I cannot stop thinking about The Mopiness Of Doom.

Whenever I write ZADR fics I always have the thought of “Zim wouldn’t really care if Dib stopped, however I will write if that were the case” but I’m actually wrong.

Canonically Zim needs Dib, without him the fight for earth is boring and worthless. And without Zim, Dib goes mad and becomes obsessive over him.

It really shows that they cannot actually live without each other, so neither of them can win, and even when one of them wins, they go insane immediately afterwards (i.e Zib)

And I almost think that in the universe that we’re watching, both Dib and Zim knows that.
