It’s all about “being gentle” and “respecting boundaries” when people are nonverbal, but when I’ve struggled with being hyperverbal and poor volume control my entire life I’m just obnoxious and have to learn to respect other people’s boundaries and learn that most people don’t want to listen to what I have to say.

Because nonverbal tendencies can be ignored, but I’m an active problem that has to be fucking solved.

Please try and force me to engage in conversation while I'm non-verbal and/or escaping and actually get mad when I don't put my needs aside to succumb to your precious wants and feelings. Please, continue to infantalize me and treat me like a toddler. Please, act like my existence is so miserable and all I do is harm and/or inconvenience nuerotypical people. ADHD theory #1

so i have a few theories about ADHD and stuff and i was wondering if they make any sense to anyone else.

one of them is that when i get a song or a line of a song stuck in my head it’s because i’m understimulated and it’s my brain mentally stimming. Like sometimes my brain will be bored and i’ll have the same five words on loop in the background. it’s really annoying and when i as soon as i noticed it’s stopped it starts again. But yeah, i think it’s my brains way of stimming when i can’t physically do it.
