There will be a chapter dedicated to Jade and his pov on how he fell in love with the mc. So I don't want to say what exactly was the process for him...but I think giving out the ideas I had and letting yall guess which one it will be is fun!
How did PTM Jade fall in love with Yuu/Reader?
He got his head done in with a metal server's plate by Yuu during the fighting in Book 3 and immediately went "oh, am I into this?"
Love at first sight: Jade saw the hot mess that was Yuu falling out of their coffin and their familiar setting everything on fire and just thought, "That's the one I want" because he likes to watch drama
Floyd and Yuu interacted the most during Book 4, so Jade got to hear second hand how cool Yuu was and watched them handle Jamil and kinda just started crushing
Jade's interactions with Yuu during events (Beanfest, Halloween, etc) are more canon in PTM, and it was seeing them in those more relaxed settings that made him fall for Yuu
Jade slowly fell in love with Yuu over the course of the previous year, due to them being unusually perceptive and calling out his true feelings constantly. He was annoyed at first, but came to love them and their ability to just instinctually know him.

one of my favourite type of characters are silly little guys who have witnessed the horrors :]
also oc 2's name is Jasper, while oc 3's name is En Qi(you can pronounce 'Qi' as 'Chi' if it's easier for you)
I made 2 types of meet up scenarios for them : 1 is an event meet up, while 1 is a main plot meet up
the event meet up : they all meet up during GloMas, after the world-ending event obviously lol
main plot meet up : during the VDC, Jasper works as the manager for Neige and the Dwarves (like how Morrow/Yuu is the manager for Vil's team) they see each other after the performance (and Vil's overblot)
a slight problem I have w/ the main plot meet up is that I have no idea on how to put En Qi in there ToT.

random twst yuusona lore rant here but my twst oc : morrow was originally not a twst oc, but when i got into twst i thought that twst's theme of morally grey characters (or the 'villains aren't all bad' theme) would fit morrow + my other oc's.
after a while i kinda just decided to put all my oc's in twst, but they go to different schools. eg : morrow goes to NRC, while oc 2 is at RSA, and oc 3 is at Noble Bell College.
and when they finally meet it goes something like this :

And omg that’s such a fun concept- putting them in different schools makes me wonder about the circumstances of how they would meet up! 👀 I’d love to see your OCs if you have any references or the like, or if have other lore for them you’d like to share ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ Morrow is a nice name ☘️ TWST is one of those games where OCs really thrives, it feels like! It’s really nice we get to see so many locations in Twisted Wonderland, the sky is really the limit for OCs from wherever you want! ^_^
Hmm, I haven’t made a lot of TWST OCs, and when I do I tend to talk about them once and never again 😭 I do have one though! He’s a student OC, Vega del Castillo, whose twisted from the fairy godmother’s wand and is in Ignihyde dorm. Now that you reminded me of him, I’d like to rethink his lore and slightly redesign him Σ੧(❛□❛✿) He’s a Fae, but was found in Sage’s Island (I wanted a character whose hometown was the island itself 🤣). His original concept was him being a half-Fae, but now that I’m thinking about it more, I want him to contrast Malleus in the sense that Vega being a Fae meant he outlived all of the original human town members who took care of him,,,the death symbolism at NRC is suited for him I feel like 😭

Do you think we’ll see the parents/family of each of the guys???
Like, We’ve been TEASED with Ace’s brother, that I’m starting to think it’s just a reference to that Alice in Wonderland park character in Japan and nothing else….
Jack’s family, Ruggie’s grandma, Falena, Maleficia, Ms.Rosehearts, Just now Vil’s dad is in the picture which I am really happy but now I’m wondering about his mom, and so Deuce’s mom.
I mean, some HAVE a silhouette!! It could mean they do have a design in the making/ready to show. They could’ve shown us Falena in the Tamashina (hope I said that correctly) event, but didn’t (prolly to make Leona not so σ(▼□▼メ) and it’s understandable)
Anyhow, any idea/headcannon about this? Who do you want to see first?
I'm wondering if everyone might eventually get a travel event? like they've now introduced with Vil's that it doesn't have to be specifically hometowns, so that opens things up a lot! (especially if they have to figure out how to do three separate Coral Sea visits) (how would that even work otherwise)
but yeah, I hope everyone gets a chance! there's a lot of backstory characters I would LOVE to meet. :D :D :D though I do think some of them don't really suit the more light-hearted tone of the events (pretty sure you're right about that being why Falena wasn't in Tamashina-Mina, that would've just been. too much for Leona.) so like...we're probably not ever going to meet the Rosehearts. or Maleficia (although I maintain that this would be THE funniest possible way to introduce her outside of the main story, and actually I would love this a lot, can we please Twst) (I need to see her to put Malleus in a froofy little outfit and tell him what a handsome boy he is). but they've sprung surprises like Kifaji on us, and honestly anyone who shows up and tells embarrassing stories about characters' childhoods is good in my book!
characters off the top of my head who I most want to meet: literally any of the Zigvolts, Azul's mom, Ace's brother, Che'nya's grandfather (<- I think he would be a good one for Riddle) (please just any non-terrible adult in his life), any member of Rook's family because I need to see how they managed to produce him, and...really just whoever they can come up with for Silver.
