✨First understand that these thoughts of “I’m not good enough for them”, “I need to be better to be good enough for them”, “maybe if I change this or if I change that they will want me” are not real. These thoughts are keeping you stuck in a victimized perspective. Understand that you are enough.

✨“They’re not giving me the emotions I deserve, it must mean I don’t deserve them” is not true!! You do deserve love and emotional availability. You deserve someone to want to be with you and to show you that they want to be with you. You don’t have to chase love. Love is forever chasing you. Know this to be true because it is.

✨Know that it’s as simple as, this person is incapable of giving you the things that you need. It is not your fault. You don’t have to change to make them show you that they love you.
