Forgive Me (Echo x Fem! Medic Reader) Part 1
Tumblr media
Synopsis: The Republic’s decision to hire natural born medics + A certain rookie joining the 501st Legion = Another love(ish) story in a galaxy far far away ...
Warning: None (Although not proof read) Words: 1.1K  Era: Clone Wars/Bad Batch Note: I will make a masterlist for this when I upload part 2
The Rishi Station was always lacking in the entertainment department. The dull mental walls were nothing out of the ordinary, nor was the landscape outside the station anything to write home about. Being forbidden to go outside never really helped, the dangerous and normally hungry Rishi Eels always on the hunt for something to eat. So the rookie troopers and Sergeant O'Niner normally had to find things to entertain themselves. Some of them counted the time being the ships coming and going, others told stories of their cadet days. For the Domino Squad things were no different. O'Niner would walk the corridors and inspect barracks at a moments notice, where as Droidbait often walked the landing pad, if only to escape the prison the base had become.
Fives and Hevy could often be found listening to the something via the Holonet, whilst entering into an arm wrestling tournament. Echo on the other hand took the quiet days to read reg manuals or anything else he could get his hands on. While Cutup could often be found randomly cleaning weapons, doing inventory or messing about with the Gonk Droids keeping them company at the base. The few times the Rookie squad had attempted to pull a few pranks, O'Niner had caught on and shut the ideas down quickly, stating their role on the base was important, even if it was often quiet and well boring.
"The sooner we leave this place the better" once again muttered Hevy, his feet up on one of the many control panels. As always nothing was going on outside, neither of them had seen a ship in hours. He soon began to think of all the ruthless training each had been put through as cadets, the obstacles they had to overcome in order to graduate. Each of them had been prepared for the cruel battlefield, the endless threat of danger and the weight that would be put on their shoulders. Rishi Station was anything but the battlefield expected. The only danger were the eels outside and the threat of being bored to tears and possible death.
"Think of something else. Like a night out at 79's if we ever get to Coruscant" commented Cutup, hearing the familiar gonk sound coming from behind him. The droid once again following him, as if a lost pet looking for its owner. "We've all heard stories of the place. The loud music, dancing, drinking, everyone having a good time" added the rookie, stopping the moment he opened his eyes and remembered they were currently stationed at the one place fun didn't seem to exist. Fives soon looked over to Echo, then to Hevy, clearly something passing through his thoughts, although he didn't voice them.
"I heard the republic were hiring natural born's to help the medics" voiced Droidbait, as he returned from another stroll across the landing pad. Like always nothing interesting going on out there, no ships to speak of. Just the normal sight of Kamino in the distance and a few stars twinkling above. The only movement being the eels looking for something to chow down on. Droidbait soon removed his helmet, taking notice of his brothers attention turning to him quickly. His words clearly being news to them, or at least of interest. But then again hearing the familiar gonk could be interesting at times too.
"Can they send one here?" exclaimed Hevy, boredom ringing in his voice, as he won another round of arm wrestling against Fives. The only thing they wagered was whom had to check the screen when the time came. If they bet anything at all. "Made whomever they send could lighten things up around here" added the bored clone. In his mind anything was better than being there. The quietness was driving him insane, even the cadet training was far more interesting to remember than being at the station was.
"Or be bored to tears as quick as we were" announced Fives, although the idea of a medic being stationed with them was something that brought a bit of mischief to him and likely Hevy. Being on the station wasn't something he'd wish on his fellow clone brothers, let alone anyone else. "Who'd wanna be stuck here of all places, nothing ever happens, unless you count Cutup being stalked by the Gonk Droids" added the prankster, his smirk returning moments later upon remembering some of the rule breaking days on Kamino.
"That's not true. We've got the voices in the empty corridors late at night" stated Echo, chuckling when the others stopped what they'd been doing and turned their attention to him. Even Droidbait looked confused, where as Cutup shook his head in disbelief or acceptance. Fives eyed him carefully, as if trying to determine if his words were a joke or not.
"You sure it wasn't O'Niner talking in his sleep again?" asked Droidbait, debating whether to take Echo's words seriously, all while waiting to see what Fives reaction was. It wasn't any secret Fives and Echo were the two most likely to pull pranks. Even if Echo did stick to the rules, well most of the time.
"That's loud snoring doofus" responded Cutup, although he wouldn't say it out loud. He could have sworn he'd heard voices down the vacant halls before. At first he thought it was one of the Gonk droids but soon thought otherwise upon determining the voices were more like a whisper than a single mechanically repeated word.
"Did the voices say they are dying of boredom?" sarcastically asked Hevy, quickly taking his feet on the panel upon noticing O'Niner enter the area. Each of them saluted their sergeant. The commanding officer likely delivering the reports on his daily inspection of weapons and barracks, as well as the mandatory armor maintenance. O'Niner didn't say anything as he inspected each of them, not even when he noticed the dust on Droidbait's helmet and armor. Instead he simply nodded and left the area again, a hint of a smile on his lips when catching the Gonk droids edging closer to Cutup again.
"No, they just mentioned how in love with you they are" retorted Fives, picking the conversation up where they left it. Simply adding his own playful comment to it, before looking to the screen close by, once again checking the terrain for any sign of movement or anything that would bring life to the station, besides the normal supply ship.
"Very funny Fives" commented Hevy, slapping the younger clone on the back of the shoulder, in an equally playful way. A shadow of a smirk appearing on his lips, as his focus returned to Echo, whom was once again lost. Although not in the reg manuals he'd been reading lately, but rather his own thoughts. Although it was anyone's guess what had gripped his rookie mind this time, maybe it was his future aspirations of becoming an Arc Trooper, or new ideas of causing havoc on the otherwise dull moon, likely with Fives's assistance. There was the off chance something else entirely had gripped Echo, perhaps even Droidbait's words of the republic hiring natural born medics had caught his attention.

Chapter Summary: Zaiya meets some new friends, and catches up with an older one.

Consequences - Part 1
Zaiya was entirely oblivious to Crosshair’s true thoughts. While she had felt some conflict in him, it was muddied and she wasn’t about to pry into his mind to find out. She’d heard the confirmation from Ninety Nine, and could not help some excitement at seeing them heading back to their barracks. She hoped they enjoyed their little gifts, and she was a little sad that she couldn’t see their faces, but it was not the point.
Ninety Nine met up with her nearer to the standard training halls, his grin not one he was able to hide.
“Another excellently executed mission, Ninety Nine,” Zaiya grinned and petted his shoulder.
“All thanks to you,” the clone beamed.
“Nonsense, it was your idea,” Zaiya rebuffed, and quickly changed the subject. “You said you wanted me to meet someone…?” she asked. Ninety Nine nodded enthusiastically.
“There was! A couple of my brothers have been having a hard time with the cadet training. I know they can do it… but maybe you can help them see it too? What with you being Lieutenant-General and all.” He hobbled ahead rather quickly and Zaiya almost had to jog to keep up.
He escorted her into the training room a little down the corridor, and led her up to the observation platform. From there she witnessed a group of cadets running trials and… not well. They were squabbling mid-fight and not paying attention to directions, they’d only traversed half the course before being knocked down by the mild stun rounds.
“I see what you mean,” Zaiya replied with a small smirk. “Are they newly put together or of the same batch?”
“Two of them are batchers but the other three were from different batches,” he explained. Zaiya looked at him out of the corner of her eye.
“That’s unusual, isn’t it?” she asked, didn’t most clones train with their batchmates from a young age?
“It is, but sometimes… not all clones make it this far,” his voice became bitter and she instinctively laid a hand on his shoulder. His own hand dwarfed hers as he rested it on hers in appreciation.
“Shall we say hello?” she asked with a small smile. Ninety Nine’s expression brightened and he nodded. The two headed back down and watched the five clones trudge past them, though Ninety Nine stepped out, they hadn’t noticed her yet.
“Don’t be discouraged boys,” he encouraged, and she smiled. He was ever-faithful to his brothers… However, one of them was not so kind.
“Yeah? What would you know, Ninety Nine? You’re just a maintenance clone…”
…you're just a corcitura…
Something sparked in her and in a flash she was behind them.
“Trooper,” she snarled. The men jolted at the unfamiliar voice and upon turning the colour drained from their faces. They were quick to salute and stand at attention. Though Zaiya even at her full height was not quite to their level, she still cut an imposing figure when she wished, one the clones had learned to be wary of.
“What are your names?” she asked tersely.
“We don’t all have names, Lieutenant-General,” the leader of the group spoke up. She just raised her brow at him.
“I am CT-782, of Domino Squad,” the leader proclaimed. He had been the one to speak poorly to Ninety Nine.
“Hevy,” Ninety Nine whispered beside her, and she flicked a glance at him before returning her gaze to the cadet. Yes, it did seem to suit him.
“CT-00-2010, they call me Droidbait, ma’am.”  Zaiya wanted to frown at him but kept her expression neutral, merely nodding in response.
“I’m CT-5555, you can call me Fives." He gave a brief smile and she wondered if he was as mischievous as the glint in his eye suggested.
“CT-1409, Lieutenant-General,” the next said with another salute. Fives gestured with his thumb to his brother.
“We call him Echo," he almost grinned but managed to refrain. She allowed his interruption for now,
“CT-4040,” the last said, “I haven’t picked my name yet,”
“I see,” she mused and looked across their faces, each of them felt so different, there was something about the middle two that seemed… long. Like there was some path ahead that she could not yet see the end of. For now however she would address the most prominent issue. “Do you find there to be something unseemly in maintenance work?”
“Uh, ma’am…?” the one Ninety Nine dubbed Hevy responded.
Her brow twitched.
“Ninety Nine here, he comes to me, he tells me of the faith and trust he has in you and your squad. He tells me that despite your setbacks, you are fine soldiers. He offers you encouragement and you almost spit in the face of your own brother in response?” she asked, her nexus eye blazing, the little wisps of green mist trailing up from it.
“Wh- we just--” he began but she held up a hand.
“If one of you fails, you all fail. You are a group, you are brothers, and Ninety Nine is one of them. He has a greater spirit and faith in his brothers than any clone I have encountered. Perhaps if there were more of you like him, the Grand Army of the Republic might be unstoppable…!” As true as it might have been, she regretted those words as soon as they left her mouth. Hevy caught  it and glared at her.
“You think the rest of my brothers just don’t believe enough? That it’s their own fault that they are dying?” he snarled, leaning in closer to her.
“No,” she replied quickly but calmed herself. “No, I think reasons far beyond you are at fault for the death of your brothers.” She took a slow breath and kept Hevy’s heated gaze. “I simply mean that the five of you will need trust in each other and need to work together to succeed. If trust on one's brethren could win wars, Ninety Nine certainly could. He bears the same heart as you, do not discount him, soldier, you are still brothers.”
“You say that like you know what it means.” Hevy’s eyes narrowed though it was more observational than accusatory.
“I know what it is to stand where he does,” she replied solemnly. Hevy’s eyes widened slightly in confusion. There was a long pause as she looked him over.
“I hear Domino Squad has more trouble than many of the other squads,” she stepped back to give him more space. “Come with me.”
Zaiya guided the squad back to her office again, Ninety Nine had to depart but she promised to look after them in his stead.
As they walked, she tapped through her comm and brought up information about the squad, their failed tests and the numerous issues sent to her in the past by Master Chief Bric. Of course they were failing if they had him as their trainer. He was notorious for pushing his cadets to an almost obscene level. Her lip curled. She longed for the opportunity to knock him down a few pegs. Or off Kamino entirely.
She had not realised these clones were Domino Squad until Hevy had outrightly said so.
Upon entering, the maintenance drone she had been assigned brought over a tray it had prepared, she’d sent the instructions as they’d departed the training rooms. The tray was set with a collection of cups and a large teapot. It was practically ancient in a world of droids and space craft, but it was one of the few things she often enjoyed from home. Annoyingly Shaak Ti, she had discovered was similar in that regard but she oft tried not to think about it.
“So, I have read reports, but sadly we have not had the chance to speak,” she began, as she took a seat on one of the couches, her legs crossed at the ankle and tucked to one side, knees together. With a graceful hand she set to pour the cups, gauging how sweet each of them would like it by her own observations. “I believe I can remedy that now.” She gestured to the cups, “I can’t guarantee it will be to your palate but the sweetness level should be adequate.” The droid hovered over and handed her the datapad from her desk. She took a sip of the tea and watched as the others did as well. They didn’t flinch too much at least.
“So… what do you want from us…?” Fives asked after an awkward silence.
“I want to hear your stories. Other squads do not face your same challenges, I would like to determine why.”
“Most squads are a whole batch, aren’t they?” CT-4040 said with a humourless chuckle.
“Then tell me about that.” The five of them looked around awkwardly.
“W-well Echo and I are from the same batch,” Fives began. Zaiya just nodded, encouraging him to continue. “The uh… the rest of our batch didn’t make it through the incubation stage.” He looked down, “only us.”
“I was the last of my batch from a training accident…” Droidbait murmured.
“There was an issue with the development… two died in vitro, another developed illnesses… and the last was sent… to maintenance,” CT-4040 interjected, his eyes drifted towards the floor. Hevy looked a little stricken and he too looked down.
“I… I led my batch to a place I thought would be fun to see Tipoca City from outside… There… the storm was… I couldn’t save them. It was my fault…” He looked stricken. So much damage to clones that had not even seen battle. Her hearts ached and she took a breath.
“I cannot know your pain in this way, and I shall not pretend to, I feel that would be worse.” She shook her head and laid down her cup and ran a hand over her braid. “You wish to be ARC troopers, is that right?”
“Yes, Lieutenant-General,” Hevy replied, sucking in a breath. She nodded.
“To begin, we need to have you thinking like ARC Troopers. It is not easy, I push them hard… and the ARC’s have a bond to each other, strong as any batch-bond, do you understand?” They nodded hesitantly. “It means that even if they are not all of the same batch, the ARC’s are brothers first, willing to stand and die for the man next to him. My job is to arm them with the skills so they don't have to perish.” They listened and seemed to contemplate her words.
“To think like an ARC Trooper, we need to bond together…” Fives began, bringing a hand to his chin, she turned slowly, the wheels almost visibly turning in his head. “So you mean to say, we’re different from the other clones… the Master Chief called us a bad batch… but we have suffered loss unlike many of the other cadets.” His brothers looked at him and Zaiya’s eyes widened slightly. Her ARC’s had trouble understanding her lessons. She’d not wanted to hand the answers to them, but even they’d needed prodding. Not Fives. He had a bright spark in him, something she hadn’t seen in a while and a smile spread across her face.
“You’re right,” Droidbait added, “but what good is it if we can’t work together…?”
“Perhaps then we need to discover your flaws, as a team and work on them together,” Zaiya suggested.
“What, by sitting here and talking about our feelings…?” CT-4040 asked with a bit of a sneer. Zaiya chuckled in response, it was not an unwarranted response.
“No, we don't have the time for that. I have a better plan. I will oversee you in a specialised training, not quite at ARC level, but something to test your weak points and have you work on them as a group. If one of your brothers had an injury you would flank to that side to protect it, would you not?” she offered.
“So this is the same as that, but the wound is in our heads…? Like protecting a mental weakness instead of an injury,” Fives asked and she let out a little dreamy sigh as she rested her chin on her hand to look at him.
“Look at you flexing that big big brain of yours,” she grinned. Oh, she liked this one. She liked him a lot. Though the Nightsister wondered if his ever curious mind might one day get him into trouble. She wondered if she would still be here when they were promoted to ARCs. From what she had seen, just by sitting here with them, they certainly had the potential.
“So, it would be a short stint of training, granted such a turnaround would not be possible overnight, I think a crash course could be beneficial, what do you say?” Zaiya asked, her hands clasped in her lap as she looked between them.
“I’m in!” Fives spoke up first, jumping to his feet excitedly, “I wanna be an ARC trooper!”
“So do I!” Hevy agreed. Sure enough, one by one they agreed and she held up the datapad to confirm it in her schedule.
“Then it is done,” she smiled.
“So easily?” Hevy asked, “don’t you need approval?”
“I just got it.” She gestured to all of them. “Now, you’d best be ready, I’m not a Lieutenant-General because of my gentle tactics.” She stood and shook each of their hands. These boys had no idea what they had signed up for.
----
Zaiya sat back at her desk, she was waiting for the holocall to connect, the little trilling while awaiting the pick up lulled her while she waited. Her eyes slowly closed as the sound continued. It was a while later before it stopped and there was silence.
[Ver’alor?] asked a stern voice and her lips curled upward.
“Commander,” she replied affectionately.
[Am I interrupting your nap?] he asked and her eyes opened slowly. Across her desk as though he were sitting on the other side, was Coruscant Guard Commander Fox. She gave him a warm look.
“Not at all, Commander, but you look like you could use one, did you wish to get some rest? I can stay on the line to pretend you’re in a meeting?” she suggested, raising her brows.
[No, thank you, Ver’alor,] Fox replied, but the corners of his mouth rose.
“So, tell me how it’s been going.” She gestured with a flourish as she often did in her Nightsister greeting, then leaned forward, her elbows on her desk. She looked forward to these chats. Fox was strictly speaking not meant to have these calls. He especially was not meant to gossip and vent about the ridiculous senators… He was also not meant to tell her about the goings on of the Chancellor.
Though he had previously admitted her reactions made him laugh and he always felt better after they spoke. Zaiya was not going to complain about the information she received, and for the most part, she was not wholly interested in the comings and goings and affairs of the senators on Coruscant. She just enjoyed speaking to him, not all of the Commanders or ARC’s could check in with her and she might be pathetically sentimental, but she liked speaking to them, even though it was not a trainer/student relationship, more like friends. It made her days on Kamino less… empty.
Fox spoke about some event that had happened, needing extra security from his men and his disdain for the frivolous waste of time that it was. He took a sip from a caf mug that was a distinctly non-standard issue and she smiled a little wider.
“I see you got it then,” she nodded to the cup. It had arrived with a few other gifts as well.
[This was from you?] he asked, and she shrugged.
“Perhaps… Doesn't the hard-working Guard Commander deserve a decent cup of caf in a big fancy cup?” she held out her hands as if presenting her argument before her.
[It’s given me a will to kriffing live,] he admitted. [I dunno where you found those pods, but they’re like liquid sex.] He shook his head then suddenly looked aghast as he realised what he’d said. Zaiya just laughed.
“I’ll take your word for that,” she grinned and shook her own head. Evidently that was how he spoke to his brothers.
[Sorry, Ver’alor… I didn’t mean--]
“I understand Commander,” she chuckled, and waved off his apology. “Did that bitch come back to bother you? The mirialan one?” She changed the subject, reminding him of a story he told her last time. Apparently she had in fact been back and Fox went on a ranting tirade, and very impolitely told Zaiya what he thought of the woman in question. The more emotive he got the more she laughed and encouraged him. She knew it would help him feel better and it was entertaining to hear.
After he had calmed down he asked about her own exploits and she detailed her taking on the Domino Squad, their test coming up in the next few weeks. She was certain they would graduate as they had indeed improved. She also mentioned her looking for an opportunity to take Bric down a peg… or twelve. Fox seemed to agree on that point, and lamented he couldn’t see it.
[How’re your wounds?] he asked quietly during a lull in conversation.
“Wounds?”
[You were stabbed, remember?]
“Oh…” he referred to her previous capture. “Fox, that was months ago!”
[And the last time I spoke to you was just after you’d gotten back… you looked awful,] he replied sternly.
“Ugh… you sound like Alpha. I am perfectly fine, Fox, you don’t need to worry,” she shook her head.
[You don’t exactly make it easy,] he retorted, folding his arms. [You do a lot of good for us clones,]
“Not hardly… I just do what I can to keep you alive longer, but I still send you all off to be slaughtered in the machine of war,” she flopped back into her chair with a sound of disgust in the back of her throat.
[You care a helluva lot more than most, don’t discount that, Siren.] She paused at that. This wasn’t a Commander talking to a Lieutenant-General. This was Fox talking to Siren. She reached up, her memory strand significantly fuller, and she touched on the dark red bead Fox had chosen. His mouth lifted slightly at the gesture. Fox had such love for his brothers. She was in awe of him sometimes.
“Well, don’t have too much faith in me, Fox,” she replied, letting her hand drop. “I could disappoint you.”
[It would have to be something significant for that to happen.] He sounded so confident. Her chest ached, knowing her time on Kamino was coming to a close soon… Would they see it as a betrayal? That would be the worst thing for her to be seen as by the clones.
A traitor. The word burned at the back of her neck. It was the one thing she didn’t want. A sound came through on the holo and Fox sighed.
[Duty calls,] he groaned.
“Evidently,” she chuckled and prepared to sign off. “Enjoy your… liquid sex,” she said in a deadpan tone and was gifted the sight of Commander Fox choking on his caf before the holocall dropped.
Now alone, her smile faded. That bad feeling on the back of her neck was back.

Notes:
Hello Lovelies! I did it, I finally moved house. So stressful. I did the same thing around this time last year but time flies. Now, I haven't written much in advance so I gotta get on that. Stress and potential panic attacks aside, I like the new place a lot. I hope it will be conductive for me.
I hope you all liked the new chapter and mentions of Domino Squad! Also Fooooox! I love Fox, he is delightful! As always please please please feel free to comment, I love them so much! It really keeps me going. Next week, Zaiya must in fact deal with consequences of her action. Or in this case, inaction. I shall see you then!

Heyoo!
I have a request, it’s a bit of a long gif so if ya don’t get to it or don’t wanna do it, it’s fine lol.
Anyways, my idea / request / prompt / Echo x Fem!Reader goes like this, kinda, feel free to take liberties
Echo, now I feel like he would be a nervous kinda guy when it comes to having a crush. Like, he just doesn’t know what to say and overthinks absolutely everything, and can’t rly take a hint. Before he got blown up, there was a girl, who he has a liiiitle crush on n such, (idk you can make her a mechanic, doctor, bartender, whatever idm)
And they were rly good “friends” n such r something, aaaand some time after he joins TBB he visits the old place where he used to reside with the other guys in the domino squad (I forget where *sob*) And she’s is surprisingly still there. Heartfelt angsty ?kinda? Maybe reunion yadayadaydada and a bit after that and after catching up, probably a day or two later they pick up hints that they like each other and eventually confess n StUfF, aaand ya, then he has to go back with TBB and they be sad, he invites her to join but she is hesitant, and bc the other squad members don’t even know her she ends up saying no- aaaaand ya-
( 💀 omg i don’t even know anymore )
Idk it’s a very weird prompt, I’m making this up as I go, so feel free to pick and choose, take or add, whatever u wanna do
Again if u don’t wanna do it that is perfectly fine, just a thought. Love your work! <33
I Dream Of Forever
Summary: Summary: You’ve been a bartender on Rishi since you were old enough to take orders correctly. Echo was a Clone Trooper turned ARC Trooper stationed on Rishi who was a little more than friends with you. You legitimately believe he’s dead. But when a group of clones land on Rishi, you come face to face with the man you hoped would be your forever.
Pairing: TBB Echo x F!Reader
Word Count: 2201
Warnings: Some suggestive moments, but nothing detailed
Tagging: @trixie2023 @n0vqni
A/N: I thing I got the general vibe you want, but if I didn't please let me know and I'll do something else.
Tumblr media
You’ve been a bartender at the same bar on Rishi since you were ten years old. Your parents had debts to the bar owner, and they sold you to make up for it. Well, you and your siblings.
You’re the lucky one.
Your…owner? Guardian? Whatever he is, he treats you like a beloved granddaughter. He buys you clothes and food and allows you to go to school…and until you reached the age of majority at 18, you only had to work four hours a night four days a week.
He even paid for you to go to college, and he pays you well enough that you have your own home here on Rishi.
You’re lucky.
Your older brother, you know, ended up becoming a gladiator in the Outer Rim, and last you heard he’s an enforcer for the Hutt Cartel. Your older sister, however, became a drug runner for a Spice Cartel and last you heard she’s moving from rehab center to rehab center.
You’re lucky.
Maybe if you repeat it often enough, you’ll believe it.
All things considered, Rishi isn’t the worst place to spend your life. The area you live in is warm and bright and right on the water. Not to mention you’ve got several friends here that you would miss if you left…or if the Empire decides to actually deal with the pirate problem.
You’re not worried though.
The Republic’s war with the Separatists barely touched Rishi afterall, aside from having a single watch station that has been abandoned for years now.
And you don’t expect that the Empire will push too much.
Your gaze drifts from the food stall that you’re visiting, lingering on the small, almost overgrown, old Republic comm station. Once upon there had been five men stationed there. Hevy, Droidbait, Cutup, Fives, and Echo.
While you had some concerns as to how the pirates of Rishi would react to obvious soldiers spending time in their bars…people were surprisingly okay with them. More than one of them getting an offer to join different crews.
A small smile lifts your lips at the memory of your boys laughingly turning down offers of pirate crew memberships.
The Dominos had been Rishi’s, more so than the Republics, and people raged when they heard that they died.
First when Droidbait and Cutup died, and then later when they heard that Hevy was killed on Kamino. And then even later when Echo was blown up, and then Fives was killed-
Fives’ death was kind of the final straw for Rishi.
Even now, the Pirates of Rishi are more than happy to raid imperial vessels, in honor of their Dominos.
You step around a group of Mercs, all of whom have dominoes tattooed on their hands, and start to meander your way back to your home. You miss them. All of them.
But, if you’re going to be honest, you probably miss Echo the most.
He was a lot like his brothers, loud and boisterous, and always ready with a joke or a quip, or to finish a joke that his twin set up. He was always the first to greet you with a grin, and the last to say goodbye at the end of the night.
But, unlike his brothers, he flirted with you a little shyly, as though he wasn’t sure what he was doing.
It was charming and sweet, and you found yourself smitten with him.
He didn’t, quite, get over his shyness with you even after the first time you invited him into your home with tempting kisses. He was still a little shy even after the tenth time you invited him into your home, and your bed, with teasing touches and adoring kisses.
You wanted forever with him, and you thought, hoped, that he wanted the same.
And then he left, and you never heard from him again.
You suppose, in a way, it makes sense. Why would a soldier want to slum it with a bartender who’s technically a slave.
Doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt.
After all, you still dream of forever with Echo. Only now, your dreams are definitely castles in the air.
After all, dead men don’t get happily ever afters.
Tumblr media
“We need to land somewhere,” Tech says to his brothers, a frown on his face, “The damage to the ship is…far too severe for me to repair without landing.”
“Where can we land, though?” Wrecker asks, “It’s not like there are a large number of places that will accept us.”
Echo eyes the star map speculatively, “I…may have an idea.” He offers, as his gaze lands on a specific planet. A bright smile dances across your memory, and a loving laugh echoes in his ears.
He’s a kriffing fool.
Hopefully she won’t turn him away.
“Well?” Hunter prompts when Echo doesn’t continue right away.
“I think we should go to Rishi.” Echo says slowly.
“Rishi!” Tech sputters.
“That’s a pirate planet, Echo.” Hunter says, “They won’t react well-”
“Do you have a better idea?” Echo asks.
The room falls silent for a moment, and then Tech sighs, “It is up to you, Hunter. Rishi is the closest planet we can land on.”
Hunter pushes his hand through his hair, “Fine. Do it.”
An hour later, the Marauder lands on an open pad, and no one comes to the ship to speak to them. “Is this…normal?” Tech asks.
“Yeah, pretty much.” Echo replies with a shrug, “We should probably not wear our armor here,” He adds. He’s already changed into civilian attire, and he’s somewhat anxiously rubbing his arm just over where his scomp is attached.
“Why?”
“Because our armor screams ‘clones’ and I’m not sure how the pirates will react to seeing clones now.” Echo replies dryly, “I’ve heard rumors of Rishi based Pirates raiding Republic and Imperial transports lately.”
Hunter agrees that it’s a reasonable precaution, and they all hurriedly change into civilian attire, before they get off the ship, with Omega clinging to Wrecker’s hand. And then, almost as one, they turn to Echo.
Echo sighs and rubs the back of his head, and then he turns and heads deeper into the city.
Some things have changed, new people, new stalls, but most everything else is the same. He pauses in front of a specific bar, and peers in, his dark eyes scanning the faces of the bartenders for a moment, before he motions for his brothers to follow him some more.
“Are you lookin’ for someone?” Wrecker asks.
“Yeah. Someone who, hopefully, won’t be too angry at me and will be willing to help.” Echo says.
“A friend?” Omega asks.
“Yeah, something like that.”
Echo leads them away from the shops and docks, and over to a row of apartments. He scans the buildings for a moment, before he turns and heads to one of the smaller buildings, and he stops in front of a plain door, with flower boxes in the windows.
His lips curl up in a small smile, Fives made those flower boxes early one morning when he was hyped up on Caf. They were crooked and lopsided, but it looks like she kept them. Though it looks like she painted them. “Wait here.” Echo says to his siblings, before he walks over to the door, and he knocks twice.
“Just a moment!” Her voice comes from the other side of the door, and Echo doesn’t fight his smile.
She sounds exactly the same.
Stars, please don’t let her be too mad.
The door slides open, “Yes? Can I help yo-” She stops mid-sentence when she sees who’s standing there, “...Echo?”
“You grew your hair out,” Echo replies, a small smile lifting his lips, “It looks good. You look amazing. I’m sure you have a question or twenty, cyar’ika-”
Echo’s not able to finish his sentence as she flings her arms around him and crashes her lips against his. His arms fold tightly around her and he immediately kisses her back, and it’s almost as if no time has passed at all.
If he focuses, he can almost hear Fives wolf-whistling and hear Cutup making lewd comments.
And then reality snaps back into place when he hears Tech’s dry voice, “Ah. That kind of friend.”
Echo carefully pulls back, and reaches up to gently cup her cheek, using his thumb to brush a tear away, “I’m sorry for not comming you, cyar’ika.”
She shakes her head, “We were told that you died.” She whispers, “Fives said…” She trailed off, “And then Fives died, and, kriff, the death of the last Domino started a war between the pirates of Rishi and the Republic/Empire, why would you bring them here?”
“Our ship is damaged-” Echo started.
“Get in. In. All of you!” She drags Echo into her home, and she doesn’t shut the door until Hunter is in the apartment as well. “Honestly Echo,” She rounds on him, “If you commed I would have told you to go literally anywhere else.”
“I wasn’t sure you’d answer.” Echo replies.
There are pictures of her with Echo, and with the rest of the dominoes on the walls. There are also pictures of her with a large, scarred man. And of her with a too slender woman.
“What do you need? I can probably get most of the materials sent to your ship.” She says.
“I have a list.” Tech offers as he hands her his datapad.
She copies it and sends the list to several of her friends, “Alright, you should have most, if not all, of what you need by the morning.”
“Are we in danger here?”
“On Rishi specifically? No. Not so long as you don’t draw attention to yourself.” She replies, “I’d offer to let you spend the night, but I don’t have much room.”
“We can stay on the ship,” Tech replies.
“Echo, are you going to stay here?” Omega asks.
Echo doesn’t take his gaze off of his cyar’ika, “If I’m allowed?”
“I’ve never turned you away before.” She counters.
Echo smiles at her, “Do you remember the way back to the docks?”
“I remember.” Tech says, “Come on.”
The door opens, and then closes again, leaving Echo alone with his cyar’ika.
She smiles at him, soft and warm and slow, “You used to be shyer about public displays of affection.”
“I used to have legs and two hands too,” Echo replies, it's a weak joke, but a joke all the same. “I’m so sorry I never commed you.” He says after a moment, “I thought…it felt cruel, reaching out to you when I couldn’t actually touch you.”
“It’s okay.”
“It’s not.”
“Echo. I forgive you.” She walks over to him and she kisses him as if no time has passed at all, all loving and soft and sweet.
She’s always been unfairly tempting. Her lips and her touch encourage him to stay and enjoy what she’s offering. And Echo has always been helpless to deny her.
He’s not surprised when he falls into her bed, her lips needy against his.
Later, much later, they’re lounging in her bed, and Echo is trailing his lips across her bare shoulder.
“Cyar’ika,” He murmurs against her shoulder, “Come with me.”
“Come with you where?” She asks, her voice light and dreamy.
“On the Marauder. Away from Rishi. I’ll protect you-”
She turns and looks at him, her smile so sad, “You know I can’t.”
“You deserve so much better than being a slave for your parents' debts,” Echo whispers.
She rolls so that she’s facing him properly, “Echo, your brothers don’t know me. And if I had to guess, your ship is pretty small. Me going with you isn’t fair to them.”
“You deserve more.” Echo repeats.
“I don’t like life is about what we deserve,” She replies, as she reaches up to cup his face, “So, in the morning, you’re going to return to your ship, to your brothers…and you’re going to leave Rishi. And you’re going to go back to not comming me, and it’s just how it’s going to be.”
“No.”
“Echo.” She sighs his name, and he shifts so he’s looking right in her eyes.
“No.” He repeats, “I’ve given up so much. My body, my batchmates, my twin. I’m not giving you up. Let me be greedy. Just about this one thing.”
She sighs again, but she looks touched. “How about…a deal?”
“What kind of deal?”
“My contract with my…owner is coming to an end. At the end of the year, I’ll have made enough to pay off my parents' tab with him.” She says softly, “On that day, I will comm you and come to where you are. No matter where you might be.”
“Do you promise?”
She laughs softly, “Echo, I’ve been dreaming of forever with you since the first day we met. Now that I have the chance to have it, it would take an act of god to stop me.”
Echo crashes his lips against hers, “I want forever too,” He breathes against her lips, “So we have a deal.”
She smiles at him, “I love you, Echo.”
He blinks at her, momentarily surprised, and then he laughs and kisses her deeply, “I love you too.”

is there any chance of getting scars/tattoos as cc? I love having my Cody in game, but he's currently got a "random eyebrow scar #x" as a scar and it just doesn't feel right.
Oh that won't do at all!
I want to re-do Cody's scar before sharing it, so I'm working on that as we speak :)
I'll be sharing a set of tattoos/carved buzzcuts later today, which will include Hardcase, Kix, Keeli, Fives, and Hevy.
I'll have facial hair available soon for Waxer, Boil, Cutup, and Fives soon as well in a separate pack.
Thanks for the message :) I'm glad you're enjoying the armor!
Edit: hit a minor snag, but should have them up within the next couple of days!

Fives preferred to remain optimistic rather than let his dark thoughts take over. He's already lost so many brothers, including Hevy, Cutup, and Droidbate, to let Echo die. Even if the chances are low, Fives will seize on this minimal chance and do everything in his power. He was too stubborn to give up. He didn't want to think about losing his twin. This thought was too painful and scary.
"Well, optimism is all that's left for us. Otherwise, we can only let the tin cans do what they were made for."
They went through many missions together. Since they became part of the Torrent, Fives has worked hard to become an ARC troopers. For both of them to become ARC troopers. And now that they've done it, it would be foolish to let Echo die like this. They'll manage. Rex and Kix will find them and help Echo. And they will laugh at this situation later.
Fives chuckled as Echo joked over the comlink. If he still has his sense of humor, then all is not lost. It was hoped that Rex would be in time.
"But you will be in my arms, it's a little different than just dying on the ground."
Fives rolled his eyes. This argument didn't matter, except that Echo probably wanted to annoy him. But it was a little distracting from their situation. Kix would probably really yell at him if Echo couldn't be moved. But lying still was also a bad option.
"Thanks brother! I really don't mind if Kix yells at me, so yes, I probably volunteered."
"Oh, you sure do volunteered if it was your idea to move the wounded!"
Fives was so focused on keeping Echo straight that he didn't notice Kix and Rex approaching them.
"You can yell at me any time you like, but help him now! Rex, help me then."
Rex and Fives laid Echo gently on the ground so Kix could examine the wound.

I'm sending in more asks because A) I like to be nosey and 2) because your story ideas are awesome. So... Odyssey Squad, 99/Cadets, and Pazoni Zuziono and 448th Battalion? SPILL (please)
One: I AM ALSO NOSY AUSGABGAGWW AND I LOVE GETTING LITERALLY ANY KIND OF ASK SO PLEASE SEND AS MANY AS YOU WANT :D
B: WHAT THE AWWWWWWW THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Just answered Odyssey Squad, but ooooooh boy you chose some good ones!
99/Cadets centers around 99 and… cadets ahahahshqh
Shortly after Domino Squad leaves, 99 takes notice of a squad of very young clones. They’re all about three to three and a half (physically six or seven)
They remind 99 of Domino—squabbling, always annoying each other, generally not getting along—and so he decides to help them work out their issues… in the form of stories
It turns into an adorable routine—once a day, 99 pulls the cadets aside and tells them about a time when Domino squad had done x and what they had done about x
The cadets very quickly become obsessed with Domino; they choose favorite “characters” too, and frequently argue over who’s the better dude XD
The cadets end up learning a lot through 99’s stories, and 99 really bonds with the five of them in the time they spend together
…and then the Battle Of Kamino happens
The cadets actually get to meet Fives and Echo! They turn into overexcited fans and holy jalapeños it’s adorable-
They’re all devastated when they learn what happened to Droidbait, Cutup, and Hevy, however :(
Shortly after… 99 dies. And suddenly the cadets are left without their friend and mentor
Fives and Echo stay on Kamino for ARC training, and end up “unofficially adopting the kids as their little brothers”, which includes letting them sleepover in their barracks, comforting them when they’re sad and grieving, and protecting them from Kaminoan jerks
Best big brothers ever
I’ve only come up with one of the cadets—Breeze. He’s extremely quiet, almost nonverbal. He’s also very shy, and often hides behind his brothers in new situations. He got his name because he loves going outside, stretching his arms out wide, and letting the rain wash over him and the wind blow his hair. I think he’s Autistic, but that’s not a hard fact yet
If you or anyone has ideas for any of the other cadets, please let me know! Help would be great lol
Pazoni Zuziono And 448th Battalion *rubs hands together*
So, there’s this movie (starring Ben Stiller) called The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty. It’s incredible and you should totally watch it shsjsjahalakak
Anyway, there’s a scene in there where Walter, the main character, plays soccer with a bunch of random dudes in a beautiful field
That sparked the idea of a Jedi playing soccer with a bunch of clones :D
I eventually came up with characters—here’s some of them!
Pazoni Zuziono
.Jedi General
.Extremely new to the whole war thing, despite it being the second year of the war
.Stayed at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant for the first two years of the war
.Had a padawan who ended up leaving the order and being killed in a speeder crash… all in the same day :/
.Kinda oblivious (in a funny way)
.Cares deeply about everyone, and strives to find peaceful solutions to everything
.Has no problem with letting other people take the lead
.Straightforward and honest, especially about himself and his shortcomings
.Goes by Paz
Chase
.Clone sergeant (who gets promoted to commander of an entire freaking battalion randomly one day, much to everyone’s surprise and his horror)
.Cares deeply about his men
.Very confused by Paz, who’s different than every other Jedi he’s met before
.Worried about disappointing people, and often hides his discomforts in order to appear put-together and in control
Domino
.Crazy
.Absolutely crazy
.Sometimes makes jokes about things he shouldn’t really joke about, not understanding that it could be offensive or rude
.Batchmate and best friend of Chase
17
.Unnamed
.Quiet
.Very Crosshair-like
.Suffered severe trauma by the hands of Krell
.Hates Jedi because of Krell
.Slow to trust people
There’s a bunch more, but those guys are the main characters :D
So yeah… basically Paz forces his squad to play soccer. They’re very confused. The game is awkward
It turns fun after like 15 minutes though and from that moment on every single clone adores Paz <3
After that mission (which was a complete fail lol) all of Paz’s men BEG the General to stick with them instead of leaving. Paz has a meeting with the higher-ups and comes to this agreement:
1. Paz gets to stay with his squad
2. He also acquires a battalion (because there’s not enough Jedi in the war and they gotta find leaders for the clones, no matter how inexperienced those leaders may be)
So Paz and his small squad-turned-gigantic-family gets to navigate this insane transition together :D
Thanks for the ask, and sorry it took a while to answer XD

Summary: Things don’t exactly go as planned, but it turned out better than either of you could have hoped for.
(Y/N)= Your Name
Song: Can’t fight the moonlight by LeAnn Rimes
Fives was at 79’s with most of the 777th and 501st boys.
“No, no, but I told you!” Hevy’s voice was louder when he was drunk, the boys howled with laughter.
Droidbait and Chaser were arm wrestling, Cutup was playing Sabacc with a few other clones. Rex sat back with his drink in his hand, tapping his foot to the catchy music.
Fives was taking a drink when the curtain to the stage opened, his eyes widened and his beer projected from his mouth.
Rex sat forward with a dropped jaw, Droidbait and Chaser looked back with Hevy. He suddenly got really quiet.
The woman was exotic. Her clothes were anything, but covering.
It was a red skirt that flowed, a red top that covered her breasts and wrapped around the back of her shoulder blades that tied at the end of her wrists. She was decorated in jewels and had deep red lipstick and brown eyes that were emphasized with mascara.
What blew the men away even further was when she opened her mouth,
“Holy Kriff…” Hevy sucked in a breath.
~Under a lover's sky
Gonna be with you
And no one's gonna be around
If you think that you won't fall
Well just wait until 'Til the sun goes down
 Underneath the starlight, starlight
There's a magical feeling so right It will steal your heart tonight~
Fives watched with sparkling eyes, she was so beautiful, her hips snapped as she danced to the music. While her angelic voice abused his ears.
~You can try to resist
Try to hide from my kiss
But you know, but you know that you
Can't fight the moonlight
Deep in the dark, you'll surrender your heart
But you know, but you know that you
Can't fight the moonlight, no
You can't fight it It's gonna get to your heart~
Her lengthy legs were milky in the colorful lights of 79’s. She made eye contact with Fives a few times as she sang, he felt his heart beating out his chest. The boys were drawn to her by now and in the same trance, it’s like she put a spell upon them.
Her voice was hauntingly enchanting. It was an angel’s bell. Fives rested his chin in his palms as he looked at her like a lovesick boy. He sat up straighter when she started to dance her way down the stage.
~There's no escaping love
Once the gentle breeze
Weaves its spell upon your heart
No matter what you think It won't be too long (not too long)
'Til you're in my arms Underneath the starlight, starlight
We'll be lost in the rhythm, so right
Feel it steal your heart tonight
You can try to resist
Try to hide from my kiss~
She had put her fabric over her beautiful face to cover it from view, much to men’s dismay. Her hips still snapped and her perky breasts bounced as she did so. Making it hard to breathe for most of the young men in the room. She made eye contact with Fives and blinked at him slowly making him moan. He slapped his hand over his mouth.
“Don’t get too excited, rooky, it’s for the tips.” Rex snorted as he took a drink of his beer. Fives frowned, he was disappointed. Of course.
She danced her way over to Rex, she ran her smooth hand over his shoulders through his blacks, he smirked up at her. He took out a few credits and set them on the waistband of her skirt and winked at her.
~Deep in the dark, you'll surrender your heart
But you know, but you know that you
Can't fight the moonlight
No, you can't fight it
You can try to resist, try to hide from my kiss
But you know, don't you know that you can't
Can't fight the moonlight~
The woman’s voice grew as she hit the high notes making the patrons howl as they threw their credits at her, she danced over to Fives and even went as far to rest herself in his lap. Her back to his chest, his hands smooth down her waist instinctively. He panted, feeling the strain in his pants, he bit his lip.
The woman put her hands through his hair as she snapped her hips across his lap,
“Whoo! Whoo!” Hevy and Chaser howled as they pumped their fists in the air. It was the most action Fives had gotten from a woman. He was red in the face.
~Deep in the dark, you'll surrender your heart
But you know, but you know that you
Can't fight the moonlight
No, you can't fight it
You can try to resist, try to hide from my kiss
But you know, don't you know that you can't
Can't fight the moonlight~
Fives whined pathetically when her eyes met his, she reached out, removing her mask slightly, pressing her lips to his before pulling it back and dancing away. He missed her already and reached out for her, Rex whacked him. The kid sat back and watched.
~But you know, don't you know that you can't
Can't fight the moonlight
Deep in the dark, you'll surrender your heart
But you know, but you know that you
 Can't fight the moonlight
No, you can't fight it It's gonna get to your heart~
She finished the song off with a gorgeous note while looking directly at Fives. Then the curtain closed and the crowd of people erupted into howling and whistles. Fives was burning up, he needed air. He went outside. The boys went back to their games and arm wrestling, Rex watched him leaving, he sighed and decided to go after him.
When he found him, he was a few paces away from 79’s, drawing a cigarette between his lips. Rex leaned against the wall, Fives had his eyes closed and had his head against the building.
Rex folded his arms and put his foot up against the wall,
“You good, kid?” He asked, finally after a silence.
“Yeah, I just needed air.” Fives said,
“Fresh air? Won’t get that smoking tabac.” Rex joked, Fives scoffed a laugh.
“Is that normal?” He questioned looking at Rex,
“What she did in there?” He asked. Fives nodded as he drew on the cigarette again.
“Rarely, dancers only do that when they really like a man. I don’t want to get your hopes up either though.” Rex explained.
“Has it ever happened to you?” Fives questioned, his amber eyes pleading for answers.
“Once or twice.” Rex smirked, Fives rolled his eyes. Rex sighed,
“I had it happen when I was a shiny and I was just like you are now. So confused and lust filled.” He continued as he looked up at the night sky. Fives’ cigarette glow wrapped around his youthful features. A hooded figure walked past them and called a taxi. They stopped talking for a moment until the figure was far enough away.
“You’re still young Fives, explore a bit. There’s nothing against it, you just can’t fall in love. A lot like the Jedi.” Rex explained further. Fives looked away and frowned.
“Who made that up?” He hissed,
“Look, I know you’re confused and upset, but it’s just the way it is.” Rex replied bitterly. Fives sighed.
“If you want, I can hook you up with the girl. I know my way around.” Rex said in a cocky voice, Fives shook his head, finishing his cigarette.
“No, I think I’m going to head home.” He said as he flung his cigarette. Rex exhaled deeply as he watched Fives walking away with a slump. The older clone went back into 79’s to enjoy the rest of his night.
Fives sat in the back of the taxi with his face in his hands, his thoughts racing. He had feelings for someone already, but that woman in the bar kept going through his mind. Almost as if he knew her. He feared that he’d be a terrible lover if he had more than one at a time. Especially since he was in love with a specific woman already.
It broke his heart, even though they weren’t together, he still felt he would be cheating if he slept with anyone, but her. It was stupid and something he couldn’t tell Rex. There was only one person he could talk to this late, one person that understood him.
The taxi stopped and Fives got out, he walked to the door and knocked on the apartment door. He waited patiently, but there was no answer, he furrowed his brow, he knocked again. He was eager now and that’s when he heard it.
His eyes widened and his head snapped to the sound of the gentle and gorgeous voice,
~There's no escaping love
Once the gentle breeze
Weaves its spell upon your heart
No matter what you think It won't be too long
'Til you're in my arms Underneath the starlight, starlight
We'll be lost in the rhythm, so right
Feel it steal your heart tonight~
Fives’ jaw dropped when the woman of the voice was revealed, she stopped dead in her tracks. Her expression the same as Fives.
“By stars! (Y/N)?!” He wailed at the realization. You were hot in the face, your makeup still done up as you took the curls from your hair with your fingers. Your cloak covering your outfit.
“F-Fives!” You finally croaked,
“What are you doing here?” You questioned,
“I came here to talk to you about my confused feelings.” Fives stated firmly. You looked around and ushered him into your apartment.
When the door was shut, you looked at him.
“(Y/N), I’m in love with you.” Fives blurted out, your expression was that of being flabbergasted.
“You are?” You said, your eyes still blown wide.
“Yes.” Fives confirmed, you looked down at your feet.
“When did you become a dancer anyway?” He asked when he remembered.
“When I found out that I could kiss you without you knowing me and confronting me.” You replied meekly as you looked up. Fives blinked at you,
“You could have done that months ago.” He said matter-of-fact. Your face heated up even further as you looked down again. Fives picked up your chin between his forefinger and thumb, making you look up at him.
Your eyes locked, Fives leaned in without hesitation and you waited eagerly.
When your lips connected, sparks flew. You both moaned into the kiss, Fives pulled you into him, grinding against your thigh.
You kissed to the bedroom, shedding your layers as you went.
When you two were finally naked and laying on the bed, Fives was above you. You squirmed beneath him, he was taking too long.
“Is something wrong?” You questioned, suddenly feeling self conscious as you hid yourself away.
“N-no, cyar’ika, nothing’s wrong, it’s just-” Fives bit his lip as his face heated up.
“Erm, I’ve never done this before.” He said in a small voice, your breath hitched in your throat.
“Neither have I, we’ll learn together.” You said, biting your lip and averting your eyes shyly. Fives smiled, letting out the breath he had been holding.
For the next few moments, he was experimental and tested what you liked, what made you moan and arch your back. He smoothed his fingers down your sides, making you shiver.
He was twitching violently, but he wanted his lady pleased first. You were blushing furiously,
“What’s wrong, mesh’la?” Fives questioned,
“I’m not a complete virgin, I’ve used toys, but I’ve never been with a man.” You replied, tapping your fingers together shyly. Fives smirked.
“Why didn’t you just say that cyar’ika?” He purred as he leaned down, his lips at your ear, his voice husky as he spoke,
“Tell me what you like.” He said into your ear, making you shudder with delight. You took his hand in yours and guided it down your body, before finally finding your sensitive bud.
You groaned when he pressed his fingers against you, you were soaking, making him moan in response. Your pheromones violating his nostrils, making him blind with lust.
He groaned as he leaned against you again,
“Do I have permission to taste you, cyar’ika?” His words shot straight to your core, you nodded. Fives shook his head as he tapped your lips gently with his free hand while his other hand worked you.
“I need verbal consent, mesh’la.” He said, he was such a gentleman.
“Yes, you have permission.” You said breathlessly. Fives smiled and took his hand from you, you whined from the loss of contact.
Fives held your legs up by your knees, he got on his stomach as they laid on the bed. He put your legs over his shoulders, so his hands were free to roam.
Fives parted your lips with his index and middle finger, he was biting his lip and admiring your eagerness for him. He was taking painfully slow, you wiggled your hips, Fives looked up. His amber eyes were dark with lust.
Taking the hint, Fives leaned in and flicked his tongue over your bud, you clenched the sheets and gritted your teeth, Fives chuckled.
Then he ran his tongue up your slit experimentally. You shivered with delight. Liking the response, Fives did it again and again. Until his tongue was lapping over your folds in messy eating.
He grabbed your hips and buried his face into your sex. Devouring you like a man starved.
You arched your back and tangled your fingers in his hair. For a man that was a virgin, he was fairly good at this. Your legs quivered as you trapped Fives between your legs. He groaned into your wet ladyhood, the vibrato sending shivers up your spine.
You grabbed his hair, too hard, you may add, burying him deeper into you. He took that as a compliment and continued to eat you out. His nose rubbed against your bud, making your whole sex twitch.
Fives added a finger into his licking and you lost your mind, your eyes rolled into the back of your skull as you fell back. Fives hummed his approval and added another finger before latching onto your bud with his lips. Sucking so good.
Your body trembled as you wailed, you looked up when you felt Fives’ body rising and falling. You saw him rutting into your mattress, desperate for friction. The sight set you off. It sparked the fire in your abdomen.
You arched your body as you screamed, your fluids squirting out of you. Making a lewd squelching sound as Fives worked you through your orgasm.
Fives slowed his movements before stopping completely, you panted heavily, your chest heaving with every harsh breath that left your lungs. Your hair sprawled out and sweat glistened across your skin.
“Maker.” Fives’ voice made you flutter your eyes open, he wiped his face and mouth with his palm, he sat on his knees as he looked at you.
“Can you do that again?” He asked, his eyes sparkling as he smiled, you laughed breathlessly at his reaction to your intense orgasm.
You wiped your clammy forehead, trying to give him attention. He laid you back,
“It’s okay, cyar’ika. Catch your breath. I can wait.” Fives smiled at you. Your heart burst with love, he was so pure. You vowed you'd fight anyone that dared to hurt him at that moment. He was still so innocent.
You took in one last big breath, you looked at Fives and rubbed up his chest. He was pumping himself in his fist.
“Are you ready?” He questioned, he couldn’t contain the excitement in his voice, you nodded at him. He eagerly lined himself up with you, he took you missionary.
First he was slow testing the waters, then he started a good rhythm. You knew you liked this already. Fives was bigger than any of the toys you owned. Your eyes crossed a few times from the intense pleasure. You were still overstimulated from your first orgasm so you were still pretty sensitive.
His member scraped against your walls in a delicious way, it’s head spinning. You mumble incoherently. He’s a stretch, but he slots so perfectly back inside of you with each purposeful thrust.
“Fuck…” You spit out as you groan and match Fives’ hips with yours. He’s whimpering now as he gets slicked with your previous orgasm.
“Hunnhg, so good.” Fives whines as he ruts into you. His nails digging into your hips. He pinched his shut and whimpered pathetically.
“Hnnng, ughhh, nuh.” Fives moans repeatedly, you're right behind him. He’s hitting that sweet spot now with his powerful thrusts. Your seeing stars,
“Kriff!” Fives cries as he pulls out,
“No!” You protests,
“Sorry, cyar’ika. I want you to finish. I won’t last long.” Fives said in a weak voice, you were right there at your second orgasm. You were frustrated, before you could stop yourself. You were throwing Fives beneath you.
He’d never been manhandled before and didn’t know how to process it. You jumped on his lap, you stuck his member back into your aching slit and started to bounce, you felt him hit your sweet spot.
Yes! Yes! It’s right there!
“Arghh, hunngh. Cyar’ika! I-I-” Fives stammered as he held your hips in a bruising grip. His mind clouded while he chased his orgasm. He didn’t want to disappoint you.
“Agh! I’m-nuh, I’m going to cum!” He sobbed as he held your hips even tighter, you leaned forward getting the last of that friction.
“No!” Fives cried as he finally felt that knot release.
His world whited out as he arched his back, his body spasming, trying to process the mind-blowing orgasm.
He twitched violently as he released ropes deep into you, a deep monstrous wail ripping from his throat.
You bent down biting Fives’ shoulder, your eyes rolling around in your head as you contracted around him.
You came down from your highs, your chests were heaving deeply, you sat up on Fives’ lap, feeling his member softening inside you.
When you saw his face, you got worried, he was crying. He looked up at you, he looked like a kicked pup.
“I’m sorry, cyar’ika. I tried to hold it, but I-” He choked,
“Oh baby.” You cooed at him as you pet his face, you wiped his tears away with the pad of your thumb. You leaned down and pressed your lips to his in a gentle kiss.
Then you moved to his neck, your breath hot against his skin as you spoke,
“You don’t need to be sorry for making me come with you, baby.” You purred as you pressed your lips to his neck. His gasp made you look up at him.
“Really?” He said with hopeful eyes.
“Oh yeah, it was good. Trust me, I wouldn’t lie to you.” You replied softly as you rubbed his face. You wanted him to know all of the things you liked, lying to him wouldn’t get you there.
“Then you’re welcome?” Fives blushed, you laughed breathlessly,
“Yes, thank you baby.” You said in a loving voice as you held his jaw and kissed him deeply. He groaned into your mouth and held your waist.
When you pulled away, you rolled off of him. He got up and got the two of you a few towels.
After you cleaned up, the towels were discarded in the laundry bin. Fives laid with you, smoothing his hand up your back as you faced each other.
“Can we try something different next time?” Fives questioned, his voice was full of curiosity and excitement, you chuckled.
“Almost anything you want.” You stated, Fives cocked a brow at you.
“No backdoor play, not into that.” You clarified, Fives nodded understanding.
“Understood. I can still spank you though, right?” He teased as he grabbed the flesh of your ass, you chuckled again.
“Yes, that’s fine.” You purred.
“No one will find out about us, right?” Fives asked, his voice becoming more serious.
“That’s if we’re exclusive, if not. I understand.” He explained, you frowned at him.
“I’m not a one night stand type of woman. Of course we’re exclusive, you nerf herder.” You said to him, he smiled at you, that dopey, sweet grin he always had.
“Glad to hear, cyar’ika.” Fives replied, you hummed and nuzzled into him. You sighed with content and let sleep claim your forms.

Forgive Me (Echo x Fem! Medic Reader) Part 3
Tumblr media
Words: 2.3k  Warning: None
:readmore:
As instructed (Y/N) had arrived at the military base the night before she was set to be deployed. Like many to visit the base, she'd been mesmerized by the memorial to the thousands of fallen troopers. She took notice of the little details, how carefully each name had been carved into the stone, even which legion they'd fought with, if they did. Those who hadn't just had their names carved into the wall. The latest ones still had wet paint from where someone had carefully painted over the names, in order for them to stand out like the rest. (Y/N) carefully mouthed the names. Hevy, Cutup and Droidbait. With a shiver down her spine (Y/N) continued to walk towards the base, noticing a security team roaming around, she hadn't been surprised when one of the troopers with red markings on the otherwise stainless armor asked her for identification. Commander Thorn was his name.
He politely made light conversation with her, as he lead her inside the base. He hadn't been surprised by her arrival, instead commenting they'd been patiently waiting, even mentioning there were a few yet to arrive. By the time they passed through the thick blast doors leading inside, they'd built up a friendship. The moment (Y/N) entered the large base, she took notice how cold it was inside, the halls warmly light, but the walls almost feeling like that of a prison, she was hit with a feeling of being trapped. The security booth clearly showing the highest priority in safety had been taken, although there was a question if the security was meant to keep something in or civilians out. Silence took over as (Y/N) walked down the maze of halls, she couldn't help but notice how all seemed the same, as if someone had simply copied and pasted the design over and over again. The same stainless doors, the same noisy grated floors.
"Miss (Y/L/N)" came a calming voice from behind her. (Y/N) had quickly whirled around, her eyes widening with shock. A hand flew up to her chest in an attempt to calm her pounding heart. She soon looked to the owner of the calm voice, seeing a Kel Dor, by his robes it was a clear he was a Jedi, the lightsaber attached to his utility belt also offering evidence to her assumption. "Apologies little one. I am Plo Koon, the Jedi General you'll be serving with" added the Jedi, seeing the confusion pass over her features. She soon reached for the datapad in her side bag, trying to find the information she had been given. Plo Koon quickly realized she hadn't been made aware of changes.
"Sorry for the confusion. I wasn't expecting to deploy until tomorrow" quickly explained (Y/N), a respectful tone flooding her voice, as she tried to hide her admiration for the Jedi General, she'd always been curious about those whom took up residency in the Temple, the peacekeepers whom now fought for the republic in the war. Soon enough a wave of embarrassment washed over the medic, suddenly unsure of everything. She hated being late for things, she hated being disorganized even more. Apparently now she was both, likely late for departing, and rather disorganized, even more so when she'd not been aware of the changes made.
"Worry not little one" soothingly replied the Jedi Master, motioning for her to follow him back through the maze of cold prison like halls. "You're quarters have already been prepared" chuckled Plo Koon, recalling how some of his men had taken it upon themselves to ready everything for her arrival. Others had been more reserved due to the past medics assigned to them. The Med-bay had been re-stoked, much like Wolffe in particular had taken it upon himself to read up on her, even more so with the last minute change. "You'll be on rotating between several legions. With each one for a period of time before transferring to another" calmly explained the Jedi Master, recalling his own legion had been given priority due not having a medic of their own. Most the time they relied on the basic training they had been given as cadets, otherwise relying on their instincts. Most of the time it did the trick, but other times the method had devastating results. Previous medics hadn't been able to handle the pace, while others were more than happy to disembark at the earliest opportunity.
(Y/N) nodded behind General Plo, her breath catching in her throat the moment the Venator Class Star Destroyer come into view. She'd bared witness to many of them coming and going, always from a distance. Now she was up close to one, her amazement took over. The ships were basically a small flying city. Each with its own little details one would only notice if close enough. General Plo waited for her astonishment to wash over, before continuing with the last leg of the journey, to board the cruiser known as the Triumphant.
Upon entering the large cruiser, a sense of home washed over (Y/N), the halls were warm and welcoming. The opposite to what the military base had been. Troopers in both casual clothing and armor roamed the halls, a few droids here and there offering a few beeps as the pair passed by. Before (Y/N) knew they had entered the bridge, it being clear those there had been prepared for their next mission somewhere across the galaxy. It being obvious the only thing they'd be waiting for, was her arrival and the return of their Jedi General.
The take off as to be expected was rough. For (Y/N) whom had never left Coruscant before certainly knew it. She could feel the thunderous vibrations from the engines through dark floors beneath her feet. The initial thrust towards the busy skies had almost knocked her off her feet, lucky for her someone had caught her before she'd fallen backwards. Gently placing her upright and keeping a light hold on her upper arm to ensure she wouldn't tumble over again. A small chuckle escaping the trooper once the ship had evened out, and he was sure she'd wouldn't tumble over again.
"Thank you ...: started (Y/N), politeness and respect flooding her voice as she turned her attention to the trooper. He seemed almost taken aback by her thanks. Almost as if the idea of a civilian doing as such was foreign to him, something (Y/N) quickly realized would have be something she had to get used to, as well helped them come to terms with  the idea. After all she was there to help them when they needed it most. Not just because that was her job, but to show her gratitude and appreciation for their sacrifices they made to protect so many. A thankless job, especially when so many wrongly thought of clones as expendable.
"Boost" added the trooper, offering a salute. He''d retrieved his helmet now, holding it to his side beneath his arm. On his lips was a friendly smile, as if he recognized her and wanted to help welcome her aboard and into the wolf pack. "General Plo said you be joining us, although he neglected to mention you're an angel" added Boost, a flirtatious tone in his voice, mixing with confidence. (Y/N) offered a sweet smile at the compliment, a chuckle escaping her to see another off to the side dramatically roll his eyes. Boost must have noticed her eyes flick off to the side, his attention fleeting over only to offer a salute to the other trooper.
"Commander Wolffe, please give our medic the tour" commented General Plo, once again softness to his voice. The feeling of family washing over (Y/N), just as the respectful nod Wolffe sent Plo's way didn't go unnoticed, nor the playful tone of Boost comment to follow. Even if it did only serve to pull another eye roll from the battle worn commander.
"Are you ready for this?" asked Wolffe, concern ringing through his gruff voice. Although he didn't turn his attention to (Y/N), she was aware he meant the reality of war rather than tour of the large cruiser. "It cruel out there, the missions we're sent on are highly dangerous. Injuries are devastating to say the least. Are you sure you can handle that?" again asked the commander, the same concern running through his voice. As if he was trying to protect her from the trauma likely to come, and ensure she knew there was nothing romantic about the battlefield.
"I appreciate your concern Commander, but I knew what I was getting myself into when I applied for this" replied (Y/N), confidence in her voice, as she iterated she knew none of what was to come would be easy. Some days would harder than others, she'd always face the inevitability of not being able to save everyone, even if she did give it her best shot. She'd lose those she'd hopefully come to call friends. "From what I can gather you boys need me. I'm happy to take every risk there is, if it means all of you get the care needed" added (Y/N), a rebellious streak rising in her, as the words left her lips. Wolffe seemed at least satisfied with her answer, offering a nod and continuing to lead the way. (Y/N) wasn't sure when but the pair had stopped in the middle of the corridor at some point.
"You could get hurt" commented Wolffe, this time turning his attention to her as if to gauge her reaction.
"I'm not made of glass" quickly responded (Y/N), surprising even herself by the quick wit and response. Wolffe merely offered a chuckle, almost as if the answer had been one he'd hoped to receive. His doubts General Plo had chosen the right medic slowly fading. Sure she looked fragile but her words were proving otherwise. He only hoped her actions would too.
"Looks like you've gain a following, Snap" casually spoke the Commander,  slipping the nickname in. Although he hadn't meant it to slip passed his lips. (Y/N) only offered a small laugh at the name. Suspecting he'd likely read over her file in order to get a idea of what she was like, that alone suggesting he and likely many others knew she was skilled and knew her way around a med bay, she had prior training so hadn't applied for the GAR role just the hell of it. Instead she was serious and determined, maybe even a bit stubborn.
"Snap" repeated (Y/N), as she come to a stop outside the medbay door, Wolffe just in front of her. "Can't say I've been called that before" commented the medic, before entering the medbay that would serve as her temporary office. At least until her rotation with the 104th Legion come to an end, and she joined the next one. Wolffe followed along behind, leaning against the door frame, surveying as she ensured everything was present, from the simple things of bandages and bacta, to the more delicate equipment, such as the things needed to maintain cybernetics, both big and small. As soon as (Y/N) had deemed the small medbay as adequate, she once again followed Wolffe, making a note to memorize where things were.
"From what I've read you can make quick decisions and your display of wit just then ..." began the Commander, in an attempt to explain what he deemed as a misstep, after all they barely knew each. The sound of soft laughter at his side, stop him in his tracks, the smaller woman with a gentle smile on her lips. Wolffe soon turned his attention back ahead, only now realizing she hadn't back away in fear, nor stared uncomfortably long at his cybernetic eye and disfiguring scar. Instead she treated him with kindness and respect, a rare thing to come across. "My scar and eye don't scare you?" calmly asked Wolffe, not being able to stop the curiosity rising, every other medic to pass through had been weary of him, avoiding as much as possible. Each of them couldn't have left quick enough and all of them seemed to judge him by his commanding nature and rough outer shell rather than whom he was as a person.
"What's to be scared of?" simply responded (Y/N), looking to Wolffe with a certain expectation. "I see, others before me have judged you by it" sadly commented the medic, feeling her heart sink to know others meant to offer medical aid had also cause unseen damage too. Whether they knew it or not. "I wont judge you for your past, nor by your appearance. I'd hope you'd do me the same and not judge me by the actions of those who come before" requested (Y/N), the same kindness from before returning, just as respect flooded her voice one more.
One again Wolffe stopped, this time in front of a simple, yet plain grey metal door. This one leading to (Y/N) personal quarters. The commander turned away, focusing his attention of his brothers walking down the corridor, each of them engrossed in something, whether that be a conversation about their latest mission or trip to 79's, or just determination to get to the bridge in order to listen to Plo as he informed them of changes made. Including the unexpected but welcome change of having (Y/N) aboard instead of their originally assigned medic, who had been re-assigned to the 212th.
"Get some rest Snap" commented Wolffe, the moment the door made the familiar hissing noise. Signalling the correct combination of numbers had been entered.
"Is that an order" quipped (Y/N), seeing what she believed was the smallest of smirks appear on Wolffe's sturdy lips. Mere seconds later she followed her words up with a simple but well meaning salute, receiving a nod from Wolffe in return, at least before he headed down the hall to his own quarters.

Can I request some relationship headcanons for Hevy?
Absolutely!! I did relationship headcanons for Cutup here!
Notes: This is in a universe where everyone is OKAY!!!!!!!
Hevy relationship headcanons //SFW and NSFW//
SFW
Hevy is the cockiest motherfucker to ever exist
He starts flirting with you immediately
Hevy may not seem like he’s smooth but he actually is
It’s very very surprising how smooth this fucking dork is
Hevy is also very funny! He has a great personality
He’s mostly sarcastic though
His brothers will be in the background cheering while he seduces your pants off
He’d ask if you two could do this again sometime and that’s how it all starts
You two begin going on dates.
They start out at 79’s but then it moves onto real restaurants then your apartment
Whenever you went to 79’s with Hevy his brothers would ruin the date
They love you already! They’re happy to have someone they can talk shit about Hevy to
They’re very amusing, even if they ruin your dates
Once your dates move to your apartment it’s mostly you two just watching bad holomovies
He loves holomovies!! Nothing is better to Hevy than amusement, popcorn, and your cuddles
Don’t ever fucking let him try to cook anything, he will burn something down
Hevy cannot cook and should never be allowed to cook
If you cook for him though?? He’ll never leave
Hevy tries to eat anything, so if your cooking is bad he doesn’t care
He’s a pretty low maintenance boyfriend, besides that he eats 24/7
He doesn’t have a lot of preferences and is up for whatever
Well, he acts like that anyways
Hevy is very good at hiding his emotions and true feelings with humor and sarcasm
It’s takes time for you to finally see through the well made mask of his
Hevy hates talking about his feelings so good luck with getting him to talk
After a hard mission or a nightmare all he wants is cuddles, no talking
He’ll try to listen to you when you’re talking, but he gets distracted easily
Hevy may hear every word you say but his brain won’t take anything in because he zoned out
It’s one of his many quirks
He tries really hard, and that’s all that matters
When he’s away on missions he comms you now and then, of course with his brothers in the background
He’ll always return to you with, “The boys say hi.” and a grin
Luckily for you both, he’s on the 501st, so he’s on Coruscant often
So he’s around a lot
Good thing, because he’s kind of clingy
When he comes home from missions he always has a story to tell
He loves rambling to you about whatever happened on the mission
Hevy has the tattoos that run from his cheeks to the back of his neck
They lead down to his shoulders then into tattoo sleeves
It’s really beautiful and he loves showing them off
Hevy is a showoff, if you haven’t noticed
He’s pretty cocky too
Hevy gets even worse when he’s with his brothers
You know it’s because he’s secretly possessive and doesn’t want them taking you
So whenever you’re around his brothers he’s touching you in one way or another
This also gives him an excuse to be handsy. He doesn’t give a flying fuck about PDA or other people so he gets touchy
Hevy can sometimes be a cocky little shit, but he has his sweet moments
Mainly when he cuddles you, mumbling sweet nothings and compliments against your skin
He can’t really get you anything, so he showers you in love
Hevy will steal stuff for you, “I found this-” No, he stole it
It’s sweet anyways
Once he falls in love with you he isn’t going anywhere
He’ll say those three words a lot, especially when he’s in trouble
He’ll pull a lot of pranks and do stupid shit, so he’s in trouble quite often
Hevy will love you till the end of his days
NSFW
He’s more experienced than you would think
But he’s very cocky, so you’ll have to show him a few things that he thinks he knows
Hevy will have you moaning like a bitch in heat in no time
He loves your noises and praise! It lets him know that he’s doing good
Please praise this boy
He’s surprisingly great at dirty talk
His voice is a little more gruff then some clones so it’s extremely sexy
Hevy is totally willing to explore kinks with you!!
He doesn’t know what he’s into yet so he’ll try anything
You quickly learn that he’s a slut for praise, and loves hearing his name
He’s pretty vocal, but when you praise him or say his name he gets really loud
Hevy is a clone, so of course he’s a switch
He doesn’t give a fuck about what position he’s in
Hevy also loves oral! Giving and receiving!
His mouth is magical
Hevy is pretty confident with himself, so he’s willing to fuck you anytime, anywhere
Like I said, he doesn’t give a flying fuck about other people or their opinions
He’s also pretty possessive, so he loves fucking you in public so all can hear
Even if it’s just a quickie!
Hevy loves marking you! No matter if it’s with his lips, teeth, or cum
He loves it when you mark him! He’ll show them off constantly
He has a slight breeding kink, but he’s scared of kids so he doesn’t act on it really
Unless you want to be bred, of course. Even then he’s still very careful
So this man will cum anywhere
Hevy does enjoy teasing now and then, but he doesn’t really have patience
So the teasing never lasts long
He always makes sure you’re satisfied afterwards, he’ll never leave you wanting
Afterwards he’ll clean you both up and flop onto the bed with you
He’ll cuddle you and fall asleep pretty quickly afterwards

“Babe, are you sure you want to do this?” You roll your eyes when you hear Hevy whine, and promptly ignore him to finish curling your hair.
“This is important to my mother, Hevy. So yes, I’m sure I want to do this.” You reply after a moment, turning your head slightly to examine your curls, before setting the curling iron on the counter.
“Your mother hates me.”
“She…it isn’t personal, Hevy. She hates everyone.” You say with a sigh, turning on your stool to look at him, “You don’t have to come, Hevy.”
“Yeah, I do.” He replies.
“If you’re not comfortable around my mother, or my family-”
“Babe.” He stands and walks over to you, placing his hands lightly on your shoulders, “The last time you spent any time with your family, they made you cry. I’m not letting you face that alone.”
You look up at him, a small smile crossing your face, “My hero~”
“Yeah, yeah.” He ducks down slightly and kisses your forehead, “You ready?”
“Um…I’m not sure.” You lightly push him away and stand, walking over to the mirror hanging on your closet door. You turn left and right, looking at your outfit, your hair, your shoes, your make-up. “Maybe I should change?”
Hevy sits on the stool you abandoned, “Babe. You look amazing. The color suits you.”
“You’re just saying that because it’s your color.” You reply, without looking at him, “Maybe it’s too bright? I should change into a more muted color-”
“Hey. Hey, no.” He stands and quickly intercepts you before you pull open the closet, “You shouldn’t have to dim yourself to make your family happy. You look amazing.”
You sigh, and lean your forehead against his chest, “Just…want them to be happy to see me for once.” You admit.
You feel his fingers twitch against your back, and you glance up at his face. He’s glaring at the wall, “If they find you lacking,” He says through gritted teeth, “Then that speaks more about them and their personality than about you and yours.”
You smile at him, “That’s sweet, Hevy.”
“Yeah, well. I have a little experience with family expecting the worst of you.” Hevy replies blandly, “You never saw how some of the others treated us Dominos before we were pulled into the 501st and 212th.”
“And now look at you, an ARC Trooper who works directly under Commander Cody.” You say with a warm, and very proud, smile.
He grins, “My point, darling,” Hevy says as he lightly strokes your cheek with the back of his fingers, “Is that I get it.”
“I know.” You hook your arms around his waist and smile up at him adoringly, “You really think I look good?”
“I think you look amazing. Where did you even find a dress in 212th gold?” Hevy asks.
“I special ordered it.” You reply cheerfully, “This will probably be the only time I wear it, honestly.”
Hevy’s heavy gaze scans your body, “I’m sure I can come up with a reason for you to wear it somewhere else.” He replies, and then he lightly tugs you out of the bedroom, “But, we’re already going to be fashionably late, babe.”
You allow him to guide you out of the apartment, making sure to grab your purse and jacket on your way out of your home, “Don’t forget your jacket, love.”
“Yeah, I have it.” Hevy replies as he pulls his own nice jacket on, and then guides you out of the building and towards the taxi.
Half an hour later, the taxi pulls up in front of the Coruscant Convention Center, and Hevy rolls his eyes as he opens the door for the pair of you. “Your mother really rented the whole convention center for this?”
“Well. Mother has always had more money than sense.” You reply as you allow Hevy to help you out of the vehicle. “I’m sure she invited a lot more people than she said she did.”
“Of course she did.” Hevy says under his breath, “What do you think she’s playing at?”
“With my mother? Who knows.” You take his hand and you smile brightly at him as he takes your hand and presses his lips against your knuckles.
“You know, we could always make a break for it,” He murmurs against the skin of your knuckles.
You laugh, “We’re already here, Hevy.”
“Tragically. You should know, I told Cutup to call in 30 minutes and fake an emergency-” Hevy admits.
You laugh again, and tug him towards the building. “Well, we can surely handle 30 minutes until Cutup comes to our rescue.”
You push the doors to the convention center open, and step into the open foyer, which had been tastefully decorated in golds and silvers. And then your mother was there, dressed in her finest silver gown, “Darling, you made it!” Your mother flashes the same fake smile that she’s always shown you, “And…you brought your clone.”
“My boyfriend?” You correct with just a hint of sarcasm, “He does have a name, you know.”
“So you keep saying.” The older woman replies, distastefully, “Nevermind that. There’s someone here I want you to meet.”
“What, are you getting married again?” You ask as you lean against Hevy.
“Oh, not me. I found you a fiance.” Your mother says brightly.
Hevy stiffens behind you, and his grip on your hip tightens. You glance up at him in concern, and see that his expression has become totally blank.
“Well. That’s nice.” You say slowly, “But I think we’re just going to leave.”
“I beg your pardon?”
“I’m an adult, you don’t get to make those kinds of decisions for me. Not since I was an actual child.” You reply flatly, “Come on, Hevy.”
“If you walk out those doors, you’ll find yourself cut off.” Your mother threatens.
“I haven’t used your money since I was 16, mother.” You counter, “Come on, Hevy.” You tug on his arm, pulling him out of the convention center, and down to the street.
Hevy stares at you, and you stare right back at him, “You didn’t even hesitate.” He says slowly.
“Of course not. I chose you, you goof.” You smile at him and reach up to touch his cheek, “I love you.”
Something thaws in his eyes, “Thought you would have at least met him-”
“Wait a minute…are you jealous?” You ask, eyes wide.
“Well. Maybe a little,” He lightly grips your hips, “It’s not like I’m ever going to be able to provide you enough money to rent out a convention center.” Hevy jokes weakly.
“Hm. You know, I grew up in a family that could do things like rent out convention centers, and I was never happy.” You reply as you lean against him and rest your hands on his chest, “You, Hevy, make me happy. I never feel lonely when I’m around you. And that is so much more important to me.”
He smiles at you, and ducks his head to kiss you. “Love you, mesh’la.” Hevy murmurs.
“Love you too.” You reply, sliding your hands up his chest and wrapping your arms around his neck.
“You wanna go get some food, and then go home, babe?”
“Absolutely.”

Domino squad with the word together? (Can be any combination or all of them, and if you don't wanna do this one, that's understandable. 💙💙)
(It’s primarily Fives/Echo, but it’s also very much all of Domino <3)
***
They always thought that once they made it through the Citadel training that they would remain together. That much ended up being true when their entire squad was stationed at the Rishi Outpost.
But then Droidbait was shot, Cutup was eaten alive, Hevy made the ultimate sacrifice, and then it was just Echo and Fives, and they became closer than they ever expected they would, falling into bed with each other night after night, stealing kisses in the halls, and whispering words and promises that would get a good soldier killed.
Echo was gone before Fives could blink, and then Fives followed in his footsteps some time later. He has thought that at least they would all be together again when he got to the other side.
He was wrong.
