an individual wants clear skin. they decide to manifest it within 3 days or less. to live in the end, they affirm (affirming = thinking). they write down what thoughts they would have if they had their their desire, such as:
→ nothing can ruin my manifestations.
→ I always manifest within 3 days or less.
→ I have clear skin / my skin is flawless.
that individual affirms these affirmations whenever they think of their desire and when they fall asleep / wake up. no matter what the individual sees in the 3D, they remember that the 3D (physical reality) is only a reflection of the 4D (imagination). as long as they persist in having their desire within the 4D, the 3D will conform / show them movement within 3 days. so, they persist in living in the end. within 3 days, they indeed got their desire; clear skin! yippe!
before doing anything, I made my desires clear. I wrote a list of desires that I wanted to manifest within 3 days. this isn‘t necessary but I scripted for a few things just to make it clearer for myself. after that, I declared in my mind that I manifest within 3 days or less. for 3 days straight, I lived in the end by just thinking the thoughts I would have if I had my desire. these are the affirmations I used if anyone else wants to use them:
→ nothing can ruin my manifestations.
→ I always manifest within 3 days or less.
→ I have everything I desire.
my results? I got 90% of my desires on the list and 3D movement from the other 10% desires within 3 days.

Evies first-aid-kit for shifting: a patch and a kiss for overwhelmed shifters who want to shift using the law of attraction/assumption
Hi, Hello my beautiful people! Long time no see from your favourite shifting blogger (and I am deeply sorry for that). What have I been up to? Well I enrolled in Uni today and the weeks and days leading up to this event were quite stressful, which wasn‘t really helpful in terms of shifting plus my focus was just on completely different things. Based on the fact that I am back on my shifting grind, I realized that I fell back into my frustration loop, and because my angels tell me to be of service for other people I am returning to my blog to be serving the people who need me most: desperate shifters such as myself 🤪🥰. So what are we doing today? I will motivate you, calm you down and guide you in how to function once desperation and frustration gets to you, so let’s start 🏻
So we all know and hate this cycle: you are demotivated, frustrated, doubtful and you don‘t know where to start or where to continue. You go on tumblr or other platforms (I really hope you stay the fuck away from TikTok tho if it’s not for motivation) for advice and soak in all of these new and different bits of information on how to shift or how to manifest using the laws and you get tangled between all of this and you just lost yourself in what to do and what to think. And then you ask yourself: what am I supposed to do exactly? Well that’s what I am here for. Here is your patch:
Step 1: Chose your mindset and stick to it.
The Fun part about the universe and your reality is that you create it. Reality, or well, the 3D-Reality is just your thoughts pushed out as a manifestation. Anything you think of will manifest. Now that you got the clay, get to form it. Decide on what affirmations you will use to remind yourself, that you can shift/ did shift/ shift easily and whenever you want to. There is no certain affirmation that will do the trick because it’s your clay, so form it however and with whatever you‘d prefer. The key word is REMIND. By law: anything you want is automatically yours. Do not use affirmations as some sort of magic spell that is supposed to get it to you. Use it as a reminder that it already belongs to you. Once you decided on how you want to affirm, you get to the part where you actively do it. Remind yourself as often as you need that you already are in your desired reality, and that the 3D that you see right now is just the old manifestation, and the new manifestation is the one that counts.
Step 2: Stop waiting for it.
This is something even I still struggle with: it’s the waiting period. It’s a habit that once you affirm you already live in your DR, you fall into this mindset of „okay so when is it coming“. This mindset is exactly what can fuck up the whole manifestation all together. Why would you wait for something you already have? If I was to buy a bottle of deodorant and then go home I wouldn’t be sitting at home being like „damn when is this bottle of deodorant going to be in my possession?“. Because the „buying“ is the manifestation. I know how hard it is to accept it: but you never need to do anything more than wishing for it, in order to manifest and receive it. But I can tell you from all of my life experiences that this is quite actually all it ever took for me, to get what I wanted. I wanted a certain dude to be my boyfriend? Got him. I wanted to live in a certain city? I have a job there now. I want a place in that university i have been dreaming of? I have it. I don‘t feel like going out today? My friend cancels out of nowhere. Stuff like that. The law is natural. Manifestation and therefore shifting, are natural. The law works FOR you. Stop waiting for things you already have. Stop spreading energy of lack when you are looking to attract fulfillment. You wouldn’t be waiting for the phone that you are looking at right now to finally be yours when it already belongs to you.
Step 3: Why do you keep starting over?
I know you do. Don’t even try to deny it! I know you are waking up in your CR and think to yourself: oh shit it didn’t work, I guess I just did something wrong in my manifestation, I should start over to make sure I do everything correctly! I‘ve been there way too often, trust me. I wake up in my CR and immediately go: well I should be there so why am I here? And this initial feeling of failure is leading you to assume you did something incorrectly, so you think you should treat the universe like a wifi-router and just restart it. But here’s another question: why don‘t you just persist in your manifestation? Why are you assuming that you are in your CR when you could instead not let the 3D Phase you and just assume you are in your DR? Why do you let what you SEE determine EVERYTHING? If assumption is manifestation, chose to assume in your favor and the trick is done. If you want to be in control, then take it, and control it the way you want to. Starting over is as if you were to drive in circles: just take the steering wheel and drive the route you want to take, and don‘t let other things like passengers fool you into driving in a circle. Just persist and trust in it. Who cares if you woke up in your CR? You assume you woke up in your DR and you move on. You catch your negative thoughts and flip them in your favor, no big deal! No progress is lost because your old manifestation made you believe you didn’t have what you want. We both know you already do.
Step 4: Resolve the blockage you set yourself.
Sometimes we can’t shift because we stand in our own way. We have limiting beliefs, lack of motivation and some of us have fears. Fears that subconsciously can keep you from shifting, for many reasons. Maybe you are afraid you won’t ever return so you don’t let yourself go in the first place. Or you are afraid you will miss someone, or you are fearing for your CR-self and wether or not you will be okay without your conscious in it etc,etc. There are many emotions, fears and beliefs that can be the thing standing in your way, and sometimes it can be quite good to just ask yourself why or what could be the problem. A lot of the times you can look for angel numbers (what people don’t realize is that any number can be an angel number. If you feel a certain connection upon seeing something or your intuition tells you: THIS IS A SIGN, just Google the number and the angel meaning behind it and you can receive a message you need to hear). On other occasions it can be quite helpful to just inform yourself on the topic of shifting, you can for example dm me, or send me an anonymous ask and I might clear some things up for you (or any other blogger obviously 🏻).

I know you want to finally shift. It’s okay. But everything is only energy and your thoughts is what creates reality. Which is amazing because that means one thing: you are 100% capable of doing it. Isn’t that amazing? You just have to want it, accept it as yours, and move on with life. What could be easier than that? Of course you can always look into other methods and soak your big brain with even more information but promise me not to give up on your shifting journey and to keep persisting for the life of it! I believe in you, I want to help you and I need you to keep going. Because coincidences do not exist and you did not learn about shifting on accident, and you did not go for it if not at least a part of you believed in it.

Neville and many others have preached about investing time into your self concept. One important note is that you don‘t need to change your self concept to manifest your desires. Although this investment isn‘t needed to manifest your desires, it would be foolish of me to say its investment isn‘t worth it, because it is completely worth it. Almost all of your questions can all be answered with: 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓 … Dear reader, if you are willing to change your self concept, these limiting thoughts regarding your desire, self being & the world will disappear and your life will be on easy mode.

Self concept is how you perceive the world in relation to you and yourself to the world. It contains all assumptions you have regarding yourself, such as your appearance, personality, social life, romantic life, etc., and contains all assumptions you have about your environment, such as other people‘s appearances, personalities, how they treat you, etc. Self concept also relates to your assumptions regarding manifestation, such as your assumption on the time it takes for you to manifest, what limits you believe you have, etc.

With a good self concept, you instantly and effortlessly manifest. You won‘t doubt your abilities anymore ; your limiting beliefs and worries about failure, time, logic and the 3D will be gone. You have your desires on the pedestal, putting yourself second. You spiral often and dwell on negativity. You are impatient and aren‘t consistent with persisting. You blame others and have a victim mentality. You hate yourself and are insecure. You settle for less, accepting defeat. You focus on logic, time and the 3D. You doubt yourself and your power, always downplaying yourself. You rely on blogs, coaches, etc., not trusting yourself. You are easily influenced by others, accepting others words as facts. You think you don‘t deserve anything good. You have an insecure, miserable, jealous and envious mindset. You believe in limiting beliefs such as having to work hard to get what you want, divine timing / fate / destiny, not everyone will like you, everything happens for a reason, life isn‘t fair, some people are just lucky, etc.
𝐈𝐕. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓?
First off, do not attempt to change your 3D. You do not have to do anything in the 3D. ❝ Stop trying to change the world since it is only the mirror. Man‘s attempt to change the world by force is as fruitless as breaking a mirror in the hope of changing his face. Leave the mirror and change your face. Leave the world alone and change your conceptions of yourself. ❞ To change conceptions of yourself, all you have to do is stop identifying yourself as the undesired, and start identifying yourself as the desired. There are many methods, techniques, etc. out there that can help you with changing your self concept, such as visualization, commanding your subconscious, etc. It all works, but in this post, I‘ll only cover,
౨ৎ ⋮ 𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 aka thinking … ⌵
𝟏. Identify negative / limiting assumptions you hold
𝟐. Flip those limiting beliefs to positive ones
𝟑. Affirm the positive ones and don‘t return to the old story
What assumptions do you have right now that do not benefit you? Flip those negative assumptions to positive ones, then from now on, have thoughts that imply that positive assumption as a fact & persist. Something I‘d like to note is that you do not have to affirm every second, 24/7. You can if you‘d like though! You just need to affirm whenever thoughts regarding whatever it is about your self concept that you‘re changing pops up. Keep in mind you do not have to believe in your affirmations, because they will harden into fact anyway.
The world is against me -> The world is on my side
… Jonathan assumes the world is against him, which results in people treating him like shit and him having bad luck. To change this assumption, he changes his thoughts. He stops having thoughts that imply the world is against him and he basically keeps his thoughts in check. With persistence, his assumption changed and now the world is on his side.

To maintain your new and improved self concept, all you do is persist in the new story (new story = good self concept) and give no power to the old story (old story = bad self concept). This just means to persist in dominantly having thoughts that imply your self concept is perfect. I know sometimes we slip up or get intrusive thoughts. It is okay to slip up a few times, as long as you are dominantly thinking in having what you want. If you get unwanted thoughts, then something that helps is interrupting those type of thoughts. For example:

You can also read success stories on Tumblr or any other trusted loa site. One tip I have for motivation is to keep a list of all your success stories, no matter how “big” or “small,” then read that list whenever you feel low about manifesting.

❥ my self concept is perfect in all aspects. I know I am the creator, the God, the source and I know I am limitless. I see myself in such a godly light and so do others, which is why others can‘t help but treat me like a God / Goddess. Not only that, but everything I desire, desires me more. My desires are extremely attracted to me; In fact, anything good is attracted to me, like a moth to a flame. I love life because life treats me extremely well. Life treats me like how someone would to their first love or to a desert rose. I am also protected, as everything always goes my way and works out in my favor. And of course, manifesting is so easy. I manifest anything I desire instantly and effortlessly. I don‘t care about the 3D. The 3D doesn‘t affect me, as I know it is malleable and not set in stone. I am brazenly imprudent; I don‘t take no as an answer. I only get what I want and better. I always win, never lose. I already have all my desires.
𝐕𝐈. 𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒 / 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐑𝐎
𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 If you wanted to, you can make a list of self concept affirmations (either online or irl, doesn‘t matter), give it a title (can be anything), then affirm that you got everything from *insert title* (self concept list). For example, I‘ll write down self concept affirmations, then title it “star list” and affirm “I have everything on star list” — that way, I don‘t have to affirm for every single self concept affirmation.
𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 Use sleep to your advantage! When you wake up and while you fall asleep, you are in SATs, which is extremely useful to affirm in. I suggest that you affirm right when you wake up and as you fall asleep. Works like a charm.
𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 If you are feeling frustrated, please do yourself a favor and take a break. The law isn‘t going anywhere, so don‘t worry about “wasting time” while taking a break. Take the break, take care of yourself, then come back when you feel better.
𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 Make affirming / Changing your self concept fun for you! One way I love to make it fun is by using music. Make a playlist dedicated to self concept and have fun listening!
𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 Health, wealth, beauty, and genius are not created; they are only manifested by the arrangement of your mind-that is, by your concept of yourself, and your concept of yourself is all that you accept and consent to as true.
