Muzan x Maid!Reader - You did something wrong (part 1)

You didn't mean to. You really never. You were in a kneeling position, slightly hunched in shame and embarrassment. Master Muzan had ordered you to bring him a bowl of marechi blood. He doesn't usually do this. He usually just consumes the human entirely, but today, he wanted to embarrass you. And embarrass you he did.

He was in a meeting with the lower moons when he had ordered for the bowl. He just wanted to see you subservient to him as usual. He didn't expect you to fall. But yet again, neither did you.

Here, you were on the floor in front of not only Master Muzan but the lower moons. Covered in marechi blood. Even though you were a demon, Muzan couldn't help but think you looked pretty tasty. So did the lower moons, but they know better not to touch you.

"Y/N, is that my food I see you caked in?" Muzan said in a cold voice.

You apologised profusely. You really didn't mean to. You just wanted to serve him. Here, you are looking like a fool in front of 7 separate demons. Each one is more important than the last. And you at the bottom of the food chain...covered in food.

"I'm sorry...Master I didn't meet to" you replied timidly.

"I'm sure you never," you can tell by the glare you are really in for it. He doesn't look angry or disappointed. The look on his face almost looks sadistic. Like he's concocting a plan. You look up at him, shly waiting for what he has to say.

While all this was going down, the lower moons tried to remain silent. Kamanue, lower moon 6, was terrified. He took Muzans cold state as he was angry and didn't want to be on the receiving end of this anger. Enmu, lower moon 1, knew what was coming. This had happened to him before so he smirked. You were gonna be punished.

"I CAN WHAT?!" ---The prequel ●Muzan x YN●

There has never been a case of a human being able to carry a demon's child. How would that even work? Would the child be a human or would it eat it's way through the mothers stomach into the cruel unforgiving world?

You were a beginner, a novice, not really well trained in the art of slaying demons. You didn't have a sad, sappy, pathetic backstory or motive like other slayers. You really were...just bored.

Selling your soul to a corporation run by a blind, deathly sick looking man sounded fun and mysterious. A great pass time while learning skills such as how to use a sword.

Your name is (Y/N) (L/N) and you were just an average water breather. Really, no one expected you to survive your first few missions. Not even the master. You were weak and the hashira saw absolutely no potential in you. Blunt I know.

You had a life outside of the corp. You didn't have a blood family but an amazing boyfriend named (Y/B/N) and his family meant everything to you. They really were just great people. They didn't deserve what happened to them.

You knocked on the front door of your boyfriend's house. 'Weird' you thought to yourself. He usually answers the door. Someone does anyway. You have never waited this long. Are they out? They would never leave without telling you.

You rummaged through your purse for the spare set of keys your boyfriend's mother had lent you. Smart woman. You unlocked the front door and walked in, making yourself at home. "I'M HOMEEE~" you shout in a sing song voice. "I would love for a loving boyfriend to come and shower me in kisses right now~".

No answer.

Tap Tap Tap

You stayed still. Still and quiet.

Tap Tap Tap Tap

A slow mind numbing tapping can be heard coming from all directions. You couldn't distinguish whether it was glass, wood, or plastic being knocked on. All so different yet so similar while in a state of panic.

The tapping noise started to fade as a new noise grew louder.

Thud Thud .... .... THUD THUD THUD THUD

Before you could even make sense of what was happening you felt sharp nails drag you to the ground as you were tackled by this...this...monster! Claws a bright yellow that contrasts the red liquid dripping from them and teeth, sharp, almost cat like. You could hear the sickening squelch as it's claws dug into your hip. Your once spotless clothing now tainted in your life essence.

Bile started to rise in your throat as the drool from this creature landed directly on your face. You try your best to dodge his saliva as it slowly drips, cold, onto you. With your eyes squinted you open one slightly to catch a glimpse of your attackers face.

(Y/B/N)

Your face drops as you recognize that face. It was your beloved boyfriend (Y/B/N) now nothing but a feral, drooling, mess. You look around hysterically trying to quickly find something else to focus your attention on. Then your attention was brought back to the...

Tap Tap Tap

Your head snaps back quickly to the source of the noise. Half way outside half way inside, the body of your ex future mother in law layed mangled on the window panes of the living room. The wind outside making her lifeless arm Tap Tap against the glass. Her stomach was torn open as she layed still. Barely recognizable.

You sob in disbelief as you try to fight back against your ex lover. His feral, hungry state making him grow stronger by the second. You knew tonight you were going to die by the hands of the man you once loved.

With every passing minute (Y/B/N) grew stronger and you...weaker. The noises that came from his mouth grew more inhumane as he got closer and closer to your neck. You close your eyes tight and brace yourself for the pain and inescapable death.

"GRRR EUGGHH"

(Y/B/N) hungry growing was brought to a sudden stop. His weight falling heavy on you. He was limp and not moving but you were too scared to open your eyes.

You felt a light breath on your temple as you layed tense on the wooden floor. The smell of blood and death hitting you finally. All at once. You felt yourself wretch at the smell. Again the breath game back. More like a sniff.

You open your eyes and the room was painted in a deep red. A shade of red that screams trouble, despair, and danger. That deep crimson red.

That's when you met the eyes of a tall, pale, sick looking an with that same shade deep in his eyes. You felt that nagging, foreboding feeling deep in your soul as you stared into his eyes and he stared back. Everything about this man screamed run.

"Interesting"

That is the last thing you heard before a sickening crack.

Okay, since I've decided on 1) scrapping my two Shinjuro fics from december and 2) taking a break from writing anything major for KNY

I've decided on setting my focus towards AOT, and I have four planned fics for that fandom; a sequel to my eren fic (an ode to my black writers/readers), two jean fics (haven't written for him yet), and one reiner fic (the prequel to cowboy). And I can't really decide so I'll let you guys do the honors for me.

Welcome to "Shinjuro Gaiden", a Demon Slayer/Kimetsu no Yaiba prequel comic focusing on Shinjuro's life. On this post you'll find tags/warnings, index, FAQ and other info. Please feel free to send asks about anything!

Tags/warnings: Mostly canon compliant. Canon like gore and violence. No canon character death. No smut. Very slight romance at one point, except for canon established romance in the epilogue. Very much tragedy and sadness tho. If you don't cry at least once I have failed. For teens and up. What up with the name?

It's called "Shinjuro Gaiden" because I couldn't come up with any better lol. I think it's quite on point tho.

How did this comic come to be?

I was planning to make another KnY comic that was shoehorned in between the gang leaving Butterfly mansion and the Mugen Train. It included some OC's tho and I got questions about them that couldn't really be answered without telling the background they have with Shinjuro (and the Rengoku family in general) so things spiraled and here we are.

What is it about?

It's about Shinjuro Rengoku and what happened with his family when growing up (trying to answer the question about "Why aren't there any more Rengoku relatives around in KnY?") We will follow his point of view, from being a little kid to growing up to be the Flame Hashira and how it was living in his family.

When will it update?

Whenever I have time. I'm struggling with health and sometimes motivation loss, as well as having a fulltime job and a family to take care of. So I don't dare to set deadline, but I'll work on it when I can. I'm planning to post complete scenes rather than one page at a time, so the update might be slower but there will also be more story with each update.

How long will it be?

If I counted correctly from the script it should be about 230-240 pages long (this is gonna take me years lol)

Why is the style/things inconsistent? Why is this plothole here? Why was this left so vague?

Yeah it'll be like that lol. I'm a very noob comic artist and I struggle with keeping a consistent style, especially as I get more practice and development. This is nothing professional, I'm just doing this for fun and to get some practice, and to get the story out. I'm also a sucker for analyzing stories and characters, as well as metaphors, symbolism and whatnot, so some things are deliberately left quite vague for people like me who like to figure out some background stuff by themselves lol (feel free to ask me for clarification about it however). Somethings seem to be established and then dropped, and that's because it's something that probably would come up in the "original fancomic" I've had in plans, that takes place later.

Fic Help Request - KnY characterizations

The Sacrifice is a story about choices and the repercussions of them, about sacrifice and what we give for those we love, as well as one of dealing with guilt, longing and coming to terms with loss.

At least...that's the plan.

It follows a female OC named Kit whose only goal is ensuring the safety of her niece in this world they suddenly find themselves in. When all of Kit's plans go astray, leading her to come face to face with a tattooed demon in the middle of a stand off, her desperate attempt to protect her niece changes the fate of a few. (Rengoku Kyojuro x oc)

Admittedly Kit is currently a slightly overpowered oc with no plans to use said strength as she deals with the consequences of her choices (ex. injuries). Her only real concern is her niece. It all started because I had this image of someone managing to decapitate a demon just by pulling off it's head while sitting on it's shoulders and then falling with the body. I thought it would be hilarious. It's grown into this.

I am looking for help in my characterization of canon characters. Mainly because I'm starting to veer into certain situations and am wondering "how would they react to that?"

It's a Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) fic with an end goal of Rengoku Kyojuro x oc. I have like...numerous fics in progress but this one won't leave my head so I'm trying to get it out. (Literally, I feel haunted by this fic. I wrote 26 pages in 6 days.) Any help in characterizations would be appreciated. If you want to know more, please ask.

what anime have you seen?

umm. fmab the old mp100 jjk gsnk saiki k. i watched mha til like the overhaul arc but i also saw two of the movies (heroes rising a shounen movie of all time) the only manga i read was most of mp100 and a couple chunks of the mha prequels bc i was the worlds most aizawa fan. fruits basket and ouran that's the reason i even remembered this ask. also 2 seasons of kny + the movie odd taxi tokyo ghoul and re: blue exorcist parasyte the way of the househusband kotoro lives alone saint young men yuuri on ice. a good amount of haikyuu. and i watched like three to eight episodes of many things including like.. naruto

i was always The guy who had never seen anything and was watching it for the first time and experiencing wonder etc i definitely started things like death note and one punch man but never got more than halfway. tho i would finish opm.

umm...if no one's said this yet, don't expect Maki's massacre until JJK season 3. Overall, yeah, the show doesn't seem like something you'd ever get into. Aside from season 2, there's also a prequel movie that's watched either before starting season 2 or after the 5th episode if you were invested in the plot(since it sets up an important villain and side character in the main story). Maki does appear in it, but the focus is her Shinji-expy classmate, so you can watch it or not watch it I guess

i watched s1 and it was mid, but not enough to make me never want to touch it again. i think from the modern top 3 shounens it's jjk > kny > csm, though all of them range from mid to terrible. idk how you manage to get involved in its plot though lmfao i'm not watching any movies for sure, but i will get to s2 eventually

So, I have decided to move forward and try to get my kny fanfiction published by the end of the year, around Christmas week. I mean yeah, I already published one technically BUT that is from like...last year so I need to restart that. I want to publish a BC work too, but I feel like it is not done cooking yet, it has a lot of details and characters that still need to be cooked fully, and I don't want to be putting out half-assed works. In the meantime, I will be releasing a prequel or smth idk. If i take too long harass me in dms

Me??? Combining my two hyperfixations together??? More likely than you think!

A demon killed Ezra's family, so he became an orphan, just going from city to city smuggling what he could and trying to survive on his own. One day, he was attacked by a demon, but a demon slayer helped him and killed the demon. Turns out the demon slayer was the Thunder Hashira, Kanan Jarrus. Learning that there were people who could fight and win against demons made Ezra want to become a slayer. Kanan didn't want to take Ezra as an apprentice, but Ezra followed him incessantly until he agreed. After all his training, he passed the final selection and decided that he wanted to be the youngest hashira ever. He never stopped to follow Kanan, and Kanan's friends, around.

Sabine comes from a family of very talented and accomplished artists and she wanted to be an artist herself. But one day, when she was coming back home with a friend, a demon attacked. The demon killed her friend and it would have killed her, but two slayers appeard and killed the demon. They said they would accompanied her home and on the way they explained to her about demons, the demon slayer corp, the upper moons and all of that. Sabine, who never heard of any of this was extremely shocked. She decided she wanted to help fight the evil of this world and keep people safe. When she told her family about what happened, they didn't seemed surprised, they have known about the existence of demons, but tried to keep it from the younger members of the family. When Sabine said she wanted to become a demon slayer, they forbade her. She then runaway. With no idea of what to do to become a slayer and no one to teach her, she spent years developing her own fighting and breathing technique. She occasionally ran into the two slayers who saved her that night, and showed them her technique. They were very impressed and told her to participate in the final selection. She survived it and became a very skilled slayer. Her color breathing technique became notorious and despite not being a hashira herself yet, she befriended three hashira because she was constantly assigned missions with them. The hashira were Kanan Jarrus, the Thunder Hashira, Hera Syndulla, the Wind Hashira and Zeb, the Beast Hashira.

I want to draw the three hashira, but idk, lemme know what you guys think!
