But at this time, I could really use some money, for myself.

— EXPLAINING THE CUPID'S CHAMBER DRAMA, AND THE 'REAL' STORY BEHIND IT.

At this point, everyone and their mothers should know of the Cupids-chamber situation? But what really is going on? Well me and my team, have done extensive digging, as Cupid's friends, in order to prove their innocence and to explain, how this entire situation was a fake drama created by an user, who just has a personal feud with Cupid.

This all started, this morning, presumably when a creator under the name of @twistedchatterboxed, began receiving anon harassment for supporting Cupids-chamber, because they apparently stole art for headers, on their fanfics! They cleared this up on their blog btw, here's the link. But I want to talk about how this happened, and how this was all planned and orchestrated by someone who wanted Cupid's reputation on the ground. Because I have some receipts, though not many, as time was on it's end.

See through a simple method, we can track an anon's identity, and beware that Cupid had a gut feeling that this user was planning something a week ago, yet couldn't really say anything. We were right.

The person who has been sending all these hate anons, is La-lolita. Maybe hacking our way into finding the anon was excessive, but I'll use this time to address some problematic behavior with this user, beforehand.

Before we start, "Why would Lolita do this", it's a grudge. I will be 100% honest. I have two screenshots, to back this up, there might be more, if you go through their blog! Cupid had suspicions, that Lolita was copying her, when she made a subtle comment about it, in her server, everyone mentioned how Lolita was similar too her, to the point where they mistaken Lolita for Cupid! (Cupid kept Lolita's identity anonymous) Now Cupid had suspicions before, for months even. But this confirmed it, low and behold it stemmed this drama, that went out of hand for both sides, and this was months ago, yet Lolita doesn't seem over it, obsessing over Eros, to the point, where it concerns me.

The first one is this post, and the second one is this. A lot of their posts mention a certain someone, especially vents. And I'd like to push on the fact that, it maybe Cupid. Actually it is, Cupid's recent interactions, have been with people that Lolita is mutual's with, which would confirm, that they are on her dash. It's starting to add up, now.

You'll also notice, that they immediately after the anon's asks were answered, they made posts about stealing art and using them as headers without credits, which I call hypocritical, since they did the same thing! They also tried making a point on the manga part, which Cupid mentions on their post. Anyways here are some examples, of when they did not credit art.

I'd also like to point out a post that they made before, and cupids post, alongside another one claiming that people only support blogs because they have a bigger following.

Now I'll post some copying behaviorisms, and retouch on somethings. I've also been a follower of Lolita's blog previously, so I'll recall some incidents, but I couldn't find these posts as I'm 100% sure Lolita deleted them.

Lolita's fic, is the same one for each screenshot. Pointing out similar headers, why is this of relevance?

I haven't seen anyone else use Twitter headers, in the way Cupid has.

Lolita has previously created similar, if not direct sort of copies with one or two things, different in headers to recreate Cupid's. Especially one's that people seemed to like, aka her Gif one's.

Cupid started reaching a high amount of popularity/publicity around this time, for her game and then Lolita released her game. The timing and similarities, seem fairly alike and considering the many other cases of similarities within the game, it all adds up.

SOME PREVIOUS SCENARIOS I RECALL BUT COULDNT RELOCATE

I remember Cupid jokingly flexing her 300 requests, then Lolita posts about wanting 100 or so requests in her inbox, and then she started getting everyone to spam her inbox.

Their themes, and it's designs / aesthetics started growing more and more alike, till it was difficult to tell them apart.

Lolita went from her url Strawberry-cow-milk-mommy or something similar, to Aphrodites-letters, playing on Greek gods or such, just like Cupid, (this was all during her rise to popularity, as well)

Their themes started growing similar when Cupid started receiving more compliments and attention for her themes, for a while Cupid was known as a Theme God.

Personal observation, but their writing format started growing alike as well, and writing styles too.

I'm not trying to hate on Lolita, just providing ground for everyone, this behavior is obsessive, they even posted a vent afterwards, which was most positively directed to Cupid getting positive support, instead of negative which they hoped to incite. I'm pretty sure, Cupid being friends with their mutuals was the trigger, that set this blow. But honestly, I really hope this person finds help, envy can make you do horrible things, and they weren't making good decisions today, so, don't attack them!

Me and the group of detectives, (Eros friends) just wanted to help our friend save their face, we don't want any party to receive hate. In fact, through this, I genuinely believe Lolita should seek help, this is not a healthy mindset, Eros cant monitor themselves or their interactions for you, they can't. But you can monitor your own experience, so if you see this. Please do get some help, and I mean that with genuine concern for your mental health.

Hello! For @vtoriacore-rbs in case you’re confused.  I don't know what it is exactly like on the other end but I do know that general suggestive topics do more popular. For the own tastes thing, right after I specified the favortisim towards certain things I stated that there is no issue with that but rather the issue is is that those other topics are not recognized.  I'm sorry if it was unclear or seemed rude as I didn't intend for that. I think that the disregard to those other topics(characters, tropes, etc.) and makes the fandom a bit toxic because they are not giving those other fanfics a chance. People are free to like anything they would like, however in this case the issue is that writers, artists, and more can’t really do anything outside of those topics that people like without being in fear of losing fame. If they don’t comply to that criteria they just burn out which is not very ideal. Writers/artists posting problematic content is one area of toxicity and I stated in the post what I was talking about was one aspect I highlighted. I do agree with you that engagement is very important! I feel as though people don’t understand how comments, reblogs, and likes affect a writer/artist/etc. For me it brings me joy and it tells me if people like my work by interacting with it.  I hope this cleared things up because my original post was just a rush of emotions I felt after seeing Cupe’s post. This post by Cupes > This is literally the ultimate Tea Time Talk I’ve done on this blog so buckle up. Also some of this post will not make sense unless you read Cupe’s( @cupids-chamber) so I recommend reading that! I haven’t posted any new content in recent times and it really is because of this. I’ve lost time to school and whenever I return I can’t bring myself to write for the fandom. It’s hard to write something that gets so little attention at the expense of a lot of my time. I do appreciate those who do read and like my work though which is one of the only reasons why I haven’t left completely. I only write fluff and angst, no nsfw and I feel like that greatly slowed down my progress. There is nothing wrong with nsfw however any other genre of writing is severely undermined. I’ve been following TWST since August of 2020 and I’ve gotten to witness all of the ups and downs of it’s journet. As Cupes (@cupids-chamber ) stated, the fandom has gotten increasingly toxic as more players join and people’s opinions change. What might’ve been amazing to read about 2 years back would be considered boring to read now. Now, I want to make this very clear. I’m not talking about this situation for attention, pettiness, or to shame others. I do however what to help bring to light this issue that can potentially be concerning. Unless a person fits a certain citeria that this fandom has set up for them, their work will not be seen. By this I mean that in this fandom certain characters, genres, and tropes are more appreciated. This does not extend just to writers in this fandom, almost any sort of content you post about TWST needs to favor towards these topics. Characters like Malleus, Riddle, Idia are more likely to succeed than characters such as Kalim, Deuce, and Sebek. Nsfw or general suggestive themes are more appreciated that fluff. A character shipped with the mc or reader is much, much more popular than ships between characters in this fandom. This isn’t necessarily bad but the main issue that comes with this is that unless you do those popular themes than you simply will not be recognized. I think that this is just a highlighted portion of this fandom’s toxicity. I’m done for now, but please do keep in mind what was in both of these posts. Thank you for those that actually read this and for Cupes who allowed me to continue on what they said. Have a nice day/night!
