This is a reward for having suffered at an unhappy weight. We deserve the right to do what we want with our bodies just as much as anyone else. I think it looks lovely. Shes dipping it in coffee, putting high protein low cal yogurt in it, and sprinkling cocoa powder on it. It aint that scary.

I know it brings happiness when you can fit into clothes. I promise you, you will be able to. Even if you eat a little too much, it'll be okay. If you continue on your track, I promise you, you're going to look even prettier in any outfit you want to wear. You're doing so wonderful, my dear. It may take time, but it'll be worth it. You're worth it. Whatever style you desire to wear will be available. They may be so tight right now that you think you'll never be able to fit in them, but hun you can do this, and I don't think I'll ever see someone more beautiful than you once you're finally able to wear it. Can someone pls give me any advice on losing weight fast, like what safe foods to eat, what exercises help the most, how long should you be fasting for? I feel like i’m spiraling i have a skinny friend who always takes pictures of me at bad angles to send to guys and is always making indirect comments about my appearance/weight. The other day she told me how my outfit makes me look like a bum, but it’s okay because i have no one to impress. I started crying and had to go home and she had no idea. Anyways….kinda put me in my villain era so i need to starve and find the best work outs possible and safe foods so I will be better than her and she will have nothing over me. thx <3

Heyo, it's okay. There's still tomorrow. There are other days. You binged today, but make sure not to again, it only slows you down. Nothing bad will happen if you restrict a lot or fast for the few following days. Take some steps, dance, do something and you will feel much better.

Run a bath, extreme cold or hot will lend you a hand in burning calories. Tuck your hair back, and smooth out all the knots with the water, with the product you love so much. Volumizing ones will hide the thinning away if that's what you'd like.
Have you forced up anything today? Last night? Maybe some green tea to soothe your throat would do. Don't worry about the shame, the tea will boost your metabolism, it's okay that it happened dearest.
Your journal, have you checked it yet? Take a breath, and be mindful of what's gone into you, and how you can ask it to leave. An exercise tomorrow, some fiber to soften out your bloating, what do you think is best?
Go on then, do it. For you. For lovely, airy, dreamy you. Should you doubt that you are any of those things, know that you can be. Begin again, and become as wonderous as you'd like to be.

Ich hasse meine Tage...
Ich war so stolz drauf erst 350kcal gegessen zu haben.
Bis ich 17:00 Uhr so unterzuckert war, dass ich es nicht mehr ausgehalten habe...
Reiswaffeln mit Honig haben mich wieder zurück in das Leben geholt 😅
Ich denke dass das nur wegen meinen Tagen so schlimm ist.
Hat irgendjemand Tipps für diese nervige Zeit?

just at school or work. do this so you have an absolute excuse to not eat at all without many suspicious like that I can even tell them to help me following my "diet" ehehe but thats just bc they are really nice to me!
i would say for you to think twice before doing this bc there is no way back then you will also have a extra pressure to follow your diet and dont end up exposing ur lie.

Starting a 23 hrs fast although I'm going to allow myself a small apple and a small cutie so my blood sugar doesn't tank and make me pass out at work tomorrow but I'll keep it under 100 cal (ik that's technically breaking it but idk what's happening to me and I keep getting too dizzy during fasts so I haven't been able to keep going and it's affecting progress so this is what I'm gonna do for my fasting no hate plz) drinking tons of water too!
