It’s insane to me that you guys binge and don’t punish yourself. Your body and mind need to know it’s a bad thing. Here are a few things you can do:

-eat a teaspoon of hot sauce, they’re usually 0 cals

- a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar usually 0 cals

- if you feel like binging on a food make sure you stand on a scale while you do it

- eat in front of a mirror (it’ll gross you out more than you think)

- stare at pictures of thin girls while you reach for that snack

And remember even if you binge it’s okay, calories can be burned off. So, if you binged you owe me 70 jumping jack, 30 sit ups, 30 burpees, and 30 Russian twists. 😌❤️

Ao'nung meeting Jake the first time as Neteyam's boyfriend

“What business do you have with my son?” Jake asks sternly, looking straight into the eyes of Ao’nung. The Metkayina boy spares a glance to his boyfriend, who give a shaky, but encouraging smile.

“I’m his boyfriend,” Ao’nung says trying to keep his voice as even as possible. “Sir,” He quickly adds on.

Jake raises one of his eyebrows. “And you are being… safe?"

“Dad no…” Neteyam tries to answer, but Ao’nung speaks first.

“Yes, we are being safe.” Ao’nung looks over to a very horrified looking Neteyam. That’s when Ao’nung realizes how his words could have be interpreted. “I mean, we aren’t using protection.”

Jake sends him an angry look, so Ao’nung tries to backtrack even more. “Wait, what I mean is that we are using protecting. But not in that way-”

Neteyam looks mortified as he finally puts an end to Ao'nung's rambling. “Stop. Please just stop talking.”
