Hey, I just want to ask did you give anyone permission to dub you comics because a channel did and made a questionable thumbnail the channel is call Cougar Macdowall VA, he said in the video description they got permission form you

i Did! I give them permmission, and 'm laughing my ass off as Nell with Sonic voice and Amara with such a man voice (gonna guess they make it before i post the VA hc, 'cause the last dialogue got a female voice).

The thumbnail and title is really questionable, not gonna lie, guess that their way to attrach views (fun to think in the look of those that enter the video hoping to see a catnapxcraftycorn comic lol), but 'm not mad, they put the credits like i asked and people are happy with the result as i can see in the comments, so there's no problem here.

lil upgrade to the post 'cause i finish it: I love Alba's VA work on it, really working the crafty voice, but her last line would be just like Alba sound now, so in case they thinking in keep dub the Au, there's no need to force the crafty voice (i can only think it hurt like hell to speak like that, hear her coughing in some lines), a tired voice would do just fine!

here, to give you all a ''reference'' of how 'm writting the critters in my cartoon idea, this is a graphic explanation of my process: Basically, i took MLP characters and mix them in a blender.

This is not a literal explanation, there's especific thing i took from each pony to work with the critters, Rarity's traits i took for Picky aren't the same i took for Catnap, but this is the most easy way to explain my character's interpretation.

There's also the trait i created for the critters that don't came from MLP, like Dogday's clumsiness, but that is going more indeep of them, and i would like to leave said part for when i release the episodes.

Was Nell ever told about Theo's accident? I'm just imagining a very confused DogDay being the receiver of the anger of a very displeased staff member because Theo's accident has led to people asking questions.

DogDay doesn't understand why the voice in the back of his mind is screaming like that.

The gangs didn't know about Theo accident, 'cause they weren't working by then.

the first 7 critters were created in a lapse of 2 years, in this order: Amara, Charlie, Samina, Nicole, Alba, Nell and Callem. But each one wake up in different time, with Nell been the last one waking up.

After that, they have around 1 year indotrinate training them for their respective area (Nell and Alba in Theatre, Amara in kindergander, Samina in the kitchen, Charlie in the school, and Callem and Nicole in the playhouse), in this time is when it happen Theo's accident.

Then we get a whole year of creating/training Catnap, in said time the gang was able to interact between each other, but only Nicole, Charlie and Callem having a knowing of who they were before.

And only Callem realising that the two brothers that he meet before aren't in the playcare anymore.

I’ve actually been thinking about this for a while and I don’t even know if this was asked before.

IF alba actually kept her horn…would she ever have some kinda self taught abilities with it? Like telekinesis or something similar? Or would she just use it to stab people?

I’m just genuinely curious of what would’ve happened if she kept the horn instead of ripped it outta her skull. Thank you!

unless the chapter 4 reveal a demonic involvement in the factory like in BATIM, no, there's no magic in the experiments, just raw and crazy science.

Alba's horn was her equivalent of a flesh mole, hurt like hell if it take off the skin at force, but you can live without it.

Could we know more about Betty, the cat bee? How did she join the heretics? Was she just another trial or was she made to have a job?

She was created along with the OG Pj aka Lilith, both with a new method that implement insect genes in the poppy mix.

At first, just like Lilith, Betty looked good! She was able to speak, fly and resolve easy problems (they used a 5 y/o for her, so she wasn't too smart).

But, just like with Lilith, she started to mutated, and become... this.

unlike lilith, Betty was able to undestand that something was wrong with her, and she beg the doctor for help, she was in pain, feeling like her muscles (stuffing) was breaking out of her skin, she couldn't close her mouth without hurting herself, she couldn't keep her eyes open 'cause the light hurt her, ect...

And what did the doctor did for her? write the experiment like a failure and let her with the other experiments in hopes that Boxy Boo or another starved experiment would end with her misery, and that would be it-

If it wasn't for Bron.

Created along with a the OG candycat, they both were created to be the security of the lunch counter in playcare, keeping an eye in the children and making sure everybody got food at the hour. Meanwhile Samina worked in the kitchen making said food.

Bron found Betty before been send to the lunch counter, and he hide her in his mouth to take her with him. There, he keep her hide all those years, with Samina giving her the leftover to keep her alive, sometimes Samina was lucky to find a painkiller to give her, to calm the constant pain in her.

After the hour of joy and losing Bron, Samina keep taking care of Betty, Alba was able to sew Betty's stuffing back inside to calm the pain, and after finding her documents, she start to use her real name. Now, Betty still have problems with the light in her eyes and can't fully close her mouth, but she's more happy.

What can you tell us about Picky's and Kickin's sibling dynamic in the cartoon? (Keep up the amazing content, BTW.)

They're pretty close, but in a different way that with Dogday and Catnap relationship

while those two are used to drag the other when needed due their differences (dogday and catnap care for each other a lot, but they're so different that a lot of episode start with them having a problem), Picky and Kickin have a strong mutually understanding of their differences, and are able to enjoy each other hobbies to the point of mix it to get both what they want.

Kickin like workout and Picky like to dance? Then make a routine together. Picky wants a tea party but Kickin wants a movie night? Then make a mini cinema in the living room in from of the tea table to comment in the movie while enjoying some tea. Picky want to go shopping but Kickin want to go surfing? Go shopping first, buy some new swimwear, and go to the beach then. They love to spend time with each other, so doesn't matter the ocassion, they can work things out.

This is also why they're both the most ''neutral'' in the group even when they're also the most masculine/femenine oriented in their personalities, they don't see things as ''for girls/for boys'', they just see ''this is what my brother/sister enjoy'', so Kickin doesn't care playing dress up or make up 'cause he's used to it for his sister, just as Picky doesn't care play fights and gross things 'cause she's used to it for her brother.

This question just came up randomly from my dyslexia, but I'll ask it anyway.

Why did you name the characters exactly what they are called now? Like, what gave rise to giving them such a name? Especially a question for Neill.

(By the way, I pronounce his name as “Nail” (nail and hammer) due to dyslexia and only now realized that Neill is correct)

It took me like 3 hours looking for the names for each children (on the original post were i introduce them), 'cause i was really trying to get details both for the original critters and the children own personality in said name.

Let me use Google to explain the meaning part, and then i explain my own work with it. long post guys, Nova is gonna talk a lot

First with Nell

As i said before, Nell's name was fitting for him 'cause the ''Shinning light'' goes fine with Dogday character, but on the other side, the ''hard as a horn'' was the part that, for me, work with the experiment one: Nell's can be emotionally weak, but his temple and spirit is the strongest in the gang, specially if it mean to protect those how he care, he's the shining light of the killer team, their boss but most important, the one that is ready to give his life for his loved ones.

Now, Callem (here it show Callum, but is another way of write it, it mean the same)

Just, is a simple meaning, and yeah the bird side was for Kickin, BUT the meaning of said animal is was Callem's character really is about

Callem is the free spirit of the gang, a soul that is only trapped in the physical way, but that doesn't care about anything else, he isn't afraid of cry, of scream, of love. Yup, maybe he doesn't take the iniciative with Nell, but not 'cause he's afraid, but 'cause he care for Nell's feelings, he never liked to be force to do something, why would he force Nell out of his comfort zone? He's ready to fly when needed, that's Callem for you.

Now, Charlie

What does this had anything to be with Bubba? Well, this was a inside joke with my lil' cousin, that when we read the name Charlotte whe remember the spider, AND then we remember the game song (in spanish, idk if there's a version in english) ''Un elefante se columpiaba sobre la tela de una araña'', it was a silly moment, but she ask me to name him Charlie, 'cause she liked the name and, in her words, ''Tiene cara de charlie'' (he had a charlie face). So yeah, Charlie doesn't have a strong meaning in his name, but hey, the ''Warrior'' part was what make me put him in the Killer team, and it a choice 'm really happy about.

Now Alba

The ''white'' meaning is for literally Crafty's fur, and also the name is kinda relate to a colour palette, so it fit in her side. Now, with the experiment, is basically a mirror of Nell, but in a more ''bright'' way; Nell and Alba had always been mirrors of the other during their time working in the playcare, but Alba has something that Nell doesn't: A mind without attachment. Alba never had something to care about in her past life more that herself, something that make her miss her past life, so when she learn the true, she was angry 'cause she was used, no 'cause she wasn't a children in playcare anymore. Nell since day one has been emotionally ''in a eternal night'', there's something that give weight to his actions, something that make him worry. Alba was able to pursue Nicole, she was able to become the second in charge of the heretics, she was able to make a community with the little they have, 'cause her mind was already past the night, unlike Nell, that shine in the dark.

Now, Nicole

Obviously more close in meaning with the cartoon side that with the experiment side due the deatils of ''victory'' related to competitions, BUT in Nicole theres also some true: She has always been a fighter, maybe not in the physical way, but in her past life she refuse to let the employees experiment with her using the Poppy serum, doesn't caring if she could die without it, she wasn't a lab rat, and even after getting turn in Hoppy, she show them that she still was able to win over them, by been the most hard to tame, to the point of breaking the scientists's patience with a literal jumpscare (this gonna be show in her VHS)

Now, Samina

The name, as i read in another place, also mean a ''well feeded child'' that goes to the side of Picky, but the rest is for the experiment, 'cause yeah, the bitchiest, most intense and meany member of the gang is actually a generous soul, but a soul that had been breaked over and over again, and even after that still have a lil' piece of that kind soul to give to her friends.

And then, we have Amara

why i had to scroll so much to get this meaning? But yeah, 'm using the latin/spanish meaning of this name for her, that is basically ''to love'', something that work both for Bobby and for Amara herself, 'cause both were means to be a character full of love to give, full of emotions and ready to ''love'' those she care about.

Also! Funfact!

Do you know what Theo's name mean?

An interesing choice considering all his relation with the prototype, good on that Mob game.

I really wanna know about these pirate and library characters, and I love that the librarian is an octopus

There's no much about the pirate, since this episode is around the 20th and 25th, i hadn't work all the details in it, the only think i can offer you is the early sketch of when i thought in the synopsis for the episode

On the other side, Miss Handy (the librarian) have her full design (on sketch) 'cause she actually appear in Bubba's first protagonism episode. She's a lovely lady, Bubba love her like a grandma.

I know why/how crafty, dogday, catnap and piggy got their necklaces but what about the others, how did they get their necklaces?

Wait, i have this in my sketch file

Kickin found his while fishing with his dad, and by mere luck it activate with him.

In the same episode were he tell this story, the group discover said pendant was once from a pirate, that hided a treasure in a island close from the town.

As i said before, Bubba's pendant came from the past librarian in charge, that give him the pendant after it was activate with his touch.
