The greatest Estate Developer x Female!Witch!Reader! Chapter One: ...-> Chapter two

To be completely honest with yourself, you didn't know where you were

you had a bad argument/fight with your parents who wanted you to marry a guy you didn't know and told you how useless you were

it made you frustrated how your parents didn't understand that you didn't want to marry a guy who was too old for you

And that they only viewed you as a maid and cook rather than a woman

you lost it when your mother said that this was the reason your beloved cat Seseg (->that's the name of my cat who got given to another family) died

so you left.

you just up and left with packing everything dear to you, which was basically your whole room, into a small bag and left

ah yes, magic

you didn't look back, but you cried

you feared you'd freeze to death when it was night and you were following the moon, which was your compass, with your flying broom

you reached some cities, where you were wearing normal human clothes, your witch-hat and broom tucked safely into your bag, the people there were only giving you uninterested looks

when you had a job, you were underpaid and since you were young, you didn't really get the respect you should be given

you got yelled at, spat at and cursed at

when they found out you were a witch -you were making a fallen baby bird float up to its nest with your magic- they were after you with their sharp or lit up sticks, spears and swords

as you grew older, you got more distant and didn't really ask for anything else except a place to sleep

then, one day, a guy apporached you

you got bad vibes from him

when he was about five feet apart from you, he did something that made you fall unconscious

and when you woke up, you couldn't feel your mana anymore

how could somebody do that to you?

Did you deserve this?

after this, you lost trust in humanity, lost the ability to smile, and you were overall asking yourself why you kept going

what was your reason to leave anyway?

Sure, the guy was older, but he was also wealthy and your parents only wanted the best of you

tears prickled in your eyes and you sniffed

you wished you'd be home- "Hey, you're in the way woman!", a voice called and another, this time more shrill: "Watch out!"

before your mind could figure out what was going on, your body did and like on reflex, you stopped a...lava-shoot? crashing into you

with your magic

your breath hitched as you noticed two men coming towards you

you felt like crying and let the lava fall to the ground

"I-I'm sorry! I'll leave!", was all you said before you turned around ran

all you did was hold up a thumb which should be pointing up, but since you landed on your stomach, so it pointed back

After your little...uh, tripping accident, you were sitting between the two men on a cut tree, the lava pooping bangul on your lap and you four were in front of a small fire, roasting fish and chicken

how could such a cute little thing become so big? And shit lava???

The one sitting to your left was a man with brown hair, where some of it covered the right half of his face, but he was still handsome to you. He was wearing easy, but highranking-like clothes.

The one to your left was a man with baby-bluish cloudy hair, and you were dying to find out of it was as fluffy as you'd think it'd be

"My name is Lloyd Frontera, and that is my friend Javier. We tried warning you several times, but you were not listening. That will be very expensive for you.", the man with the brown hair said

Wait wha- "Wait, hold on, uh, Mr. Frontera, I don't know what-" "Oh? Are you new here?", Frontera asked in faux concern before he had an ugly grimace to which you shrieked and Javier was ready to hold you, as he was startled too

"Well, that's too bad, because new residents have to pay fees to live here, and since you seem to be some sort of mage -given the fact that you stopped the lava with your hands- I'll add two percent to it!", cue to him laughing maliciously

you turned towards Javier with a mortified expression "A-are you really...friends with him?", and Javier 'tsk'ed before looking to the side with a small nod

"Um, can't I do something that won't have me paying anything?", you asked in a meek voice. You didn't know that guy or what his intentions were. You found him really nice at first, but now, you were scared of him. And you also didn't really have any money on you right now. You were also a total dumbass in math so you didn't know what he meant by two percent.

His crazed face met yours again and you flinched

"I don't know, aren't you a mage or sorceress or something?"

You had to nod, but tears were clouding your vision again. "I-I'm a witch. But I'm, like I-..I'm useless...!", you croaked out before you leaned forward and cried. "I'm sorry for causing you trouble, Mr. Frontera, I didn't mean to bother you, or make whatever you were doing take longer. Please have mercy on me..."

You were so pathetic. Why did you always apologize? Why did you always mess something up? Why are you so stu-

"Listen, I've heard many people talk like that. 'Oh, please have mercy on me! I'll make anything you want, I promise!', but then they just dissappear or kick your butt with a shit eating grin on their face!"

You were shocked by this. How dare Lloyd Frontera compare you to those people? You were a victim of these kinds of humans after all...

"Mr. Frontera, I have no idea what might have made you think that I would jest about it, let alone think about it. I can't be helped but feel outraged. Another thing if I may add, is that we witches are honest creatures, unlike you humans."

The man seemed a little surprised, but then he turned serious again. "what do you have to offer to pay, witch?"

"I have nothing. You humans only care about money, am I right? Well,", you stood up, and gave him your bag, "in thiss magic bag, there is everything I hold dear to me. Take what you want. Take whatever you think might be good enough to be worth money."

He only stared at you with a confused expression. "W-wait. You're just giving me your belongings?" "Would you leave me alone? GIve me the choice to leave? No. You wouldn't. You'd try to take my bag. I know you humans. Your hearts and minds are only filled with lust and money to waste away your days of life on gambling and whatnot other useless stuff."

Your expression was hardened. Lloyd stood up. Then he bowed.

"I'm sorry, witch."

At that, you raised your eyebrows shot up. Is he...apologizing?

....

...

No.

Humans don't apologize. They take and take and take-

"Please forgive me for my rude behaviour. You are not even from here and I'm already at your neck with paying fees. Allow me to introduce myself again.

My name is Lloyd Frontera, son of the noble of this small region. I was working on building some more modern houses for the orcs, because they needed ice, and I lied to them that I needed ice, and now I have a dilemma because I don't know-"

"I can make ice, Frontera."

A moment of silence passed before you spoke again.

"When I make ice for you...would that cut away some of the price I have to pay you for bothering you?", you asked hesitantly and averted your eyes. Your cheeks were warm out of embarassment, because you couldn't believe you'd actually ever offer a human of all creatures your help.

You didn't hear a response for a solid three seconds, and when you looked back to the brown haired dude, you screamed. How could a human make such devillish grimaces? He looked hideous.

"Does your wife kiss you with a face like that?!?!?!", you shrieked as he was about to reach out his hand to seal the deal you unofficially were about to do. But he halted.

You thought you heard a small snort from Javier's direction. The young noble fell to his knees. "...I am single."

"That figures."

Damn, you didn't hold back.

It was the next day, after you've slept in one of Lloyd's rooms by decorating/rearranging it to your liking, you followed the noble and his knight to the place you guys have met for the first time.

You felt nostagic, to say the least. You had a job again, albeit having to help a human, it wouldn't be too bad-

"Lloyd, oink! How is the process going, oink?", a deep, smooth voice asked behind you, and when you turned around, you thought that you've seen the most handsome man in your entire life.

Beautiful green skin, wonderfull long dark hair that was thrown into a high ponytail, a sweet big, pointy tooth at the left corner of the man's mouth and the most beautiful shade of blue eyes you've ever seen.

And aside from that... he had the body of a greek god!

Gosh he is so hot! Is he single?! How old might he be?! Ah!- he looked at me!!!

"Ah, Arosh, great to see you! I'd like you to meet my newest recruit! Meet: The witch, ____! She's been bugging me yesterday, hence this big hole of now cold lava,", as he pointed to you and then to the big dark area-to which you blushed while apologizing shyly-, "but, she says she can make ice! Isn't that great?!"

Arosh looked at you with surprise, curiousity and happiness. "Arosh is happy that witch lady ____ is here with us! Please help the sand and steel tribe! We can not work out under this heat! The winter is far away and it is still spring! Please help us, witch ____!"

You wanted to hug Lloyd. You wanted to pat your own shoulder for proposing him the idea of helping him make ice.

God, dear lord, my creator, thank you. Thank you so much for giving me this peace of eye candy. I don't know what I did to deserve this, but I'd like to thank you with all my heart.

And so, you found yourself with Lloyd again. But you had a confession to make. "Mr. Frontera, there is something I haven't told you."

As he turned around with a 'hm?', you took a deep breath before glaring at him angrily.

"I lied!"

Lloyd smiled. "What?"

"I-I lied..."

"WHY?", he shouted and you yelped. Your eyes were filling with salty water again and you hated it. Why did you always cry when you were angry? It was like the stongest emotions of your mother, sadness, and the anger from your father got heired by you, who yelled at him with venom in your voice, but water-streaming down your cheeks.

"Some human took all my mana!", you reasoned, quieting him for a moment. He just stared at you. "Who did it?"

"I don't know. All I know is that he looked like he couldn't hurt a fly and the next moment I was out cold. And what I remember from his looks it that he had dark hair, a beard, and he had a weird symbol on his clothes."

You inhaled before speaking again. "I am sorry, Mr. Front-"

"It's Lloyd, ____, and I will give you back your mana from that bastard. Meanwhile, can you use mine?"

You were taken aback. Was this human for real? Was Lloyd Frontera really thinking of you that highly that you could use some of his mana? And why was he suggesting giving you some of his mana? Let alone letting you use his?

"I-I...I don't know. I've never done this before.", you started. "But once I have your mana, I'll be able to create ice. I think that I'll also be able to expand the mana you've given me to my own level in no time." you had that hardened expression again.

He sighed through his nose before reaching out his hand. "But don't you dare to run off with it, ____!"

"I'm not a human like you. We witches are honest creatures.", you repeated this sentence you said yesterday. Hoping that Lloyd would understand it.

The moment your fingers brushed against his, a wave of euphoric electricity cruised through your body. It was like your soul was lifted, and you felt way too much adrenaline pumping through your veins.

Reflexively, you pulled your hand back as quick as possible and panted. Sure, it felt good, but you got too much mana from him. "What the hell?! Why did you give me so much?!", you yelled, glaring at him. If he'd have given you a little more, it might have killed you.

Your fingers were shaking and your only thought was to use your magic again. "Huuuuh? Be a little grateful, you witch! I just gave you half of my mana so you could do the ice in peace!"

You only sighed while shaking your head and beckoned him to follow you towards what he built. forms which resembled cubes were filled with water and Lloyd looked at you with some sort of exectation. Maybe he wanted you to say something smart or praise.

"Did you do this?", you asked and Lloyd nodded excitedly.

"Lloyd, I'm going to teach you about how to make ice.", and he nodded again.

You pulled back your sleeve so that your dominant arm would be on full display. then, you put it into one of those water cubes. Lloyd copied your move, one block away.

"Concentrate on the cold and warm amount of mana. Then, try to take only the warm mana out. Like this,", you grabbed your upper arm in the middle and your hand started to glow.

"You might not get it the first try because you're only ever, uh..."pushing out"? The mana? yeah, I ah...You just...you need to figure out how to absorb it. Think about taking back the mana you gave me. Then it should work."

Lloyd only stared at you with a frown on his face as his hand was in the water. "I...need to take back the mana, but only the warm ones...I've actually thought about this, but with your help, we might do it faster now!"

You deadpanned at his enthusiasm. "How about you see if you can actually do it before celebrating too soon?"

At that, Lloyd chuckled before he did as you said. After two seconds, he jumped and waved his hand around like a madman. "ARGH, Shit!"

"Burned yourself?"

"...yeah"

"C'mere."

You took his red hand into your own and used your healing magic form his mana and his hand came back to its original color.

Javier watched you two from afar. He had another unreadable expression on his face.

"You know...I wanted to thank you for having me, Lloyd. By far, this is the most welcome I've felt after all I've been through my whole life. You are a good man."

As you let go of his arm, he examined it before looking back to you. "No need to thank me. Although I'm very interested how your life was. I've never met a witch before, to be honest. You're also very nice to help me. I'm surprised that you didn't run off with the mana I've given you. After we made the ice, we'll eat something and talk, alright?"

You nodded.

It was only the next day, but you two made it. You made dozens of ice blocks for the sand and steel tribe and you couldn't help but buzz on your seat on the broom as you were going to the region where Arosh lived.

Javier noticed your weird excitement and Lloyd only smiled.

"Y-you made...Ice, oink?", The father, you guessed, asked, as he was hugging himself and you smiled. When you stepped into that seokbinggo, you noticed Arosh and his father. Arosh waved at you excitedly to which you internally exploded and waved back with a sweet smile.

Lloyd went towards the stapled ice cupes and tapped on them a few times. "All we need to do now is put in the insulation and we're done."

At that, the orcs got loud. "Oooink! A-AMAZING! Now we won't have to throw out any meat, oink!", the father cheered, and his son responded: "And we won't have to hunt every day, oink!"

You giggled at their little antics, but halted when the next words came. "In celebration, today will be triceps day, oink! Call everyone to the square!"

"Triceps day, oooink!"

T-triceps day? God, is this heaven? Am I going to see more chiseled abs and sexy bodies ?! if yes then...

A tear rolled down your cheek as you closed your eye and clasped your hands together.

THANK YOU!

Lloyd and Javier asked why you were crying but you only giggled uncontrollably.

How was that? I actually didn't know what you meant by following them to adventures, but I just wanted to do one of my favourite scenes, write about my favourite character and yeah.

Like, this webtoon had so many things happening which was giving me a little whiplash and I just thought fuck it we want to have something to begin with so that their adventures could some together. As in the reader meeting them like this and then accompaning them there and there.

I actually want to keep writing to be honest. It was very fun!

Just wanted to let you know maybe you should rewrite some parts in your story. You've turned Sirius into one dimensional character only focused on remus and his issues. You also need to add some angst with the wolfstar.

I read part of main story and one shots. All the same. I think you hate Sirius. Or else you're not a good writer?

Either way. I hope to read if you fix it.

People actually wonder why authors and other creators are leaving the fandom?????

And I'm a little blog with a story with low hits, so I can't imagine what authors with larger reader base/following than me must see in their inbox.

There are so many things wrong with this ask that I don't know where to start. But I'll try.

1. If you don't like something or a characterization- there's a simple fix-move on. Find another fic. Do NOT go into an authors comment section or inbox with your complaints.

There are so many fics, different ways characters are written. Find an author you like (encourage them without pressure), then check their AO3 bookmarks, or see if they've done any fic recs. Maybe ask them?

2. I am not rewriting my story.

3. You should never demand that.

Write your own story, and do it better than me. If it's a story with disabled remus, then I'll probably find it and read it. And if I like it, comment nice things.

4. Please don't read anything else I write.

5. Also. If you didn't like the way I wrote the characters, then **why** would you go read more of my stories?? Yes, writers do change and grow and one take on a character might not look the same in one fic they write in comparison to another of their fics. And some might appreciate another chance, but... If you consistently don't like it, like I said above, move on.

6. If you read tags, you knew especially in silence between us, that it's soft wolfstar and their angst will come from outside the relationship. If you didn't like that, you should never have started. They had enough things in their past that they are still dealing with, I didn't want to add to that.

7. I don't hate Sirius. If I did, why would I write and read wolfstar? Yes, I kin remus and his disabilities mean a lot to me... But so does Sirius' mental health. And as someone who relates with remus so closely, I adore Sirius and want him to be happy and safe and have all the best things.

8. Ok. I'm not really sure what else you're referring to with one dimension with my Sirius, he's falling in love with remus so that gets focus, yes, but I also try to show the established relationships that he has. He brings a past into this, his own fears, insecurities, and trying to get help for his anxiety and nightmares. I know I'm not the best writer but I did try to give him development.

But at the end of the day-- I'm happy with my characterizations, their relationships and the story I wanted to tell-- so that is all that really matters. A handful of other people just so happened to enjoy it with me which made it even better.

Sorry you didn't enjoy it. Also, not really sorry at all bc you felt the need to come in here and make me feel bad.

Hi, I’m new in town and you lot have been very kind to follow me.

Here’s a little blog post that I update occasionally.

Do you have any technique or app recommendations?

If I’m on-the-go, on my tablet or phone, I use a lot of different applications. Procreate w/ an Apple Pen, Midjourney, Dalle, Glitché, Filmm, GlitchCam, Groovo, Canva, PicsArt, VSCO. I’m getting into Lightroom, Photoshop and Adobe Express editions. Save and edit and save and edit and save and edit and save and edit.

If I’m at my desk, I use GIMP a lot. I use or add a few old school glitch art techniques that can only be done on my Mac or on my PC. Versions tend to jump from phone to laptop to phone to laptop.

Here are two tutorials if you’d like to learn some, ever more seemingly, old school techniques for yourself. I’d be utterly pleased if this was your first entrance to “glitch art” —

Do you sell prints or shirts or any fine, fine merchandise anywhere?

Not of anything I make with MidJourney. Well, technically, no merchandise of anything right now. If you see it sold online, it’s a fake. If you see anything of mine go viral somewhere other than this Tumblr account, it’s fake.

Maybe I’ll make postcards, some day, out of sheer novelty. But, honestly, right now, a lot of this blog is going to turn into behind the scenes, drafting, etc.

No.

Okay…have I thought about it? Yes. Sure. Whatever. But I don’t sell NFTs. No “legitimate” NFTs of my work exists. If you see it, it’s fake.

I’ve told myself there’s only one way I’d use an NFT or Ethereum — if someone would like to “legally” adopt one of my OC critters. I would literally draw up the novelty adoption papers. That sounds like so much fun.

Conclusion

If it's ok may I please ask for more yandere!admiral headcannons? Maybe including Ryokugyu/Aramaki if you're read the chapters that he showed up in/are comfortable writing him.

How woud the Admirals react to discovering after the capture that their Darling has a chronic illness that incapacitates Darling during atacks/flare ups? Pain, muscle weakness, passing out, vertigo, stuff like that during attacks. Darling isn't trying to disobey, their body is just betraying them.

Yay, for the protection and attention he gives you. Nay because he has literally control over you, technically speaking, and although he won't abuse this, you never know.

Hell yes he is. But this paranoid man he's going to get worse from now on. It takes one minute for him to become worse than a mother hen that became a jailer. The day he saw you feeling down, due to your condition, was the day he decided that you weren't going nowhere without a guard.

Yes and no, but it's more of a protective aspect. He,much to your dismay, has a lot of enemies looking for any and every type of weakness they can use to bring him down. If they ever heard about you... Best he doesn't think about it

He can relate to an extent. He too had to do his fair share of stay in Medbay, and he understands all to well how frustrating it can be when you can't do whatever you want. He'll try to stay at home and do his job from his home office when you have a flare up/attack

It is both a blessing and a curse. Sure, he knows that you are literally at home or in his office, so he can be pretty controlling of that aspect and he loves it. But it has a lot of downside: mainly you will be followed around by guards whenever he's not around.

If you're into this.. Yay. If not darling, nay absolutely.

As protective as he can be, darling. And he'll do about anything he can to make sure your smile doesn't fade.

Unlike the others, he is upset to see you suffering, and knowing there's little he can do about it it's even worse. He would never wish something like this to anybody,let alone his darling.

Obviously yay, cause he's probably one of the few that lets you live a normal life without confining you to your home.

Yes. And there's not enough words to describe the sheer amount of pressure he puts on the people around you to keep you safe when he's not there.

A bit,but it is more of frustrating anger if anything else.

He understands that you never wanted something like this, so he tries to lighten the mood whenever your body decides for you. To you he's nothing but sweet, to the others...

He loves control, that's sure and knowing that most likely you're always at home is something that makes him smile. But he would have preferred if you didn't have to deal with it. Living constantly one call away from the doctor it's not something he would wish anyone.

A bit of both, but it's leaning more towards Yay. If only because he has a lot of money to spend on you when he can't smother you with cuddles.

If you could give rping advice to an amateur, what would be the most valuable?

// You know, I've seen some fabulous tips and guides rolling around this website and can I blimmin' find any of them I thought I'd reblogged? Can I bugger. Let's see what I can think of off the top of my head!

First things first, your blog: This is the first thing people are going to look at to make a decision if you're suited to them. Doesn't have to be anything fancy. Ensure you have an icon so we don't assume you're a spam bot. Have a bio and/or a rules page so people know what you expect and note if you're 18+/21+ as many adults aren't comfortable role-playing with people under this age for safety reasons. If you're writing a canon character, a bio page can just be a brief summary of who they are and what they're about. If you're writing an OC, a reasonably detailed bio is practically essential. You might know why your muse is awesome, but your prospective partners don't so give everyone the goss on who they are, what makes them interesting, what their backstory is etc.

Next is both the most difficult and probably the next most essential: Have no fear. What I mean by this is not to let insecurity get the best of you. If you love writing, have that be your anchor. Not everyone is going to say yes and that's ok. Not everything works out. Starting out is often the most difficult time because it's easy to feel like no one is interested and that you're doing all the work. I promise you, it will get better if you keep plugging away, but you have to reach out and brave things for a bit. Be kind, be open about what you want, and enjoy every little thing until you get more opportunities.

Good ways of finding partners are to search tags for 'rp masterlists' in fandoms you are interested in e.g. 'marvel rp' or 'potc rp' or even 'open rp'. Scroll down people's blogs and have a look at who else they're playing with, read their rules and pages etc. and see if they have preferences on how to be contacted. Some people will do open starters, some will greet you if you follow them, some accept memes from anyone. If someone mentions you need to be mutuals this means that you have to wait for them to follow you back before they will be open to writing with you. Once they do, check their rules how they like to be contacted. If it's not clear, brave an ask, send a meme, or a private message.

Private messages - best advice for these are not to start off with 'wanna rp?'. I recommend dropping in, saying hi, expressing that you'd be interested in writing and leaving an idea for something you'd be keen on doing should they be interested too. If they're not, thank them and move on. If they are, hooray, make friends and have fun plotting!

An extremely valuable RP tool is the New X-kit and X-kit Rewritten browser extensions. Tumblr is not built to be friendly for role-playing and I couldn't manage without these. Rewritten lets you trim posts so you can get rid of the pesky top post that would otherwise stay when using tumblr's new beta post formats. It helps us keep posts looking neater on our blogs and dashboard, although thankfully tumblr introduced the 'shorten posts' feature to save everyone's eyeballs from super long threads.

General etiquette: Lots of role-players have preferences on how long they prefer replies to be and how often they are active. Trial and error until you find partners that suit you. Ideally check your spelling and grammar if it's not something you're adept at. A big thing not to do is godmodding, which is when you might be tempted to write someone else's character doing something on their behalf. Even if this might mean your post is shorter, do not do this. You must let your partner write all of their own muse's actions. If your muse attempts to do something to their muse, they should be given permission to dictate what happens on their end. It's a give and take relationship to make the best possible fun for both of you.

Other big ones: don't let jealousy get the better of you. There might be duplicates of your muse or you might like someone who gives lots of attention to someone else. It's very easy to get wrapped up in your muses' feelings and get obsessed with gratification. Be gentle with each other, we've all got our own stuff going on, and we all need different things. Be gentle with yourself, too, that's most important!

Q & A For All the Liars of Krat

Welcome to the Witching Hour fellow liars of Krat!

In the spirit of Halloween here at the workshop, with our team, we have “Rishiv Monroe” (Yes another false name! This will be another theme for us in the team here.) who will provide some answers to some non spoiler questions regarding the nature of the project we are working on. Take it away Monsieur “Monroe”!

* What’s up liars of Krat! “Rishiv” (obvs not my real name) here to answer some questions that would help provide some foundation to what this project we got cooking in the kitchen. After coming back from an assignment on Elsyian Boulevard, I heard that ta big boss themselves requested that I host this wicked Q & A session. I knew that I woke up on the right side of ta bed this morning! Hell yeah! So I’ll be answering ta following to questions ta best I can with out being bitched out by ta rest of the team for leaking out anything too spoiler-ly.

Q: What could you tell us about this story you guys are writing beyond just the basic description?

A: *Well this story we wanted to go abit further into makin an cohesive narrative with an overarching plot line involving an certain son of an puppet inventor who was taken before his time sadly. We wanted to really explore Lies of P’s version of this specific character while also giving out a little something for the fans who fully embraced the world of Lies of P and it’s characters. So by combining ta reader/self-insert style popular on Tumblr with an original story set in this world, we made an story with a-plenty of twists and turns. We hope you all enjoy ta ride too!*

Q: What kind of themes or warnings should we expect from this original project?

A: * Oh boy! Well, ta only things I could say without gettin into trouble is that we wanted to pay homage to ta grim aesthetic in Lies of P. So, yeah, this story will go to some really uncomfortable and dark subject matter as we progress further in. However, when there is darkness, there is also light. There would be plenty of fluffy and wholesome moments as well.*

Q: Would you guys be posting art?

A: *For sure cuz! We will be slowly posting original art and storyboard content throughout ta upcoming and official release in between chapters.*

Q: Will you guys be also posting other stuff on this blog other than this project?

A:*As of right now this blog, will be ta only place where official announcements for upcoming chapters, updates, art, and etc will be posted. That might change in ta future for maybe a secondary blog solely for fanart or just storyboard content but only time will tell in the future. Any other content not affiliated with Lies of P could also be linked to another blog sometime in the future.*

Q: Ok, but how dark are we talking here for the story?

A: *Well, without gettin into too much spoilers there will be uncomfortable subject matter in regards to femininity tying into gender dysphoria as just one example that could maybe present itself in the story. We at ta the team here in ta workshop have done our research into many heavy subject matters that are only relevant to ta story we are trying to tell. We are doing our best to make sure that our dark subject matter is done fully in service to the story and not dark for ta sake of dark. And that includes presenting said subject matter in a tasteful and appropriate manner.*

Q: Will you guys be opening commissions in the near future?

A: *As of now, we have no plans to open commissions up in the near future. This is a fan project started by ta fans for ta fans after all. Our team just wants to focus on providing a cool experience for ta fandom and even newcomers looking in to enjoy.*

After Belinda finished dressing in clean clothes, while feeling embarrassed and dirty for what she did earlier. Trying her best to act her normal self when she sees Tommy again. It was going to be something to feel uneasy since Belinda tried her best to behave. And act as if she didn’t do such nonsense thoughts of imagining Tommy in all of his physique. Seeing that he hadn’t come out of the showers yet, she then made her way towards the small hallway leading to the front. Where she saw Brendon training with a male customer, showing them how to do proper pushups. It was nice to see Tommy’s big brother help and train people who want to try something new and better themselves physically and mentally. Which made Belinda wonder and hoped that with the gym, including Tommy’s company. It’ll help her mental state and mostly it’ll be of some use when it is necessary. Wishing it would have been useful to her when she was in high school. Standing up against bullies that pushed her and her friends around all because they were different. But that was all in the past. There really isn’t anything to do but to remember and try the best to ignore it. Being deep in her thoughts, she didn’t notice Tommy already next to her side.

“Hey, I’m back. Did I miss anything?” Tommy said, but Belinda jumped back until she noticed who it was. “oh didn’t mean to scare you. I’m sorry.”

“No, you’re ok Tommy, I was just remembering something, but it’s nothing important,” she said, giving off a small smile at him.

Tommy smiled and nodded his head while gripping on the strap of his gym bag. Belinda, however, tried her best to act normal next to him, knowing that what she did earlier in the shower still felt wrong. They both stood quiet for a moment until Tommy broke the quietness between them.

“Hey ummm… do you still want to get that drink if you’re up for it? I mean, if you don’t want to, it’s fine. We can do it another time since we did a lot today. And I’m sure you feel tired right now and I don’t want to take your time away from other things you need to do,” he asked, feeling his sweaty palms hoping he wasn’t sounding like he was pressuring on her.

“Tommy, how many times I got to tell you, you’re not wasting my time. In fact, I don’t feel tired at all. Which is strange, but it is a good weird feeling. I’ve never felt this much strength before and it feels right. And yes, of course, why would I say no. Come on, Werewolf Boy, let’s get going, yeah?” she said, giving a smile in his direction.

Tommy felt his body at ease when she said yes, not noticing he was holding back a breath. The two made their way towards the door and before leaving, Tommy called out to Tess from the front counter.

“Hey, I’ll see you and Brendon later. I’m headin’ out with Belinda now,” he said while his brother’s wife put some paperwork down on top of the black counter.

“Alright, sounds good. You two have fun wherever you both might go too. It was nice to meet you, Belinda. I can’t wait to see you again soon. The gym is always open for you and I hope you continue coming with Tommy. It looked like you enjoyed it very much,” Tess said while walking out from behind the counter.

“I enjoyed it very much actually and yes, I will come back again. It’ll probably become a habit for me to do, especially that Tommy encouraged me,” Belinda said looking back at him, which he just gave a shy smile, “but it was also nice to meet you and your husband, you two are awfully nice I have to say.”

“Oh honey, you’re so sweet for saying that. I have to say that you’re also nice yourself and pretty by the way,” said Tess, making the young woman giggle at her comment, “but you two go on now. I’ll see you all soon stay safe out there alright?”

“Yes, we will don’t. worry, have a good day now,” said Belinda as both women exchanged a small hug. Tommy then saw his brother coming from the back, waving a hand at each other.

“Bye Belinda, see you again soon,” called out Brendon as he saw the young woman and his little brother walking out of the gym together, feeling happy to see Tommy socializing with someone.

Hours later, both Tommy and Belinda were walking through the park, having their cups of coffee in between their hands. Enjoying the last few rays of sunlight before nightfall fell over Philly while a few people walked one way to the other. They made their way to sit on one of the brown benches, overseeing the rest of the park. Once they both sat down, it became quiet, while Belinda took another sip from her coffee. Feeling the cool breeze against her cheeks, Tommy spoke up a moment later.

“Hey ummm… did you enjoy the workout we did today? And how do you feel so far right now?” He asked, placing his cup of coffee down on the floor underneath the bench.

“I enjoyed it very much. I’m looking forward to going more and more. And I feel tired but fine. The coffee is helping me mostly, but it’s still cold,” she said, smiling in his direction returning the gesture.

“I’m glad you liked it and excited to bring you to the gym with me more and we can plan meals to make, our cheat days and such. If that is something you want to do, that is. Here, let me put my sweater for you,” Tommy said, removing his thick sweater from his body and placing it over Belinda’s body, thanking him.

“That actually sounds like a great idea. I’ve never done that before, but I’m looking forward to it for sure. And hehe does the coffee count as a cheat since we workout today or it doesn’t?” She jokingly asked, looking down at her cup of coffee in hand. They both chuckled.

“Yea, why not just for today but starting tomorrow is when the real seriousness takes place? But I won’t be so nice and easy when I’m teaching you more extreme workouts. Even if you try to make puppy eyes to make me not be so nice,” Tommy cheekily said, giving her a side grin while Belinda only softly slapped his left shoulder.

“Wow, how rude of you, Tommy. Hehe not even a polite kiss will change your mind?” She said out of nowhere, making her cover her own mouth quickly with her right hand, feeling her cheeks become red.

Tommy didn’t know how to react with what she said, his eyes wide open in surprise at the unexpected comment. And yet he found it quite cute, thinking that didn’t sound like an obscene suggestion. Though he had reminded himself about what he did the previous night, knowing that was wrong to begin with. He saw Belinda like a friend and nothing else beyond that, but he knows that is a big lie to himself and Tommy knows it. They both again went mute while a person and her dog walked by them, giving a friendly nod to them which Belinda returned the nod. Still feeling embarrassed for what she said a moment ago, hoping that Tommy won’t see her differently. She drank the last few sips of her coffee and spoke this time.

“I’m sorry that came out the wrong way, really. I just thought it would be just for fun to say, but I’m guessing you see it differently than I do. I think we should get goin-.”

“What if I said yes to your kiss? How would you react or say?” Tommy unexpectedly said, feeling surprised at what he just heard himself say to her.

Belinda looked at Tommy through his blue eyes, hoping he was joking around. But he wasn’t, and that made her feel even more insecure. Goosebumps grew throughout her body. Before she could answer his question, the most unexpected thing she never would have thought would happen. Tommy leaned forward, giving her a sweet and long kiss on her right cheek. This made her heart beat ever so quickly, not believing in what just happened. She caressed her cheek with her fingers, looking back at Tommy, giving off another small smile holding back a chuckle.

“Ummm… sorry just thought… giving you a kiss on the cheek would have seemed more appropriate… is that ok with you?” He shyly said, looking down at his hands while feeling his immense body become warm as well as his cheeks.

Belinda took another moment to get her sense back until feeling a small smile forming against her lips. Without Tommy noticing, Belinda returned the gesture. This time, her kiss was sweeter and tender against his left cheek.

“Just so we can be even and hey Tommy, what did I tell you already? Don’t be sorry and to answer your question, yes it is alright with me Werewolf Boy. Knowing that it is you who said it and nobody else,” she said with a smile, hoping it’ll make him feel more comfortable.

He only nodded and smiled, relieved that things didn’t become awkward. Belinda scooted closer to him without asking and gently rested her head on top of his left shoulder. Tommy said nothing at her unexpected action, feeling her hands wrapped around his arm. Without another word, he placed his chin on top of her dark hair, wrapping her closer with his right arm, not wanting to let go. They both stayed close to each other for a good while, seeing the sky become dark while small shining stars and a big full bluish moon appeared above them. However, from far behind them, they were being watched closely by someone who wasn’t pleased to see what they were witnessing. Gloria felt enraged seeing Tommy being with another woman and how he was very close to her. She tried her best to steady herself, but it was very hard to do so. Instead, she just turned the other way around and walked the other way to her home. Not believing in what she saw in front of her eyes.

So that’s why you’re not into me anymore then, Tommy? Well then, enjoy it as much as you like honey, because I’m going to ruin everything for you. Just wait and see…

Thursday

The small studio-like apartment smelled of both lavender and cinnamon, giving it a very homey and relaxing atmosphere. Belinda, Lethia, Morticia and some members of The Silent Souls have been recording for what felt like hours since 10 in the morning. Which was a record for everyone since they mostly didn’t get up very early. Tommy, in the meantime, was relaxing throughout the entire session, enjoying the sound of every instrument being played and seeing how Belinda tried her best to write the lyrics. While playing the guitar, to give a hook for the words. He thought it was nice to see and was amazed at how dedicated and passionate Belinda was putting the work in. Comparing her to the night he met her at the bar, where she looked miserable and soulless to a sudden creative, bright, and talented girl with many dreams. It was as if Tommy could see Belinda’s wings spread open free and being herself and not pretend to be someone that isn’t her. While he was laying flat on one of the black couches while hearing everyone play one instrument after another, he didn’t realize Belinda was approaching his way. She playfully patted his long legs, which made him come back to his senses.

“Oh crap, you scared the shit out of me. I thought you were sleeping,” she said between a chuckle, placing a hand against her chest frightfully.

“No, I wasn’t and hehe my bad for scaring the pants out of you. I was really hearing you guys playing. I thought that was pretty sick and can’t wait to hear the rest of the song,” Tommy said, sitting up straight, making room for Belinda to sit next to him.

“Me too. I just have a hard time fixing the right tune to fit in with the lyrics. But I know we will get there, but I’m also thinking of my other song that I’ve been working on for a while. Which nobody knows about actually,” she whispered her last words so the others didn’t hear her.

“Oh no way, are you serious?” Tommy whispered back, getting closer to Belinda, wanting to hear more than he went on, “what have you’ve come up with? Or you’re still having trouble with writing the words down?”

“No, it’s actually done, mostly. However, I’m just not sure if it’ll come out as I have it pictured in my head. And well… it’s a song that is very personal for me, you know what I mean?” She said, hoping that he understood what she meant.

“No, I totally get what you’re saying, but you shouldn’t be nervous about how you play and sing the song. But I’ll tell you what I know. It’s going to be a song that I would like to hear when you feel ready, of course,” Tommy said reassuringly, giving that cute smile that Belinda has grown to like very much.

She simply nodded her head, ruminating on what he just said, which he was right mostly. Before she continued on, Lethia interrupted them, holding a black guitar in her hands.

“Hey you guys, what’s up? We are actually heading out to get some dinner and we’re thinking of getting some chicken wings. Are you guys up for it or can we get something else if you like?” Morticia suggested placing the instrument against the side of one of the black armchairs.

“Oh, chicken wings sounds like a good choice to eat. Don’t you think Werewolf Boy?” Belinda said, looking back at Tommy, which he agreed with both friends.

“I’m good with anything really, but yea, why not funny thing is that I’ve been craving that food for a while. So you all read my mind to be fair,” he said with a smile, looking between both girls nodding in reply.

“Alright great, I’ll let the others know then,” said Lethia while from behind everyone was making their way out of the studio.

“You know you guys go on ahead. I actually want to show Tommy a small project that we have been working on. And I think he should be the first to witness it,” Belinda said with a quick wink at her friend, which she just gave her a thumbs up.

But in reality, Belinda was actually going to play the song that she told Tommy about. And mostly, she wanted him to be the first to hear it before anyone else did.

“Oh yea that thing alright sounds good,” replied Lethia covering her mouth with her right hand knowing what her friend meant, “Well then I’ll see you guys later and I’ll send you the address of the restaurant too, hon. Be careful on your way over too, ok?”

“We will Lethia don’t worry but yea, please if you can but see you later,” said Belinda as both girls exchange a side hug from each other.

As they saw Lethia and Morticia be the last people to leave the apartment, Tommy then got up from the couch. Once the sound of the door was closed, they were now both left alone. Belinda tighten her hands nervously together for what she was about to do next.

“So what was it you wanted to show me about your project you’re doing, Dracula Girl?” He asked while he picked up the black guitar, trying his best to rest it against his body.

He then tried his best to play some tunes, but they all came out awful and noisy. Belinda smiled at seeing him fooling around, but it was adorable to see. While he was busy experimenting with the guitar a bit more, she then felt confident about what she wanted to show him. Feeling her breathing more relaxed this time, she went on ahead to say her next words.

“Tommy… how would you feel to be the first person to hear and witness the song that I told you about earlier?” She said, biting her lips together, hoping that she was doing the right thing.

When Tommy heard this, he stopped playing the guitar all together as he looked up to see her face. He had to take a minute into what she just told him. But knowing what Belinda said made his heart flutter with excitement.

“You mean like right now at this very moment?” He said, sounding so unsure, Belinda slowly nodded her head feeling her cheeks become red.

“I just… thought it would be nice if you were my first audience before anyone else, you know? But it’s ok if you don’t want to. It was more of a suggestion than something el-.”

“No Belinda please, I mean… really, I want to hear it. I believe me. Here,” he said, handing out the guitar towards her, which she wasn’t so sure of at first, but she then gave in.

Taking the guitar from his hands, she smiled at him, feeling the nerves but excitement building inside of her. Tommy sat next to her right side, making himself feel comfortable, also feeling expected of what Belinda was about to play for him. She adjusted herself underneath the couch while stringing a few notes, making sure the instrument was not out of tune. Once satisfied with the sound, Belinda felt her right hand begin to slowly shake. She took a few slow breaths, trying her best to feel relaxed, though it wasn’t helping that much. Then a gentle hand was on her left shoulder, looking to her side where Tommy sat.

“Hey don’t be afraid. It’s ok, just don’t overthink. It, let yourself go,” he soothingly said to Belinda, giving her an encouraging smile and, with his words, she felt more at ease.

She stood straighter than before and, stringing the guitar one more time, she let the music take control of her.

“I took the mother road

Down to goddess flesh

I swallowed the key

I want to learn to swallow my pain

Hallowed the fruit, hallowed thy name

Guess I needed something to break me

Guess I needed something to shake me up

While her loving voice fascinated Tommy, he slowly bobbed his head to the rhythm of the notes. Paying close attention to the lyrics that he found different and yet things that he could relate to from a personal perspective. But it was something hauntingly beautiful he found about it.

Building a broken but precious web

Like a spider in Chernobyl

And when the cattle low, something is on the horizon

I do not have a child

Belinda looked up and gave a smile to Tommy, which she just blushed as she continued singing the song.

Once the last notes of the guitar were played, the song came to a slow stop. There was a slight moment of silence between the two until Tommy was the first to speak.

“Wow… that was beautiful, see what did I tell you?” He said, giving her another warm smile. Belinda only just shrugged her shoulders.

“It’s just a Tommy song. There’s really nothing special about it,” she then said, placing the guitar on her right side of the couch.

“Just a song?” He exclaimed out making her look back his way, “Are you kidding me Belinda? That was amazing. You should really tell the others what you have created. Believe me, the public will love it since I’m the first to hear it. And let me tell you that as your first critic, it will be a big hit.”

Belinda thought he was joking around, but she knew he was being truthful. She replied with a nod of her head and a smile, believing in what he just said.

“Alright fine then. You win, Werewolf Boy, and thank you for being. Honest, that means a lot,” Belinda said, letting out a small chuckle while fiddling her hands together, feeling warm all over her body.

It was quiet once again however Belinda was thinking of something that she wants to do Tommy. However, she thought it was a risky action to take a step forward. Not wanting to ruin anything that she and Tommy have been growing together in their friendship. But the best of her intimate side got the best out of her.

“So hehe yea, do you want to get going before it gets lat-.”

Suddenly, his words were cut out, feeling something soft against his thick lips. The kiss was pleasantly warm as both Belinda and Tommy continued to exchange a longer kiss. They held hands between each other while Tommy’s right hand gently caressing the back of her head. Belinda let out a small, inaudible gasp, hugging him closer to her body. She felt her back resting on top of the couch as Tommy hovered above her body. Not letting go of a single inch of her small lips that he couldn’t seem to get enough of. He gently grasped her right thigh while he felt her hands hugging around his neck. Belinda’s mind was going all over the place until she felt one of his hands going under her long sleeve shirt. She quickly sat up away from the couch, breathing out for air and feeling her heart palpitating.

“I’m sorry Tommy. I… I don’t know what came over me. Please forgive me,” she said between stutters, freaking out uncontrollably, not wanting to make eye contact with him.

She covered her face with both of her hands, knowing she made a huge mistake. Tommy, however, didn’t seem to be bothered by it.

He placed a hand on top of her knee, wanting to reassure Belinda that she did nothing wrong.

“Hey, hey, it’s ok. I also should be sorry too. Honestly, I let myself get carried away, too. I hope you know I am not mad. Just didn’t expect you were going to give a kiss and can I be honest with you,” he said seeing in her face she felt uncomfortable and out of place but Tommy then gently grabbed her chin between his right fingers wanting her to look him in the eyes, “I… I’ve been wanting to do something like this to you for a while but I was just afraid to tell you because I still want to take things slow. You know what I mean. I like you Belinda very much. But it is you who has the last word and wants to go forward with our relationship. So please don’t feel bad and just know I’m more happy than upset.”

And with that, she let her body relaxed and so did her heartbeats, glad to know that they were both on the same page. She placed her hand against the side of his right cheek and he felt at ease.

“I’m glad that we both see eye to eye. Tommy, I also like you a lot, but you are right. It’s best we both take things little by little. I also don’t want to ruin our bond, but just know that you’re not as bad a kisser then I thought you would be,” she said jokingly while Tommy arched an eyebrow at her.

“Wow, that really hurt my feelings, you know. Well then, I also thought that your lips would feel dry and nasty,” he clashed back, which Belinda jokingly made an offended face at him.

“Tommy, what the hell you're so rude,” she said as she playfully gave him a light slap on his right arm as both laughed together in unison.

“I’m just fucking with you, Dracula Girl, but I got to say you have one of the smoothest lips I have ever felt in my life. And I’m being real with you,” he said with a cheeky smile, making her feel warm once more.

“Awww well thank you Werewolf Boy, your lips also felt nice to feel too. I enjoyed it very much. And I think I tasted a bit of mint while we kissed,” she then said, making Tommy laugh at this.

“Well, I’m flattered hehe, but thank you. And by the way, should we get going and meet with Lethia and everyone, or do you want to stay longer?” He asked, not wanting to really leave, but he felt his stomach rumble.

“No, you’re right. We should get going in actually getting hungry and they might be waiting for us. And hey Tommy… is it ok if I can give you one more kiss? If that’s ok with you,” she said shyly, hoping it wasn’t much to ask.

Without saying another word, Tommy smiled as he leaned in to place another small kiss. She chuckled and smiled between their lips, gently placing her hands on his cheeks, not wanting to let go. But it lasted for a short amount of time as they then made their way out of the apartment, as they both now shared a secret relationship with each other.

Aaah since you write Klaus so well, is there a chance I could ask for some help writing him?

Ahh thank you so much anon 🧡 Is there any story in particular you liked him in? I feel like I take a slightly different approach for each story so if you want an answer specific to a certain fic let me know!

I’m not sure quite what you’re looking for, so I’m just going to throw my thoughts down on a page and hope there is something useful in there for you.

Most characters are, to steal a shrek quote, like onions. They have layers. But I think Klaus is fun to play with because he’s like a funky nesting doll where each doll layer is different even as they are linked and come together to make a whole, and it means you can show different sides to him. He can be serious, and vulnerable, and empathetic. He can also be selfish, and annoying, and needy and quirky. And more often than not, he’s combining two of these layers at once, which is how we get such memorable moments as the hippo, and the scorpion and the frog. So I guess whenever I’m writing him, I have in the back of my mind ‘What does he mean/what is he feeling here’ and ‘how is he projecting this/is he hiding behind a mask’.

From a dialogue, or internal monologue (I do love an internal monologue…..I can go pages before I realise that oh shit, yes, humans usually say something out loud I best write some dialogue…) he is possibly the most fun character to play with. I think varied sentence structure really, really helps with Klaus. They say you can have too much of a good thing, but I think with Klaus in this sense more can be more. His mind doesn’t follow a regular rhythm, doesn’t settle in logical and predictable patterns of behaviour (except perhaps, the self-loathing spirals). Short sentences, long running on sentences, the ‘I had thought and whoops a bird flew by and isn’t that flower pretty and wait what was I talking about again? Ah yes rambling distracted Klaus monologue’. Those kind of sentences. They all work for Klaus.. And made up or badly mis-remembered words and phrases. It’s a great time to get creative or try out some turns of phrase you’ve half dreamt up and aren’t completely sure make sense.

And I guess from a actions/reactions point of view - Klaus is flamboyant. He often wants to get a reaction from his audience, because then they are acknowledging him, and reacting to him, and reacting to what he has said and done. The opposite of the ghosts of his childhood, who demanded and demanded his attention but always took and never gave, and never reacted to what he wanted or what he said. Absent minded gestures, grand gestures, silly gestures, theatrical gestures, they all fit Klaus depending on his mood. And I find that when I want to portray that something is serious, or something is wrong, with Klaus, the best way to do it, is to make Klaus small. More contained. Smaller, more deliberate actions, and words, and mannerisms. Quieter. Words with more deliberation and thought. In that sense, it says the most when he says and does less.

Ok wow I think I just rambled my way around the houses and barely half answered the question, rather like Klaus himself, but I hope something in there was useful as to my thought processes when writing Klaus?

Today is my Graduation Day 🎉 and I finished Senior High School at S.B.T.V. High School in the Philippines, while our Friendship Cast is Graduated from Kaoto University. So I'm currently doing now is a Boy's Love Visual Novel Game "Friendship" that focuses on your character development and different ending for each route you choose. It's not a Yaoi Game, It's only Boy's Love (I Planned that you can also get a Friend Ending which is no Feelings for each other for those who don't have a love ending), Unlike other Novel Game that follows the day event, This game can have different event days depends on what you've been progress or chosen. And it will give an interesting ending that can be combined for each character (You might unlock the real ending 😉). As for now, the Genre of the Game is Visual novel, Romance, Boy's Love, and Psychological Horror. Also, The Game was for mature, and adult audiences only. The game includes Mild graphic violence (Disturbing and potentially triggering elements), Mild adult language, and Mild Blood Scene.

"Omg, There's a Psychological Horror?, I thought this is a Romance and BL Game?". Yes! But I can't explain it, It might be a spoiler so It will be mysterious for now. But don't worry, you will experience it If you see something out of content for this game 👉

Anyway, I already finished doing the Concept Art of each character and logo of the Game, this might be changed to make the quality better. (You can see the picture attached below)

Now, I'm currently doing the whole body and Full Description to learn them personally to make sure that They will be right in dialog and story. I also finished the Prelude but It is just a rough sketch, I need to learn more about each character to get everything right. I've also written down some notes of different things I think would help improve the quality so far. Also, I have a discord channel, so if someone has any questions just ask! Unfortunately, I don't have a Personal Laptop or computer to work on this game. I already created Game Before but some of them are unfinished and canceled for some reason (gamejolt.com/@GoJohnCarloDev and Christmas Rampage at Lamina Studios). I'm using the Shared Computer before but I can't use it this year. I will be collage at another city (Manila) and the computer will not bring up, so I don't have any equipment to start coding. Maybe, I will get my personal computer or laptop around Next Year or by December 2022. “Wolfie!!” You call out and try to fight the strength of your grin, but you can’t help it. The animal wags his tail at your call and trots up to you with a swagger you can’t help but find amusing.

If only Twilight would approach you as easily. Maybe he had more confidence as Wolfie?

Your hand reaches out and you begin rubbing it all over his face and head, giving some attention to his ears and cheeks. His tail never ceases to wag and you’re happy that you’re able to make him happy if only for a moment.

This in common place if you took a moment to be honest with yourself.

You grin at the full strength that you can manage. You give Wolfie a big kiss on his forehead and stand, making it easier on your knees. “You are the best boy, did you know that?”

He borks once, happily.

“That’s right! You are!” You laugh at his enthusiasm and ruffle the fur on top of his head.

“Does anyone know where Twi is?” Wind asks. “I need his help with this, but I don’t know where he is. I can’t find him.”

You freeze, side eyeing Wolfie.

You know. You do not think he knows that you know.

Wolfie’s tail slows as he looks at wind. He’s no longer as excited as he was merely seconds ago. Wind sighs to himself and rolls up whatever he had around his hand. He looks at you and Wolfie, an easy (if a bit disappointed) smile crawling onto his face. “Hey, do you know where Twilight went? He was here a minute ago.”

You smile back, a bit tensely. “I uhh..... Nope. No clue. Sorry buddy. I can’t even think of an answer to give you.”

“Hmm...” Wind hums and looks around. “He’s got be nearby right.”

“Yup!” Your smile tightens even more.

“I guess I can always go looking for him.” Wind shoves it into this pocket. “I’ll be back!”

“Ok, be safe! I’ll let Time know where you are.” You call back, a hand landing on Wolfie’s head instinctually.

The boy runs off before you can say anything else and you let a breath out. It took a minute for you to realize it, but your heart was pounding within your ribcage. Taking a deep breath in, you sit back down next to Wolfie. You both still, the previous energy dispersing from the atmosphere.

“I... such a bad liar.” You admit. “I’m going to let it slip and you’re going to get mad at me.”

Wolfie tilts his head. He shakes himself vigorously and pokes his wet nose against your own. You smile sadly and reach again to scratch the spot above his eyes. His favorite spot.

“I’m doomed.”

Wolfie whines, licking your nose.

“Twi, I’m serious. I’m so bad at this.” You snort and push him away.

Wolfie freezes for real this time, staring at you with a shock and borderline horror on his canine features. You grimace and bit your lips. “Oops... I knew it.”

Suddenly there’s shadows and the creature shifts before you. At first you don’t know what you’re looking at but that quickly changes when a very familiar face appears inches away form yours.

In response, you jerk back and find yourself falling backwards onto your butt and onto the dirt path beneath you. Twilight is quick to follow you even if you don’t know why.

“You knew.” It’s a statement, not a question.

You bite your lip and shy away from the eye contact.

“You knew.” He stresses.

“Yes.”

“And you-”

“It’s not like you were saying anything!” You’re quick to defend yourself. “It wasn’t my secret to tell and not many of the others knew soo... Um... I just...”

“Since when?” Twi looks miserable, like he’s both scared and anguished that you knew.

“Since the beginning.” You say. “Literally the second day we met, I figured it out.”

Twilight scoffs for a minute in shock, moving himself off of you. “I can’t believe this.”

“I haven’t told anyone.”

“No, I know. I know.” Twilight rakes a hand through his hair. “This whole time-”

“I just- you never said anything, so I thought-”

Twilight groans loudly, cutting you off. He looks to the sky for a moment before snapping his head towards you. “So... you knew since pretty much day one.”

“Day two, but yes.” You sit up.

Twilight continues to stare at you for a moment before he gets into your personal space again. “You’re something else, you know that?”

“What?”

“Don’t sorry about it.“ He smirks and places a kiss on the tip of your nose, not dissimilar to Woflie’s little actions of affection toward you.

You sit there stunned for a little moment longer before coming back to yourself. Twilight is already back on his feet, his hand outstretches towards you. You take it. He effortlessly hauls you to your feet and he winks. He’s smug, but you can’t be more confused even if you tried to be.

“I’m going to go find Wind.”

“O-ok?”

“See you later Darlin’.”

He leaves and you’re stuck staring into the space that he once occupied.

You have no idea what this means or why his demeanor towards you suddenly changed, but you can’t find yourself complaining.

queer book recommendations that you may or may not have heard of

happy pride month! to introduce my new blog (hi), i thought i'd share some of my favourite reads that are fun and very gay.

(just a note: most of these will be wlw, just because that's all i read oops)

1. Charon Docks at Daylight by Zoe Reed

INTRODUCING MY FAVOURITE BOOK OF ALL TIME

bisexual and lesbian mc, childhood friends to school crushes to i literally want to murder you ENEMIES to angry sex outlet enemies to one-sided pining to mutual pining to lovers. need i say more? i had to start the list off with this book because it is truly the best thing i've ever read and you need to read it. like right now. it's long, but so worth it. also it's set in a zombie apocalypse??? and it's free!

(i could go on and on about this book forever, but i'll save you the pain of my rambling)

2. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid

pain pain pain. this book was absolutely amazing and delved into a wlw relationship in a way that isn’t just ‘oh they met. oh they lived happily ever after’. it really made you feel for the characters, support them, love them, hate them, and truly was a rollercoaster of emotions. i won’t even begin to try and explain the plot because i wouldn’t do it justice, but i fully recommend!!

3. One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston

ahhhhh this book!! this is definitely a popular read and rightly so, i mean who doesn't love sapphics and time travel?? it's recently been released and follows the story of august, a modern day crime sleuth, and jane, a not-so modern day punk lesbian from the 1970s, who’s actually been displaced in time. it’s fun, mysterious and filled with a great cast of characters with an even greater representation of queer youth.

4. Hani and Ishu's Guide to Fake Dating by Adiba Jaigirdir

out of all of the high school romances i've read, this is by far the best. hani and ishu are both headstrong characters who devise a plan to fake date and struggle to come to terms with themselves and one another. it's really cute and has really really great representation of bengali culture. also written by the same person who did the henna wars - an equally amazing read!!

5. Written in the Stars by Alexandria Bellefleur

if there’s anything to know about me, then it’s definitely how i love a good rom-com. especially one featuring the fake dating trope. and trivia. and astrology. i originally read it on kindle but loved it so much i had to get a hardcopy (and then reread it... twice). the two MCs are such a sweet pairing and really demonstrate how opposites attract. if you need a light and easy read then this is one to add!

6. Who’d Have Thought by G. Benson

i read this book last year and immediately loved it. it takes place within a hospital (doctors are hot ok) and involves a fake marriage involving an icy neurosurgeon and a headstrong ER nurse. it has great non-binary representation and the romance is pretty �� 🔥 🔥. definitely lesser known compared to the other recs but still just as great!

7. The Rise of Kyoshi by F.C. Yee

it took me nineteen years to watch atla and i instantly fell in love with the series and the world building so after i realised they had a whole saga involving kyoshi (a badass bisexual avatar) i knew i had to order the books. reading this and its successor (yes, there’s a sequel) made me love the tv show even more and beautifully delved into a captivating backstory.

8. The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller

wait. what’s this? a book that isn’t wlw? calling out to all percy jackson fans, if you’re into greek mythology as much as i am then prepare to get your heart crushed. this retelling of achilles’ story is refreshing and gives perspective to his lesser known lover, patroclus. i adored this book, mainly because i’m such a nerd when it comes to the greeks, but the writing style was so good and i could hardly put it down. the later stages felt a bit dragged on to me, but the rest definitely made up for it.

i don’t normally rec or even read much fanfic any more but this is a CRISIS ok (cont.)

there is so. much. content for deancas out there and i have incredibly high standards, several ancient ao3 bookmarks, can speedread, and want to spare you guys the experience of wading through it all.

i also have a section for spn femslash since I was pretty into that back in the day (sadly a lot less fan content for this :/)

I don’t really like au’s or pure smut (I honestly usually just skim or skip those scenes) so if you’re mainly looking for that kind of thing this probably won’t be very helpful to you. jsyk.

i’m not great at describing stuff but i’ll do my best, i’ll also try and add tw’s when neccesary.

i wil try and keep updating this with any other decent fics i find, feel free to rec stuff too since i’m like 7 years behind.(edit 1/25/21) this is getting looooong so i’m going to start making another list on my spn blog rather than update this one

Dean/Cas fic:

So Says The Sword*** - explicit/85k. FUCK its good...au/time travel where dean is not pulled out of hell by cas and says yes to becoming the michael sword. honestly could serve as an alternative to actually watching the show, if you want to get into dean/cas without actually doing that to yourself.

Fata morgana.* - teen/6k, pst s9 finale. very bela centric and i love it, she finds cas looking for dean in hell.

Redemption Road -misc/600+k. an incredibly long fic from a collaborative writing group back in the day. canon divergent from the end of s6 on, has a cool take on godstiel and the leviathans, as well as the lovecratian mythos connection. ngl when i reread it i only made it about 28% in but imo the casual reader can actually stop around there, the rest concerns a lovecraftian apocalypse that is still good (i think i don’t remember it very well) but not required to enjoy the first half. if you prefer i have an ebook version i can send you on gdrive.

Someone Who's Feeling For Me* - mature/45k, s12. they run into lisa braeden and dean thinks cas is into her while cas thinks dean still likes her. treats lisa way better than the show ever did and the miscommunication is pretty funny rather than annoying.

a turn of the earth - mature/95k. time travel fic where cas from s10 keeps showing up in deans life from a few years before s1 to right before the hellhounds take his soul. slow burn, good character study, and at one point cas punches the dad in the face and it rules.

On the Wings of War - teen/85k, canon divergent s5. dean accidentally becomes the Horseman of War. plays fun, fast and loose with biblical lore, michael has some rights.

Named - mature/95k, alternate s5. EXTREMELY blasphemous in a fun sexy way. manages to predict metatron almost to a T. there’s one major character death and its literally jesus christ, everyone is very sad about it and it sets the rest of the story rolling. an alternate interpretation of cas’ mission to raise dean from hell which had me on the floor. ngl its kind of misogynistic at points, but its from 2010 and tracks with late oughts-2010 spn (sorry anna the author did you dirty here:/).

The Girlfriend Experience - explicit/15k. uhhh i don’t normally rec or even read smutty stuff unless someone i know is specifically asking for it but this has stuff like sam trying to be a good ally and dean thinking holding hands with cas is ‘kinda gay :/’ minutes after having gay sex with him.

i crippled your heart a hundred times - explicit/19k, s8. cas confesses his feelings and dean spends a long time getting his head out of his ass about it. truly hits different after the actual confession, despite being written six years early it feels like its actually what could have gone down more or less if the writers weren’t talentless demons who hate us.

My Roots Take Flight** - mature/125k. reverse au where cas is a hunter and dean’s an angel...OR IS IT???? an alternate retelling of s4. tw for briefly being set in a psychiatric hospital/the hospital being mentioned somewhat frequently throughout the fic, plus more references to torture in hell and heaven than usual.

The One Thing You Can't Lose* - teen/4k.you know those posts about how cas is a super-strong super-tough ancient warrior but he just lets dean tug him around because he likes it? thats it thats the fic.

Hands, From Which All Things Are Built - teen/14k, post s8′s ‘goodbye stranger.’ cas is on the run with the angel tablet but keeps in touch with sam and dean by text, he and dean still manage to be terrible at Actual communication.

Autrement, Danger - or, The Account of an Exceedingly Long Day - mature/30k, post s11. a monster that takes the appearance of your soulmate leads to some wild miscommunications and dealing with years of repression, also dean gets to see cas’ true form which is always cool. tw for non-graphic mentions of underage sexual assault/sex work.

Down to Agincourt - mature/explicit/900++++k, endverse continuation. endverse!cas survives his encounter with lucifer and discovers another time-displaced dean from s7. i’ve only read the two of four parts but its really good, veeeeery slow burn, has a lot of fun oc’s and takes a rather surprising but (imo) entertaining and intriguing turn into Hellenic history and mythology. usual tw’s for endverse/endverse!cas but nothing graphic, it’s actually pretty light-hearted (relatively speaking of course).

Nothing Equals the Splendor** - explicit/8k, THEE finale fix it fic you’ve been waiting for! posits that the entire final episode was just a (very bad and lame) djinn’s vision.

like moses and batman and james dean - explicit/31k, post s8. explores dean’s trauma and internalized homophoba from his technically canon experience with sex work and its impact on his relationship with cas. the sex work itself isn’t really shown in any detail but it’s still a relatively heavy fic.

No Resting Place - teen/6k. djinn dream fic, switches back and forth between cas’ dream of being married to dean and retired from hunting to the aftermath when he wakes up. tw for brief mention of suicide since, y’know, djinn dream.

any port in a storm - mature/52k. post s8 finale. cas and dean have to pose as a couple going through a rough patch for a case and actually deal with their emotional baggage, cas struggles with being human and metatron is up to stuff.

Vena Amoris and Other Old-Fashioned Bullshit* - teen/4k, s6. when cas fell for dean it automatically soulbonded/angel married them, shenanigans ensue when dean finds out during the angel’s civil war. funny and actually written back when s6 was airing so cas is still (or at least pretending to be) kind of an OP asshole which is fun.

Rinse, Repeat - teen/3k, s8. angsty character study of cas as he’s reprogrammed and trained to kill dean. not really dean/cas since its just cas’ pov of canon events but its beautifully written and ends with him snapping out of it through the power of love (also now a canon event!).

Emergence - explicit/59k, canon divergent after s11. dean meets a hunter he only recognizes as their friend claire novak’s missing father, but soon realizes he might be the answer behind the mysterious void in his memories and feelings (aka everyone’s memories of cas are completely wiped away for three years).

Cuckoo And Nest - explicit/10k, early established relationship/character study, cas tries to figure out how he fits into dean’s life and space in the bunker.
