“You’ve been driving me fucking crazy,” his voice is low and husky as it rasps into your ear. His hands slide up and down your sides as he presses his body against yours, trapping you between himself and the sturdy wooden door.

He’s breathing heavy, almost panting into your ear and you can hear his heart beat racing. Heat climbs up your neck and your face flushes with warmth. Your cheeks feel hot and you can feel his hard-on straining in his slacks. Your senses are heightened, heart beating faster as want and desire pools inside of your body as your eyes meet those of the man you love.

Dazai’s pupils are blown out with lust as he looks down at you, his face flushed with want and his lips trail down your neck.

You practically whine when his tongue swipes up your pulse hotly and Dazai feels as though he has reached heaven when he hears your voice. And yet, nothing can compare to how his heart fluttered when he hears you utter your next words.

“Osamu, baby please take me,” you beg desperately as you grip onto his trench coat, tugging him impossibly closer. He breathes in sharply as soon as the words he’s been waiting to hear fall from your lips.

He pulls back with a lazy smirk on his face, eyes dark as he leans closer to your face. The next words he whispers into your ear makes your body shiver in anticipation.

“Darling, I will ruin you.”

NAKAHARA CHUUYA

Unlike Dazai, Chuuya prefers to do things a more traditional and romantic way

Your first time with Chuuya is beautiful

Rose petals spread onto the bed, sweet candles lit all around your bedroom. Fresh, soft sheets on the bed and the finest silk pillowcases.

Chuuya adores you, you are his baby, his angel, his everything. He will always go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and to make sure the mood is as sultry and romantic as possible.

Your first time with Chuuya wouldnt happen as soon as you tell him you’re ready

He’s a patient man and he asks for your patience too, to let him make something special so that your first time is something pleasurable and rememberable

Something fit for royalty

He whisks you away for the whole day before he decides to end your night tangled up in the sheets and each other

Chuuya gently nips at your collarbone and he sucks gently, enjoying every last gasp and moan that leaves your lips.

Your back hits the silk sheets gently as he lays your body against the bed, hovering over you. His gaze slides over your body in a way that makes you feel vulnerable. He smiles slightly as he lifts the back of your hand to his lips, pressing a sweet kiss to it as his eyes flit to yours. He leans down and his lips brush against your ear making your heart speed up and face rush with warmth.

“And I am going to guide you back to the heaven you descended from my love.”

Currently fucked up considering that the central point around which 79's agonies are built—yq's promise to come back when he was stronger and save sj—is a child's fantasy. Because even if he had come back? What could he do? Sj was considered qjl's property, it was legally within his rights to do whatever he wanted with him. He had money, now, but qjl would never have given up sj. Being a cultivator wouldn't have put yqy above the law, and exerting his newly-acquired strength to save sj by force would have only earned him a warrant.

Yue Qi becoming a cultivator wasnt some magical cure to everything. There would still be work and planning necessary in order to get him out of there without huge consequnces. And the thing is, I think sqq understands this. I think he understood this when he burnt down the qiu estate, perhaps even long before that. He probably considered plans for it—what to do once Yue Qi came back. But even when he understood, he waited, because the important partof their promise wasnt who precisely did the saving, it was that Yue Qi would come back for him, that Yue Qi cared about him, even if he found a better life for himself

Yue Qingyuan, i think, doesnt understand this at all. I think he really believes if he was just a little faster, if hed just gotten there sooner, if he hadnt been trapped in the caves, if he hadnt messed everything up, then he would have been able to show up in time to whisk sj away. The sentiment of the promise isnt so important to him—of course he loves sj, he always has put him first in all things, it goes without saying bc every single thing he does and says is an "i love you"—to him, the part of the promise that sat most heavily was the responsibilty. Its not enough to come back without strength, its not enough just to care—he had to save sj, and he failed.

Had sqq known he'd tried, he'd surely have viewed his failure as an inevitability, and it wouldnt have bothered him at all. To yqy, his failure is crushing. It is the basis around which every pathetic facet of his personality will be built for the rest of his life.

I will try to answer all your questions, me and @zeawesomeness were just throwing ideas around for SnapDonnie, so theres quite a bit to talk about!

What does he sound like:

I'd imaging real gurgly when he's like that, but he absolutely hates the sound of his voice, and the fact that most of what he says is muddled. So id say he mostly uses sign language to communicate. while he can still do that

How would he hide it from his brothers:

He would definitely try at the beginning! especially when it starts off as a small growth on his softshell, but eventually the consequences get too big and it gets revealed relatively quickly (at least compared to Open your Shell)

Are my commisions open:

uhhhh, not at the moment, but if there's enough interest in commissions for my art (which would be amazing) then i would be open to opening them!

Is this sensory hell for him?

Absolutely. especially now that flies are attracted to him. he hates it. his shell is consistently moving and it is hell.

My thoughts on him:

I live this creepy little dude. but now there is a little bit of trepidation with it. because now i want to turn this into a proper au and i need to stop doing this to myself.

he was infected with this venus fly trap-like curse (from what I havent figured out yet, either kraang or mystic)

it started as a growth in his shell, which then sprouted those flytraps (which he couldnt hide)

the energy needed for the transformations makes Donnie ravenous, and the more he eats, the faster he turns. this is the part where his family find out.

yes he was compelled into eating raw (kinda rancid) meat.

they find out that this infection will continue until Donnie is fully turned into a carnivorous plant.

at the end of the transformation, Donnies face would split open and the single flower would bloom.

Small teeth-like spines are growing down the middle of Donnies face.

Donnie has to balance, starving himself without rotting/wilting (bc yes he does that now), while not eating too much that the transformation continues at too fast a pace.

it doesnt help that sometimes he goes feral (and his face does the splitty open thing), and attacks and tries to eat anything in his path. including his family. Ah yes. Angst.

so they need to figure out how to help Donnie before they loose him forever.

metal gear solid mobile (nokia n-gage 2.0)

for anyone who doesnt want to go through what was a harrowing ordeal of setting up the fucking. nokia emulator.

this is a non-canon game set between mgs1 and mgs2, made specifically for the nokia n-gage gaming platform.

basically the game goes:

you are solid snake, infiltrating the base of a sketchy military organization that has gotten their hands on metal gear plans and is in the process of building one. otacon has a contact on the inside, someone who apparently works for the organization realizing their work is being used for destructive purposes and wants to stop it (sound familiar?).

so it starts pretty normal. but the game gets fucky from there.

you sneak through various parts of the base, avoiding or knocking out or killing guards as you go, and you have to access computer terminals to upgrade your security level. you receive a message from the inside contact, and she identifies herself as dr victoria reed, a nuclear scientist. she gives you her story about the metal gear project and her involvement in it. something about her story is suspicious, however, and otacon starts looking into her. (the player, not snake, is instantly aware of her damsel-in-distress act, and she flirts with snake and plays the "oh i'm so scared" card to get him to act on her behalf faster.)

you continue.

the scientist wants you to meet her in a specific part of the base, where she has... barricaded? herself? it's unclear if she's hiding from her coworkers or not. you eventually make it close to this area, but she calls you again and says she had to move because security in the area was increased.

you arrive in the room you were supposed to meet her. there is no security.

you continue exploring the base and try to get to the next area to meet her. meanwhile, otacon has been digging. there is no record of a victoria reed working for any known scientific organization that he can find. snake dismisses this as she is working on a black-ops project, and it's unlikely that her name would appear in any easily accessible database.

multiple times during your exploration you receive codec calls from an unnamed individual who gives you rather cryptic hints and advice on frequency 111.11.

you arrive in the next area the scientist told you to go. there is little of interest in the room, and there is no scientist.

the doors close, and you are locked inside. otacon messes with the security system and is able to disable most things. except for the doors to the room you are in. this is a conundrum.

you receive a call from a new individual, a man wearing a mask. he is identified as "the commander." he explains the situation to you as this: philanthropy was lured into this facility by dr reed so that you would disable the security and take out some of the guards so that the group the commander leads would be able to more easily sweep the place and take over. while you are trapped in this room, his group has been going floor by floor and killing every one of the guards they find. he also tells you that dr victoria reed is not real. that she is an ai construct designed to appeal to you and otacon, to lead you here.

he guarantees your safety, respecting the reputation of solid snake, as long as you stay in that room. he even sends a guard to "protect" you.

you escape the room by hiding under the furniture from the guard, who then opens the door to look for you.

after dealing with the guard, you leave, and following otacon's instructions you get to the last computer that will fully upgrade your security clearance. nearby is an observation computer where you can view various parts of the base you have entered. otacon shows you the metal gear hangar.

where there was supposed to only be a prototype metal gear is a nearly completed replica of metal gear REX, and you make it your mission to destroy it.

on the way through the base, a second time now, the pathways have been filled with explosives and gun cameras by the commander's soldiers. you avoid these and make your way down to the hangar for metal gear REX. there is a security mechanic where you have to be wearing the same color uniform as the people who have clearance for the area. the game has a camera where you can take pictures of either your real surroundings (with the console camera) or the in-game surroundings (where there are conveniently placed posters that have the right colors in the areas you need them). you traverse multiple of these color-coded areas, and at one point you need to take a picture of a dead body so you can take the color of the former guard's uniforms.

you eventually come to an area that appears to be a dead end, as all the doors except the one you came through are non-functional. however, there is a crack in a nearby wall and you are able to blow your way through with some explosives of your own. once inside this new area, the surroundings start to change.

at first, it looks like a drug trip. snake comments on this. you call otacon and he dismisses what you say about the surroundings, acting like everything is normal. the flashes of color happen again and you receive multiple strange calls from otacon, the commander, and victoria reed. these calls are very similar to those received by raiden inside arsenal gear from colonel campbell and rose. one even tells you to turn off your device.

you receive another call from 111.11. the voice informs you that you have been kidnapped, drugged, and placed into a simulation. he claims to be the real otacon, and he has been trying to hack in to get you out and to identify the people who have kidnapped you. so far he has been mostly unsuccessful due to the complexity of the simulation.

snake, of course, questions all of this, and asks otacon something only he would know: what did he do when they first met? and the otacon you have been speaking to is unable to answer. but the one calling over 111.11 knows. when they first met, he peed his pants after being found in a locker.

this convinces you to cut off the other otacon, and listen to this real one. he advises you to simply finish the simulation, since you are already near the end, as that would likely end it or at least create a window where otacon could hack in and shut it down. he warns you that if you die in the simulation, you will die in the real world as well.

you enter the metal gear hangar where you find the masked man. he tries to kill you with a minigun, but he is not very good with the weapon. it frequently overheats and jams, and this gives you a good opportunity to attack. during this fight, the surroundings often change colors and glitch out, losing textures or inverting or becoming skeletal models of themselves. it is unpleasant to look at.

once you defeat the masked man, the simulation halts and you are ejected. the final cutscene is snake awakening, staring into blurry bright lights while unknown voices talk over him. they say snake did not give them the information they needed, and would not be able to continue as a test subject. they say they will wipe snake's memory and release him.

they already have another test subject lined up: jack.

a lot of the above summary was written from memory so it may not be entirely in order or 100% accurate. the wiki is much less detailed so it didnt really help me put it in order LOL

even though the game was only a few hours long i did find it interesting. it could lead to a lot of new scenarios if someone decided to incorporate it into their timeline for fan material 🤔 the game heavily implies the people who have kidnapped snake are the patriots. it also puts full-body immersive simulation technology at a much earlier point in the timeline than it was previously shown: before 2007 vs 2018 where its shown in mgr, unless i missed something in the games between mgs2 and mgr.

while absolutely not canon and never brought up by any other game, i just thought it was neat :)

edit: before mgs2 DOES have VR simulations as raiden was trained on them, but we dont learn exactly HOW immersive they are. i dont know what they put him through... but if they put snake through this one i bet raiden's training was harrowing...

Okay I can't take it anymore

Here's an in depth analysis on Sonic and Knuckles, their relationship to the other, and the sun and moon design trope

Sonic

Sonic is, at his core, a free spirit. He is constantly looking for adventure, and jumping into action whenever he is needed. This often puts him into opposition against various bad guys, because the more he defeats them, the more that pop up and want to have a go at the impossible challange.

And like, take over the world, I guess. Typical villain stuff

It's also important to note that, in cannon, sonic is 15 years old. Being a hero at such a young age, I mean, wow that's gotta be some responsibility. Originally, speaking from origins, Sonic just started out using his speed to help little animals get out of traps. Then, just a kid, he encounters eggman and finds out he's behind such a terrible thing. He doesn't know what to do, obviously, because he's a literal child, but knows he can't let his animal friends be hurt like this.

He also knows that he's not like the other mobians, he's faster, more resilient, and that makes him the perfect candidate for the job. He takes down eggman's bigger bots, rescues flickies, and everything is good!

Until eggman retaliates. Because obviously the evil bad guy can't let anyone foil his plans! Anyway, this is a rough timeline of events as to how Sonic most probably got stuck being the hero. He helped some animals, and the threat got bigger, but he stuck with it because he realised he COULD do some good with his powers. Then the threats escalated, and now the entire world depends on him.

(Also, it's worth noting here that Sonic has the 'live in the moment' mentality. Obviously he does heroism because he CARES, like a lot, and he wants OTHER people to be able to enjoy their own 'live in the moment' mentalities because he's an optimist and wants the best for people. Obviously that's also one of the driving forces of his heroism, he's a surprisingly complex character ok it's hard to put it all into words all at once. But this also means that he tries to have fun with it, he DOES enjoy his adventures. Hes clearly a bit of a thrill seeker, he makes the most of a bad situation no matter how dire it is because not only is that a coping mechanism, but one of his personal life mottos. I also personally beleive that he knows how dangerous his line of work is, and that if he DOESNT live life to the most while he has it, he'll regret it in the event that he doesnt make it back one day)

Anyway

Along the way, he's stopped worrying about himself, because he's developed a hero complex. All the pressure put on his character makes him disregard his own safety for others, always making HUGE personal sacrifices for the 'greater good', and pushing his pain aside just so he can help. Sonic is still a child, and he's grown up around violence and heroism and now he has a duty to protect people. Because he can.

Because he's the ONLY one who can

People say so on multiple occasions. When it's, not entirely true? I mean, don't get me wrong, Sonic is a force to be reckoned with, and at some point that statement may have even been true! But its just,,,not, anymore??

When shadow first arrived he was established to have speed that matches sonics, at least to some extent, and a steely moral compass as a result of his past with Maria. He joins GUN in an attempt to make good on his promise (and probably some other government stuff, I mean being an experiment from 50 years ago gets you tangled up in some shit), and he can TELEPORT, as well as hone chaos energy in ways that Sonic can't even manage.

Well, we've never seen him manage, at least.

Here's a quick list of all of Shadows abilities:

Super speed

Immortality

Increased stamina

Spindash

Ability to use firearms

Chaos control (teleportation)

Chaos control (ability to slow or stop time, apparently?)

Now, here's a lost of Sonics abilities:

Hand to hand combat skills

Both hedgehogs have an impressive arsenal of abilities under their belt, for sure. But even with Sonics collection of skills, some of them are just that. Skills

For Shadow, Chaos energy runs through his veins so extremely that he needs to wear POWER CANCELLING cuffs. He was designed, built, for such power. Take note of how Sonics list includes more generalised and LEARNABLE skills, while Shadows includes more actual 'powers', so to speak

So. Is sonic the ONLY one capable of saving the world? NO! in fact, Shadow has helped do just that on multiple occasions. I'm not saying one is more powerful than the other, or better suited to the role, but Sonic is under the impression that he's alone in this when he's not

Shadow may not have sonics optimism, or social superiority, but he's a GOOD hedgehog, and they both possess amazing abilities that they choose to use for good. Sonics often telling people that they don't have to fight alone, but often takes the leap and does JUST THAT When he deems a situation too dangerous for anyone to risk their lives for

Once, he was the only mobian with powers strong enough to face great evils. Even with the help of Tails and Amy, they were both still kids, younger than himself, who were normal all things considered. Yes, Tails could fly, and yes, Amy could haul a hammer twice her size, but they were still not as strong as him. So, they couldn't be risked. Underneath it all, despite their help, he was always stronger, always the most fit for life threatening missions, and he would take it all in stride

And then there was Knuckles, and then Shadow, and then Silver and Blaze somewhere down the line. All superpowered beings to some extent, having chaos energy (or sol energy) running through them at such a rate that they could ACTUALLY compare to Sonic.

Once, he was the ONLY person strong enough to take on the threats alone. But now? There are others, strong and diffrent like him, who could equally take on the fight with or without his help.

And yes, as they grow and get stronger, the threats DO tend to get more dangerous, but that's why they're all there together. Obviously the threat level will increase, and they will always find away to defeat it per the age rating on the game being allowable for the delicate emotions of optimistic children (and me) that our hero's can concour ANYTHING. But still, they have so many allies that that almost doesn't matter

My point being; he does not need to take on all this pressure by himself.

A lot of the time, at least with major threats such as the metal virus or neo metal sonic (shout out to IDW comics for consuming my brain and producing the most gut wrenching storyline to ever exist in the sonic universe) he's almost FORCED to accept help? I'm not saying he wouldn't have already, but he had a bit of a tendancy to be like 'hey, I got this' *finger guns* when he does not in fact got this. And sure maybe he does eventyally and all that, but you have to admit a LOT of the threats he takes on are like ridiculous to the point you have to brace yourself when he goes into battle. Likes we know sonic is strong but Jesus, that little man takes on some POWERFUL enemies

(Quick case and point: metal virus, being captured on the death egg in forces, being KILLED BY MEPHILES!!! Clearly he isn't indestructible, sometimes he bites off more than he can chew alone)

Ok back on topic now.

The MAIN reason why people look to him as 'the only one who can help them' is because of reputation and carisma. You know why Shadow was disposed of so quickly during the metal virus arc? Because he would have been a GREAT help, and the two of them working together would have toppled the virus MUCH quicker

(And bc they reversed his goddamn character arc AGAIN bc nobody can get it right apparently)

Anyway, because Sonic has gone his entire life with his mentality, people have looked up to him on some kind of pedestal. This just deepens the cycle of it all, making him hold himself accountable, or bare too much burden, and the confident facade is just the icing on the cake.

Because people look up to him, as a hero, a role model, and as a GOOD, and FRIENDLY person. They see him, caring and kind and never giving up, and rely on him. In contrast, Shadow keeps to a distance and is mostly cold to civilians, with the exception of Cream and possibly Vanilla and the Chaotix (Although wether the chaotix should be considered civilians is up for debate). This means that less people call to HIM, when they're in danger. He's under less pressure, people don't put him under a spotlight, but they DO with sonic

To an extent, he sort of has to be. He's kind and caring cause that's who he is. He runs because he wants to, and he saves people because he wants to as well. Obviously there's pressure there, but he got into it in the first place because he wanted to do good. And doing a good thing makes him...Happy. content. Proud, even

Hes free like the wind, is what they say, and he IS. He doesn't WANT to quit being a hero, but I'd imagine sometimes he thinks about it. It's a stressful life, every eye on you when something goes wrong, waiting for you to fix it. And sometimes he doesn't have the answers, and that's okay

But some people won't see it that way, see him as a failure. And that's the true bitterness of being worshipped

So yes, while he's sort of trapped in his role, I wouldn't say he wanted to let go of it anyway. He knows someone has to do it, which is a daunting feeling because he also knows that person has to be HIM- but, he enjoys saving people, so it's not all bad

Knuckles

Knuckles the echidna, the last of his tribe, stuck on a floating island in complete isolation.

Well, there's a lot to say about him, I'll admit. So, let's just start small

First of all, Knuckles' isolation has left him slightly naive, which was the original reason that he fell for eggmans lies. This is, of course, because he's been alone for SO long, that he hadn't a clue as to the social clues of a lie. That, and his ONE presumed purpose in life was to look after the master emerald, in which he would do anything to protect

So, a mixture of passion, protectiveness, rage, and naivety, were what lead to the events of Sonic 3 and Knuckles.

The absolute isolation and lack of alterior purpose leave knuckles struggling a lot. He has other ambitions and goals, obviously, he LOVES exploring, and he can read many ancient dialecs which come from his architect passion. The one thing keeping him confined to his island is the emerald

And the implications that follow. See, he's the last of his kind. And, because of that, he has NOBODY who can understand the EXACT and finite details of his situation on an emotional level. He can ask nobody for guidance, instead fumbling blindly under the belief that 'this is what they would have wanted', without actually being able to ASK

Knuckles protects the master emerald because he thinks it's what he's supposed to do. And, It is obviously, but he's so focused on not disappointing his fallen tribe that he disregards his own wellbeing a lot for it

He stays at the shrine 24/7, only leaving when the fate of, quite literally, the ENTIRE WORLD is at stake. He's on his island, alone. Speaking realistically, no one person should be assigned that task. Within the tribe before their passing, many would have protected the emerald, and in healthy shifts

Except, Knuckles doesn't have that choice. So he's cemented to his fate, but he does WANT to do other things. In fact, his time on the island has probably INCREASED the hunger for exploration and adventure

So, let's think forces for a second.

Knuckles was the captain of almost an entire ARMY, he lead them, and took on the pressure of responsibility, and that's something quite interesting. See, you'd assume that his time on the island would null his skills with others in that regard, but he has a striking skill when it comes to organisational battle plans.

Hes the same in the metal virus arc

Knuckles is often taking up big, important positions despite his initial lack of social grace. And, deep down, I think this is connected to his tribe.

See, he has this task that he's been confined to, with no guidance at all. He thrives off of the assumption of his tribe, and does his job with steely focus. When he takes up that position as a leader, he takes up the responsibility that weighs similarly to the responsibility of taking care of the master emerald

(Here, he's also able to give OTHER people the guidance he so needed in his times of struggle. By being that someone that can be trusted, and looked to for answers, I feel like it almost quenches some of his deep rooted abandonment issues)

In both scenarios, people are expecting him to protect something, and lead. Be strong, responsible, and altogether a beacon of hope. The key difference is that, this time, he has reassurance. He can see his efforts paying off, he can see his plans play live infront of his eyes, and he saves people. Directly, not just through avoidance, but ACTIVELY protects people

But it's a lot

Even for Knuckles, it's a LOT. because when you're guarding something with expectations of people who aren't there, there's no disappointment. There's only assumedly so, (which im pretty sure hes prone to exagerating because he holds his old tribe up on the same sort of pedistal that most hold sonic. In the sort of heavenly devinity that makes the 'they can do no wrong' thing really prominant, but also he knows about traditions and rules and probaly assumes that they would be SUPER strict, so he holds himself in extremely high expectation as if to please a god) and there isn't death. There isn't pressure that grows as tides change, as people leave and get presumed dead, as lives under his watch aren't at risk. War is an ever changing responsibility, where REAL lives that you can actually comprehend because they're right in front of you, are at stake

I imagine he originally took up the role because watching the master emerald is similar. He protects mobian and human lives alike by doing so, if he watches the emerald and stops it from being stolen, he protects people. And if he watches over this army of people and steers them in the right way, he protects people

Also, it's clear from frontiers that Knuckles is actually really interested in strategy and ancient combat and the like. So it's also possible it's a part of his architect and exploratory interest in diffrent historical events peeking through

When Sonic was taken to the death egg, people assumed he was dead. Sonic was, by all means, a beacon of hope. He provided determination, and gave everybody the idea that, eventually, they would get out of the tough spot

So, when he 'died', Knuckles was left with that job. He had to keep moral high, and hope imminent.

But he's not that good at it. He preaches glory, victory, an end to the war, but people lose hope anyway because Sonic is held in such high regard that people can't seem to beleive that he was bested. And if sonic was bested, then, well...what's the use in trying? NOBODY could match his skill, and he's dead now. So hope is gone and what's the point?

So, it's a tough spot for him. He's lost a friend, everybody is depressed, he doesn't know the first thing about sonics impression of hope, and he's stuck playing leader to a war he himself is giving up on

Don't get him wrong, he wants to WIN. wants to avenge those who killed his friend, and face glory and peace once again. But he just...can't. The pressure is piling up, and while he gradually builds up others confidence, he sees EVERYTHING. He sees the lies put in place of hope, and he doesn't know what to do

Sonic was the one who introduced him to the concept of anything and everything outside of his island, taught him hope and friendship, and now he's dead.

Anyway, while knuckles is a good leader, he's not mentally adjusted for all of its tribulations. As is common for leaders during GENUINE warfare, but I digress

Knuckles and Sonic are simular in the way that they both take on so much pressure. They both have tasks that they 'NEED to do' because they're the ONLY ones fit for the task. In knuckles' case it's much more literal, but LIKE sonics case, it just isn't like that anymore

Having friends now makes looking after the emerald easier than ever. He may not have his tribe, but he's sort of...built a new one, out of the friends he's made. He doesn't have to be there ALONE. People would help, hell, they could take a note out of Sonic underground's book and hand Knuckles a bunch of island defense systems. We all know tails would be more than up for the job

Still, he takes on this responsibility because he assumes its expected of him. And, maybe it WAS

But he's his own person, and he deserves his own life. He has a connection with chaos energy that makes him perfect as the protector, but thats not all he is. And he knows it.

Also, I want to bring back the hidden magic cave for the master emerald to live in. It would be so much harder to steal if it wasn't just sitting at an open air alter on the top of a floating island like a BEACON. Sonic 3 and Knuckles had that hiding spot on POINT, imagine how much safer the emerald would be, and how much more FREEDOM knuckles would have, if tails just upgraded that bad boy a little bit

It's a fixable problem, guys. I know sega wants to have an open plot point at ALL times, so they make the master emerald easier to steal, but Jesus man, you gotta give my guy a break. Why introduce an entire hidden space, perfect for the containment and protection of the master emerald, and then NOT put it there??? DUDE

(That's also probably another reason for the game not being considered cannon. Ik another reason is hyper sonic, obviously, but both concepts kick ass and I want them back. Petition to make sonic 3 and knuckles cannon)

Sonic and Knuckles

Okay, I know I touched up on their relationship a bit in the Knuckles' rundown, but there's a lot more to say. Also, I'm aware that the Knuckles section was disappointingly short, his character has a LOT going on, but there's not a lot to actually say since a lot of it is pretty obvious. Most of Knuckles' interesting attributes actually come out when prompted by others, due to his isolation, which is where Sonic comes in

Sonic and Tails were the second people he met in his LIFE. and he has a good relationship with Tails that I may talk on at a later date, but his relationship with Sonic is genuinely really interesting

See, Sonic was a literall PROPHECY. He was engraved into the rocks on the island, and he was most likely studied and theorised about in his time on the island.

For knuckles, with nothing to do but wait, I have no doubt that he read those texts RELENTLESSLY. so he knows of this hedgehog, prophecised to protect the world from threat, and then he meets a hedgehog. Obviously he's been tricked, but the dots don't connect until they're on the same side, because he's so disconnected from things outside his island, that he can't actually comprehend at first that THIS, right here, infront of his very eyes, is an actual PROPHECY. I bet he wasn't expecting to live at the same time as him, maybe he assumed it'd already happened, or would soon happen long after his own life. Its just not every day you befriend a prophecy okay, I Don't blame the poor guy

(Also, sidebar. How does he know how to read? To talk??? Ik echidna come from eggs so him being born there, fine, I can accept. But HOW is he possibly able to comprehend writings not only in ancient texts, but the more modern language as well??? Was it the master emerald? Does it talk to him? Did it TEACH knuckles how to fucking read? Talk??)

And in a way, that gives Knuckles a link back to his tribe. And that link, of all things, is SONIC

Because somehow, his tribe has prophecised his existence, and the good he'd bring with him. They had deemed this mobian so important that they carved his image into rock. Surely, he must have been a common topic

Would they be proud of knuckles for being the one to greet him? Or would they shrivel up in disappointment at their first interactions?

Sonic and Knuckles have an interesting character dynamic, because they're both simular, while also being drastically opposite from one another

They both uphold ridiculous responsibility. Sonic is the protector of the people, there to fight off any threats and keep them safe. Knuckles is the protector of the master emerald, a more behind the scenes method of protection, as if it was left in the wrong hands, people would surely die. More than that, they're both hero's to the public

They also both adore adventure and exploration

Knuckles is a solitary creature, moreso by habit than by introvertedness, and his passions in traveling are often squandered by his job

Sonic is an outgoing creature, always social and optimistic. This is partially his extrovertedness, and partially his general likeness. While I wouldn't say sonic is an introvert either, maybe saying he's an extrovert Is also not necessarily true. In sonic x especially, he's shown to very much enjoy his time alone, although fluctuates that mantra when in the company of those he trusts

Anyway, Sonic is free flowing, able to do whatever he wants really. And knuckles is the opposite. While they both strive for simular things, their actual actions are very diffrent

Sonic is also optimistic, outgoing, energetic, and generally quite relaxed. Knuckles on the other hand, is reclusive, cold, calculating and fierce. He often refuses to 'relax', taking his position as guardian VERY seriously

Their personalities mesh surprisingly well, considering all of this

When Knuckles was introduced to society via flying fox and prophecy 'god', that cemented the end of an era for him. Obviously he knew there was things outside of his island, but things like technology, and all the things that existed outside that he'd never even heard of, often turns a guys perspective upside down.

So Sonic and Tails introduced society, and friendship. Sonic is stubborn, not one to give up on things he's pursuing, and his friendship with Knuckles is no different. Because Knuckles is so used to isolation, he struggles to accept the drastic change that his life Is undergoing, and part of that change is the inclusion of people

So he acts cold on purpose a lot to deter people, as a protection for himself, and the master emerald. Cause, if someone gets close to him, he may let his guard down and then the emerald would be at risk. He's afraid of forming any type of relationships at first because he's never had to forge one before, and he doesn't know how to feel about it all

Luckily for him, Sonic is stubborn. He sees someone lonely, and able to kick his ass, and thinks 'yeah, we are actually going to be best friends I think'

Anyway because of Sonics stubbornness, and consistency, Knuckles and him are friends. I imagine that Sonic visits him, as well as their other friends, but Sonic specifically doesn't seem the type to just LET knuckles be alone on an island

Plus the tornado IS his plane, he could fly it up if he really wanted to

Anyway throughout the years, Knuckles and Sonic have a healthy respect for one another. They were rivals once, and then friends, but they aren't afraid to challange eachother because they're truly equals

So Sonic and Knuckles are friends. Cool, great. HOW does this relate to the sun and moon dynamic further than their original opposites?

So for some context, for those of you who are unaware, Sonic and knuckles designs are representing the Sun and moon by CANNON DESIGN CHOICES. Sonics tummy fur is meant to represent the sun, and obviously, Knuckles sidewards crescent moon is meant to represent, well, the MOON

The way that the sun and moon dynamic works is like this:

Anyway, at the start, Knuckles and Sonic are at odds. They're complete opposites at a first glance. And then they're given the chance to be better, be friends, and suddenly their dynamic is just the best thing in the world ever oh god its SO PURE AND SLAY?!?!

The sun's characteristics are as follows

Impulsive

Energetic

Strong willed

THESE ARE THEIR TRAITS!!!

Knuckles is often the one to have a level head. Yes he is shown to have bursts of anger, or lapses in judgement, but it's driven by his passion (And his emotional stunted upbringing). People often turn to him in times of need within their friendship group because he's well known to be wise, at least about chaos energy (which is most often what they need to know about anyway, hoorah for world centric magic types). He's blunt because of his lack of social awareness mostly. And while he's getting better, he's still pretty straightforward. He doesn't seem to care about sugar coating things for people, with the more 'this is how it is, undiluted, face the world and its problems' vibe

And Sonic. He's impulsive because he wants to live while he still can, he's energetic because speed literally RUNS THROUGH HIS VEINS like a vice, unstoppable and unrealistic. He's strong willed and determined, never backing down, STUBBORN in a way that Knuckles can almost match. Knuckles has been proven to share that drive, its one of their common grounds, but he also knows when to quit. That's their separation, because Sonic doesn't take no for an answer when lives are at stake. He's intense, all encompassing. His presence is almost distracting. Not only because of his social status but just because of his general vibe, sunny and bold

I like to bring actual science into this because it makes the metaphor even better IMO, so let me set the scene

Knuckles is the moon, because he is distant. He likes to keep to himself, and he is steadfast. He is strong, steady, and confident. He has an important purpose that he takes very seriously, and has lived his life in gentle solitude in tune with the nature away from him. He has spent a lot of his life floating, separated from people and their kinship

Enter: Sonic T. Hedgehog. He's intense in a way that is so noticeable that knuckles CANNOT ignore. Its a passion that he respects, and eventually, he finds himself closer than ever to him. You'd think being so close to the sun would get you burned, and it's maybe that apprehension that keeps him at a steady distance even still. Even when his light seems to bring out all of the best parts of him

Just like the moon only lights up the night sky because of the suns grace, Knuckles is only able to let himself flourish because Sonic had brought all of the best parts about him to light. It's cheesy, sure, but it's something he cherishes because he feels more like himself than he ever has in his solitude

There's still this fear, at arms length, because Sonic is so good. If he's a sun he is worshipped. He is looked up to and loved, people bathe in his light and leave gifts at his alter. He is so far away, it's insane

But maybe he doesn't notice, that people worship the moon too. And the sun is the biggest supporter. He shines so that people appreciate him, see all that he does. And people regard them together, because its the sun and the moon. They both float so far away from everyone else, only close enough to eachother by sheer magnitude. They're imposing and intense, and nobody else can even get close. And no matter how many people worship the sun, there is only one who may get close enough to FEEL his heat

And that is the moon

Aw, it's 3am here too and I'm awake too, but I rarely go to bed before 4am so that's normal!

But since you want a question, let's ask one that is related to sleep (or lack of it)... For the Stray ROs in Birds of a Rose, what would their reaction be if the MC has horrible nightmares (like if they whine and cry when sleeping - sometimes wake up screaming)? Especially if judging by the mumbles while sleeping, it seems their nightmares revolve around feeling trapped and wanting freedom and to get away and stuff?

PS: also, will it actually be an option in game, later down the line?

I do hope you dont need to get up early!

For your question: it will happen, although not as drastic! So far I plan to code that in if Wing MC is "contradicting" i.e. being doubtful of the cult but also choosing to go after higher ranks!

While he doesnt understand your muttering what he does understand is you waking up screaming, hands going to your neck... what else yould one look for at such a place but chains? Chains that hold ones mind and that still hold his even though he thought he had broken his a long time ago... he turns around and blinks away the tears that burn in his eyes.

In a different life he can imagine himself standing up to comfort you, crack a stupid joke, pat your shoulder and watch as you slowly calm down. But all he can do is listening to your breath slowly going back to normal on your own.

Droznik Juschka

He feels your nightmare and it comes like second nature to him to be by your side, calmly chatting about whatever comes to his mind, a hand reassuringly on your shoulder. He knows what your mutterings mean and he wishes he could give you what you are so desperatly wishing for. Once you wake up he pulls you close to him, hugging you hard enough that you feel it but not strong enough that you feel trapped.

"Do you want to go outside and look at the stars?" he whispers while stroking your back.

"But it's more than just pretty! I'm confident that you'll think it tastes amazing, too!" He said as you nodded with a smile, knowing he cooks very well in your opinion.

"Anyways, eat as much as you want, you should. Hold back, you should not. ... Let me feed it to you!" He said the last part a little sheepishly while you could feel your heart beating even faster and your face going a little more red at the gesture.

"So, what do you want to eat first? Should we start with the Japanese Omelet?" He asked as you shrugged.

"Here you go. Open wide..." He said bringing the food to your mouth as you took a bite and instantly loved it.

"Intimacy up!" You said after you gulping down the food which instantly made him smile.

"Was it good? It was, wasn't it! Alright, next you should try the fried shrimp! Cast a magic love charm on it, I will!" He said before continuing.

"I'll do it just for you, MC, because you're special! Abracadabra! make my lady MC's meal super scrumptious! With an extra dose of love!" He said making you giggle.

But it faltered when you came to the realization that he wasn't aware that you had a crush on him and thought he was just being kind and romantic cause he wanted to win the game which made you sad deep down.

"Hello? Devildom to Normie? Are you listening?" You snapped out of your daydream as you heard a heard the familiar voice of Levi and the fact that his hand was waving in front of you.

"H-Huh? Sorry what were you saying?" You stuttered out.

Levi looked at you. He wasn't annoyed that you weren't paying attention. He was concerned since you have been distracted the entire day and have been barely paying attention to anyone or anything. He sighed and sat down beside you on his couch.

"Is there something bothering you?" He asked, looking at you.

"W-What makes you ask that?" You responded looking down as he sighed once more.

"You seemed distracted the entire day. You were very quiet during breakfast today and you barely paid attention to anyone which includes me as well and you'd always look like you're thinking of something deeply." he pointed out as you mentally cursed for making it too obvious for them to figure out.

"So can you please tell me what's bothering you. If it's something personal I'll understand but it seems to be taking your mind a lot and I just want to help. I promise I won't tell anyone else." He said, putting his hand up, swearing he won't.

You looked at him before looking at your lap. You wanted to tell him but that would just mean confessing your feelings to him but you weren't sure if he felt the same as you.

But you didn't want to worry anyone so you decided to just give in and get it over with and pray he likes you back but if he doesn't then at least she got everything out of her chest.

"Okay... I'll tell you." You said, giving in as he smiled a little. You took a deep breath and started talking.

"It isn't exactly something which has been bothering me. It's just that when me, you, Mammon, Lucifer and Satan were trapped in that dating sim and in order for us to get out, you guys had to up your games to win my heart everything?" I asked as he nodded.

"D-Did I do something wrong?" He asked, faltering a little as I shook my head.

"No it's just that... You acted really kind and romantic towards me and I couldn't help but wonder that... Did you mean you meant all of it outside the game?" You asked, covering your face in embarrassment.

The room became silent after you said all that. That's when you heard shuffling beside you as you felt his hands remove yours from your face as he cups both of your cheeks and makes you look at him.

Blush dusted your cheeks as he looked at you. You weren't sure what to do or say since you were a little stunned and couldn't think straight. But the silence didn't last long until he spoke.

"Do you want me to mean it?" He asked, your eyes widening in shock at the words that just came out of his mouth.

Your face heated up even more at his words. You didn't know where that confidence even came from but you weren't complaining. You sheepishly nodded.

"I'm glad." He said as he leaned down and kissed you directly on the lips.

This made you flinch in surprise but you relaxed and kissed him back. After a few seconds, both of you pulled away. You were blushing mad that he kissed you while Levi couldn't believe he had the courage to do that.

Before he could say something, you hugged him and buried you face in his chest as you mumbled a 'I love you' making him blush at the words he thought he might not hear anytime soon.

Nonetheless, he wrapped his arms around you and rested his chin on the top of your head, still blushing as he mustered up the courage on what he was going to say earlier.

"I-I l-love you too, Normie."

OKAY I COULD WRITE A CLASSIC BETH LORE ESSAY ABOUT THIS BUT IM TIRED AND I KINDA WANNA GO TO BED SO THE FINALE GETS HERE FASTER

but my FINAL general theory on how this season is going to end is this:

-75% sure we'll get a history lesson tommorow. ryan will either be present and restrained (via ropes or magic) or ryan will be "busy" and someone will be stepping in as him. likely steven, probably not shane (though it would be really funny since he's said he doesnt want to be a guest)

- the substitute fights ryan and gets close to skinning him but is interrupted

- professor is hunkering down with his family trying to comfort them. the puppet meteor and/or the dino family sing a song. the professors time traveling bag *that he lost when he got eaten by his mom* is used to jump to current day

-the professor saves ryan from the substitute

-contrasts nicely to s4 finale "awe they hated eachother so much last time and now they kinda dont hate eachother"

-slightly sentimental moment of forgiveness until a punchline joke "wait did you get bigger?" "THATS your takeaway??" exc

-there is going to be a cliff hanger. ive been brainstorming all day and keep coming up blank with anything that has any evidence thats available to us right now. (sorry! im blaming my finals lmao). my gut is saying its might include

-will the professor return to teaching?

-will the professor forgive ryan?

- a secret threat teased that will interupt a "happy ending" (genie, the substitute isnt finished, someone else, exc)

-something related to the trapped puppet souls. how do we get them back? will there ever be a puppet guest again?

Im curious about who programed the hologram and what their plans are, so im leaning towards a big bad reveal, but thats just cus im curious!

i feel like im missing something here, so lemme know if theres a big question that i missed!! my brain is slow rn (or maybe because my brain is tired it can pick up on something big we missed this season ooOOOOooooOOOOOoooo)

anyways! didnt mean to write an essay but oh well! sometimes just writing these gives me more ideas on what could happen.

as always, excited to see what will happen! its gonna be crazy good and ill either be jumping in excitement or laying on the floor at the end of this.

Whenever Percy fails something it is always so funny because he has the coolest thing in mind and when it doesnt work its just like when music abruptly stops playing in the middle of the scene for comedic effect. Once on the ship, swingin in the air on the rope he wants to shoot a guy from above AND at the same time shoot through a part of the rope so he could swing down onto the deck in the coolest way afterwards. Instead he shoots, lets go of the rope and unceremoniusly faceplants onto the wooden planks. Hilarious, you can just feel the frustration and hear the creaking ego. Other time he tries to roll around a devilish entity to trap it in the room by shutting a door in its face. The thing is faster so Percy goes for the roll and just gets kicked in the face instead and proceeds to try to attack its ankles from the ground as it escapes the room. Peak chihuahua moment. I love him so much

tanjiro just disappointed cause kyo keep sacrificing himself

tbh this Au was created cause i just wanna design kyo and tan as demon but ofc i have to make story behind it. so at the end of mugen battle instead of kyo becoming a donut, douma came to ofc annoy akaza and kidnap them. akaza told him to just take kyo since he's the one worth to be a demon but douma insist to take tanjiro as well as bargaining chip (also hey its the kid with hanafuda ring). but ofc these two rather die than become a demon so douma start torturing them.. well just kyo really and douma forced tanjiro to watch (kinda like the akaza battle lol)

douma keep doing this but these two are very hard to break. i havent thought much but reason why tanjiro didnt get tortured physically was cause douma just waiting the right time. and finally comes the time(?) where kyo's torture becoming worst and tanjiro just cant stand it so he reach out but got injured heavily by douma. mind you this whole time they only have each other for comfort so they sort of become way too dependent. so kyo kinda breaks cause whats he gonna do without him, he's been the one that keep his hope up to get rescued or escape together. so douma being the demon he is manipulates kyo for them to be a demon that way tan's life can be saved but at a price. Since kyo is heavily distressed he doesnt really think through and just accept it.

thus the beginning of these two as a demon.. i also like the idea that muzan made them as a lower moon cause why not its a hashira turned demon (and ofc from the disbanding of lower moons that keep failing him maybe this time they wont). also from what i remember from nezuko's flashback muzan tried to turn the kamados into a demon in hopes that they can conquer the sun but failed.. so maybe this time with tanjiro as demon he can finally get it. so he made kyo as the "guard dog" for tanjiro cause he doesn't want the only cure to conquer the sun gets killed. and id think that since kyo is already on par with akaza as a human, him becoming a demon would make him at least a bit more stronger and faster ya know so he checks out.

the way to kill them would be like the upper 6 siblings. but my idea is tanjiro is trapped in a pocket dimension (maybe in a hidden room at the infinity fortress idk) he only comes out when kyo got super "injured". but that rarely happens... lets just say muzan (me) made it this way to ensure the safety of his sun antidote. tho kyo can still visit tanjiro whenever he wants, he just travel alone if sent to do demon business. my initial idea was to kill them u just have to slash tanjiro so its like a challenge for kyo to keep tanjiro unharmed but idk i cant think much of this one and is kinda meh

also for their fighting style.. kyo still uses his breathing style but this time they can cause actual flame instead of visualizing it. the flame is part of his blood demon art.. tanjiro's power is similar to nezuko's but the opposite. he can ignites flames with his blood but it would only heals demons and harms humans. tho the nature of their relationship is pretty twisted and heavily codependent toward each other.. i really want it to be somewhat tragic lol

damn it become this long.. i wrote this just so i at least have an archive of this somewhere online so maybe one day id make something out of this idea.. if u actually read this thank you lol

hi hi i hope this is okay </3 ive never sent an ask in to you before, firsts always make me nervous.

Ive been fiddling around with the idea of Saeyoung with an MC who had a similar childhood to him and was wondering what your thoughts were!! By similar, I mean.. very similar. Younger siblings, shitty/abusive parents, running away as a teenager to try and find a way to get their sibling(s) away from their mother, ultimately doesnt get very far (only gets further isolated from siblings due to outside causes).

i hope this isnt like. too specific or outside your comfort zone lolol ive mostly been thinking of it bc i also grew up in a similar environment and recently got super into mysme again and was curious to see one of my favorite people in the community’s thoughts and opinions lolol

Well, first and foremost, your MC is meant to be who you want them to be. You can give your character any background you want to give them because you're the one cultivating the story. If you feel a strong sense of comfort by having your MC share your background to bring you peace and compassion, then you have every right to do that.

The sweetest MCs often share facets of our personalities, after all. I put a little touch of myself into my all my CMCs and it helps me flesh them out to be more human, and in some cases, it helps me learn the best way to confront whatever I shared with that character!

So, Saeyoung with an MC who fully knows what it feels like to be in a situation where you're trapped and you can only pray every night that someday, you'll find a way out.

It gives you a unique position to sit next to him and empathize with what he's going through. Even if your situations aren't the exact same, you still understand what's happened to him and that means when you speak to him from the heart about your experiences, he'll know where you're coming from and he'll be able to open up to you a little bit faster than he would with someone who grew up in an environment that wasn't anything like what he went through. It's not to say that you'll have a better chance at talking to him because he can be a tough nut to crack, it's just that your words will resonate in a way that he can't deny.

He doesn't like the idea that somebody he cares about has gone through anything difficult and awful in their life, and it might be a bit tough to share your history with him because that might make him want to have you leave him even more. He wouldn't want to make your life more difficult than it already has been, so that'll be an interesting conversation to have with him about what you feel, what you can handle, and how you wanting to be with him isn't a burden.

You could take this a long way by really flushing out a healthy conversation with him about why he tries to minimize what he suffered for the sake of maximizing what somebody else went through. He's the kind of person who beats himself up because “it wasn't that bad for him, it was much worse for his brother.” You have the unique position to hold his hand and let him know that he suffered, too, and it's okay to talk about it.

If this is a comfort scenario for you, you can take this anywhere, my friend.

Some helluva boss talk because why not, fandom is active i kinda want to be active too (i think it was a mistake getting in it, but well...)

So what i find is kinda interesting is the fact that i saw quite a few people saying about messed up world buliding, flat characters and bad pacing. I am not a writer so obviously my observations are just personal thoughts.

So first, world building. I like that helluva boss doesnt tell but slowly shows more and more hell in bigger or smaller details. Like for example giving some ideas about Lu Lu World by showing its rip off. Some off hand commenst about hells rings (by Blitzo to Verosica "[...] the nearest ocean is THREE RINGS DOWN!". Moxx singing about Beelzebub and using pronouns "her". I like this because its kinda like solving mystery, you have to watch carefully for clues to get the whole picture. I see why some people may not like it, but personally i think its good to watch somethig and actually think about it. But as much as i enjoy it, its hard to hide that some things could have been showed and yet they werent. For example how to kill different kind of demons? Is death permament or do they somehow reincarnate as some fans like to think? I wouldnt mind it being unanswered if it wasnt kinda essential at this point. Like from 1ep we know imps are immune to fire (at least the normal one, maybe there is hellish painfull version), but a gun can kill them just fine. So we can assume that they are not hard to kill, and most ways will do. But what about regeneration? Is this human like or faster? Knowing this may change the stakes in high action scenes like in ep 6. Stolas may look kinda simplier, because it was said that angelic weapons can kill demon royalty, but if we take a look at his instagram account he can apparently get hurt by bear traps. So maybe he can get hurt by other methods but not killed? Does he feel pain? Probably, if his apparent masochistic or at least sub tendencies can mean anything. Or maybe its just cause instagram posts arent exactly canon? Dont know, but kinda would like to know.

Flat characters. This is kinda interesting because its different for each of them. For me the flattest one would be... Millie. Which is a shame cause she is litteraly in a main cast. Its hard to say anything about her except great assasin, country girl, Moxxies sweatheart. And that would be litteraly all. If she was a backround character it wouldnt be a problem, but the fact that she didnt even get one episode is sad (i dont count 5ep, because it was more about Moxxie, Blitz and Striker than her).

After her would be both Loona and Stella. I dont know... I think there is a big potential with Loona with her being adopted at seventeen, there could be so much thing that happened before that. Her relationship with Blitz also looks interesting so i kinda hope it will be a topic sometime in season 2. Unfortunately now she is just an angry wolf with maybe daddy issues, that wants badly be independent but it doesnt work mostly because of her overprotective impish dad. So she detaches herself from him by ignoring his affections and keeping a distance from other coworkers. Not much but still longer description than Millies.

Stella is... well she is an angry bitch that i personally find very entertaining. She clearly doesnt care about Stolas and probably isnt very motherly towards Octavia. Her biggest worry is social reputation and i am guessing her self-esteem. Its a mere theory but i think that she is lower in hierarchy than Stolas and so she tried to make herself feel more... dominant lets say, by taking him a few pegs down. Maybe because of her brother making her feel lesser than him all the time. Obviously it wasnt said in the show, so for now she just has to stay an abusive wife with not existing anger managment. Which i personally dont mind because i dont think she is important enough to have great depth. At least not yet. At this point I could say something about Octavia, but she was in one episode, so i dont see a point. I just hope she will get more important later, because even though she wasnt here long, we still kinda got to know her. Rich daddys girl, that feels betrayed by his affair, has fear of abandonment but not towards her mother, probably thought her parents had lovely peacful marriage even though its obviously not the case. Interested in taxidermy (unusual i have to say) and obviously has goth teenage rebelious phase. ... Actually there is quite a lot of it already. I think her character actually pretty good, the pattern is clear and well known but the one i find realistic, as a person whose parents were constantly fighting. Its obviously different but similiar enough i feel slightly uncomfortable.

Next i would say we have all of our villans. Exluding cherubs, they are kinda all the same, not counting deer one which i adore. But yea, so Striker, Verosika, Fizz. I wont write about Martha, nor Ozzie who i would say isnt an antagonist, and not about agents. Not important enough.

So Striker, cowboy revolutionist with ego bigger than his horse. I think he is good as an alter ego of Blitz, the person he wants and may be if he chose to leave others behind. He is a manifestation of his pridefull desires born from unfairness of being an imp. Not too complicated, but works very nicely i think. I like that he is actually an enemy of Moxxie, he is his opposite. Confident, strong, talented in everything as it seeems. He makes him question what is truly important, being on top or being kind and moral. Moxxie knows guns, he is an assasin but he still has some moral compas. Which makes him look too serious, weak, and easy to pick on. But about him i will write later (fuck this is getting reeaaaaaly long).

Verosika. Hmm, there is not much to write about her, she is just Blitzos ex that is a key to his past. We dont know much about her personality, she is a bitch but with a good reason, addicted drunk and famous pop star clearly using her fame to gain what she wants. But she may also be a caring lover, if the fact she got tattoo can mean sth, and words she says in Blitzos bad trip. I like she is the first to say anything about Blitzos sister, but its not a character trait so yea, doesnt really change a thing. I would like to see more of her, but of her past self or eventually her making amends with Blitz. I want to see this heartbreak that we had a snippet of in Asmodeus song. So yea, she is pretty flat.

Fizz. I am not sure how to write his full name so thanks whoever that i can just use this. Charming jester, with mean side that made Prince of Lust adore him (I assume). He is veeeery salty, i am seriously impressed. We dont know so much abot him yet, but as Verosika was a key, he is a freaking gate to Blitzos past. I think his character is kind of a mirror, different kind of alter ego than Striker. He is the guy who made his life work even though he lost his literal limbs. I would guess he and Blitz got hurt in the same accident that was in the end reason why they went different paths. If Striker is a vision of being succesfull assassin than Fizz is an image of a famous perfomer. He is an alternative that Blitz could have become but didnt. He has his own noble lover, but he is popular and loved by crowds too. He is rich, and made it to the top despite being an imp. While Blitz is stuck in the past never letting himself heal, Fizz is the one that left it behind while making the best of his life. He seems much less pained about Blitz than Verosika, at least for me, and it seem as if he got mostly over him. Obviously just a theory.

Now lets talk about Moxxie. He is an achor that Blitz needs, (Blitz is aware of it even if he doesnt want to acknowldedge it, as it is shown in Bad Trip). Moxxie is responsible (even overly so), hard working employee that finds rules to be revelant. He constantly reminds Blitz and Loona how work enviroment should look, he is worried about killing innocent and is a cultured eloquent musical nerd. At the same time he is an odd element in this bussiness and so he is constantly being questioned if its really worth being a responsible guy. Being mocked, and harrased by his boss, he is obviously frustrated and i would say even self-conscious. He is trying to keep stuff for himself to avoid being laughed at. Because of all of this he needs someone to have his backs, his dear wife Millie. Their relationship is where he truly shines, it lets him show his skill and worth, which is something he clearly wants. On the other hand for Blitz he is a friend but also o constant reminder of what he wants but cannot have. So by instinct he tries to bring Moxxie down to his level so he doesnt have to feel bad about himself, especially towards someone who may seem so weak at first look. Moxxie isnt an alter ego, but he is the possible future path that Blitz can take.

And now, finally, time for our stars! Stolas and Blitz.

Firstly, Stolas. Rich boy with daddy issues, clueless as fuck, a noble idiot who doesnt know how to be mighty prince nor how to stop seeing everything through his golden glasses. We started with him being a freak in the sheets, and ending up with sad not so old man that is very depressed and lonely despite having a family. Being quite childish, not knowing reality well and taking most of his knowledge from novels, soap operas and books. Especially books. Like damn, he is a nerd through and through. So, i saw some people saying that he was made too sympathetic. I wouldnt say so seeing how many people hate him either for having an affair, or having JUST an affair. Honestly its kinda hilarious. Personally i think as much as he got somehow excused for his actions it was only in case of his relationship with Stella. It still is a mess because he didnt think about his daughter, who was obviously very upset about this development. He didnt think about hells hierarchy and social standing, being very public about fucking imp and ignoring how the deal may look from Blitzos perspective. So sure, the affair got kinda excused but only in one way while many more still stay an issue. Stolas is a symphatetic character that obviously needs and will be developed. His song, owl in the cage or whatever its called clearly is a break through for him. The divorce too. His past was kinda predictable, but his possible future is interesting. Personally i hope he will learn to stand up for himself, when Goetias try to tore him down for bringing a shame to their name. He is not perfect character but thats kind of a point. He has to work through it. I dont think its a bad writing, though honestly the term is kinda unclear in its meaning.

And Blitz. Poor guy with daddy issues. A hell of a boss that makes this show spin. I find him the most interesting because i feel like we dont know shit about him yet. His past was foreshadowed even in the pilot (posters, dad crushing his dreams) and knowing so much we still dont know enough to get proper answers. He is an asshole but has a sweet spot for family. He acts overconfident while clearly hating himself, feeling like a solo act is an impossibility. Keeping everywhere reminders of his past, while running from it every chance he gets. Clown that is not funny, a failure circus kid that still got the big office he wanted so bad, even if its not very pretty. He wants intimacy, but is too afraid to take it. Adopted father of a hellhound, daughter that is very much is sick of his overprotective guts. Literal walking scar. He is full of contradictions and secrets and thats what makes him so interesting. Guy wears the mask 24/7 and i cannot wait to see how Ozzies event will start to crack it open. He isnt a good, honorable character, he is the son of a bitch that has all karma coming back to kick his ass and leave him totally broken so he can completely change. I didnt like him at first but i got invested cause i want to know how Blitz, this walking disaster, got to date famous Fizz, pop star Verosika and literal prince Stolas of the Goetia. Why is he afraid of people leaving, of intimacy, of love and all that jazz. The only thing i am worried about is what if the creators overdid the build up. Literally i have no idea how to make his past tragic enough to connect all this dots and explain his toxic behaviour. I hope i wont be dissapointed because oh boy. The show is quite literally about Blitz, almost every important character is in some way connected to him, so if he collapses the whole show will too.

So wraping this up, female characters are less complicated and more simple, while male ones get to shine. I hope to see this change in the future, i very much would like to meet Blitzos sister and mother (but somehow i feel it will take a loooong time). Even so, i still dont find this very annoying, because the show isnt kinda long enough yet to make everyone interesting, and i am not sure if this is truly needed. I like it more going slow because the pay off is better, so i am feeling pretty patient. Maybe except Millie, she truly needs some kind of a story. Dont know what kind, but still. I kinda wish there was some plot more focused on I.M.P, maybe some political stuff, troubles with law, working for dangerous overlord. Maybe dealing with agents and cherubs? Idk, something beyond relationship drama. Once again I dont think it will happen soon though. I hope to see something more to villians than just alter egos and i am very happy cause it seems like we will find out sth about Moxxies past. I was kinda wondering about this when we met Millies family. The crew need to work hard on explaining Blitzos character cause right now its a core of the show, similiarly to Stolitz. And so, i think the characters could have been written better, but i doesnt bug me very much because i am very invested in the ones that actually got the spotlight.

So last one, pacing. Honestly i dont know shit about this. I dont feel very bothered by the way it is. Millie should be more developed in first season, thats for sure. Its late if she gets it now but even worse if she doesnt. I kinda wish to know how much time passed though, how long is I.M.P. existing, how long did Stolas had a deal with Blitz. This are small things but they are somewhere in the back of my mind. But these are only issues i really have, and if i am honest i am unsure if they are exactly connected to pacing. I find it hard to really understand how that works.

Last words, if u read all of this u are A. Amazing and B. U have way to much time and patience. I am gratefull though if someone took time to listen to me. Thank u.
