★ Neteyam is the type of mate to make you stay in bed on a rainy day, no matter if you guys have things to do or not. He just loves spending time with his girl.

★ speaking of which, his family completely adores you. They’re always asking for you to come over and spend time with them(mostly neytiri and Jake saying this bc you’re literally like a daughter to them)

★ tey absolutely ADORES whenever you spend time with his family, especially his siblings and ESPECIALLYY with tuk, you act so well with all of them that it makes him want to give you a family of your own.

★ his love language is definitely acts of service, words of affirmation, and physical touch. So definitely expect to be gifted with things you’ve always wanted while he’s hugging you and whispering all sorts of praises and I love yous into your ear.

★(this hc is for human!reader) if your ovulating/on your period, he will never leave your side, always giving you whatever you need since he knows how painful your periods can be. (And also because your smell gets stronger, and he doesn’t want any of the males in his clan thinking they have a chance with you. Because they don’t.)

★ speaking of this, he definitely is extremely protective of you. Like, yes he knows you’re fully capable of handling yourself, but he just can’t help it. You’re his girl, how could he not protect you?

★ if you need an example of how far this man would go for you, just remember that one time where he came home with bloody fists and a bloody nose because he overheard a group of boys sexualizing you(lo’ak jumped into the fight too bc he didn’t want to hear you or his parents lecture him about leaving Neteyam by himself to get beat tf up😭)

★turns into such a baby when he’s tired. Poor boy will come home completely exhausted, it’s so obvious in his features it makes you sad. He’ll grumble when you ask him how his day was, hurriedly taking off his uncomfortable garments and picking you up and carrying you to the bed, placing you down on the soft pillows before placing all of his body weight onto you. You let out a little huff from the suddenness of it, but it turns into a giggle when you feel him smoosh his head into your boobs.

★“Awh, what needy little babyboy. Just needed some cuddles, hm?” You’d tease while placing a kiss on his forehead, left hand rubbing his scalp soothingly as your other hand trails down his back in a content motion.

★he has a sweet spot in the middle of his scalp that makes him purr really loud and kick his leg slightly, you found out about it one of the many times he fell asleep on your chest. You never told him you knew about it though because you know he’d probably get embarrassed, but whenever he does fall asleep on your chest you always massage that spot just to giggle at his reaction.

Your father has been a single parent the moment you were born into his planet. Your mother died from natural childbirth out cold before she could even see your lively Eyes. But being an only father did not discourage him, it only made him work smarter and work harder. Jake and your mother had been best friends before Pandora talking about each other's kids going on playdates together but that never happened and it killed him inside. Neytiri loved your mother, her spunk, her fire and excitement. And she saw it in you, they helped raise you with your father the best they could with other responsibilities on them. But while they tried your dad was the only one who understood you the most.

Imagine being Jake Sully’s and Neytiri’s adopted daughter, child of someone who was an old friend of Jake’s:

Info: reader’s mom’s avatar had darkskin black features (Afro hair + dark eyes + dark blue skin) so reader also has those features, reader has an Jamaican accent, reader is Navi Avatar hybrid and has 5 fingers and eyebrows, reader is 13 years old

Boom your mom was 5 years old when she moved from Jamaica to North America, she and Jake became childhood friends (more like they became soul siblings)

The same day the RDA recruited Jake, they recruited your mother too

She also spends time observing the Navi and learning their ways with Jake, but Tsu’Tey was her teacher instead

As she lives there for months, she and Tsu’Tey fall in love and mate at the tree of spirits (JAKE N NEYTIRI DUUUUPE)

She and Neytiri actually became pregnant at the same time, literally shortly after they both mate with their men at the spirit trees

Your dad dies during the war yada yada yada, they win and skip boring stuff

For some reason when Neytiri has her baby, your mother is unable to give birth to you and she remains pregnant for 2 more years

The pregnancy drains her energy, making her look even skinnier and her skin color fade as her cheeks become hollow

When she finally gives birth and before she dies she whispers a name that’s a mixture between her’s and Tsu’Tey’s

Neytiri holds your small crying form silently shushing you while Jake cries over your mom’s dead body, she was like an older sister to him

Jake adopts you and when you’re old enough he starts teaching you about your human culture as it was a big part of your mother’s life and she loved her culture more than anything

This leads him to also explaining why you’re different from all the other Omaticaya, but he also explains it’s not a bad thing

You growing up with mixing your life with both your Navi and Jamaican cultures

You are the closest to Neteyam, he’s SOOOOO protective over you (you are his favorite shhhh don’t tell Lo’ak)

Since you’re a lot shorter than your older siblings, you often get carried by them

Jake teaching you so much about humans, pop culture references, music tastes n everything!!!! (Girl you literally take inspiration from his teachings and make your own clothing style out of Navi clothes)

Neytiri making you the most beautiful song cord ever about the love story of your mom and Tsu’Tey and your birth

You and Kiri bonding over both being adopted

You and Tuk are so goofy together, always making Neytiri laugh n shi

You two also bond over being the babies of the family

You and Lo’ak always playing tag in the forest

You immediately loved spider when you all first met him as little kids, (I mean, your mom was once human so you didn’t hate them at all)

ALWAYS wearing your mother’s Na’vi and human hair pieces and your father’s necklaces

Jake teaching you how to fight the human way because your mom was better than everyone in the RDA at that

Going to the Lab with Kiri to see videos of your moms together (they also grew to be close friends and would sometimes just make videos of them being stupid together)

Jake and Neytiri are the only ones allowed to do your hair (your mom taught them how to take care of Afro hair once), they make sure your hair is always healthy

You look so much like your mom but you get your smile, eye shape, and bodily markings from Tsu’Tey

When you can’t sleep, Jake would tell you his childhood memories about your mom

Masterlist

You were the first to know about Neteyam's secret. It all began when he began to show up late to class, or how he'd stud you up a couple dates back. Not only that but you noticed some bruises on him. They were not from football, they were much worse.

One night Neteyam had asked if he could sneak in your room, in which you allowed him to. But when you saw his Black Panther suit, you thought he was cosplaying, but that was when he confessed about his secret.

Now everything made sense, the bruises, why he'd miss a class, why he'd arrive late, and how he stood you up a couple times. It was because he was out risking his life to keep the city safe.

You had asked questions on how was it possible that he was The Black Panther. Neteyam explained the whole thing involving his mom side of the family, about his ancestors and stuff. So, you were basically dating a Prince.

Since then you began to refer to Neteyam as Prince and he'd call you princess as a Joke, but sometimes he'd joke that one day he'd be a king and you'll be his queen.

After that, you then began to scold him for getting hurt as you began to patch him up. You were also mad that he was keeping this a secret, what happened to trust and all that stuff?

But you forgave him since you had understood that he couldn't just be telling everyone that he is the Black Panther. So, you kept it a secret.

From then on, you had began to cover for Neteyam. Since you both had a class together, you'll always tell the teacher why he is late or absent.

Every time he'd go to your house, injured, he'd get scolded by you. He doesn't really argue with you since he understands that you're constantly worried about him and how he was doing while fighting.

You'd cuddle him for a bit before he had to go back home. It scared you seen Neteyam getting hurt, you understood that it was his job in making sure the citizens weren't in any danger, he really liked to help people and he cared, but at the same time, who'd care and worry about him?

Besides his family knowing, you were the other person that knew who he was. His family trusted you, you've known them your entire life for crying out loud.

For some odd reason his siblings thought you were going to exposed them, but you didn't, you could never tell anyone a secret like this. They didn't mean it in a rude way, they were just worried about their older brother.

The one that would worry the most was Neytiri, she herself was a the Black Panther and so was her sister, but being Black Panther was risky, specially since he was putting himself in danger, something could happen to him.

One time Neteyam had the idea to break up, since you were the only one trying to keep the relationship and he thought that it wasn't fair to you. But you didn't break up, instead you made your relationship work better.

You and Neteyam still have a stable relationship, despite him being busy and all, you both still managed.

Spider asks you to do his hair after seeing you change your hair style so many times.

Spider loved you he saw you as his mother he absolutely adores you seeing as you raised him and did not care who his father was unlike certain people and Hell's gate and Pandora he was just a kid what Spider noticed is that you always changed your hair it was either down, curled wavy but it was mostly in braids which he wanted so badly, so he talked to Kiri about it.

"You should ask her Spider!"

"What if she says no?"

"Why would she say no? "

"Because last time I asked she said no."

"Only because you had got an attitude with her because she warned you about how you weren't taking care of your hair!"

Spider glared at his friend who well he knew was right you had talked to him about keeping his hair from getting tangled up and you offered to fix it for him but he refused because he liked his hair how it was and didn't want to change it

(Mostly wanting to take after Jake's hair because he admire the man eh the Na'vi)

but you told him that he was human and it need to be taken care of which made him upset because he didn't want to be reminded that he was born a human and not one of the people. Which lend to a agurement and him leaving you haven't spoken since than which made him upset and wanted to apologize but was to embarrassed and stubborn to do.

"Dude just ask her already if she says no that's your fault for being a Skxawng!"

Both teens turned to see Lo'ak standing there with his arms crossed.

"Besides she didn't say no she just said "Okay don't come crying to me when your hair gets messed up kiddo!" Lo'ak tries mimics your voice but failed making Kiri laugh and Spider blush in embarrassment he gets up making the two look at him.

"Ya'know what fine! I'll go to her right now and ask her to do my hair there happy?"

"Good I can't wait to see your new do Monkey boy!"

"Sorry to bus your bubble Kiri but Dad wants us back home."

"Ugh fine but you will show me your hair monkeyboy!"

The boy laughs and nods his head while waving goodbye to his friends than went back to Hell's Gate to see his guardian aka his adopted his mom who was in her room braiding her long dark hair.

"Welcome home kid had fun today?"

"Yeah...hey uh mama Y/n."

"Hey punk what's up? Oh no."

"What?"

"What did you do?"

"Huh? What's make you think I did something I didn't even say anything yet!"

"Because of your face gives it all away kid please tell me you didn't piss off anyone or worse Neytiri?"

You say with an annoyed tone making Spider flinch a bit he knew you disliked Neytiri not that you hated her but you two always went at each other throat because of her dislike for Spider before you two were close like sisters until she found out you had decided to raise the child of the monster who was responsible for her home destruction, don't get me wrong you understood why but how she glares and treats Spider didn't sit right with you and you made it clear to her that you weren't going to put up with her behavior towards your child. Since than she's always avoided Spider, not wanting to mess up your friendship.

"No I didn't I just um wanted to ask you something?"

"Okay?"

You turned to look at him arms crossed he started fidgeting under your intense gaze it was silent for a minute before he let out a deep breath and looked at you with a nervous smile.

"Can you do my hair?"

Okay you were definitely not expecting that! You put a hand on your chest letting out a gasp.

"I'm sorry what? Did I just hear correctly did the Spider ask ME of all people do his hair? By Eywa It must be a miracle!"

He lets out a groan and rolls his eyes you laugh getting out of your chair giving him a kiss on his forehead.

"Of course love I'm glad you felt comfortable to ask me but you do know I'm going have to cut some of it?"

He let out a sigh nodding his head, he knew you would say that he also knew it was gonna hurt like hell.

"What made you decide to change you hair anyway?"

You ask while getting some of the stuff ready he didn't say anything but look down face getting warm, making you look back at him with a frown.

"Spider?"

"I just I felt bad about snapping on you for wanting to do something with my hair I talked to Kiri and she said I should have listened to you because you always changed your hair and you always made it look nice."

"Aww Spider it's okay I understand why you got so upset...but if you ever talk to me with that tone again I will make you regret it." He winced under your glare and because you pulled a bit of his hair.

"Yes ma'am..."

"Good now sit down and try to relax this is gonna take a while."

Where's Spider? Tuk asked Kiri who was helping her with her food

"Asking auntie Y/n to do his hair."

"Why?"

"Because he wanted to fix it." Kiri shouldn't have said that because that made her sister get up with a grin on her face.

"I want to see!" Before Kiri knew it the little girl ran away from her.

"Tuk wait!" Kiri chased after her sister they ran passed the boys who also ended up chasing them.

(Back to you and Spider)

"Ow ow ow!"

"I told you to hold still!"

"But it hurts!"

"Well it's gonna hurt! This is why I told you before that this is what happens if you don't take care of your damn hair!"

He huffed under his breath saying something in Na'vi making you pull on his hair harder.

"Ow! Mama Y/n that hurt!

"Oh hush and watch what you say under you breath!"

"There done go see you freed hair wild thing."

Spider quickly escape from your grasp running to the bathroom to look in the mirror to his surprised his hair it was curly and shiny it felt weird at how light his hair was hell he could barely recognize himself, if it wasn't for the paint on his body you'd think he was a different person.

"I look....weird??" You laugh at the boy confused face ruffing his hair.

"You look handsome."

"Auntie! You both turn to see Tuk, Kiri and Lo'ak and surprisingly Neteyem come running towards you Tuk hugged your waist making you laugh at the child."

"Hi Tuk Tuk how are you babygirl?"

"I'm fine I missed you Auntie! Kiri said you were doing Spider's hair! Is that true?"

"Yep! We are just letting it breathe for a bit before he picks out what hair style he wants."

The kids starred in shock as they saw their human friend/brother come from his hiding spot messing with his curls.

"Whoa..." Lo'ak starred at his friend in disbelief not believing that it was the same boy, while Tuk bounced around the room excited running to get a better look at the boy's hair.

"Spider you lool so pretty!" Tuk runs over to play with his hair.

"Thanks Tuk Tuk."

"You do look good monkey boy." Kiri says also playing with his hair making him flustered from all the attention he was getting.

"How'd you manage to do that Auntie?" Neteyem asked standing next to you also impressed on Spider's free hair.

"My mother."

I was raised by a black mom with five daughters who always wanted their hair to be kept upright. Your mother was strict when it came to taking care of your hair but you were thankful.

"Okay now Spider time for you to pick which hair style you want boo."

"Whoa they all look pretty cool it's hard to pick!" Lo'ak looked at the book with all different kinds of hairstyles.

"We could help!"

"Aw thanks Tuk Tuk now let's begin!"

With that you got to work on his hair lucky because you untangled amd washed it, it was easy to do Lo'ak was watching making fun of Spider face expressions, Kiri punched his arm glaring at him while giving Spider a smile trying to ease his pain helping you do the blonde locs, Neteyam looked through some of your magazines with the different hair styles along with Tuk who had a snack in her hand it took a they were interested with the different styles and asked you a lot questions on them it helped make the day go by faster cause before you knew it you were done with his hair you were exhausted!

(whichever one you all picked is now Spider's new hair style or whatever you think he'll look good with of course)

"You look good boo! You look so grown up and so handsome!"

The Sully kid's touched his hair amazed by the new look unable to believe that this was their Spider, making the poor kid embarrassed the ran out the room wanting to show everyone his new look befir3 he left he stopped at th3 door to turn to look, at you you raised an eyebrow at him wondering whatnhe wanted next thing you know he run's forward and hugged you tightly. You stood there surprised before you could react he let you go smiling running out the room after the Sully's

"THANKS MAMA Y/N I LOVE IT!!!"

You just stood there taking a minute to processes his words than a big grin spread across your face shaking your head I swear that kid is a pain in my ass but you loved him.

Part 2 (final) of you don’t deserve mercy.

Thank you guys for the love and support. Honestly, I was not expecting for it too blow up 💀 it was about 2am when I posted it and it went crazy, i love it.

Quaritch vs na’vi reader

Mention of blood, death, happy about dying, signs of grief and depression.

“Okay, okay. She-ri, you listen?” You panted out, taking cold breaths through your nose, and releasing hot ones out your mouth. You tasted so much iron. You didn’t know it, but your tongue had a thick layer of blood.

Your ikran huffed out, confirming your words. You nodded, swallowing what you thought was spit. “I am going to let go, I’m going to release our bond. And you will release the man, on the sand.”

She-ri screeched in disagreement. “Do not argue with me…I want you to go home… back to the trees, find my…my parents…” you stopped speaking, getting harder for you to do so. You couldn’t finish your sentence, vision blurry, mind flashing with memories. “I can feel it…” you got off the balls of your feet, and settled onto the back of your ikran.

Wheezing heavily, your red eyes stared up at the sky, beautiful bright sky with little to no clouds. This light blue darkened, as the planet above us covers our sun, Alpha Centauri.

Eclipse.

This is how you’d join Neteyam. This is how you join Eywa. Beautiful.

Aurora polaris. You felt yourself smile, pretty lips pulling above your bloodied teeth as you watch the green, purple and blue lights swirl around in the sky. You wish you could’ve said goodbye to your mother, your father. To the sullys, the family that took you in.

“I go now… I go..” She-ri screamed in pain, wanting someone to come save her bond. The people in your ear heard this from where they stood, calling your name, asking you where you were. But you didn’t care.

You didn’t want to be saved.

Weak arm coming up, with the last strength you had, you ripped the speaking device off your necklace, then next was the ear rig. Then next, was the tsaheylu that caused your sister pain. You sighed in relief, braid in hand.

“Goodbye, riri.”you whispered, maroon eyes sliding in the back of your head as your body slid down the right of your bond.

The air was cold, but it felt good. Your body was heating up, burning, hotter than normal as it tried to fight death. But it wasn’t enough, you didn’t want it to be enough.

You were fine. In months, you were finally happy.

As you fell to the ocean, you took your last breath, eyes barely open, looking at the beautiful sky you’d be returning to.

“Who is that… is that- She-ri!” Lo’ak yelled, eyes wide as the lonely ikran flew sporadically, wings flying wide, coming into a halt before she could clash into Lo’ak and his bond.

“What?!- where is she?? Dad?!” He noticed the lack of presence that should be you, instead there was an ikran with blood splattered on its saddle, where you should be.

“Father?!” He yelled, two fingers on his speaking device.

“I got her Lo’ak… I got her.”

The young boy breathed out a relieved sigh, a smile breaking out on his face. “Okay-okay good, where are you?? I’m come-!” Brows crashing together- Lo’ak held on close to his ikran, his backing up as yours hissed and growled.

“Dad… what’s going on?” The boy asked, pulling away from the panicked animal.

“Come to shore my son… the one we came to the first day we arrived.”

He hated the way his father sounded. That was the same disappointed- monotoned voice he had when his brother died. “Dad-“ “Lo’ak, now!”

Giving the ikran across from him a cautioned look, he flew around her, she followed, knowing where he was going.

Jake stared down at your empty eyes, breath slightly off from pulling you up to the sand.

The man looked at where the human boy slouched a few feet away, where the sky demon laid eerily.

You did that, you killed him. Sacrificing yourself.

Another innocent soul dying for his family.

Toruk Makto felt pathetic. You weren’t supposed to die this way… no, not for the sake of his family, he was the one who should’ve been like this.

You were supposed to return home after Neteyams funeral, but you stayed, you couldn’t bare the thought of not seeing him at your spirit tree, you had to stay.

Never smiling as you helped rebuild the surrounding villages, never laughing, not even a look of anger or shame. You were dead way before you took your last breath, and Jake Sully knew that.

Yellow eyes scanned your features, looking for any type of signs that you could possibly be alive after giving you cpr, but you gave him nothing. Maybe this was good, he tried to convince himself. You were no longer happy, always forcing yourself to be busy, barely eating, taking quick naps, never enjoying sleep. This had to be a good thing. You were now at peace.

Everlasting sleep.

You gave him nothing, except for the small smile on your face as you returned home.

To your mate, to the great mother.
