What do the inhabitants do to kick back/relax?

Jose-likes to sit in his rocking chair outside in the fresh air while sipping lemonade the misses made.

Fiona-Has a strong connection to the beach. When she's not diving, she likes to sit on the sand soak up some rays and work on her tan.

Yuri-is the kind of girl that likes to sit down in a quiet area and read a good book. Or if it's nice outside, she likes to go for walks around the neighborhood.

Haoyu-Sitting on the grass and getting fresh air has never been better for him. Unless it's raining, then he'll just tinker inside the garage.

Sana-will kick her feet up and start watching animal documentaries.

Cass-likes to have some tea and cookies after a long day.

Cal-It may sound boring to everyone else, but he loves to sort through his movies and books. Keeping things in order helps him relax.

Iben-Has a talent of crochet and sewing. So she'll always find something to work on.

Attilio-Loves taking Cass to the movies to relax after a day at the park.

Lucy-More drawing. Drawing whatever her brain thinks. Maybe it's good, maybe it's bad, but doodling something for yourself is the best way to relax for her.

Bruce-He's retired, so all he does is chill.

Leo-Enjoys a good soda and some pizza for lunch. If he gets to watch a movie and wear pajamas, that's heaven for him.

Emma-If she ever gets a chance, she loves going to the spa to get a massage.

seriously have been thinking about this all night long. call me autistic but the fact that 90% of workplaces the point is not to get your work done and then be done doing it but to instead perform an elaborate social dance in which you find something to do even when you're done doing everything you need to do in order to show your fellow workers that you, too, are Working . because you are at Work . disgusting why cant we all agree that if there is no work immediately to be done. we just dont do anything

#i personally like to not be doing things constantly at all times. it stresses me out #i know there are ppl who thrive on cosntant activity #but me i like to chill out.#and the problem then becomes that i only ACTIVELY remember to do work and Find More Work To Do when im stressed #at the thought that others might want to see me working #if im ever relaxed i just dont look for stuff to do #catch 22 of modern work culture which permeates even ostensibly noncapitalist structures like public libraries #for instance: will it really kill anybody if the books get shelved by me now after a very busy day?#or shelved tomorrow morning by. well probably me since i'll be the one at the desk #not in the slightest #but it was work that wasnt being immediately done by me. therefore it was incorrect behavior #that i failed to identify because my instinct is to relax when not immediately presented with a Situation #this got me labeled as 'having no initiative' by my dad from a very early age #and even as an adult i still feel like im a child with no initiative

day 56: i was almost hit

by a car 🤙

so i was almost hit by a car!

i went out today and bought some clothes and another funko pop!! then u got coffee and chilled for like half an hour, then i decided to walk home,

i was almost hit by a car, i did homework and then literally just laid in my bed for the past 6 hours…i am so relaxed HAHA and i’ve been watching sm loki edits!! and then i have plans tomorrow with a friend and yea!! exciting!!

No Longer Human, written by Osmau Dazai and translated by Donald Keene, follows the life of a young boy and explores what it's like to feel completely detached and alienated from society. So far, I love the writing and pace. Plus it’s a short book so it’ll probably be helpful in getting out of the good ol´ reading slump.
