Im having some thoughts

Are you feeling rejected by a certain person?

Holding onto someone who’s not giving you what you ask for or what you need?

Not getting your energy reciprocated?

Wishing to have a happy sacred connection with someone who doesn’t fulfill you?

✨First understand that these thoughts of “I’m not good enough for them”, “I need to be better to be good enough for them”, “maybe if I change this or if I change that they will want me” are not real. These thoughts are keeping you stuck in a victimized perspective. Understand that you are enough.

✨“They’re not giving me the emotions I deserve, it must mean I don’t deserve them” is not true!! You do deserve love and emotional availability. You deserve someone to want to be with you and to show you that they want to be with you. You don’t have to chase love. Love is forever chasing you. Know this to be true because it is.

✨Know that it’s as simple as, this person is incapable of giving you the things that you need. It is not your fault. You don’t have to change to make them show you that they love you. They are incapable of doing so weather you change or not. Know that they do not need to change either. This person who is incapable of loving you the way you need, is where they need to be in their journey right now. It is not your problem to try to solve.

✨Choose to love yourself and move on to giving yourself the things that you deserve. Don’t wait around for someone to act like they like you. Love you and let the love chase you. Forgive them for not being able to love you. Forgive yourself for thinking that it’s you’re fault that they aren’t able to. Forgive yourself for thinking you are somehow not good enough. You are good enough, for the right person. And who ever this is, is not the right person.

✨People can only change if they are willing to. This person who is emotionally unavailable at this time could be emotionally available at a different time. I simply suggest to stop focusing on them and redirect your focus onto building yourself up and going after things that truly fulfill you. Let love pour into your own cup. Stop pouring yourself out for people who won’t share their cup with you.

✨Another thought is that communication is extremely important in relationships. If you do not voice your needs they will most likely not be met. If you have voiced your needs and you still feel like you’re not getting what you desire, listen to your intuition. Don’t let anyone (including your own feelings) fool you. Ask yourself, “Is this person meeting my needs? Even after I explained them?”
