Prompt No. 34
Henchman stood just outside Supervillain's office. They were slumped forward a bit and clutching their head, anyone passing by would merely thought they had a headache considering how drunk they were from last night's party.
It wasn't anything special, just a party held by other coworkers to supposedly celebrate Valentine's day. And Henchman can never turn down free food.
Though they do have a headache from their hangover, they also have another problem that added to the pain. It just so happens that in their drunken state, they called their boss, the one and only Supervillain, to tell her of whatever drunken rambling they could've said. Which, also included a confession that Henchman had been trying so desperately to hide.
Supervillain is just so cool, and strong, and brave, and hot, and oh god don't think about that!
They can only hope that the reason their boss wanted to talk to them had nothing to do with their call last night.
Other Henchman came out carrying a stack of documents and gestured for them to go inside. Henchman nodded and reluctantly stepped in.
Supervillain's arm was propped up on her desk, she was leaning her head on her open palm as she glanced up to Henchman, a sly smirk decorated her face.
Henchman froze, all the colour vanished from their face as they anticipated the worst, Supervillain can be quite cruel after all.
She straightened herself, her smirk never once faltered, "So... about last night."
"Y-yes...?" Henchman's voice was unsteady and quiet, only barely heard.
"You said you were willing to work a lot this month!"
Oh.
Henchman fought the urge to sigh in relief.
Supervillain brought a hand to her desk's drawer as she used the other to gesture for Henchman to come closer, "Come, come! I have everything prepared right here!"
Now that the earlier dread was gone, they visibly relaxed and found their composure again, walking over to their boss and stopping just in front of her desk.
"What is--"
Supervillain pulled out a heart shaped box with a small note in front that reads, 'Took you long enough, dumbass.'
Henchman's face lit up a bright red almost instantly from it. A small squeal left their throat as Supervillain's smirk only grew more mischievous. She really was cruel.

Breakfast in Supervillain Home
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Supervillain stretch their arms while yawning as they entered into the kitchen. The windows were open letting in a nice morning breeze, the only sound was Henchman busy making scrambled eggs, and the Tv playing by the wall. Supervillain’s Kid sat watching while eating some toast. The young teen and ex-Superhero Sidekick had their eyes fixed on the screen and did not see Supervillain enter.
It was a live broadcast, in the front was the mayor holding a speech while behind them stood at least 5 Superheroes. “Good Moring” Supervillain said as they sat down opposite to them. “Hu? Oh… Moring” they blurted out, looking to Supervillain for a moment before returning to the screen. “Are they having another election speech? Talk about desperate” Supervillain joked while looking at the mayor, who was talking about possible tax-cuts.
Henchman came over and placed down two plates of scrambled eggs with meat and veggies, before they sat down next to Supervillain. The three sat mostly in silent while eating, enjoying the calmness. Supervillain and Henchman talked a bit about nothing in particular. When ex-Sidekick whose eyes were still fixed on the tv suddenly muttered “this is just stupid…”
Supervillain’s head jumped to them with a puzzled expression “pardon?” Ex-Sidekick face suddenly turned red as they realised, they talked out loud “eh… sorry I was just lost in thoughts” they apologized while now looking down at their half empty plate. “it’s just…” they continued, “Hypocritical, the Superheroes say they stand up towards corruption and fighting for the weak, but here they are in full support of a millionaire who had done nothing to better peoples life in their total of 12 years in office” Henchman snickered a bit, Supervillain smiled “well, that’s politics for yah…”
Ex-Sidekick leaned their head on one of their hands, with an annoyed expression. “It’s just so frustrating, sometimes I want to just punch one of them. Or do something to really show them what bunch of asses they are” Supervillain made a small nod in agreement before realising what they just said.
They looked back at Ex-Sidekick as a smile started growing on their face. “Now hang on a minute … Is this a Villain origin story I hear brewing?”

Hey! Not sure if you do requests, sorry if you don’t! If you want to, could you do a story where a supervillain typically goes easy on a group of rookie heroes, as he usually fights them just for fun, and could destroy them if he wanted.
He just lets them think they can beat him.
Then, something happens (maybe they cross a line, and one of the heroes tries to stop their team from crossing that line but they don't listen) where the supervillain shows them just how powerful he actually is?:
Ask anonymously
Hi there Annablogsposts! I do requests, I’m just typically really slow getting to them, lol. I’d love to write this for you! Thanks for requesting this, here you go!
Hero entered the meeting room, where Leader and the rest of their team were already talking.
“So we’re in agreement, then?” Leader asked.
Teammate One nodded.
“If we take Henchman, we can interrogate them and learn more about Supervillain’s plans than we ever could through just reconnaissance.”
“Woah woah woah,” Hero said, “are we talking kidnapping?”
“Uh, yeah?” Teammate Two said, quirking an eyebrow.
Hero shifted their weight from one foot to the other.
“But isn’t kidnapping, I don’t know, wrong? I mean, Henchman doesn’t even have powers- they’re not even in the field most of the time. Why would we-”
Leader folded their arms across their chest.
“Hero, do you want to stop Supervillain or not? Desperate times call for desperate measures. Now, Teammate One is going to be look-out, while you-”
“No,” Hero said.
Leader blinked.
“No?”
“No,” Hero repeated, “I’m sorry, but I can’t be a part of something that goes against my morals, not to mention what we stand for. None of us should even be talking about this, let alone actually going through with it!”
Hero didn’t wait for Leader’s response. They turned and left the meeting room, only stopping when they got back to their own room.
Hero jolted awake, stirred by the sounds of a struggle. They checked the clock. Three in the morning. Their team must have gone through with it after all.
Hero crept into the room that had been set up as a holding cell. They peeked in and saw Henchman, battered and bloody, breathing hard. Hero’s eyes widened. Their own team did this!?
Hero unlocked the door and knelt by the criminal. Their eyes were glassy and dilated. Drugged. It wasn’t even a fair fight.
“I’m gonna help you,” Hero whispered.
“Hero?” Henchman croaked dazedly.
Hero had already left, bolting to the med bay to get supplies. They rushed back into the cell and got to work.
“This is more Teammate Two’s thing, but I’m gonna try my best,” Hero said quietly.
The room was silent, save for the occasional whimper from Henchman. When Hero finished, they had stitched up the deeper wounds and bandaged the more shallow ones.
Hero opened their mouth to ask a question when the far wall exploded into tiny bits. Supervillain stood there, a dark look on their face.
“Henchman?” Supervillain called.
“In here!” Henchman slurred.
Supervillain rushed to their right hand’s side.
“Who did it? One of them, or all of them?” Supervillain asked.
“A-all but this one,” Henchman said, nodding to Hero.
Supervillain looked up at Hero. Their eyes drifted to the medical supplies, and Hero’s bloodied hands.
“Not one for breaking the rules, hm?” Supervillain asked.
Hero sat frozen in shock. Supervillain had never been able to take out a wall like that before. Supervillain had always had minimal powers. How did they do this?
“Hero, wait for me outside,” Supervillain said, “and take Henchman with you.”
Hero opened their mouth, but no sound came out.
“Come on,” Henchman said, struggling to get up.
That spurred Hero into action. They helped Henchman up, and took them outside, stepping over bits of rubble and letting Henchman put their weight on them for support.
Hero turned.
“What are you gonna do?” they asked timidly.
Supervillain adjusted their gloves, their fingers curling into fists.
“What I should have done a long time ago.”
Hero waited outside until they heard the screaming. Those were their team’s voices. They laid Henchman down, leaning them up against a tree.
“I need to go help them,” Hero said, “stay here.”
“Thought you’d say that,” Henchman grunted, pulling something from a concealed pocket in their boot.
Hero barely had time to question what it was before the object was slammed into their thigh.
“Sorry, kid,” Henchman said, “but you don’t need to get hurt on account of them.”
Hero’s world spun. They stumbled, falling to the ground right next to Henchman. Henchman positioned them against their chest, so they’d be more comfortable. Hero drifted off a moment later.
Supervillain dusted themselves off, stepping over the mess of unconscious bodies strewn about the room. They approached Henchman, taking note of Hero, fast asleep.
“They tried to run in?” Supervillain asked knowingly.
Henchman shrugged, nodding.
“Poor thing,” Supervillain sighed, “we’ll sort them out. They deserve better.”
Supervillain picked both Henchman and Hero up with ease, as though they were little more than a few feathers. They flew off, back to their base. The rest of the team would wake up so see themselves and their compound in shambles. Hero, on the other hand, would wake up in a lavish bedroom. It pays to not anger the most powerful Supervillain in the world.

I'm already loving your posts
what do you think about a yandere assistant and villain reader?
They would be so frustrated because the reader is spending all theirs energies thinking of a plan to capture the hero and not giving them enough attention.
100% would kill the hero behind reader's back
i'm so glad! and yes please i love a jealous little creep, i'm already obsessed <3
concept: Henchman!Yandere(gn) x Supervillain!Reader(gn)
words: ~700
CW: 18+, yandere behavior, stalking, breaking/entering
Tumblr media
You look so alluring when you scheme. No earthly or heavenly beauty could compare to the mere sight of you:
The stern concentration pinching your brow just slightly, your arms flexing as you clench and release your fists over and again, your lip idly drawn between your teeth on blessed occasion- it’s enough to make someone bite through their tongue (just partially, and it was only twice).
Tau watches you plan for hours a day (even when they technically have other tasks to carry out), they like to imagine it’s them you’re looking at with such a single-minded focus (perhaps knelt over them on your bed, deciding precisely which ways you want to take them apart).
What they wouldn’t give for just a fraction of the attention you constantly bestow upon that sniveling little “hero”. It’s not even like the hero has done anything to deserve your dedication, not like Tau has.
No, all they did was beat you (which few have ever done). And then… keep beating you (which none have ever done).
Tau knows how much you hate to lose, lower grunts have payed with their lives for Uno games, but… there’s something more to your preoccupation with that vigilante wannabe.
They can see it in the way your bright eyes flick about the room, the way your lips just barely part as you mumble strategy and probability, the way you zone out during meals (that they made for you, naturally) then dart up to your office to test an idea, the way you constantly stay up well into the next morning trying out new inventions and gadgets to take them down- Tau hates to think it, but they know it’s true:
This hero is… motivating you.
As delightful as it is to see you so lively, Tau can’t help the furious jealousy that roils in their gut almost constantly these days.
Why can’t they be the one to make you feel like this? Why can’t they challenge you, inspire you? Why can’t they bring that spark to your eyes?
They should be able to.
They’ve been by your side since the beginning, supporting and encouraging you through every high and low, they know you better than anyone does (yourself included)- and, goddamnit, they deserve it! They’ve given everything to you, and all they ask for in return is a second glance (then a third, then a fourth, then- oh, just stop looking away already!)
It's just not fair- that boot kisser gets every second of your free time, every spare thought, all 'cause they can take (...and deal) a couple hits? (More than a couple; Tau has definitely tried to take them down on many a solo mission, and they've always come out worse for it. They don't wanna talk about it.)
At the very least, they do get to spend a little more time with you, even if it's to watch you obsessively plan for the hero's interruption of your next evil venture.
They're still the one by your side.
They still get to stand at your shoulder and pass you tools as you work on a project (and bite their cheek every time your fingers touch to hold back a moan).
They still get to brush their shoulder against yours while you both stand over a blueprint (and then spend the next fifteen minutes trying not to hyperventilate and/or enter cardiac arrest).
They still get to hang up your cloak after a strenuous mission (and bury their nose in it until the edges of their vision go dark, and lick your sweat off the collar until their tongue is raw, and rub the damp material across their skin until they can feel you all over them).
(They still get to sneak into your bedroom every night with the spare key they made under your nose. They still get to pant over your face as they bask in your glory, as they breathe your breath. They still get to oh so carefully interlace their fingers with your own, intoxicatingly warm ones, they still get to pretend you'd ever want to hold them.)
Yes, they're still very much happy with their position- they'll just be much happier once that nuisance is taken care of.
Then, they can focus solely on aiding you in your endeavor for world domination, and you can focus on what really matters: them!

(Short) Snippet #1 / Prompt #6
Villain was invited to a Christmas party hosted by Supervillain, full of known criminals in the city and their henchmen.
they hadn't expected the invitation from the master criminal, obviously. especially because Supervillain certainly does not look like the type of person to host parties.
while they don't intent on showing up because they'd rather spend it alone, something had caught their attention in the invitation. It had mentioned that Hero would be there.
now here Villain was, in the party, expecting some sort of announcement and humiliating Hero in front of everyone and it strangely worried the criminal.
sure, they hated each other but they hadn't want this. if anyone has to deal with Hero, it would be them. not supervillain.
they leaned against the wall, holding their wine glass. they're worried and overthinking for their nemesis and it's ridiculous.
they glanced around the room to spot..Hero. Unrestrained, Not humiliated, Nor bruised. But they're there, talking to who it seemed like one of Other Villain's henchman.
they would know, the said henchman was their old best friend from highschool who they still kept in touch with.
the villain watched as the henchman leave, waving bye to the hero..what the fuck.
they put their wine glass down to one of the tables and approached Hero, tapping their shoulder from behind to get their attention and put on their "iconic" smile.
"my, my..what is a hero doing in a party full of criminals?"
the hero turned back and smiled sheepishly.
"hey. did..Parent not tell you i was gonna here in your letter? ah, I knew I should've insist them that i should be the one who's writing your letter."

Short Prompt #51
CW: poison testing, food
Supervillain rested their chin on the back of their hand, staring at Henchman dreamily as they took a dainty bite of creamed potatoes.
“Please, have some more.” They waved at the long table covered with food, from hot honey buttered rolls to slick roasted pork, falling off the bone.
“Um…one bite is enough,” Henchman said, passing yet another tasting spoon to the server at their shoulder and selecting a new, clean one for the next dish. When Supervillain did not lift their gaze, they nervously murmured, “You may begin eating the food I’ve already tested, Excellency, they’re perfectly safe.”
“If I do that, you’ll sneak off as soon as you’ve finished, and I so wished to invite you to dine.”
Henchman bowed their head, avoiding Supervillain’s sharp eyes and carefully scooping up a spoonful of sweet potato pie. “I always dine with you; I’m your poison taster after all.”
Supervillain raised their eyebrow and grinned. “Clever. Very clever. But I was thinking something…closer, with your own plate and glass. What do you say to that?”

Snippet 1
At this point, I've given up trying to only post things I think other people will be happy with, considering it's been, like, a year. So enjoy.
Henchman staggered down the ally, dragging the back of their hand along their cheek as their foot sent ripples along a puddle, rain falling as a mist over the slumbering city. Street lights sent weak rays splashing across the exposed brick walls as movements sent spikes of pain through Henchman's body. They shivered, clutching a flannel to their shoulders that was at least one size too big.
Quick footsteps drew their attention behind them, towards the entrance off the street and away from the deadly silent streets on the other side. Nothing but empty night air met them, and Henchman set their jaw, turning back around and shaking off the adrenaline that shot through their system at the idea of another confrontation. Their prior meeting with Hero them in enough pain as it was.
"Evening."
Henchman leaped half a foot in the air, holding back a startled yelp as they came face to face with Villain, one eyebrow raised at their response. "What are you doing here?" Their voice was far too squeaky, the words far too callous. Villain stalked towards them, eyes already set on the darkening bruise on the side of Henchman's cheekbone.
"I saw the news," Villain answered, still focused on the already-midnight bruise. "I was wondering where you'd gone. No note, no mention, just keys on your desk and phone left on silent." Villain pauses, eyes narrowing as they scanned the rest of Henchman's body. "Then, of course, Right Hand shows me a clip of the news and a certain blondie trying to take down a hero that's been a thorn in my side for far too long. I figured you might run off this way."
"I was only trying to help, boss."
"By throwing yourself into combat unprepared. I wasn't aware you'd developed a death wish. I could've sent you to the cellar to satiate that; you needn't go searching for death at the hands of a hero I despise already."
Henchman floundered for a moment, mouth opening and closing like a fish, humiliation burning their cheeks hotter than any fire. "I don't--I didn't--"
"Are you hurt anywhere else?" Villain demands, cutting Henchman off sharply.
A short, hesitant, mendacious* shake of their head. Villain's eyes call Henchman on their lie, but their mouth stays shut until:
"I'll have Medic check you out at HQ then. Let's go." They offer one hand and Henchman hesitates once more. Another inquisitive look from the Villain as a car passes by the ally, illuminating Villain's eyes and the look of fury within them.
"I really--"
Villain reaches for Henchman's hand before they get the chance to finish, and within the length of a heartbeat, they're standing in the middle of the infirmary of Headquarters, Villain's angry footsteps and overly stiff posture leaving them to contemplate just how badly they messed up.

Unlikely Love
"Sir, with all due respect, they're a villain."
"You don't have to be so formal." Superhero lounges on the sofa of his office. He sighs longingly. "And they're a supervillain. Isn't that much better?"
Sidekick's expression remains blank. "Most people would say the opposite."
"I'm not most people."
A mutter, low enough for Superhero to know it isn't meant for his ears. "I can see that."
Superhero shoots up, staring at the sidekick guarding the door. He whistles. "Who knew you had this sarcastic side to you?"
Sidekick freezes, and a flush rises to their cheeks. It's adorable, and Superhero can't help but tease them.
"Tell me who's got such influence on you," he coos. "Do you have a partner?"
The red grows more pronounced. "No," they stubbornly deny.
Superhero pouts then brightens, leaning forward. "Is it Supervillain's sidekick?"
"Henchman," Sidekick corrects. As soon as it comes out of their mouth, they seem to realise they've implicated themselves.
"You've got a crush," Superhero says gleefully.
Sidekick stays silent, their face a dark crimson. Superhero notices they don't refute the statement. But before he can probe more, there is a knock on the door.
Sidekick opens it and immediately stills, expression returning to its usual blank slate.
Superhero tries to see who can have such an effect on their sidekick, until he hears them say, "Henchman."
A mischievous grin stretches itself on Superhero's face, something that Sidekick picks up on as they throw a disapproving look his way.
Sidekick lets Henchman in.
"Sir," they greet Superhero. They toss a package his way. "From my boss."
"Oooh!" Superhero exclaims, immediately tearing into it. Secretly, he is listening to Henchman and Sidekick's conversation.
"I have something for you, too," Henchman says. There's a crinkle of paper as Sidekick receives it.
"Supervillain sent me something?" they try to confirm.
"It's...from me."
A long silence, long enough for Superhero to peek over the couch to see what's happening.
Sidekick is fixated on the box in their hands, not even paying attention to the giver. Henchman's face starts to twist into confusion, and hurt peeks through.
"Do you not like it? I'll take it back--"
"No!" Sidekick hugs the package tightly. Their expression morphs into mortification. "Th-thank you!" they squeak before running out of the room.
Superhero blinks after them, and has to hold back his 'aww'. He has an even harder time holding it back when he sees Henchman's face; eyes warm, face softened in a lovestruck daze.

Sriracha
Villain: Gather 'round, my nefarious associates! Today, we shall unleash a prank of unparalleled villainy upon those insufferable heroes. The very foundation of their breakfasts shall crumble!
Right Hand: My Lord, are you referring to the diabolical plot involving the jam and the... err, spicy sauce?
Villain: Indeed, Right Hand! I have devised a scheme so devilish that even the most stoic hero will shed a tear over their ruined toast. Behold, we shall replace all their innocent jam bottles with jars of fiery sriracha sauce!
Henchman #1: (snickering) Sriracha sauce, boss? Won't they notice the difference right away?
Villain: That's where you're wrong, my unwitting underling! The labels, yes, the labels shall be our masterpiece. Mittens!
Mittens: (with a tiny villainous cape) Oh, joy. I always wanted to be a cat forger.
Villain: Mittens, you shall forge labels so exquisite, so perfect, that the heroes won't suspect a thing! I want the labels to scream "premium, extra-fancy jam" while concealing the fiery truth within.
Right Hand: (suppressing laughter) My Lord, isn't Mittens more skilled in knocking things off tables than label forgery?
Villain: Nonsense! I have seen Mittens weave her devious paws through the most intricate tasks. She once unraveled the hero's secret meeting plans by batting a ball of yarn across their secret files!
Mittens: (proudly) Meow.
Henchman #2: (snickering) But boss, what if they taste the sauce and realize it's not jam?
Villain: Ah, my dear simpleton, that's where our pièce de résistance comes in. Scientist!
Scientist: (entering with a clipboard) You called, my villainous overlord?
Villain: Scientist, you shall concoct a special potion that numbs the taste buds temporarily! Just enough for the heroes to savor the sweet anticipation before the fiery revelation.
Scientist: (scribbling notes) Numbing potion, understood. How long should the effect last?
Villain: Long enough for them to question their very existence, but short enough for them to recover before they suspect foul play.
Right Hand: (trying not to laugh) Brilliant, my Lord. A scheme so devious, even the heroes won't see it coming.
Henchman #1: (chuckles) And they'll be wondering if their taste buds have turned traitor!
Villain: Precisely! Now, to action, my minions! Mittens, forge those labels. Scientist, brew that potion. Henchmen, prepare for a raid on the hero's breakfast nooks!

Snippet 5
Part 2
The door closed behind them.
Hero moves away, having trouble with the stupid layers of veils covering her face. She had told Supervillain that she would marry him, but on one condition.
Only he could see her face. No other villain would, no one else except him.
The wedding was very grand and ridiculously large. Seeing as Supervillain and a Hero were being married because of a stupid treaty or deal, the whole city came. Which was way ridiculous.
But it wasn't annoying either.
There were no vows and there was no kiss, seeing as her face was covered and no one but Supervillain, maybe, would see her face.
She heard a click, the door being locked.
She turns, seeing a peek of the Supervillain leaning against the door through her veils.
Her dress wasn't that extravagant, but it was quite pretty and poofy, a bit revealing on the necklines but it was quite beautiful. The lace at the bottom was quite intricate.
Supervillain stands upright and takes a few steps forward, his gaze deadly and dangerous but it also had a unique type of gentleness. Something Hero didn't understand.
"Well," Supervillain smirks. "You said you'd marry me on one condition. It's time you hold up that end of the bargain,"
Hero hesitates.
"Oh, and don't try to back away now. Your mine now," Supervillain grins, his eyes flashing. He moves closer, only a few feet away. "You belong to me."
Hero let's out a breath. "This does not mean I belong to you." She grumbles before shedding the first layer of veils. She keeps doing it slowly, almost teasingly.
Supervillain watches her eagerly, wanting to see her face.
Hero hesitates at the last layer, which was kinda see through. She slowly peels it off, her eyes clenched closed. She slowly opens them as the veil drops to the floor.
Supervillain feels like the breath was knocked right out of him. He's heard the villain and many other criminals rant in annoyance about Hero, but seeing her like this was something else.
She was absolutely gorgeous.
So breathtakingly beautiful.
She was so pretty.
Her hair, was open and curled for the ceremony with small white flowers stuck in it.
Her face and skin, so gentle and soft.
Her eyes, so unique and glowing.
Her lips, so pink and plump.
Hero swallows hard, staring at him with nerves. She wrings her hands together, chewing on her bottom lip.
Supervillain tilts his head, his staring a bit irritating for her. It was like he was analyzing her or something.
Hero sighs. "What?" She says, fed up.
Supervillain stays silent for a few moments. "Hmm," he hums. "It's nice to put a face to the voice. Finally," he nods.
Hero rolls her eyes. "Your insufferable, you know that?" She glares hard at him.
Supervillain continues staring. "Now, now, darling." He smiles, moving closer to tuck a stray hair behind her ear. She shivers. "Remember who I am. I'm your husband,"
Hero pulls away. "And I'm your wife. This goes both ways," she tells him.
Supervillain tilts his head, staring at the small features on her face and planting them in his brain. She was so beautiful, he couldn't stop staring at her.
Hero sighs through her nose. "Now, I'm going to go change. This dress is already so ridiculous." She rolls her eyes and turns towards the bathroom, her heels clicking.
Supervillain watches her go, a smirk growing on his face.
Maybe life wouldn't be so bad with his witty and sassy Hero wife after all.

Short Prompt #1129
CW: gore, blood.
“Is this acceptable by your standards?” The assistant asked, going through some papers on their clipboard. “I know you prefer a lighter shade of red, but the fucker wouldn’t sell it to me so I just dyed this one with his blood.”
The supervillain blinked owlishly, surprised by the nonchalance. This had to be the first time a new assistant of theirs wasn’t cowering and shaking in their boots. “Yes…, this will do.”
Assistant nodded, putting the clipboard under their arm. “Great. Now, you have a scheduled meeting with Other Supervillain in about ten minutes.”
Supervillain grumbled. Right, they had to deal with that nuisance today… But who knows, perhaps their new assistant will make things interesting.

Prompt No. 14
Henchman flew about, completely blending in with the other crows huddled around the park. Being a hybrid in a world that has yet to fully accept their kind is hard, Henchman is one of the few that was lucky enough to live normally thanks to their ability.
The ability to transform between either form. An incredibly rare yet immensely useful ability because of it they were able to blend between humans and crows alike. They worked for the hero agency in weekdays and spent the majority of their weekends with their fellow bird friends.
Today, their friends lingered about the park, playing around the trees or playset, while the others wait for passersby to pester. Henchman hopped around when they noticed something shiny under the bench.
They approached it, poking at it with their beak as they inspected it. It looked like a gem, about the size of their thumb. They should probably take it to the agency later.
As soon as they grabbed it with their beak, a loud shout startled them. "Hey!"
With a choked caw and a big gulp, Henchman accidentally swallowed it.
Oh no...
The person gasped as loudly as they shouted. Henchman tried to fly away, unfortunately the person was faster. They picked up Henchman, bring them up to their face, concern and worry painting their features.
Something about their aura seemed familiar to Henchman, though they can't quite figure out why.
"Are you alright? I'm sorry that I've startled you." They gently pat Henchman's head.
Henchman cawed as cutely as they could, flapping their wings a bit. It's a tactic they've learned from their friends.
The person chuckled, "Well, aren't you a cute one?"
When Henchman felt their grip loosen, they tried to slowly climbed out, only to be grabbed by the hand that petted them.
"Nuh-uh. You're not going anywhere, little bird." They pouted, their voice turning to a whisper, "It just so happens that you swallowed a very important gem and I'm not about to let you go and fly off with the only missing piece of my collection."
Important gem? Missing piece? Collection? Henchman let out a quiet nervous caw as everything clicked. After all, they had just worked overtime yesterday doing endless amounts of paperwork because of a certain criminal stealing a national treasure. And that was Supervillain, the person holding them right now.
Henchman is screwed.

“Oh, and one more thing,” Right Hand said to the knew Henchman that followed along behind them.
“Yes?” They said eagerly.
“Don’t look into any mirrors at night.”
Henchman looked confused. “What? The mirrors?”
“Yes, the mirrors. Don’t look into any at night.” Right Hand wanted to finish the tour so they could get back to work.
“Why? Why should I not look into them?”
“Because,” Supervillain’s deep voice came suddenly, “you never know who will be looking back.” They grinned darkly as Henchman began to tremble. “You would do well to listen to Right Hand. They’ve survived the longest yet.” And Supervillain faded back into the darkness.

#26
"[Sidekick], my friend, you don't want to do this," the [Villain's henchman] says.
[Sidekick] looks over to [henchman]. They've been friends since they both started working with [Hero] and [Villain].
"What?" [Sidekick] asks. One of his hands is pointing at [Supervillain], sharp pieces of glass, and rock inches from their face. "They hurt [Hero]. They have to pay for what they did!"
"I know!" [Henchman] quickly yells as [Sidekick] begins to turn away. "But killing them isn't the way to go about this. At least not for you.
[Sidekick] blurts out a deflated laugh. Tears fill their eyes, and they begin to shake. [Henchman] catches a look from [Superhero], who earlier tried to stop [Sidekick] and failed. [Henchman] has never seen this power from [Sidekick]. It scared them.
"You're literally a criminal, and you're telling me when it's wrong to kill? [Sidekick] snaps. The rock and glass get closer to [Supervillain]'s face, slightly pricking them.
"Yes. Killing [Supervillain] gives them exactly what they want," [Henchman] counters.
"Killing them means ending their rain of terror!" [Sidekick] cries.
"You're wrong [Sidekick]. I've met more big bad villains than you," [Henchman] states. "Once a villain is killed by a hero, they know that they've driven that hero mad enough to completely forget their morals. That's when a villain knows they truly won. And that's when the hero loses control of themselves."
Sobs escape [Sidekick]'s mouth as they tremble. That sensitive, heroic side of [Sidekick] that [Henchman] has grown to love slowly comes back.
[Sidekick]'s knees buckle, and they fall to the ground. Before they fall face down in rubble, [Henchman] catches them and cradles them in their arms. The glass and rock fall back on the ground. [Supervillain] is too stunned to move.
As [Sidekick] cries, [Henchman] holds them, allowing them to let it all out.
"You are not a killer, [Sidekick]. You're too dorky and sweet for that," [Henchman] comforts, earning a small laugh from [Sidekick]. "Let's leave the idea of killing and revenge for when we're older. What do you say, dude?"
[Sidekick] nods, letting themselves relax in [Hechman]'s arms.

Hero & Villain Pair Ideas
*Just some pairing ideas for this damn thing cause I’ve been sucked into it by prompts and fics.*
Anti-Hero x Anti-Villain -
They make out on the first meeting, Hero could care less about Villain’s goals and encourages it.
Retired!Hero x Thief!Civilian -
Civilian currently being chased by the people they robbed, they bump into Hero and suddenly, Civilian has a sugar daddy.
Monster!Villain x Police!Civilian x Flirty!Henchman -
Henchman meets Civilian and instantly thought they were hot. Villain wanted to see why his lackey was, well, lacking. Chaos ensues.
Protective!Henchman x Theif!Civilian -
Both of them were trying to rob the same person, Civilian got it first, and the game of cat and mouse started.
Chaotic!Villain x Anti-Villain -
Wanting to achieve a world with no government, Anti-Villain goes to seek help from Villain, they agree, and now the city is covered in glitter.
Exasparated!Vigilante x Dramatic!Villain -
Villain thinks the fights they have with Vigilante are dates, and Vigilante doesn’t have the heart to tell them.
Flirty!Henchman x Perfect!Henchman -
Flirty makes it his daily routine to make Perfect blush and Perfect just wants to get his job over with and not get killed by the big boss.
Superhero x Police!Civilian -
Civilian helped Hero with capturing a robber, Hero falls in love and tries to win Civilians love, the problem is Civilian is too busy to realize that.
Teacher!Civilian x Barista!Civilian -
Just two Civilians somehow caught in the crossfire of the hero and villain society.
Protective!Henchman x Flirty!Henchman -
Protective fell in love with Flirty, not that they’ll admit it, and what’s the point of saying it if they already knew?
*Dunno, just wanted to share my ideas before my brain explodes, might think of more.*
