They tried to do everything to calm the girl down but she kept of screeching that it hurts and to make the pain stop. They could not calm her down and this was the last thing they thought of. Your parents showed concern for the tired man and thanked him for giving them back your dolls. You were also happy that your dolls have been returned but even you were concerned to what happened to your friend.

But she didn't come to school the next day but you heard the teachers whisper among each other that she was at the hospital, from screaming so much to the point of coughing out blood. Nothing was working and she kept on begging someone whom the parents and doctors don't know to leave her, to let her go.

You don't need to know really. It was her fault after all.

Dressed in a beautiful princess dress and a tiara on her head her stomach was decorated with many swords pierced through her. Over and over she would be a prince to nothing but a corps on the ground.

Over and over faceless knights stabbed her stomach within a dreary castle. She was all alone, she could not see reality even with her eyes open. She could not see the white walls of the hospital but a brick wall covered in blood as another sword price through her abdomen.

I’m actually a fanfic author too and the story originally was written down as a finished (but unedited and rotting) draft. I made the first page of the au on a whim and uploaded it to tiktok, but since it blew up so much i decided to continue it.

I was curious about the "If you read her backstory you would know she's supposed to be black" part. I don't know anything about Genshin but I read her wiki page and it looks like it talked about her dealing with "prejudice", so maybe that's what they were getting it from, but prejudicial treatment is not a black-only experience.

(And it sounds like people are just scared of her for being a pyromaniac)

Again maybe there's more to it I'm missing cause like I said, I don't know anything about Genshin. Maybe someone who knows more could explain?

35. A random headcanon.

Yes yes I shall feed you.

Diluc has anger issues. I know a portion of the Kaeluc community calls this mischaracterization because it's often used as a sort of "Diluc and Kaeya would never work, Diluc hates Kaeya!" gotcha moment, but I really love the idea that Diluc has trouble regulating his emotions--and often, stress and mixed feelings is expressed as rage. No one with a good handle on their emotional regulation leaves home to go kill Fatui for multiple years, okay? Plus Diluc being angry is also just fun to write.

Diluc is the younger brother. Kaeya does refer to him as "older sworn brother" in the CN dub but man, bratty and emotionally constipated little bro Diluc just appeals to me on a spiritual level. Kaeya's older, he's supposed to protect him, that sort of thing. And that dynamic has been rendered perverse by tragedy and grief.

Kaeya is Filipino!! Okay!! This is not based in anything except my own need to project and the fact that his story is very much a diaspora allegory, and I feel for him.

ENOUGH RAG BROS. Jean totally had a littol crush on Diluc when they were younger (big strong senpai!! Who is soft-spoken and kind!!) but now that they're older, the dynamic has evolved to Jean and Diluc competing to take care of the other person.

Kaeya and Jean are unstoppable when they go on missions together. They are also banned from going on missions together (Lisa and Barbara's doing) because they absolutely exhaust themselves each time.
