last year i found a wii at goodwill for 25 dollars and it came with everything except a wiimote but it was in such good condition i was like hell yeah ill take it how hard can it be to find a wiimote. the answer is it's nearly impossible to find them at thrift stores now so i've spent like 8 months looking for ones in thrift stores but there wasn't a single one and then online but i just couldn't bring myself to spend 30 dollars on one single wiimote so i waited so. patiently. and then 2 weeks ago i finally found one at goodwill for 9 dollars but it was absolutely disgusting and the battery cover was missing and the compartment was all corroded so i put it back and regretted it the whole week but then this last weekend i went to savers and there was an absolutely perfect wiimote just sitting there with no corrosion and a jacket and the wrist strap and motion plus and the nunchuck was there too and i got it all for 10 dollars so the moral of the story is that sometimes things seem right for you in the moment but you have to recognize that they aren't and leave them behind so the things that are meant for you will in fact find you when the time is right. peace and love <3

Don’t think I ever quite said what my LGBTQ+ headcanons are for the boys, so these are my current thoughts! Always changing of course but this is what I feel most strongly right now.

edit: might need to add some additional dialogue to this to make it more clear, but a clarification in the interim; he knows about his own footprints. he's just surprised to see something similar already there when he knows he's only just landed. he lifts his own shoe to confirm that they're not identical (and also to reveal this to the viewer). seems his stoicism beat off the clarity in this one, sorry 😭

Hello Tumblr again after a while, this will be my first post of 2024 and it’s gonna be buff Revik!! 😩
To be real, somehow on the first day of January AKA of 2024 overall I got sick for a week- And the only time I got better to go do stuff again without feeling like I was gonna collapse was when school started again for me, currently got so many things due this month, kind of an L in my case ngl 💀

#so far in my sporadic picking away at various manga series i feel i have the weirdest reader relationships with JJBA and Attack on Titan#when reading JJBA i am not really that invested in the characters or even whats happening to them and yet i still never decide to dnf it#and i dont even know what it is that keeps me reading except that its just very unique i suppose?#such an odd combo of different things that somehow manages to eventually have its own sorta cohesive logic and charm#also the art is just fun. its ornate and goofy and macho and flamboyant and gross#but as soon as i put it down i stop thinking about it too#and dont feel like picking it up again for at least several more days#with attack on titan i found the art style mostly really bad at first ngl#it reminded me of awkward drawings a high schooler would make like the inconsistentness#of like there are good action poses here but the people also look weird ugly bland and stiff and the backgrounds are often so empty#idk i was feeling pretty blah about it but something about how starkly straight-forward the story is was interesting to me#where its literally exactly what you heard its just#theres a bunch of humanoid giants attacking our city#and we have to stop them. that's it#and also the awkwardness of the art style i find works extremely well when it comes to the titans#like they are genuinely creepy to me. and they do actually feel massive the way theyre drawn. and the mystery around them interests me too#anyways im like 60% through part 1 of jojo(also read most of part 4 a few years ago) and only on vol 3 of AoT#but yeah those are the 2 series i have the most mixed feelings about so far#wouldnt say i love or hate either of them but still also continue to want to find out more#13readsmanga#p

just. ANYTHING about her mum. where is she. iirc we saw her once in the unbearable like-likeness of gene and then never again. what's up with that. i'm pretty sure they've confirmed courtney's parents are married so is she like a business mum that goes away a lot or something?? the writers really need to update the mrs wheeler lore
if we wanted to get actually serious about her i feel an episode focussed on how people obviously find her annoying could be something (they did somewhat retcon that since like. the gene and courtney show but not the point). we never really properly saw her with her friends from her first appearance so there is the potential to do something with that; maybe they were spreading some dumbass rumour about her or something and she tries to do something about it (maybe like a mix of some like it bot and itty bitty ditty committee? idk.)
ALSO the THINGS I WOULD DO for a proper gac peck episode. i fucking love roller i hardly know her and the gene mile (obviously) but the former forces alex and courtney together (in-universe) and the latter just kinda has them stand next each other like twice. making them do a group project is the obvious setup here and maybe they go to each other's houses or something and the whole bit is how their families are like. complete opposites.
no love triangle shit (affectionate) either like we have roller for that just let them be best friends and annoy everyone in their grade is that too much to ask
also an episode about her but not about music. don't care what but we've had two and dance is just music's cousin so roller is basically another music episode. even half the episodes where she just appears for a single scene are music-based (wag the song, gene's christmas break, the plight before christmas). like let her have more than one hobby PLEASE oh my GOD.
honestly thinking of hypothetical episodes with her is tough bc we don't actually know that much about her so there is a LOT we can do w her. she's kinda just used as girl gene in a lot of episodes she has like 3 total personality traits. the easy answer is to have her interact w tina and louise properly, ESPECIALLY tina since she wasn't in the a-plot of the gene mile.
idk they could do something where they split the school into girls and boys for whatever reason and she talks to louise and tina about whatever the fuck kinda situationship she's got going on with gene at that moment. louise can try and sabotage it and tina could try to steer her in the right direction? that's something right? (and it could give us more gene and zeke content but this isn't about them)
alternatively they confirm her trans mtf and that's the whole episode the end
