I think people need to know, losing weight is not “one-size fits all”.
I can’t fast. I just can’t.
I prefer to eat small portions frequently.
I can’t track calories because it causes me to binge, but I can calculate them in my head.
I can eat junk food in moderation, but I have to sacrifice other food for it!
This is what works for me, and instead of thinking you’re a failure, that losing weight is impossible because what works for somebody else won’t work for you, try something else or stick to what you know is useful.
Ideally, weight loss wouldn’t involve starvation, but as someone who has an ed, I know you can’t just tell someone to stop and expect them to stop.
Anyways, just wanted to put that out there!

This is probably completely wrong but I did a lil digging and for the two workouts I'm doing this is how many calories they burn
waist workout
50 jumping jacks - 20 cal.
30 crunches - 5 cal.
50 Russian twists 10 cal.
30 push ups - 6 cal.
40 mountain climbers - 7 cal.
20 toe touches - 3 cal.
50 bridges - 8 cal.
30 bicycle crunches - 5 cal.
50 jumping jacks - 20 cal.
1 minute plank - 4 cal.
Total: 93 cal.
thigh gap workout
1 min wall sit - 16 cal.
60 jumping jack - 23 cal.
60 toe touches - 9 cal.
40 lunges 12 cal.
30 squats - 9.6 cal.
20 jumping jack - 4 cal.
10 toes touches - 1.5 cal.
1 min wall sit - 16 cal.
Total: 91.1 cal.

It's ok to eat if:
You're feeling faint
You need to keep people from worrying
It's a birthday (yours or someone else's)
It's a holiday or tradition
You're feeling down and want to treat yourself
You're offered your favourite food
You're hanging out with friends
You're watching a movie
You're at a funeral or wake
You need the energy for school/work
You're just generally hungry
You won't be any less valid if you eat, and sometimes it's necessary. Don't beat yourself up, you'll be ok <3
