Homeless LGBT Couple needs support!

Hey everyone.

My partner and I are still homeless and we've been struggling for some time to meet our basic needs. We've been going hungry much more often and we keep losing shelter when we need it most. It's been raining a lot lately and my bronchitis has progressed to pneumonia with no sign of recovery yet so having a place to rest is super important right now. Any help we can get covering food, supplies, bills, and shelter in a motel room is greatly appreciated.

On a brighter note, our 20th anniversary is this month and, on April 12th, we will be getting married. It's a simple courthouse marriage for now, but that doesn't make it any less special to us. Please join us in hoping for the best going forward!

mutual aid • disabled trans man in need

i don't know what to do anymore. i'm desperate. i had to quit my only source of income as when i became physically, visibly disabled they began to force me to work physical labour which worsened the pain. now, i am unable to move without a walker and even then it is horrible. the muscles in my legs can't support themselves, i have problems standing up and keeping myself up, there's horrific pain travelling through my entire body and i am at the end of my rope. i'm dealing with bilateral sciatica, fibromyalgia, and rhumatoid arthritis on top of a slew of extreme mental health issues. i need to get an mri done, a nerve conduction test, and many other medical tests to see what can happen to fix and help this. i cannot keep living this way.

Please help a neruodivergent trans man make rent.

I hate having to keep making these posts but I do. I once again need help with rent.

For those not in the know, i got dumped by my partner almost 4 months ago and im now im trying to care for myself by myself with four jobs (a retail job, a movie theater job, plasma, and doordash).

One of my jobs literally only gave me 12 hours for the entire month so im in trouble. I had a little saved to help but the energy bill needed paid so i am screwed.

Its been a big struggle. Im out but cant afford medically transitioning as I didnt expect to get dumped and then st*lked by that ex. Its been a lot.

Im looking for around 400 dollars. I know thats alot but im also going to be doing doordash when im not at my theater job to try and make up too.

Anything would greatly help. Ill even write you a poem if youd like as i am a writer and id sell my poetry if folks paid for it.

HELP

so i was just contacted by someone who lives in the kakuma refugee camp, they contacted me letting them know what the conditions are like for the LGBTQ+ people in the camp and the conditions are horrific for them. They experience police brutality, torture, persecution and other terrible things because they are queer or trans.

There are lesbians who have to sell their bodies basic needs such as food due to how terrible it is over there. While i may not know every detail of the situation i am still determined to raise awareness about the situation. I know i am not going to be heard by all butif at least one person reads then that is one person more who is aware.

I Was Forced To Use A Credit Card To Pay Rent, And It Only Got Worse From There! 🤪

Yeah, so. Basically, last November, I had to use my credit card to pay rent for the month, and then found myself quickly sinking further and further into debt because of interest and other fees even though I have been making payments and not using the card at all. What progress I manage to make gets largely erased by interest, and, yeah, I’d like to Not be stuck in this situation for years paying my November rent many times over.

I hate that I have to do this, but I'm at a loss.

I know times are tough, but my partner and I lost our jobs, unemployment keeps getting denied, and we're struggling to find work. We have two pets and ourselves to take care of with rent coming up rapidly.

hi shot in the dark here but i dont get paid till tomorrow, i have no nicotine, $-300USD in my bank acct.

I understand people really like mocking me for asking for financial aid and therefore havent been saying anything, but i have been so so broke all month. I owe $350 to a family member who just became jobless. my storage is due to be sold if i dont fork over $460. Pretty much all I have currently is a safe and stable living situation..but it won't last without $$.

Anything you can give us would save our lives. I know it sucks to see me ask for money, and I dont feel good about how it seems i need to *justify* that ive been working hard to earn my own money, but will say it anyway. I applied to 10 jobs today, but I'm a disabled trans brown guy. I know my chances aren't great. I need help. I need your help.

Hello! my fiancé and I made an emergency fund for our moving expenses.

I’ve been living in an abusive home my whole life, and as of late our need to move in with each other to get me out has reached an emergency status. I’ve had too many of my things destroyed over the years, i’ve had garbage thrown all over my bed, and I cannot use the laundry in the house. There was a two month period of time where I couldnt use the kitchen even to reheat leftovers, because I didnt wash a pan i used once. My father is physically and emotionally abusive and as of late the impact it has on my mental health has been terrifying.

Anything helps, especially reblogs. We found a perfect little apartment and have things set in motion for March 1st to be our move in date. Thanks for reading, and for your support.

Don't you all just love it when someone decides that because you do something they don't agree with, you should be murdered?

It's not at all like people can do whatever they want to with their own damn lives. No no, some people are determined to ruin everyone else's lives because people do something they don't like.

So they chose to murder those people like that doesn't make them entierly in the wrong regardless of the situation.

If you know why this is happening, you know what group I am talking about.

If you for some reason, agree with fucking murdering someone for *gasp* being gay or trans or not behaving in a "proper, natural" cishet way, I've got a fucking news flash for you dickhead, very few things on this planet are 100% heterosexual, almost everything engages in a lil homo, and only us big brain dumb dumbs decide to throw hissy fit about it and kill each other for it.

Truly, the more advanced life forms.

Also literally every man was a woman at some point, fucking think about it, use your brains and think critically instead of just believing whatever some authority figure told you.

I really wish humanity was more like bonobos than chimps, there'd be very little way for any of this to happen cause 1, Bonobos aren't very violent, and 2, they are all pansexual, everyone's fucking everyone when you're a bonobo.

Bonobos are our closest relatives btw.

If you believe that people should be murdered for being gay, you are wrong, no one should be murdered for something like that. Go fuck yourself and consider becoming a better person, the world needs less assholes and I need some faith in this dumpster fire of a species. Feed two squirrels with one scone and don't be a garbage person. It's not that hard. It really isn't.

I would say sorry for pushing this bad news on you and ruining your day(it ruined mine, trust me) but, I am not, it is important to fight against so, maybe donate or protest or stop supporting the groups who use political power and influnce to push their agenda onto the governments of countries dependent upon their aid and make them do atrocious things like this.

I swear if anyone tries to fight me and say it is somehow justified, I will fucking destroy you.

So unfortunately I still haven’t been able to find a job, and while I’ve been able to scrounge up the money to pay my rent , it’s left me short on my car payment, insurance and my utility bill and without my car, I can’t afford to to anything much less get a job so if anyone is able to spare some money to help with that, that would be phenomenal. My car payment + insurance is 480$ while my utilities for the month is about 110$, so it all comes out to about 590$ that I owe by the 15th. I’m sorry to have to keep asking this year, things have just kind of fallen apart in my life and I’m at my wits end trying to fix it.
