the hargreeves after walking through the door into the reset universe and klaus suddenly being struck by an overwhelming silence. all at once; no more ghosts, no more voices, just absolute quiet.

and klaus just doesn’t know how to deal. he’s never been properly alone with himself, he’s never had to be.

he doesn’t feel whole. he’s made a couple cool ghost friends over the years, and he misses all the company after finally managing to getting used to it. and now he just has to learn to live with himself.

it leaves him on his own in the midst of addiction without a reason to use anymore. it leaves him feeling like he should want to get better.

his own thoughts take up the now empty space, and he’s forced to confront himself. his past, his grief, multiple apocalypses. and its just a little too much all at once.

i got snakebites today so here’s what i think the hargreeves siblings would get as piercings:
