VIXX "Three member comeback. I'm sad that you can't be with Cha Hakyeon" [Star picture]
VIXX is back as a three-member group.
VIXX, who announced the brilliant return of the original concept idol through their new album 'CONTINUUM', recently conducted a photo shoot with @ Star. In the pictorial released on December 22nd, the members showed off their mature ‘adult sexiness’ charm and showed off their skills as ‘pictorial masters’.
This is the comeback we have been waiting for. K-pop fans are responding enthusiastically to VIXX, who returned after a gap of 4 years and 2 months. After working as a six-member group, there must have been a lot of pressure because the three of us had to fill the stage. Regarding this, the members said, “We felt a lot of pressure because we were standing on stage under the name of VIXX. “Because the three of us had to fill in the work that six of us had done, we pushed ourselves to practice to fill the empty space,” he said.
When asked about his satisfaction with the result of this album, Leo said, “96 points,” and explained, “The reason I subtracted 4 points was to express my regret that Hak-Yeon was unable to be with us this time.”
It has already been 12 years since his debut, and VIXX, who is now a senior in the idol world, also shared his thoughts on performing on a music show for the first time in a long time. The members said, “A challenge culture has emerged. “They were filming the challenge here and there, and it was really interesting because it was a culture that didn’t exist when we were at the peak of our activities,” he said.
Regarding the most memorable reaction during comeback activities, he mentioned, ‘VIXX tore it apart.’ Member Ken said, “I really liked the comment saying, ‘I tore it up.’ “It was fun and a huge compliment, so I felt really encouraged,” he said, expressing his happiness.

빅스가 3인조로 돌아왔다.
신보 'CONTINUUM'을 통해 원조 컨셉돌의 화려한 귀환을 알린 빅스가 최근 앳스타일과 화보 촬영을 진행했다. 12월 22일 공개된 화보에서 멤버들은 무르익은 ‘어른 섹시’ 매력을 가득 뿜어내며 ‘화보 장인’의 면모를 과시했다.
기다리고 기다리던 컴백이다. 4년 2개월의 공백을 깨고 돌아온 빅스에 K팝 팬들의 뜨거운 반응이 쏟아지고 있다. 6인조로 활동하다가 셋이서 무대를 채워야 해서 부담감도 컸을 터. 이에 대해 멤버들은 “빅스의 이름을 걸고 무대에 서는 거라 중압감이 컸다. 여섯 명이서 하던 걸 셋이서 채워야 하다 보니 빈자리를 채우기 위해 연습량으로 밀어붙였다”고 밝혔다.
이어 이번 앨범 결과물의 만족도를 묻자 레오는 “96점”이라며 “4점을 뺀 건 학연이 형이 부득이하게 이번에 함께하지 못한 것에 대한 아쉬움을 표현한 점수”라고 설명했다.
어느덧 데뷔 12년 차, 이제는 아이돌계 대선배가 된 빅스는 오랜만에 음방 활동을 한 소감도 전했다. 멤버들은 “챌린지 문화라는 게 생겼더라. 챌린지를 여기랑 찍고 저기랑 찍고 그러던데, 저희가 한창 활동할 때는 없던 문화라 되게 신기했다”고 말했다.
컴백 활동 중 가장 기억에 남는 반응에 대해선 ‘빅스 찢었다’라고 언급했다. 멤버 켄은 “‘찢었다’라는 댓글이 그렇게 좋더라. 재밌으면서도 엄청난 칭찬이라서 되게 힘이 났다”며 기쁜 마음을 드러냈다.

Kinktober 2021 Day 22 VIXX⛓Reaction to chains
N/Cha Hakyeon
Giving:
At first Hakyeon might be a little taken aback that you're trusting him to that level. He would definitely enjoy that kind of power over you though and his freaky side will come out pretty quickly. His artistic side will be joining that and if you say yes, there will be an entire photoshoot of you chained up in various ways, right before he fucks you. And a little bit after, with his cum splattered over your skin and the chains like an abstract painting.
Receiving:
"And what will I get in return?" He'll ask with a sly smirk while you explain to him that he'll get to experience what it's like for you for once. Hakyeon doesn't like not being in control but his curiosity will get the better of him. His exhibitionist streak will come out in full force and he'll insist that you record the whole session. And in exchange, he'll incorporate a sensual dance for you with his hands chained up (see what i did there).
Leo/Jung Taekwoon
Giving:
"Are you sure?" He'll ask you several times, not wanting you to feel uncertain about putting so much trust in him. At the same time Taekwoon will relish in being given power over you in this way and will go down a rabbit hole of researching how to restrain you in the most efficient way. He'll make sure that the session is scheduled beforehand, knowing that the anticipation will drive you both crazy. He'll chain you up gradually. His hands will work slowly, making the feeling of each new pass of the chain over your skin linger, and he'll ask if you can take it tighter each time he wraps the chain around a limb.
Receiving:
Silence. He might have acted this out in plays or music videos but it's a different game when you're asking him to do it for real. When you ask him for a response, all you're gonna get is "Let me think it over." And that was that for the next few days. Until one day you get home and he's there, sitting in a chair, waiting for you with a pile of chains on the table. Without a word he'll strip for you, then ask you to blindfold him. "I'm yours tonight. Take your time."
Ken/Lee Jaehwan
Giving:
Giggly as fuck when you first ask him. "Where the hell did you get that idea??" And when you tell him, his expression turns thoughtful. "Oh yeah, that makes sense." He'll ask for a bit of time to gather supplies. Over the next few days, you'll notice him almost becoming a different person. Moodier, quieter. You catch him staring at you with something burning in his eyes. Then one day while you're in the middle of a steamy makeout session in your bedroom, he reaches for a box under your bed which rattles clearly. "We're doing this now. You'd better be ready." Good with his hands and he doesn't leave slack, he wants your heart racing from the thrill of a little danger.
Receiving:
Pretends to think it over, trying to be cute by puffing out his cheeks and pouting his lips but agrees pretty quickly. Quite excited about it right up until the cool metal starts to wrap around his wrists. Nervous, twitchy, bratty, comes close to calling the whole thing off because it just feels like too much. Tries to leave extra slack in the chains as you restrain him. If you distract him with kisses though, he'll comply and he'll enjoy how it makes his heart thunder in his chest and how hot you look when you're in charge.
Ravi/Kim Wonshik
Giving:
Says yes immediately. Puts on a brave front, but you best believe later he's on the phone with his friends (cough-cough-asking Taemin about Key's stash) asking for tips. But to compensate, he'll indulge your pain kink if you have one. He's nervous at the start but he knows what he's doing. You feel safe with him and melt under his touch. He gets downright high off your moans as you're at his mercy and he's fucking you.
Receiving:
Tries to tease you about it but can't quite hide how excited he is. He's already been dreaming about it and tries to rush you and pesters you to make it happen sooner. Has no problem letting you take the reins (or rather, the chains) and he can take them being quite tight, too. You better believe he's writing a song about it afterwards.
Hongbin/Lee Hongbin
Giving:
Agrees with surprisingly little preamble. Good at improvising and somehow has an intuitive understanding of what feels good and what doesn't. If you like it the first time, he'll get adventurous and bring up suspending you in chains next time rather than simply restraining you. Another one who's good with his hands and doesn't make mistakes as he wraps the chains around you just right.
Receiving:
Says no at first and doesn't tolerate discussion. But curiosity eventually gets the better of him, especially after he chains you up several times first and sees how much you enjoy it. First it's "Okay, but just some handcuffs," then it's "Okay, maybe arms and legs both, it would make it easier for you." And finally, it's him getting hard every time he hears chains clinking.
Hyuk/Han Sanghyuk
Giving:
Like Ravi, he says yes immediately but then panics, because he has no clue how to do it and he's too stubborn to ask Ravi or anyone else for help. What if he loses the key?? What if he tightens the chains too much?? He's in his head and comes back to you, telling you he's backing out. But you won't let him get out of it and instead offer to chain him up first so he can see how it's done. Hyuk is relieved and excited to be trying it first, and then confidently reproduces the result on you. He loves the marks that the chains leave on you and all his initial worry disappears. He's impulsive and adventurous, and will use his size and strength to his advantage, carrying you and manhandling you while you're bound and makes you feel so deliciously owned and used that the chains become a staple in your bedroom.
Receiving:
As mentioned above, he ends up trying this first. And once he sees the new side it brings to your sex life, he rarely receives anymore. He needs to be in a special kind of mood to ask you to chain him up, but once he's there, he takes it like a champ. Definite pain kink. You tighten his chains too much on purpose, trying to get him to beg to be released but he only hisses and takes everything you give him. Especially loves it when you overstimulate him and he can't do anything about it except moan.

First of all, I hope everyone is healthy and staying safe. Given the current circumstances, I am sure everyone has other, heavier concerns on their minds. I also know that KPOP provides a warm, comforting place; a safe haven to many when they’re struggling.
I have not been here for the longest time, cause initially, with Hakyeon being away in the military, VIXX on unintentional hiatus, there really wasn’t much to update. Their updates and activities grew less and less (individually and group wise) but personally too, I felt that it was a good time for the boys to take the time off, do what they like, have a break, basically live a normal life.
I thought they’d return strong, as a family, when Hakyeon and Taekwoon were done with military.
Also, seeing as VIXX (and SJ) were on unofficial hiatus, there really wasn’t a reason for me to remain. With the things in the K-Entertainment industry getting from bad to worse, I lost interest being on this platform.
In any case, we saw things spiral downwards. With Hongbin’s departure, I guess we all kinda knew things won’t be the same anymore. Frankly, I’d be surprised if they continued on. I am not surprised by Hakyeon’s announcement, nor will I be shocked if they decided not to continue VIXX as a group.
Hakyeon was and will always continue to be an amazing leader. He always did what he thought was the best for his boys and I am sure a great part of his decision was also because of Hongbin.
I am sure he (and the rest of them) agonized over;
How would the group continue?
Musically, Lyrics wise, Rhythmically, Dance wise, how would they function?
How would the fans feel? Would they be more mad than sad?
Would people not like it? What of Hongbin’s fans?
How can Jelpi be of assistance to them moving forward?
What about their dreams / wishes?
Creative freedom?
Most of all, I regret that things had to end (?) this way for VIXX. Of course, they might still continue to promote but I don’t see a good way to.
Even more so, at this stage, I wish each and every single one of the boys happiness, good health and the freedom to pursue their dreams to the skies.
I wish that Hakyeon can continue challenging himself in new arenas, that Taekwoon continues to churn out music, that Jaehwan gets more roles, that Wonsik’s company soars, that Hongbin can stream and play all the games he wants, that Sanghyuk shines more as a soloist...but more importantly, that they are fully in control of their futures even without Jellyfish.
I am so incredibly proud of Hakyeon, and of the group. For how far they’ve come, however much they have to endure and are going through. They did wonderfully well and we owe it to them to support their decisions.
No matter where they are, no matter what they choose to do, we will always support them because once a STARLIGHT, always a STARLIGHT.

VIXX Reaction To You Debuting With Them Not Knowing At All
Hakyeon: You and Hakyeon went all the way back you guys were only 2 years apart you guys went to the same school together from elementary all the way to high school you two separated in college since you moved to the other side of the world to study aboard
2 years later you were scouted by a big label and trained for about a year and 2 months to debut when you first debuted you had no one you were alone all your friends who you knew didn’t become idols since they all had followed different paths
Debuting wasn’t easy the moment you stepped on stage you felt nervous as a rookie there were a lot of idols watching you perform you had to set a good example for those who will come after you and already came before you you calmed down and gave it your all the first few steps you almost slipped due to your big boots but you caught yourself and continued on like a professional after that performance you went off stage and smiled you finally did it you finally debuted while you were having your small little party you bumped into someone tripping they caught you before you fall face first and meet the floor with your face
They helped you back onto your two feet as you bowed thanking and apologizing to them looking up you were shocked as they looked at you surprised
“Chocolate” you said as the male eyes widen
“Vanellope” he smiled as you smiled back and attacked him with a hug catching him off guard as he soon returned it not caring if other idols or stage were watching
“I thought I lost you when did you even debut as an idol” he says you chuckle pulling away
“Since now let’s talk some more later I gotta change out these shoes first” you say running off as he chuckles to himself then goes back to his group who tease him about you
Taekwoon: Taekwoon was your boyfriend of almost 5 years he was shy calm and quiet and you were the complete opposite you were outgoing loud and happy you two were different but some how you two ended up together
About 3 years into your relationship you started seeing him less and less and soon you guys stopped seeing each other you two were still together just that you never had time for him anymore and he didn’t say anything since he was also busy he was getting busy for the college exams and you were getting busy to debut
Soon the day had arrived and although he was getting ready for it he deiced to go visit you when you called him over you two haven’t seen each other in almost a year he was surprised to see that you invited him over to the Music Bank building he thought maybe you were someone manger or stylist that why you were so busy someone came out to grab him and took him through the back the person escorted Leo to a room as he saw you getting dressed he turned around towards the door waiting for you to notice him as you went up and kissed him on the cheek
He turned around and smiled at you looking you up and down confused you were all dressed up your hair was dye blonde with purple strips and you had some makeup on he was going to ask you about it but you sat him down and told him you have to go as you ran out leaving him with his word in his mouth
He looked around and looked at the tv as the two mc appeared
“Now we will be having a new idol debuting here today can you please introduce them for me Jisoo”
“Yes Minhyuk today a new rookie will be debuting please welcome Y/N with her debut song Bomb” as they announced you you were on stage as your music started which caught Taekwoon off guard he watched as you perform flawlessly like if it was your comeback instead of debut
Taekwoon was surprised and then it hit him that’s why you were so busy you were getting ready to debut after you had finished you got off stage and came back the moment you stepped back into the room Taekwoon hug you tight as you returned the hug
“Congrats on debuting my little Purple head” he says as you chuckle
Jaehwan: you and Jaehwan meet during the first day of school you had ended up bumping into him and since you were from Thailand you didn’t know Korean well but luckily he knew some English and taught you the language
Since then you two have been best pals one day you two went to go to the arcade and you saw a flier for an audition to be an idol you took it putting it in your pocket and went on with your day
Arriving home you thought long and hard about it you thought if it was worth it and after thinking long and hard you went ahead and audition and a month later you were accepted you had to drop out of school so you lied to Jaehwan that you would be leaving to go back home
He felt sad but promised to visit you once school finished and off you were you had to lie to him so you could focus on your training with no distraction
Training for about 4 years you debuted in a duo and off you were to your first performance during your time training you revived letters from Jaehwan he would tell you about life and told you that he had to break his promise since he had to focus on his exams
After you had successfully debuted you and your manger left Music bank as he droved you to Jaehwan college stepping out you put a mask on as you walked in people soon noticed who you were and asked for pictures you took some and thankfully your fans were nice and kind they escorted you to Jaehwan class as you stepped in waving at Jaehwan who looked at you shocked
He run to you and hug you as you returned the hug he was in the middle of the class so you handed him your Album and promised to meet him after class he told you how proud he was of you debuting
Wonshik: You and Wonshik are cousins you remember when you were younger how he bragged and bragged about him becoming an idol since it was his dream and when ever he bragged your aunt his mother would tell him to stop talking nonsense but one day he made it and debuted in a boy group under the name Ravi
You were happy and when you saw him debut you were surprised by how confident he was on stage he wasn’t nervous he didn’t show it he showed how he can do it as someone who came back with a comeback isn’t of it being a debut
Ravi inspired you to be an idol the moment you saw how confident he looked on stage you had thought this is what I want to do I want to sing and so you went around auditioning falling most of them till a company accepted you it was a small company but it was well known for 2 of there groups
They had plans to debut you in a group but soon put you under soloist they had found someone to produce your album and you went to meet them knocking on the door they said come in as you stepped in you were shocked to see it was Ravi and when he saw you he was confused
You explain everything telling him you were debuting soon and he was happy he was happy you were debuting and was happy he would be the one producing your album
Hongbin: You and Hongbin met when you guys were working together he had made a fool out of himself and slipped causing the drink he was going to deliver to the customer to get all over him you broke down laughing but still helped him it was his first day and he already fucked up but you confront him telling him it was okay
After that he deiced to change his shifts to be with you so you could protect and save him from making a fool out of himself after a few months of working together he fell for you and he confessed and you accepted him and you guys started dating
Soon you started to come to work less and days went by and you never came back he tried getting in contact with you but you never answered he thought you had left him till one day you came back he didn’t recognize you right away since your hair was dyed pink replacing your beautiful black hair
You called out for him and once he heard your voice he knew it was you looking up he had tears forming in his eyes as he hugged you you returned the hug and he replied angry
“I thought you left me” you whipped away his tears and told him you had to leave since you had audition to be an idol way before you met him after that he forgave you and told you he was happy you were following your dreams and promise to support you till the end
Sanghyuk: You were a photographer you have been one since you were young it wasn’t really something you had wanted to do but hey at least it was something right
You and hyuk met when you were first taking pictures of him for his debut album Hyuk was a soloist he was well known for being an actor back in his days before debuting as an idol
You two grew close since you both had the same amount of love for singing he had promised to support you on what you choose to do in life so when you were accepted to be a trainee under his label he was surprised but was happy for you
Once you debuted he feat in your album you two were like siblings and once his singing career ended and he went back to acting you deiced to take his stage name to present him and because you were also thankful that he was there for you supporting you and teaching you his ways
It took me all morning to finish this up and it’s not the afternoon I’ll make more later see y’all *dances away*

At first sight it seemed unimaginable having to endure 1 year and a half without the most precious leader in the world... but all the updates from your personal yt-channel, instagram or news in the army band made the time flow faster. Lets celebrate his successes:
Hakyeon getting the rank of squad commander/sergeant and receiving several prizes for ranking in competitions
H. playing the cross flute in the marching band and Holding mini-idol-performances for the public
H. actively participating in the Musical production “Return: The Promise of the Day” and promoting a song in the military band music video
H. getting visited by his band members and being able to shave Ken’s (Lee Jaehwans) hair before leaving the army
Now I hope you get to enjoy your well deserved rest. Starlights are happily anticipating your official return on Oct 7, 2020 when the time of your enlistment will be full.

(A/N): Again my love for Vixx comes out. This is an AU where Vixx has one female member and it's you, the maknae of the group. You had caught the eyes of many fans and idols alike, but one idol already had your heart, and you had his as well. But dating in secret was a bit of a challenge, especially when your Vixx Oppas didn’t know.

Being an idol was certainly not an easy life. But it was the life you chose, and you wouldn’t have it any other way. You weren’t in it for the fame, you were in it because of your love for the arts, the love for the music. This was the way you expressed it, and what better way to do it then next to some of your best friends now. You were the group Vixx’s maknae, and the only girl of the group. The bond you guys had was so strong that your performances were always really powerful. You treasured them and they treasured you, they were the brothers you wish you had.
Every time a male idol expressed that you piqued their interest, they intervened because of one, you didn’t feel the same way, or two, they didn’t think they were good enough for you. But they didn’t know that you already belonged to an idol, the one and only Jeon Jungkook of BTS. You two had met back in high school, but it was just recently he expressed his feelings for you. You accepted them, and your relationship has been strong ever since, but the only thing is, you kept it a secret from your Vixx Oppas while he kept it a secret from his BTS Hyungs.

“Yah! (Y/N)! Who said my little sister could look this good! Nobody can take their eyes off of you!” The familiar voice of N, the leader of the group shouted from the chair as he got his hair done. You had just emerged from your dressing room, you get one separate from the boys for obvious reasons, but you all get your makeup and hair done at the same place.
Today was the MBC Music Festival and you guys were going to be performing Shangri La, one of your hits from 2017. The theme for this year was old hits so you and the boys had decided on bringing back Shangri La. The boys were dressed in the black floral silk men's kimonos while you were dressed in a black and cherry blossom decorated kimono. All of the biggest stars of the year were present, including your boyfriend, Jeon Jungkook from BTS. They were just two doors down in their dressing room and you were able to hear them screaming and shouting at each other playfully.
“Oppa,” you chuckled and plopped into the open make up seat next to him to get your hair done and makeup ready, “You flatter me, but have you seen you guys? You six look like literal princes!”
“I am prince Hyukie!” Hyuk was sitting behind you playing a game on his phone, “But our little sister looks like a Princess!”
Your stylist began working with your hair while you were on your phone, “Stopppppp,” you blushed and in the back of your mind you realized Jungkook was going to see you like this, “If I didn’t have my amazing stylist Unnie,” you looked up at her and gave her a cheeky smile, “I wouldn’t be getting this flattery!”
As soon as your stylist left you, the boys and you were just relaxing in the room. Ravi and Hongbin were knocked out, Hyuk was still playing a game on his phone, N looked like he was texting someone while Leo and Ken were watching videos.
You were scrolling through instagram when you got a text message on your phone, the sender had the contact name “🐰”. It was your nickname for Jungkook on your phone. Since your relationship was practically a secret from everyone, you guys had to resort to that just in case if one of your members felt extra nosy. His nickname for you in his phone was, “🐷”. You hated it, but he loved it because you can eat just as much as he does.
2:30 P.M 🐰.- Jagggiii~
2:32 P.M. 🐷- Yes Oppa?
2:33 P.M. 🐰- I want to see you :( Are you ready? Can I see you for a little? I’m done and the Hyungs and I are just chilling now doing nothing.
2:34 P.M. 🐷- I gotta figure out how to escape for a little bit :( I’m currently sandwiched between N and Ken Oppa right now. We’re going out to our seats in about 20 minutes.
2:35 P.M. 🐰- Then spare me 10 please? I wanna see my beautiful girl ;-;
2:36 P.M. 🐷- Alright fine, I can never turn you down, where do I go?
2:37 P.M. 🐰- The staircase at the end of the hall. Nobody goes in there so meet me a floor above the entrance <3 Be there at 2:40!
You closed your phone and sighed, “I’m gonna go for a walk okay?” You looked up at N and Ken.
“Are you okay? Do you want us to go with you?” N looked concerned. It wasn’t surprising though because he always cared about the wellbeing of his members. That’s what made him such a mom sometimes.
“I’m okay. I just need to stretch my legs,” you stood up and smiled, “I might go peep and say hi to Ailee Unnie while I’m out. I won’t be long. 10ish minutes probably.” And before anyone else said anything, you began to sneak away. When you got into the hallway, you noticed the door to the staircase closing and Jungkook was right, nobody was on that end. You made a break for it and then successfully snuck into the staircase. You went up one flight of stairs just as Jungkook instructed and sure enough, he was standing right there with open arms.
“My god,” he took your hands into his and leaned in to give you a soft kiss, “You’re stunning. Absolutely gorgeous. You look like a goddess,” He kept on pecking your cheeks and your lips with soft kisses, “Man every male idol is going to have their eyes on you, I guarantee it. But little do they know, you’re my girlfriend and mine only.” Jungkook was dressed in a long bright orange jumpsuit with a white hoodie under. They were performing GoGo and this was the outfit that he used to wear with it.
“Hi my bunny,” you giggled and kissed his cheek, “I missed you. By the way, you are a literal hunk, you know that?” You wrapped your arms around his neck and looked into his eyes that seemed to always sparkle 24/7.
“I missed you too,” he soon had you in his warm embrace, “I can’t get over how absolutely stunning you look right now. Let’s take a picture!” He took out his phone and held it up. The two of you were close together in the frame. You held up a peace sign while Jungkook gave his iconic, award winning, smile.
“Send me that please Oppa~” you kissed his cheek as he wrapped his arm around your waist.
“Already on it,” he quickly opened up your message thread and sent it, “This 10 minutes went by way too fast, but we both have to get back now.”
You looked up at him, “Have a great performance okay my bunny? I’ll be cheering you on!”
“And I will be cheering you on my princess,” he leaned in and gave you another soft peck on the lips, “Now you go first. I’ll see you later. I love you.”
Everytime he expressed his love for you, you squealed on the inside. It was still unbelievable that the Jeon Jungkook of BTS was in love with you and you loved him. “I love you too bunny,” you let go of him and began to walk towards the stairs, “I really do.” And with that, you began making your way back to the room with your members.
When you got back, Hongbin and Ravi were just barely waking up. N saw you come back and he smiled warmly at you, “Are you good now?”
You flashed him a thumbs up, “All good Hakyeon mommy!” You plopped down on the couch next to him and leaned your head on his shoulder, “How much time do we have before we have to go out?”
The 93 liners were fully awake by this time. Ravi stretched and then looked at you, “I hope soon, cause that was a really good nap and I didn’t want to wake up yet.”
“Yeah I could tell,” you chuckled, “You and Bin Oppa were drooling”.
“Yeah...it was a freaking pool.” Hyuk was in the same position you left him in, still playing games on his phone. All of you burst into laughter when there was a sudden visitor at your door.
Your eyes widened because it was your boyfriend and his members.
“Oh Jin my friend!” Ken jumped up to embrace his friend in a hug.
“Brother!” Jin cheered in return.
The friendship that Jungkook’s hyung had with your Ken Oppa was really strong. Whenever those two were together...it was definitely a show. Especially because those two are on their own level in terms of...weirdness.
“Hi guys!” N waved from next to you, your head still on his shoulder. But then you saw Jungkook’s eyes behind Namjoon’s shoulders eyeing you with an eyebrow raised. You sat up straight taking your head off of N’s shoulders before smiling at him warmly. His eyes softened and you knew he wouldn’t be mad at you for that.
“(Y/N)-ah!” Hoseok smiled at you, “You look absolutely stunning! Like a Princess!”
Jungkook’s eyes widened and his mouth dropped open. This was the first time one of his members complimented you on your looks. You’ve had other idols do it in front of Jungkook before, but his members are a whole different story.
“T-thank you Hoseok-ah.” You smiled at him. You were more timid and shy than usual and Hyuk was able to notice.
He sat next to you and placed a hand on your knee, making Jungkook’s eyes widen, “Are you okay Princess?” That was Hyuk’s nickname for you. Out of the boys, he was the closest to you because of age.
Jungkook nudged J-Hope, “Yah, don’t make her uncomfortable.”
“Hey!” N’s eyes lit up, “Our schedule is actually free tonight after this, would you guys like to come over for some dinner if you guys are free?”
Namjoon nodded, “We surprisingly have a day off tomorrow and are free after this too...so sure! We’ll just go home and change and head over to you all! Would you like us to bring anything?”
“Well…” N looked at you, “Our little sister has been craving chicken so we’ll take care of that. Would you guys like to take care of the drinks?”
“Alcohol!” Jimin cheered.
“Soda!” Namjoon hit him on the back of the head.
You giggled making everyone's heads turn towards you. Jungkook had the most loving look towards you.
“W-what?” you cocked your head to the side innocently.
“You literally have the cutest laugh.” Jin smiled at you.
“Doesn’t she?” Hyuk cheered and put an arm around your shoulder, “She’s too precious.”
You glanced over at Jungkook and he had an expression on your face that you’ve never seen on him before. He raised an eyebrow at you and also glared at his hyungs. Was he possibly getting jealous?
“Well,” Jin smiled, “I’ll text Ken when we’re on the way later! Have a good performance!”
And soon enough you guys were left alone again. This would be the first time Jungkook would be coming over to your place. Granted you lived with the boys, but how were you two gonna do without exposing your relationship to everyone else.
“Well, let’s get out to our seats shall we?” N gestured for everyone to get up. You all walked together onto the stage and saw idols already sitting in their respective rows on the sides. You quickly scanned around for Jungkook and saw him looking at you. He smiled warmly and secretly gave you a little finger heart. You flashed one back to him before being led to your row. You and the boys were on the opposite end of them, both on the rows that are equivalent to stage level.
You sat in between Ravi and Hyuk and yawned, “Is anyone else sleepy? Because I am.”
“I’m not cause I napped,” Ravi chuckled, “You decided to go out and see your secret boyfriend I bet.”
Your eyes widened, “W-what?” Did your members know about you and Jungkook?
“I’m kidding,” Ravi laughed, “I know you’d tell us even if you had your eye on someone anyways.”
You glanced across the stage and saw Jungkook being teased by his Hyungs. His iconic bunnylike smile blessed your vision and you smiled warmly at the sight. You sighed and then looked up at Hyuk, “I am so taking a nap before the BTS Oppas come by later.”
“I’m with you on that one.”
Soon enough the show began, and you and the boys were backstage getting ready. It was a commercial and a break time, so the stage crew was hustling on the stage getting it ready for your performance. Your stylist was doing some last minute touch ups on your makeup. Scanning your surroundings, you saw Jungkook flash you a thumbs up. You gave him a finger heart back before Hyuk looked at you.
“Who was that for?” He raised an eyebrow at you.
“Nobody Oppa,” you smiled at him, panicking a bit on the inside, “Let’s do this.”
The lights dimmed down and you got in your places for your performance. This was always your happy place. No matter how tiring it is, you loved it. You forgot about the world around you and got lost in performance. That’s what made you such a great artist.
By the time Shangri La was done everyone was up and out of their seats, giving you and the boys a standing ovation. Starlights were cheering, waving the lightsticks and chanting your names. The show had gone to commercial and you guys had the opportunity to say something to Starlights.
“Our Starlight babies!” N cheered into the mic, “We hope we put on a great performance for you guys!” That caused the crowd to erupt into screams.
The mic was then handed over to Hyuk, “We worked hard to put this together, and we’re very glad to have all of your support.” He held up a finger heart.
Then you had the mic to close out Vixx’s time on the stage, “We thank Starlights for being so supportive of us. We’ll continue to work hard for you all. We love you Starlights!” That had caused the whole crowd to erupt into cheers. You and the boys waved goodbye and headed backstage. As you pass BTS’ seats, Jungkook gives you a finger heart and a kissy face. You blushed lightly and waved to him secretly before you guys got ready to go back and prepare for their whole group coming over for dinner.

You and the boys flooded back into your dorm and you made your way back to your room. Hyuk followed behind and tapped his shoulder, “(Y/N)-ah? Can I ask you something?”
Right as you opened the door, you peaked your head over your shoulder and saw Hyuk twiddling with his thumbs. You smiled softly at him, “What is it Hyuk Oppa? Can I take off my makeup first?”
“Ah yeah go ahead, I’ll come back when you’re ready.”
You nodded and then closed the door to our bedroom. You sighed as you plopped onto your bed, did Hyuk want to talk to you because he possibly saw you and Jungkook earlier? That couldn’t have been it...could it?
“Bangtan Boys are on their way! I ordered chicken!” You heard N yell from the hallway.
“Bunny is coming…” you muttered to yourself and then your eyes widened, “Oh my god bunny is coming.” You were panicking because 1, your boyfriend is coming over, 2, nobody knows he’s your boyfriend...at least to your knowledge and 3, you didn’t want to look embarrassing in front of him.
You began scrubbing off your makeup. As you were doing that your phone lit up indicating you got a text message from Jungkook.
8:01 P.M. 🐰-How in the world am I going to keep my hands off of you tonight?
8:03 P.M. 🐷-I have no idea. I’m freaking out knowing I might expose something? What happens if we’re found out?
8:04 P.M. 🐰-I mean eventually everyone will know...but if it were to be tonight we’ve just gotta be prepared. I’ll do my best though to make sure it won’t be hard if it comes to that point.
8:06 P.M. 🐷- Me too bunny :) How far are you guys?

You quickly put your hair up into a bun, changed into a pair of leggings and one of Jungkook’s hoodies, which was fairly big on you. You stared at yourself in the mirror and your eyes widened, “I can’t wear this… his hyungs might recognize this hoodie.” But before you had a chance to change, the doorbell rang and you heard Ken running and screaming to get to the door. Him and Jin were definitely an interesting pair…
You were reaching into the closet when Ravi burst into your room, “Let’s go outside and see everyone!” He dragged you out and you saw your members all sitting around the living room with BTS.
“There’s the Princess of the evening! The one that stole the show!” Jimin patted the empty spot in between him and Jungkook for you to sit with them. You glanced at Jungkook and he just raised his eyebrows at you.
“Jungkook-ah,” Jin looked over in your guys direction, “Don’t you have that same hoodie?”
Well shit, that came faster than you thought…
“I do.” Was all that managed to come out of his mouth.
“This is my brothers,” you chimed in, “He left it last time he visited and I just keep forgetting to give it back to him.” Saved it...well at least you hoped.
“The chicken got delivered in the lobby!” N jumped up, “Hyukie, (Y/N), do you guys want to go get it?”
You nodded and walked to the door with Hyuk. You were glad to get away from that situation, even though you didn’t want to leave Jungkook’s side, things got awkward real quick.
When you and Hyuk got in the elevator a sigh escaped your lips.
“Can I ask you something that I’ve been meaning to ask you earlier?” Hyuk said out of the blue.
“Sure Hyukie Oppa,” you smiled at him, “What is it?”
“How do you feel about me?” He stared at you seriously, “I’ve grown to really like you more than my best friend (Y/N). I want to know how you feel about me.”
Your eyes widened, you thought Hyuk had suspected you and Jungkook...but this wasn’t what you were expecting. “H-hyukie Oppa…” you looked up at him, “I-,” you sighed, “I don’t have the same feeling back...I’m sorry. I’ve only ever seen you as my best friend. That’s it…”
“It’s because you’re already seeing someone isn’t it?” He looked away from you and then down at the floor.
“H-huh?” the elevator doors opened revealing the lobby. You and Hyuk made your way to the empty front desk.
He rang the bell then looked at you, “I know your dating Jungkook-ssi,” he got the chicken from the receptionist then looked back at you, “I got curious, and I know it was wrong of me, but I followed you early when you secretly met with him in the staircase. My feelings about you are true...but I just wanted to see if the reason you’d say no was because of Jungkook.”
“Hyuk Oppa…” you stared at him as he walked towards the elevators.
“Why didn’t you tell any of us you were dating him?” He pressed the button waiting for the elevator to arrive back at the lobby.
“I-...I just really really do love him.” but before you could answer completely the elevator doors opened.
“Let’s go back up before they all wonder where we are...your boyfriend is probably worried sick.” He walked into the elevator with you following.
“Oppa, I’m sorry...I truly am. But please, Bunny and I aren’t ready to tell anyone yet, so can you please keep this a secret?” You looked at him with pleading eyes.
“You guys have nicknames for each other already,” he chuckled to himself, “Guess he beat me to it when it comes to your heart…”
“Oppa are you mad at me?”
“No… I’m just heartbroken… but I can’t do anything about it. I just hope he’s treating you like the Princess you really are.” The doors opened and soon you were back in front of your front door.
As you reached for the handle you could hear N and Namjoon talking.
“Hyuk-ssi and (Y/N)-ah seem like they would be a cute couple.” Namjoon’s voice boomed on the other side of the door.
“We’ve been wanting them to date for the longest time, but as much as Hyuk-ah likes her...I don’t think she likes him back.” N sighed and looked at the other leader.
“I feel like one of my members will snatch her up if he doesn’t soon. She’s a literal Princess.” He chuckled and both their voices soon disappeared from the door. Hyuk looked at you in a concern then opened the door.
You quietly helped him carry all the food onto the table laid out in your guys living room. But you just didn’t feel like eating anymore. You sat in between Jungkook and Jimin. Jungkook’s eyes quickly looked down at you, full of concern for his secret lover.
“Are you okay, jagi?” he asked you quietly without getting much notice from anyone. Except for Hyuk who was sitting across from you looking at you with concern also.
You nodded in disagreement. You felt tears starting to build up.
You stood up, “I-I’m not feeling well right now,” you smiled at everyone through your tear brimmed eyes, “Please have a good dinner, I need to close my eyes for a bit.” And before anyone could answer, you scurried away to your room. You closed the door behind you and plopped on your bed, tears streaming down your face.
You were bent out of shape because of many reasons. Both Namjoon and all of your members think you and Hyuk would be good together. Heck, Hyuk even has feelings for you. How would everyone feel when they found out you and Jungkook were dating? Would it cause tensions within your group? Would his hyungs get mad at him? You didn’t think it would get this conflicting.
When you scurried away to your room, all the boys looked confused, well except for Hyuk. Jungkook was full of worry and concern, it was heavily visible on his face. He wanted to run after you, see what was wrong, why you were bothered. And he wanted to hold you in his arms. But he knew he couldn’t do so just yet.
“Is she okay?” Yoongi asked out of concern.
“I may have upset her…” Hyuk sighed and leaned his head back, “Someone should go check on her.”
“Should I?” N stood up being the mom he is.
“I think Jungkook-ssi should. Those two are high school friends after all.” Hyuk looked at Jungkook and nodded approvingly.
He got up and made his way to your bedroom. Jungkook knocked softly, “Jagi?” Luckily he was far enough that nobody could hear him call you that, “I’m coming in okay?” Jungkook opened the door and saw you curled up on your bed crying, back towards him.
You turned around hiding your face in your pillow, “Bunny…”
He smiled softly at the sight and sat on your bed with you. He helped you up and straight into his arms, “My piggy,” his voice was so comforting to hear, “What’s wrong?”
You wrapped your arms around him and buried your face into his chest, “We’ve been found out bunny…”
His hands soon found themselves playing with the bun on your head, “Found out? How so? Was it Sanghyuk Hyung? He said he upset you.”
You heard Ken and Jin playfully screaming animal noises in the background, “It was Hyukie Oppa...the way he just came out with it was so overwhelming...he told me he likes me, but he also saw us earlier in the staircase. What if our members aren’t happy when they find out? I don’t want to ruin any of the bonds we have with our own groups. What if they get mad at us and then fights erupt or there’s tension like in those Kdramas? I don’t want that to happen with any of us!” You looked up at him, tears were staining your cheeks.
Jungkook kissed your forehead, “Your heart belongs to me right? Were you honest with me, Sanghyuk Hyung and most importantly yourself?”
“I told Hyukie Oppa how much I really really love you. My heart does belong to you bunny oppa, I know how much I love you. It’s so much.” You cried holding him.
“You’re silly you know,” he placed his hand under your chin and looked up at you, “I love you so much too, and regardless of how our members react to the news, I still love you as much as I did 10 seconds ago.” He planted a soft kiss on your lips.
“Will this night end with all our members knowing that you and I are dating?”
“That might be the case, but I think it’s time that we tell them too. I’ll take care of it, but we won’t tell them right away, but they will know before we go home okay? I think hiding it has gone on long enough,” he looked down at you and poked your cheek, “I don’t like when my piggy is sad.”
“Why do you still call me piggy,” you pouted, “I’m not a piggy. I just have a good appetite.”
“If you can eat as much as me, then you’re a piggy. But you’re my piggy.” Jungkook started pecking kisses all around your face and even down to your neck.
You started giggling, “Oppa that tickles, but what if someone sees us?”
He started pecking kisses on your collarbone, “Even dressed like this you're irresistible. Babygirl you’re beautiful in anything you wear.” Your collarbone was a newly discovered weak spot as a small moan escaped your mouth. You quickly clamped your lips shut, “S-shh, you’re gonna make me make noises I’ve never done before!” You glared at Jungkook playfully.
Jungkook laughed and gave you a small love bite on your collarbone, “I’ll take note of that sweet spot for later!” He smiled at you warmly, “But there’s that smiling face I’m in love with. Come, let’s go back out because you need to eat your dinner.”
“Are we going back out as a couple? Or still hiding it?”
“Sanghyuk Hyung is the only one who knows right?” he stood up and wrapped his arms around your waist.
You nodded, “Just Hyukie Oppa.”
“Then we’ll wait for the right time to tell them,” he kissed you, “but for now we just gotta make sure you eat your dinner. Okay?”
You nodded and hugged him before walking to the door, “I love you Bunny.”
“I love you too my piggy.” He followed you out of the room and you guys both made your way back...to the chaotic mess in the living room. Ken and Jin were making weird animal noises while Namjoon and N were drinking together. Suga, Hongbin and Ravi were all in front of the Tv playing video games while Jimin, Taehyung, Hoseok, Leo and Hyuk were just sitting at the table talking.
“My princess!” N cheered, “Are you feeling better?”
“I am Hakyeon mommy!” You ran and sat next to him, “I’m hungry.”
Jungkook plopped down next to Hyuk and you raised an eyebrow at him. Then he immersed himself into conversation with that group.
“Namjoon-ssi was just telling me how good Jungkook is at comforting people, it seemed like it worked with you.” N looked down at you as you ate your chicken.
“Mhm,” you nodded as you held a drumstick in your hand, “Jungkook Oppa is really sweet, kind, caring, it’s always nice being with him.” You smiled at the thought of your boyfriend. He truly did care for you, and you couldn’t be more grateful for him.
“The way you talk about him (Y/N)-ah, sounds like you’re in love with him!” Namjoon teased you playfully, completely unaware that what he said was true.
Your eyes widened and you started blushing. You almost choked on the chicken you were eating, “I-...Namjoon Oppa, you almost made me choke on my chicken.” N handed you a glass of water laughing.
“You take good care of your members Sunbae,” Namjoon chimed in, “My members say I’m destructive.”
“Well this is my princess,” he wrapped his arms around you, “and Hyukie is our baby, I have to take care of my children.” The conversation with N and Namjoon really began to lighten your mood.
Meanwhile Jungkook sat with Jimin, Taehyung and Hyuk, their conversation was on a much more different level.
“Taehyung-ah would not get off of his games all night,” Jimin whined, “Sanghyuk Hyung, do you ever have that issue with your members? Is (Y/N) a gamer?”
“You know...I don’t know what she does behind those closed doors of her bedroom,” Hyuk chuckled, “She loves sleep so I don’t think so.”
“(Y/N) isn’t a gamer,” Jungkook chuckled, “She sucks at games. She always dies.”
“I didn’t know you and (Y/N)-ah were so close.” Taehyung raised an eyebrow at him.
“They are high school friends after all,” Hyuk chuckled, “Jungkook-ssi, would you like to see my Overwatch themed set up?” Hyuk clearly didn’t have a set up like that, he was just trying to get Jungkook away because he wanted to ask him some questions.
“Oh boy do I?!” Jungkook jumped up and followed Hyuk, sounding like a little kid. You smiled at the scene of Jungkook, it made your heart flutter.
Jungkook and Hyuk went into Hyuk’s room and Hyuk closed the door, “I don’t really have an overwatch set up, I just wanted a chance to ask you some questions about (Y/N)-ah.”
“Oh,” Jungkook leaned against the door, “I will answer everything honestly. You guys are her big brothers and I want you guys to trust me with her.”
“She told you about my feelings for her?” Hyuk sat down on his bed and looked at Jungkook seriously, “How does that make you feel?”
Jungkook sighed, “I respect you Sunbae, I really do. And I can’t stop you from having feelings for her, that’s all on your own,” he peeked his head around the room and saw a polaroid of you and Hyuk on Hyuk’s nightstand, “And I trust (Y/N)-ah that her feelings are strong for me. I trust both of you to respect all of our feelings towards everything...if that makes sense?”
“I get what you’re saying,” Hyuk noticed you looking at the photo, “That was our Christmas movie marathon last year. I realized then that I liked her more than just my best friend.”
“You liked her before I did,” Jungkook looked down, “Sunbae I’m sorry if I hurt you.”
“It’s okay Jungkook-ah, it really is, what matters to me is her happiness, doesn’t that matter to you too?”
“Of course it does,” Jungkook smiled at the thought of you smiling, “Her smile literally lightens up everything.”
“And you’ll take care of her? Love her? Care for her? Protect her?” Hyuk looked up at Jungkook, “I could only do so much, but you’re her boyfriend so you have more of an impact than I do now.”
“Sunbae, I have no intention of stealing her away from you. You’re her best friend and that’s a spot that’s made just for you only,” Jungkook was wise knowing his place, “You guys have been through much more than her and I have been through so far. You’re her best friend and I’m her boyfriend, but regardless we’ll both be loving, caring and protecting her no matter what. And I hope to be doing that for the rest of my life.”
“You two are some of the biggest stars right now, are you prepared to deal with paparazzi? Word will get out that you two are dating eventually or our labels will say go public with it,” Hyuk sighed, “She gets overwhelmed easily, so can you be there to make it easier for her?”
“Of course Sunbae, I don’t want anything to be hard for her, so I will do my best in everything.”
“I think it’s best that you guys let everyone know before the end of the night that you guys are dating,” Hyuk walked up to Jungkook and put his hand on his shoulder, “But just take care of her okay? I care so much about her and don’t want to see her get hurt. Especially by you.”
“I promise Sunbae.”
“Call me hyung.” And with that, Hyuk left the room.
Jungkook followed and saw you laughing, he smiled at the sight of you with N. He felt relieved knowing you were surrounded by people who genuinely cared for you and protected you when he wouldn’t be able to.
“Hyuk-ah!” Ravi called out, “We were just wondering, what were you showing Jungkook-ssi, you don’t have an Overwatch set up? Did you confess your love for the golden maknae or something?”
“I-...nevermind.” Hyuk pouted.
Jungkook noticed there was an empty spot next to you so he decided to sit next to you. He smiled at you warmly and couldn’t take his eyes off of you.
“Yah! Yah!” Yoongi shouted, “Look at the way Jungkookie is staring at (Y/N)-ah!”
“Look at how (Y/N)-ah is blushing!” Ken pointed out too.
Your eyes widened hearing both of your members point out all of that. Jungkook scratched the back of his head and chuckled embarrassingly. This was all coming at you too fast again you started panicking. But you relaxed because Jungkook placed his hand on top of yours and held it tightly to reassure you that he’s there.
“Is there something you want to tell us Princess?” You heard N’s voice in the background, you couldn't hide things from your Hakyeon mommy, it wasn’t right.
“Yeah Jungkook-ah! Something you want to tell us?” Hoseok wiggled his eyebrows at the two of you.
Jungkook sighed, “(Y/N)-ah and I have been dating...for the last 6 months.” He held the two of your hands that were intertwined up together.
“Why didn’t you tell us Princess?” Rather than N sounding mad, he was more curious. You expected mad or sad, not curious.
“I…” you sighed, “I was just scared that you guys wouldn’t have approved. “How you didn’t tell us Jungkook-ah?” Namjoon asked his maknae.
“I would tell you when (Y/N)-ah was ready to tell her members. I trust you hyungs 100% but I just didn’t want to risk anything getting exposed without her knowing. I didn’t want her to get overwhelmed.” Jungkook gripped your hand tightly under the table.
“We’re sorry we kept this hidden from you guys,” you bowed your head down, “We really are.” You expected members to start getting mad, but instead you got complete silence.
“Well Jungkookie beat me to it,” you heard Taehyung break the silence, “I was gonna try to go for you (Y/N)-ah.”
“Wait,” Jimin’s head popped up, “S-so was I! She’s a literal princess!”
“She’s so adorable! I was going to try!” Jin shot up too causing Ken to shoot up.
“Yah you idiot!” Ken playfully smacked him, “That’s my little sister!”
“Not biologically…”Jin chuckled.
“None of you guys are mad?” You looked up shocked.
“I mean, we wish you guys told us, but there’s nothing we can do from stopping it.” N chuckled.
“I kind of sensed that JK had a girl.” Yoongi laughed.
“B-but, Hakyeon mommy I heard you talking with Namjoon Oppa about how you wanted me to be with Hyukie Oppa!” You looked at the two of them then at Hyuk, “You’re okay right Hyukie Oppa?”
“I am,” he smiled at you warmly, “I talked to Jungkook, and as long as he takes good care of you and makes you happy and treats you like the Princess you are, that’s all that matters for me.”
“Not a princess hyung,” Jungkook smiled at you, “I’ll treat her like the queen she is.”
“Jungkook-ah,” N’s voice turned serious, “When the public knows of you two dating, it will get harder, but will you protect her to the best you can? We all want nothing but happiness for you two, and especially our Princess.”
“I will do my best Sunbae. I promise. I love (Y/N)-ah way too much that I would hate to see anything hurt her.” Jungkook was rubbing your knuckles with his thumb, your hands have still not separated from each other.
“Then that’s what we want to hear,” Leo chimed in, he may be stoic but he cares for you greatly, “If you hurt her we will find you.”
“We will find you too!” Jimn chimed in glaring at Jungkook, “And we’ll swoop in!”
Jungkook wrapped his arms around you tightly, “I don’t know if this is a test...but she’s my girl! I will protect her as best as I can!”
You bursted out laughing, “Bunny you’re suffocating me.”
“Oh one rule though,” Namjoon and N both chimed in, “No making out in front of any of us members!”
Your face heated up while Jungkook laughed, “Then don’t come in my room whenever sh-” You smacked Jungkook to make him shut up.
“We’ll follow the rules!” You giggled. That wasn’t nearly as bad as you had anticipated it to be, but you were sure glad your members approved of you and Jungkook. Now you guys wouldn’t have to go around hiding anymore.
“I love you piggy.” Jungkook whispered in your ear as members of both groups were fooling around again.
You looked at him and smiled, “I love you too bunny.”

Kaleidoscope of Our Summer ||1||

The heat was sweltering, coming in almost visible waves. Fanning herself, Minah eyed the condensation rolling down the jug of iced tea considering if she wanted to pour herself another glass. She wasn’t particularly used to the humidity having moved to Seoul just a year and a half back to attend university.
“Don’t stare at it, just drink it.” Hongbin groaned over the loud music, picking up a magazine to fan himself vigorously from the deck chair he was sprawled across. “Trust Wonshik to throw a ‘welcome back hyungs!’ party in the middle of fucking summer.”
Peeling the light fabric of her sundress off her skin and watching it flop back, Minah nudged him with her toe. Hongbin was one of Sanghyuk’s gaming friends who she’d hit it off with quite well. “He’s just being nice to his hyungs, and if I remember correctly, they’re your hyungs too.”
“Psh, yeah, they are.” Hongbin rolled his eyes, reaching for the cold jug of iced tea and pouring himself a glass before clumsily waving it around. “But a pool party for this is a bit much.”
“You wouldn’t be complaining if you knew how to swim. And don’t act so impersonal. The last time you got drunk, you sobbed about missing your Hakyeon hyung after calling Hyogi and me. I didn’t miss the clingy hugging when he arrived either, Mr Lee Hongbin.”
“Shut up, I did not,” Hongbin grumbled, as the woman in the red sundress shrugged, picking up the jug and poured herself a glass. “Remind me as to why I’m friends with you again?” he glared at her cheeky grin.
“Because I’m Hyogi’s classmate and he thought I was fun so he introduced me to you guys.” She replied, taking a deep sip of the too-sweet tea.
A whoop cut through the music as Jaehwan cannonballed into the pool, sending water everywhere. Hongbin ducked behind the magazine watching the excited man dog-paddle across the pool to a dark-haired man floating on his back with a screech of “Taekwoonie hyung!” making the man baulk at the bundle of energy speeding his way.
Minah eyed the interaction with a shudder. She didn’t know very much about Jung Taekwoon other than that he was one of Hyogi’s favourite hyungs (even if he didn’t admit it), and that he and Hakyeon (who had smiled kindly at her upon meeting) had just returned from their mandatory enlistment. Sanghyuk had mentioned that both Hakyeon and Taekwoon had been strong influences in his life from when he had just gotten into middle school.
Taekwoon caught her eye the moment she saw him with his imposing, broad stature, long limbs and almost feline features. He had nodded at her and softly greeted her when Sanghyuk had introduced them earlier that day. He hadn’t stood around to make small talk, instead choosing to drape himself over Jaehwan who had been lazing on the couch.
Minah turned to see Cha Hakyeon sitting by the pool with his feet dipped in, chatting away with Wonshik. Hakyeon was very handsome too and Minah wondered if Sanghyuk exclusively made friends with good looking people. He had been friendly and open, telling her that Sanghyuk has been full of praise for her and to come to look for him if Sanghyuk caused any trouble, leading to a very whiny overgrown manchild Hyogi.
There was a certain familiarity between everyone there that had her twisting the fabric of her dress awkwardly between her fingers, hoping that perhaps Hongbin’s sister Ara would turn up from her part-time job at the local bookstore or Wonshik’s girlfriend Haneul would come in with some more food even though Minah had brought (far too much of) her famous pasta and a variety of sandwiches, but Haneul had texted her that she would be late since she was busy taking interviews. Jaehwan’s cousin, Miya, was running late since she was volunteering at the local counselling centre that day. As much as Minah felt like she had been adopted into this little family, sometimes she felt like an outsider.
“Damn it, the iced tea is over,” Hongbin sighed, breaking her reverie, as he stumbled out of his seat to pick up the jug. Minah held her hand up and shook her head.
“You are definitely not making the next batch, you pretty much made liquid diabetes in a jug.” She declared, taking the jug from the shaky table. “Also, where is Sanghyuk?” she wondered aloud, and Hongbin nodded to the kitchen.
“Eating as much pasta as he can before Taekwoon gets to it.” the dimpled man snickered making the lady roll her eyes.
“Didn’t he say he’s going to swim after this?”
Hongbin shrugged, “if he has a deathwish, who am I to stop him? Now off you go to make your ‘oh so perfect’ iced tea.”
Fighting the urge to smack Hongbin’s handsome face, Minah trudged back into the house as another wave of heat hit her, making her grateful for her choice in clothing. The sandals were not particularly ideal but had been bought to fit the aesthetic. The heavy soles made a racket as she hurried into the kitchen to unsurprisingly find Sanghyuk with his cheeks stuffed and an attempt at a wide grin of greeting.
“S’good.” he mumbled with his mouth full, stabbing his fork into the large bowl of pasta. Minah shook her head before reaching for the iced tea premix concentrate and carefully measuring out the liquid into the jug. Sanghyuk nudged at her with another cheesy (no pun intended) grin.
“Must you insist on grinning like one of those men who flip women’s skirts?” Minah grumbled, nudging him. Towering over her, Sanghyuk managed to look somewhat offended with his mouth full.
“Why would you even say that?” he whined, making the shorter shoot him a look.
“You’re planning something, I know it.”
“I am planning absolutely nothing at all!” Sanghyuk gasped, holding his hands up as if to show he was innocent. Minah didn’t drop her glare as she vigorously stirred the iced tea before turning to the freezer to get the ice out and drop it into the jug. Shovelling a last forkful of pasta into his mouth, Sanghyuk turned to her.
“I’ll see you outside!”
“Sure!” Minah called back, banging the tray on the counter to get the ice out before plopping it into the jug as the dark liquid sloshed noisily in it. She remembered the watermelon juice Jaehwan had brought being put in the fridge as well and hurried over to retrieve it. Heaving the two jugs, she nudged the back door of Wonshik’s house open with her hip before very carefully walking down the little stone path to the pool. She eyed the contents of the jugs wearily as they sloshed around, threatening to spill out.
“I got it!” a voice called chirpily, and Minah noticed Hakyeon coming towards her to relieve her of her burden. “Kim Minah right?” his sharp features morphed into a kind smile “those sandwiches you brought are a hit, thank you!”
“Ah, thank you!” Minah found herself blushing at the flattery “I figured we’d all get hungry if we were playing by the pool.”
“Yeah, Taekwoon just got out and he’s attacking the sandwiches like it’s his last meal” Hakyeon laughed, nodding towards the dark-haired man silently munching on what looked like an egg sandwich. Minah found herself grinning as she walked with Hakyeon towards the pool. Hakyeon set the jugs on the table, drawing Jaehwan’s attention.
“Hey! Minah! You’re here! Excellent!” Jaehwan smirked, edging towards her and making her eyebrows quirk in suspicion.
“I was here the whole time.”
“Yes! Sanghyukkie! Minah is here!”
“Ah yes! Wonderful!” Sanghyuk scurried over with a giant smirk pasted across his face.
“What are you two getting up to?”
“Nothing.” they chorused, standing on either side of her. Minah vaguely heard Sanghyuk mumble a “3...2...1” and she found herself heaved into the air. On reflex, she screamed as the two men held her limbs and swung her towards the pool with mirthful laughter being the last sound she heard when her body hit the water.
Now, Minah knew how to swim. She’d been comfortable in water ever since she was very young. Somewhere in the back of her brain, she knew this had been Sanghyuk’s plan, but what was now causing her to panic was her sandals weighing down her legs as she frantically tried to kick her way to the surface of the water. Holding whatever little breath she had managed to gasp in whilst screaming, she reached for the straps of her sandals and began struggling against them cursing the existence of buckles. She could feel the burn in her lungs for the lack of oxygen which was enough to distract her from the splash in the water.
Once the physical strain kicked in, she nearly quit, cursing Sanghyuk with her last breath as a figure sped towards her and an arm wrapped securely around her, yanking her up to the surface. In her panic, she swung her arms around the shoulders of the person and took in a deep gasp of air before turning to identify her rescuer only to find that she was pressed up against the very naked chest of the handsome stranger named Jung Taekwoon.

It’s still funny ppl are screaming over this not officially sourced comeback…loll (this could be obviously to cause hype before the official release.. I’m just patiently waiting and yes I’m loving the thought and anticipation of a/this comeback) the article mentioned it’s /a/ song, 1!☝️song… just like ‘gonna be alright’ which was a song, a digital released song … but everyone’s like omg it’s been 5 years ..🧎hello👋 hi yes, ‘gonna be alright’ technicallllly a comeback and it was released in January of this year 2023 and it’s not! a ballad.. oh wait sorry it wasn’t on the music shows or involve hakyeon it doesn’t count as a comeback does it, stupid meee.
I really do wish ppl would shut up about not wanting a ballad tho, l swear, you don’t even know what a ballad isssss and how ballads can be slow, fast, loud, and also heavy sounding.. and believe me even as someone who likes ballads, some are absolute shiiiit, and i love hype songs. But, tell me how many of vixx’s albums title tracks have been a ballad?? Like some ppl go on as if they’ve only ever released ballads lollllll seriously just go listen to chained up on repeat cause that’s all ppl seem to bring up when it comes to vixx, you know that song from 8yrs ago..
Did everyone also forget this fcking group has members who like a certain genre of music, and temperament, and you expect not to have a ballad of some sort or slower songs on an album Lmaoooo.
And why are some emphasising its been 5yrs? vixx slowed down during the last 5 years because they were all doing their enlistment times what were you expecting to get???? during this past 5yrs it’s not like we haven’t got nothing at all. we got parallel, you know the song that doesn’t exist? ravi was doing all his stuff since he left the company, hakyeon enlisted first and well after he returned, he decided to be solely an actor…. hongbin had side projects and became a twitch streamer until he left the company and enlisted.. Taekwoon released 2 solos and did musicals, then enlisted then came back released a single, had another solo, a drama, several concerts that we were able to watch online, pictures and clips from his several musicals, and play, hyuk released music, jaehwan even released a solo album before he enlisted.. and again took part in musicals, kokonyang did the special song on the music shows and had several concerts, in 3 countries, and an online concert, and other things, we even got vixx tvs still... sorry, I forgot solo stuff and none ot6 stuff doesn’t count ..does it?
this sounds messy and all over the place but I feel ppl were living in a different timeline from what I’ve experienced and remember that has happened. its like they just went from scentist to now, and only class group or like most like to shout about, ot6 activities as meaningful and dont care that the members as individuals, and a combination of remaining members, made stuff for us

귀환 is a story about three friends and how their lives change after enlisting during the start of Korean War. Seungho(Xiumin/Onew) is a quiet guy who's friends with Jingoo (Kim Minseok/Sungyeol) and then Haeil (N/Lee Jaekyoon) joins them and together they volunteer to fight. The play is told from a future perspective so the part of Seungho will be divided between younger and older actors, each from a period in time. (trans cr: xiuchns)
Army musical “Return: The Promise of the Day” (literal title) has revealed its full list of cast members! (cr: soompi)
The musical begins with war veteran Seung Ho wandering around the mountains of the Dabu neighborhood in search of the remains of his comrades who died in combat. Scenes of the present day Seung Ho, who returns to find his fellow soldiers, as well as the the young Seung Ho who fought during the Korean War, will alternate throughout the musical.
SHINee’s Onew and EXO’s Xiumin will play the young Seung Ho, while Lee Jae Kyoon and VIXX’s N will play Hae Il, a character who is respected by his friends. Seung Ho’s best friend Jin Goo will be played by Kim Min Suk and INFINITE’s Sungyeol, and Jo Kwon and Go Eun Sung will take on the role of Seung Ho’s grandson Hyun Min. Woo Joo, who leads Hyun Min and the rest of the excavation team, will be played by INFINITE’s Sunggyu and Yoon Ji Sung.
