted, but all O!Ciel built has been under another's name. The manor, the company, the engagement etc. None of them truly his, but his brother's. And the other servants? They are loyal, however ultimately their own people. Sebastian? In an entirely different spot. He'll be there until the end after all.

This is an aspect of their relationship that tugs at my heartstrings so much. It's so toxic and depressing yet strangely soft and tender somewhat at least to me.

i literally think about this all the time like. that conversation frances and vincent had? imo vincent just flippantly saying "i guess ill just have to give the estate back to the queen lmao" could be taken 2 ways which is: at face value OR (what i think is more likely) vincent just saying what he knows will piss frances off to get her to stop talking. tbh vincent seems like a good dad imo and like he doesnt super underestimate o!ciel (he seemed absolutely fine with the idea of o!ciel going off to london by himself and opening a toy store in the future), but he DOES know that o!ciel is frail and sickly, and it makes me wonder how seriously he considered the idea that o!ciel might inherent the title of the queen's watchdog.

honestly, i feel in some respects, r!ciel treats o!ciel more carefully than their parents. he very much has an attitude of "my baby brother NEEDS me, he cannot survive without me!!" (gasps and shock, to learn it is actually the other way around /s)

all this to say, whether you lean more towards my interpretation or yours, or a fun mix, or whatever, it is undeniable that all of o!ciel's relationships were 'tainted' (for lack of a better term) by his illness and the way it made others view him and treat him.

AND THEN COMES SEBASTIAN

sebastian, who takes one look at o!ciel, and goes "lmao what a fucked up lil dude. time for little a snacky". sebastian, who then sits down to forge a contract with said little dude only to realize Oh Okay So This Child Is Clever. And o!ciel being sickly does kind of come up when they're making the contract, but sebastian focuses more on the actual logistics of that and o!ciel says 'nvm we'll deal w it when it comes up' (which is hilarious imo. he really said a sudden chill can put me on my deathbed but thats a problem for future me).

and then it turns out o!ciel is hella sheltered. but also a huge bitch.

and at this point, all i can assume is sebastian is so bewildered by this experience that the fact that o!ciel is frail and sickly and fragile is like. just another thing about this kid. o!ciel has never made sebastian's life easy and it would be stupid to think he would start now, sebastian thinks as his young master suffers from yet another cold just bc it rained yesterday. "i never knew you had asthma" says sebastian, who has read every medical journal to date on chest colds. "you never asked," says the bane of sebastian's existence.

and the thing is you can say "sebastian is only worried about o!ciel bc if o!ciel dies, he loses his meal" which is true and accurate and tbh if i was sebastian and i had put up w that much, i wouldn't want to lose my meal to a mere cough.

BUT ALSO

then you see the way sebastian is so fascinated and intrigued and bewitched by o!ciel. i think to sebastian the fact that o!ciel is frail and sickly is just another contradiction in the sea of contradictions that makes o!ciel so fascinating. and i think sebastian is the only one who really sees all those contradictions, he's the only one who sees everything that makes up o!ciel. and he loves what he finds.

(not to mention the fact that sebastian is the only person o!ciel allows to see his every aspect. or, well, some he tries to hide, but only because he thinks sebastian will try to use something against him. either way, sebastian is still the only person who he lets see the most of him. because sebastian is the only person who knows who he really is, who he doesnt have to put up a front for. he doesn't have to pretend to be his brother, he doesn't have to worry about being the spare.)

Draken

He will laugh sometimes, like cute teasing and mimic you.

He’s the type to play with it too, like he WILL make you stutter even more than you already do.

Like, towering over you and asking you anything with a sweet ass voice that makes you melt. You just can’t find your words when he does, and that makes him smile so much.

He can’t help it. He thinks you’re adorable when you’re looking for your words.

However he will never let anyone make fun of you for this. The first one – beside Mikey – got punched in the face the second they said anything.

He helps you work on it ! Not that he wants you to change, he just wants to try to make your life a little easier.

Mitsuya

He never, ever, said anything about it. To you or others, and if people mention it he’s like “yes, and ?”

He’s respectful and I can not physically take it. He would always be so understanding and let you take your time or talk for you if you're getting frustrated.

He will make sure that nobody talks over you when you struggle and that you get to talk too.

But can also look at you dead in the eyes with a little smile and you “well ? What were you about to say ?” knowing damn well that your brain doesn’t work well when he’s like this.

Him touching you can go both ways : making you more comfortable and dealing with the stutter or making things worse.

He thinks he's helping you when sometimes not at all ! But you still appreciate it.

Tells you to breath all the time lol

Ran

Ran would tease the shit out of you when he doesn't even mind.

At first he was just there like "oh they stutter a lot" and then decided to make it his personal duty to tease you.

“Aww you can’t talk around me ?” this motherfcker really thinks he’s special at first, then realizes that it’s not the case and just doesn't mind it ever again ? My opinion on him changed sm it’s insane

But still tease because it’s funny and so he can keep talking with you.

He's careful about it tho, like he doesn't want you to be insecure about something you can't even control.

I think he would remind you a lot that there's no problem with that and that you can always take your time.

Also remind you that he's just joking around, and that in fact he doesn't care at all.

And if he ever does, he’s really sorry – you can feel he feels bad about it.

Why do I see him so respectful now when he’s a bastard –

Chifuyu

He will help you find your words when you talk to someone else, and when it’s just the two of you he lets you take your time.

He's the best listener and, okay maybe he pointed it out at first, but now he's just so natural with you that you don't mind.

Most of the time it is worse when you’re stressed, and so he tries to cool you down. He's there "whoa whoa" *insert woo youngwoo*

I can see him nodding seriously, eyes close and arms crossed - a proud dad approving - when you make it without stuttering too much.

He's overly cute about it. Like he talks for you when you have an order and that means he knows it by heart (he does even without that honestly).

Another one who’s ready to fight anyone who makes fun of you and mimics you in a mean way. He’s too old for this bullshit. Let’s never forget that this boy has anger issues.

I think he wouldn’t play with it, it’s just a part of his life that even get him rolled his eyes sometimes but not in a bad way, it’s like a “shit, here we go again *place your order for you*"

Wakasa

You two probably know each other for a long time and he just got used to it by time but it still makes him sigh sometimes.

Push you to talk instead of you because people sometimes just can’t get a sentence - but only when it's for important things.

If it's something you have to do by yourself, he will just come with you and be the best emotional support possible regarding the energy he has that day.

He’s probably done with you and Shin because for some reason, when you two talk together, Shin starts to stutter a lot too.

Honestly he doesn't know why people make a big deal of it, it just happens and they shouldn't really pay attention to it.

He thinks that but still helps you whenever you need it.

This guy is either supportive or he doesn't give a shit about this, he can be hard to get. But I still think he's the best friend/bf when it comes to this.

He probably helps you work on it when it's just the two of you because he knows it bothers you and wants the best for you.

I rly like your analysis of Minseok. Tbh I think Sehun is similar (I mean, he’s an Aries just like Minseok). Obviously, he would love his partner to try out the things he likes and vice versa, but wouldn’t force himself to like if he doesn’t, ya know? (Tho how he communicates this may lead to some issues). And he expects his partner to be similar in that regard.

What makes him and Min different is how they express themselves with their partner. Minseok would definitely be more vocal about his affection while Sehun wouldn’t. I think it extends further into him being the youngest in his family and in exo. Again, being quite overloaded on love and affection, makes him a bit hesitant about opening up as he’s concerned he won’t be able to match the effort his partner gives. That’s why I believe he would be the embodiment of “actions speak louder than words”. He would show how much he cares for his partner rather than say it. Obviously, he’ll say “I love you” or “thank you” every once in a while, but not often. I don’t think he’ll go overboard by spoiling his partner to death but maybe a nice gift here or there to show his appreciation.

But another aspect where they differ is spontaneity. Minseok seems like the person to plan out a date or event weeks or months in advance while Sehun would be like “hey, let’s go on a drive around Seoul?” or “let’s take a walk by the Han river” randomly at like 10:00 pm on Tuesday night where he and his s/o end up at random street bar by the end of the night.

I have no idea if this makes sense or not lol 😂. It’s just something that came to mind. You can totally ignore this if u want.

yeah, i absolutely think they're different. minseok can talk about his feelings better than sehun can, you're right on that one. i think i've mentioned one time, that i think sehun has some trouble telling people how he feels because he was raised receiving love, so he doesn't "know" how to give it back.

sehun is also a lot more "loose" than minseok? in the sense that he doesn't take things too seriously or don't worry too much about the future as minseok does. maybe it's his age too, the way they were both raised, i don't know. but sehun can be way more easygoing than minseok.

another point: minseok seems to be a lot more stressed than sehun. not the sehun doesn't get angry or stand for what he believes is right (we all saw how he acted when that rumor that he was gonna be a father happened, how he stood up for himself and didn't take no shit from anyone), but it takes a lot more to get under sehun's skin than under minseok's.

they're different types of aries, that's for sure.

Hey anon! So I have never actually written a character as a yandere before, but I can definitely give it a try. I’m not gonna go full blown Yuno Gasai with it because I just don’t see Hanzo that way. If Hanzo would ever have this type of behavior, I think it would be rooted in trauma and fear, rather than obsessive behavior.

How I see this is: losing his family was a very traumatic experience for Hanzo, so when he finally allows someone else in his life, this trauma would resurface and he would be insanity scared of losing his s/o.

Without other explanations, I hope you like it ❤️

“I will be fine, seriously” you told your pyromancer boyfriend.

“No, it is way too dangerous” he replied.

“Hanzo, I’m just going to the market”

“Not alone”

You knew there was no winning against this. He was either coming with you or you weren’t going at all. When he couldn’t accompany you, he’d send someone to follow you thinking you won’t notice and in that way he’d keep you safe.

You decided enough was enough and you would just sneak out and prove him once and for all he doesn’t need to be so worried all the time. You loved Hanzo dearly, but his overprotective ways were getting on your nerves. But when you reached the door, it was locked. Did he anticipate you sneaking out?

All this didn’t sit right with you, why would he do such a thing? You stood in front of the door, your mind running to a recent event.

The market was full of people. The cherry trees were in full bloom. You held your lover’s arm, head resting on it as you walked around the place.

“Is there something you want in particular?” he asked moving his gaze towards you.

“Hm, I’m not sure” you replied.

“How about something sweet?” he smiled at you.

“Yes! That does sound like a good idea”.

The two of you stopped by a stand selling baked good.

“Oh my, everything smells so delicious” you said you the man behind the stand.

“I made them this morning miss. Here, taste this” he said while extending a warm pastry to you.

After that, everything happened so fast. You didn’t even have time to process the events, as Hanzo extended his arm, grabbed the poor man by his shirt and pulled him over the counter. Hanzo started yelling at the man about daring to think of poisoning you. You didn’t understand where that was coming from, as you had to pull Hanzo away.

“Hanzo, what are you doing, let go of him!” you said, pulling at his arm, but immediately let go with a scream. His entire body was on fire and it had burned you. He stopped in his tracks and turned to you.

“No no no, Y/N, I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to, my love” he said hugging you tightly and checking your wounds. To his relief, it was just a mild burn, it would go away in no time.

But now he was angrier than ever.

“This is your fault you fool!” his attention turning to the man once more.

You felt your head hurting. You couldn’t exactly recall how things ended that day. Did Hanzo really kill that man? Your memory was a bit foggy. Were you really not remembering, or just didn’t want to? The man wasn’t trying to poison you tho, so why?

As you found your mind wondering again, you hear the door unlock.

“Goodmorning Sakura” Hanzo said as he stepped inside “how did you sleep?”

“Care to explain why the door was locked?” you cut him off.

He looked down, his eyes growing slightly darker “to keep you safe”.

“I am safe!” you protested.

“No you’re not! Anyone could kill you! You’re fragile and breakable and I can’t lose you to!” he said and grabbed both your arms.

“Hanzo...please, what is up with you? Talk to me” you said “did you have another nightmare?”

“I will not lose you too” was all he said before leaving and locking the door once more.

The guy still thought he was pretty sus, “why was it on your wedding ring finger then?” but let him off after some time

The guy gave it back to Clark in person, but you had no idea what happened,

so when he gave him the ring, you were watching with the most confused look Clark had ever seen

thankfully, he played it off well and informed you later

He forgot to take off his wedding ring? You “secretly” fist bumped the air- ...he totally saw you though

-OK OK HEAR ME OUT .

-you weren't originally an aahw project. while they're definitely the biggest company of sorts around there's still a few others that are like them but not exactly them hanging around nevada. you happened to be in some facility they decided to raid due to them having some possibly useful information regarding the anti-aahw . she's definitely a little less than enthused to get a call from her agents that she should come check this out but ,, when she lays her eyes on u that immediately melts away

-he's VERY very curious about you. keeps you close which is kind of nice bc it means you're treated pretty well but also it means a lot of being watched. audi just has like. a habit of unconsciously ''''''''studying'''''''' you. they're always noting little behaviors of yours down mentally and asking you little questions abut how you came to be and what abilities you hold.

-believe it or not he actually DOESN'T want you in fights. she knows you're incredibly capable but the thought of you getting too involved in a bunch of clawing and tearing again makes her get uneasy. she just prefers for you to stay by her side, with the excuse that you're a body guard of sorts for her (you aren't, she's got several other, more disposable mags that serve that role just fine.).

-HOWEVER. there is one time where he doesn't get an option in that. a few contractees and dissenters attempted a raid on the base audi was at, hoping to try and get some sort of bargaining chip to make deal with. before they can even really attempt to try and land some sort of hit on them you're already pouncing on the nearest grunt, blood already spurting and painting the walls red in mere seconds of your arrival. it honest to god shocks her into stillness, her just watching motionlessly the entire time, only really moving once to dodge some limb you'd mindlessly thrown her way after tearing it from its socket. WHILE SHE IS IMPRESSED ,,, she still scolds you a little for being reckless while trying to scrub the blood off of you with a wet rag, huffing that 'you could've gotten seriously hurt' if you were any less careful >:/

-however he does do the thng where he like. cups both sides of your face and then presses his forehead against yours. you have to lean down a lot for him to do so but still. sighs a little while brushing his thumb under your eyes and tells you to be more careful from now on.

-auditor is not immune to favoritism and it shows. someone brings it up (shakily, of course) and she just shrugs and goes 'idk what you're talking abt' while petting you who's got your head on her lap. said person promptly gets 'dismissed' after.

-hates whenever anyone tries to put some kind of muzzle on you, even if its just for the jaw dislocation thingy it still makes him go kind of '>:|' . he'll let them for like. a day at MOST (unless you keep trying to get it off, then chances are he's just gonna take it off for you. nobody really bothers asking / trying to get it back on you bc he just sends them a sharp little glare before they even can. if you REALLY need it that bad then he might try and convince you to keep it on a little longer or otherwise take your mind of it, he still feels really bad about it tho . )

-you two knew each other before he dissented / you became a mag. worked pretty close together and were just close in general !! you didn't know dei super super well since he worked in a different area but you two met a few times and hit it off pretty well.

-anyway ! he doesn't take your magnification well. at all. the first few times he saw you after it were the worst, mostly because those few times were primarily because you were lashing out at agents for one reason or another (mostly maltreatment from guards / people being shitty in general) . for the first while its so obvious that you're just exhausted from what's happened to your body that was NOT meant to become this, that you're tired and on edge from not being allowed any real rest. it makes him feel fucking terrible to see how awful of a state you're in and know that there's next to nothing he can really do to help.

-it especially hits him when he notices the other little changes. there's some specific moment where he's holding onto you far too tightly, clutching at the back of your jacket while he does his best to keep composed. you always had this habit of giving a half jokey hum of some stupid little joke or even just a 'what's wrong, big guy?' whenever he seemed off or tense, he can't help but make note of the lack of real response from you in the moment other than you wrapping your arms around him as well. another time, maybe he tries to make some little inside joke after something reminded him of it, looking back at you with a little smile. it hits him with a special punch to the gut when he notices your confusion, you just can't recognize it. you don't remember it anymore. you don't remember a lot of your old self or interactions anymore.

-you two end up getting split up at one point or another. orginally, he'd planned to run away with you and deimos buut,,, one way or another, you weren't really able to get out. he goes looking for you a bunch but eventually he has to stop when it gets to be too much and he can't find any real sign of you, he's quiet for a long time after it.

-HOWEVER . he does eventually find you in some abandoned warehouse him and the others had planned to look for supplies in. the entire time he's in there he keeps hearing sounds he thinks are just dei or hank but every time he asks or comments on it they just give him a look of confusion or a little 'what are you talking about?' it puts him really on edge, it's worse when he's in one of the further corners, digging through a few boxes and desperately trying to ignore how much it feels like someones there. anyway umm lol its just you ,,,, ehe . it takes him a solid minute to process that its you but as soon as it clicks he's yelling your name and running up to hug you. doesn't even stop to think that you could totally tear him a new one right then and there he's just too happy to see you. dei and hank both come rushing over after hearing him, dei recognizes you too and is just kinda 'oh hey !! friend !! :D' while hank stands there and just kinda stares.

-is able to take you back to base without too much argument from the others. he does his best to fill you in on everything that's happened in hopes you'll explained what happened on your part too. even if you don't he can't be too upset since he's just too gd happy to see you again ,,,, chances are you stick around him a lot . deimos is nice but u don't remember him super well and hank makes you uneasy lmao . its ok he thinks its funny though, just laughs a little whenever you stand in his doorway in silence until he notices you :)

Yandere Mael with an injured darling Pt. 2

The next morning seemed peaceful enough as you prepared yourself for the day. The events of the day before had you still shaken up, but Mael was doing his best to calm you, his evidently never ending tranquility influencing you. His gentleness was surprising seeing as you had prepared yourself for an emotional outburst but it was welcomed nonetheless. It`s better to settle this matter with a clear mind, you think.

After your boyfriend presses a kiss against your forehead and whispers some loving words he leaves, having to get to work, a meeting he told you, about half an hour or so before you have to get going, too. There`s an undeniable warmth in your now light chest as you remember his promise to talk to the guy, there is no way that he could bother you again after, seeing how influential Mael is.

As soon as the door had closed behind him a grim expression replaced your boyfriend`s smile. He had been able to comfort you, now he had to take care of someone, no, something else. How anyone with a consciousness could dare harm you was beyond him, he wouldn`t have been surprised if he had found his target had no soul to begin with. That would at least explain his missing morality, his devoid heart and overall stupidity.

If asked how he felt at that moment, Mael would have responded that he despised that dirtbag through gritted teeth, and even though despising someone is less a feeling and more something one does it was the most accurate description of his mind at that moment.

He placed a neutral facade on his face, what he`s about to do is nothing others should suspect him of after all. He had spend most of the night planing, his imagination coming up with the cruelest of punishments before deciding on a quick but painful one, he didn`t want to waste much time on that bastard after all. Controlling each of his movements as to not let his sinister thoughts shine through he made his way to the place he guessed the criminal to be at or at least someone that knew where he would be. Was it creepy that your boyfriend was able to find out where the creep lived even though he didn`t leave your side? Yes. Did Mael believe that it was necessary so he`d be worthy to protect you? Absolutely.

Meeting the guy face to face certainly was an experience. The flames he had been trying to suppress and smoother sprang to action and his rage was hard to control as he send him a closed eyed smile. Mael desperately reminded himself of your eyes, your voice, your touch, fighting with himself as to not kill the guy right then and there.

Coming back from his little daze he noticed the confusion and nervosity of the one in front of him and almost laughed, so he knew why he was here. In the end he had decided against killing him, at least for now, that would have been too merciful after all. He was grateful that he was able to exact revenge and warning in the way he had planned.

Besides the two there was no one else around and Mael let a genuine smile slip out at the thought that he wouldn`t have to drag the creep somewhere else first. Letting his left hand fall on the guy`s shoulder he bend down a bit as to come eye to eye with him. He opened his eyes, carefully watching as the bastard started sweating buckets, asking what the god wanted.

Mael`s smile widened as he squeezed the guy`s shoulder painfully before mumbling some words, chuckling as the guy screamed and fell to the ground, clutching the part of his body that shined bright for a moment in agony and then returned to normal. He towered over the fallen man, the glare he sent him feeling more burning, scorching than the curse inflicted.

Describing his little trick as he called it he turned around, making his way back home, humming happily. Maybe he could catch you prior to you leaving home, explaining that the meeting was either cancelled or rescheduled and that he can walk with you. The flames had calmed down for now, you no longer had to worry about the guy.

Waking up from having passed out, the waste of space wondered what had happened. The last he remembered he was laying on the ground, his shoulder burning to ashes but his arm now seemed to be fine? Was that a dream? Wasn`t there someone else? The fog in his mind cleared up as the memories came flooding in and he shivered, the sharp gaze Mael had send him, so devoid of any emotion but disgust making him want to run and hide. But he no longer seemed to be around. And what had he talked about again? Fear seeped into his bones at the thought of the curse. He had to tell someone! He had to get he- his knees buckled and a silent scream left his mouth. His leg! It was burning, it was on fire, it was hurting. Looking down he felt his sanity slip as there was nothing. Nothing. But he could feel it, his flesh being devoured by hungry flames that seemed to carry a rage in them that he couldn`t fathom. Tears streamed down his face and the last thing he took note of being the slight ache in his shoulder. Somehow he knew that it was connected but it was hard to grasp any thought. Before long, he blacked out again.

Lucifer:

-As the embodiment of pride itself, Lucifer has an overwhelming amount of confidence, almost all the damn time

-So, he was flabbergasted to learn that you weren’t the same

-He always insisted that you aren’t anything but perfect, yet you always seemed to brush the compliments off with a shrug and an awkward smile

-Well, shit, we can’t have that

-Lucifer just got 10x more serious about the matter

-He pulls a really stupid concerned face whenever you insult yourself and he looks more and more like a 48 year old man/dad each time it happens

-He, as of late, increased the number of pet names he has for you and the amount of compliments he gives you each day

-He refuses to let you talk badly about yourself anywhere, at any point in time and encourages every little step you take towards bettering yourself like crazy

- Lucifer wants to prove to you that you are an absolute ray of sunshine and he will go to any lengths to do just that (do not ask)

-He’s even more affectionate than usual which confuses just about everyone in the House of Lamentation, yourself included

-His brothers are feeling a disturbance in the force and they don’t know how to feel about it

-You are possibly the best thing that’s happened to him since he fell as angel and Lucifer is ready to do whatever he can to help you realise that

Mammon:

-“You’re an idiot!”

-“*Sigh*, I know.”

-“Wha-Wait! Y-you can’t say thAT!”

-The Great Mammon is seriously worried about his human

-Being the dense motherfucker he is (i still love him tho) it took him weeks to realise you’re not all that confident in yourself

-At some point in your relationship, he jokingly called you annoying and you just went “Yeah I’ve been told. Sorry.”

-His jaw literally dropped and he almost cried

-He would have choked if he was drinking something

-Tsundere Mammon has gone bye bye and here comes the cuddling teddy bear that is your boyfriend

-He also doesn’t have as much self love for himself as he sometimes pretends to have so he’s kinda in the same boat

-Which means your boat is leaking and you’re perfectly fine with it while he’s panicking and trying to throw water overboard with his hands

-His brothers call him an idiot a lot but he’s a very sociable guy with people skills that he uses all the time in order to coax you out of your self pitiying shell

-Will whine every time you call yourself ‘useless’ or disagree with his compliments because what the hell, you’re literally the most gorgeous being ever let me love youuuu

-When it comes to you and your happiness, he ain’t fucking around. He will snarl at anyone that even looks at you in the wrong way

-Did that to Lucifer once, guess a what happened

-You’ve definitely helped him come to terms with the fact that he is loveable and not a good for nothing scum

-He is the KING of self loathing and no confidence whatsoever in anything he does so every time you put yourself down, he counters it with a self deprecating insult as well

-“Nah, you’re pretty awesome normie. I’m the shut in, disgusting otaku who can barely set foot outside his bedroom without having an anxiety attack.”

-It’s like you’re trying to outdo the other on who is worse

-Truth is, he really admires you, especially knowing you chose to date him; an anime nerd with no social life and no communication skills whatsoever

-It hurts a bit, every time he builds up the courage to actually compliment you and you not taking it seriously

-That’s because he recognises that he’s the same and just as harsh on himself as you are

-Levi knows self hatred is something that takes time to demolish

-But you are his Henry after all (also his partner but whatevs)

-He’s not gonna leave you hanging when you need him the most

-He also gradually stops calling you a normie as your relationship progresses, though it still slips through every now and again

-Basically, the first time he realised that you think negatively of yourself, his immediate reaction was: Haha lmao relatable

-But now, every time it happens, he gets all serious

-Puts his controller down and everything, it’s like witnessing a very rare phenomenon and it’s creepy as shit

-He’s also made an effort to be more physically affection though he is kinda shy about it because damn it he just wants to hug you every time you speak badly of yourself

-Probably writes a list at some point stating all the reasons why you are better than him and Ruri chan combined, it’s rlly sweet

Satan:

-He’s a bit curious as to where that mentality has come from

-What triggered you to be so self doubtful?

-He’s basically your psychotherapist and asks you a lot of questions trying to find different causes and solutions for your issues

-Honestly, he puts so much effort into trying to understand, reading books about it from the human realm and whatever he can find in order to help you

-He scrunches up his nose every time you call yourself an idiot or anything of the sort

-Satan knows that insisting you’re wonderful won’t exactly help you overcome this problem of yours

-But that doesn’t stop him from doing it

-It’s not like you can ignore his comments because he will keep complimenting you until you accept them

-He also repeats a lot of pick up lines but that’s just part of being his partner

-What do you mean you’re worthless?!! He would literally give away all of his books and his hatred for Lucifer in exchange for your well being!

-Satan is possibly the smartest out of all of his brothers, so he uses a tactical approach on this one

-Direct affectionate gestures don’t work on you so he’s gonna be more subtle

-Would slightly hint that you are amazing every time you do something for him, like fetching him a book or something

-“Ah thank you. I don’t know what I would do without you love.”

-He’s a lot smoother than he gives himself credit for

-He just appreciates your existence and that there’s someone out there that he doesn’t need to be act hostile or fake toward

-Satan is ready to sit down and listen to you talk about your insecurities for hours on end

-You would quietly say something bad about yourself and he would run through the House of Lamentation before bursting into the room you are in, shouting ‘No! That’s wrong!’ (going Danganronpa on your asses)

-“Welp, I fucked up again. I can’t do anything right.”

-And then, in the distance you hear boss music starting

Asmo:

-*Shocked Gasp*

-How could you say such things about yourself???? Is that even leGAl?

-Of course, the literally prince of Lust, with all of his narcissism, has never experienced things like ‘self doubt’ of ‘bad self esteem’

-Pfft, the fuck is that?

-He only uses the most positive of words when he describes himself

-So obviously he almost falls off the bed when he hears you insulting yourself for the first time

-But ya know, that would leave bruises on his beautiful skin

-“Oh darling, you’re not annoying or a moron! You’re not anything like Mammon!”

-That was a below belt fatal hit, press f in the chat for the second eldest

-At some point, he just genuinely believes you’ve been spending too much time with Levi and that his negativity started rubbing off on you

-But then you tell him you’ve always been like this and he almost has a crisIS

-He’s like ‘Haha, no, we’re going to get a spa day out tomorrow and a few shopping sprees so I can prove to you that you are magnificent in every way imaginable.’

-Asmo loves pampering you in general but on the days he sees you feeling extra sorry for yourself, he goes above and beyond

-Gets very hurt when you brush off his compliments because he just wants you to accept the fact that you’re beautiful

-He’s like a supportive mom lmao, whenever you’re feeling self doubtful, he goes “You’re doing great sweetie, keep it up I’m really proud of you.”

-It’s up to you to decide whether that helps or not

-He’s such a sweetheart in reality, it’s hard to remember that he’s supposed to be horny all the time

-Well he is but that’s not the point, you’re way more important

-Asmo is so much fun to write cuz I can make him so dramatic it’s hilarious

Beel:

-Oh no :(

-He gets very sad everytime you self deprecate yourself

-You can’t do it with him in the room because he’s going to start crying and give you this kicked puppy stare, it will break your heart

-Beel kinda comes over and goes “If I give you some of my food will you please stop saying bad things about yourself? Because it’s not true.”

-Well you can’t say no to that face

-He feels like it’s his fault you’re this self doubtful even though you’ve tried to explain to him you’ve always been like this

-He goes crying to his twin half the time because he doesn’t know what to do

-“I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to drop it! Fucking hell, I’m such a fucking klutz.”

-He’s like, giving you large portions of his food now

-Because food makes him happy so he wants you to be happy too

-It’s kinda working, slow progress is made which he’s really happy about but you know, it’s gonna take a while

-He finally settles on physical affection as the best way to communicate his gratefulness for you being youself

-Oh, he wasn’t hugging you before? He is now, get your ass next to him and let him cuddle you

-Handholding has increased by 69% in the last month, sorry for the loss of your right hand with how much he squeezes it

-Sometimes, he can’t help but a throw an insult at you in a playful manner, because he’s an asshole

-But he always makes sure you understand that he was just joking

> Nishinoya : first he’s happy bc he saw a naked woman and not anyone, you! But then he realizes he still has to be a gentleman ab it so he leaves the room immediately “don’t worry (y/n)-san, I’m staying in front of the door to make sure no one sees” okay that was awkward but he’s cute
