I’m back with a new drawing! 😊💖 This time I drew Starfire with her sister Blackfire. This was actually my first time drawing backfire! It was pretty easy considering her model is very similar to Starfire! I hope you like this drawing! -💖

His hand reaches out to rest on her thigh, her skin reacting to the contact with goosebumps. "I can hear the sun from here… you sound like that, a dull roar. It makes me think of life; a cacophony of vibrations and textures, of timbres… rich and varied," 

While he speaks she shifts subtly, her thighs pressing closer together, her full lashes quivering and her breath becoming uneven. The glass in her hand shakes just a fraction before she puts it down gingerly. 

"Let's dance," Is all she says, rising to her feet with the hand from her thigh already in her grasp.

Summary of “Atone” an upcoming “Titans” Fic

"I was wrong, Grayson...or do you prefer Richard? Dick? Ah, hell it doesn't matter. Your brain is fried and you can't even remember your own name anyway." Crane chuckled as he looked into scared and confused brown eyes, patting the former Nightwing’s cheek and making Dick flinch, "But, as I was saying, I admit I was wrong about what I said to you in the Cabin. You can't make sure what happened to you doesn't happen to anyone else. It can't stop with you...because you didn't want it to stop. It's all you knew. You recruited kids, got some killed, others you abandoned or got hurt. You're no better than him."

Crane stood before Dick, arms out theatrically, "Well, worry that pretty little head of yours no longer...I will help you atone for your sins. I will stop the poisonous cycle. I started with Jason and healed him...now it's time to heal you."

In which Rachel and Gar are a bit too late and Crane and Jason are the ones to bring Dick back from the dead. After a dip in the Lazarus Pit, Dick is left a bit confused, slightly feral, scared and at Crane's mercy.

Rated M for language, themes, and Canon typical violence.

The interesting thing about this whole Dick and Jason and brothers thing is that the actual sibling relationship I find more compelling is the one between Kory and her sister. Like there is so much there and so much more to explore AND it’s about sisters! (Something that I feel rarely happens)

the general insistence to treat the robins like siblings has never really made sense to me because it detracts from the fact that it’s their lack of connection to each other beyond their source point with bruce that makes it so easy for one predecessor to haunt his successor and so on and so forth. bruce’s choices with dick or the lack thereof were always at the back of his mind with jason and depending on how you want to weave canon they did ultimately influence bruce's decision to suspend jason from duty which subsequently lead to a death in the family. and then the ghost of jason’s failure hung over tim’s entire tenure and created this tension between his desire to help and do good versus his sheer naivete in the face of what was always going to be a brutal career path for a child, and that failure also contributed to how jason’s legacy was warped after his death. if damian's introduction had been executed the right way there would have been a tension between him knowing that bruce was a father to several boys before him but never a father to him specifically despite technically owing that duty as a biological father. it’s all of those distant connections and purported lack of closeness between the robins that is really what ought to be capitalized on because each of them wants something so different out of life and yet all of them have bruce to thank for getting them to where they are in terms of a starting point, and reconciling with the love and trauma of that is hard
